A lovely time to focus, prioritize, and detach from what you cannot control as the Sun continues through Capricorn and Mercury in Aquarius is in retrograde shadow territory. Venus RX makes a conjunction to the Sun at 18 degrees Capricorn on January 8/9, also known as a Venus Star Point, and Venus receives new energy, consciousness, and awareness from this solar connection. Similar to a new moon, it is a good time to make intentions and commitments clear around the Venus energies in yourself, as well as the Capricorn areas of your life. We also have increasing Pisces energies as Jupiter moves through the 12th sign, and it will be important to stay mindful of your boundaries, emotions, and how you connect to people around you.
