We were very pleased to step aside and allow Michael to send out another message in place of our usual one. The information sent out should lift your spirits considerably, as you have waited a very long time for an uplifting message that clearly indicates the beginning of many welcome changes on Earth. There are many changes to come for which the preparations have already been made. It means that very little time will be lost in changing your current situation of war and disharmony, to a different condition that heralds the coming of love and peace on Earth. We have often told you that changes are coming, and at last you will have a clear signal of confirmation. Many will still refuse to believe what they see happening before their very eyes, but denial will not hide the fact that the new Era has started.


If you look back you will find that we have kept our word, which has meant that the Galactic Federation has been busy ensuring that world peace is upheld. Minor wars and other uprisings will eventually cease, and there will come a time when such negative actions will be impossible to carry out. The vibrations are steadily rising and in the future will be too high for any such negative actions to manifest. Dear Ones, the battle between the dark and Light is almost over, and in your time you will see those responsible for your demise removed so that they can no longer delay the changes. Such actions will fulfill the promises made to you a long time ago, and we thank those who have steadfastly stood by our side and refused to be moved from their path.


As we have already mentioned, it is your responsibility to help others through the changes and direct them onto the path of Light. We and other groups working for the Light will not cease our efforts to ensure progress is made, and we guard against interference from any source whatsoever. Matters are well advanced now but as always we rely on all Lightworkers to diligently carry out their tasks. Naturally, having reached such a pivotal point in the progress of the Human Race, every effort is being used to give your evolution a major step forward. Indeed it is quite apparent that many souls are aware that something is happening that is very positive, even if they are unaware as to how it will manifest. Regrettably your news outlets are still under the influence of the minions of the dark Ones, and you do not learn the truth as to what is happening to your world. However, good news cannot be kept concealed indefinitely and it will start to seep through regardless of the methods being used to suppress it.


As always part of our mission is to patrol your skies to ensure that there are no uninvited visitors, or attempts made to place weapons in Space that could be used against you. Your Earth has been in quarantine for many years, so as to ensure that no other civilisations can influence you or interfere with your progress. Sometimes it has been necessary to allow an approach to be made, but only to test your reactions. It has helped your understanding of the Universe and other life forms that exist all over it. Many other civilisations are way ahead of you in intelligence, but as you evolve so you too will have the opportunity to greatly increase your levels. Far from holding you back, as your Guardians we are keen to help you progress as quickly as possible, returning you to levels that you previously held.


Where your sightings of our craft are concerned, unless you are able to identify the different sources that they come from it can be confusing. Your dark Ones are now so advanced in being able to design and manufacture craft similar to ours, that apart from the markings that appear on some of them, they can look very much alike. This can also lead to incidents that are thought to be caused by ET’s, when it is your own black operations at work. We know that not for the first time their thoughts have turned to creating an incident that could be blamed on us. We cannot interfere with your choice of action, unless it is of such proportions it is liable to change the plan for your Solar System. You do not however need to worry about the future as it is assured, and you are already entering the energies of the New Age.


Mother Earth is also beginning to bring changes into being, as she also is moving into the New Age. Her work is to cleanse the Earth and restore it to its previous pristine condition and it happens over a period of time, as she also rises up through the new vibrations. So as you can see, there is a lot of action taking place all of which is to your advantage and ultimately for your peaceful and rewarding existence. You are leaving the lower vibrations for good and every help is being given to lift you up. When you set out on your journey eons of time ago, you were happy souls determined to make the most of your opportunity to experience the lower vibrations. You knew that you would never be deserted and that your progress would be carefully monitored, and when the time came you would be helped to return to the Light. That time has now arrived and already progress is being made, we have always been with you and soon it will be a reality as we meet you in person once again.


We share your joy at the thought of meeting once again, and although we are a happy too we do not experience the extremes of emotions like you do. Our feelings center around Universal Love which allows us to feel the depth of happiness that comes with it. It is not easy to put it into your words, as they are not always adequate for the expression needed. However, when you come into our presence you will know beyond doubt that we are Beings of Love, and indeed you will feel it. It is a state of being that is peace and joy rolled into one, and it shall be yours when you have evolved into a fully evolved Being.


I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and pleased to be able to expand your understanding of the times you have now entered. Enjoy them as you leave the lower vibrations behind.

"On this day, September 3, we begin yet another powerful phase. Some call this a gateway and yet, that is an old term as we are to move beyond labels. So suffice it to say that it is an influx of high dimensional energy that is weaving through us, awakening any dormant Soul Codes, which are actually Source Codes. What this means is that this energy awakens and empowers our Divinity. This further awakening will flush out any area in which we do not believe that we are powerful sovereign beings of Love. Then this is immediately followed by another even more powerful download on the 9th (9/9), empowered by the Full Moon on September 8. The current upgrade takes us up to September 9th, then on the 9th another one begins. It is essential you stay awake, aware and grounded and set your intention to receive.

During this time, each who wishes to receive, will have their Christ Consciousness, which is Source Consciousness, more empowered. For those just waking up, it is the beginning of activating their Christ/Source Consciousness, which brings great Awareness into what is not aligned with Soul. This Light, beginning today, accentuates anything that is not balanced or is in disarray. As each purposefully receives this Light, it flows through the body and then moves into Gaia for an upgrade of Her New Earth Grid. So stay open, remove any resistance and doubt and know that you are exactly where you need to be for the higher purpose of raising the vibration of Earth and those who live in your area. And know too that there are leylines throughout Gaia and by flowing this Divine Light into your local leylines, they travel throughout the globe in an interconnecting web. Intend only the highest evolution for all.

As part of your evolution, the Light will show you where you are holding yourself back in limitation. It takes Courage and Commitment to be willing to let go of mental constructs, comfort zones and those who are not moving forward out of fear. These folks love to point out all that is wrong in the world and in others as if to make themselves better and higher than others. This is a trap of the 3rd and 4th Dimensions. Speaking of the 4th Dimension, do know that it is much like the 3rd Dimension in that it is quite dualistic and is rife with entities and psychic energies. I stay completely out of that place and rather, focus on higher dimensions of Love, Light and Unity. I choose not to prolong duality in my own space and, as you know, each being chooses their own path. While I honor each path, I don’t have to partake in it. And so Discernment is key here.

I notice a great many are still very focused in their intellect, craving more and more information. This is why it is important to read with your Heart and then decide if it keeps you in dualistic thinking or unified feelings. Stuffing the head with information prolongs the process. It is my intention that you feel beneath any words I share and not simply read with your intellect, for each letter I write is filled with Light and Love, which helps each to evolve more into their Heart and Soul.

Many feel as though this whole Ascension path is taking way too long; that surely they must be finished by now. Yes, it has been long and will continue and then there will be a new level of Ascension to begin, for Ascension is infinite and ongoing. So take a breath and be patient, stay grounded in the New Now without wishing it was over. Some just want out and certainly that is a choice. Please remind yourself, if this is you, that whatever is occurring within and around you is for the sole purpose of evolving; this is what you signed up for before you chose to incarnate onto Earth at this time.

Many are fully in the New and the old life seems a distant memory. These folks are completely detached from dualistic drama, focused only on their Ascension Path and forward movement. When one is completely immersed in their spiritual evolution, they see the Truth and that Truth is Love and they know that everything is perfectly aligned in Love. Each day is exciting to see what it will bring, which is based on their consciousness. So truly Ascension is an inside job. And as you choose to put complete Faith in your spiritual evolution, everything else falls into place…much like a tuning fork. On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your Joy factor? What is your Passion (for unfolding and ever-changing life) factor? This will help you see where you are. If you are wishing and hoping for something different, you are not fully in the New. When fully in the New, you are Joyous in What Is. And when one surrenders to What Is, it allows more shifting into the New.

Do you still think Abundance, Joy or Love exists outside of you; as something to get or hope for and not your natural state of being? If so, this energy that is present now will help you shift that, if you choose. When you truly know that you are Abundance, watch how life shifts, for you then have aligned with the Soul Essence of Abundance as your birthright. And whatever Truth you hold within will be manifest “out there.” If you say things like, “I can’t afford this or that” or “I wish I could do or have that,” etc; you are aligning with lack consciousness. If you have meditations and dreams of being in a beautiful place and/or receiving something of personal value, know that your Abundance Consciousness is being upgraded.

Know too that the Light we are receiving is multidimensional. There is no need to focus only on the 5th or 6th Dimension, as we are multidimensional beings, receiving Light from whichever dimensions we are ready for…from the 5th through the 13th. Perhaps there are some of you even receiving from beyond the 13th; yet the 13th Dimension is really the highest for our current Earth bodies, generally speaking. This multidimensional receiving will upgrade the knowing that you are Love and nothing else and you trust the process and willingly release all that is not Love. It is the Light of Agape Unconditional Love. It holds no judgment and no duality. While you observe duality in the world, you are not attached or driven by it. There is no fear, no control, no wishing or hoping. There is only Wholeness; only Love, Compassion, Understanding, Patience…basically all the Soul Essences and life reflects that.

As we receive this wonderful Light, there is a quickening of the release of old energies. It goes easily if you do not resist. If you attempt to keep things in place, you may very well feel it is all so painful. Remember to be the Flow. And do know that you will receive only as much as you are ready for. If you are ready, and certainly many of you are as indicated by how much of the old you’ve released, there will be new perceptions (away from duality like good/bad, easy/hard, low/high, etc.) and new revelations, as the Light does bring forth more Awareness and more information (probably in the form of feelings, colors and symbols; not words usually). There will be a new or expanded Awareness of New Life and what that means to each individually.

As a multidimensional being, you may receive a lot of creative ideas and may be overwhelmed with what to do first. Let it sit for a while and see what is shining the brightest and where you find yourself vibrating in Joy and Passion. You see, because we are on Earth, things need to be done one at a time in a linear fashion (unless you want to be scattered and ungrounded), while the higher dimensions continue to flow in in multiple ways, constantly creating. Taking the new inspirations forward will be different too. In the old, we would market and advertise. In the New, all is based in consciousness. You bring to you what you are.

By now, you probably feel so very different from who you have been. Just remember that there is no right or wrong or shoulds or should nots. Flow with your own energy and stay in the Now. From there/here you will be guided. It is an amazing passage we’re in and each day brings more opportunity to be more. It’s best to flow with change, for that is the New Way of Being."

You are a state of being, not a finite form.  Time is always moving and you are deeply entwined with Time.  Therefore, movement is deeply entangled with you.  If you look at the quantum theory of Entanglement, it is a deep core lesson of Life and one of your most important scientific discoveries, for its birthing into the consciousness of humanity began a deeper understanding of the unseen world on a larger scale.   Yet it was right before your eyes all along.  In your more tribal days, you realized the connection of sustainment with the Earth and with others.  Being exiled from the tribe was nearly sure death.  You assisted and inspired each other.  As you progressed through evolution, which is inevitable, you focused less on physical survival and more on the creative aspect of Life.  Though you may look at the history and see much pain and domination, look beyond that at the unseen opportunity to strengthen Love within the Self.  It is Entangled in all you experience.

Realizing fully that you are a State of Being can set you free in the present moment.  Since you are a State of Being, the present moment is temporary.  You reside in linear time, so understand its influence on you and you come into coherence with it rather than resisting it.  Your present moment is a culmination of your collective past.  The past is you, all you have experienced, all those you have encountered and the collective of life on Earth.  You need not know all the details of the past, it is written in your present moment.  Since you are a State of Being, change is eminent.  How would you like to change?

Based on the present moment that was built by the past, there is a probable outcome.  You see this in your simple math: 1+1=2.  Yet you live in a Time where deeper levels of math are now available and probability is built into your math.  In your Life, you are that probability.  What will you choose in your present moment?  Will you choose to repeat the same action (reaction) that created the present experience, or will you choose anew?  As a State of Being entangled with linear Time, your choice affects the future.  Probability is defined through you.

How do you choose anew?  Choose a new ‘reaction.’  Choose a new thought that opens your heart to Love.  Choose to Love yourself, and Loving others through empowerment is inevitable.  You may not see instant manifestation of change, yet it will come.  The more you actualize your State of Beingness, rather than ‘form is final-ness,’ you will decrease the impact of linear time and begin to live the experience of Spherical Time, seeing all the angles (angels?!) within it.  Choose empowering Love and you choose anew.

As we sit to Blast State of Being, we are opening the floodgates of Love and bringing True change to the world.  We are deluging the nature of Life with the Love that blossoms beauty into the world.  We are shifting probability into practicality as Love becomes the current that creates the waves of change.  We are holding the State of Being in form that informs the future into new form.  We are embracing Life and becoming the sphere of Love that cocoons the caterpillar of the present until the butterfly is strong enough to fly free.  Blast on!

Since this past Full Moon, we are in a space of rest and Being. It is not, however, a time when nothing is happening. There is so much occurring below the surface. The non-act of Being is so we can connect, integrate and be in touch with our Souls; that pure essence of Truth that we are. It is also a time to assess what we are doing in life. Are you fulfilled and passionate and joyful with what you are doing in life? If not, you just may be one of the many whose path expression is shifting to be in better alignment with your New Being.

Life purpose in the old was all about career and “making a living.” In the New, it is not so much about form or “what” you do, but rather Who you are. Your life purpose is more about expressing your essence no matter where you are or what you do. Your essence does not stop when you leave work. Career is rife with separation, as when one leaves for the day, one leaves the career behind. Life Path is Who you are and how you express that. There are many who are questioning their path, especially healers. If you happen to be questioning what you do in the world, take some time to vision and feel where you’d like to be. Is a different residence calling to you, even if you don’t know where that would be? Do you want more Joy and Passion in your life? Are your friendships and relationships fulfilling and joyful? As you answer these questions, you very well may come to the conclusion that much has shifted and you no longer resonate with where you are now. And you may have no idea about what you want to shift. Let it be O.K. to not know. Just feel and choose how you want to feel in the Now and in the future. If there is an idea that is calling to you, spend time visioning it and place yourself in the vision as if it is here now. This is a first step. Take one step at a time, releasing any fear that comes up in the Sacred Rose, or however you release debilitating emotions. Where does the fear come from? Perhaps it is an old belief that says you can’t have what you want or that you’re not worthy or that you won’t be supported. Let that belief go, whatever it is, and focus instead on being the essence you want to feel (happy, fulfilled, peaceful, loved respected, etc.). Remember that what you feel; how you vibrate; you create.

Protection: In the old, it was important to protect ourselves from negativity. In the New, there is an automatic protection and that is Love. If you vibrate Love; that which you are; you attract that. If you are feeling fearful, you attract that. If you are judgmental, you attract more things to judge. It feels so simple to just Be Love. And yet, so many make Ascension convoluted and difficult; keep it simple. Do remember that each one is right is right where they need to be for whatever purpose that is always for their highest unfolding. So look at your life and it will show you where you are along the continuum between Love and fear. We are all on a journey; there are no supposed-to’s or shoulds or judgments as to what you’re experiencing. Just take one step at a time. If you are not feeling Love in any moment, what are you feeling? Then let it go and expand your Love to fill up where you let the old go.

Love is much more powerful now than any thought you have. You might be worried about something. This is a thought that comes from separate ego. If you go beneath the surface of the thought, you will see that Love is there and the minute you discover it, the worry (or other thoughts) dissolves. This is the New space we’re in…Love is becoming more and more powerful. Soul is stronger and leads the way. If you are dealing with a perceived challenge, go beneath the surface and find the gift that wants you to shift out of the challenge and move into Love. (Challenge is a perception by the way; there is a deeper belief; what is it?) This is how Love works…it brings to your attention what is not Love and asks you to let it go.

Realize too that it will still be some years of transformation till we are nothing but Love. There has been much shifting and dissolving of the old and we will continue to do so. That which is not Love will continue to be dismantled. What you give your attention to empowers it. One way to disempower the old is through compassionate observation. You simply remove your energy from it; you don’t dance the old dance or play the old tunes or repeat the old stories. This is true personally and globally. The minute you argue to prove a point or to be right, you empower the old duality. When you judge something in your world as wrong, you empower the very thing you judge. Rather, be neutral. You have nothing to prove; Be Love. And there is Power in your Silence. When you accept that all is in Divine Order, you empower the New. When you see that your career, relationships or global constructs are disintegrating, let it be. All is in Divine Order.

Let go of reaction; this is of the old duality. Be still and know the Truth. See Love in all things, people and events. When you do this, Love fills the spaces where you let go and let be. And truly know that the New; the Golden Age; has begun and it is up to us to empower it. As we simply do not engage in the drama; be it personal or global; we empower the New. As we envision our greatest Joy and Passion, we empower the New. When we remove our energy from the old duality dance, we empower the New.

About a month ago I mentioned that several portals on Earth were opened and activated with New Light. And then during the Solstice they all connected in one gigantic Earth Gateway. This continues and as many of us know, this Gateway took us to our new spaces, wherever and however it was meant for each individual. The portals around the world are even more activated, receiving more Light and this is affecting the areas around them. We can certainly see this occurring in the Mideast and in the shifting weather patterns, as well as in the activation of Earth movement, be it in the form of volcanoes, earthquakes, fires and other phenomena. Just know that this empowerment and transformation continues and as we rise in and as Love there is more transformation. All is in Divine Order. There is nothing to fear or judge. Just observe with Love. You may even be drawn to a place. For instance, I have been drawn to Glastonbury for several years now and finally am going in September. It is the Heart Chakra of the world and I’m flying on the Equinox! This wasn’t planned (Really! Who can plan anymore?); it simply happened that way. So follow your guidance if you are drawn to travel anywhere and know there is a much higher purpose for where you are guided to be…even in your visions.

We are traveling in our higher minds. In fact, we are in such a powerful place now that astral travel (if you want to call it that) is a part of our daily lives, whether we’re aware of it or not. People may “dream” about us or we may “dream” of being in a particular place; we truly are doing this. Our higher minds are so very powerful now that what we used to call day dreams are in actuality travel and we are also empowering our visions. Our visioning is real; there is no difference between visions and so-called 3D reality. So dream big! See, feel and know that we are creating the New as we envision the New Earth and our New lives.

Realize too that many who are Light-players still have more awakening to do and more will be awakening and leaving what they have known. “You can’t have it both ways” is what I just heard. One cannot maintain old life and be in the New. So many Light-players will make some pretty dramatic changes; more will awaken and many will go through some powerful shifts in their physical bodies and many will leave the Earth plane to guide from other spaces. Many Light-players will awaken fully to their gifts, as many have not and are “playing small.” No matter; as everyone is exactly where they belong in the moment and that moment shifts moment to moment. There are plenty of surprises ahead of us.

Many of you are receiving new guides; if you are not fully Soul-merged. Even if you are Soul-merged, meaning that your only Guidance comes from the Higher You, you may also have guides, who are more like partners. Be sure to ask if they are of the Light. If not, it is Universal Law that they leave you. All guides must resonate with your own vibration.

Now and for the next while, let go of anything that comes up in your Awareness that is of the old; that is, anything that holds you back in old thinking and doing. Now is the time to amp up your Trust as this new space is so very unfamiliar and it may feel as though you’re floating all alone and have no idea of who you are or where you are going. If you feel disconnected from Source, know that you are not…ever. For Source is your very essence. Discern with your feelings all you read and hear. It will become more obvious when a person isn’t truth-telling. Make sure you pay attention to how you resonate with all things; from what you read, what you eat and drink to who you are with and where you are and then make changes so that you feel expanded once again. This is a time to stay balanced and grounded.

Yes, energies will continue to move faster and be more intense as we move more into our Authentic Selves. Follow your own rhythm; go slow and enjoy this time. Truly know that you are loved and supported, so there is no trying, no striving, no figuring out; there is only Love and Being Love. Keep it slow and simple. See all through eyes of Love. See all as Source sees…with no attachment or expectation; just simply Love.

We are the Pleiadian High Council of Light, Lord of the Pleiades, Archangel Adrigon presiding.

Perhaps you have not heard of us? Archangelic beings are not limited to the lists that have been created on GAIA. Expand your consciousness to include the REST of the Universe, dear ones!

We are the Higher Selves of many of the volunteer starseeds who are presently incarnated on GAIA… our scribe was about to type “incarcerated” and we couldn’t agree with her more. For you have been incarcerated, conditioned, brow-beaten and reformed into something or someone that does not at all resemble the TRUE essence of you in higher planes of existence.

We will not mince words. Even those who have long followed spiritual teachings or traditions have limitations to their understandings of what truly exists in the Universe, within their own beingness and within that of “others”.

What is a tree? Is it a form of life that was created for man to cut down and saw into firewood or is it something more? Have you ever considered that a tree is ALIVE and aware?

What is a crystal? Those in the “know” who are exploring the qualities of crystals are quite aware that these “rocks” have a degree of awareness. Crystals can be used to store information. Even on your world, in the time of the great high civilizations, of Atlantis and Lemuria, crystals were used to power whole cities, to power ships through air and sea. Crystals have been used to focus energy, for healing and to destroy. The misuse of crystals was part of the undoing of Atlantis. We will NOT allow a repeat of that disastrous ending to occur, ever again.

Your planet is a living being. Every form that exists upon it has a form of consciousness. There are some stories that those who misuse energies and destroy others will come back as soil, as a bug, as a rock or a blade of grass and slowly, slowly, through the tedious ages of the world, climb back up the ladder of reincarnation until, once again, they are granted the honor of incarnating as a human being.

Those of you who drink and misuse your body… are you not aware that your cells and the parts within those cells are aware of your every thought and feeling? Your body responds to the level of your consciousness. And it obediently holds onto all thoughts ever created and united with an emotion to create a thought-form, and stores them within your physical structure. This is why, in part, that many of you are now suffering from strange maladies, from aches and pains derived from unknown sources; some of these miscreations have been stored in your “Ka” (etheric) body for lifetimes. And only now, as the great onslaught of Cosmic rays hitting your planet and your individual bodies takes place, can these thought-forms be released – if you allow the process to go forward.

Rise up, dear ones, from your self-created beds of sloth and be who you were meant to be, sons and daughters of Father-Mother God. Be the light and love that you carry within your spiritual body. Let it emanate forth through your High Heart and into the world around you. Anchor the light so that your planet and your selves may rise up and experience the glory that is you already in higher planes of existence.

We are here. We are among you. Some of us have sent forth into physical form soul extensions, who as they awaken to awareness, act as our Messengers and emissaries. Many of these “volunteers” are still in the process of accepting their roles, as having incarnated, they have been compelled to submit to being conditioned by family and mentors for the earliest portions of their lives. Even some of you reading these words, may be such a one, a volunteer or emissary from another world or even another Universe.

Be patient with yourself. Be kind with yourself, but above all, allow. Your lives are changing. You cannot return into a state of ignorance unless you chose to forget all that you have thus remembered… and to do so now you will be lost in darkness for a very long time. These words are not meant to frighten you but to motivate you to action. Allow for the expansion of your consciousness to happen. Allow for yourself to become more of what you are already in other worlds and dimensions. Allow yourself to grow into your full potential.

We remind you that WE are fully committed to the ascension of GAIA and each and every one of her inhabitants, which includes YOU!

We have been committed to freeing GAIA from the hold of darkness for a very long time, thousands of your earth years. And yet many of us are in the same lifetime as we were when we set out on our initial mission. Such is the difference that exists in “time” as experienced in higher planes. As your planet dropped in frequency, so did your life expectancy… that is, for all except those who out of great devotion to their spiritual lives, overcame all obstacles and mastered the Serpent fire within, opening their consciousness up to the expansiveness of the Universe within. Time and place has no boundaries for such as these.

We are Masters of the Light and Love, the twin pillars of Creation. As such, we have extremely long lives and can choose the moment of our passing, only to step into another body with full consciousness and continue on with our mission. This can be your destiny as well and will be once you allow your consciousness to expand beyond the confines of your human conditioning.

The ascension of the planet and of each of those incarnated souls who are participating, is taking place, step by step, to allow your physical bodies to adapt and adjust to the changes in frequency. With every step, there is adjustment and so you reach a plateau, stay there for a while and then begin to rise, again. And, of course, you can also fall as you have risen, although the falling is more precipitous in momentum and it takes much linear time to regain what has been lost.

We tell you this so you will remain vigilant and protect your auric field from intrusions and attacks by those who do NOT wish to see you or the planet ascend beyond the frequency level where they can maintain a presence there.

Some of your imagine that you can think yourself into the higher planes by thinking positively all the time, but this is a foolish effort. Integration of the dark and light halves of your self is necessary. Remember you have long existed and played in the fields of duality. Within duality, you have played out many roles, some dark and some light. ALL of you have much to release, much to balance, and much to forgive.

Remember this when you point your finger at others and blame them for all that is going wrong in the world. Remember Jesus when he bade the accusers of the harlot, “Then if you be without sin, cast the first stone…” No one cast a stone that day for they knew, in their heart of hearts, that NONE of them were without sin.

As “sin” is a trigger word in your world, especially within the Christianized portions of the Western world, we also remind you that the one to whom you are pointing your finger is a part of you. ALL of you exist within the human collective, even those who have incarnated upon this planet for the sole purpose of lending your soul light to the planet and its inhabitants so they might be “saved”… so they might ascend into a higher frequency and be allowed to live physical life as it SHOULD be lived, not as they have been compelled to live it for millennium.

Likewise, those who have agreed to play “dark” roles have come to experience duality and to act as prod or irritant for those who would deny that they are anything but what they see in the mirror every morning. Do not give away your light to these by attacking them, but view their actions with compassion; for once you may have also played such a role.

Seek the Light within; seek the Love within and all else will come forth unto you, dear ones. You are the one who must reunite with the Christ who awaits you as a bridegroom (or bride) within your own heart center. This one only exists as a special dispensation granted to this planet due to the intervention of Sanat Kumara on your behalf… that is on behalf of those who lived upon the planet so long ago. This great being of Light stepped forth and requested that he be allowed to come to GAIA and assist her to rise up in frequency, once again. Your planet was about to be destroyed… and he saved it. So, the office of the Christ was created.

The “Christ” or anointed one is an intermediary between a human and its Higher Self and ONLY is required because the human has sunk to such a low frequency that in order to retain the connection to the Higher Self, an intermediate step was required. When you manage to reintegrate enough of your higher essence to re-connect with your Higher Self, the intermediate stage of the soul or Christ is no longer required and you are reunited with your Monad.

Great yogis and spiritual masters from culture all over the entire planet have reached the level of becoming an “anointed” one or a Christ… there are other names that mean the same level of spiritual attainment that do not need to be shared here. To be a Christ or anointed one does not mean that you are a Christian… you can be from any religion, any gender, any culture or race, from anywhere on the globe… and beyond. The concept of Christ is not one that is contained only within this world, for more than one world has descended into darkness through the course of the present cycle of the Universe. And now these worlds are being re-lit, one by one, through the efforts of volunteers like you.

For many of you, your sojourn on this planet is a test and a training ground. Many of you will go on to other missions and worlds, bringing what you have learned here as a foundation for your actions in these other places.

We can attest to the power of Love and Light, but it also takes EFFORT on the part of the individual to move forward to where they can bring into their physical being the true essence of their higher selves. This is what is occurring for some humans; we hope that others will wake up and get to work so the process can be accelerated.

We welcome the opportunity to bring you this message today through our scribe, who is well-known to us as she is FAMILY in the fullness of the meaning of the word.

Ascension Notes Being More ~ 3/30/2014 ~ by Kara Schallock

“The Equinox Gateway presented us with an opportunity to discover our deepest wounds and old beliefs on an even deeper level than ever before. It also shined a Light on more of Who we are. As I said in the last Ascension Note, this continues through the Solstice of June. We have an opportunity (and please see this as an opportunity rather than a challenge, for then you can flow with the shifting, rather than fight against it) to discover our deepest levels of all that is not Love and all that is Love.

One area that you may discover is the dysfunction and fear that is within families (if that is one of the areas of transition for you). Realize that as a highly evolved being of Light you may have been born into a family that is steeped in and attached to old family karma. You may have incarnated into that family to heal and guide. Yet at some point you must simply accept them as they are and let go/let be in Love and Understanding.

As I have shared so often, it is not for us to save or rescue any longer, but to Love others as they are and step aside and honor their choices if necessary. Too often we want to help others find their way and yet we may discover that the most loving thing to do is to surrender them in Love as we adhere to rising continually in Love. So yes, it seems that our very description of Love has shifted from sacrifice, victimhood, rescuing and a yearning to be accepted to Being Love and standing alone (if that is for our highest evolution), keeping our vibration high, and allowing all to make their own way, whether we think others’ choices are loving or not. We respond to others through invitation and then we are there in support and Love and caring. We can stand beside others in Love, yet we cannot force or even encourage that there’s a higher path; one that ultimately brings more Peace and Love.

Remember that by shining our own Light in simply Being is more powerful than any spoken words. Our Light goes out in waves. If we dim our Light in order to belong and be accepted, we are not being true to ourselves and we spiral downward in vibration. And this is not our purpose.

Currently we are in the Void; the Dark Moon; the place of pure potentiality. As you tap into this energy of the Black Madonna, know that it is empowered by intense solar activity that literally is turning Earth’s magnetic field into a kind of shifting consciousness. This is truly wonderful as when there is such fluidity, we can shift so much. In a few weeks we will have a Lunar Eclipse that will further help us rise in consciousness, so suffice it to say we are in an intense cycle of energy…all designed to help us rise in more Love, Power and Clarity. Align yourself with this beautiful energy and focus on what you want more of. Do not waste your energy on wishing things would go back to the way they were, for that is like saying, “Bring back the old;” and that ship has sailed. Our job; what we volunteered for; is to bring forth the New. Know that we are simultaneously releasing the old and anchoring the New within us and on Earth. Leylines of the New Earth Grid are being cleared and imbued with Crystalline Light. The portals/chakras of Earth are being cleared and amplified with this Crystalline (Christ) Light.

We are in the final stages of deep cleansing, which is necessary before we can fully anchor the New. Know that you are guided each step of the way. By staying in the Now and feeling what feels expansive and what feels restricted, you find your way. You may also be guided to be in old scenarios where it may feel as though you’re being pulled back into the old. If you are, this is an opportunity to truly strengthen the New within you, as you stand in the Power of Who You Are and not succumb to the old and familiar. You can do it! This propels you forward in a huge way. Of course, you get to choose in each moment how you want to react or respond.

Realize that there may be some endings. Yes, we’ve been experiencing these for a while and these endings (if you experience them) are deep. So you might be faced with how much you are attached to keeping things status quo in particular areas. Do not hold on or try to save or control the outcome. Be the Compassionate Observer and realize that everything that occurs is for your highest evolution.

Holding on simply delays the inevitable. All that occurs takes you further into the New. This is not to say that whatever ends is “bad;” find the good in whatever is ending, for this actually helps you let it go more gracefully. Love it for how it served you and give thanks. Whether any endings are consciously made by you, by another or through circumstance, it doesn’t matter; it was all created by you and for you. Don’t look at it in concrete terms, for some things may take their time to transition, while others occur rather suddenly and surprisingly. It may be that while you let go of one thing, there may be some time before the New is created. However it occurs, give thanks for all that has been and all that will be…while you stay in the New Now. You might even want to create a ceremony for that which is passing (or has already past or is in the process of passing).

Before moving on, make sure you are not recreating the old in a different form. The only way to know this is by feeling. Follow the path of Joy and Expansion. You will know if you’re recreating the old by how bland you feel. For instance, one may quit one job just to find a similar one, and then wonder why things haven’t shifted. Don’t recreate the old; create the New based on essence/how you want to feel. When each opportunity presents itself, ask if this is of the New or of the old.

We get to create anew; stepping fully out of the old way of feeling, being and doing and into a New way based in a higher consciousness. You truly are New. You truly do have a higher consciousness. This is truly a time of Magic and Miracles, as long as we see with New Eyes and think with a New Mind. Be very clear about yourself. If you find yourself in judgment, guilt or fear, go deep and find the belief that is creating these or any old emotions and let it go.

Be in Gratitude for all you have been and are now. Be true to yourself, be your Authentic Self. Take full Responsibility for all you’ve created, for things have not happened to you; they have happened for you and by you…all for your highest evolution into being more.”
