Whether you are aware of it or not, matters are progressing well in spite of the many delays. However they will be unable to influence the outcome, as all has been well planned. The Forces of Light approach nearer to you as time passes, and are ready to carry out their tasks at very short notice. The dark Ones and their minions are but a small force compared to the Light, but never the less can cause delays in your work as you have experienced. "Re-valuation" is ready to commence and will do so once those in control are satisfied that by proceeding, they are not putting the whole scheme at risk. It involves many countries that are now ready to go ahead at very short notice. Be assured that matters are so advanced now that nothing will stop the eventual changes from taking place.


The turmoil is still occurring on Earth as the dark Ones continue make themselves known by their indiscriminate actions against innocent people. Naturally karma is involved but that does not in any way excuse their murderous intentions. It achieves nothing in furthering their cause, but alienates people on all levels. These actions can be brought to a complete halt and will be once a certain point is reached. Meantime you will continue to evolve as the vibrations proceed to lift you up, and will draw further away from the lower vibrations until you are ready to ascend.


The truth about the evolution of the Human Race is far removed from fact, and in the very near future your history books will be re-written to reflect the truth. The dark Ones have tried to hold you back by keeping the truth from you, but it has been to no avail. Over a period of time souls of the Light have been born to the Earth with memories intact of earlier experiences. There is no way the truth can continue to be hidden, and there are now many sources ready to reveal it. It will release you from the false picture presented by both religion and your history books, and prepare you to take your place in the higher realms. There can be no misrepresentation of the truth of how the Human Race evolved, and from the higher levels if it is necessary, it is possible to travel back in time and see for your selves.


It is important that you keep focused upon your goal, and do not allow doubt to creep into your minds. The end times are inevitably quite volatile, but Light continues to lift up leaving the lower vibrations to find their own level. However, everywhere changes are occurring and the outcome will see the Light becoming the dominant force. The old has no place in the New Age that has only just begun, and those souls that cling to it will stay in the level that suits their needs. It is a totally fair and acceptable way of evolving.


Friends and even some family members may move to a level different to yours, but know that every soul will end up exactly where they are meant to be. Close families are most likely to have similar needs, which is why they often incarnate together. Whatever happens every soul will find themselves exactly at the right level. Because you have freewill you can of course move back to an earlier stage, if that is necessary to further your evolution. One thing you cannot do is move to a level that is higher than your vibrations. You can however visit a higher level by accompanying a soul who is already of that vibration who will protect you.


There is a time approaching when all people shall have sufficient to live a life of comfort, and no one will go without. You will build up to that level helped mainly by St. Germain, who has enormous funds waiting to be released. You will be utterly astonished when you learn of the plans that were made millennia ago to bring you to this point in time. At times you have felt that you are fighting a lone battle against the dark Ones, but at all times you have been supported by vast numbers of helpers working for the Light, Love and Truth.


The changes will come in your time regardless of how many obstacles are placed on your path. They are already in the process of manifesting and there is an orderly manner in which they shall be announced. The priority is to bring your civilisation to a point where the lack of essentials for a comfortable existence is overcome. It will take place speedily and efficiently. Once people are no longer bound by providing the essentials of life, they will have time to follow their own pursuits. The spirit of helping others less fortunate will return in full and co-operation will abound. You will eventually find that you are able to live in peace and feel safe in your own home. Once people realise that there are no longer threats against them, they will be able to relax and enjoy a level of life far beyond their present experience.


The changes may seem far away, but in reality they are near to being announced. It is a matter of simply waiting for the safe and appropriate time to do it. Having successfully come this far there is no panic or concern about the timing, as you may be sure all factors will be considered before proceeding. It is so advanced that from time to time only minor changes are necessary as everything is in a state of readiness. The dark Ones are in retreat having lost considerable power and the ability to alter the outcome. They will hit out at anything to continue causing fear and commotion, but it will not achieve anything for them that will now alter the outcome.


If your Press was free to report the truth of what was taking place, you would kept up to date on the happenings. However, that position is also changing and attempts are being made to return to a free Press. You have been deliberately mislead for many years and only fed the news that the dark Ones control. The Internet has largely overcome that problem as there is a freedom to report matters as you find them. It is used to bring the truthful facts to your notice and you have a great advocate in David Wilcock who works tirelessly to bring all matters into the open. Of course those with a different agenda set out to confuse matters, but as long as you are well informed you will know what to believe.


Events are speeding up in spite of their outer appearance but for the time being are overshadowed by those taking place on Earth that are causing fear and turmoil. Be assured that there are provisions in place to ensure that matters do not get out of hand. As a freewill planet certain expressions have to be allowed for an individual’s beliefs, but there are also limitations in place. There will shortly come a time when confusion will seem to have no end, but be assured the Forces of Light will take a hand in bringing about a speedy conclusion. They work according to instructions from higher Beings that oversee the destiny of Man. You already know that your future is assured and you need have no worries about a successful outcome.

WELL, Neil has given everyone a few days to enjoy themselves bashing our names around.  Neil says: “In fact it was their Pied Piper who was leading them over the cliff.  My father used to say give them enough rope and they will hang themselves.”

We are now clearing the air, setting the record straight with facts, and just the facts.

Bitcoin Account

Yesterday Jean had to delete a member of our Team’s name from her latest post.  This individual only helped Jean set up the Bitcoin account since she didn’t know how to do it.

Jean has always been the sole administrator of the Bitcoin account.  Complete control of the account was hers alone, and the proof of this was the screenshots she posted; only an administrator can access the account and thereby take screenshots of it.

She could have told the truth and said she did not know the status of the account, but she chose to lie in one more vain attempt to throw Neil under the bus. The fact that she chose to lie says volumes.

To make this whole matter worse, Jean has threatened the individual who helped her set up the Bitcoin account by making public the Skype exchange between them about the account. Since the original unedited Skype exchange clearly proved that she had sole control of the account, her threat is meaningless except for the unwanted exposure of this individual and his family. Obviously, she seriously disliked having to retract her false statement about the account.

The point of this revelation is to make it known that Jean is not above resorting to a criminal element in her tactics. She also states that she received the Skype exchange via a third party and claimed that there was a leak on our Team.  The person who shared a copy of this Skype conversation can be none other than someone who works closely with Jean.

Jean has now amended her post with no apology for her lie about Neil having the funds.  On August 26, Jean finally transferred the Bitcoin funds for Neil’s use. As intended, these funds will now be utilized in his continued efforts to release the collateral accounts for humanitarian projects (free energy being a priority) as well as his upcoming travels to have the No-Fly Accord officially executed, signed and put into full effect for each country.

As many are aware, Neil has spent millions of his own money toward these efforts, and since his funds became depleted, donations were asked for.  We thank each and every one of you who have contributed and assure you that your money will go toward what you intended – freeing humanity from cabal control.

The Gold Note

Neil had a good belly laugh at those who really thought they caught him displaying a novelty item.  The note displayed is the real deal – a genuine gold FRN.

Novelty notes are copies of the real notes that anyone can buy online or at novelty shops – they are fake notes with fake gold.  At the train station in Zurich, you can buy FRN’s nearly identical to the originals for $5 USD.

Try and cash them in and you will buy yourself anywhere from 3-5 years in jail.  The novelty note says that it’s a novelty and shows who printed it.  These copies are all based on original notes and quite often look as good as the original.

The real note that was displayed by Neil is worth cash with compounded interest from 1933-34 and comes with documentation.  It was provided by a legitimate Elder for display purposes only.  The gold note came from a documented “baby box” which is part of the “mother box,” and there are 40,000 boxes or more of these in existence.

Dealing with these notes requires a verification process of procedures and safety precautions.  A real note presented to the bank is put through a process to verify its authenticity and who it actually belongs to — the Dragon Family.  If you are working with the Family, then they would be the ones to authorize whether payment of the note would be made.

But there is no-win “game” that is played with the presenter of the note.  Even if the note(s) is real, they are declared fake when presented to a central bank, and the presenter of the note is subsequently jailed and loses all of his assets.  The central bank then splits the proceeds from the notes with the Federal Reserve.  And the game goes on.

What happened in Chiasso is a perfect example.  When Yamaguchi and Watanabe were stopped in Chiasso, Italy, a whole new adventure began to take place.  Yamaguchi was carrying FRN’s which held no value, but the guards took the notes and brought the men before a judge.  They were then released because the court understood that the Family itself could bankrupt the Italian Government.

But the charade played on.  After looking over the notes on a computer, the U.S. claimed that the notes were fake.  Neil finds it  laughable now that he understands how things work and that they would do such a thing.

On the other hand, the Italian Financial Police declared the notes to be real.  In the end, the Italian Government and the NY Federal Reserve Bank split the funds 50/50.  Although many have heard that Yamaguchi and Watanabe each received 3 ½ years prison sentences in “Abstentia,” this is not so.  There are three data bases in Italy, and there is nothing on either one of these men.  Their names do not exist so what do we have?  They stole the notes!

Jean’s Dark Agenda

Addressing the most critical problem first, Jean is now attempting to interfere with the progress of releasing the collateral accounts.  She is calling members of the Dragon Family, complaining that Neil is not a worthy representative, among other things.  Little does she realize that the Family members she has talked with are not the members with whom Neil is dealing.

In her extreme delusion of having any kind of influence outside of being a blogger, Jean is so hell-bent on revenge at any cost that she would attempt to jeopardize all the work that has been done toward releasing the collateral accounts.  Without a doubt, her actions tragically demonstrate that she has no regard whatsoever for the people on this planet and that her sole motivation is to exact her treacherous vengeance.

With all that she has been doing and saying, Jean Haines is betraying the world at large.  This is a cold hard fact and not one that we state lightly.

We invite readers to look closely at the slander and smear campaign that Jean has embarked upon.  If one looks at Jean’s comments and her writing style and compare it with what has been written about the King of Hawaii and Neil and the Team, it becomes obvious to those with eyes to see that Jean herself has not been writing the majority of these recent accusations, outright lies and lies of omission.  She does post this under her name and is nonetheless responsible.

She did not interview the King of Hawaii, she did not interview Kauilapele, nor did she interview anyone from Hawaii.  This is the true definition of “Yellow Journalism.”  What she has presented is her obsession with carrying out a personal vendetta in the most malicious way possible.

So we would pose the question of why her staunch supporter, Graham, has not posted even so much as one comment to any of this?  Could it be that a cabal shill is too busy behind the scenes manipulating someone to assure that this plays out to the cabal’s advantage?  Under the guise of providing the “truth,” the overwhelming question for intelligent readers is exactly who is gaining benefit from her posts? Certainly not We the People.

The undeniable facts are:  there is much to be gained by the cabal in dismantling the increasing momentum to restore Hawaii’s sovereignty; and there is much to be gained by the cabal in distracting the world at large from realizing exactly what the King of Hawaii is actually doing, the fight he maintains against the cabal for the great injustices suffered by Hawaiians, and the symbolic stand he is taking on behalf of all people on this planet.  There is no one else in the Kingdom of Hawaii who is leading the way to help his people.

To truly seek the truth, look beyond the slander and see for yourself what he is doing by actually reading the documents on the King’s  website.    Read about his long-standing efforts and his communications to the Powers-That-Be.  You will find no scams or personal financial gains in what the King of Hawaii is doing.  Like Neil, his efforts against the cabal pose deathly risks on a moment-to-moment basis.

What they do is to toward the Ideal, a reality of justice and harmony for the planet and her creatures. This is the legacy that they intend to leave to this world.  These are not acts of desperate men looking to make a fast buck.  These are acts by men of honest vision, not young, reckless men who would risk everything simply for money.  And you can be sure that the cabal never wastes their time trying to get rid of anyone who poses no threat to their agenda.

In discerning statements made by Dr. Aidun, it needs to be made clear that his statements are his own and were not issued by us on our site nor by the King on the Kingdom of Hawaii’s site.  None of us had anything to do with Dr. Aidun’s statements.  We cannot control personal statements made by those who provide volunteer support services for our efforts.  Good, bad or ugly, freedom of speech applies here.  We are all imperfect creatures, however, it is to our advantage, humanity’s advantage, to utilize the best that an individual has to offer, and leave the rest.

Readers are directed to review our archives and see all of the information that we have provided – OUR WORK STANDS ON ITS OWN.  It is up to each individual to decide what our intent is.  While we understand the concept of “guilt by association,” the flip side to the coin is that we cannot and will not control personal responses to personal issues.

Although many unnecessary distractions have been thrown our way, we absolutely will not be deterred from our mission to do what is needed and what is rightfully deserved for humanity.  We provide the truth as it becomes known to us from the best, most credible sources available.  We do this for you.  While it is extremely difficult in these times to discern the information that is put out there, a vital guideline is to be aware of Actions – the actions being taken to make people aware of crimes against humanity and actions being taken to stop them.  You are the judge — actions reveal the truth rather than any form of individual ego machinations.  Our actions speak louder than words.

We thank those whose support has been unwavering because they realize our intent even amidst twisted and distorted campaigns to slander those whose actions are demonstrably for the good of all.  Intentionally or unintentionally, it’s tragic that detractors do nothing but support the cabal’s agenda.  It is only our unity in supporting Action that will free humanity from enslavement.

It has also come to our attention that Jean has been brewing more lies about an individual concerning a personal accusation of “sexual molestation.”  This makes no sense whatsoever other than being motivated by outrageous revenge.  We mention this in order to thwart her lie and issue a warning against severe retribution.

A definite pattern emerges in Jean’s short-lived associations with people who came to know her well:  Michael Dunn, Michael Calhoun, Frank Amadeo and Robert Miller no longer associate with her.  And contrary to what she has insinuated, Peter Eyre continues to be a friend and associate of Neil’s.

We’d hoped that after Neil’s last message to her that Jean would cease her vendetta campaign, but she has escalated this to the point that we have been forced once again to address it. While it is extremely distasteful to have to deal with sordid drama, and a completely unconstructive use of precious time, truth across the board can be the only order of the day.

It becomes a dirty game with distractions such as Jean and her team.  Real things, vital things, become increasing difficult to get done, but Neil continues to provide information to you because he feels you should know, that you have the right to know.  In many cases Neil has grown close to the people from both Jean’s site and Cosmic Voice.  He is loyal to his many friends and is most grateful for all of the support that he receives.

It has been a long and winding road, and now that some major blocks have been cleared, we can proceed undeterred with our work. Soon enough all will see and reap the rewards that we deserve to see in our lifetimes.

We are winning this global war to defeat those who are bent on exterminating the vast majority of humankind and enslaving the remainder.

Our adversary is mortally wounded and its days are numbered. In this brief NFK update however,  Neil begins by reminding us of the clear and present danger we all still face, especially those of us on the front lines.  And he implores Jean Haines and her associates to cease grinding the rumor mill which is essentially an act of aiding and abetting the enemy. “STOP IT!”

“Wall Street” is in the process of moving out of New York City to Stamford Connecticut, closer to home for the Gordon Gekko rats of the world. Maybe they’re privy to the news Neil discloses in this post about the Obama plan to impose martial law, shut down the banks and to unleash on the American public a variety of deadly diseases? The Wall Street shove-off from the island of Manhattan makes a lot sense then if all hell is about to be let loose!

Neil also updates us on the great progress made on the No-Fly Accords and mentions several positive changes which have ensued, following the filing of The Trillion Dollar Lawsuit and 2011  Monaco Accords.  He will be leaving Jakarta soon in order to move things toward conclusion on the No-Fly Accords.  There are currently 180+ nations ready to sign up!

Neil mentions the fact that whales and other sea life are being needlessly exterminated off the coast of Hawaii.  His Majesty Edmund Keli’i Silva Jr.’ recently issued a stern admonition to the U.S. CORPORATION about the military’s use of sonar that’s responsible for the killing of marine life.
Increased pressure is being put on the Elders as Neil reminds them and us as well that Indonesian President Soekarno himself was only a holder for the Dragon Family! Twelve (12) more Elders names are released in our accelerated program to free up the global accounts for  humanitarian purposes for which they were originally intended.

"It is a wonderful day to tell the story of what is coming in the next few days. It is a time for all of us to look at what is around us and see what we are in the middle of creating. Yes, I am here from Inner and Hollow Earth this morning and I am speaking through this one in order to share with you what it is that is pertinent to this day and the ones to come.

As I speak there are millions of us within and out in the universe who are watching the events unfold that will evolve into a splendid series of events that speak of freedom and Love in a way that has not been realized on earth ever. It is one time in this beautiful experience of Love that will be remembered forever on and within this planet and resounded on through the universe. It is a time for all of us to see the participation of all of life on earth and beyond and the results that it is bringing.

Yes, I speak of the Universal acceptance of what has been and the results of that acceptance. There are enough people on earth now who have awakened to the power of acceptance and how it can bring a freedom to the people and allow them to go forth in what they see as being the paradise of living that they have dreamed of. It is a matter of them seeing what the results of their actions and their knowingness can be, and how it can multiply in a brief amount of time.

I will now speak of what has already taken place around the world. The various countries that have been in readiness for the changes in the monetary systems and the governmental changes are stepping up to the truth of what is in place and replacing what has been in the background of leadership for so long. So many of the people on earth have been led into believing that things are as they have been told they would be, and now the truth is coming out. There will be a tremendous reversal of the way of life on earth, and it will begin with the governmental, financial and societal ways of life that will be brought into place. This will represent the truth of what the people have been told and what will be allowed to come forward to set the pieces straight for the kind of life that has been promised for so long.

All of you will see the differences begin to unfold, and as they do you will feel the changes not only in your physicality, but within your knowingness as well. You will find that the changes that are taking place will affect so many pieces of your life, and will bring about peace and loving ways of co-operating in all aspects of life. It will come into place, and will reverberate in a way that will open up many people to the truth that they have been holding in place within them for so long. They will realize what it is that they have chosen as their truth and why. They will come to the realization of what is coming in the forward movement of the new paradigm.

Be ready for this, my dear family, for we will be coming forth from within this beautiful planet to assist you in the restructuring of the perfection that is in place in the energetic aura of all life on and within this planet. All life here will make the changes that will be in harmony with one another. It will be a journey that will show you all how it is to be the Creator, along with each other, of the perfection of Love and the harmonic joining of each other in action and the loving energy of harmony.

Be ready dear ones, for there is much to come that will require your acceptance and your acknowledgement of the beauty of being a part of all that is with you in the moment. Take it one step at a time, and enjoy the journey as it unfolds. Do not fear the steps or the coming outcome when something comes that seems foreign at first. As we know, there has been a great deal of controversy around these groups who are benevolent/purport to be benevolent—however the ever-present disinfo campaigns and trolls have been all over them for the past couple of years, making them look bad.

While many distrusted these people, others are soundly on board and confidently moving forward with the plan for the release of funds, intel, etc. toward the end goal of The RV, the release of the global collateral accounts, etc. so that humanitarian projects can begin to ease the suffering in the world.

The video and update below came out today, and it sounds to me like the benevolent powers who have been working to release funds to Humanity have found a workaround so that things CAN move forward, yet still keep the cabal’s fingers out of the pie.

The OPPT has already proven to be a “good thing”—although many didn’t understand it and made it about money, when it wasn’t. It will be interesting to see how the rest plays out.

If they can really pull it off, great. We’ll see. The last thing we want to do is inadvertently fund the cabal’s murderous antics any further.  ~ BP

Quick Update to  Expect the Unexpected, This RV May Unfold Differently Than We Thought!

This video is a quick update to the June 25th video and newsletter, giving another look at that message with some more information.

For months I have stated the only place on earth those funds exists to pay for such a large sum for the RV/GCR is from the Dragon Family in Asia.

After the video was posted i was contacted by an individual who communicates with the Ambassador of the Family almost every day.  He said the Ambassador wanted me to know that the message was “spot on” and my opinion was “spot on.”

Since then I have had a conversation with the individual and he has stated the Ambassador would like to start a communication process with me.

What they are saying is what was stated in the video, expect the unexpected, do not expect to be able to go into the bank a few days after the RV and exchange your funds for the public exchange.  Due to the steep corruption throughout the financial system they will require a different process to release these funds.  Stay tuned for further follow ups.

What is this RV/GCR all about?  Many are expecting to become wealthy overnight.  But is that what we should expect?   Is it about an explosion of new people becoming rich overnight ,or is it about a historical event that changes the course of humanity?

I have clearly taught that this is about the 'freeing of humanity,' a shift in the paradigm of how the human race handles wealth.  This is not about a few people becoming rich, but about humanity beginning a shift from a paradigm of 'service to self' to 'service to others.'

Sources from all over dinarland have been saying we can expect a change this weekend, by July 1st.  Why?  Effective on that date, the new Basil III banking standards are being implemented.

With all of these high expectations, many are hoping that the RV funds will be released, and expect to in be the bank exchanging their currencies within a few days.

What does this really entail?  What could we expect with millions of people showing up to exchange their dinar and dong, expecting to be overnight millionaires?  Is this really how it could happen?  I don't think so.  There are practical and logical procedures to follow.  There are questions to be asked, based on who is paying for this historical RV/GCR.

In this newsletter video, I explain why the release of the funds will be much different than what we may have expected.  I expound on why we should 'expect the unexpected.'
