Deepen Your Meditative State - for the Return of Light Activation THIS SUNDAY!

To raise your frequency a little more today, we’re going to talk about how to connect with the global grid…sometimes called the morphic field or biosphere. If you can focus on your heart and the beating of your heart, and then set the intention of holding in your mind whoever it is that you have the most love and affection for  – this is your strongest connection to the global grid. STEP #1    CONNECT TO MOTHER EARTH Go outside today...even if it's for only 5-10 minutes. Feel the breeze on  your face. Connect with a tree or a landscape. Feed the birds (especially if it's a snowy winter where you are) and sit and observe them through your window. Take some time to connect to the amazing and wonderful planet that we all love.....Gaia.... who we came here to save from the forces of darkness. Feel the love you have in your heart for her as you practice slowing your breathing. Observe your heart rate as you enter into a meditative state.   STEP #2    WHO DO YOU LOVE THE MOST ?   Take a few minutes to think about someone you have loved deeply in your life. Think of the qualities that are (or were) the most wonderful in this person. Remember some of the times you most enjoyed with them. Remember when you laughed together.             STEP #3    REMEMBER....YOU ARE A CHILD OF THE STARS   Now that you are in a beautiful, loving, meditative state, remember who you are. Connect with your I AM presence. Love yourself. Deeply. See yourself embodying all your divinity, and expressing your incredible talents. Remember the great love that brought you to this planet, to help the Earth and her people.   Sirius in Ancient Egypt   And TONIGHT....go outside and connect to Sirius and the Pleiades in the NIGHT SKY     Prepare For Change Leadership Council
