Prepare For Change Leadership

Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the Dark Forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years.

As the Galaxy was being liberated from the grip of the Dark Forces, the Forces of Light have been evolving from a military force created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society. As beings within the Galactic Confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of Light and their relation towards the Dark Forces and occupied planets. This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth.


We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.

Section I: The Law of Divine Grace
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience.

To explain Section I we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in enlightened Galactic society liberated from the influence of Dark Forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the Dark Forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.


Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with necessities of life. Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle but rather a journey of joy and creativity. Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur.


Let us explain the subsections:

Section I/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance.

This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.

Section I/2: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to Ascension.

This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of spiritual technology of Ascension and by utilizing the Electric Fire of redemption assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.

Section I/3: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the Soul Family.

This subsection is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul Family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soulmates) and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.

Section I/4: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to all information.

This subsection is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilizations.

Section I/5: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom.

This subsection provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never opposes the freedom of other beings.

Section II: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings.

This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the Dark Forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the Forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light Forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.

Section III: The Law of Balance
Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh.

This section regulates the relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the Forces of Darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their divine spark begin a new cycle of evolution.

Section IV: The Law of Intervention
The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of the local laws.

This section describes the policy of the Light Forces regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilizations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilizations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the Dark Forces. The Dark Forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the Forces of Light. On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war if the Light Forces would intervene. This is the main reason why the Light Forces have not yet liberated this planet (and not the so called we-will-not-intervene-because-we-respect-free-will, we-will-just-watch-as-the-suffering-goes-on nonsense). As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.

Section IV/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws.

This subsection gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces. The Forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth. The situation on planet Earth just indicates how much more power darkness had over Light on this planet. Fortunately, this is changing now.

Section IV/2: The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation with military force if necessary.

This subsection gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force. The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance in removal of the representatives of the Dark Forces and set the hostages free. Then other Confederation forces guide the process of acceptance of the planet into the Confederation by instructing the local population.


Perhaps some humans feel that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its problems by itself. This is simply not true. Many wars all over the planet and constant abuse of basic human rights have proven that humanity is not capable of handling its own situation. So it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it. The Confederation will give assistance in replacing current masters of the puppets (Dark Forces) that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.

The situation on the surface of the planet has reached the boiling point.

The Event will come when it will come, until then we need to do whatever we can to create better life conditions for ourselves and our loved ones, and do whatever is in our power to accelerate the planetary liberation process.

The truth is that the Cabal went too far and the Light Forces are not doing enough stopping it.

Certain factions in the Alliance and certain Agarthan factions are losing patience and are planning to take the surface of the planet from the clutches of the Cabal with military action. This could lead to serious consequences and could potentially lead to a war that would wipe out humanity and make the surface of the planet uninhabitable.

To prevent this from happening, the Resistance Movement has created a certain emergency plan, called Delta Option. I will reveal about Delta Option plan as much as I can:

Instead of waiting for the optimal conditions with toplet bombs removed and non-physical Archons removed, a certain “special forces group” would initiate removal of some factions of the Cabal within USA only. None of the Chimera, Archon, Black Nobility or Jesuit members would be touched in this operation. They would keep a low profile and show a friendly face. All other factions of the Cabal within USA would be taken care of. “Special forces group” would provide tactical support for Positive Military to carry out the operation. Mass media would be freed from the Rothschild control and US dollar would collapse. Limited disclosure would begin immediately.

This change within USA would trigger a strong international reaction and we would have an unstable and chaotic transition towards the Event. Worldwide financial system would go through extreme volatility, but would most likely not collapse. There would be a worldwide purge of lower Cabal members. The whole situation would then first slowly, and then not so slowly accelerate into the Event.

Nothing can be said about removal of Chimera, Archon, Black Nobility or Jesuit members under Delta Option plan at this point. Removal of the Cabal factions mentioned above and full disclosure can happen only when all toplet bombs are removed.

There is one huge aspect of Delta Option plan which must remain classified for now.

Final decision whether Delta Option will be implemented or not, has not been made yet. Less stable and worse the situation within USA is, more probable Delta Option becomes. The Jesuits are trying to polarize the situation within USA with artificial left/right political divide. Actions of Jesuits in the coming months will be one of the key factors in how the planetary situation unfolds. Their actions need to be monitored closely.

Militarily, the Resistance is preparing for the possible upheaval on the surface and has received reinforcements from the bases throughout the Solar System that arrived under the surface of our planet in the last few weeks. At this moment, the Resistance is 140 million members strong, and that number may and probably will still rise significantly.

Before, members of the Resistance have refrained from coming more than 30 meters to the surface of the planet. With these current developments, some special Resistance forces are stationed only 5 to 10 meters below the surface.

Lightworkers and Lightwarriors who envision part of their mission being involved in the Event operations, can telepathically ask for a small Resistance base be built under their current living location. This request must NOT be communicated aloud and must NOT be written anywhere. The Resistance will receive a request for a base to be built under the Lightwarrior's house through a certain secure channel and will in most cases approve it. Those small bases will have a certain role in the Event operations.

The Deep State’s Anti-Obama Meme by Steve Beckow | Golden Age of Gaia (Via KP via me, with introductory thoughts))

I have always loved and admired Obama, but as I also see the bigger picture of what is transpiring on the planet, especially in this country, and Trump's ironic but important role in that, I find myself among many conservatives on social media, whose caustic name-calling and mean-spirited derision towards Obama and others bothers me. Yet the liberals are equally mean, vicious and derogatory towards our POTUS, and that bothers me, too.  Probably the same way it bothers my liberal friends when I offer my perspective on Clinton, and include the word "Sociopath".   I'm just calling it as I see it.  The thing about that is, corruption occurs on both sides of the aisle, and there is so much of it that both the Senate and House will have to be restructured, once the arrests occur, because many of them will be gone. We have corruption in the DOJ, FBI and CIA, although I am sure MOST of the agents and staff have only the best intentions. Still, the few bad apples, or "bad actors" as they are called, including many in our judicial system, need to be removed, for the greater good. People seem to think it is as simple as replacing a POTUS, but it's not. 


I find that those of my friends in my spiritual communities are handing these shifting times with much more grace and detachment. Oh, it's not that we don't care, we care all right! But when you step back and look at the bigger picture, it becomes easier. It's not that we don't get passionate, we do!  But I am finding that when I focus on staying in my heart, it becomes easier to ride out the waves of change. 


I am not worried about "proof" or proving anything.  I know there is plenty of proof in the right hands. As Q states: [Nothing is ever truly deleted] (We found this out with the "missing" texts and emails this past week.) I think my time and energy is best spent not only learning what I can from varying viewpoints, and letting my intuition play a big role in my understanding, but to continue to work at staying in my heart as much as possible. It simply feels better, and when I feel better, life flows, so I am better able to help others who may not be coping as well.


On some level, I know that all things will be revealed in due time.  I understand the anger of the conservatives as well as the anger of the liberals, because I have felt both ends of the spectrum, and find myself somewhere in the middle, wary, but not as furious as some of my friends are at "the other side". For me, there is no other side.  Everyone has positive and negative qualities, and I try to look for good in people, though I draw the line at treasonous acts that are well-documented. I only want the Truth, all of the Truth, so that things that are dark, and the people involved in them, can be healed.  People aren't disposable, unless they make a free will choice in defiance of Universal laws, and eventually will have to face the music. The one thing we all have in common, despite all our differences, is our humanity. This is why, again and again, we see people risk their own lives to save the life of a stranger. When there is an emergency, we don't stop to ask, Who did you vote for? What is your nationality? We are driven by instinct that informs us of the urgency of saving ourselves, and each other, and the planet, because we are all in this together.


With that in mind, I am going to walk a bit softer,  talk a bit more mindfully, and be a bit more in gratitude for being alive, here and now, to usher in a new paradigm.  Sure, we're having growing pains, but not for nothing!

Steve put this out a few days ago, and I immediately “got” that there was a fair amount of “‘right on’-ness” with it. Yet I also felt there were missing pieces. The whole picture is important, and as I watched a recent Cosmic Disclosure, it came together… for me, at least. And this is connected with the preceding Kp blog post.


Anyone who has read this blog for a few years knows that I pretty much have always viewed Barack Obama as one who is “working for the Light” and for the liberation of this planet (check out these Kp blog posts, e.g.). And yes the current meme has indeed been to look at what he has done as “terrible”, “dark”, etc., etc. However, as I mentioned in the prior post: “… it occurred to me how many times I have heard from a variety of “insider types”, like David, Corey, Kent Dunn, and even earlier beings I’ve know, like Mark Huber, Tara and Rama, Ashter on the Road Susan, etc., almost all of them spoke about “clones” being put out there, for a variety of reasons. In the case of Barack Obama, it would most likely be that the “original” was clearly not going to be compliant, therefore, they take out (into hiding) the original, and bring in a clone they can control.


Is the current visible BHO a clone? Well, that “current” one’s sure not acting anything like what I saw at the beginning of his presidency. But there’s so much “hidden stuff” still transpiring, I’m not going to judge any of it. Anyway, we shall see.

The Deep State’s Anti-Obama Meme

With so many allegations being made against President Obama, I found myself harboring doubts.


So I asked Archangel Michael on two occasions whether the President is or had been involved in any malfeasance, treasonous or otherwise. And twice he said “No.”


I post two extracts from personal readings on Dec. 20, 2017 and Jan. 18, 2018 in which he addressed the matter at length. Linda Dillon is the channel.


We heard the Divine Mother say a few years ago that the Obama birth certificate was indeed a forgery. But it wasn’t the President who forged it. It was Team Dark.

Steve Beckow: Was Barack Obama’s birth certificate doctored?


Divine Mother: Yes.


SB: So the accusations against Barack Obama that his birth certificate is false, they really apply to the people who actually doctored the certificate to give rise to these suspicions. Is that true?


DM: That is correct. (1)

The dark forces in the intelligence community play a dirty trick where they plant a forgery and then expose it. The innocent party does not know what happened. Very few people suspect that agents of our own governments would forge a document related to a President and then plant it.


But this is what they did with Obama, according to the Mother. Many of us probably bought the forgery.


After the birth certificate was the video in which President Obama was made to say that he was in fact born in Kenya, etc. Michael says that the sound bites (my term) have been lifted from various interviews and doctored to make an apparently-continuous conversation.


And next we hear that the university identity card for “Barry Soetoro” says “Foreign Student.” I asked AA Michael what was up with the card and he said it was “made up”; i.e., a forgery.


The intelligence community has access to document forgers capable of doing these things, as far as I’m aware. Corrupt law enforcement and intelligence officials have means, motive, and opportunity. Their motive arises out of their participation in the plans for world domination harbored by the deep state.


In the case of President Obama, it’s my opinion that we’re being played on a massive scale.


The same people who neutralized President Obama during his tenure, so that he could get little done, are now trying to distract attention from themselves by attributing everything bad and treasonous that happened in his tenure to him, instead of to themselves. Those who neutralized him then are using him as a scapegoat now. And President Obama maintains his dignity throughout (AAM tells us how, below).


These two exchanges are evidence that the President is neither a traitor nor a criminal. To accept them as evidence, however, we need to accept the reality of an archangel, communicating through a channel, in aid of the Ascension that’s transpiring – in fact, directing aspects of it.


If you do, then please weigh this evidence and ask yourself if we’re being used to distract attention from the actual guilty parties – whom we all should know by now – onto an innocent party, a scapegoat, a sacrificial victim.


Archangel Michael’s first comment came in a personal reading through Linda Dillon on Dec. 20, 2017:

Steve Beckow: I was shocked to see a video in which Pres. Obama seems to admit that he was born in Kenya. Is that an accurate video?


Archangel Michael: That is one of the wizardry videos. So now you’re being able to see the extent to which harm is being done.


Steve: … and all the things that are said about Obama, they are all of a piece?


AAM: That is correct because there is an effort by certain parties who claim to be of the Light and Love, to discredit those who are truly on mission and purpose. It is a distraction and it is to create division and derision within the ranks, as it were.


Steve: Can you give me more details on how that video was created?


AAM: It has been taken from excerpts and simply doctored.


Steve: Aha. I’ll be darned. (2)

By the time we reached the next reading, I’d seen the Columbia University identity card that read “Foreign Student” and again my doubts began to arise.


I needed some conclusive answer to what seemed to be happening around me – the flood of allegations against President Obama. I asked AA Michael a second time about the President in a personal reading on January 18 and he said:

Steve Beckow: Is President Obama guilty of or complicit in pedophilia, child trafficking, colluding with Russia or any other treasonous or major offenses?
Archangel Michael: No.


Steve: Why are they blaming Obama for everything? They did it while he was President and so they’re continuing to do it after?


AAM: There is a deep hatred, in many sectors, of this star brother and also a deep hatred and misunderstanding of his role in the unfoldment. [Their hatred] matters not. It does not affect the grander plan or the unfoldment of the plan.


Steve: There are statements like Trump took papers from his library and has enough to convict him on. Is this willful disinformation?


AAM: This is willful disinformation, correct.


Steve: And [are the white hats wilfully disinforming] to protect Obama? (3)


AAM: No, it is an attempt to discredit him.


Steve: By the Trump presidency?


AAM: That is correct.


Steve: Oh my gosh….  Now, all of what you’re saying, is it intended for publication?


AAM: Yes.


Steve: Anything else you want to say about what’s happening right now during this Accountability phase of the Ascension?


AAM: You are already in your Ascension, as you know and it is a matter of claiming, as we have said again and again, your divine authority to move forward. And of course the claiming of [your] divine authority, the claiming of Ascension also includes Accountability.


Now, when you read, ingest, perceive much of what is not of truth, it is critical that you use your deepest levels of discernment. And we will return to this litmus test: If it does not read, hear, taste, smell like love or truth, then it is not; discard it.


The amount of distraction that is in the very air that you are breathing at this time is beyond phenomenal and there are many quadrants, many elements that are jockeying for position. Many are trying to continue to anchor a realm of existence that no longer is in present reality.


They yearn for what you might call, “the good old days,” but the good old days were vicious, violent, and subservient. So be very clear about what you are allowing into your realm of truth, sweet one. And this is true for everyone.



Steve: Thank you very much for that. How can we help Pres. Obama?


AAM: Pres. Obama is being helped enormously by his star family, by the intergalactic Council, and by many on Earth who have never lost their faith in him. So do not worry about him. He is fine.


He does not allow the slings and arrows of disrepute to enter into his inner being. That is how he has survived thus far and it is how he will continue to survive as you both go forward.


Steve: Can you explain to me the University student card that said “Foreign Student”?


AAM: It is made up.


Steve: It is made up, fabricated. Hmmmm…. (4)

So there we have two clean bills of health from an archangel probably known to most people on the planet.


If you believe him, then readjustment of focus may be called for. Here’s where I’m at.
Until the false propaganda has been abandoned, I refuse any longer to believe the allegations being made against President Obama. (5)


I may miss something in the process. That’s a price I’ll pay to have the flood of allegations stop.
For those who still follow the anti-Obama meme, perhaps begin to demand evidence. When a Tweet comes along saying that President Obama has $29 Mil in a Singapore bank, demand to see the evidence for that allegation.


Start looking at anti-Obama messages with a critical eye. It isn’t true that where’s there’s smoke there’s fire. In these times, someone may simply be using a very big smoke machine.
