Selamat Jalwa! This weekly report, like the previous one, rests on the simple fact that we are entering a point where a time schedule is in place. We feel strongly about this and welcome at last the chance to see the first stage of a long-awaited program finally begun. Those who are in charge of this vast global change are doing what is now necessary to implement it and ensure that this new reality comes to fruition. It is no longer important how the order of payments is achieved. The Courts have ruled that the RV or the Prosperity Program payouts are not a point of contention. It is vital that these monetary abundance programs pay out. This set of payments is to lead, on schedule, to the American NESARA republic and quickly after, to a global governmental reform, the so-called GESARA. Those in charge of these new governances are now busily readying their legal establishment. The time frame is anticipated to be quite short, and we are using our security liaisons to carefully permit all of this to happen as planned. All is currently expected to manifest without a hitch.


   The present version of what is now developing has taken a long time to be put firmly in place. First, the cabal needed to be set aside, without any chance to rebound. This dark group is presently under full and constant scrutiny. They know that, at the right time, they are to be arrested and isolated from all of you. Each of them fully realizes that any leeway for mischief is no longer available. The new NESARA government has roughly 129 days, or four months, to completely return to Constitutional roots. In addition, there is to be a return to Common Law and the required additions and subtractions to the US Constitution. For example, the 16th Amendment needs to be stricken. NESARA ends the graduated income tax and replaces it with a special excise or sales tax. It also disposes of the illusory national debt and refunds to all, any illegal taxes that anyone has been forced to pay. This jubilee also cancels all bank debt. This is a coming time for freedom and for a spreading level of global prosperity.


   This time of freedom and prosperity is vital to the process of raising consciousness and, in turn, of changing your key core perceptions. Part of the problem of preparing you to accept your new reality is to gently tear away beliefs that were given you by the dark Anunnaki. These beliefs were passed down for centuries and decades by parents and peers. They are restrictions ("guidelines") created by the Anunnaki to keep you from any grand rebellion. They told you how useless it is to disobey the "powers that be." These precepts need to be drummed out of you. The key point in your present conscious growth is to learn to ignore these old inner teachings about this reality. Instead, be ready to adopt new ones. Be kind to one another. Learn your inner worth. Understand the power of who you really are. Each of you is a powerful Being of Light. Long ago your ancestors defied the rulers of Atlantis and were suddenly altered to a state of limited consciousness. Now, you are being prepared to return to your natural state of galactic humanness.


   The coming events are to end the long and dark era of the Anunnaki's minions. This developing time is to allow you to take off the shackles of mind and body that you and your ancestors have carried for 13 millennia. This liberation is a true golden age for surface humanity. The long- feared boogey men of your most ancient dreams are currently being put away. As we have constantly stated, use these precious moments to start a new set of core beliefs based upon your inner power and your growing community with all. When our mentors come, use the time to finish this divine process and accept your deep relationship with Heaven, as well as to the greater community of galactic humans that live in space and flourish in Agartha. It is ultimately your joint divine service that ties you to each other and to us! We are here to emphasize this sacred connection and to return you to physical Angelhood. Be able to recall your noble history and to successfully learn from what the dark did to you. Welcome home, all my dear brothers and sisters of the Stars!


   Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! We come now with a most wonderful message. Right now the final steps of a process that has taken seemingly forever are moving toward completion. These next series of events are to bring you the blessings and new governance that our messages long have hinted at. These changes are to end the illegal regimes that have plagued humanity for centuries and brought wars, racism and corruption. They championed division in the name of religion and, supported by the wealthy, gave every human on this gracious orb fear, worry and a taste of poverty. These horrific times are ending. We are entering an age of unity and cooperation that brings peace and a chance to fully explore what each of you truly is. We bless this great new reality and desire that your dearest dreams come true. Together, let us prepare this surface for its greatest days. Together, let us welcome all who truly wish to make this a spiritually better land!


   As your marvelous visions come true, remember what it has taken to get to this point. Bless all those who risked life and limb to make this possible. As you receive your blessings, understand what these funds represent. Be grateful and always remember those who used the Creator's great mercy to achieve this realm's freedom and prosperity. See your manifested vision as a monument to these wondrous Souls. It is Heaven's decree that all that is possible come about at this time. Use these events to ensure a most magnificent period for all mankind. We suggest that humanity set aside a special time to pray for and thank all who are making this happen! We Masters have seen, in our own lives on this globe, both the cruelty and beauty of this world. We have long dedicated ourselves to Spirit. Let all here on Gaia now do so as well. This is a holy time for Gaia and her people.


   Take in each event and truly look inside of it. Humanity was very close to a most terrible end until Heaven stepped in and, piece-by-piece, made a different solution possible. You are to enjoy this newly renovated realm. You are free and able to follow your real passion. In these acts of joy you are replicating your ancestors' desires. Freedom is a high state of Spirit. It is being combined with the last of monetary wealth on this world. You are entering a time when you can prepare for your return to becoming a spiritual Being whose Love can serve to alter this, or any other, realm. These lessons are to be reviewed by us and by your mentors. Do what is right, and what encourages life's diversity. Bring out the Love and caring that was hindered by your former perceptions of this world. This time is to be a great learning exercise. It is also to be one when we can meet and deeply touch each other!


   Today, we used this report to show you what miracles are getting ready to manifest. Be in Joy and most ready to meet the peoples of Inner Earth and those from the Galactic Federation. It should be evident to you that matters are drawing to a completion where “revaluation” is concerned. The hard work has been done and it now remains to announce the changes that will be the commencement of a new era for the Human Race. A very recent attempt to do so was delayed by yet another action of the dark Ones, but it was soon put right and you are once again ready to go ahead. The dark Ones are being slowly confined but still try and prevent matters reaching the desired conclusion. However, whatever happens their ability to interfere with or delay Ascension is becoming less and less possible. At times their actions border on desperation as the net closes upon them and they fight to the last to avoid justice. However, there is no way that they can escape their fate and answer for the multitude of crimes against Humanity.


In general terms the level of consciousness upon planet Earth continues to increase and it will do so until full consciousness is achieved. Every soul will be affected as the vibrations lift up, and the only question remains as to whether they can continue to rise up with them. Some souls will find it difficult and off-putting with the resultant confusion, and unable to understand what is happening. Their release from this state will not come until they are moved from their present place on Earth, to a level of vibration that helps them to feel at ease. But all will work out according to everyone’s needs and each soul will find themselves exactly where they need to be to continue their evolution.


The message for everyone is to keep your focus upon the journey ahead and do not falter or be distracted by what is going on around you. Until the minions of the Illuminati are put where they cannot interfere with the progress being made by the Forces of Light, misinformation will still abound. However, those who have closely followed developments will be able to discern the truth. The vast majority of people will be confused by what is happening but as events such as the announcement of the new Republic of the United States is made, the direction of Humanity will become a little clearer. Changes are needed that puts countries back into the hands of the people and will be welcomed so that they have a bigger say in how things are run.


Nothing that is on Earth can prevent the changes from taking place. It is all part of the plan for Man’s upliftment into the higher dimensions. You get there if you have earnt it, and all souls have at various stages been given an opportunity to evolve sufficiently to reach the Ascension. Clearly many are not ready to take such a step, but their evolution will continue in a way that is suited to their needs. In reality there is no such thing as time so each soul can follow their own path without feeling that they have in some way failed. All will get every help and directed so as to ensure that they continue in a way that ensures their ultimate evolution.


Within the mind of Man nothing is impossible and if you firmly set it on something, in the course of time it will manifest. However, in your present time "obstacles" such as karma can cause delay, but once cleared the way is open for you to proceed. Your Guides will of course know what is best for you but in the final reckoning you do have the last say on the matter. Use your intuition at all times to assess where your experiences should be leading you. Some souls will prefer to stay on a religious path in which case it will be right for them. It will prove to be a difficult one at times demanding of you a great deal of trust. No matter what one you follow it is true to say that all will eventually find their way home.


All things that you have become used to will be subject to change or replaced if they have no place in the New Age. You will already have noted that inventions that await introduction are in some cases world changing, and it is only the uncertainty of your present time that holds them back. The dark Ones do not want to relinquish their power and arrogantly believe that they can still dictate to the masses. It will all be in vain and not only their power but also their wealth is being reduced quite dramatically. So it is just a matter of time before they can be removed to places where they can no longer interfere with your evolution. Certainly great advances have been made in the meantime and it will not be long before it is possible to introduce them.


The military forces as such will be disbanded and a police force will still be necessary and replace them, but very little trouble is anticipated. Humanity will eventually take its place amongst the peaceful nations, and enjoy the freedom of travel that goes with it. Obviously it will take time to bring the changes in but help will be given to you. The future is certainly golden and is the due reward for your victory over the dark Ones. However, have compassion and forgiveness for them as like you they have been playing their appointed roles to help you evolve. You have had to be tested in the fires of duality, and have almost completed the need for further experiences of this kind.


Lasting peace is something you have long awaited for enabling you to live your lives in harmony and love with all others. Also to do so without fear of interference so that you can enjoy your freedom to the full. Exciting times are ahead and meeting your Galactic brothers and sisters will establish the ties that you used to have before the separation to experience duality. You have all grown through them and able to help others that face a similar period of evolution. You are to be congratulated upon such a successful conclusion as there have been times when Humanity failed to rise up and had to start almost from the beginning again.


Hectic days lie ahead but be assured that out of it all will come the peace that you have long sought. It is known that many of you tire of the long wait to the promised land, but the final steps to success can only be taken when it is perfectly safe to do so. Meantime you learn more of what lies ahead and it matters not whether you are incarnate or in the higher dimensions, as you will still take part in the changes. It helps if you visualise what the New Age means to you and in this way you will attract the new energies to yourself. Leave the old behind as it has served its purpose and it will in any event slowly disappear into history. Even your known history as it is recorded has been altered to strengthen the hold the Illuminati have had over you.

Dratzo! We come bearing some good news for all! Over the past few months, a process has been in hand which is to lead us to discovering how best we can deliver your blessings to you. After the end of World War II, the dark cabal resumed its unrestricted deliveries of monies around this globe. This system was greatly altered by the United States over the last decade. Barriers were put into place whereby the US Treasury and Homeland Security controlled the flow of all monetary exchanges. It was then necessary to develop a way to pass large sums of currencies through this system until a newer transfer system was operational. We are now using our influence internationally to successfully implement our first test run. This is to mark the start of a process that is intended to provide the temporary stopgap needed. Hence, we expect some astounding news to become known as these humanitarian funds make their way to the first recipients. This is to be the start of a domino effect, which is to permit another great batch of funds to be sent to North America and those who have long waited for their blessings.

   This process is being aided by the rise of new developmental and investment banks that promise eventually to supersede the IMF and this onerous “SWIFT” system. This set of developments is expected shortly to lead to the rise of new governance in North America and around this globe. This process is as well to lead to a global change that is to bring you a currency backed by precious metals and the rise of peace and worldwide prosperity. This is to be joined by a global debt jubilee. In effect, the present debt slavery system is to end at last and to be replaced by a new reserve of currency that is fairly valued. This is one of many steps that are to permit your world to embrace freedom and the end of a decades-long UFO cover-up. This process is as well to allow you to obtain some valuable information by your Ascended Masters, and allow the disclosure of your inner Earth cousins. This can then permit us to begin the last part of a complex operation, which has taken us over two decades to complete.

   When we arrived in the early 1990s, we first thought this mission was to take about one decade to complete. The Anunnaki assured us that their former minions were able to see that Heaven had an initial time of early September 2001 as the moment for a very complex shift in governance to commence along with the start of a global prosperity. This process went askew when the de facto US government counter-attacked. This changed our timetable and caused a whole set of new decrees to be issued. These heinous rogues had proved entirely unreliable and were dedicated to using their remaining powers to delay both NESARA and the redistribution of the world’s wealth. We set up secondary scenarios and began to ask our allies how much their plans still included the cabal. The attrition cycle for these scalawags was put into action. We were at the mercy of these allies and what Heaven was to decree regarding our first contact mission. It has taken over a decade to get to this present position. The dark cabal painted itself into a corner. The end for these vile rogues is at hand.

   You are now at the edge of the time when a number of things are to happen. Our earthly allies are finishing projects that are to make the RV and the GCR a done deal. In addition, when the first set of funding tests are complete, the prosperity packets and the fine and penalty monies are to be released. This is to lead to new governance and the return to true de jure governance as well as the end to illegal income taxes. It is as well to signal the formal outlawing of debt slavery and within some months, the end to the entire monetary system. Surface humanity is destined to end its dependence on farming and manufacturing. In the very near future, Gaia is to be allowed again to become the child of the Universe, which it was when your ancestors landed here nearly 900,000 years ago. You were fully conscious when the Atlanteans treacherously destroyed the continent of Lemuria. This happened at the start of the Great Galactic Year that had just been completed. In this new great galactic year, you are to return to full consciousness and then achieve your destiny with Heaven’s full and gracious blessings.

   Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! We arrive in joy! The dark, which has for so long run this realm is fading. Everywhere, those who represent them are scrambling. The age of fiat money is being ended by the return of a global gold standard. This operation is allowing us to start planning when we can begin a number of important lessons on religions and morals. This realm badly needs to understand the common base of religion and how best to heal wounds from supposed differences that have caused chaos to rule. We all need to concentrate on the power of Love and the need to heal our supposed hatreds. The time for war is over. This is a time for peace and unity! When you pass through the ceremony that makes you an Ascended Master, you learn how you need time to perceive some universal truths. We call this a kind of “boot camp" where we are taught about the foundations for Love and Light in this world. These teachings serve us well as we carry out our divine services.

   The way by which you are inculcated into this realm needs to be washed away and a new set of common values emphasized. The lessons that we intend to teach are to mirror this. However, more is to be explained as well. Humanity possesses a great inner Love for each other. It is traditions and experienced events that change you. We realize this as we move from culture to culture. Many of you are taught to receive us in a certain way. Others are likewise entirely unfamiliar with us. We are in divine service and use your beliefs to provide examples that move you toward Love and a more positive view of life. This time is hard on you as there is a great transition underway. Our service is to provide hope and a way to turn your life toward Love. This is how you can better know your fellow humanity. Life is about moving toward the Light and helping the dark to fade from this world.

   Our efforts are based upon the great shift in consciousness that is moving across this globe. This shift permits you to view this world in a different light. The past two decades have seen events, which promise to aid in bringing the divine plan to this world. The dark has watched with great distress as their heinous plans are quickly disappearing. The time approaches for a more sane set of interventions. These are to allow you to experience your Oneness. Your increased focus and ability to envision a better world are making this transition occur faster and with a lesser degree of inner confusion. This event is most welcomed by Heaven and by us! Our task is to guide you to a better knowing of this conscious path, which you are travelling upon. The moment now approaches for a great unveiling.
