October 2019 Ascension Energies - Creative Love

Big internal changes. September was a deep and potent shift internally—which often takes time to manifest in the physical—that is helping us to integrate and embody our Infinite Self. This merges the Divine Human more directly and consciously.
As we anchor this higher frequency into physicality, we are amplifying our conscious power to utilize the subtle realm rules of the Law of Resonance. This gives greater access (though we’ve always been working with it, mostly unconsciously) to the vast, subtle, invisible engine that builds worlds.
September’s energy, even beyond the equinox, was creating more balance within. In the experience of duality, we create (move through time) through the dualistic flow of imbalance/new balance. It’s a neutral expression of creation within this loving universe. More on this in the energies of the final quarter of this Year of Freedom (according to Areon).
Perhaps you noticed old or deep issues “re”surfacing, boundary issues or opportunities for overcoming fears that may have been minor or major from your perspective. The beautiful flow of Life evolving is calling you to a more empowered version of yourself.
The energies of the fourth quarter will be supporting us to Transcend Duality. This is not about avoiding or obliterating duality, it is about integration. Just like two opposite sides are one coin, or the opposite energy of positive and negative charges are one atom.
For you to Transcend Duality, you are integrating the opposites (or separation) within you. What you resist, or what seems opposite is an opportunity for you to grow and create a new wholeness. This creates a powerful creative flow, less separation, more connective Love.
The energy of October was shown to me as Creative Love. I was shown a vision of a heart breaking open, and mending into a stronger structure. When the ego leads, the first reaction to “strengthen” the heart is to build barriers of protection. This can be helpful in the beginning to protect as healing and transformation is occurring—like a cast prohibits movement and access to a broken ankle bone that is mending.
Eventually, you must take the cast off, or instead of helping the healing as it did in the beginning, the cast is now inhibiting the healing. First you may need crutches to support your healing, but you must put a little pressure on it (not too much yet) so it strengthens. Then eventually you need to stop using the crutches altogether in order to best heal.
It’s time to let go of the heart crutches. :o) Love boldly. Love yourself enough to hold healthy boundaries that support your strengthening. Love Life unconditionally within (seek internal forgiveness, which is your internal freedom), even as you honor healthy boundaries in the conditional physical realm.
I’m seeing energies from September building and supporting, of course. The progression. Asking the question: “Am I loving myself unconditionally in this moment” is helpful to keep nurturing your resonance into a greater flow of Love. When I was filming the monthly video, I saw a deer walk into my backyard, signaling that support of gentleness.
As Areon reminds me often, relax into your flow. Be gentle with the self. Use Love to shift rather than so much effort and you will receive the support that is flow to your more readily. And your effort will feel more inspired, for it is then coming from your infinite wellspring of Love. That’s what you are.

Honoring the conditions of the physical is the wisdom of “being in the world.” Establishing the unconditionality (freedom) of your inner realm is the wisdom of being “not of” the world.This interplay is the duality that we experience in the physical realm. Your neutrality is your bridge to connect that duality into the higher layer of Truth that connects those opposites. As you utilize your Creative Love, you are balancing your inner realm with the external experience. Life responds.

Main themes this month include:
BRING YOURSELF TO LIFE could be the theme for December.
HEART ENERGY is going to be big this month. There may be some impactful things for you and your heart - things that bring up grief or heartbreak or release; but there will also be incredible, wondrous periods of connection, intimacy and you feeling very safe to be in your feelings and alive on this planet.
WONDER will link with Heart Energy. This month you are going to have many invitations to wonder. There will be special moments with people you perhaps thought you'd never have those moments with, healings with people that you thought you would never have such a healing with - but also a sense of wonder with yourself and your own ability to create.
The GRIEF period will be over for many of you. The grief period has been quite strong for the past several years, but we are now in a place where we can see things differently and understand that we are here to be a part of the transition, part of the change.
ALMIGHTY CHANGE is happening at this time on the planet. Be careful of being seduced by what we think that change "is". We can get the idea that because we're on a spiritual path or a lightworker that we're doing this grand thing. It's fine to celebrate that, but don't get seduced into thinking it's something bigger than what the doctor or the mother down the street are doing. That can lead to separation between you and the next person who may know nothing or care nothing for spiritual ideals, but is full of heart, is full of presence and is also here for the transition.
Remember, FEAR ENERGY creates division and separation and retraction. Fear energy is pumped out to the world quite regularly from several sources. So you really need to monitor how you are feeling. What do you need? What are you doing today? When you take care of all of those things, you naturally become more generous towards others.
2018 to 2024 – These years are going to be ON in a big way. A lot of lightworkers, spiritually minded folk, empaths and sensitives are being galvanized and grounded right now for the coming 4 to 10 years on the planet.
So if you still have depression or deflation or anything that you feel you need to clear out - give yourself to it. Take it seriously. Don't just talk about it with your friends for a few years - take some action around it. Are there supplements you need? Do you need to consider weekly therapy? What is it you're going to need to help bring yourself back to life?
If you are not looking after yourself well, you can fall into resentments, judgment, anger and frustration. So if any of those emotions are bubbling up for you, the emotions aren't wrong, but the situation you are in might be. So think about that. Is there anything you need to adjust in the coming month?
This is a common thing for sensitives, lightworkers. So just trust that you don't owe anybody anything, but when you look after yourself well, you will naturally want to do for others.

This is an update on the energy wave that is blanketing the earth. Physical symptoms may be in overdrive for many. We are also seeing that this energy is bringing about the healing of the Divine Feminine . This can be very uncomfortable as we examine how it has been distorted and degraded throughout the last 25,000 year cycle. The update also talks about the Atlantean and other civilization memories that are arising for healing and validation. Memories of these times are coming forth so that we can tap into the potentials and open back up. In this update the timelines and our impact on our world today is also discussed.
