The Light Which Softens & Opens

Hello, Beautiful Ones,

It is good to be with you today.

We begin this communication by offering a soft and gentle attunement to our energies, meeting some of you for the first time in a conscious way. Think of this as us, with your permission if you’re open to it, attuning your field in an arrangement that is beneficial to our shared focus and connection. So you will get the greatest benefit of the energy present and feel nourished and supported. If this is a “Yes,” for you, confirm we may offer this and allow a brief pause as we do so.

We appreciate your openness. Thank you.

We love you and we love being with you. We love this opportunity to share and co-create with you. We are the Arcturians, and I am Ashira.

We know that you are ready for the content, the energy, the structure and the invitations of this transmission for in your own vastness we know you, and, like many we are aware of life on earth and your ascending frequencies.

Presently, we are orchestrating the arrangement for this transmission. What you might think of as us complementing, balancing, harmonizing, and composing our shared field of light for this experience of softening and expansion. We do this with an intention of creating space through expansion and thereby, empowering more light to flow.

When you are focused and open to experience this transmission with us, together we create an energy field. You experience this transmission as a series of words, unfolding but in truth, it is a singular field of light which is continually, dynamically, informed by all present here, and emanating energies based on our intention to support your expansion. All of which happens instantly, yet because of where and how you are focused, seems to flow sequentially, in time-space.

Each time you join this shared field we attend to the communication with great joy. For that is our role in this connection and to offer a continual refinement of this field is how we play with you.

We see you and perpetually offer supportive frequencies. Whenever you allow us to connect with you via your attention, and thus permission, we do all we can to make your experience easier and more fun. We are doing that now.

We want you to realize that light is within you in quantities and frequencies that far exceed your current expression and conscious experience.

You, within you, have access to all that is: infinite light!

Light beyond the light you know now. Luminous being, within you is a doorway into some of those new frequencies and forms of light. The ones you are ready for, the ones you are resonant with. Simply intending to open and receive this empowers it to be so.

You are powerful and creative. Use this for your joy.

We want to tell you straight away you are in a window in this unfoldment of the time experience you're having, each of you, because of your conscious awakening and energetic refinement where you can now amplify your presence in substantial and exponentially different ways. We know you are going to read this. We know who is going to read this. And we are empowered by the principles of the realm (so to speak) in which we are focused, so that we can transmit specifically and uniquely to each of you.

The nature, frequently, of our collaboration with earth-based consciousness is focused upon reminding you of how to access your power, and to support you as you allow expansion and amplification of all you are, here.

We work from within and with your own wholeness while you are embodied on earth, and inspire, attune and remind you of the ways for the expansiveness you are and all that you have access to, to be present through your human embodiment more and more fully.

You might think of it as a covert type of operation in a way. (Smile) If that is fun for you - for this can be and we hope it is, very very fun. Working within yourself with the great power that is yours, can be tremendously joyful and fun! Amusement and joy, humor and laughter, are beneficial to you. When you feel these emotions you soften up and you open more. That is beneficial for our connection today and your connection always.

Softening and opening. Allowing. Easing up. See how that feels to you now. How might you shift yourself in subtle ways that to you allow you to do that - soften, open, ease up. Relax.

Let us tell you a bit about us and our way of being relative to your experience. Although we have what you would think of as a star as a home, we are often traveling within the universe so that we might co-create. We enjoy assisting other forms of life as they refine their experience. This collaboration across bandwidths of energy and dimensions gives us great joy. We're like the angelic beings you know and love so much. We enjoy this galactic play and we value the opportunities we have to join you in your amazing experience of creating on earth in very new and wonderfully unique ways.

As you let yourself take in these words, as translated by Ailia, you will become more attuned to us, and to our ways of connecting. Through this, your capacity to receive transmissions from us, who we hope you will view as your Arcturian friends, will grow.

The increased capacity to receive truly happens naturally. We do wish to encourage you to pay attention to how you feel and receive and experience our connections with you and especially, to your experience of your own inner connections.

Your capacity to receive can continually expand. You are an infinite being focused here and you have vast capacities for light.

Connecting with your vaster self, with the non-physical wholeness of Life, with us, with other non-physical beings or fields of focus can assist you in receiving more, and with more ease. Be aware of this and notice and make connections as you engage multidimensionally. Be aware of new feelings of flow, new experiences unfolding in your life, as you focus and connect in these way.

By noticing how you are changing, several things will occur.

By noticing how multidimensional connections affect you and by how you are changing, you will feel encouraged. You will feel supported. You will realize how connected you truly are. How deeply and completely you belong. You will find you may feel more empowered. Many humans find that they feel expanded and uplifted.

Most wonderfully, by allowing a focus, by placing attention on your own non-physical wholeness, you can and often will, feel an increased concentration of your own energy, which will feel quite nice to you.

In paying attention to all of this, you will amplify and thus create an exponential experience of what is taking place. When you pay attention to something with love and interest, you allow it to amplify and to open up more fully within you. Energy can be unfolded within you. This might seem an odd thing to say, but the vaster non-physical energy of your own wholeness, for example, as you focus within and upon that, arises in your presence. This energy is intelligent and capable, as all Life is. This energy can open within you and coherently compliment and nourish your energy presence, operating from a wisdom and knowing that is All! This is magical and entirely natural. You can experiment with deliberate allowing of your own wholeness, by softening and opening, and see what happens. We suggest to you that you can use this to infuse your presence, more fully, with all that you are.

Doing this you also generate more luminous ways of being. Your own vastness can flow forth and influence you. These luminous ways of being will generate more luminosity in your energy system, and emanate from you. Your peace and satisfaction emanates from your presence. People around you feel this. It’s very beautiful to be around someone who is happy, peaceful, satisfied and radiant. Isn’t it? And being that way feels good.

As we conclude this attunement and connection with you, we invite you to embrace a specific focus today, one that will serve you well.

Today we want to encourage you to pay attention to yourself when it occurs to you, with love and interest. If there were any place to begin, right now, at any time really (smile) it is most definitely with you.

Today, pay more attention to yourself with love and interest. In doing so you amplify and open up yourself so that the expansive energies that you already innately have access to, are given liberty to rise up and flow into your life more right now.

You have access to energies that you are not yet experiencing in your life. It is simply a matter of imagining and cultivating an openness to receive. Tuning to yourself, creating unity within you, inner harmony is another word for alignment.

Try it. In a moment after reading this turn your attention inward and close your eyes, and have a sense of your gaze even with your eyes being closed. Have a sense of the focus of your attention being on your human expression. Feel this with a soft, loving, welcoming, interesting focus, and hold it.

Choose to hold this attention, this soft, loving, welcoming, interesting gaze upon yourself. As you hold this choice of focus, feel how your energy field moves.

Notice what happens.

We suspect you will notice you feel more relaxed.

Now drop the specificity of this focus - meaning no need to feel curious of bring any particular mood to this focus. Simply let yourself just focus on you with awareness, no intention, no particular quality, just awareness.

Choose to place all your awareness on you. Softly, gently. It feels good, doesn’t it? Some of you may feel warmth when you do this. This is pure presence, friends. This, is love.

Pure attention, is love. Attention says: this is significant, I choose to focus upon it. Love, self-love, is knowing your significance. Knowing you are One with All. You dear friend have infinite value in Life.

Love, and loving - these are truly a quality of pure awareness that is simply attention, although in a realm with emotions, it may feel more like appreciation. It’s gentle and soft and present and amplifying.

As you offer this to yourself, you do what all life does under such a soft and loving gaze; you open. And in this openness, everything can come to you and anything is possible, and you will notice, you feel wonderful.

A Message to Lightworkers – December 4, 2017

The latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels and Archangels known as the Collective:


Greetings, Light Bearers of the New Earth!


We wish to share with you a clear vision of the Light we see Earth adjusting and recalibrating to now, and the effect that Presence is having on Earth’s people and Her vibration.


Understand that you are still in many ways living within a system of mental, emotional, physical, and etheric repression, which though it cannot prevent the growth and empowerment of your consciousness, tends to keep you unaware of that expansion as you move through your day.


This is not unusual; other societies, whether based on ships or space stations, or on planets or stars, have experienced a similar matrix system of control.


What is unusual, is that you are emerging from the depths of one of the worst and most drastic examples of a control system that this galaxy and Universe have yet witnessed.


And that you are coming to attune yourselves to the Light reaching your planet now, and with your planet Herself, more than that system of outer control.


“And how could it be a form of outer control, when it has squashed or directed our awareness, thoughts, feelings, and DNA for millennia?” you may ask.


We say outer control, because it is not inherent to your being, on a soul level, to have no free will, and to be manipulated by some outer force.

And so as this Universe moves into the Satya Yuga, a golden era of Freedom, Peace, Enlightenment, Service to Others, and Divine Love, you have begun to become self-aware in the sense of realizing the puppet strings, and are detaching them from yourself.


This is not a matter of simple political awareness, though that is one component of what you are experiencing.


We speak of political occurrences often, but only as a reference to Earth’s history or contemporary life, and in relation to your increasing strength and individuation from that which has illegally usurped control over Earth life for so long.


That which is political on the planet is not separate from the etheric—that quantum field from which all possibilities and potentials are either borne out into experience or fade back into unmanifest energies.


There have been other attempts, at other moments on Earth’s current timeline, to wrest control of human life out of the hands of those who wrongly took control of it eons ago.


Yet these were not successful, except in the sense of adding to the energetic momentum that has built the events and revelations you see unfolding around you now.


You have seen great teachers come to this Earth, speaking of spiritual precepts and revelation, explaining how energy works, and how thought and inner intention mold energy into outer form and outer events, while demonstrating that which you have considered to be the miraculous.


You have heard or read of them speaking of how all must be based in Love, or fade away to be reborn into another reality, seeking to express itself in a continuously higher form as it moves from one incarnation to another.


That which continues without physical death—that which you call the Ascended—is a life based entirely in Love, in Service to Others, in an integration of mind and heart, until the heart-mind has become the center of individual consciousness—an expression of the higher self, seeking to fulfill the soul mission for which each person incarnates.

Yet you will see many basing their beliefs in Ascension upon a singular notion, or an outer demonstration.


These are often spoken of as the “downfall of the cabal,” or the falsely conceived “currency reval,” or “the end of war” or many other outer events (often just called “the Event”) that signify a sudden energetic shift upon the Earth which is then borne out in physical events that affect group and individual lives around the world.


We would say, that it is of course joyful and positive to believe in the full enactment of NESARA law, of Peace created and maintained everywhere on Earth, of all persons being well-fed and well-educated, of the ill tended to in holistic terms, and of the homeless housed with dignity.


It is of course a positive belief to cheer on the work of those championing the Divine Feminine upon the Earth such as Malala Yousafzai, or of those working the Peace Map timeline, such as Dr M T Keshe.


It is a wonderful form of manifesting and co-Creating, to envision and feel the reality of NESARA being announced upon your televisions, and the end of media and financial exploitation and fraud.


We would simply say, that these are only outer signs, as great as they are, to that which you are already experiencing within yourselves.


Some may call these outer demonstrations miraculous.


We would more view them as the natural outcomes, per the laws of physics, of your beliefs and expectations—that which you claim as your new reality.


We would say also, that the reason why you are claiming this now, is that you are integrating the higher energies now flowing to the Earth, as well as aligning with the energies of the astrological configurations that are carrying you into the Age of Aquarius.


You are realizing that this is you now, and not some far away dream.


The sooner you can stop waiting, and begin to feel that you have already arrived—that you are no longer in a battle, no longer struggling, and no longer stuck in duality—the sooner all that you dream of will arrive as a natural consequence of that which you expect.


Does the entire world have to go along with your good feelings about life?

We would say, that even in the worst monsoon season in a region given to such, you need not fear flooding.


For your belief in your and your community’s safety and well-being will carry you forward to continuing to experience such, and to avoid the disasters others have forecasted, regardless of what appears to be “logical.”


And so, smile at this seeming unawareness of how far you have come, and how far you are now traveling.


For your own vibration is remaking your world, and your own life, into something that past generations—even a younger you—would have once only termed a miracle, a thing for only an Ascended Master.


To which we say, “Yes—you are the Ascending One now. And you are indeed creating that which in the past would have taken tremendous effort, or taken a long time, or not anchored fully into human life, or been called a miracle.”


You are that miracle that reaches beyond your social training, your subconscious patterns, your past lives.


You are the Ascension—you are the Rainbow Bridge itself—and we welcome you to your new life, as the brilliant expressions and demonstrations of Divine Love that you are.

OPEN HAND – Attuning to the Flow of the Universe

Do you feel the support of the Universe and guidance in your daily life? Are you aware of the energy field that is moving and continually creating around you? There is a natural flow of energy that moves through all things. It creates and shapes the current moment. You are a significant part of this flow and an intricate part of life’s web that is perpetually being woven.


How do you experience this flow as a daily part of your life?
How might your life be uplifted by it?


The Divine Dance


The Universe continually invites and supports us in aligning with this Divine Dance. We are a necessary part of this interplay. When we pay attention and attune to this rightness, then remarkable miracles occur in our lives! It is not always easy or straightforward. Sometimes the flow may take us into challenges, so that we can unravel distortions and let go of that which no longer serves us and at times we don’t align with what is right for various reasons such as fear, past experiences or conditioning. Our world at this time can be a dense and complex place and we are likely to resist and get lost on occasions. The wonderful thing about the flow, is that it is always there waiting for us, we simply need to tune back to it again.


Support in many forms


Divine support comes in many forms. We may receive intuitive knowings, vision or insight, that just land within us. We may feel intuitive knowing around our solar plexus, this is where the term “gut instinct” comes from. Our gut knows what is right. When I ask a question internally, if it is not aligned I frequently notice a tightness in my solar plexus, then if I consider an alternate possibility that is aligned I feel my body relax and expand. Sometimes I just inexplicably know what is right action, even if it would not be the logical or preferable choice according to my mind/ego. Each one of us is unique, so practise listening to your body and inner knowing, how does it speak to you? We have remarkable intelligence continually available to us way beyond the mind.


Benevolent flow is evident in signs and synchronicities that appear in our life and it is beneficial to pay attention to our landscape and what is happening around us. When we are open and aware all kinds of magic appears in our lives. The phrase “Show me” can be beneficial in welcoming in Divine guidance. Sometimes the support can be discreet and at other times clear and obvious. It could be the way the wind blows through the trees or a smile from a stranger, or a “chance” encounter with someone you have been thinking of. Be open to welcoming the magic into your life, pay attention and miracles happen. The key is to notice how you feel inside in relation to the mirror in your outer world. It is showing you something about yourself.


There are also other energies which are not so benevolent operating in the Universe. If however, we ensure that we are coming from an honest and authentic place and are not lost in our dramas or distortions, then these energies can have little or no impact on our vibration and the way we engage with the world. This is not to deny any “negative” emotions, the invitation is to feel deeply into them and work through them, rather than suppress them or cover them up with positive affirmations and thoughts. When we come from a place of authenticity, the whole Universe is available to support us. We are part of the whole Universe and are invited to be of divine service. As an interconnected part of the Universe, who are we not to play our role in the this Divine flow? I am reminded of the words of Marianne Williamson:


“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.”



Coming out of the mind and into the heart...





In modern society the attributes of mindful thinking are seen as the pathway to success, measured in outwardly signs of progress and goal attainment. We are taught from an early age to think, plan and strategise. True success however in my view, comes from connecting more with our hearts and intuition, in being who we truly are and expressing our divine beingness. Here is an inspiring quote from Open of Openhand in relation to creating more space for attuning to the flow in your life and creating with the divine:


“One of the greatest challenges of this society, is that you often end
up doing too much. And simply doing is not the same as divine creativity,
which requires space and presence to flow properly.
So take a clear look at everything you end up doing in a day and ask…”
Do I really need to do that? Does this serve my higher purpose?”
If not, take it out and allow an open space to form.
Focus on not doing, not thinking about what needs to be done.
This is not easy, because the mind keeps running its conditioned loops.
So come down into the heart, work to unravel the mind loops
from being centred in the heart space. Create an opening.
Then you’ll end up marveling at the sheer miracles you create.”
So take some time out, find time and space to connect with the Flow.

Spend even a few moments throughout your day breathing consciously. Let go of agendas or any need for things to happen in a particular way. We can get fixed on a particular outcome, however the Universe has a much broader view of the world and what could unfold, than our limited minds could ever imagine. There are a multitude of possibilities available to us that we may have not have yet considered. I am reminded of these words from Gareth Brooks “Some of God’s greatest gifts are unanswered prayers”, some of our greatest gifts are also things we would never have imagined, so remain open to the boundless possibilities.


Below is an exploration of three aspects of Universal support that appear in our daily lives as external mirrors, the more we become aware and notice, the more prevalent such support becomes. These aspects are only examples, there are many other ways in which the Unverse speaks to us. The three aspects are signs and synchronicities, angelic support and animal medicine.


Signs and Synchronicities


As we pay attention we notice signs and synchronicities presenting themselves in our landscape. It may be the way the wind moves through the trees, the words someone says or a car registration number that speaks to us. Such synchronicities may not always be pointing us in the direction that would seem obvious, rather they may be an invitation to explore something more deeply inside. They can be quite abstract, such as cloud formations, it’s what we notice about them and how we feel inside that is important. Initially we may need to be creative in interpreting what they could possbily mean. As we practise the answers become more obvious. It pays to be curious and playful in our engagement with these experiences. Trusting in what we feel and what we interpret is also invaluable.


Embrace from the Angelic Realms


The Angelic Realms offer a beautiful, magnificent and loving arena of support. I’ve always had a close connection with the angels. I frequently see and walk alongside floating feathers, which is a personal affirmation that angels are close by. A few days ago I was in a second hand shop and the song “In the arms of an angel” was being played. Then I knew it was time to write this article.


When I feel the angels around me, it feels like a warm, comforting embrace. It feels very supportive and nurturing. Why not close your eyes right now, take some deep breaths and invite the angelic realms to come close to you, notice what you feel and how your energy changes. In addition there are specific Archangels which exhibit different qualities, for example Archangel Michael imbues strength, courage and compassion. I am occasionally inspired to use angel cards, which can be surprisingly accurate and revelatory.


Animal Medicine


Animal medicine can also be a powerful guiding tool in our lives. If your attention is drawn to a particular animal or you have an encounter with one, it may be an indication to pay attention to the characteristics or medicine associated with that particular animal. There are some wonderful animal cards available or you can search online for the medicine associated with a particular animal. However most importantly use your intuition, before seeking any external reference what do you notice about the animal, what are it’s characteristics. Latterly I have had a squirrel pee on me and a badger cross the road a few metres in front of me in the middle of the afternoon (badgers are usually nocturnal creatures). Both these occurrences had huge significance and relevance to what I was exploring in my life at that time.


How you might bring more Universal support into your life


There are numerous ways to play, align with the flow and bring more support into your life. Be curious, open and watch for where/what you feel drawn to. Here are some ideas to encourage you on the way:


Sit in a quiet place, relax, breathe deeply and invite in loving support from the Universe. Notice how you feel inside. Such a simple form of meditation can make a dramatic difference.
If you have a question or issue in your life ask “show me”, the answer may not be immediately obvious or come in a form that you would expect, so be patient and stay open.
Observe your feelings and your body intelligence, they are significant indicators of rightness.
Pay attention to what is happening in your environment, there are no ordinary moments. What do you notice, what spikes your attention and how do you feel about it?
Angel or animal cards can be helpful in inviting in some guidance.
Create space in your life – meditate, spend time in nature, connect with the flow of the universe.
Find your joy and express it – this is a wonderful way of tuning into your soul.
Go on a freewheeling adventure – go on an outing with no agenda, follow the flow and see where you are taken.
Come out of your mind and into your heart, make choices more from your heart than your mind.
Trust your experiences


The magnificent Universe is part of you and you are part of it – we are One. We have this exceptional support available to us all the time, we just need to become aware, connect and flow with it. I love this short and very sweet animation. It speaks (without words) of how we can be in an aligned creative flow (or not) no matter what we are doing… it’s how we are being that matters.
