We are all facing the choice of how much change we’re willing to adjust to in our ascension cycle and how much or how little we’re willing to do in the way of change and transformation. Do we move forward in a slow and steady pace or do we get rid of everything in a scorched earth policy and take everything down to the roots? The choice depends on two things, how many times we’re willing to repeat our karmic cycles and how much we’re willing to release. The choice is ours and while either way is possible, a balance, more middle of the road policy is best.


 


This is a photo of the blade height adjustment of my lawnmower. If I set it low it cuts the grass really short; if I set it high it just cuts the top part of the grass. Where I decide to set it depends on two things:

• How many times a week I want to mow my yard, and
• How many times I want to empty the clippings bag while I’m mowing.

Here’s how that works. When the blade is set to high just the top part of the grass gets cut so it gets tall again quickly and I have to mow the yard twice a week instead of once a week. So I prefer to set the blade closer to the ground so the grass is shorter and it takes longer to grow again.


But while I’m mowing with the blade height closer to the grass I have to empty the clippings bag more often. That entails stopping the mower, removing the bag, walking to the property line, dumping it out, walking back to the mower, putting the bag back on, and starting the mower again. But sometimes while the mower is off I will go into the house to cool off, or get a drink of water, or sit down for a quick rest. The more times I have to empty the bag, the longer it takes to mow the yard.
So my decision about how high the mower blade will be revolves around the choice of time, energy, and effort.


And our choices as to what we’re willing to let go of in our lives rests on similar choices too, such as:

• How many more times do we want to go around a karma cycle with a person or situation?
• How many times do we want to clear the energy of trauma, drama, and grief for challenging or painful situations?
• How much more time, energy, and effort do we want to give to this aspect of our journey and ascension cycle?

How we decide to answer these questions determines whether we are going to move through an ascension cycle in a slow and steady way or blast through it with a scorched earth policy of taking everything down to the roots.





But there is a better way to do this and we get there by taking the middle option, moving faster than ‘slow and steady’ and with more intention and deliberation than the scorched earth policy. With a neutral or middle policy, we are able to make assessments and choices from a point of completion and closure so we do not have to revisit a situation over and over again, hoping for a better outcome without making too many changes.


It is not about finishing quickly, though. Every aspect of our ascension journey is a movement towards congruence, creating energetic wholeness and harmony in our lives so that we have a 360 degree expansion of joyful fulfillment in every area. We can achieve wholeness through intention-driven transformation rather than destroying everything and hoping we can rebuild it better the next time.


Our soul seeks congruent harmony and our life is the purpose through which that is achieved. Becoming 360×3 is a process of movement towards wholeness in body, mind, emotions, and spirit as we allow adjustments in our humanity that integrate our divinity while expanding into greater aspects of our potential. So set your intentions for congruent harmony, choose your transformation comfort level, and be willing to make the effort that is necessary to surrender to the process. Remember surrender is not giving up, it is a process of ‘allowing and receiving’. And remember to celebrate your successes, each one is important and each one creates the next step on your ascension path.

Today we would like to focus your attention upon the topic of repeating numbers to give you some insight as to what they mean. Numbers contain universal energies that can be used to directly communicate messages. Your guides often encourage you to look up at just the "right time" to acknowledge a particular number pattern that is most relevant to you at that time. The repetitive nature is what often gets your attention. For those of you who continue to see repeating numbers everywhere you go, here is a description of what each number means. Know that the repeating of any one number amplifies the energy of that number.

(1) being the first number, the one carries a unique frequency or vibratory rate. It carries an independent note, and yet it searches for the unity of all. The number one is a symbol for the coming together of many into the consciousness of one. From many become the one as you unite. For those who are seeing the repeating of the ones, 1, 11, 111, 1111 it is a message to be mindful of your thoughts at that moment; as your thoughts are quickly manifesting into your physical reality. It is also a sign that alignment is needed at this time.

(2) which represents balance. The number two seeks harmony in every aspect of the word. Balance in yourself, balance in your emotions, balance in your life, balance between your mind, body and spirit. All that is out of balance will surface so that you can see clearly where balance is needed. Many will find that it will become much more difficult to ignore the imbalance in their lives and you will be met with opportunities to remove the chaos from your life which is creating resistance. In the areas in which you are in need of restoring balance, there will likely be many events which surface to allow for the opportunity to get back into alignment. For those of you who are seeing the repeating number 2 it is a sign that balance is most needed at this time and you will quickly see the positive effects of finding the harmony and balance within.

(3) is known as the catalyst. It makes you move; it sets you up, and removes obstacles for you so you can build your foundation for what is to come. The energy of the 3 helps you to gain a tremendous amount of “ground” in helping to restructure and purge anything which no longer is compatible with their higher vibration. You may find you have a great drive to clear many emotions, beliefs and feelings which are no longer serving you. Focus all of your attention upon the change you wish to make instead of what you do not wish to remain. Those that are attracted to the repeating number 3's, it is a message from your guides that you are cleaning house, in a very real and literal way both within and without. The energy of the 3 clears the way. We would suggest that as you are met with obstacles in your path, you simply allow them to flow through creating as little resistance as possible. The more you focus upon the experiences that bring you feelings of discomfort, fear and anxiety, the more attraction you will have to creating more of a similar vibration. Remember to shift your focus upon what you do desire to create.

(4) holds the frequency of foundation. Once you have allowed for the release of that which no longer serves you in your life you then need to rebuild the structures and pillars in which you will grow from and build your new structures upon. This will be found not only in your physical life but also within your beliefs, and understandings. You will have a strong desire to begin again. To lay the ground work that is required for you to set your feet down on the path of your destiny. The number 4 is very much a grounding energy. For those who are drawn to the repeating number 4, you will find yourself being drawn to many things which will help you to feel grounded to the earth; as many will be drawn to be in nature and explore what nature has to offer. You are being urged to build the strongest foundation possible to now build your new dreams and aspirations upon. Expect greatness to manifest in your life.

(5) holds the strong vibration of change and large shifts taking place. Those who are drawn to repeating number 5's can expect to see a large shift emerging in their life path. The energy of the 5 brings with it a fresh start in which to set new intentions and begin something new. You are now capable of firmly planting your feet on your new enlightened path, so continue your journey with confidence a belief in a positive outcome. (8) carries the strong energy of alignment; alignment with your true self, your source energy and the alignment with your purpose. For those that are drawn to the repeating number 8's is a confirmation from your guides that you are experiencing the peaceful flow of all that is. For those particularly drawn to the repeating number 9's this will culmination of experience will be as much on a grand scale as it is a personal and individual scale. Manifestation is heightened, so it is wise to be very mindful of your thoughts, and focus at this time. What you focus on will come about abruptly. The 9 also brings with it energy to help accomplish goals which have been set and to help achieve what has been previously, seemingly unattainable.

(10) carries the energy of completion and re-birth. It is the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. For those who are drawn to the energy of the 10 may find endings to relationships, career paths, and long standing issues that you have desired completion upon; however with every ending comes a new beginning. It has a great energy of pulling everything firmly into reality and tying off all loose ends. Much of what you have been trying to finish will be completed.

The energies of today’s partial solar eclipse in Cancer are in full force now, bouncing off this summer’s powerful retrogrades and other energies. These energies are bringing life-altering change to our doorsteps while tossing new potentials and challenges into the mix. The energies of the solar eclipse have been filtering in these past few weeks and will dominate until the August 11 solar eclipse. Events unfolding now may seem fated.  Old patterns may reappear.  Everyone now will need to practice patience as the heated energies push our buttons. This can be an emotionally painful time. On the other side of this period we will enter an energetically tranquil time that resembles the calm after the storm.

This week’s solar eclipse is powerfully opposed by Pluto, the planet of transformation.  This is the time to transform things in your life that are holding you back.  With this eclipse in Cancer, we may find its affects centered on our home life, relationships, intimacy, safety and security and creativity. Emotional sensitivity may rule this passage and we may find our intuition off the charts.   This is a time for hard work and perseverance in order to activate the potentials of this eclipse.

This solar eclipse signals the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one.  The influence of a solar eclipse generally lasts six months but the August 11 solar eclipse will supersede this week’s eclipse.

This is a good time to examine old patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving your highest good.  You’re able to gain traction in leaving behind old ways of being and start anew.  When you release limitation and open to new, creative ways of moving forward, the universe supports and assists you.  Writing down intentions and desires can be especially powerful during this time.

It is important during this time to welcome changes that arise.  Events now are helping you gain awareness of destructive habits and behaviors.  Some events now will happen outside your control.  This is to help you realize you don’t need complete control over others or your environment.  You may feel a bit bruised by this eclipse and the energies of this time but if you open to the changes unfolding you will find blessings beyond what you may have imagined.

The fact that opposing Pluto is in retrograde figures into the mix. Pluto urges you to transform the negative, destructive or limiting part of your life. Right now, Pluto is asking us to reflect on issues of power and control.  Let go of any ways you have controlled or manipulated others. Let go of others who have sought to control or manipulate you.  This is not the time to indulge in power trips.  This is a time to release.  It will come become clear this month which habits, addictions or prejudices you need to release.

It becomes more important than ever to stand up for your rights.  Overcome adversity, addiction or illness.  This is a time when you are able to transform a personal crisis into a success and a turning point that changes the course of your life.  A crisis could bring awareness of ways you have held yourself back from realizing the happiness and success you seek.  Powerful forces are playing a role in our lives now. The way forward is to surrender your power and control to a higher force.  Trust your instincts and higher guidance.

July is a powerfully transformative month and promises to spiral you into the deepest parts of yourself.  The Solstice in June paved the way for a jam packed, bumper eclipse season which starts this month.   A triple charged gateway is opening with the Solar Eclipse at the New Moon on July 12^th/ 13^thand closing with the Solar Eclipse at the New Moon on August 11^th / 12^th. In the middle of all this Solar energy there is very powerful and very long total Lunar Eclipse at the Full Moon on July 27^th / 28^th.  This Lunar Eclipse is the longest total Lunar Eclipse of the century lasting 1 hour and 23 minutes!


The Moon plays a vital role in the health of the Earth.  The Earth’s tides and rhythms are governed by its magnetic pull, which strongly effects everything that inhabits the Earth. The path of the Moon allows you to explore the vast regions of your unconscious and to uncover the deeper mysteries of your soul.  As a result, it is important that you pay close attention to these cycles and the influence they have on your both your individual life and the life of the collective.


Eclipses are the most potent channels the universe has to affect change, transformation and growth.  They bring to light hidden information and provide you with the insights you need to continue your journey of healing, growth and evolution.  Solar Eclipses open new pathways and bring new opportunities.  While Lunar Eclipses are far more emotional and bring endings, which pave the way for new beginnings.
