Transitioning from 3D DOING to 5D BEING & Creating

The title of this sounds so simple, so quick, like it’s just an easy-breezy effortless stroll from one state and level of being into another. Many of us have discovered throughout 2016, that it’s often been anything but effortless! What amazes me is that it should be and I know it can be, but old lower habits die hard as the saying goes, despite all the preparatory Inner Work we’ve done. What a *#^&#! year it’s been for many Forerunners with this particular Ascension related issue. It’s time however to be okay with that, to be kind to ourselves for that, but it’s also time to let go of that now too and start seriously utilizing the tools and benefits of being 5D beings that BE instead of old lower frequency and consciousness 3D beings that had to constantly DO, labor, struggle, pain over, worry over, pay too much for, spend a lot of time and energy on etc. to get the tiniest of things to manifest physically for us. This changeover isn’t wishful thinking, nor is it “magical thinking” or self-delusion, it is evolution and many of us have struggled with it, fumbling it, learning about it, getting better familiar with it and then falling back out of it repeatedly all year. This is okay too and how we learn and eventually Master the 5D rules of our existing within the NEW.

But I’d Developed My Left-Brain Muscles So Completely…

All of humanity has (and can we say profoundly imbalanced!), but now the Forerunners are having to go through this evolutionary change first too to help anchor, ground, embody and seed this NEW fifth dimensional attribute into physical global and species-wide reality also. The Forerunners have always been the ones in the physical to lay the groundwork here for not only ourselves but for humanity today, tomorrow and well into the future.

I also believe that some of the elder Forerunners/Wayshowers/Pathpavers have had more difficulty with this particular change only because we’ve got more decades of having done it and lived “reality” through our left-brains in the old patriarchal world. We’ve got more old lower to offload in other words, to release, to let go of and start using NEW tools in our NEW world and reality. We’ll get there, and when we do, watch out world!

Repeatedly this year I’ve experienced seeing just how the old consciousness of linearly laying out plans to get something accomplished physically isn’t working like it always has. No matter how carefully I mentally plotted and planned out something I wanted and/or needed to get done this year via my old familiar left-brained 3D tools, it usually got seriously messed up or simply didn’t happen at all. In contrast are all the times this year that I’ve suddenly felt (not thought) it was time or correct or right to do something, go somewhere, start something, call someone, begin something and so on and it unfolded with the greatest ease and speed you could imagine. I’d be stunned over how easily and quickly things happen and manifest when I don’t use those old overdeveloped left-brained tools to get something done. There was my answer, my lesson, my insight into this particular issue and situation; the old linear left-brain plodding, pushing, thinking and planning ways of creating and manifesting aren’t an energetic match with a fifth dimensional world reality — HighHeart is, Light is, LOVE is. And, HighHeart and Light and LOVE are felt in higher ways that are often spherical or nonlinear and have nothing whatsoever to do with our old lower consciousness, minds, intellects, left-brains, logic, mentally visualizing, reasoning, slogging along in linear time space plotting and planning and working like crazy to get anything to manifest. We’ve known this information for years, but this is how it feels actually living it. Big difference.

Said another way, at some recent point during all our Forerunner Working like we’ve done since forever it seems, “IT” arrived, quietly, un-dramatically, with no Hollywood special effects exploding loudly anywhere, and most likely did so when I/you/we were passed out one afternoon from utter exhaustion from Working in the As Above spaces and the So Below spaces simultaneously.

I feel like the farmers tired old plow mule whose had its head down for the past 35-plus-years trudging along methodically, plowing the fields up and down, back and forth, endlessly toiling away to the point of almost forgetting that there was a higher point to all the unending difficult work. Then suddenly one day the farmer stops the tired old mule from plowing anymore, unhooks it from the plow and the mule blinks slowly while lifting its head, looks up and around itself and discovers that not only are all the fields plowed to perfection, but that all the NEW crops have been seeded, have sprouted and reached maturity meaning ‘Harvest’ has arrived! The mule is stunned, but is ecstatic and proud, very proud. However, now the mule must learn how to not be a mule anymore because that type of Work is no longer needed. Now the mule is learning how to BE a Conscious Creator mule, or thereabouts.

It’s Really This Uncomplicated & Easy?!

Yep it is, amazingly. However, some of us have needed and/or desired to repeatedly move back and forth with this to understand and know this on a deep inner individual level. Why? Because some of us wanted and/or needed to be able to recreate highly detailed maps and blueprints of some of these Ascension related Processes for those who haven’t experienced them in the physical, in flesh as we have. There are many other Forerunners that haven’t needed or wanted this but understood sooner and moved through some of these phases more quickly and easily. All ways are perfect and needed.

Throughout the 2016 difficulties, periods of depression, confusions, growing frustrations in many cases, Zero Zone moments of feeling lost and alone and like I’d/you’d/we’d lost the main evolutionary Ascension thread within all this, I have, you have, we have plowed all the fields multiple times, seeded them all, watched and cared for them devotedly all along, even in those moments when it’s felt like we’d bottomed-out completely in the Ascension Process. We didn’t, we haven’t, it’s just felt like we did from time to time in 2016, and even that is part of the Ascension Process so stop feeling like you’ve missed something or have done something wrong somewhere. You haven’t, we haven’t, we’re just stunned like the tired old plow mule whose recently discovered that the mission has been accomplished at that level and now it needs to learn and implement NEW things and NEW ways to be Creative and satisfied. And god bless all the plow mules for getting that level of the Work done. Now fellow Forerunner mules it’s time to learn and Master NEW higher ways to get things done that are profoundly easier and faster than what we’re used to.

When I get stupid I place my hand(s) on my HighHeart which automatically resets me back into 5D HighHeart BEing. When I get momentarily unbalanced in a world in profound transition, I place my hand(s) on my HighHeart which automatically resets me back into 5D HighHeart BEing. When I get depressed, lost, confused, distracted, interfered with or anything, I do this because it works and works immediately. I may “fall” back out of it just as fast but that’s me learning about and eventually Mastering how these wildly different levels of frequency, being, consciousness and reality actually are. Give yourself room and time to do this if you are or have been experiencing this in 2016. Like I said earlier, some of us need and/or desire to know the border-crossing points between the lower 3D world and the higher NEW 5D world(s) like we know the back of our hands and that’s perfectly okay. Others don’t need this and that’s perfect too. Never judge another Forerunner because you do not know what or why they’re doing what they are. Some of us will create new worlds based on what we’re learning firsthand now in these Ascension lives so back off and give them the room, time and respect they need and deserve to plow and seed the fields in whatever manner they deem necessary for themselves now.

BEing now includes feeling, sensing (not thinking) when it’s correct to jump or not jump, create or wait, move or don’t move etc. Thinking and functioning linearly doesn’t work well at all with these things anymore where feeling in the moment and acting on it in that moment does work beautifully, easily and quickly. Talk about a leap in faith however! This is an extreme change from what we’re used to in the old lower 3D world and consciousness and takes some practice doing repeatedly to discover that you won’t die or crash or “mess up” when you Create without your mind involved but your HighHeart in the drivers seat in nonlinear spherical time space consciousness and BEing. Welcome to 5D life and reality in this very base way. Much more to come of course and won’t that be great fun too? Well done everyone and keep up the Great but always changing Work.

Intricate portals move into activation in the next few years, as the planet is being revamped and revitalized.  Therefore there are massive fractures in earth crust and with it the inner stirring of mass liquid mass, which will bring about volcanic activity, even in those volcanoes which have been dormant for some time and with the eruptions in the inner earth, as liquid mass explodes this will cause earth eruptions, earth quakes and in some cases the sea will start boiling.


It is therefore imperative for mankind to understand that as the earth is reinventing herself, so human beings are being reinvented as they too are being re-formed, reinvented and even their physical bodies will now be more crystalline in nature and therefore contain higher frequency bands.


Most human beings are not aware of the energy centers in their own bodies, nor are they aware that a lot of changes are happening in the way the chakras and the spinal cord energies now move into higher octaves of being.
A lot of discomfort in the body is not caused so much by what we human being term “DIS-EASE” but rather by blocked particles of energies within these centers and therefore now are being worked on galactically to prepare mankind for the massive shifts with the portals opening up.


It is known to the Intergalactic Federation of Light, that the human body will have to be readjusted immensely, as the portal energies open up, as the normal human is not consciously aware enough to know about energies and energy centers and are not consciously seeking to activate these, do not work on the daily cleansing and clearing process, the healing of the emotional body, and more than this the healing of the mental body as well.


BOTH the emotional and mental bodies need to be healed and in balance with each other, as the last 26 000 year cycle has separated the heart (emotion/feeling) from the mind (rational, dissecting, fixing, creating/inventing without love or feeling).


Most people concentrate on the balance between the masculine and feminine WITHIN, but fail to understand the importance of the balance of heart and mind.  One cannot step into full co-creatorship without there being balance between the heart and mind, between the feelings and rational, for if the heart is not fully opened up and the vital energy flow of Love is not in balance with the mind, one is imbalanced and it was imbalance which caused mass trauma since the fall of Atlantis.


When the heart energies and mind energies, are in balance with each other, a state of balance reigns within and without: –  One starts then creating within the Universal Laws, as one applies them in HARMONY with the balance reigning elsewhere in the cosmos.


There are higher energy centers which work on the higher 36 chakras which were shut down after the fall of Atlantis, because human beings went out of control when the mind ruled and created the chaos that sunk Atlantis.  It was done as the 3^rd dimensional form of the lower DENSER physical form, could not hold the immensely high vibrational frequency which the opening up of 48 chakras would entail.


In the previous civilizations before Atlantis 72 chakras were fully opened up which meant that they lived in a much higher frequency band and therefore their physical forms where of much higher light body form.  In Atlantis this was shrunk to 43 (12 + 36) and after Atlantis this further shrunk to 7 only.  There are 330 chakras in all, and the more one activated the higher chakras the more one evolves by octaves of Being.


It speaks for itself then how far mankind has sunk into the sea of density and forgetfulness.


However the chakras are not the only energy centers held within the body!  The nadis and meridians play a huge role, and these are not just held within the physical body, but also within the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.  To only treat the physical body, is the lowest form of healing there is.  When one starts treating ALL the bodies, disease cannot sustain life within the bodily form.


Take this one step further, and it was known that together with the chakras, the nadis and meridians, the 33 Vortex energy centers held within the spinal column had to be fully cleansed, healed and activated.  It was known that each vertebrae, held soul memory banks and only in releasing these soul memory banks could such a center be fully activated.  Each vertebrae acts like a mini computer chip, and records all that is held in the emotional and mental bodies.


Unless each vertebrae is treated like living entity in its own right and higher Adam Kadmon body cannot function nor can it be fully activated.  There is more to the spinal column here, than I will divulge now, but to confuse this energy with the Kundalini energy is to play down the importance of these energy centers.


The Kundalini rises yes, through center energy channels in the spinal column, however it is but one single energy force, and not the whole.  It is but cog in the Universal wheel – not the be-all and end-all as some would have it be.  Again, forgetfulness and the wrong interpretation of ancient scripts and the handing down orally of teachings, has left immense gaps in human knowledge and understanding of vital truths.


As mankind sunk into forgetfulness a lot of the teachers, could not understand the greater whole, and therefore started sharing only what they knew and could understand.  What went beyond their own understanding they could not teach.  They might have handed down certain texts, or what was recorded in such, but the earliest civilizations recorded such not in the form of writing, but in the form of ENERGY.


As the human body is this massive and very sensitive energy field, in combination with the emotional, mental, spiritual and all twelve lightbodies, so is the earth.  Every single aspect of the human body reflects within the body of the earth.  She is as much a living, breathing entity as we are – it is just that we tend to forget that.


To me the earth changes and the opening up of the portals brings in a higher understanding of just how linked our physical forms are to planet earth.  But not only our physical forms and the rest of our bodies are linked – OUR CONSCIOUSNESS LEVELS ARE ALSO LINKED THE PLANET’S!


Consciousness and awareness levels are not only linked to the earth’s but also to that of the 12 Central SUNS and the 12 Central Galaxies.


AS ABOVE – SO BELOW.


What is exists in the macrocosm exists in the microcosm and vice versa.


One only fears what one is not consciously aware and part of.

The more consciously aware one becomes, the more COSMICALLY aware becomes. 

Our souls are intricately linked to the Central Suns and to the Divine. 

Our SOULS are immortal, eternal, and therefore KNOW all of this.

There is truly nothing new under the Great Central Suns!

Blessed Being, you are a powerful vortex of creation.  Your energies spin within and without, drawing information to you, into your awareness.  Within your awareness, information - the information of the world, meets.  One disparate situation, one triumphant situation – potential meets within you.  Your energy spins out, dispersing invisibly into the Earth experience, the biosphere, the data of possibility on Earth.  You are the ‘middle’ in which new potential can be born.  You are the, ‘As above, so below;’ for as you perceive in your mind, your heart flows.  Allow your mind to respond to your heart and you find the middle road of Love expanding your world.


Your world of duality is ‘the middle.’ You are the point, observing.  What do you see when you look at one extreme or the other, what do you feel?  For as you have a reaction, you are focusing a potent magnetic ‘shaper’ of life.  You can shift your reaction internally with your heart forgiveness and mind focus.  For as you free the heart through forgiveness, your mind has new perception available.  Your reactions become understanding, potential progress perceived, lesson learned, even as another may be learning.  You speak silently to the future and call new form forward.  You are that powerful.  


As we sit to Blast Meeting in the Middle, we are finding neutrality in the release of pain or judgment and discerning the great power of progress in humanity and the self.  We are freeing our hearts from the past and strengthening the future to foster Love’s growth.  We are finding a new perspective of why, for Life is the love of evolution and the evolution of Love.  We are opening our hearts and minds to see the gift in the present and the potential of the future.  We are Time manifest, bringing the past and the future into the now moment, the middle point where possibility meets Love and procreates new life.  Blast on!

Todays letter is on a personal note with observations of the global shifts and changes. Personally I have watched feelings arise I thought were dealt with long ago. I have watched people enter my life almost identical to people in the past harboring the same personas. We magnetize people and events to us according to our consciousness and wish as I may I am not immune to this process. Thankfully I have mastered a few more tools and methods to process, gain the wisdom and allow these experiences to settle in the soul as wisdom. The sad part is I watch as so many others hold on to their wounds, traumas and wrong conclusions from past experiences guarding them like their grandest treasures. God forbid pointing these programs out because they are met with vehement defensiveness. I have never before seen the need to be right defended against all base logic. The more I process my own issues and rise in consciousness the more I feel like an alien. There is very little love on this planet. When I say love it is not the love most seek and desire. It is a love without agendas, without attachments and judgements. Not the love with hooks, the desire to fill unfulfilled expectations, the voids left by past relationships. It is the love that only comes with ones own personal God, Spirit, Creator connection. It is the love that allows that connection to flow freely though us. One of the first steps to this process is just being kind to others, all life including ourselves. In todays society there is not a lot of kindness being expressed for each other or the Earth. In many cases we have become a nation of wounded zombies with our souls buried under layers of chemicals, psychotronics, psychic turbulence and the programming of social consciousness. The heavy metals like aluminum, strontium, and barium in the chemtrails as well as the fluoride in the water are working. Very well I might add.

For many years I have felt centered in my own connection with spirit but as of late these new energies are off the scale. They are coming in waves, increasing exponentially bringing up the past sometimes ancient memories to process and deal with. Lately I personally feel the closeness of my Star Nation families. I feel the old world leaving and a new world taking its place. There is a part of me that feels sad the old world is leaving along with those who cannot master their attachment to it. There is another part of me that feels tears of joy the new world is finally arriving. There is a part of me observing this process and another part of me participating in it. I can always pull myself out of the process, the old world yet maybe it is time to embrace it fully yet with my feet firmly planted in the new world.

Time to move in and through it with the intention of ascending to a higher reality. We are all vast beings multidimensional in nature yet our human self keeps demanding the most attention. It wants to be the master, the captain of the ship yet it is not qualified in the least when measured by the higher selves.

Lately I feel as if my higher self has run out of ideas, weary of providing solutions unheeded. This may very well be the point. Time to surrender all of it, let go, release all attachment to the outcome and focus on holding my own center. Allow others to heal themselves in their own time frame. This is hard in relationships and community living because we have no authority in the free will and choices of another and at the same time we have to interact with them. This includes interacting with those raised in dysfunctional families never receiving base healthy reference points or families where there is a long history of projection and blame. Very few have the spiritual maturity and emotional control to step back and look at a situation in the understanding there just might be two sides to a story and their might even be a better way of doing things. Insights gained through experience often can avoid making mistakes already made if one has the humility to learn. I am finding now is the time to love myself enough to set the necessary boundaries in unhealthy situations choosing not to participate. Time to let the old world die. It does not matter if you have the keys to someone else's quantum leap in evolution. If they are caught up in their own self importance, defending a wounded ego or the need to be right it is their kingdom. No matter how dysfunctional it is it is their divine right. When it bleeds into your world it is also your divine right to say what needs to be said and set whatever boundaries are necessary. There is an awakening and healing etiquette. As above so below. This includes the higher dimensional beings acting within universal law which need your consent, you have to initiate the contact and the degenerate beings acting outside of universal law without your consent. The good news is if you are aligned with the higher dimensions and acting according to universal law, “God is with you.” The ultimate power. It never was about overpowering others it has always been about empowering others. This abuse of power is creating a huge back lash along with the reaction to actions based on greed at the expense of humanity and the Earth. It has become epidemic and is unsustainable.

The basis for foreign policy is domination through superior technology to steal the resources of a less powerful nation. People are manipulated through manufactured lack, control of their monetary systems, whereas they are enslaved through dependency. Exporting the American dream is a trap concerning many people who already are rich in what is really valuable. This is the modes operand of the old world. This policy is about to change with the fall of tyranny, “IE The International Banksters.” This is unfolding as we speak. The karmic reaction to their actions and those who ignorantly follow their agendas is escalating. As the people awaken and unify they will not longer be in support of the ways of tyranny. That awakening is here. The odds are ten million to one which explains the genocidal practices of the controllers. If their mind control programs, mainstream media, school programming, psyhotronic network such as microwave, ELF waves, start to fail and people wake up to who they are and what they have done to them it is game over. Why do you think it is imperative and first priority to take away your guns? Do you think they want to save lives? It is their lives they want to save along with the reaction to their actions, the awakened peoples response which is their greatest fear. Now do you see why they are putting fluoride in your water, aspartame in your food, allowing GMOs with a known history of causing debilitating diseases. Did you know the cows and pigs fed GMO corn are becoming sterile, dying of ulcerated stomachs. Rats in longer studies are riddled with cancer and covered with tumors. Does that not fit nicely into their depopulation program. Big Pharma loves that program. The banksters have extracted trillions of dollars and giving it to their friends, none of which went back into the economy. Then our leadership gives them trillions more again and again in what they call quantitive easing burying the people under a mountain of debt that can never be repaid. How does that serve the people? At what point do the people wake up and realize it is not their debt and put the burden back on the people who created it. There is the United States of America and the United States of America Corporation. Guess who created the debt? Which one are you governed by? How many false flags will the people fall for before they wake up to who is behind them? How many wars will be fought on the basis of lies and deceptions by our leadership? Do you think this is sustainable? Do you think World War 3 is sustainable? Einstein said, “ I don't know with what weapons World War 3 will be fought but world war 4 will be fought with sticks and stones.”

Do we really want to go in that direction? The corporations run the world. There are just a few families that own the major corporations. As you move up the hierarchical ladder of wealth, greed and power over others we go into the archons. These are demonic beings, degenerate Ets, and forces which feed of the pain and suffering of humanity. They have only distain with no compassion for humans. Why else would you have the global genocide, the poisoned air, water, food, endless wars. This includes the spreading of depleted uranium and the nuclear disasters. The good news is we have higher dimensional friends and family throughout the multiverse that are putting an end to the archon network. Their puppets here on Earth, the cabal, have lost their support. There are families of the more enlightened kind which have the support of the higher dimensional beings. They also have wealth and resources far beyond the cabal. The cabal, their international banksters, and the modes operandi is not frequency specific to the Earth's evolution. Their ways are finished. Especially when the archon network is gone and the people awaken to what they have done to them for centuries. They have financed both sides of every war since Napoleon. In most cases they instigate them with false flag operations the history of which is now being revealed. They have lied and mislead the people in every war creating fictitious threats, sinking ships and shifting blame, they even dress up as the enemy or pay mercenaries to generate these wars. Why? It is big business. They cash in on the wars and the natural resources of both countries when they cannot repay the debt. So how long will the people fall for this? How long will the corporate owned lame stream media be able to perpetuate these lies? As long as the internet stays up not for long. It has already all been exposed for people with ears to hear. Even the attempts to character assassinate the truth tellers and brand them as crazy conspiracy theories has failed. The denial of UFOs went real well with the latest poll in Texas after a major flyover showed 99% of the people believed in extraterrestrials. So much for the cover up. Over 60 years of denial and silence through deadly force did not suppress that issue. One of their last ditch efforts to rule through fear is to create a false flag ufo invasion. The ones coming now are here to liberate an already invaded civilization. It is not what is coming that is the problem it is what is already here.

Times are changing, the awakening and healing of humanity and the Earth is well underway. It is a process backed by the highest of highs and cannot be stopped. Our only choice is do we align ourselves with the process or be left behind. Get out in nature, eat close to the Earth. Know where your food comes from, if it has been tampered with. Know where your water comes from. Test it. Know what is raining down on you in the skies. Rise up and put a stop to it. Make your own personal God connection, take the time to meditate. Initiate help from the higher dimensions through prayer for protection and guidance. These are all necessary in the days to come. It may get a bit rocky so be prepared yet in the long run it will all turn out good. Humanity and the Earth will be liberated of tyranny. It will no longer be fashionable or tolerated in the days to come. Be well,
