Why gratitude is a bad idea and what to do instead - Jennifer Hoffman

At some point we have to make our peace with a situation, 🙄 no matter how unfair, outrageous, controlling or annoying. As they say, "Your (uninformed) opinion of me is none of my business." (However, threats will not be tolerated.) Peace is a state of mind.🙏🧘‍♀️ Don't mess with my equanimity.🙌 I do not consent! ☮️ ~PB

It is hard, if not impossible, to be grateful for the terrible things that happen in our lives. Instead, we can accept the situation and plan our next steps. This helps us regain emotional and energetic control, then we can be grateful for the lessons we are learning.

Trying to be grateful without first accepting a situation and managing our energy around it is denying the truth of our anger, frustration, grief, trauma, and feelings of helplessness, lack of control, and powerlessness.

Deal with those first by stopping the energy leaks. Accept the situation, what is happening, stop withing it will go away, and plan your next steps, then you can be grateful for whatever it has taught you.

I recorded a short video with an overview of this and I hope it helps you understand why these energy downloads, which you think should be a wonderful experience, can become that but first they can bring a lot of physical pain and discomfort.

I will be talking more about this in the coming days because we must know the critical relationship that we have with energy on a physical level and how that relates to our intention, manifestation, 3D/5D integration, and ascension cycles so we can confidently make life changes that we can support, sustain, and be fully aligned with.

The video is on my youtube page so you can leave a comment there.
