LEVELLING-UP
December 2018 is going to be a month with a STRONG ENERGY OF LEVELLING-UP for most of us on the planet, particularly those of you who identify as lightworkers, changemakers or wayshowers. Now, you may read this and want to say, “Oh my god, it's been one hell of a levelling-up year already!”, and I would agree with you. But this levelling-up energy and experience is going to continue and culminate quite strongly from now through the end of February. There is a completion arc to the energy shifts of this year in action right now. The levelling-up is designed to get you to see, and experience your life at a new level of consciousness and authentic, present POWER, so this means our old patterns can sometimes roar a little louder during this kind of process.
For those of you noticing this, or feeling you are having regression moments, strong resistance, fear, or you’re just going through a tough time, be as loving and as kind to yourself as you can right now (and WHENEVER you go through these periods of time). Be a loving parent to yourself and your journey right now. Given how strong the planetary, political and human energies are, all across the world, it's quite the ride and so being as kind to yourself as you can and nurturing yourself when and where able, WILL BE VITAL, RATHER THAN A LUXURY.
The reason these RESISTANCES AND FEAR PERIODS arise is that we tend to go through speed bumps in our journey during a levelling-up period. And WE CAN’T TAKE OUR OLD BAGGAGE WITH US INTO A NEW JOURNEY.
So you might suddenly have what you experience as a breakthrough (new level of clarity, relationship, changing of an old pattern) and then you can have a little regression or a crash, followed by a breakthrough and some euphoria or happiness, then another little regression or crash. This is what characterises our RIDING A STRONG WAVE OF ENERGY and using it for DEEP TRANSFORMATION. It is what these current years are all about but certain months are stronger than others for each individual and DECEMBER THROUGH FEBRUARY is no different.
I sometimes meet people who have a belief that they should be balanced or constant all the time and that's a myth - none of us are. And the reason I bring this into sharp focus for you the next few months is - the energies are intense and the way we handle them (and allowing our own ups and downs as part of that) will be KEY TO OUR BALANCE within it all.
KNOTTED EMOTIONS
Knotted emotions rising in the collective is something to be aware of in December. People are feeling emotions VERY deeply, which can result in outbursts or over-reactivity. It can also trigger more EMOTIONALLY OPEN CONVERSATIONS than you are used to, or be a call for you to SUPPORT OTHERS through what they are experiencing. So in order to navigate this, know which moments you may also need a short break from all the emotions around you, in order to stay balanced in your own.
At a deeper level, there is an invitation for all of us to be able TO GO BEYOND the knotted and the wounded emotions - such as fear, frustration and anger. A lot of this energy we are passing through and out IS ANCESTRAL and the very new times we are heading into, are raising that up for clearing now.
This is also a time where SAFETY is really in question for many people all over the world. Many are going through awakening experiences through looking at the world and not understanding what they are seeing or feeling out of sync.
It can be frightening to be human sometimes, and fear can be part of our experience here.
But most importantly, we need to stay mindful of WHEN AND HOW FEAR IS FED TO US. We are fed and swallow fear, from other people and sources, and it is that fear which drives us into these KNOTTED EMOTIONS, where we feel overwhelmed or like we can’t breathe or function because of our emotional or psychological state.
So be as COMPASSIONATE as you can to others if you are not in one of these phases, and be a shoulder to lean on (when you can) to those people who you see going through mini-breakdowns (later to become breakthroughs) or emotionally crumbling.
Of course, look after yourself when you need to, but most of us can handle being the shoulder for others when it comes to them dealing with their inner landscapes, and that’s what many of us are here for. That is part of our path, OUR MISSION and it's how we are supposed to GIVE BACK. Just as other people on the planet will give to us from their skills or missions. We are one tribe and perhaps your skill is to help those around you who you see are in knotted emotions, tight emotions, reactive emotions. Maybe you are designed to be the balm to help them through it? Something to consider this month, especially if this is a new way of thinking for you.
So, just sit with that as you notice these little explosions going on around you. And we are also coming up to Christmas, which is often an emotionally intense time for people. This happens through the combination of busyness, travel and a time where family/childhood energy or issues can rise to the surface, the wounds of disconnection as well as great connection, great love, great heart-opening. It’s a perfect storm emotionally.
So, be mindful of how many people are in EMOTIONAL NEED right now and remember that even JUST A SMILE from you or a loving look can and may make a difference. As can you simply listening and supporting without judgment while they have a meltdown - that moment could be huge for them and help them feel understood at an all new level. THE POWER OF SUPPORT IS A MUCH NEEDED HEALING FORCE. And is driven by the kind of compassion that builds community and that spreads across the planet.
PLAYING THE WAITING GAME
A number of you currently feel you are ‘on hold’ or playing a waiting game;, waiting for life or a transformation to happen. If you are peaceful and surrendered to that, it will be a potent month or two around new birth for you. But if you are experiencing an anger or a frustration around this, the message for you is that the anger and frustration CAN’T GO WITH YOU.
The anger and the frustration at being ‘stopped or stalled’ is actually the reason for it. These emotions are WHAT YOU ARE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH, so you can burn them off yet also harness the positive fire energy within, before you move into your new circumstance or your new relationship. And that’s really important.
So for any of you who are feeling really hacked off at the way that things are going right now, instead of deciding that something has gone wrong in your world, or that the Universe has forgotten you, INSTEAD get really curious about the part of you that is hacked off, angry, frustrated. “What is this anger trying to tell me, what part of my energy field is trying to Rebirth itself?”
If you feel anger is a really chronic issue for you, get some help to unpack it. Find a counsellor or a therapist or a healer or a friend who can help you just sit with this anger and open it out.
Because for many of you who feel you are playing a waiting game and are frustrated about it, my question to you is, “There are actions you can take to change things, so if you are feeling that those actions aren't something you are willing to take or are taking or that the Universe isn't supporting you - what are you getting out of this pause period, this emotion and what is this emotion trying to tell you?”. It’s a really important question for you, so don't beat yourself up if I’m describing you right now. There is transformation for you on the other side of this fire and there is energy in that anger and that frustration. And you can and will unlock it and figure it out so that you can move forward.
CONNECTION OR JUDGEMENT?
Connection, (which is love), or Judgement, (which is fear) will be under the microscope in December and will show up in most of our lives. The dance between connection and judgement, and how our judgement of others (or ourselves) keeps us OUT OF OUR HEARTS and out of connection with ourselves and with others.
You may be finding opportunities and relationship moments coming up in a BIG WAY right now to help you explore this side of yourself. Also many of you will be connecting to new opportunities through this: people you wouldn't normally connect to and experiences that you would normally deny yourself.
So ask yourself, “Am I experiencing judgment or AM I EXPERIENCING CONNECTION?”
For those of you who are deeply experiencing connection, you might be feeling your heart, your experience of presence, presence with this planet, presence with other people - at an all new level. Incredibly present moments of connection with the Universe, consciousness, yourself. Very awake.
Equally, some will be experiencing the opposite, feeling withdrawn from people, cocooned away from life and judgemental of the outside world. If that is your story, just get curious about WHY judgment feels better to you than connection right now. Is it a need for recovery OR JUST AN OLD HABIT you can now let go of?
Remember we don't stay in one place permanently in life - LIFE IS A MOVEMENT.
But if you are willing to get curious about what you might call your shadow side or your more negative emotions, this is a time when you are going to move them out and reconnect INCREDIBLY QUICKLY and consciously. You will be surprised just how quickly you come out of those judgements and into new and brighter experiences.
WE ARE BUILT FOR CHANGE
We are built to handle change. Only fear tells us that we aren't. We are built to handle change, it is what we are here for, it is WHAT MANY OF US ARE HERE TO SHEPHERD.
And so if you find yourself getting caught in fear - perhaps someone is telling you a story about how things are going to go and you start to panic, or a news source is telling you a story about how awful the world is - just be really mindful about fear as propaganda and how fear is used to limit us and our potential.
And for all of us, one of the biggest mastery tests that we are going through right now is HOW DO WE WORK WITH OUR FEAR as it comes up, transmute it and get back to the place where we TRUST WHO WE ARE AND THE PROCESS OF LIFE on a day to day basis.
I'm not saying that's always easy. For most of us, living that way all of the time is not normal. But that is where we are all being asked to go now. More and more people are popping into that state of being and all of us are learning to sustain and ground that more than before.

A Brief Message to Lightworkers – November 28, 2018
The
latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals,
Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:
Greetings, friends! We are happy to have this time to speak with you today.
We see that many of you are feeling
particularly stressed this time of year, as holiday times can require
you to be around family members you don’t always have an easy time with.
For some it also means performing extra work to cover holiday spending, or doing extra cooking, cleaning, and other chores for family, friend, and community get-togethers.
This can be tiring
and frustrating, as your child self wants to regain their wonder over
the beauty of the season, and not be so tied up in “getting things
done.”
We wish for you many
beautiful, quiet moments this winter season, in which you take in the
beauty of Nature at this time of year, and not only think in terms of
scraping the ice off the windshield or having to wear snow boots.
We bless you with a sense of stillness that supersedes the rush and pressures of the holiday time.
You did not invent these stresses—they were handed onto you by those who did not know that they are not a requirement for an enjoyable holiday season.
They were invented so that you would rush headlong into spending money on things that others do not necessarily need or want, so that you would not feel guilty about not getting them a present.
Children do not need endless gifts or sweets over the holidays—that sort of excess often leaves them uncomfortable, tired, and confused.
It has little to do with the joy reaped from enjoying beautiful music, fulfilling time with family or friends, and simply the realization that somehow, you already have all you need.
The more you state this to yourself, the truer it becomes.
You can be a beautiful example of the Light Being who does not succumb to holiday pressures, as you also stay strong in the face of news about how those at the southern border of the US are being treated, and how thousands have been devastated by the fires in California.
Send
Light to all situations that stress or trouble you now. Use the
transmuting Violet Flame of St Germain to cleanse and lift any situation
to a higher frequency.
Keep your holidays well, but keep them
as simple and elegantly joyful as you can, without undue rushing about
and feeling too pressed for time to enjoy the day or evening.
You
are creative enough to discover the simpler ways of doing things, to not
overdo with food and sweets, to offer simple gifts that encourage
someone to follow their dreams to be their best selves.
Even just offering someone a list of
everything that is wonderful about them—everything that you and others
value in them—is a beautiful gift that they will never forget.

This sort of transformation is one of the things you came in for, and you are doing a beautiful job.
Release the need to “go on automatic” and forget your inner calm, just because of the time of year.
Give yourself quiet time each day in which you are speaking to your Spirit team or to Source, and speak of anything that is troubling you, asking for guidance and wisdom. The answers, if not immediate, will come to you in perfect time and way.

WE GAIN a deeper understanding of our wounds and fears this week, and can also make progress in their healing. On Monday, Mercury in Scorpio is exactly 120 degrees away from Healer Chiron in Pisces, placing them in a trine aspect with each other. This supportive aspect enables us both to more fully comprehend the source of unresolved pain and then to release the burden of those hurtful memories, either through journaling or through sharing our feelings with a trusted confidant.
Most times, an aspect between Mercury and Chiron would be in effect for just a day or two -- but the effects of this trine will actually be with us throughout the week. This is because both Mercury and Chiron are completing their retrograde phases this week, and so are moving very slowly. This allows them to linger within orb (effective range) of the trine aspect, continuing to activate its energies. Then, after Mercury goes direct on Thursday and Chiron goes direct on Saturday, the two will then come back into exact trine on Sunday.
This could be a powerfully therapeutic week, if we take advantage of the opportunity to be fully present with ourselves and with our feelings. Compassionate attention is step one. Step two is then to forgive and release the past, which will liberate us from the old wounds and allow us to experience a new future.
THIS MONTH'S NEW MOON occurs on Thursday, just ten hours after Mercury goes direct. For this lunation, the Sun and Moon align at 15°07′ Sagittarius, at 11:20 p.m. PST (7:20 a.m. GMT on Friday).
The most significant component of the New Moon chart is the involvement of Mars and Neptune. These two planets symbolize very different themes -- god of war Mars represents independent action and the force of personal will, while god of the oceans Neptune serves as our guide to oneness, compassion, and ebb and flow of creative or spiritual tides. At the time of the lunation, these two planets are tightly aligned, just 11 minutes away from being at the exact same degree of Pisces. And, both are in close square aspect to the Sun and the Moon.
WHEN TWO PLANETS with such different inherent natures are aligned, the effects of their joining can be quite varied. In the positive, we can find renewed energy for our spiritual journey or a creative endeavor. We could also choose to fight passionately for an ideal or spiritual value. In our personal lives, we could find it easier to do the Mercury-Chiron healing work, since Neptune can help us let go of old animosities (Mars).
On the other hand (and yes, there's always another hand), planets in an alignment can each inhibit the other's effects. With Mars and Neptune, there can be a softening of our vital energy. This may be helpful when we're trying to release anger and attachment, but not so conducive to getting work done. We'll also need to be careful that we are truly letting go of old resentments, not just sweeping them under the rug and then acting passive-aggressively (a common problem with Mars-Neptune).
The other issue that can arise with Mars-Neptune -- and one that will be of particular concern in our new lunar cycle -- concerns "truth, lies, and videotapes." With Mars-Neptune closely square the Sagittarius New Moon, some will find it easy to be deceptive, or to gloss over the truth for the sake of something they firmly believe in. This can even occur on the level of what we tell ourselves, so be sure to ground yourself in reality – or get a second opinion – before making any decisions of consequence.
THE NEW MOON is aligned with the fixed star Sarin, whose influence neatly ties in with the more positive expressions of the Mars-Neptune alignment. Astrologer Roderick Kidston writes that Sarin is one of the stars of the constellation Hercules. He explains that:
"Hercules stars are about developing strength and finding some sort of vision or hero quest, and Sarin seems to be one of the nobler and more helpful stars in this regard. There are times when Sarin seems like a guardian angel at your elbow, invisibly steering you on the right course."
But, interestingly, Mr. Kidston also seems to reference some of the less evolved manifestations of Mars-Neptune in his discussion of Sarin:
"At its best, Sarin can help you to reach your highest potential. Of course, the energy can be wasted or compromised if you don't make much effort, or if you are tempted to misdirect it. But if you work harmoniously with the refined and refining energies of Sarin, they will take you far."
ONE MORE NOTE about the astrology for the week, and Thursday's New Moon in particular -- both the Sun and Mars are activating the effects of the upcoming Uranus-Neptune semisquare. This longer-term aspect is in effect for about two years, starting in August 2017 and completing in May 2019. It will be exact for the fourth time next week, on December 15.
This challenging semsquare represents the pressure of these times that are calling us to expand our consciousness (Uranus) and our compassionate heart (Neptune). Events occurring now are connected in subtle (or not-so-subtle) ways to eye-opening developments in the early 1990s, and especially 1993. Now we are required to wake up to a new level of awareness, to take our next evolutionary step.
With the Sun and Mars so active in the New Moon chart, and triggering the effects of this Uranus-Neptune semisquare, this new lunar cycle will have a major role to play in enhancing self-awareness and in initiating new levels of consciousness expansion.
IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS THIS WEEK: Your natural urge to expand and explore is heightened this year. The challenge will be to keep your senses about you, for it will be easy to leap without looking, based on the inspiration of the moment and the power of your belief. Your intuition and higher wisdom are your trusted companions as always, but make sure that you are on the right road before speeding off. If you take your time and are purposeful in your actions, there is great opportunity for profound growth, intellectually and spiritually.

As the level of consciousness increases people will become more intuitive and less likely to accept what they are expected to believe. For ages they have been fed with news that has not given them the full truth and at times have been outright lies. Now the situation is changing as people are becoming more aware and they are beginning to demand the truth. Their voices will be heard and at one end of the scale there will be demonstrations until they get what they want. It is regretful that violence has been used but it does nevertheless show the passion that people feel about such issues. The same energy must be channeled into peaceful protests, as otherwise it will give the authorities an excuse to use greater force to control the protesters. The authorities have no wish to fight the people, but if order is to be maintained it sometimes becomes necessary to act when violence is used. It is unfortunate that unscrupulous people use demonstrations as a cover for it as it is not necessarily connected with the aims of the protesters.
The people of Earth have much more power than they realise, and when their collective thought forms focus upon the same things it brings results, and it is why group meditation is so powerful. For the same reason prayer is powerful but not the degree of repetition that is often associated with religion. The message must come from the heart and be filled with love. When you call upon the greater powers such as God for help, be assured that your prayer is received. Sometimes it will be responded to in such a way that you would not necessarily link it with your request. Those who make negative requests are likely to find that it rebounds upon them through the Law of Attraction.
If you consider that there has been no apparent let up to the changes occurring on Earth, it should be obvious that there is no going back to the old ways or conditions. A new era has already begun and with it the old ways have been overtaken by new ideas, and the New Age is slowly but surely becoming firmly established. The time has long past when changes that should have been introduced can be held up by the actions of those who continue to support the old ways. In your present time new inventions and ideas to bring in better ways of doing things are prevented from benefitting you, by those who profit from progress being held back. It is prompted by the desire to maintain the old ways of doing things that are often more profitable. However, progress will ensure that the changes will come and be introduced, and those Beings of Light helping to bring it about will succeed.
Dear Ones whatever situation you find yourselves in it is more than likely you have attracted it to yourselves. It does not mean you are necessarily going to be involved, but your experience may be from the point of view of an observer. You are in effect learning all of the time whatever situation you find yourself in. for example if you think upon it, you may see an accident and would your first thought be to give assistance, or not get involved as some people choose. Many such situations crop up quite frequently and they are in a sense a test of your reactions. Clearly you cannot be all things to everyone, but if your first thoughts are for the wellbeing of others you are raising your vibrations.
The Earth is a tough place to gain your experiences, through which you learn what is right or wrong from a spiritual point of view. Bear in mind that what you reap comes back to you, and when you believe an experience has been unjust it may not necessarily relate to your present life. Karma can be held until an appropriate time comes up when it can be cleared, so be assured there are no mistakes where it is concerned. Take it all seriously and accept what you perceive the lesson to be, and it is almost certain you will not have to experience it again. Karma is not a punishment but a learning curve that evolving souls have to go through. The system is absolutely fair and we have often told you that as a result of lessons once learnt, you will never have to go through the same experience again.
If you find the experiences of life overpowering know that you always agree to them before you incarnate, and no one is expected to accept more than they can cope with. After all, your Guides are ever present and help you through the difficult times if you listen to them. Then again you have your Higher Self, your ever present aspect that knows you better than yourself who also gives you guidance, but it is never forced upon you. Freewill is respected even if you use it incorrectly but it will incur karma. So accept your lessons with grace and goodwill as they are your stepping stones to evolution. If you knew exactly how much your Guides have helped you, it would surprise you as they influence you to take the right action when your thoughts may take a different path.
In your loneliest or saddest moments your Guides try to lift you up, they are always by your side. They send you loving energies all of the time and are ecstatic when you in turn give your love and blessings to another soul. Every kind deed is noted and goes a long way towards increasing your vibrations. Other people that come in contact with you will experience them without knowing what they are, and feel very good in your company because the higher energies are healing in nature. At the other end of the scale negative energies make people feel uncomfortable as they are clearly unpleasant. In the near future such souls will find themselves with like-kind, whilst the souls that are ready will ascend.
Life can seem unfair if you do not understand the system of karma, and what you need to do to move on and create your own opportunity to evolve, is leave the lower vibrations behind. You should concentrate on your own progress as no one soul is favoured over another, and all are given equal opportunity to learn and evolve. It is up to you when you consider you are ready to advance, and as soon as you wish to do so help will be on hand. Those who have already evolved to the higher dimensions will help you along your chosen path. At many different levels you are helped through your lives, as it is in every ones interests to help as many souls as possible to ascend. It releases them from the wheel of karma and frees them from the necessity to have to keep reincarnating into the lower dimensions to evolve.
I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion. It is certainly needed in the middle of so much confusion.

Cobra: Short Situation Update | The Portal
Clearing of the Chimera group continues. There is a lot of extremely positive activity behind the scenes, but none of that can be revealed publicly, as there needs to be absolute radio silence about current operations of the Light forces. Let me just say when there will be results, everybody will be able to experience them.
On
the other hand, the Cabal is realizing more and more that they will
lose, and they do not take defeat lightly. They have recently used
Directed Energy Weapons in California to burn masses of people alive:
Their
occult purpose behind this mass murder was to create a fire sacrifice
to create a negative anomaly vortex to attract more of the cosmic
primary anomaly to planet Earth to prolong their control of the planet.
The
truth is that there is very little primary anomaly left outside of our
planet, and dark forces find it increasingly more difficult to replenish
their resources of anomalous plasma and negative entities entering
planet Earth through tunnels of Set. There is a huge information war
regarding intel about the plasma and anomaly status around our planet,
and it is very difficult to get reliable information. It now appears
that most of the remaining anomaly is coming to Earth from the Taurus
dark cloud:
Extragalactic
Light Forces are now rapidly clearing all remaining anomaly from our
Galaxy. Most of extragalactic assistance is coming from Virgo
Supercluster:
And
especially from M 87 galaxy, which is increasingly being directly
involved in liberation of our planet annd removal of last vestiges of
darkness from our universe:
To summarize this, there are drastic changes happening in our universe, and when those changes reach the Earth, the transformation will be massive.
First, the diminished solar activity is leading towards a new mini ice age very rapidly. It could happen in a few months:
Luckily,
there is a greater Galactic cycle that could supersede the solar mini
ice age cycle before that happens and reverse that trend, but it will
inevitably lead into what some people call the Solar Flash and is in
fact a Galactic Superwave, leading into the Event:
