We were very pleased to step aside and allow Michael to send out another message in place of our usual one. The information sent out should lift your spirits considerably, as you have waited a very long time for an uplifting message that clearly indicates the beginning of many welcome changes on Earth. There are many changes to come for which the preparations have already been made. It means that very little time will be lost in changing your current situation of war and disharmony, to a different condition that heralds the coming of love and peace on Earth. We have often told you that changes are coming, and at last you will have a clear signal of confirmation. Many will still refuse to believe what they see happening before their very eyes, but denial will not hide the fact that the new Era has started.
If you look back you will find that we have kept our word, which has meant that the Galactic Federation has been busy ensuring that world peace is upheld. Minor wars and other uprisings will eventually cease, and there will come a time when such negative actions will be impossible to carry out. The vibrations are steadily rising and in the future will be too high for any such negative actions to manifest. Dear Ones, the battle between the dark and Light is almost over, and in your time you will see those responsible for your demise removed so that they can no longer delay the changes. Such actions will fulfill the promises made to you a long time ago, and we thank those who have steadfastly stood by our side and refused to be moved from their path.
As we have already mentioned, it is your responsibility to help others through the changes and direct them onto the path of Light. We and other groups working for the Light will not cease our efforts to ensure progress is made, and we guard against interference from any source whatsoever. Matters are well advanced now but as always we rely on all Lightworkers to diligently carry out their tasks. Naturally, having reached such a pivotal point in the progress of the Human Race, every effort is being used to give your evolution a major step forward. Indeed it is quite apparent that many souls are aware that something is happening that is very positive, even if they are unaware as to how it will manifest. Regrettably your news outlets are still under the influence of the minions of the dark Ones, and you do not learn the truth as to what is happening to your world. However, good news cannot be kept concealed indefinitely and it will start to seep through regardless of the methods being used to suppress it.
As always part of our mission is to patrol your skies to ensure that there are no uninvited visitors, or attempts made to place weapons in Space that could be used against you. Your Earth has been in quarantine for many years, so as to ensure that no other civilisations can influence you or interfere with your progress. Sometimes it has been necessary to allow an approach to be made, but only to test your reactions. It has helped your understanding of the Universe and other life forms that exist all over it. Many other civilisations are way ahead of you in intelligence, but as you evolve so you too will have the opportunity to greatly increase your levels. Far from holding you back, as your Guardians we are keen to help you progress as quickly as possible, returning you to levels that you previously held.
Where your sightings of our craft are concerned, unless you are able to identify the different sources that they come from it can be confusing. Your dark Ones are now so advanced in being able to design and manufacture craft similar to ours, that apart from the markings that appear on some of them, they can look very much alike. This can also lead to incidents that are thought to be caused by ET’s, when it is your own black operations at work. We know that not for the first time their thoughts have turned to creating an incident that could be blamed on us. We cannot interfere with your choice of action, unless it is of such proportions it is liable to change the plan for your Solar System. You do not however need to worry about the future as it is assured, and you are already entering the energies of the New Age.
Mother Earth is also beginning to bring changes into being, as she also is moving into the New Age. Her work is to cleanse the Earth and restore it to its previous pristine condition and it happens over a period of time, as she also rises up through the new vibrations. So as you can see, there is a lot of action taking place all of which is to your advantage and ultimately for your peaceful and rewarding existence. You are leaving the lower vibrations for good and every help is being given to lift you up. When you set out on your journey eons of time ago, you were happy souls determined to make the most of your opportunity to experience the lower vibrations. You knew that you would never be deserted and that your progress would be carefully monitored, and when the time came you would be helped to return to the Light. That time has now arrived and already progress is being made, we have always been with you and soon it will be a reality as we meet you in person once again.
We share your joy at the thought of meeting once again, and although we are a happy too we do not experience the extremes of emotions like you do. Our feelings center around Universal Love which allows us to feel the depth of happiness that comes with it. It is not easy to put it into your words, as they are not always adequate for the expression needed. However, when you come into our presence you will know beyond doubt that we are Beings of Love, and indeed you will feel it. It is a state of being that is peace and joy rolled into one, and it shall be yours when you have evolved into a fully evolved Being.

"The more you learn about the Illuminati, the more frightening they will appear as they advance in leaps and bounds, whilst keeping your civilisation in the Dark Ages. The progress you should have made has been denied you, but you will go forward with leaps and bounds when the Illuminati have been disempowered. However, you should avoid any overreaction to such news, as they are following a path that will lead to their demise. Before that happens, you who have devoted yourselves to the Light will move away from them. You are destined to ascend and will in fact leave them behind as you move into the higher vibrations to continue your evolution. You will go forward at an immense speed by which time we will have joined you. With us you will become Galactic Beings and receive immense help and assistance. We have a future together although you are not bound to any particular path, and you will choose where and when as it serves your best interests.
In essence you really are great Beings in the making, but surrounded by the lower vibrations you find it hard to break loose and follow a higher path. However, you are winning this battle whilst at the same time lifting others with you. The changes in the vibrations are being felt all around and awakening those souls who have been slumbering for a long period of time. It means that with a further upliftment in them, there will be a great awakening that will increase the levels of consciousness. It is part of the preparations that will ensure that you are well prepared for the new vibrations that are rising. We will not allow interference with your progress and you may confidently go forward knowing that you will lift up in the near future. In this part of the cycle it is our destiny to fulfill the promises made to you when it commenced eons of time ago.
You also have the support of the denizens of Earth, but for the time being they remain in their own levels of existence. They will join you at the appropriate time as their destiny is also tied in with yours. They have much to offer having moved further along the path of evolution, and have given you much help most of which you are unaware. You are beginning to understand that many souls not only accompany you on your journey, but also play an active part in ensuring you safely complete it. The Universe is teeming with life and but for the protective barrier that encases your Earth, you would by now have openly met with many other civilisations. We also police your Solar System to keep out intruders and other Beings who are curious about your existence. In fact many still monitor your activities as your presence is attracting a lot of attention. As far as possible we have kept other Beings away from Earth, so as not to allow interfere with your evolution. Those that are allowed to contact you are karmically involved with you and are largely responsible for assisting you through different stages of your cycle.
Your progress over the last 400 years has been remarkable, and even more so in the last century. You have responded well to the incoming vibrations that are lifting you up, and in reality all is proceeding very much to expectations. There has always been a plan to ensure you ascend as you leave the old cycle. You have earnt such an opportunity, and when you are given the truth relating to your lives in this dimension you will be enlivened. You have an expression about having ”been to hell and back” and it describes the many experiences that you have had. However, such sacrifices are not without their rewards, as you will have grown immensely in stature. Your experiences will serve you extremely well as you help those who follow on in your footsteps. Whatever your feelings at this stage, we can assure you that you will be very pleased with your achievements.
Your media is still unable to report the real news, and confusion is deliberately brought about to stop you learning the truth. Indeed, what we might call “the average person” is still detached from the truth about events on your Earth. There is so much going on in secret and black operations are commonplace. They are largely taking place out of your sight, and the Illuminati have developed enormous underground facilities where thousands of people carry out their work. They are the prisoners of their decision to carry out such work, and few return to the surface of the Earth. There are in fact cities that house the workers so that everything they might need is on hand. They may be well rewarded and well looked after but it comes at the price of their freedom. If there are people you know that have literally vanished off the face of the Earth, it is likely that if they are well qualified in skills that the Illuminati need to continue with their programs.
Dear Ones, do not fear the outcome of the attempts by the dark Ones to control you. They will never acquire sufficient control to achieve their plans for a total takeover of Earth. Already their power is waning and will continue to do so until they have little authority left to follow their plans. It is something that was foreseen long ago and allowed to develop only so far for the experience of those involved. As we have often stated, no experience is without some gain for those involved. On Earth most situations are the result of karma, and to a greater or lesser degree everyone is involved. Never forget however that karma is not always “payback time” and it is also rewarding for those who deserve it. It would be wrong to think that you do not get a pat on the back for good work in the name of the Light. All of the time you are progressing through your experiences so accept them as being in your interests.
We are ever at your side and in reality we are a team set upon bringing more Light to Earth. Each one of you play an important part in what is taking place, even if you are unaware as to what is taking place. Before you incarnated you were given an outline of what to expect in your lifetime, and the Human Race as a collective unit progresses together. Experience is paramount which is why all lifetimes are so important.

After yesterday’s blow-out one would think that the Keenan Team would rest, but not so. Today began just as any other day that is filled with information and excitement.
This day Neil shows that yesterday was nothing special, and the news he had to bring to you was delayed for a day because of the unnecessary interference and interruptions brought on by days of malicious and erroneous statements by Jean Haines, Denise Rednour and others known and unknown. But let’s put this aside and get back to the real work.
There is a lot happening and we want you to be aware of this information before it is too late. You should take whatever we offer in terms of news, and work it into your parameters and thoughts.
There is much to look at now that we near the end. The Gold is becoming ever more paramount to the expanding plan of the Cabal but nevertheless dwarfing over a few Asian states. U.S. ships have blocked the gulf of Thailand to threaten the kingdom. At the request of the family of Thailand, the Dragon Family is being called upon to speak with Thailand’s elder son who is in charge — immediate assistance is needed.
You will understand once you take a good look that Manhattan and Stamford, CT are joined at the hip, or at least it seems that way. Are they planning another major event in the city that never sleeps? We hope not, but look and come to your own conclusions.
An attempt is being made by the U.S. Corporation to split Indonesia into pieces for less than $6 trillion dollars. In fact, there is more value in just a small portion of a gold bunker in Indonesia than the $6 trillion (of useless dollars) that is being offered to overthrow certain portions of the political structure. But it is doubtful that Indonesia will allow this to happen now or at any time in the near future.

The HAARP facilities are revving up their activity, which is costly and not done without a very good reason. This indicates that something is going to happen soon, so be aware and be prepared.
You cannot sleep when reading such news. It keeps on coming and it can’t help but give us the “willie jillies” knowing their plans for us. At the moment we cannot give any more hints about what is happening on the inside, but we promise you that we are all in for an extra bumpy ride if people do not stay out of the way of those that are working to rid the world of such destructive people.
It has to end. It MUST end or we will not be living in five years, and the change will see the globalists in complete control of what’s left of the planet. It is in our hands.

"A Secret American Civil War is now being waged as Terrorist Proxy-Wars in Syria, the Ukraine and Afghanistan.
This is a “remote controlled” civil war. The “Aggressors” are Mind-kontrolled Mercenary Zombies fighting on behalf of the City of London (COL) Rothschild World Zionists (WZs).
But they are also fighting on behalf of Israeli Leaders, Saudi Arabia, and Bush Crime Cabal lackeys still deeply embedded inside the Secret Shadow Government (SSG aka the US Privatized Defense establishment).
And on the other side, best viewed as the “Defenders” which are now counter-attacking in Iraq, is the USG on behalf of the current Administration who have been playing along at times but are now directly bucking the City of London WZs, The Bush Crime Cabal (BCC), and the Israeli WZs, including the NeoCons, PNACers, and Istraeli-American Dual Citizens.(1)
The reason the US Administration has ordered an attack on ISIS in Iraq when they did nothing for so long? Because the ISIS made the mistake of attacking Kurdistan which has been a very strong secret Ally of the US Administration. It seems clear that this is a line that even President Obama will not allow ISIS to cross.(2)
It is clear that the Obama Administration has been pulling out of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and has allowed left behind mercenary forces like ISIS to form and exist. To what degree the current US Administration decides to continuing aerial F-16 attacks on these ISIS forces is an open question.
Don’t ever underestimate the effects of Israeli Mind-Kontrol.
Don’t ever underestimate the power of ultra-hightech Mind-Kontrol using high powered Psychotronics, and/or trauma-based “soul-murder” MPD/DID, or other types of chemically based Mind-Kontrol. The centers of the World for this technology has been the Tavistock Institute in London, Israeli Intel, and the American CIA developed by former Nazi Doctors and now privatized CIA contractors which have no oversight at all.
Hamas is a perfect example of an Israeli created and managed, completely Mind-Kontrolled, self-sacrificing mercenary force much needed to justify Israeli land theft and genocide against Palestinians and a continuing state of Israeli Apartheid.
How many US Congresspersons have taken an all expense paid junket to Israel and drunk the special cool aid and been “flashed” during the night while sleeping with ultra-high tech psychotronics, only to return 100% supportive forever to Israel no matter what. Certainly the large perks provided by AIPAC and the like help immensely too.
The Israelis have worked very hard for many years along with Saudi and WZ support and huge America Aid, Mind-Kontrolling vulnerable Arabs and mercenaries who will do anything for very large weekly or monthly paychecks in foreign accounts.
It is known from insider reports that over 100,000 special operators have been employed by USG, British and other contractors to fight in Iraq Afghanistan and now Africa. Typical salaries have been 1,000 USD or more per week and sometimes much, much more depending on the mission and the employer. Note that all these mercenaries are beyond the reach of any Military Code of Justice or any Nation’s laws.
Disposable, Mind-kontrolled mercenary Zombies have been deployed in Syria, the ukraine and now Iraq.
Yes, disposable, Mind-kontrolled Zombie Mercenary Armies have been fully deployed to fight Terrorist Proxy-Wars in Syria, the Ukraine and now Iraq. They have drunk the WZ Koolaide and so repeatedly flashed that their level of Mind-kontrol is best described as stunning and effective beyond words.
These proxy wars in the Mideast and now the Ukraine are essentially part of a larger historical economic struggle between Russia and the BRICS Nations on one side. And on the other side, the City of London WZ System of Private Central Banking based on phony FIAT “Money”, pernicious usury and generation of a worldwide “owned” network of debt-slaves which is now resisting the US Petro Dollar.
This new BRICS counter-force and working hard to create a way for the US Petro Dollar to be dumped as the World’s Reserve Currency.
But this is a very touchy issue and one that is quite complex because if anything is done to free World Oil pricing from all the speculation that now drives the pricing up, even the BRICS nations could suffer serious economic harm. So the trick needed is for these BRICS Nations to be able to manipulate an end to the US Petro Dollar serving as the World’s Reserve Currency and getting rid of the COL WZ economic Ponzi scheme without the pricing of Oil going so low everyone is seriously hurt.
The City of London (COL) World Zionists (WZs) are now applying tremendous pressure to the US Administration to draw America into another major foreign air and ground war, using their deeply embedded espionage assets like the BCC, AIPAC and the like.
It is common knowledge inside the Beltway that the current US Administration (USAD) has been resisting numerous creative and heavy-handed manipulations by the COL WZs, Israelis and BCC officials to become drawn into another major air and ground war in Syria, Iran, the Ukraine and now Iraq (again). The USAD has been pulling out of Iraq and now Afghanistan, leaving behind huge amounts of operable weaponry and equipment while allowing WZ/Israeli/BCC/Saudi bought mercenaries and special operators to remain as a secret compromise solution.
Not only are these new Mideast and Ukraine Wars Terrorist Proxy-Wars, they are major efforts to deploy massive Chaos as a means to destabilize these nations involved.
Chaos warfare is a means to destabilize such areas geopolitically which keeps Islamic depopulation plans moving ahead, burns up lots of weapons creating more weapons sales and war profits for the Banksters and prevents any nation from staying intact from NWO efforts to rewrite their boundaries in a way that allows massive and easy asset stripping of natural resources by the large multinational corporations. Plus Chaos Warfare helps keep the price of crude Oil high on the World market, constituting a private corporate tax on almost every person in the industrialized world including China and Russia too.
Yes, there is a major Secret War inside the Beltway for control of the whole USG “enchilada”, and this is being expressed remotely in the Mideats and the Ukraine right now.
Who are the WZ puppet forces arrayed against the current USAD? Well on one side we have the Sheldon Adelson WZ Puppets in Congress, usually aligned with the Mexican and South American Drug Cartels (BCC & CIA Cutouts) and five Supreme Court Judges completely owned by the BCC. And do not underestimate the Mormon based Deseret Mafia which is reputed to be aligned with the BCC and the IZCS.
The Deseret Mafia has been reported to be aligned with the Denver Circle of twelve as reported on by VT Columnist Stew Webb. It has also be reported that it has deeply infiltrated the FBI and the NSA and serves the Drug Cartels, and is reported to be extensively involved in drug money laundering through Cuba and other offshore centers through a recent Presidential candidate who plays the straight man but has a mistress and is a drug money launderer.
And on the other side we have the Obama Administration and a new US Military High Command, both of whom are deeply opposed to the covert control of the WZs, the Israelis, the BCC and its CIA Drug Cartels.
What seems to be the reason that the WZs, Israelis, BCC, and CIA Drug cartels are pushing so hard to get another or more major air and ground war going in the Mideast or the Ukraine?
The reason is that they are desperate because they know unless they get another major war going soon they are finished. They are losing power by the day, here’s why. This Cabal, best called the WZ/BCC Joint Cabal is the main Action-Agent of the City of London (COL) World Zionist Private Central Banksters and their current center of Operations, Israel, a Pure Luciferian and Pure Freemason nation that flies the Illuminati Flag symbolizing the union of “Beast Blood” with Human Female Blood.
The Knesset was paid for by the Rothschild COL WZ Banking family and was designed using obvious Freemasonry and Illuminati architecture. Doubt this do a web search and examine the numerous photos and plaques on the outside wall and the artwork on the roof.
Decapitate the City of London (COL) World Zionist (WZ) Beast by removing its ability to make money from nothing and use a limitless checkbook to feed Congress for unlimited wars, stupid foreign aid and special-interest legislation used to prime the kickback pump.
As Mike Harris, VT Financial Editor, Talk show host and noted Insider has stated a number of times, perhaps it would be best if the COL/WZ and its franchisee the Federal Reserve System failed. This in essence would cut the head off the WZ Beast and prevent the USG from using an unlimited checkbook provided by the Federal Reserve System anymore to create massive, phony debt through pernicious fraudulent usury.
Thus all the Secret Shadow Governments (SSG) ability to access unlimited funds not tied to current GNP or collected taxes would vanish over night. Removing the WZ FIAT phony Money-Power to make and access money from nothing as debt-notes which have to have all principal and interest repaid, would be eliminated overnight.

Perhaps this was a very stern message that there had better be no more Samson Option style attacks on America anymore. These folks are cornered now like rabid dogs and must be advised that anything they do will be fully exposed and they will be hunted down to the ends of the earth and brought to justice one way or another if they institute anymore Attacks on America, nuclear or otherwise.
It has been reported from two independent inside sources that the US Beyond-Black secret Star Wars space based weapons are now being activated. A good guess is that these involve exotic particle beam and plasma canons have been activated.
It is unknown for sure but suspected that some of these systems may still controlled by BCC cronies who are still deeply embedded in the secret Shadow Government which has handled many of these systems in the past.

"With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this
is Matthew. We have been asked about the speculation that the United States
government had a hand in downing the Malaysian plane in Ukraine and the
accusations that the Russian government did. Our colleagues in Nirvana say
neither is responsible—it was the work of the “black ops” arm of the
Illuminati-controlled faction of the CIA, the same force that is egging on
the pro-Russian separatist movement in Ukraine.
That faction, which operates independently of all
governments’ oversight, respects no national borders. Wherever some citizens
are dissatisfied with their elected leaders, the agents either instigate or
exacerbate uprisings to heighten tension, implicate whatever national
leaders would be appropriate and help the dissidents obtain weaponry and
supplies. “Black ops” personnel, like the rest of the Illuminati, feed on
negativity, and their means of refueling themselves is creating
negativity-laden chaos, fear, death, injury, sorrow and destruction.
The Illuminati’s international network has been so
severely weakened that they no longer are the overriding force they were
many decades past, when they easily started two world wars and
in each profited handsomely by selling to both sides whatever was needed to
keep the machinery of war going. Although their ability to start WWIII and
add to their ill-gotten fortunes never was to be except in their deluded
thoughts, they are nourishing themselves for the moment with the negativity
of concerns about where fighting in Ukraine may lead and high emotions about
the plane tragedy and its aftermath.
However, all of that must be put into the context of
everything happening everywhere, and we ask you to imagine your
world as a unique story being made into a movie. Let us ascribe
“screenwriter” to the universal mind since it has full vision of this epic
film’s ending amidst the marvels of Earth’s Golden Age. And let us call you
the “publicists”—you have been briefed on the story and how it ends so you
can talk about it to whoever is receptive.
You also are in the cast of billions, all of whom are
given free rein to act however they think best fits the scenario at hand.
So, behaving in accordance with respective personalities and
characteristics, a few actors are ruthless in efforts to monopolize the
scene while others strive for a team effort to serve the interests of all.
Some members become angry about the way the story unfolds, others are
pleased, still others are discouraged, and many in the cast are confused.
Some actors behave unreasonably, others urge cooperation so things can
proceed smoothly; and as some rise in prominence, others fade.
Some cast
members feel their parts are too small, others feel theirs are too hard;
some think the film will be a success, others are afraid it won’t be. Cast
members die, newborns come into it. And, since each actor’s main focus
during filming is his or her part, it is only when the entire cast views the
completed production that they can see why all of the roles were necessary
to make this motion picture of unprecedented stature and scope.
Perhaps that is a feeble analogy, but it is accurate
insofar as the lack of awareness about free will and karma being played out,
planetary and personal ascension, and a world in transformation. The vast
majority of your population has no idea that volatility in Ukraine and the
plane crash are parts of this transformative process. The public-at-large
doesn’t know that those heart-wrenching tragedies for everyone who lost
beloved persons are experiences that they and their dear ones chose for soul
evolvement—the goal of every soul—and it is the same with those who
are involved in the militant aspects.
This is true in most heartrending situations, and we shall
mention another that readers have asked us to speak about: the thousands of
children from Central American countries who came unsupervised to the United
States. They, the families who sent them there for safety, the individuals
who led them across the border, and the people who are causing the violence
in their native countries are experiencing what they chose in soul
contracts.
It is true as well that not everyone who is dying or
mourning a loss or is injured, homeless and desperate chose those
experiences, and this is the case regarding the bloodshed and destruction in
Gaza. There, just as in all other places where harshness and trauma exist
and are not part of the affected persons’ contracts, divine grace
steps in. All who continue to endure non-chosen circumstances take leaps in
evolvement and each person whose lifetime is cut short receives full credit
for all contract provisions. Those who transition to Nirvana rejoice about
being there and send a profusion of light to their beloved souls on the
planet who are coping with the same kinds of difficult experiencing.
We know these truths, yet it is with profound sadness that
we see so much strife, suffering, heartache and killing within our beloved
Earth family. We hasten to add that those moments are fleeting—the
negativity of that intense feeling cannot linger in these high
vibrations—and we are able to quickly resume beaming light to help you
continue moving steadily toward the full brilliance of the Golden Age that
awaits in the continuum.
Because so few of your populace know what we have shared
with you, prevalent feelings are grief, anger, despair and fear of what may
come next. The low vibrations of those natural reactions are being offset to
a large extent by the light in aid, caring and compassion streaming from all
corners of Earth. Indeed, other civilizations are beaming massive amounts of
light to the planet, but you on-site light-bearers are exemplifying that
love-light is the only way to resolve all conflicts and end
deprivation throughout your world—especially in unsettling times, let
your light shine!
Worldwide, people are ready for the light! They may not
know about free will, karma and multiple lifetimes or spiritual and
conscious evolution or the Illuminati; but they do know your world’s
history: Never have killing, placing blame and taking revenge brought
the lasting peace and cooperation among nations that people are hungering
for!
This is an appropriate place to answer, Do countries
accrue good or bad karma? No, only individuals do, and karma is
neither good nor bad. It is a gift of divine grace so that embodied souls
may have experiences that differ greatly from other lifetimes and attain the
balance required for soul growth. However, souls choose to be born where
conditions offer the experiencing they selected, and that may give the
appearance that specific karmic lessons affect an entire country.
Readers have asked why the United
States’ government “works against the people of that country instead of
for them” and our view of the Republican party’s “stupid
lawsuit against the president instead of taking care of what we the people
need.”
The primary reason the United States government isn’t more
responsive to the citizenry’s needs is that some members of Congress are
Illuminati and others are financed, bribed or blackmailed into voting as the
Illuminati dictate. Of all nations you call “industrialized,” the United
States has the most externally-controlled government—the Federal Reserve
System, multinational corporations, the medical profession and its related
industries and agencies all have a large say in what Congress does.
In numerous messages we have spoken about the strong souls
who agreed to provide the severe hardships that masses of souls needed to
wind up third density karma, then those strong souls would join the light
forces; instead they became greedy and enamored of power and control and
they refused to honor their pre-birth agreement. Those individuals are the
Illuminati, and their activities have set back progress by ten years or so.
Earth’s ascension pace wasn’t affected, but your society’s
was. The Golden Age master plan was designed so that when Barack Obama
became US president in 2008, your world would eagerly support his efforts to
unite all peoples in peace and harmony with Nature in accordance with Gaia’s
vision. The Illuminati-led offensive against that objective has been
relentless. Even so, the light has shattered their international network
and diminished the effectiveness of its remnants while engendering the
expansion of grassroots movements around the globe and increasingly
successful behind-the-scenes negotiations.
As for the lawsuit against President Obama, we see it as a
neon arrow pointing to the country’s serious issue that the Republican
party’s most conservative contingent—“The Tea Party”—also limits the
government’s responsiveness to the needs of the people. This doesn’t mean
that those individuals are in the Illuminati ranks; simply, they want the
country run according to their wishes and philosophies. The other
Republicans, eager to sweep the party to election victories in all the
states, join with Tea Party members to vote as a bloc, and their voting
record shows that often it doesn’t coincide with what would benefit the
majority of citizens.
Now we shall do our best to comply with the request that
we give “a simple scientific explanation of light and how it
affects a civilization.” Light, which is the same energy as love, is
the essence of Creator, Source of everything in existence. Light is the most
powerful force in the cosmos, the entirety of consciousness, the ingredient
of souls, and the life force of every living entity. Even the peak of the
dark forces has a spark of light; otherwise, it would not exist.
Light comes into this universe through its Supreme Being,
whom you may call God, Allah, Jehovah, Yahweh or any other name; and
everything is universally connected by and within this energy. Therefore
spirit, which is considered faith, and science, which is considered fact,
are one and the same: light fluctuating at one frequency or another.
But let us return to the Beginnings of all life throughout
the cosmos. Creator’s first expression of Itself created the Christed realm
and the first souls, the archangels; the realm itself and the archangels are
pure light. At an unknown time, Creator endowed the archangels with the gift
of free will and its companion, the power of manifestation—that is, they
could use Creator’s energy to make whatever they imagined, and in their
first co-creational process, they made the next level of angels and gods and
goddesses. Those souls also were pure light.
At some point the archangels had the idea of making
physical forms for souls who desired it—that was the origin of DNA and the
elements of bodies’ “building blocks.” Within the DNA were photons, which
continuously absorb and radiate the light that produces bodies with
crystalline cells that contain cosmic consciousness and have the ability to
live in the vibrations of the highest celestial planes.
Eventually some souls whose negative deeds dropped them
from the light used their free will to downgrade the DNA of newer, less
experienced civilizations. The changes made dense bodies with DNA containing
electrons, which have much less light and vibrate at much lower frequencies
than photons. The reduction in light caused corresponding reductions in
those civilizations’ consciousness, brain functioning and life span. They
lost all knowledge of their Beginnings, their weakened bodies were
vulnerable to disease, and their temperaments included fear and all of its
negative byproducts like cruelty, greed, anger, lust for power, unjustness,
impoverishment, divisiveness and hatred—hatred is not the opposite of love,
it is the absence of love, or light. Those are the conditions of
third density civilizations.
It is not that no bodies on Earth have photons, and an
unimaginable quantity is in the atmosphere. But electrons are dominant in
the vast majority of your populace—that is why they are lagging in awakening
spiritually and consciously—and throughout your world—that is why you have
electric and electronic appliances and pay to use them instead of having
photons’ “free” energy. The way to ascend into planes where photons
outnumber electrons is by increasing the amount of light in the collective
consciousness.
Energy is neutral. It is the thought forms that get
attached to energy streamers that are positive—with light—or
negative—without light. The forms are created by every being’s thoughts,
feelings and actions, and collectively those determine a civilization’s
density, or spiritual and conscious evolvement status. That is one universal
definition of density; the other is mass or the location of a mass, and the
two don’t necessarily go together. That is why Earth, a fifth density
soul spiritually and consciously, can be in the initial stages of
fourth density location-wise and most of her people are at third
density evolvement status. Animals and plants are absorbing more
light than most of humankind; at this moment, the light in people varies
from brilliant to just enough to keep bodies alive.
Now then, every person and every thing in your world emits
vibrations in consonance with each form’s consciousness level, and that is
determined by the amount of light in each. The atoms in inanimate
objects—say a pebble, football, nail and chair—have minimal consciousness;
exceptions are crystals and gold, which have a high degree. The
consciousness level of soil is higher than objects and so is that of slugs,
worms and short-lived insects; higher on the scale are the species of
insects that have a well-developed hierarchy and clearly-defined working
system within it.
The plant kingdom has a very high level of consciousness.
Trees have intelligence and emotions that few people would even consider
possible and extend far beyond the acorn that knows how to become a mighty
oak and the apple seed that knows how to bear fruit. Tiny flower seeds know
their colors and whether to blossom for a season or flourish year after
year. The generally unseen, therefore unknown souls in the Devic kingdom,
who work hand-in-hand with all of Nature, also are highly advanced
consciously and emotionally.
Humans and other high orders in the animal kingdom have
the highest level of consciousness—instinct, intuition, memory, learning and
reasoning capability, and the widest range of feelings—but only humankind
also is endowed with conscience and Creator’s gift of free will. Although
each living being and each inanimate thing serves a purpose in the
evolutionary process of all, it is the human population that sets the pace.
Whereas all other life forms on Earth operate within their
respective innate guidelines that work in harmony with Nature, people can
choose to act in godly ways or not, to heed conscience or not; and their
collective choices determine the civilization’s evolvement status. As
humankind evolves via the light in spiritual and conscious awareness, so do
all the other forms on the planet, and the collective vibratory emissions
advance the entire world. And, as a world advances, life becomes
increasingly simpler and joyous! It is only in third density’s lower
vibrations that a civilization creates all the complexities born of
negativity.

dramatic changes for the better and sometimes feel it’s a matter of a step
forward, then back. Your media emphasize the “epic” film’s downside drama
instead of the myriad successful achievements in villages, cities and
countries around the world; and reporters don’t know about the vital
