Exciting Update on the Pulse from Source

I wanted to give a quick update of the Pulse from Source. If you haven’t seen the latest blog post it can be found here: https://jennyschiltz.com/pulse-from-source-heading-our-way/


One thing I wanted to clear up is this is not the Solar Flash that so many have heard of. My understanding of the solar flash is that it will come from the Grand Central Sun. This Pulse came directly from Source and touched everything including the Galactic Sun and Galactic Center.


I was super excited to see that the Ascension Diaries a great page on Facebook (click link to follow) was able to see the pulse on the Schumann Resonance. Posting new information is always a gamble as you never know how it will be received. To see confirmation from “out there” makes me giddy! Below please find the screen shots.


               


On Friday, July 3rd the slow steady ramp up of energies began. Numerous people said that they found themselves weepy, sad, depressed, and even angry over the weekend. While not fun, it is necessary for us to feel this space and resolve the parts of ourselves that feel this way. The pulse is designed to bring up what needs addressing while also bringing in a higher frequency. Some have felt alone, lost and hopeless. We are being challenged to instead see it as the void space which is the space of creation, verses nothingness and no connection. The space of creation, the void, can feel empty but it is the space from which we are being asked to choose what is it that we want moving forward. What will fill us with excitement and hope?


Alternately, some are feeling really good and full of hope and promise. There is not a right way to experience this, only your way and experiencing exactly what you need to assist you on your journey. Pets are not immune to this and they may be clingy, lethargic, showing intestinal disruptions and dry noses.


What I have also noticed is that some are finding that they vibrationally dipped into the lower timeline (it is not hard to do). Take a nice deep breath, drop into your body, into the heart space and ask if you are in the lower timeline. Feel the answer.


If you find that you are, the angels have given me a technique that is simple but often profound. I use it whenever I am feeling off and like I am stuck in a frequency that is NOT working with my system.  It is a physical as well as etheric exercise. Sometimes the movement of the body helps tremendously

• •  Go to a set of stairs.
    

• •  Go onto the first step and call in AA Michael, AA Raphael, AA Uriel, AA Gabriel of the 4 directions to hold space and assist you.
    
    
    • Call in your Highest Self and whomever else you like to routinely work with.
    • Now ask all those that you have called in to help you raise your vibration and shift you to the highest Divine Timeline
      

• • Begin taking each step one at a time asking for assistance with one of the things written below. Allowing yourself plenty of time per step to receive the healing and shift of frequencies.
    
    
    • Ask that all cords that need to be cut are done so through all dimensions, timelines and realities
    • Ask that your feet chakras are cleared and opened and that anything “planting” your feet in a lower frequency be removed.
    • Now go over your chakras (one per step- root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown). Ask that each of your chakras are cleared, healed balanced, and that it spin in the proper direction.
    • Ask that all the layers of your aura are cleared and sealed
      

• • You may feel the desire to lay down after this or you may feel quite energized. I have had both experiences. Please drink plenty of water to help with the clearing. 

This exercise can help now and in the future if you are ever feeling like “I’m in the wrong location”. I hope that this message finds you utilizing the pulse. Feeling the things that need to be felt while simultaneously accessing the higher joy that is here. Thank you to all who have supported and shared this work. I am very grateful.

Pulse from Source Heading Our Way

I was woken in the middle of the night with a very direct communication. I felt someone tap on my shoulder, small taps to waken me without too much alarm. I then felt the weight of someone sitting on the edge of bed. I rolled over to see a being I had seen in council meetings but had never interacted with before. He asked me to come to a briefing. It seems that he had been working on getting my attention during the waking hours but I wasn’t paying attention. That very evening when I went to close the bedroom door it reopened 3 times until I finally said “Stop it!” without inquiring who or why. I was just so tired! I guess the decision was made to let me have a few hours sleep before poking the bear again.

In the briefing I was shown that there will be a signal sent from Source out to the entire Galaxy. This happening in alignment with the lunar eclipse. They explained that a signal such as this had been sent before, but not during my lifetime. It is a clarion call of sorts. (as I heard this it brought to mind Gabriel’s trumpet)

This blast or pulse from Source happens when the lowest density planet in the universe (earth) has reached a new level of sustained higher frequency in the majority of the population. This blast of codes, light, energy comes forth from Source and touches everything that has been created. There is no space left untouched by this signal.  (The vision I was shown looked like a sound or energy wave so big that it continued on into infinity.)  It was explained that it is a time of great joy when this happens. This energy is very beneficial as it helps to “call all home within themselves”.

However while the energy is beneficial, it can bring great dis-ease, confusion, apathy and even aggression to those that find the signal to be at great odds within their form. It may appear to some as if humanity is spinning out of control or going mad. Some will see the behaviors as us going backwards as a collective, but this is not the case.

They clarified that if one disconnects from all that is taking place around them in the outer world they will find peace. It will become essential to ground within yourself and not be drawn into the turmoil of the collective.

It is important to understand even with the chaos, there is a path that is created from the signal that is sent from Source. The Signal is a homing beacon that “assists us all in our journey of returning home from once we came.” (What is being referred to is every civilization that exists is also working their way back home, just as we are.)

“This burst of energy will assist one in uncovering more of the obsolete programming running within. Programs that are held deep within the cellular structure.”

Removal of such programs often requires sleep as the body goes into a still point within so that much can be removed. It reminds me of when you delete a program off of your computer, you must shut it down and then restart to make sure all the files are gone. Besides exhaustion, people may experience body pains, anxiety, sensitivity and irritability. Giving yourself and others the space and grace to utilize this blast from Source will help tremendously.

Some may find tremendous upheaval in the next few weeks as their body and subsequent reality adjust to the signal. It was shown that the more we are able to look within to find the cause of discomfort and unease rather than looking to another person, place, thing or event as the reason for our pain, the faster we will assimilate the higher energies.

This pulse of code from Source will serve as an activation of sorts as it will simultaneously help us to unburden ourselves from false programming, while helping to activate the divine blueprint that is available yet dormant in most of humanity. It is through this blueprint that we will be able to heal ourselves in ways we have only dreamed about. The unburdening & activation begins immediately once the pulse has been sent and received. The more we are able to clear what is not in alignment with Source, the more the we are able to access and utilize our pure divine blueprint.

“Within the blueprint is a homing beacon that will lead you back to Source. Understand that it is not Source out there (he pointed up) but the one in here (pointing to the heart).  Once one has activated and empowered the Source within themselves it becomes a path that has the potential to shift not only your reality but the reality of the whole.”

I was shown this path as very much like Moses parting the red sea. It would be clear and it felt protected. I asked what it meant to fully activate Source within ourselves and was told that “One that is activated will be in complete congruence in all that they are, in words, thoughts, and deeds.”

This is a really exciting time and while it feels like it is going to get really turbulent, we as a whole are still making progress. This signal from Source is here to help us undo all programming that is not in our highest good and to come home within ourselves, to the place where Source resides WITHIN. This pulse will bring up within us all that is not in alignment with Source and for us to work to change it. Our job is to also not get caught up in all that is collapsing and to look within ourselves instead of “out there” when we experience the dissonance between density we may hold and the frequency being sent.   Not an easy task, but understanding what is happening really does help. This pulse from Source feels as if it really gives us a big push on our journey home.

Change is in the air, in fact enormous changes and revelations are shortly to be unveiled, as humanity progresses most effectively towards the moment of its grand awakening.  Your awakening has always been God’s Will for you, and God’s Will, the divine Will, in fact humanity’s Will – your collective will since the unreal but very real seeming separation experience commenced – is One Will and It is always achieved.  There are no exceptions!


Of course many of you ask and continue to ask:  “If God is Love, and His Will is for us to be happy, then why is there so much pain and suffering in the world?”  Hard as it is for you to understand and accept, the One Will, your collective Will and God’s for all is that you experience eternal JOY!  That is Reality!  What you are experiencing, and seem to have been experiencing for eons – judgment, blame, conflict, pain, and suffering – is illusory.  Yes, the pain and suffering is very convincing, and seems totally real because your physical form, the human body, has senses and feelings incorporated within it to enable it to take care of itself and enjoy life.  And this sensitivity comes at a price – you have a saying “There is no such thing as a free lunch!” – and that price is the ability to feel pleasure and pain, happiness and suffering.  Your bodies are sensitive instruments through which consciousness experiences the unreality of separation from Source, momentarily.


The experience of separation was but a momentary sensation, but it seems to have been ongoing for thousands of millennia.  In Reality there is only Love – which includes peace, contentment, happiness, caring, cooperation, harmony – and what you experience as humans that is not of Love is unreal, even though it seems very real.  Most of you identify almost wholeheartedly with your bodies, with your human forms, and the feelings and sensations that they undergo.  However, when you go within in meditation, contemplation, or just relaxation, and your “roof-brain chatter” reduces or even ceases for a while, you do find yourselves at peace with yourselves in self-acceptance.


Suffering is due to your thoughts and the judgments and blaming that goes with them.  That is what the sense of separation is all about.  When you feel at one with another – your partner, spouse, children, in a loving relationship – fear, conflict, and distrust dissolve.  And if you are in physical, mental, or emotional pain due to illness or damage to your bodies, or for emotional or psychological reasons, being in the presence of loved ones frequently eases it.  That is what relationship is all about – being one, being lovingly supported, knowing that you are not alone.  That knowing, that inner sense of belonging, being at home, loved, and accepted is what everyone seeks.  And, of course, That is Reality!  That is where you are in every moment of your eternal existence, you have just temporarily lost access to conscious awareness of it.


To be separated from Love, from Source is unbearable.  And that can never happen.  But as separate individual humans, it does seem that you are separate, alone, isolated from everyone else.  You all dream when you sleep, and sometimes your dreams are horrific and terrifyingly real, and sometimes they are dull, unmemorable, and sometimes they can be fun, exciting, and uplifting.  Then you wake up, and they are no more because they were unreal, and very quickly you forget them totally.  Well, separation, as you are experiencing it as humans in form, is also a dream, it is unreal, and you will wake up.  And, as with dreams, all memory of separation will also fade away when that happens, and you will find yourselves once more, where you have always been, at One with Source, and in utter Joy.


You are all aware that enormous change is occurring, even though you are unable to identify quite what it is that is changing.  You feel it, and you know that it is happening.  And, at the same time, as more “stuff” arises to be dealt with both in yourselves and in others with whom you are in communication, life can be, and is for some, very uncomfortable and very unsettling.  Just accept that what is happening is a necessary and unavoidable aspect of the awakening process.


Most of you have experienced unwanted change in your lives, change that may have arrived suddenly and unexpectedly, therefore you all tend to be wary of change.  Many plan their lives to avoid change, but truly change is unavoidable in the unreal separated state that you experience as humans.  So, instead of worrying about what might happen next to upset or unsettle you in your individual lives . . . CELEBRATE, because you are going to wake up from the dream of separation into the utter joy of Oneness, and deep within yourselves you do know this.  Yes, most of you have forgotten who you are, but the veil of forgetfulness is to be removed, and amazement and joy will permanently replace that temporary but terrifying unawareness of who you really are.


Go within every single day without fail, and momentarily throughout the day as occasions allow, and connect with Love, with Source, with Mother/Father/God who is always present there waiting to embrace you and help you feel the complete acceptance that is your right and your heritage.  You are divinely loved, always, and nothing can ever change that.

As the mainstream media continues to focus on conflict, disagreements, and general calamities, set your intent to focus on Love.  Love is the power of God extended to and shared with all of creation.  There is absolutely nothing that approaches Its power, strength, intelligence, and wisdom, or Its complete and utter unconditional acceptance of all sentient life.  Love is the infinite field in which all of creation expands to add joy continuously to all that it contains.  Love always acts joyfully and with infinite wisdom, It is the Truth that is Reality.  There is nothing else.


For eons humans have sought Love outside themselves, from another or from God; but God, who is Love, is within you and will be found nowhere else.  Yes, you may well find another to love you, but that will always be conditional love, conditional on your living up to their ideas of what love should be.  Yes, even though a mother’s love for her children is very strong, nevertheless, if the child is not in love with itself it will remain unsatisfied and searching.


Self-love dissolves unworthiness, guilt, inadequacy, and shame.  And there is no one in human form who has not experienced these feelings, in fact, these beliefs about themselves.  You are who you are, just as God created you, and that will never change, so to attempt to model yourself on someone else, no matter how wonderful, honest, or perfect they appear to you to be, will never bring you peace, contentment, or satisfaction.  Those can only be found through self-acceptance – self-love – which is acceptance of yourself just as you are, a perfect divine child of God who has chosen to undergo the human experience of lack and limitation.  Once you realize that and accept it, then, and only then, will you find peace.


True inner peace, not a temporary cessation of conflict with others or with life itself, is only found in self-acceptance, and the resultant uncovering within yourself of the Love that has always resided there.  Fear, bitterness, anger, and resentment in any form effectively fill your minds with distractions from Reality, Love, blocking your awareness of what always rests within you.  The first step toward this awareness is through forgiveness, forgiveness of yourselves and of others.


Forgiveness is not choosing to overlook faults in yourselves or others, it is choosing to see that they are unreal.  Faults are mistakes or errors that have occurred in your human lives before this moment of now, which you choose to focus your attention on now even though they are no longer occurring.  Yes, they may occur again, and if they do, then deal with them, but don’t dwell on them.  When you dwell on them and relive them there is no way you can be at peace because they are stirring up negative emotions in the present moment about something that is over.


Emotions are useful, they show you how you feel in certain situations, allowing you to decide how to respond.  However, very often, people allow themselves – mostly unconsciously – to be driven and directed by their emotions, and that frequently leads to conflict, but it never leads to peace, inner peace, which is the only true peace.


Not to react in anger is good, but it is not enough because that anger has to be felt and released.  If it is not released it festers and demands your attention.  When you are at peace nothing demands your attention, instead you choose in each moment where to focus your attention.  When you choose where to focus your attention, instead of allowing your moods or your emotions to direct you, you will be able to deal with all that arises peacefully, even with situations that arise as conflict.


You are all presently incarnate on Earth at this time because you all chose to be here at this time in humanity’s ongoing spiritual evolution.  Truly this is both a crazy and a fantastic time to be incarnate!  And you knew that would be the case before you made that choice.  Your presence, the presence of each one of you, is an absolutely essential part of humanity’s awakening process, your awakening process!


You are most highly honored, here in the spiritual realms, for your inspired and courageous individual decisions to incarnate and most positively assist in the awakening process.  You all knew it would be a most demanding experience, but you also knew that you would have massive assistance from those in the spiritual realms throughout what at times would be a tempestuous journey, a wild ride.  Nevertheless, you also knew that it would be exciting, uplifting, and marvelously fulfilling, because of course you also knew that you could not fail to complete it perfectly.


So, go within as often as you can daily, to your holy inner sanctuaries, ask for help and guidance, and open your hearts – freed from any anger, bitterness, or resentments that you may have been clinging to – and accept and enjoy the loving embrace that awaits you there in every moment, strengthening and fortifying you so that you can deal peacefully and lovingly with whatever arises.  And you will!  Failure is not an option, and is completely impossible.  You will return Home.

We, all of the divine creation, are on a path of spiritual evolution that is eternally ongoing.
You may ask “Why?  Are we not all already perfect divine creations?”  And, yes, of course we are, but, being creative beings, there is always more to create, infinitely more, and that is one of the joys of being One with Source, there is always the joy of discovering more to create. Quite a paradox!


Thus joy never ceases, it just expands and intensifies.  However, words – verbal or written language as used by beings in form – are a totally inadequate means of communing.  All are in divine relationship, and relationship is a state of communing.  Humans, as social beings, understand this very well, although, of course, there are times when you wish to rest from relationship, to have quiet time within, at your holy inner sanctuary.  However, when you awaken and find yourselves fully aware that you are One, in every moment, then relationship is constant but unintrusive, a peaceful state which is always present if you choose to engage, offering Love and making no demands.  A state that is difficult for most of you to imagine because you have all experienced many demanding relationships.


As humans, your relationships are most often founded on need, and are not free from commitments of one kind or another, although of course love of others is very frequently part of them.  However, Love, capital ‘L,’ is neither a commitment nor a demand, It just is, always present, always available, ubiquitous, and, when you open to It, It embraces you immediately in total acceptance and without conditions of any kind.


It is your nature, so unless you block It out or refuse to accept or acknowledge It, It is everything you are.  The only reason that you do not feel It, or that you remain unaware of It is because of choices you make, and one of the major ones is the choice to believe yourselves unworthy of God’s Love for you.  God never judges you, all negative self-judgment and self-blame that you experience is ego-driven.  Egos are fear-driven, believing that they need to protect you at all times from the constant, and sometimes seeming all-consuming threats of the environment that you inhabit as humans.


To awaken is to let go of fear because you become fully aware that there is nothing to fear.  You are divine and eternal beings created from and existing in an eternal state of Love.  BUT, you chose to experience life in form as a human, and your human bodies are subject to fear, suffering, and pain. Then again, the events and relationships you experience or encounter as humans are part of the life paths you planned for yourselves before you incarnated for the lessons that you wished to learn.  There are no accidents or coincidences – at a higher level you chose them – they are all opportunities for you to learn, and the lesson is always that there is only Love.


The more you can hold and manifest the intent to be only loving, regardless of the circumstances in which you find yourselves, the less you will suffer.  Yes, you may, and most likely will, experience illness and damage to your human form as you are nudged to pay attention to the lessons being presented to you.  But you cannot understand the lessons through intellectual reasoning and analysis, you have to go within, to that holy inner sanctuary, and rest there quietly with your mind/brain as still as you can manage, so that then you can become aware of your intuition, your guidance which will lead you through whatever experience you are undergoing until you get that ‘Aha’ moment, and the lesson presented will become will become clear and meaningful to you.


And the lessons with which you are being presented are not for you alone.  As you live through them, those with whom you associate in any way will find lessons there for themselves.  Remember, you chose to incarnate at this pivotal moment as humanity blossoms spiritually, because you were keen and willing to assist in the process.  It is an enormous challenge for all involved, very demanding of your patience and acceptance as you deal with all that arises for you.  And you all, without exception, have what you need to succeed in this magnificent venture – constant and limitless support from those in the spiritual realms, which, of course, include your own higher or spiritual selves.


What you incarnated to do, and are doing, is absolutely essential, and cannot be done by anyone else, you each have your own individual parts to play, and you will each achieve what you incarnated to accomplish.


But, of course, as humans your awareness of the unfolding of this divine plan is severely limited, so that it often seems that you are struggling in the dark without even a small flashlight to light your way.  Therefore, go within at least once daily, and preferably more frequently – waiting in traffic, waiting in line, waiting for someone to arrive.  A moment here and a moment there adds very powerfully to your ongoing intent to be loving whatever arises, even though you may get no sense of it.  Just renew your intent, in the moment, and then continue with whatever you were doing, knowing that you are making an enormous difference.


You are all dearly loved and highly honored as you follow your seemingly individual paths toward awakening.  Your awakening is divinely assured, and when it occurs you will awake into amazing joy.  Truly the brilliance of God’s divine plan for His creation is utterly beyond meaningful description, it can only be experienced, and you will all experience it because it was designed with you in mind, in God’s Mind, where you all have your eternal existence.

There’s a lot to say about this, and a lot of helpful info we can consider to bring ourselves to a point of understanding as well as practicality, i.e. what we can do. My intention here isn’t to burst any bubbles about this, but to bring us back to an authentic place within ourselves and also back to our intuition.


One final thing, over the course of the past 10 years I’ve not shared much about where I get my info, what I’ve been tapped into since I was younger, the practices I use and how I’ve practiced to truly develop some of these skills. I’ve kept more quiet because I personally like to fly under the radar; simply be myself, remain quiet and live the change and my truth. I don’t believe in having to be loud about our abilities to convince others of who we are. Tapping into intuition, having a strong connection 24 hours a day to my higher self, hearing beings, ‘downloading’ or visually seeing and connecting with peoples lives, getting consistent info downloads etc, these are all a natural part of my life but it’s not something that makes me or anyone else special. It’s simply part of developing it. Some of us may start with different ‘abilities’ more activated, but we can always develop things. CE wasn’t built the way it was simply by using my mind to figure things out, it took diligent conscious practice and intuition to know what was most serving for humanity and when. To take complex conscious ideas and make them reach a mass audience and create virality.


I share this because, we seem to be at a time where confusion is high, disinformation is even higher, and many of us aren’t truly practicing the information we are hearing about or learning. So I share this as what I’m about to convey below is important and I don’t wish to reduce the content to simply ‘I’ve done research,’ these truths come from deeper places. The same places you can access through heart based living and a solid connection to your higher self.


I believe we need to ‘cut the crap’ when it comes to all the identification with “I’m an intuitive,” “I’m an empath,” “I’m a channeller” etc, and realize we all have those abilities within us if we choose to awaken by practice. It’s time for true empowerment 🙂

What Has Been Said About ‘The Event’

First let’s begin with what’s being said. It is being called a breakthrough for the planet that will cause a number of different unfoldments. Some say the defeat and arrest of the cabal, resetting of financial systems, disclosure of ET’s, aliens coming to the planet, revelation of new and advanced technologies, new governments and political systems etc.


It’s being claimed that on the non physical plane: there will be a “big wave or flash of energy and light coming from the Galactic Central sun going towards the surface of the planet”. (The galactic central sun is an object in the Sagittarius constellation.) The energy from the Central Sun will stimulate a flash or special kind of light from the Sun that permeates the earth and humanity, raising the frequencies of all living entities on the planet.


It is said that it will not be a major negative event but one that is positive. Some are even suggesting to prepare with several weeks of food and supplies as it may knock out our current infrastructures. It’s also being said that this wave of energy will be soooo powerful that it will literally fry people’s brains and make them go crazy.


I have a lot to say about all of this.

First, A Note On Channeling

From what I have gathered, most people are learning ‘channeling’ information about this from various sources or beings out there. This of course is a real thing and completely possible, but there are caveats that we often don’t consider. I’ve experienced some very good, very talented channellers who are tapped right in to authentic stuff, then again I’ve also seen the opposite.


In a lot of ways I have always steered people away from channeling. Mainly because it takes a level of mastery to truly understand and feel out what one is tapping into. Not only that, much of the time the information you can get from your higher self is more than enough to keep you rolling, and it has nothing to do with channeling. Your connection to your higher self is constant if you practice. The desire to jump deep into channeling can sometimes come from an egoic desire to want to see the future, know the future or even in some ways.. have a ‘super power’ of sorts. I’m not saying there is anything wrong with this, but more so that this can be what pushes us to want it. Like I said above, of course there are many authentic channellers out there as well.


Over the 10 years I have been exploring and observing different channellers, I’ve noticed a lot of the same thing. Repeating the same stuff over and over again, repeating vague and often obvious things, noticing that the channelled info is simply coming from the mind of the channeller and not actually from another being or source etc. From a personal point of view, my message has always been about going within, instead of focusing so much attention on getting information like this from outside ourselves.


From a listener point of view, there is general curiosity which is a beautiful thing, but sometimes we also start jumping into the idea of wanting to know what’s going to happen, being aware of the future and what’s coming… so as to control things or be able to prepare. This can be helpful at times, but it can also be a source of getting us stuck or limited. It also resembles a faith based, religious-like mentality where we take word of what is to come, and then act on that, without ever checking how we feel inside. The way I’ve practiced over the years is, my primary source (85% – 90% of where I get my information like this) is from my own self or higher self, my secondary source would be corroborating information with various sources out there like other people, channellers, intuitives etc etc. I feel this is a more ideal course of action as it asks YOU to develop your own knowing and connection with & to your higher self. This is part of an authentic path towards shifting consciousness when we take action and make the necessary changes from within.

The Reality Of What’s Happening

I made a film several years ago called The Collective Evolution III: The Shift. It is all about the shift in consciousness taking place, what’s going on and where humanity is headed. It’s presented in a way that can be passed across any group; those that view things through science, spirituality or who are on the fence. The purpose of the film was to bring these understandings to a grounded and practical space, where much of the human experience exists at this time. In the film, I go into great detail about the cosmic ray portion of the shift, which much of The Event refers to. I’d recommend watching the film for further understanding, but will also elaborate below.


The shift we’re experiencing is ongoing. MANY waves have already hit our planet and are still coming. This has been happening for years and it is PART of what is causing so many of the changes we are seeing today. Shifts in the way people think, shifts in how our world works, insurgence of equality, the calls for changes in our financial systems, political systems and so forth.


These waves have been happening for decades and have been intensifying as we go. They are made up of cosmic bursts from our sun, the galactic sun, surrounding stars and so forth. All cosmic waves carry unique energies with unique signatures and information. This information carries the ability to evolve thought, ideas, DNA, change energy signatures and so forth. But it’s also important to note that this energy has be ‘throttled’ in a sense, through our agreement, and for good reason. More on this in a second.


THE EVENT is following the same path as many other claims like this. It makes this shift in consciousness about ONE thing, ONE moment and so forth. Much like we did with 2012.

Many claim “nothing happened in 2012” because they were looking for something physical and were looking for something HUGE to happen. Yet energies did in fact shift in big ways in and around the 2012 dates many were talking about. But they also shifted in ways prior to that, and after that as well. This shift is a process and one that will continue to unfold over time little by little. Yes many of us are wearing a bit thin as this intensifies, but this simply means we have work to do and it might be harsh to accept but if I’ve witnessed a prominent practice in the overall spiritual movement it’s not practicing what we preach. “I know that information already!” But are you doing it?


Continuing on here, yes, bigger events will continue to take place and mass ‘traumas’ will be experienced as we are challenged with big time change, but we won’t bite off more than we can chew. (I say traumas to describe what will feel like very tough times for many people as we realize, en masse, things like the existence of a cabal, how we’ve been systematically manipulated our entire lives, our spiritual connection hindered on purpose etc. This will be tough until we work through it all. Hence traumatic feelings.)


Humanity often feels like we are victim to things we experience. Energies, beings, events happening, other people etc, but we choose and agree to things and take them on as we are ready for them. This doesn’t mean that being ready for it won’t cause some pain, the idea isn’t avoiding pain. With pain we often get growth. Suffering comes when we choose to ignore the growth that can be presented to us through pain.


I know that idea doesn’t sit well with some of us but ask the question, where does sitting with pain and holding onto it forever lead us? Even from a logical perspective, the answer is to work past it and grow from it, as lingering only creates more suffering.


It has been 10 years since I founded Collective Evolution and began working in the consciousness space. During that time I have created a conscious media and education company (CE), 4 films in the consciousness space and have met many spiritual teachers from around the world for interviews, as friends and so forth. I also have diligently practiced exploring consciousness through sober means, developing my intuition and so forth. In my courses I spread the message of authentic change from within that is built around truly shifting your consciousness so your connection to self and your way of being is automatic, not built on acting from belief systems.


From this space I share simply that the overwhelming feeling points to the fact that humanity is on a journey, one that may be slow at times, but challenges US to be the ones that take action. We must take action from within to shift ourselves; it’s through that space within ourselves that we begin to take action to shift our external world.


Much like we see when we do EVERYTHING for someone and never challenge them to do their own work and suddenly they don’t quite learn and aren’t empowered in their own way, we are on that journey with the shift we face personally as well. Although it’s tempting to view a single event as something that will come in and do the bulk of the work for us, this isn’t going to happen simply because it doesn’t serve us. This is a gradual process.


We’re here to do the work within ourselves. Yes, energies will come in and assist with that process as the sun and central sun act as a purveyors of evolution, but it’s also up to us. Beings are already watching and assisting closely in slowing down many of the energies coming in due to the fact that they are a bit too intense for our consciousness at the moment. This is primarily because many of us aren’t actually practicing what we are learning. We read books, learn about things and then go on living in the same old ways. We don’t shift our diets, we don’t practice meditation or presence, we don’t disempower the ego and we don’t live from our hearts, even though we know this will lead us to a thriving world.


Partly this happens because our current world is intense. There is a lot of work being done to keep us stuck, keep us distracted and so forth. But this is simply presented as an added challenge, to help build our strength within ourselves. We CAN DO IT, otherwise we wouldn’t have bit off this much. Remember that.

Don’t Wait, It’s Now

More than waiting or focusing on a single event, look at what we have right here, right now – in our world and within ourselves. This is truly all we have to focus on, and as you have intuitive feelings towards other things, follow them. But remember to not get fixated on events, dates and promises that claim to come in and take care of everything for us. NOW is most important. Our financial systems, political systems, technologies and so forth will shift and evolve as we do.. it’s not one before the other. Remember quantum physics? We determine our external reality based on how our consciousness projects our world. How do we project a thriving world if we don’t do the internal work first to shift our consciousness? Our outside world simply reflects us. For it to shift, we must do so first.


Are you doing what you love in your life and living from a space where you follow your hearts desires? Are you practicing the observation of the ego and continually shifting from egoic consciousness to heart based living? Are you practicing meditation to reduce over-thinking and more presence? Are you treating others in a way you would want to be treated.. as much as you can, not just sometimes? Are you choosing to empathize and understand where people are at and why vs judging them and calling them names?


All of these things are ways to move towards living in the heart. It’s about going from the mind, to the heart.

Some Key Reflections

• When it comes to beings/aliens, remember that in many ways they are just souls having an experience and they may or may not have had experiences as humans. Their advice sometimes may be missing some key details on what it means to be human.
• Beings are not ‘above us’. Aliens are not ‘above us.’ We don’t need to bring the mentality in that humans are some primitive culture, as this brings about judgement most of the time. We are all just having experiences, and in many ways we teach things to these other beings just as they teach us.
• What can you do right now to practice living in your heart and make that a daily state of being?
• Getting or hearing information from outside of yourself is great, and it’s part of how we use one another to learn. Are you checking within yourself about whether or not things are true? How does it feel for you when you know it’s true?

This year we've had so many moments of accelerated volatility and surprises, it may seem like the norm to experience these things. People can become numb to the amount of change unfolding. For you as a divine changemaker, this is not the time to go numb, pretend that what's happening has nothing to do with you, or leave your body to escape reality. Humanity is at a new threshold of change, precipitated in part by powerful planetary cycles. Some are long-term - like Saturn-Pluto that started in 1982 and Jupiter-Saturn that began in 1842. Both cycles are helping to initiate massive shifts in society and how we live together on Earth. It will be 2020 before those cycles begin a new phase.


More short term are eclipses and Mercury Retrograde - we have both going on this week. July 27 is a total Lunar Eclipse at the Supermoon, catalyzing a deep look at very old patterns and facilitating personal healing at a DNA level. The second Mercury Retrograde of 2018 begins July 25-26, too, adding an element of chaos and the potential of experiencing time warps.


5 Tips to Stay Calm


It's not easy to stay calm when you are needing to constantly adjust to surprises in a volatile environment. Finding your calm zone, however, is essential to successfully navigating these times.
This energy juncture could be very beneficial for you, in fact, because it allows you a bigger window of personal transformation. To maximize its potential, you will need to get calm for clarity and to access spirit's big-picture view of your life. You will need to be calm, too, to avoid reacting to annoying happenstance.


Your energy needs to be stable in order to create stability in your life amidst the chaos.


Here are 5 things you can do to access you calm zone:


(1) stay present to what is in front of you in that moment; be with it as though it is the only thing that matters then
(2) take breaks from your routine; some breaks need to be solo so you can regroup; other breaks ideally involve socializing with others who uplift you
(3) be willing to change your priorities, in the moment if need be; flexibility is a great asset
(4) look for the silver lining in delays, missed communications, and your expanded "to do" list
(5) involve your heart when you engage with yourself and others; your heart can help you to be authentic, loving, and open to a higher view of what's unfolding.


Keep in mind your higher purpose for being alive during this pivotal cycle in history. Bring that back into your awareness regularly, especially when life gets crazy or the world simply seems upside down.


Get ready for expanded opportunities to embody your higher purpose as we move through this unprecedented time of change. Not sure what this means right now? No worries. Simply be open to what shows up, and be prepared to take actions based on what you find. One step at a time.
