Beloved Friends and Family, you are approaching the time of the Sacred Year when you encounter the Aquarius Star Gate, and this year this is experienced in conjunction with the Total Lunar Eclipse in Leo on the 31st of January.  Yet another powerful quantum energy on the Leo/Aquarius axis.


What exactly is the Aquarius Gate, you might ask?


Well, I am sure that you are all familiar with the Lion's Gate (8/8) which falls in early August in the sign of Leo.  The Aquarius Gate is that moment in early February (2/2) when the circular flow of the Time Spiral brings you to a point exactly opposite the Lion's Gate on the great stellar circle.  This is the moment when the second spiral of the Sacred Year opens up into a cycle of manifestation.  If you think of the flow of Time/Space as a figure 8, then you will see the first circle from July/August and the second circle from January/February.


So, now you are about to flow into the journey of the second circle, from now until the New Year in July of 2018.  But, right now, at this time of creative change over, you are also experiencing a series of of eclipses that affect the Leo/Aquarius Axis.  The most important of these was the Total Solar Eclipse on the 18th of August 2017, which brought chaotic change especially to the USA where the eclipse was visible.  Then, on the 31st January the present Total Lunar Eclipse will bring deep inner changes as it transmits the Lunar Codes from the Heart of Alpha Leonis via the Moon.  These new codes will be anchored during the Lunar Eclipse, as you are all urged to dive deep into your hearts and discover the power of Who You Are.


Beloved Ones, let us speak more of who you are on this Earth Journey and who you are becoming.  You are Galactic and Stellar Beings and your roots are in the Stars together with your Soul and Star Tribes.  As you awaken, you will remember and you will reconnect with the Star Beings and the Star Elders who are your guides and teachers on the Higher Dimensions of Love and Consciousness.


In this present transition, the bright and royal star Regulus, also known as Alpha Leonis or the Heart of the Lion, is a major source of inspiration and wisdom for you.


The Solar Teachers of Alpha Leonis and their Golden Light are opening up on Earth the Royal Path of the Lion Heart.  These are the first steps out of the mundane Third-Dimensional world and into the Magical Reality of the New Earth.


These Stellar Lion Teachers are working even now to transmit the "Lion Codes" to you from Alpha Leonis.  At this time of the Eclipse, you can expect to receive these codes very intensely.


The "Lion Codes" are very high frequency energies that will activate a sense of excitement and adventure within you.  You may feel as though you are Alice in Wonderland and that you inhabit a strange and surreal world.


But then, you may also feel totally exhausted and as if you have no energy, as your physical body learns how to balance these new frequencies of light.


The essence of the Path of the Lion Heart is adventure and experience on earth.  Life is not meant to be a safe and secure plod from birth to death.  It is meant to be an adventure that excites you and leads you forward from passion to passion as you create new adventures of love and compassion that become your life.

Beloved Ones, I am Leia of Alpha Leonis.  I am a Star Lioness and Teacher of our Golden Wisdom.


Remember Beloveds, live life to the full and experience all that can be experienced.  Life is a precious gift that is given to you.  It is an adventure to be explored and enjoyed.  Always be courageous as you move forward.  Take reasonable risks as you adventure in Time and Space, trusting that Spirit will find the right creative spaces for you to be safe.  In this new Quantum Reality you will soon learn that small risks can take you to great leaps of faith and creativity, but "staying safe" will lead to stagnation.  And, as you become familiar with gentle risks, perhaps you will become bolder amid more creative, allowing the rich fabric of life to unfold before you as you trust your creative path more and more, like a lioness stalking her prey always keeping her focus and her intention on what is desired.


But Beloveds, as you do this, be self-aware.  Be in the "Now" moment.  As you watch the Lions on the plains of Africa, you will see that they are always aware of what is happening around them, in order to participate in the flow of life and creation. So, you too, must be aware and awake.  Your ability to flourish in the Time/Space energy depends on your focus into the "now" moment where Creative Energy arises.


Beloved Ones, have respect for ALL Life Forms.  They all have their place and their mission in the Great River of Life and Death.  No Being is greater or lesser, for they weave the great tapestry of life together as One!


Do not seek for power in the World.  The true power is within and is found in your Heart.  This is the True Wisdom of the Lion Heart.


Protect your Earth, and your "Pride" (Soul Family) as they are precious gifts of Love from the Creator that are given to you.  You have One Home called Earth and one Family of Life on Earth, where you are all Related.  Honor that, and Honor Who You Are and your Soul Manifestation on Earth.  Honor your "Tribe" and your connection to All That Is.


Do not allow anyone to disconnect you from what is rightfully yours in the Great Tree of Life, for from this tree flows wisdom and creativity and life itself.  Nothing can nurture your Soul better than the Great Tree of Life.


You are given life for a reason.


Your time here is precious, Beloved Co-Creators.


Join together with All Life to create the Great Song of the Earth.


For when you are done you will return to the Stars once again.

When you understand that you are not separate from anything or anyone or from Source, you experience yourself and everyone and everything as pure Love. Therefore, you are aware that all you experience and share is Love. Even when you judge something as not being Love, realize that all is Love, even though it may disturb you. It only disturbs you if there is something within you that is not Love. Then you may let that go and fill up the empty space with Love. Be aware that all you create and share is that which you are...Love. When you see and understand that everyone demonstrates Love to the extent that they know they are Love; when you see the similarities and not the differences between you and all others, do you build a bridge of Love.


We are here to create more Love and more Joy. By being these, we create more of what we are. Step by step we open to the Truth that we are Source. If we are not separate from Source, then the next step to embrace is that we are Source. We are pure energy, as Source is. We are pure Love, as Source is. So, we already know how to live as Love and as Source. We are continually evolving to be more Source. As we keep our focus on being that, we cannot help but create only that...Love. Every thought and every action creates. It is up to us as to whether that is Love or less than Love.


Many can see that their consciousness has shifted in the past eight or so years. Whether you woke up during this time or woke up before, it doesn't really matter. What matters is that you have awakened. No longer are you satisfied with the status quo or doing things in order to belong to a bigger group or to an identity that isn't your own. Your Awakening helped you question everything and set you on a path of inner and outer Discovery. Sometimes what you discovered wasn't pleasant, yet it helped you align more and more to a bigger Truth of you. Then you set off on a journey to discover the Authentic You. Along the way, there have been roadblocks (illusions) to move through, yet they always led you to Clarity and more Awareness.


Those of us who took on this challenge are the wayshowers of the world. We follow our Intuition, rather than the “conventional wisdom” of intellect. We do not do something in a way we've done it before unconsciously, but allow our Heart's Wisdom to guide us. Much as been shed and yet this clearing has allowed more Love to pour into us, changing us, including our cells, our DNA and assumptions we had. We learned that we are free to choose and therefore free to create from a higher and more conscious knowing...not from the past; not from the future; but from this very Moment. We are clear; we are clean; we are not held to the never-ending karma of the old, but from our fullest potential of being Source.


You attract what you are. The clearer you are, the clearer are your manifestations. You do not attract what you necessarily want; you attract what you are. So instead of getting what you want, you get what you need to help raise your vibration. If your mind wants more money and it doesn't come, what needs to change within you first? If you still believe in lack, because it is what you've experienced in the past, you will only attract more lack. When you take Responsibility for what you are within, realize that it is a huge first step. Then do things that are fun and light for you. Notice all the ways in which Abundance is in your life. Abundance is a Soul Essence; it is much more than money. Question: are you thriving or surviving? Feel the difference between these words. Do those things that illicit a feeling of thriving. Let go of surviving, for that is lack consciousness. When I donate money or goods, I feel abundant. When I pay bills, I feel abundant. When I am thankful for the warm house I live in, I feel abundant. Giving and Gratitude are sure ways to change any lack belief into Abundance. And when I receive, I give thanks.


We each are leaders. Whether you are a leader in a career or not; you are a wayshower. You lead through honoring yourself and being a lighthouse, shining bright. It is not necessary to lead groups or classes or be a healer. You lead through example. You are not a follower, so be in your Power and be all of who you are. There are some big lessons for those who don't believe they lead. A long time ago, I placed someone on a pedestal, thinking they knew so much more than me. They came tumbling down as I saw that they did not live what they taught. I did this over and over again until I got the message: “I am my own teacher, my own healer and my own leader.”


Words, actions and feelings all must be aligned in Integrity and Congruency. If they are not, it is impossible to walk your talk. It is impossible to lead or be authentic. Everything you do and say affects others. Your energy touches all.


Everything you say, do and are must have a higher purpose. It is this purpose that lends energy to all you say, feel and do. Purpose is not necessarily a doing; it is how you show up; it is the essence you shine out. You may dispassionately observe how duality is in play in the world. You needn't follow along, for your purpose is to leave all duality behind and be Love. There is no us and them; there is no good and evil; these are dualistic beliefs. There are some who refuse to see or be Love; they insist on judging whether something or someone is good or evil. This judgment is all a part of duality. When you complain or judge, you engage the energy of duality. Let it go. You needn't engage in arguments about what you think is “right” or “wrong,” for then you actually empower duality. For instance, my mother is very vocal about hating Barack Obama. I don't try and convince her otherwise; she can do what she wants. I do smile, since she claims how important it is to be “open-minded.” I don't need to point anything out to her or anyone; I know who I am. We need not engage or show another the “error of their ways.” We detach; we remain aloof (remember when that was a “bad” word?). We stay focused on who and what we are. We need not convince anyone of how enlightened or smart or anything we are. Those are egotistic labels and we have moved beyond this. We quietly just love.


Our New Earth began in Spirit...in the ethers. It is through our choices that it has begun to take form. The more choices we make that are of Love consciousness, the more the New Earth takes form. Each choice is based in consciousness, so as our consciousness grows, the forms in our lives are created from a high place. Consciousness evolves based on who we are within and on the choices we make. In the old 3D world, we based decisions on lack and competition. In the New, we base decisions on Love and Collaboration. Competition creates fear and lack. Collaboration is based on Oneness and Love.


As we stay in the Moment and choose based on our Heart's Wisdom and our Intuition; we become Soul-guided. We become what Soul intended long ago...to be completely merged with Soul, while we express Love mentally, emotionally and physically. There never intended to be a separation between Soul and separate ego. And now we understand that our egos (created by having a body) are intended to express Soul. When we lead from Love/Soul/Source, we let go more of the old struggle and fear. We trust as we intend with our Hearts. When we keep our thoughts and feelings high, our consciousness expands and therefore, the forms created are of Love. Instead of intellectually creating goals, we focus on how we want to feel and consciousness creates from the Soul Essences we intend from. Of course, we need not wait, for as we focus on a desired feeling in the Moment, consciousness creates the form that matches our feeling/vibration. As we let go of any attachment to how it “should” look or how it is created or by what timetable, we free this energy to manifest.


As Love, there is no struggle, no “making something happen” or doubt. We trust that all is in Divine Order and occurs in Divine Time. We let go and let be. Realize that what you intend is not just for you, for we are all connected; it is for all. We cannot have a thought, feeling or action that does not affect the Whole. Also realize that if there is anything that is not Love within you, it will surface so that you may release it and then fill up with Love. The purpose for this is so all our choices are of Love. Flow with what is and see if it is aligned with a thought or feeling. If it is not aligned with Love, then make an adjustment.


Goal-planning, worrying, controlling, struggling, resisting or pushing does not help. All these separation-thoughts and actions keep you in the old. Rather, flow, trust and Heart-know that all is in Divine Order. Fill up with Universal Divine Love instead. Do this continuously no matter what seems to pull you off course. Let go of anything that is not Love and refuse to be seduced by outer drama, which seems to be so prevalent now. See where you still hold duality within and remind yourself of the Truth...you are Source; you are Love. And you are so very loved and supported through all.

Nothing to Fear But Fear Itself - Shifting From Fear to Love

Fear is running rampant on our world and it is blinding many to the inner guiding voice of their soul, and keeping us from creating a better world. We can all transcend our fears by embracing a few higher truths and increasing our awareness of a few important points.

A World of Fear

Our world is dominated by fear.  Fear of terrorism, fear of getting old, fear of death, fear of cancer, fear of whatever — you name it.  The mainstream media bombards us with bad news.  Commercial interests play on our many insecurities and fears to sell product.


Our fears are reflected in the wars we wage.  The war on terror, the war on drugs, the war on you name it.  Our fears are reflected in the themes and archetypes in our fiction — zombie apocalypse, alien invasion, end-of-the-world, good vs. evil, etc.  Our fears are reflected subtlety and not so subtlety in all aspects of our lives and the world we create.


On a personal level, many of us allow the painful or challenging experiences of our past to dominate our thinking and responses in the present.  We live in fear of re-experiencing past traumas and become guarded, defensive, and reactive rather than staying open and present.


Perhaps our deepest fears are of not having enough, or not being enough.  Of not being able to provide physically for ourselves and not being good enough, worthy enough, deserving enough.  Fears that were born from the illusion of limitation our reality encourages.  We have become lost in this realm of separation and duality and have come to believe deeply in limitation and separation as absolutes of existence.  We have lost touch with our higher self who knows no limitation and no separation from the one and the all.

Blinded by Fear

Fear isn't necessarily a bad thing.  Fear is an aspect of the ego, and a certain amount of it is required to protect and safeguard us as physical beings.  But fear has become exaggerated within us well beyond the instinct for protection; becoming a way of life, a constant experience and an inner guiding voice.


Fear was meant to encourage us to be conscious and aware, to be observant of any dangers around us and yet fear now encourages many to be unconscious and unaware of the inner guiding voice of their soul and higher self — their divine presence.

Manipulated by Fear

There are those on our world who are using fear as a tool to divide us, to disconnect us from our inner truth and divine presence, and to disempower us.  These people have realized that fear is a powerful tool they can use to control others, achieve their self-serving agendas, and give themselves a false sense of power and self-importance.  While they can create circumstances and situations that are calculated to create fearful experiences in many, you can choose to be conscious and aware of your own emotions and reactions and not have fear activated within you.

Fear Disempowers

Fear is a powerful emotion that distracts us from focusing on what's important. It keeps us focusing on exactly what we don't want instead of focusing on what we do want.  Our fears interfere with our ability to create the best possible outcomes for our lives and the world.  Our fears keep us caged within a limited set of possibilities.

As we awaken to the truth of our higher-self, and the wider reality, we realize that our thoughts are creative and that what we focus on we attract.  The creative power of thought is largely determined by its duration, consistency, and emotive intensity.  Fear is a very strong emotion, and letting it run amok in your head will make you a powerful manifestor of what you DON'T WANT.  This is why people who have mastered their minds never dwell on their fears.  And, this is why those that seek to empower themselves through controlling others always try to encourage our fears.

Transcending Our Fears

A great shift in the consciousness of humanity is occurring and many of us are beginning to transcend our fears; shifting from the fear-centric responses of the mind and ego to the compassion centric responses of the heart; shifting from fear and judgement to forgiveness and love.  Yet many are still caught up in their personal dramas as well as the collective earthly drama.  Wars and terrorism everywhere, famine and poverty, disasters of all kinds... There seems to be a lot to be worried about.

There Is Nothing to Fear

As one awakens to the wider reality and their higher self, one becomes less and less attached to all the drama of the world.  One begins to see it for what it is, a grand illusion; a game that we are intentionally playing.


Fully embracing a few truths about the wider reality can give you a profoundly different perspective on life's difficulties and liberate you from the tyranny of your fears.

The real you lives forever.

Existence does not end when your body dies because the real you is not your body.  The real you is an eternal non-physical being (your soul) — a thread of universal/source consciousness (God).  The real you is connected to your physical body as a vehicle for physical experience. When your body dies your consciousness continues FOREVER.

In the last few moments before physical death, and as you die, you then experience yourself as consciousness free of form. Suddenly, there is no more fear, just peace and a knowing that “all is well” and that death is only a form dissolving. Death is then recognized as ultimately illusory — as illusory as the form you had identified with as yourself.

The real you has no physical needs.

Your soul is a non-physical being — pure energy, pure awareness.  It does not need food, it does not need shelter, and it does not need a job or money.  Its existence does not depend on any of these things.

The real you cannot be harmed.

You are a thread of universal consciousness and consciousness cannot be harmed by anything.  Your body can be harmed, but the consciousness that drives your body cannot be harmed. No matter what happens, the real you is completely unharmed.  While every experience leaves an impression on your awareness and your soul, nothing can ever permanently harm your soul, your true nature as a non-physical being, as pure awareness.

The real you is loved completely and unconditionally.

Your soul exists in higher planes of existence that are filled with love and bliss.  Love and support are given and received unconditionally.  The real you is loved ALWAYS.

The real you chose to incarnate in the Earth game.

Your soul chose to participate in the Earth game and the school of life. You scripted your life and its major themes.  You knew it would be challenging, but you were excited to play because you knew that formative growth only comes from real challenges.  You were not concerned with the apparent danger of some of the challenges because you understood that it is just a game and the real you can never be harmed.

Shifting from Fear into Love

Imagine if your response to everything in your reality and your world, whether it is a major disaster or a painful experience, was compassion for yourself and EVERYONE involved.  Imagine if every experience in your past, which has encouraged you to respond in fear, was altered and erased, instead replaced by a response of compassion.  What would that be like? What perspective would you have about the world and would fear even exist or be acknowledged by you?  With a history of compassionate responses, how would you react to or feel about areas of your current reality that are causing reactions of fear?  Maybe current situations would not even have been manifested by you.  Remember that resistance, frustration, anxiety, stress and concern are also aspects of fear.




There are many horrific circumstances where it might seem appropriate to react with fear, anger, and indignation.  But imagine how healing it would be to react with compassion instead.  It would allow the love and the light of the divine source to flow through you; it would open you to divine guidance and intervention.


Exercising compassion allows every situation to be illuminated with light, love, and peace for yourself and all of humanity.  Imagine if every person chose to react with compassion — fear would disappear and kindness would blossom in its place. From kindness love is born, the unconditional love of the divine source that can be widely and freely shared because its supply is unlimited.  When the love of the divine source is present anything and everything is possible and able to manifest with ease and perfection.



Shifting your reaction from fear to compassion simply requires you to realize and be observant of a few points:

Your fear is illusory.

The lesser you, here on Earth — your egoic self — may be allowing fear to dominate its thoughts and manifest them into your reality, but the truth is that your soul and higher self know no fear.  When you fully embrace this truth, it becomes much easier to let go of your fears.  By choosing to let go of any fears that arise in you, they can be released and erased. This can take some persistence because fears can be tenacious, but with constant focus on letting your fears go you will begin to feel a freedom birth within you, and as you taste this, it will become easier and easier to release your fears.  Through the desire to transcend your fears you are encouraging yourself to observe your fears free from judgement and attachment.  Observing and being consciously aware of your fears is the most powerful tool to releasing the habit of fear because only through awareness is change possible.  With detachment from fear, you will be able to think and sense with greater clarity, and manifest with greater power.

Forgiveness

When you are aware that you have reacted and responded with fear be forgiving to yourself, know that fear is a conditioned habit; it will take time and dedication to shift this conditioning.  With awareness you can overcome your automatic fear reactions.  Responding with forgiveness whenever you feel a fear reaction starting acts as an opening that allows you to express the higher energies, thought processes, and emotions of compassion.  With forgiveness, you encourage your detachment from fear and consciously choose to manifest a loving reality for yourself no matter what occurs and what challenges you face.  Practice forgiveness regularly and you will notice a beautiful habit of forgiveness forming.

Compassion

There are many circumstances occurring on our world right now that are causing terror, pain, and suffering for those involved as well as those who are witnessing.  Many of these situations are manifesting because of the strong egos and lack of compassion of the individuals involved, and their inability to sense the love and guidance of their higher self (the divine presence).  This causes them to inflict pain upon others.


When we view these horrific circumstances with a wider perspective, we recognize that these circumstances are acting as catalysts for positive shifts in many people.  As pain and suffering are witnessed by those around the world, compassion is activated within many people.  This activation of compassion opens the individual to the flow of healing energy from their soul and the universe, raising the energetic frequency of our world and all of humanity.  This heightened energy is then triggering many more to awaken to the truth of the wider reality and their higher selves.


The more you respond regularly to situations with forgiveness and compassion, the more you will deeply feel the peaceful energy that it produces within you, and in others, and the more you'll want to share your compassion with yourself and others, birthing a beautiful new pattern within your thoughts, emotions, and the reality you manifest.

Dear one, your power is within you. Therefore, it is you that has the power in your life. Your Heart, the core of your power, connects you to All Life through Love. Your free will is your choice to Love or not. Do not confuse Loving with experiencing. You need not have all experiences, merely Love all of Life. Even as you choose not to experience something, you are emanating the gift of Love powerfully into your world – if you choose to Love it. If you have the courage to say no to an experience, you are saying yes to yourself, to your strengthening, to your new path. You are even saying yes to another finding a new path - as you say no to an old path, a harmful path. Love the path anyway, even as you choose to observe it through the distance of time and space. Free your Heart. As it is free to flow, your Love permeates Life ever so much more.


Forgiveness is a powerful tool. It is a key; silent, small, unassuming; yet opening huge doors to new experience. With the smallest of action, a mere shift, the Force of the door is Forged through easily. Blessed Being, as you forgive, you release the locks that hold you back from new experience. You open yourself to an expanse of new creation that you couldn’t see from your previous vantage point. It was behind the door of freedom. Let go of past pain. Let go of present pain. Let go of future fear and choose a new experience. Walk forward. Even if that looks like ‘away’ from one perspective. Free your Heart to flow in a new direction.


As we sit to Blast Freeing the Heart, we are opening the flood gates of forgiveness and finding solid ground on new shores. We are observing the past as the perfect opportunity to strengthen into the present choice. We are Loving Life so powerfully that all experience becomes a starting point for new creation, a new opportunity to Love. We are so Free, that flow is a lovely ride, in its waves of flow, in its quiet moments, even amidst the rocks of resistance. To a loving heart, beauty is everywhere; for potential is visible in the glow of Love. Blast on!

Tomorrow we have the opportunity to receive a really powerful download of high dimensional Light (you probably are already feeling it). This is connected strongly to the 11-11-14 “gateway.” (I am guided not to use human terms such as “gateway” and “portal,” as these lock the energies in a box and are finite. Instead, by not labeling the energies, we allow them to be free-flowing, much like it is essential that we be free-flowing.) This 11-11-15 also adds up to an 11, as did the 11-11-14. There has been a continual flow of high vibrational energy since then and now culminates in anchoring the higher energies. Because of this, many are experiencing physical manifestations such as headaches, skin eruptions, sleeplessness and other manifestations that are aligned with each unique Ascension pathway (Ascension is not a generalized, cookie-cutter phenomena).


While many have gotten attached to “we arrive in the Golden Age in 2015” phenomena, as I mentioned in the last Ascension Note, there is no separation between years, for time is human-made. Higher Truth is infinite, timeless and free-flowing. So “last year” flows into “this year” without demarcation. What you were working on “last year” continues, only on a higher level.


With the energies of 1-11-15, there will likely be some very deep old energies bubbling up for release. It can cause some real shakeups in your life, especially if you want a predictable life. In the higher realms, there is no predictable or controlled life, so the most important thing you can do is to flow with it all. And trust that you are safe and guided. Self-care is guided and letting everything go is one way to just Be. Meditation helps you stay in the Moment, which truly is the only place to Be! Let go of the past and the future-tripping. And release anything that bubbles up that is not Love, especially anything that takes you out of the Moment.


For those of you who have been on your Path for a while now, you may see things that definitely are not of the 3-D. Trust what you see and feel. And know too that nothing is in black and white. Some feel like they are complete with the old and only in the New. We are in a continuum of energy. We are in the New for sure and we still will be releasing the old. This is part of being multidimensional… being in more than one place at a time. Some days you will feel so light and free and other days you will feel as though you have bottomed out. Don’t judge it and have Patience with it all and have Patience with yourself and others. There is also more of a valley between those who are walking their talk and those who use the buzz words of Ascension without being what they speak of. Just remember that everyone is exactly where they need to be, and it will shift.


During this powerful time your New Blueprint, heightened DNA and expanded Pineal Chakra are activated even more, so that you will receive more Aha’s!, see more colors and feel yourself vibrating at times. We continually rise higher in vibration and consciousness and a big part of this time is to have our lives reflect it. It does no good to be Light and still act and react in the old way. Be congruent with all aspects of life. Be in your New Integrity; not in rules, but in your Heart’s knowing. Because we are rising more in Light, anything of the old will be more pronounced and feel really really uncomfortable. It may feel as though you have no choice but to shift the thing that is creating the discomfort; be it a job, a relationship, a belief or a way of being in the world.


We are moving quite quickly now. This is because the more dross we release, the quicker we move. As we stay in the Moment and stay focused on being Divine Love and merge more with our high dimensional Souls, we can let go of our “ain’t it awful” old attitude about personal and global events. If you find yourself fixated on what is wrong, you then create more of that. And if you find yourself doing that, bring yourself back to center. You can take a deep breath into your Heart, while you place one of your hands on your Heart (or High Heart). This brings you back to center quickly and easily. You can also call to your Higher Self/Soul and merge as One. You can always ask for assistance, for it is always there for you. Keep your vibration high and let go of any drama or chaos or “bad news.” As you do, you will flow more easily, receive higher Light more easily and will notice how indeed it instantly shifts your mood. Check in often with yourself and see where you are. Are you resisting or flowing?


As part of your self-care, which is self-Love, take much alone time to disconnect from lower energies. The more sensitive you are, the more you will feel the energies, especially now, and will need that quiet time to assimilate the New energies. Whether you are aware of it or not, your energy affects others. And since we are the wayshowers of merging Heaven and Earth as One, it is important to take care of ourselves. If you are exhausted, it is because you need a break, since you are doing much to raise the vibration and consciousness of Earth. And know that your own frequency is much higher now and will become more so.


There is also an empowerment and balance of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within. You will not want to keep silent nor hold yourself back any more. You will want to take action on your guidance, while letting go of any end result. The Divine Feminine raises you in vibration and consciousness, while the Divine Masculine anchors it within your body, making you strong and clear. In this way, you can be out in the world without feeling swallowed up by it. And this also helps you stay in true Balance.


If you are guided to do Ceremony on 1/11, then do so, making your intentions strong, which means to follow up with taking action on your intentions. Remember, 11 is a powerful master number. It is the number of the Visionary. With this 1/11 energy you empower the Visionary to be the Master Manifestor. What do you want and how do you want to feel? Let go of the details and focus instead on how you want to feel in your manifested vision. Elevens also let you know you are not alone, for it is a time when all the Angels of the Divine Light and Plan are with you in Love and Support.

Following the heart is a skill that is self-taught for most.  Many were taught through fear and limitation as a child, though in truth, that was the doorway of Love most parents were taught to access.  You, as a Lightworker, are reworking the definition of following the heart and creating Life.  You foresee the impact of the courage to forgive and the courage to stand your ground.  You honor the courage to allow another to learn through their own ‘mistakes’ with loving compassion as you exemplify a new way of being.  You are supporting the growth of new wisdom on Earth.  This wisdom is the innate divinity within each being, the Love that allows Life to flourish, renew and flourish again.


As you follow your heart, you are honoring the uniqueness within you and you are learning the connectedness with All Life.  Your heart allows you to understand on a deep level, to feel into painful and easy truths, to form new bonds and new boundaries that support the thriving of All Life.  This heart connection is one that you move into slowly as you manage the pain that humanity has experienced.  First, the connection feels overwhelming, yet Life will continue to call you to the courage to perceive others through their strengths, their capability, their Divinity.  You grow this by perceiving the Self as strong, capable and utterly Divine.  It is you that you are Forming Anew.  All others are reflecting that to you.


As we sit to Blast Forming Anew, we are perceiving Life through the lens of Love, allowing it to illuminate the Light of Love that emanates from All Life.  We are fearless in our ability to perceive the light at the end of the tunnel of Love.  We are honoring each being as a unique individual and deeply connected to the Wholeness of Life, adding great measure to the sacred – sometimes through opposition/reflection.  We are freeing the heart and mind to understand the invisible, the silent and the less obvious as we foresee potentials calling Love into form.  Blast on!

"Dratzo! We come with more news for you. At present, the mechanism for giving you your blessings has been activated. Our liaisons report that the first aspects of this process are underway and no hitches have been encountered. Our Earth allies are confidently using a delivery system, which has been well tested over the years. It is our desire to have a number of important elements in place well before the arrival of Christmas. In this regard, we have contacted those who are in charge of these various projects and been told that a number of special circumstances are being employed to ensure the success of these various deliveries. We know as that these deliveries are under the jurisdiction of those who are completing the adjustments needed to forge a new and much fairer banking system. It is this new system, which is to handle the bulk of the deliveries that are to bring you your blessings. Thus, the first part of these deliveries is to prove conclusively that these many prosperity and humanitarian projects are indeed unstoppable. Our desire is to use these first deliveries to prove to all that the power of the dark is truly over.

This ending of the Gregorian year of 2014 AD is to be known to you as a most welcomed watershed. Not only is prosperity to begin to spread among you, but as well, the makings of new governance are to be manifested. When Count Saint Germain and Thomas Jefferson wrote the initial drafts of the American Declaration of Independence, it was to sound a grand clarion call for liberty, sovereignty and prosperity for all. This glorious document was in the beginning so what gutted by the slavery question as it then existed in the Americas. The documents true calling has taken over two centuries to materialize. What is happening is to clarify for all the divine truths inherent in this document and permit this globe to final carry out its glorious mandate. The events of the coming time are to further elucidate on this matter. You are to see the final fulfilling of a quiet revolution, which has literally taken centuries to complete. Those who have so diligently dedicated themselves to this matter are finally to reap the true rewards, which they so wonderfully deserve.


This quiet revolution is meant to install new governance dedicated to being an instrument of the people and a true protector of their rights. This organization of governance is to be the first expression of what is to be your galactic society. You are moving up a consciousness conveyer belt, which is inevitable to lead you to full consciousness. Your society has been constantly made to believe that scarcity and competition is the exact nature of human society. It is of course not. Technology and consciousness forge a union, which leads to the realms that we daily occupy. The only danger is to rely too much on technologies that do not need a constant overriding input from humanity. Intelligence is ultimately one based upon the application of spiritual consciousness. Such input is vital and cannot be overstated by us. You are at a point in your technological history where this primal warning needs to be fully heeded. This is why we are joyous that a special spiritual intervention is currently underway. This intervention is to swiftly lead you pass any potential obstacles to your return to full consciousness.


The coming events of the day thus promise you a road to your fated goal. We are here along with your Agarthan cousin to allow you to quickly move into the use of wondrous technologies, which are to make easier for you to move forward. Gaia needs to see that your global society no longer wishes to explore her resources and befoul habitat. Humanity is meant to be both a special heavenly guardian of Gaia and one who fully comprehends their role in unfolding the divine plan throughout physicality. You are eventually to expand your society into a sacred star nation who graciously guides the many water world under your stewardship and as well watches over all the worlds, which make up your particular star nation. These divine tasks are responsibilities you are to take on gladly. Each of you realizes deep down why you are here and innately understands how to carry this out. Our duty is to help you discover this. We are so glad that Heaven has given us. The coming times are to be ones where we to reintroduce ourselves to each one of you!


Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! Our associates are currently busy working with our spiritual and space families in order to assure that deliveries go as planned. Presently, we are testing this system in order to ensure that it can easily and effortlessly deliver your blessings. We have seen so far that this system is working as planned. We intend at the beginning of the week to direct this system to complete its deliveries. We are working as a group to focus upon the success of this system and to be able to put the next part of our plan into operation. On deliveries are done. New governance is to come into existence. We are now waiting to move our chosen individuals to Washington where they can assume the key positions in temporary governance, which is to set up a return to constitutional and common law. This is to be a prototype for a number of others who are to take over other regimes soon after the success of the new American governance.


This change in governance is to be accompanied by a growing prosperity and a global move towards peace and cooperation. This move toward peace is finally to highlight the various “small” movements to create an alterative to the dark cabal’s banking system. These rather underfunded operations are to be given the means to expand rapidly and begin the massive build out of infrastructure throughout the “third world”. We have spiritually backed these movements and protected them from outright failure. It is necessary to provide clean water, good roads and proper sewage as well as easy access to banking and other means for an ecosystem viable development. It is necessary that Gaia be a part of all future global development. The arrival of our space families is to clarify this further. We look forward to a global preset based on a spiritual reunion with Gaia.


Let us look at what is happening. You are rising in consciousness. This is making you more aware of each other and the need to help each other. You are becoming aware of your growing responsibilities to the world, which surrounds you. You are becoming more aware of how your society is contributing to a massive extinction cycle. You realize that your technology has the ability to turn this all around. Nonetheless, the key component is spiritual. Your use of universal Love and Light is the only thing, which can save your reality. Hence, you need massively to re-evaluate your values and begin to use this new assessment in a truly remarkable way. You are beginning to transition from one who emphasizes mind-logic to one who emphasizes heart-logic. It is this, which is to grow as you transform from limited to full consciousness! November has been a time to dive more deeply into the goo that the October Eclipse Cycle and the powerful portal of 11:11 awakened us to. It’s all a part of our deep transformation. Many have been revisited by childhood memories, old relationships and old patterns that simply don’t serve them any longer. We’re in different spaces and indeed, we’re different people. And as we’ve reviewed the past, we spontaneously set it free and focus more fervently on the New that we are all creating. It is important to remind ourselves that we’re not alone. Many are experiencing similar things. There has been more letting go of those with whom we no longer resonate along with other guided choices we’ve made.


Especially surprising and powerful has been the dissolution of what some thought were “forever relationships,” like the Twin Flame union (as an example). Some question whether these relationships were really Twin Flames or not, since there has been so much attachment, projection and expectation surrounding the “idea” of Twin Flames. Just remember that whatever has happened is for your highest evolution. The one true part of you, your Soul, is always with you, standing by and compassionately observing with Love as each makes the choice to be more or less than who they truly are. You see, one old belief and illusion that has been important to release is the “happy ever after.” We have believed that once we have found our “Prince Charming,” it is to last forever and ever. Many have discovered that this just isn’t so. People come into our lives to help us grow into the beautiful beings we truly are; no matter how long that happens to be. The truly courageous ones have been able to see and receive the gift and let go, if that is what was guided. Remember, there are no “supposed-to’s” in the New. We have the opportunity to choose in every moment that which we resonate with within our Hearts.


We have come closer to Home. And “home is where the Heart is.” Home isn’t somewhere out there. It is coming home to the truth that you are a Divine Being of Love. As we continue through the rest of this year (hasn’t 2014 been quick and yet powerful?), we each will deepen our experience of being Love, continue to evolve, release and rise in vibration and consciousness. We rise in our Heart’s knowing as to what we choose to feel, for it is not the circumstance that is important, it is how we feel and how we respond (not react).


Yes, this year has been another powerful year of change. With outer chaos, the Wise Ones focus instead on the Truth within. Chaos brings change; it is the dissolution of the old ways of being. Focusing within on Love and Truth, you empower the New. Getting frantic about the outer chaos, you actually empower it. What is your choice? In the coming month and up to and including January 11, we are anchoring a lot of high vibrational energy for ourselves and for Gaia. It truly depends on where you put your focus as to how complete this anchoring can be. Please do not categorize this new energy as being 4th, 5th or even 6th Dimension, for that is then limiting ourselves, placing us in another box. You see, many carry energies from very high dimensions, which they are bringing into their lives and onto Earth. We are multidimensional, so let us expand limitlessly. The higher the vibration that one carries, the more the lower energies rise, which can result in perceived chaos. And at the core of chaos or challenge is an opportunity to rise higher in vibration, not attaching to the chaos or challenge, but knowing the Truth of all that you might label as “bad.”


This past New Moon brought forth another portal of higher vibrating energy for us and will be with us for a few days still. This energy helps us to balance with What Is. Rather than denying or resisting What Is, what is it telling you; what is your message? As each of us accepts and intends to rise higher in vibration, it happens. After all, we are preparing for an even bigger year in a little over a month. If you are still trying to hold on to what you know intellectually, or are fearful of loss or change, this energy makes it more difficult to do so. If, on the other hand, you are open and willing to let go of all you think you know, and commit fully to shifting into being more, then this energy helps you do just that. Again, it is all up to you. Sometimes it may feel as if you don’t have a choice; that things are pushing you or happening to you. This is not true, for you have chosen; consciously or not; all that is occurring in your life…and it is all for you; not against you. You are being shown gifts that you didn’t fully realize you had; you are being shown the way if you will stop, breathe and listen. It helps to be the Compassionate Observer; to be neutral as you witness all that is being presented.


The floodgates have opened and as a huge flow of Light rushes in, you will see that there is much being offered to you…new or expanded paths, new people, new ways of being, new ways to express your Creativity; more of everything. Do you embrace it all or do you run the other way? It is your choice. You don’t have to do everything presented to you, for that might scatter and distract you. Observe all and see what resonates. Take just one step toward something new…be it a thing, a person, a new perception or a letting go of something that holds you back. This isn’t a race and the Joy is in the journey, so take your time and see all with the eyes of a newborn…full of Wonder and Innocence.


Many are experiencing a lot of physical detoxing and upgrades. Observe what is occurring and flow with it, reminding yourself that all is occurring for your benefit. And do take care of yourself by getting enough rest and whatever else you’re guided to do or not do. With the old cultural demands of the commercialized “holiday season,” are you caving into it all or are you asking yourself what resonates with who you are now? You don’t have to go along if your Heart isn’t into it. You can choose something different that is more sacred to you. You don’t have to please anyone nor do you have to do what is expected of you. Choose how you want to experience life.


It is also an old concept that the harder you work and the more you do, the better you are. This is simply not true anymore. The New Life is more about Play, Ease and Flow. There is nothing to prove and no-one to prove it to. So follow your own Guidance and your own energy. We are creating miracles by being authentically us. We needn’t do anything our Heart isn’t resonating joyfully with and in fact, if we do do something because it is a should or an obligation, we lower our own vibration and no-one benefits from that. Let go of pushing and allow yourself to flow. All then aligns with your higher state of Grace.


In the New, we are learning to detach lovingly from expectations, end results and an attachment to how it is “supposed to be.” Detachment is being neutral. It is being the Compassionate Observer; with no expectations and simply observing with Love how things are. Detaching is more loving since there is no judgment, no labels and nothing to put in a box of limitation. Detachment allows us and life to be more.


As we continue to be rewired and upgraded to our Authentic Selves, we must take care of ourselves. This is self-love and as we build in self-Love, all around us are touched by the Beauty of us. When we give to ourselves first, we have more to share with others. After all, who we are is Love. Period.

From the beginning of time there have been clear moments when the Portals of Awakening open for individuals to advance. The 11:11 Gateway is a collective, high-vibrational portal opening to assist the evolution of consciousness on the Earth at this time. The 2014 Light frequencies are enabling this 11:11 Gateway to open for you to step into your new Crystalline Light Body.


Stepping through this cosmic gateway allows you to move into your original blueprint, that of the Crystalline Light Body, in oneness with All That Is. We will offer suggestions and visualizations so your imagination can help you to create a beautiful scenario to empower this Light-filled ritual. You have been coded within for this awakening moment. It is another step in the evolution of consciousness, one with great power and support. The Archangels stand at the gateway to hold you in strength and courage. Those who are attracted to this time of Grace, can avail themselves of the opportunity to soar, greatly empowered by the Angelic Realms. This conscious dedicated action that is in harmony with Divine Light will accelerate the evolution of consciousness within your own life and on the planet now.


Since digital clocks have come into widespread usage, the image of 11:11 has become more familiar. The representation behind the symbol is less widely known. 11 has long been the number of the Angelic Realms offering assistance to those on the Earth. When the 11s are seen together, the 11:11 becomes a gateway symbolizing an opening between Heaven and Earth.


The most important significance of the 11:11 is its availability as a portal to higher consciousness, a moment in time where the Angels of Light can take your offered prayers and good intentions to assist their manifestation on the Earth. Whenever the 11:11 presents itself, it acts as a daily reminder to take that one minute to hold your dreams in your heart, acknowledge the support available from the Angelic Realms, and have the courage to affirm your willingness to move into new dimensions of Love. When you empower this intention you can even imagine that there are Archangels standing tall and majestic on either side of a gateway inviting you into the fulfillment of your prayers and Soul’s gifts. With your intentional prayer, you can step through this portal into your most Divine Self and into the life you are intending. Every 11:11 offers a wondrous moment of ascending liberation from old patterns.


Percolation and Perturbation


It is a time of percolation and perturbation. New perceptions of reality are percolating through the energy centers within your body. Perturbation occurs as these new perceptions hit the coding in the imaginal system of your DNA in ways that stir you to change, like the metamorphosis of the caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly.


The Universe will stop at nothing to get your attention and encourage you to fulfill your Soul’s destiny. Perturbation is uncomfortable in its various demonstrations, making you feel very agitated. But know that all such catalysts are designed by your Soul to bring you into a new level of evolution. Because the support of the Angelic Realms is so available, this portal in time offers you a more graceful transition so you can see more clearly the world you are choosing to create on Earth and assist its evolution.


The 11:11 Gateway offers a 5th Dimensional shifting that allows a harmonious flow of Divine Love into your being. This can impact the amygdala in the temporal lobe of your brain in ways that calm this flight or fight center and cause it to resume the dimensions of your original blueprint. Over the years this fear center has been over-stimulated by the pressures, beliefs and electronics of this age.


The Intention of the 11:11 Empowerment


As each person steps through the 11:11 Gateway it can create an expansion in perception, as though the veils have parted so that new clarity dawns for you. This increase in clarity incites a sense of liberation and the freedom of spiritual expression within your being. Your Soul’s gifts are coming into the forefront of your awareness and will be available for you to use in your new life. When you remember to include prayers for the Earth they will also receive the Angelic empowerment from this moment in time and will be of great benefit.


The rewards from this time involve access to the exalted states that exist beyond the Gateway. The Archangels stand present holding the forces of Light as Pillars at the gate. There is an activation of Divine Love which they offer that you can claim and it will empower your heart with Wisdom.


The greater intention for this 11:11 empowerment has always been to bring Heaven to Earth. This means grounding Divine Energy into the depths of the earth grid so that planetary evolution will prevail. As millions of awakened people access the Divine Light as they step through the Gateways, Unity consciousness is the resulting force pervading the hearts of all humanity. Never doubt the miracle of Spontaneous Evolution as a creative possibility for the fifth dimensional shift on this planet. Asking for miracles at this time is very appropriate.


Union with the Self

The 11:11 Gateway opens the way to Divine Union within your self. The Archangels stand ready to welcome you into the new creative power of exalted awareness. Retraining and guiding the fearful thoughts that may plague your days are only a prayer away. Each prayer raises your vibrational frequencies and could be the one that unleashes the critical mass for Spontaneous Evolution within your life and on the planet. Imagine that your prayer is the turning point – the key that fits the doorway to your Crystalline Light Body.


Divine Presence and the Archangels of Light:


As I prepare to be guided through this 11:11 portal of time, I ask that the Light of Divine Love clear any disharmony within my energy field. I willingly let go of the burdens of old beliefs so I may stand tall and move freely through the gateways to Unity Consciousness and into my new Crystalline Light Body.


Within the spaciousness of my cleared energy field I ask that it be filled with the power of Divine Love, Harmony and Peace. I ask to receive and radiate the strength and courage to embody this Divine Light and ground the presence of Love and Healing Light into the Earth to assist its evolution.

Beloved Ones,

As the world shifts to a higher dimension, it is for the most part, not recognized by the world at large, only by those who are attuned to the energy influxes. It is the lighted ones such as you who hold and anchor the light on Earth. Many of you do not recognize the important role that you play in the unfolding events and we want you to know that everyone of you is needed at this time. It is important to hold your light and stay in a space of peace and calm, joy and happiness. By doing this you counteract the attempts to keep the populace living in fear and worry and that balancing effect is needed now.

Many of you are gearing up as your creativity flows through you and you are inspired with many wonderful ideas and creative projects. Some of you feel overwhelmed with the abundance of ideas that are coming into your consciousness and feel that you do not know which one to pursue. Know that if you record the information that comes to you, you will be able to know instinctively which is ready to manifest and which can be looked at later. Many times, the downloads of information coming into the Earth’s atmosphere are received by many different individuals and so there will be a theme that emerges that is shared with many others. Each individual is unique and so what comes through each one will never be quite the same.

It is also a time to go within in deep contemplation, to listen to the guidance of your heart and decide the things that must go in your life and that which you are truly grateful for and which nourish and sustain you. Let go of all that no longer has meaning for you so that you simplify your daily life and make room for the new energy to come flowing in. Challenge yourself to live with less and give away what you no longer use to someone else who might need it. There is a beautiful world of freedom and fresh breath that exists once this is accomplished. You’ll reap the rewards of pleasing living areas, reduced stress, and a more organized and productive existence. Take a look at each area of your life and write down all of your commitments.  Then look at each one and decide whether it really brings you joy and value, and if it is worth the amount of time that you invest in it. Learn how to say no and decline offers. If you eliminate the things that don’t bring you joy or value, you’ll have more time for the things that you love.

Identify what is most important in your life, and what’s most important for you to focus on right now. Explore different areas of your life that you don’t think about much. This exploration might allow you to find some things on your mind that you didn’t realize were there, some things that can be eliminated or pursued. Just focus on one task at a time. Clear away everything else, until you’re done with that task. Then focus on the next task. Take life and its demands at your own pace. If you do less, you’ll have less on your mind. Writing down your tasks and ideas keeps your head from being filled with everything you need to do and remember. You are in control of your circumstances. You are in control of you.  Learn what things are in and out of your control. If something is out of your control -accept this fact so you can focus on the things you can control—the things that you can change.

No two things can occupy the same space in your mind at the same time. Decide consciously and with intention. What will you choose to take, and what will you choose to leave behind? You can have one thought at any given moment, but not two or ten. Every day you will get closer to the freedom and peace that only an uncluttered mind can give you.  Make room only for positivity, for joy, for serenity, for optimism and for happiness. It is a process, it is an adjustment, it takes time but it works. The reward is a quiet peaceful mind and a happier, more serene existence filled with positive thoughts and a heart that is filled with peace, joy and love.

Greetings All,

It has been awhile since I’ve written a Vibe Report. The prevailing energy has been about integrating higher frequencies and the resulting changes that come into our lives. I feel I’ve been in a cocoon for several months and now my chrysalis is beginning to unfold. For most of this year, it’s been all about release, forgiveness, compassion and being in the now. Wash, rinse, repeat. And now, new projects are beginning to bud. When I sit down to write I realize that I’m working on something bigger than the Vibe Report. A book is beginning to form as I listen to the within and tap into Universal wisdom.

Integration
For many years we have been preparing for the times we are in now. There is a feeling at the moment of getting our affairs in order, clearing out and organizing our home and purging things that we’ve held on to for years. We are experiencing opportunities for clearing on an emotional level and purging physical items that are cluttering our home is symbolic of this deeper release.

I’ve also been noticing anxiety for no apparent reason – just a nervous buzz of energy. Some have described it as impending doom or waiting for the other shoe to drop. The message I am getting is that it has to do with energy upgrades – meaning higher frequencies coming in. These frequencies bring change. It helps to navigate them by having the conscious intention of letting go of what no longer serves us (the “uncomfortable comfort zone”). We may feel anxiety about letting go of the familiar, even if it is something that we don’t want to hold onto anymore.

These higher frequencies I often write about come in pulsating waves. We integrate the wave, then there’s a pause before another higher wave comes in, and we integrate that, and so on. These frequencies are often pulsated through the sun. They are moving through the Universe and, through electro-magnetism, the sun draws the energy in and then amplifies it through solar flares, sending it throughout our solar system. When we start to feel the anxiety or restlessness we can try taking a moment to bask in the energy and breathe into our center, tuning in to our experience as we feel chaotic energies spinning around us. It’s time to let our thoughts go – stop trying to describe what’s going on – embrace the chaos and dance with the messy dissonance of change.

Feelings from out of nowhere
There have been times recently when I’ve experienced painful, negative feelings from my early years being triggered within me. I find it amazing that I can still cave into that place of despair or self-recrimination so easily. This is my teaching, this is where my wound is. Perhaps some of you reading this have been experiencing such moments as well. Practicing compassion and forgiveness for ourselves helps us to navigate the higher energies we are integrating. These higher frequencies bring to the surface the dense energies that we assimilated when we were children. Memories rise to the surface and expand into emotions that can feel like poison. It reinforces the sense of our true self to witness the opening of our wounds as we stay in our heart center and allow the emotions wash over us like a tsunami. We can grab onto the feelings and be roiled about in this tsunami, or we can stay in our center, steadfast in our knowing of our own true north, as it were, holding our ground and being strong in our truth as the tsunami dissipates. Awareness and acceptance helps energetic pathways to stay open, so the poison can be purged, helping to heal the wound through deeply experiencing and transforming the poison (fear) into love.

I find that meditation is a practice of awareness that can be focused on at all times during our day – not just when we’re sitting with the intention to meditate. It helps to bring us into a state of presence and witnessing, instead of engaging in emotional turbulence. So that when these moments of triggering dense feelings occur, we can eventually steady and center ourselves with love and compassion.

Empathy
We are becoming more and more sensitive to energetic vibrations that are radiating through our world. As we release energetic blocks – as in beliefs and patterns that were programmed into us – through this ongoing clearing process, empathy is awakened. This heightened sensitivity to energetic vibrations helps us to quickly discern between what feels good – as in loving, kind, fun, and what feels bad, as in judgment, fear, arrogance. Finding the middle way helps us to navigate the chaotic frequencies that are wafting across the planet. The key to being guided by our own intuition is trust. As we continue to clear away what is not our truth, we have lucid moments of inner knowing and we can tap into that through trusting our feelings and inner voice of truth.

Sometimes we may find ourselves feeling intense emotions for no apparent reason. Some very sensitive people may find themselves feeling grief or deep sadness, bringing on a flood of tears out of the blue. We are connected to one another through the Collective Consciousness and at times we deeply feel the unrest in the world. Sudden bouts of anxiety, nervousness or a general strange vibe is also part of the heightened perception we have now as we sense each other’s energy. This Collective connection can also be tuned into in a positive way. Breathing and connecting to the grid of light that is our consciousness (as in our Light Bodies) and tuning into one another as we hold the higher vibration of Love, helps us to become grounded and find that peace within us.


Love and Appreciation in the moment of NOW
In this time of opening to higher frequencies and deeper awareness, we can slow down “time” and savor the beauty of where we have navigated our life stream. It is simply deep appreciation for what is and deep awareness of the moment as moments move into moments in the flow of love and the light of grace. This practice of appreciation helps us to continue to navigate into situations and places that are in harmony with our energetic vibration, so if you’re not quite happy with your present circumstances, know that even the smallest sparkle of appreciation for yourself and what you have learned in your life, can open up a path of sparkling light to help you navigate to higher ground.

It is up to Humanity as a Collective Consciousness to create the world from awareness, inner knowing and love, which is what comes forth from a conscious awareness perspective. Creation happens all the time. Creation can come from fear as well, of course, which is what would most likely arise from the Collective UNconsciousness. There is much at stake at this time in regards to moving forward with creations of love.


The gift of knowing precedes the gift of experiencing
One may intellectually know that Humanity is One Consciousness and we can consider this and bring it into our vibration by meditating and feeling into this understanding. As we continue to do this we will begin to have experiences of telepathy and synchronicity that will reveal to us the depth of this Unity we are all part of. As we continue to vibrate with this energetic frequency of Unity, birthed through love, which comes forth from compassion and forgiveness, we are preparing ourselves for the Unity Moment – that moment of conscious awareness where we expand into Light, mingling our Consciousness in the One Being. I believe this is what we are approaching. A flash, a moment of knowing, then coming back into our bodies but never again seeing ourselves as separate from one another. Evolution. When will this happen? I don’t know. Will it even happen in my lifetime? Don’t know, but I do cherish this vision for Human Evolution.


Pay Attention


The Collective Consciousness of humanity is like a fabric of energy and all of us are consciously and unconsciously part of this energetic fabric – which can be seen as a grid-work of energy. This is why maintaining and radiating love is so essential to us. All the time; intention, awareness, focus. Being impeccable with our word. Being centered within the core of our being. Becoming Masters of our own energy is what is most important at this time.



Through all the work that we continue to do on ourselves – the work of taking responsibility for our experiences and feelings, the practice of forgiving ourselves and others, this “work” creates the clearing of density – dense beliefs and feelings. I use the word density as a replacement of “negativity” in order to release our minds and hearts from judgment. When we are free of judgment, we are able to observe – or witness – what is wafting through ourenergy fields in forms of experiences that we are creating – or magnetizing – into our lives.


We can see that what we choose to experience in our lives – in our interactions with each other – are opportunities to release the structures and fog of judgment and beliefs or fears that we have about ourselves. Our interactions with each other reveal to us where we are allowing fear to distort our reality.



World Events


We are seeing chaotic energies coming to a boiling point all over the world. This can trigger a mass awakening on so many levels. With our enhanced sensitivity to energy, we need to place our focus on what is nurturing and nourishing to us and what brings us peace and happiness. Yes there is destruction, corruption, violations of human rights – the list is endless – and of course we care and want to help in some way. One of the most basic ways we can help is by maintaining our own vibrational frequency of love and harmony, because that is the vibration we radiate into the Collective Consciousness – and the world – and the Universe.

When we allow outrage, anger and despair to be what flows through our energy field, we can make ourselves physically ill and that is also what we put forth into the Unified Field, so we are essentially adding gasoline to the fire. This is one of the most difficult concepts to grasp because we also don’t want to sit by and allow injustice to happen. However, hating and judging and righteousness just feeds the flames of discord. Instead, in the physical, we can put forth actions that are solution oriented and love-based as we continue to maintain the vibration of love within our energy field. This is how we create a new world, a world of sovereignty and harmony.



We are evolving into religion-less sovereignty. Love is the joyous expression of the meditation of life.


Many paths and explorations have brought us to where we are now. Some of us have been exploring “spirituality” and different pathways designed to connect us to our spirit and our soul for many years. Like tourists in a maze of spiritual practice, ritual and dogma, some have taken pathways informed by certain spiritual philosophies only to come to a petering out of the energy – a waning interest – and then being sparked by a different philosophy and following that path, and so on. Many have come to a place of letting go of all that exploration, settling in to an inner knowing that is beyond words. It isn’t that those modalities and pathways were wrong, it’s more like we’ve come to higher ground where we are simply be-ing. It is self-respecting to be kind to ourselves and have compassion for the pathways we have chosen that have brought us to where we are now



Beyond the Unity Moment
There will come a time in human evolution where spiritual philosophies and religions will become unnecessary, as Humanity will be living from the experience of NOW and BEing part of all of life, including one another. Separation will dissolve into an awareness of the Earth and the entire Universe as a living, sentient being that all life force energy flows through, including of course, Humanity. Many of us experience glimpses and moments of this connection and it takes us beyond words. There’s a Cosmic Hilarity that arises when we think of trying to explain direct experiences of One-ness.
