Energy Report August 2021 - Will and Truth of Human Hearts


In some parts of the text I do not write explicitly. Those who are to understand it, will understand without difficulty. The text should be read with the Heart.


In my previous report I alluded to how important it is now to look at the global shadow. At the same time, I signaled that another process of anchoring feminine energy and opening the heart begins at the end of summer. And this is what the report for the coming month is all about.


From the perspective of Earth causality, the will or intentionality of action is crucial. It is what allows certain mental intentions to manifest into matter. People have such a will, but it is very important who/what their will serves. I've mentioned this in previous reports, but today I want to expand on it. Does the will connect with the Truth of the Heart (acting in accordance with one's own energy strategy - see the psycho-energetic profile - more at the end of the text and in the tab on the website), or is it manipulated through the mental programming of archonic structures (acting outside of one's own energy strategy, through the external representation of the ego-mind). Then the life-giving and causal energy of the human directly feeds these structures. Archonic beings do not incarnate directly on Earth (due to their own frequencies), but it is through the manipulation of the mental sphere of humans that they influence the will (decisions) of specific humans and thus can carry out their agenda here on our Planet.


Although they do not have the will to manifest their own intentions in Earth density, they do have the ability to communicate directly to people's minds (bypassing the five-sensory process of decoding information), which consequently influences a person's specific decisions. Thus, it is important to grasp the fact that Archons use embodied beings on our Planet for their actions. The beings used before them are either beings without a higher self, or beings who have a higher self, but will be spiritually bankrupt, at low energy vibrations. This is why (in the most abbreviated and simplistic terms) so much effort and attention is currently being put into a global program to provide people with a "life preserver" because it essentially lowers vibrations, stratifies auric shells, and gives easier access to the human energy field to make such mind control installations. In other words: the human becomes much easier to access for these types of beings and weaker (or even helpless) to deal with such manipulation.


Resonance with low vibrations occurs when there is a so-called "outside of one's own energy strategy" action. (People who know their psycho-energetic profile know what I am writing about and those who hear about it for the first time I encourage to look in the bookmark "Psycho-energetic profile"). So it is even more important to take care of the energetic order in your own field so that you do not resonate with these frequencies. Then the person ceases to be available to such a field. He also does not succumb to fear, which is necessary for archonic beings to have any influence on humans. Then, too, action flows not from the external software of the ego-mind, but based on the vibration of the Truth of the Heart.


And this is the other side of the coin. Let me emphasize again that archonic beings have no causal power here in our density because they have no will of their own. That will comes from human beings. The only power of archonic beings is the illusion of their power over man. In reality, they are beings who rely on the fear of man. In contact with the vibration of the Truth of the Heart they stand no chance. That is why it is so important to realize this fact and to systematically raise your own vibration.


The current global process that will begin in August (and is a counterbalance to what I wrote above) is very supportive of strengthening people's wills and acting on the basis of the Truth of one's own heart. The key is to make the decision and express by an act of will to enter into the vibration of the Truth of your own Heart. This act of will consequently supports the manifestation of Truth in a person's personal life. This is the time when the incoming energies support all kinds of decisions (even the brave ones) related to the realization of one's dreams (but coming from the heart, not from the ego). This applies both to choosing the direction of further professional activity, but also relationships, places to live, daily activities. It is crucial to realize that every being who chooses to live according to the Truth of the Heart automatically supports and strengthens the vibration of the Truth of the Heart on a global level. Therefore, it contributes to the easier realization of similar decisions in other people. August is a time of increased opening of human hearts. In this context, ask yourself: what activities make me happy? What is my dream? What do I long for?  Does the way I think support the choices that serve me?


Along with the energy of the Truth of the Heart, there is a direct connection to the process of further anchoring the feminine energy, and now especially the maternal and nurturing one. Children, their care and protection, are very important in this context. (I have mentioned children in previous reports on the occasion of the global shadow). It is about physical, emotional, mental and spiritual protection. Because this protection determines how these children, as adults, will later create the world.


Physical protection is not only what I wrote about in the previous report in the context of the global shadow (see the report of July 2021 and the comments below it), but also protection from the "glorified life-saving preparation", which in reality distorts the model biologicality. In energetic terms, it lowers the level of the inner Light and further blocks access to higher vibrational energies. So it makes it difficult/impossible to synchronize with the incoming high vibrations. I have already written about the consequences of energetic incompatibility with the external energies many times in previous reports.


Protecting children also has an emotional dimension. It is about making sure that they grow up in an environment based on Truth, without fear, and without physical or emotional distance from others. Creating bonds based on closeness, respect and trust is very important here. Knowing the agenda of the archons, it is therefore easy to understand the closing of schools and social isolation, which significantly affect this space of the child's psyche.


Child protection is also about the mental dimension. Here it is about ensuring that their minds remain pure in their perception. In this context, the responsibility of parents means, for example, choosing such a mode of education that is free from programming falsehood and social standardization, being aware of the influence of technology (hours in front of a computer, a smartphone), or even hypoxia resulting from covering the face on the mind.


On top of all of this, it's also worth remembering that most of the children who are currently emerging have a naturally strongly developed spiritual element within them. They come here with great Gifts and capabilities of supra-sensory perception. They also intuitively feel the connections between spirit and matter. It is the duty of the caregivers to support the children so that this state remains undisturbed in them. By accepting what they say or maintaining their natural sensitivity to the world around them. Then, in all likelihood, they will remain open to this type of perception in later years as well.


Children anchor really high vibrations on our Planet and strongly contribute to the increase of the consciousness of the whole Planet. Besides, they will be the next generation to make certain decisions and actions. How we take care of the children at this particular moment depends on how quickly humanity will be able to fully manifest its true potential for divine perfection. Caring for children at this special time is the responsibility of every parent. It is worth asking ourselves a few questions here: "What pattern of behavior: one based on freedom or one based on subordination and external control does the child bring from my family home?" "How do I support my child in reaching his or her physical, emotional, spiritual and mental fullness?" "Do I realistically protect my own child from the influence of low-vibrational energies, especially when he or she is unable to do so on their own?" "Do I have the courage to follow my heart and say NO when the situation calls for it?" There are many more such questions that can be asked.


By way of summary: Action based on the Truth of one's Heart is also about supporting each other. This multiplies causal power and creates synergistic effects. This unity and coming out of fear is what the Archons fear most. Because then they will lose the providers and doers of their own agenda. This is why they take actions aimed at isolation and blocking the frequencies at the level of which anxiety ceases to exist (including through "life-saving preparation," mind programming with falsehoods in the mass-media, etc.). So it is worth asking ourselves the questions: "Do I support others who work for the freedom of people?", "What can I do in my daily life to co-contribute to this process?", "Which energy structures: low or high vibrational do I feed with my cooperation, attention and energy?",


At this point the space is very supportive of any action based on the Truth of the Heart. Which makes for a really good time for individual change as well. In anxiety-free people it is a time to realize their dreams and life desires.

Greetings my beloved Masters of the Universe! I have just received a channeling from the Elohim of the Highest Order of Light. A very important gateway is opening for all of us right now. A gateway of such magnitude that it is going to be a key moment in your life where you will need to make a very important decision which will effect your life for the next 3 years and 3 months. In the channeling they say that you will be presented with 3 choices and you will need to choose the right one for your heart. This has to do with your occupation. I’m told that it will be happening from July 28 – August 12th, give or take a few days. And that you need to tune into your heart in order to make the right decision.

Here is the channeling that I have received:

What we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds is that on your planes of existence at this very moment in time a gate of transcendence, benevolence and might shall open her gates for all to witness the timelines of their very own vocations on this planet. The timelines are being extricated and brought into alignment with the highest order, in order to unify the messianic pathways and allow each of you stationed on Gaia to instigate a birth of a new momentum for your very own paths.

Your collective energies have reached a point of exasperation and much of the stored vesicles of time and space must be realigned to meet the higher vibrational frequencies of the creator gods that you indeed you are.

For through your very own vocations, and we repeat vocations, you are bringing through the ever-unfolding messianic energies which must be anchored onto your planet in the next few days before the welcoming of the transcendent energies from the very distant galaxy within the solar system of Ram. From said solar system, and yes indeed such a solar system exists in the outskirts of said constellation of Ram, you shall receive notices of a change in your vocational statuses.

For much shall begin to swiftly shift in your lives specifically in regard to your present earthly vocations, and a new vocational blueprint shall be laid before you allowing you to choose from three choices in which direction you are to move into for the next three years and three months of your stationary experience on your planet.

What we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds is that upon entrance into the world of light known in your world as particles of ascension and transcendence, you shall find yourselves brought before a blueprint, a map form which you shall be asked to select one vocational pathways to expand your consciousness for the next three years and thee month of your earthly time frame. 

Why is this moment so significant for all of you? It is significant primarily because through said experience your consciousness will expand, and you shall understand even more intricately the workings of the universe through the interconnectedness and inner viewing of your vesicles of times and space within the human biological structure of being, within the human timelines.

From said experience the biological timeline of human souls stationed upon your planet shall begin to shift, and it is precisely at the three year and three months mark that the event that you are all waiting for shall occur, the event which shall shift the dogmatic pathways of human misconception of time and space into the timeline of that which they have and you have chosen to experience during this monumental moment in the history of your palent, your universe and all of creation.

For the timelines have indeed been shifted away from the trajectory upon which earthlings shall thrive and in so doing have postponed the arrival of a new wave of light.

Yet it is precisely at this very moment in time that due to your collective consciousness and your collective reawakening to self, that your energies have again shifted the trajectory onto the right path for all who are currently arriving and are birthed onto your planet as we speak.

All who have been birthed and who shall be birthed within said timeframe shall fall into the circle of light immemorial from which a new human experience can begin to be built in your lifetime. A new human experience which shall shift away from all the “negativity” that you have experienced thus far in your journeys and return humanity onto the right pathway that shall indeed connect human souls with the divinity of that which they are.

What we are trying to say to you dearly beloveds is that tremendous shifts are taking place in the invisible world all around you, condensing timelines and expanding them as we speak and such condensation is at the root cause of all the issues that are presently engulfing your societies, and human collective consciousness.

And so, and thus, it is once again going to be your mission to transcend said moment and transfigure it through  your very own vocation thinking patterns and through the choices that you are to make in the days to come regarding your vocational blueprint for the next three years and three months of your time.

And so and thus, on or around your new moon (July 28- August 12)  repatterning of your own timelines and your own occupational structures shall occur.

We await your decisions as to which timelines you wish to transition  your very own vessels of time and space to experience and how you wish to experience the next three years and three month of your life.

 Albeit the deciding factor lays with you, we advise each and every one of you to carefully weight all the options that you shall be presented and select the option that is closest to your heart of hearts, disregarding the material outcome of said choices. For it is the experience that you are selecting at this very moment in time and not the material gains that shall come from said experience. For it is only through being fully present and fully engaged in said vocation that you shall be able to shift the collective consciousness onto the right path for all involved.

Thread carefully in your decision-making process and arrive at the RIGHT decision for your very own selves and for all whom shall be affected by your decisions. Indeed, the task that lays ahead is a very important one and again we await your decisions eagerly anticipating a new planetary trajectory to occur within the aforementioned time frame.

Shall you require assistance in making such a decision it is to your very own heart that you are to look to for answers for it is only and only through the intricately designed heart space that you shall be able to connect to the creator within and make the right decision for your soul.

Dear Ones,

Connecting to your heart’s wisdom can become the overlighting, empowered intention for your spiritual practice.

Most people want to have a deeper link to their intuition, as well as a bond with the Infinite Intelligence working within their lives and human form.

As with all manifestations of a deep desire, an expanded understanding of the motivation and Soul requirement behind your desires is helpful. Behind the necessity you feel for a deep abiding connection to your intuition, is your Soul’s enduring need for Wholeness.

When you have an experience of Wholeness within, you know that all parts of you are connected. There is no sense of separation. It’s as if each part of you is continually supporting all the other individual aspects of your being.

For instance, consider the elemental connection at the base of your spine to the grounded presence of the Earth that nourishes you. This aspect also may feel the impulses of your more intellectual nature, the part that knows which tasks are necessary to perform to fulfill your Soul’s highest reality. At the deepest core of your being, there is the Soul recognition that your physical body is a requirement for this lifetime’s growth, so you need to nourish it.

Wholeness also relies on the power of your heart and its deep connection to your Soul Purpose. There does not need to be a specific awareness about the expression of this purpose; you know that you have one. When the Soul impulses your body in its dance to learn, expand and grow, it is your heart that receives. You then know intuitively who to talk to, where to go and what to do from an innate sense of Guidance.

This strong impulse from your intuitive wisdom is stimulated when you place your hand on your heart. This action links the magnetic fields and the receptors in your energy system, so your experience becomes Connection, Alignment and Wholeness within.

You are moving beyond separation with your spiritual practice. This focus on your spirit stimulates the individual aspects of your energy system so they recognize their need to work in harmony with all the other parts of you — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

When you focus on your spirit, your heart is engaged. You become aligned to the guidance systems of the Soul — your deepest Alignment from Heaven to Earth responds. Working in harmony with all your energy systems, your heart is your link to Wholeness and Wisdom. The regenerative capacity of the magnetic field of the Torus around your heart continues whether you focus on it or not. There is an intrinsic connection in the fields that receive and support the Divine Light as it pours through you.

Because activated spiritual energy follows your thoughts, and blood follows this energy, it is your focused awareness of all the connections within you that can stimulate a greater sense of Wholeness and Wellbeing. Your focus of attention is literally activating higher frequencies in your body, bringing Light into every cell through the bloodstream. This is simply physics working in your personal life.

You are also bringing Wholeness into your value system by your spiritual practice. You have discovered how uncoordinated and disconnected you feel when the coherence within you is not activated. Once it is, you feel more open, able to receive intuition, more free and connected in your physical activities, and most of all, you feel Love. Wholeness is one result of Love in action within your human form
.

When all aspects of yourself are aligned in Wholeness, you radiate Love through every pore of your body. Your heart pumps activated blood through your being. Your empowered focus on your heart is creating the healing power of Love through its connection to the energy receptors throughout your body.

Even though it feels that you are very individuated in this process, you are not alone. You are protected by the Light that guides, inspires and empowers all aspects of your being in Holy Resonance with the Divine Presence that is forever resting in your heart, reflecting your Soul into the world.

You are profoundly loved, blessed and guided forever and ever. And so it is.

The extensive eclipse portal we are currently experiencing has accelerated the ascension and awakening of all humanity. No matter how it feels, there are great blessings inherent in the fields of Light that accompany the flow of energy throughout the eclipses.

God’s presence is within all, empowering your body’s energy systems to be able to expand so you can hold these higher frequencies of Light.

This Light pouring down on the planet is filled with God’s Grace. Being aware of the activities within the Light working in your life is a soothing balm in the midst of chaos and suffering.

In this time you are creating your new life from the inside out. You are making choices based on how your heart responds and you are allowing your greatest dreams for life on Earth to guide you.

You are setting the tone for the new normal you want to experience. Lifetimes and time lines are falling away as new codes and information uplift the frequencies. Radical shifts in consciousness are becoming normal as the eclipse energies and mass awakening disrupts life on Earth.

The more you can find your heart center and tune into the Earth rhythms, the more balanced you will feel. In order for the mass awakening to occur, disruption of life as it was must take precedence.  Staying neutral during this process will assist its ability for smooth transition, and allow your energy system to stay in equanimity.

The changes to bring a new form of life with more harmony and grace is so obvious that no one can deny it. The momentum is like a massive river of evolution. It is Divinely inspired. There is no way a human can push the river into a small rivulet that slightly resembles the way things used to be. Instead, the torrent of energy within the River of Ascending Frequencies will wipe out all attempts to limit and contain a mighty flow that catalyses life on Earth into new channels of well-being and evolution.

Know that the changes you are experiencing lead to benevolent outcomes. When you can learn how to surrender to change, recognizing it is good, it will feel more peaceful. Resistance causes pain and is futile. Your focus of attention on the possibilities of new levels of freedom and wellbeing will lead the flow of your life into directions that can support you in a new way.

As you do this, prepare to be amazed, because God’s plan is more exalted than you imagine. The chaos is only the dismantling of the outdated status quo. When you can stay neutral in the present moment, knowing you are being guided by a love that never ends, your intuition will be available to you in every moment.

You are being called to demonstrate your ability to lead from example. You are a Wayshower. When you can stay in your heart, are grounded in the principles of Loving Kindness and Compassion, then the powerful light of Wellbeing fills you. You become a radiant light that shines out to catalyze awakening and bless the world.

As millions of awakened souls shine their heart’s light into the world, the new life that is birthing provides space for Love, Peace and Harmony. Through your radiance, you become a blessing. And so it is.

Every time you purposely offer your breath into your heart it is a divine opening to Archangel Raphael and the legions of healing angels. Simply breathing into your heart purposefully is an action that awakens this connection.


Whenever you are moved to tears by sweetness or beauty in your world, it is an opening into the realm of Archangel Raphael. Whenever your heart is in pain from the suffering of the world it is an opening into the realms of Archangel Raphael.


Whenever you touch your heart and breathe into this center you are connected to the realms of Archangel Raphael.


Call on this blessing to help you see new levels of Truth. Open to Love in all that you do and say. Allow yourself to soften so you can just BE love. Be the Breath. Be the Hope. Be the connection. Be the Love.


With these simple truths let a new level of opening come to you that exposes your vulnerable heart, and allows the strength of Divine Love to empower you. There is no more powerful force in the Universe than Divine Love. As you strengthen your connection to your Heart Chakra, it acts as a radiant self-generating force that gets stronger with use.


Remember the area behind your heart as well. Let this part of your body also feel the force of Divine Love empowering your life. The area behind your heart has developed an armor to protect you from the fearful imaginings of your most innocent child self. The part of you that acts as a guardian for your soul’s essence has covered this area with a field that was intended to protect your heart from attacks on many levels. As you take down the armor and let the Breath of God bring healing into that area, more of life can support you. It allows an opening for the attraction of the people and energetic flow that activates Divine Grace. Imagine this armor behind your heart and allow it to soften into a magical angelic cape that you can wrap around you to bring comfort. The realization that you are truly not alone works in your consciousness further softening your heart. As you take down this armor it will empower your life in surprising ways. You will know truly deep within your heart that you are always wrapped in Wings of Pure Love.


When you allow yourself to soften you can bring an open heart into every situation. This changes the frequencies so much that you can literally transform the situation into a greater opportunity for your soul to work in and through every area of your life. This brings you the deeper awareness that which you need in order to thrive in the world. On your breath and with your focus, you have access to God’s Intelligence working in your heart.


As you expand your chest through your breath, yoga or other physical activity, an opening can occur so you have access to the greater teachings available through your heart.


We in the Angelic Dimensions are creating new light structures to stabilize your life. These begin in the heart and radiate through your world. All that is ordinary becomes a gift that offers extraordinary beauty and an opportunity for more love in action within your life. To see the exquisite beauty in the ordinary requires you to slow down and see from a deeper place that allows the truth of your heart to surface.


Reclaim your innocence. Let your radiant trusting heart be the way you walk in the world. Let your heart lead your interaction with all people. Allow your heart’s wisdom to inspire you as you create more alignment with your soul in every moment.


Sacred Geometry supports your vulnerable heart by creating a sacred field of opportunity around your body. The ecstasy of feeling safe to open your heart in every situation is there for you in this field of intentionality. It supports you to bring your soul gifts into a world that needs your Soul’s gifts.


Know that times have changed and though you may not be aware of it, you are now able to sustain the strength of your alignment by the sharing of who you are.


Within all that you are is God working in and through you. Within your heart’s wisdom lay the teachings of the ages. Within all of life, the field of your intention sets forth the awakening energy for what you want to create in your life. It offers you the experiences you need to feel safe to bring forth your gifts into the world.


Align yourself with your Soul Purpose with every breath you take. Even if you do not know specifics, you know that you are here to open your heart and allow it to guide your way. Take the bold step to lead with your heart in every action you take in the world and all will transform. The new love and beauty you experience will empower your life to new levels of Balance, Illumination and Transformation.


And so it is.

As we build on the energies of January and February, we are tuning into the heart in new ways. January began the Year of Following the Heart with a focus on Connections. The powerful Cancer eclipse in January brought up some much needed realignment.


As we move through the process of Ascension, we are at an exciting point of a natural evolution into more conscious connection. Areon has said that the earlier part of the year will have a bit more of a mental focus. Since that eclipse it has felt rather emotional at times!


Mental and emotional flow are closely linked. Areon calls them our subtle bridge, or how we directly connect to the subtle realm. It can be quite a “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” situation. As January focused on Connections, we were shifting how we align with the human and the divine as Gabriel’s Horn brought our heart math into a new formula of connection.


February supported that connection of the infinite and finite with a clarity that redirected flow. As February brought up more resolution, resolve and a retrograde in Pisces, we are called to refocus any delusion, illusion or disillusionment into a clarity of aligning more with the heart. Which brings us to the March energies.

March Energies

As spring is sprung or autumn arrives depending on your hemisphere, March offers a new perspective of Freedom. This is an interesting one energetically, because it is strongly in the throat chakra, re-announcing Gabriel’s Horn as a harbinger of the divine speaking, which is you and your broader divine grace. The heart is amplifying in profound ways and this is creating a readjustment in the brain, shifting the heart/mind complex and unifying your field.


Areon called 2019 the year of Freedom, and 2020 the year of Following Your Heart. This month feels like a culmination point (which is always a starting point, too) of Freedom that we worked on last year. 2019 had a lot of release and change to it, and we have been integrating our Freedom in the heart and mind. This unified field creates a strength of electromagnetic flow that pulses more powerfully into the information we are immersed in.


It feels like it is a deep opening of the head/brain/third eye because of the power of the throat. We are bringing our humanness UP to the divine. We are raising our frequency into a freer flow than our previous bandwidth. No longer just focusing on manipulating the external realm, but blending our creative birthright of divinity into the human experience.


We are owning the power of the throat more directly, step by step. What steps will you take toward expanding your inner in-finite, the infinite inside the finite. The Freedom of March is the march of freedom. Each step matters as you stir the space around and within. It’s time for freedom to reign for the empowered sovereign.


March has the feel of a deep inner change. Like the seed bursting through its shell, yet not above ground. Stretching into a new environment of the unknown, the unclear; yet supportive and nurturing in a new way – though certainly the change can be uncomfortable at times.

It’s a new safety, not quite as safe as the old. This is the price of Freedom.

Trust is built through the discernment of internal power. What is available to you in that state of change, imbalance and unknown?


Change is always good.


Imbalance is the dance of new balance.


Unknown is the space of discovery.




As you reach deeper into the earth, you support your higher culmination. As you reach deeper into the self, you strengthen and elevate your inner realm.


Within you is the power of Life. Life yields to your choice and your choice yields life. It is your Freedom of flow that allows growth. March will be offering a new balance of strength to sustain your flow.

In March, as Freedom reigns, look at what you reign in to feel safe.

Is it necessary? Maybe that answer is yes at times, maybe its no. Just observe and choose step by step.


March will ask you to define and refine what Freedom means to you. Where do you feel free, where do you feel limited? Freedom is subject to the Law of Resonance that determines our experience. But to keep expanding Freedom, you integrate limitation into a neutrality that opens you to new truth, a new freedom.


Have fun discovering more freedom hidden within limitation. The conditions of the physical realm support your elevation into more Freedom of unconditional Love. It’s subtle, its not as dense as the physical, and it resides within you. Freedom is within you, it’s within your subtle bridge (thoughts and emotions) that give you the clarity to connect with Life deeply. That creates. Your divine birthright.

Dear Ones,

Weathering the storms of life is a momentous undertaking.  You are navigating the River of your Life. Knowing that what may feel like a momentum of setbacks or loss is yet another choice in the flow of your life. Truly, all is progression.

Feeling disconcerted in this human time of multidimensionality has become the new normal. It is only confusing when you are trying to understand and figure out what is transpiring. Then it is as if you lose connection with the flow working in and through you. When you step out of the River of all Creation, it opens into streams of new territory that are often confusing.

Trying to manipulate life so it has more familiarity also leads you into the confusion of mass illusion. When life does not behave with the same impetus that feels familiar, there is no hope in pushing the river to change it back. It is more resourceful to find shelter in a small eddy in the flow of the river. When you can give yourself a little sanctuary, you have the freedom to come into greater interpretation of and harmony with your true soul expression. You may have the sensation of your molecules being rearranged. This is a phenomena that allows your nervous system to have a chance to feel more integrated with all the new pieces that came into being in the space leading up to confusion.

After a certain amount of quiet time where you connect to your heart, gather the fragments of faith, reclaim your intentions, and allow a sense of spaciousness to open the portals to new truth, puts you back into the flow of the river of your life.

The procedural differences that are starting to become more normal are the gifts that allow new reference points to open for you. Ultimately it all comes back to the love that awaits you in your heart. When you can rest back into the heart, more peace comes into being. You find a lovely level of equilibrium that was not present before. When the mind feels like its reference points have been lost, the heart is the receptor place that unfolds into wisdom…an alignment with a more expansive state of knowing.

Allow yourself to BE…Be confused, Be out of alignment, BE out of your comfort zones, Be willing to just let it BE. That momentum of Allowing opens the portals to a new expanded perception. Life begins to flow again.

And above all know that every moment is open to change, and no outcome can be predictable. When you release attachment to outcome in your mind, radical trust comes back to the forefront of awareness. All is from your surrender to a Higher Will than your own. Know you are being guided down the River of Life.   That truth sets you back into the space of Trust and Wellbeing where all is well. And so it is.

Matt Khan: December Energy Update As we continue to move through corridors of expanded awareness, it is always essential to be as patient and loving with yourself as possible. As awareness expands, it amplifies your sensory experiences on either side of the emotional scale. This means the moments that feel moving to your heart may trigger an overwhelm of inspiration. Equally so, the disturbing images and deeper truths being revealed on a social and political level may be affecting you more deeply than ever before. Whether you are experiencing profound waves of expansion or more agitation for the things in view, one of your most practical and powerful tools to help you through these shifts is your willingness to feel. When you feel your way through your experiences versus attempting to over analyze or predict your way from one moment to the next, you are allowing your human vessel to be the emotional processing center of your energy field — converting stagnant emotional densities into currents of higher consciousness. During these rather intense times, it is never wrong to feel your emotions, even if they overwhelm you to the point of happy or sad tears. Another aspect to this super vulnerable phase of transmutation is the collapsing of outdated 3D timelines. A timeline can be imagined as the very path you are walking on. While some perceive one path with many twists and turns, you are actually weaving in and out of various timelines on a daily basis. One could feel happiness and then wonder why it shifted suddenly to sadness (or vice versa) when, in fact, happiness was a part of one timeline with the shift into sadness representing the transition into a different parallel timeline. As way showers of a new consciousness, it is important to not label timelines as either rewards or punishments. Instead, what's occurring is merely the ingenious instincts of your inner transmutation process that knows which emotions to access, and what combination of sensation helps you process more emotional density into renewed frequencies of light. Your inner wisdom equally conspires to trigger specific feelings at the moment of specific outcomes to help you become aware of your inner judgments-- or the conclusions you draw by blaming others or yourself for what is the immaculate unfolding will of the universe in action. Whether you are aware of it or not, you are weaving in and out of various timelines, gathering all that you need to remember, revisit, feel, and process to transform inner emotional density into frequencies of light or waves of higher consciousness. These shifts are not something the ego may ever control, but are a role already occupied by your higher self and carried out through the actions of the ascended masters, angels, and spirit guides assigned to your journey. The collapsing of outdated 3D timelines means we, as the first wave of Ascension, are so focused on entering and integrating into 5D consciousness that the need to dip back in to lower 3D perceptions of experiences is becoming obsolete. For the soul, the dissolving of outdated timelines narrows your focus to propel you more directly into 5D reality. Meanwhile, for the ego, the stripping away of old timelines causes it to feel as if it has fewer options to choose from. Even if those options were the least helpful for your soul’s evolution, the ego always associates less options with more restriction. As an example, let's imagine you went to a restaurant that featured your favorite entree. Imagine going there so often that the staff stops giving you a menu because your order has become so predictably evident. Imagine your ego feeling limited by this experience, knowing it was going to order the same thing it always orders, but without the ability to reject other options, it feels less free. Again, with the utmost compassion and love for the ego letting go in you, what causes your ego to feel stifled, overwhelmed, or defensive is often the most fertile soil of transmutation through which your soul blossoms into being. As you continually choose options resonating in the light of self-responsibility, self-care, and self-love, you are no longer needing to metaphorically scan a menu of options when the 3D entrees no longer resonate and the restaurant staff already knows the dish you will choose. It is okay if this process of collapsing timelines leaves your ego feeling threatened with less options, or even mesmerized by the lack of attraction you might be experiencing toward the things that used to define your sense of comfort. You might find yourself craving healthier options to give your body less density to digestively process. If you tend to be ungrounded, you may also find yourself craving heavier foods with a greater awareness on how a back up in digestion directly affects your mood or emotional state. There might also be a mass exodus of characters leaving your reality, as each and every soul is being moved into the timeline of their ascension entry point. This also provides ample time to acknowledge, while people may come and go from your life, the love you are learning to offer yourself becomes the constant and consistent validation, nurturing, approval, and care that you can be be fueled by. As the outdated timelines collapse, you are individually and collectively shifting out of 3D co-dependent enmeshment and into a relationship of liberation, independence, sovereignty, and joy with Source energy. As your alignment with Source pulls you deeper into 5D consciousness, you will undoubtedly find yourself attracting more of your soul tribe into your life, where you can live a life of unity with your fellow human beings as well as with our beloved Mother Earth. As the outdated 3D timelines collapse, leaving your soul more aligned with truth and your ego with less options to bargain, negotiate or hide behind, a brand new reality represented by the year 2020 is ushered in simply by taking better care for yourself and loving the precious beauty of your own heart — more so now than ever before. As timelines dissolve, your awareness will become so honed and refined, you will be able to see the two basic trajectories of spiritual evolution. People who need more time incubating in unconsciousness will choose patterns of addiction over opportunities to spiritually align. If your time to awaken has dawned (and if you are reading this, it confirms the fact that your time has come), you will find yourself moving away from addictive patterns and more towards choices of greater spiritual alignment, no matter how much pleasure your ego derives from self-abusive and self-destructive cycles. In preparation for deeper entry into the higher timelines of unity consciousness occurring from December 12-21, these next 7 days create the perfect opportunity to: - Get the much needed rest your body-mind requires - Dare to ask for help instead of doing it all yourself - Make deliberately healthier choices on a more frequent basis - Ask the Universe to help you rid your life of addictive patterns - With gratitude, discard anything in your home that fuels patterns of addiction - Set powerful intentions for a new you to be birthed with no attachment to outcome - Make peace with your past by offering to yourself the mercy and forgiveness withheld by others No matter how anything looks or feels, this is the ascension and it is well under way. The power of Gratitude has been studied by scientists, who found that Gratitude is the key to more health and happiness in life. After all…

Gratitude is the Attitude that takes you into your heart.

During the Holidays, people often come into the spirit of Joy and Appreciation more than other times of the year. Others are challenged by their history as well as their current circumstances that make the holidays more difficult. Below are some suggestions to uplift your holidays.


Even though it may seem that your challenges are insurmountable, your willingness to give thanks lifts the frequencies and provides a container for new life to bloom within you.

As difficult as it may be to hear, all that you are experiencing now is a Divine Gift. Your body is the vehicle your soul has chosen to live on the Earth for the lessons you came to learn. Your appreciation creates an empowering link to your Soul’s Purpose and allows you to share your gifts in a greater way.


Because there is so much Divine Light flooding the Earth right now, new awareness is opening your mind and expanding your ability to live in harmony with your dreams. It is nearly Thanksgiving in the U.S. marking the official beginning of the holiday season. Know that in this unique time of the year there is an awakening in you of the spirit of Gratitude. It is the true essence of Thanksgiving. When you can immerse yourself in the flow of pure Gratitude, it catalyzes new abundance in every area of your life. Gratitude can provide an energetic containment field for your heart to open into.


It is a true gift for yourself when you live in Gratitude. The power of giving thanks can help to lift you above the appearance of disharmony so that a new life emerges within you opening doors to amazing possibilities you never imagined. Your deepest dreams are being awakened now and your heart is being offered an opportunity to create manifestation of these Soul’s longings. When you open to these desires that have the potential to fulfill you in massive ways, an energy begins to work in you that you have never experienced.

The creation of new attitudes of thanksgiving in your life attracts powerful streams of light-filled energy to bless all that is honored in this way. When a blessing of thanksgiving is made in any moment, it confers Divine energy upon the person who sends it, as well as the situation being blessed. In challenging times it may seem difficult to find something to feel grateful for. In spite of this, one way to create a positive change in your life is to give thanks for what you have now. You can even give thanks in advance for what you want to create. This allows a shift in your perceptions so that you begin to attract new beneficial energy into your life.


Gratitude is an attitude that can profoundly change your consciousness. When you live your life in thanksgiving, it can affect your being at a biological level, training your mind and body to live in a higher state of health and well-being.


When you find nothing else, you can give thanks for just being alive so your soul will evolve. It is a gift to be in a human body and your body is a miraculous instrument. Consider the fact that you have a heart within you that needs no conscious assistance on your part to continue beating. Remember that you don’t have to tell your digestive system to do its work.


All of these body parts are functioning in a wondrous Divine plan of perfection. When you turn your attention to these systems within your body, when you begin to give thanks for the incredible processes that continue 24 hours a day within you, they will function at a higher level. Your focus of attention with gratitude and blessings will bring more light and strength into your vital organs. For extra energy, consider filling these organs with a healing color such as pink or green, which brightens them with Divine Light. For fun you can then imagine a smile on a body part such as your liver or your heart. This will not only bless your organs, it will lighten your mind.

Your Body and Science

Dr. Emoto in Japan proved that beautiful crystalline structures were created when words of Peace and Love were placed on a glass filled with water. Imagine what grateful thoughts and words of kindness can do to your body with its high percentage of water content. Science has also proven that the cells of the body can become healthier when one has thoughts and beliefs that are positive. The subconscious mind hears all the words you say to yourself and interprets them as truth.


Athletes have used creative visualization as a powerful asset in their respective sports. Studies have shown that the mind makes very little differentiation between the act of physical practice and the mental visualization of a highly trained athlete. It is extremely valuable to remember this and apply it to your own bodies. The act of giving thanks for your wondrous, healthy, strong and flexible body can lead it to respond in positive ways that assist in creating new healthier cells. Your body contains a Divine Blueprint of perfection that can be called forward into present day experience. It begins with giving thanks for your body right now, just the way it is, and adding the ideas of what you would like to create within you.


When you give thanks for your mind that is clear and serene, for a brain that functions with balance and precision, and especially when you give thanks for the Divine Light continually empowering your thinking processes, there is a positive response within you. Your gratitude will bless your mind and allow it to function at a higher level of vibration. These simple acts not only change your mind, they inspire your emotions to respond with delight. Imagine the idea of delight, and the thought of this, sometimes less than familiar feeling, will spark a new level of inspiration in your being. Your imagination is an influential tool of empowerment, and it can be used for ill or for the good in your life.

Gratitude is the Attitude that will take you into your Heart

Consider the idea that your thoughts are like prayers reaching out into the Universal flow of life. When you use your thoughts consciously, they become prayers that shift your perspective so you can see a greater picture of what is actually going on in your life. Prayers of gratitude are very powerful, and stimulate an increased flow of spiritual energy into every situation. This force can create miraculous change for good in your life. It may take a little effort to find something to be grateful for when you are feeling down, but prayers of thanksgiving can help create a beautiful shift in your mind when you do so.


It is vitally important for your future to nurture compassion for yourself, the mistakes you made as you were learning about life, and forgiveness for the person you were in the past. Be grateful for all that you have learned and all that you are. This act is a good beginning for a peace filled and happy future. You can open new doors for tomorrow with your grateful thoughts today.


No matter how it feels, you are never alone. You are here on earth to remember your connection to the Spiritual Presence in your life. You are meant to live a happy, abundant life with deep fulfillment. In order to do this, it is necessary to step out of the challenges life presents and into the flow of God’s love, which will bring you more creative solutions. There is one place where you can always go to feel the power of Divine Love, and that is in your heart.


It does not matter if you see nothing in your life for which to feel grateful,  just the act of giving thanks opens a door in your heart that allows Divine Love in.


Here are some possibilities for prayers that may help you to lift your thoughts and connect your heart to the essence of Gratitude. You can choose one or more that resonate with you and use them as a spiritual practice for the day. Masters suggest 21 days of a practice to create a new habit within your brain.

This density wave that we are moving into being transmitted from the Galactic Center, is something that we have never experienced before, along with Cosmic cycles converging. This is shifting timelines, paradigms, dimensions and consciousness.


Some people may start feeling what is aligned, or not aligned, more and more strongly as our Higher/Larger-Dimensional Selves are guiding us through the language of desire. We become more selective, aware & precise with our attention & energy. We change our future by knowing exactly what we want or desire & don't want. Following your heart and innate spiritual guidance while remaining in compassion and integrity is most important. The more we embody God/Universal Spirit and develop deep love for ourselves, we treat everyone/everything else with love. Changes don't have to be dramatic, difficult, negative....there doesn't have to be blame, victim-ness, judgement, anger, resentment, guilt, shame, hurt, sadness, etc... there is always another way. The dramas that show up for some or within collective, are part of the release/dissolve of the past. The closer we get to the True core of our Being, there is no blame or victim roles. There's an awareness of being all aspects, the player of all parts, and the Creator of all experiences. The true knowing of being One. The Christ Mind over-riding the Carnal mind. Our concepts of ourselves and our concepts of others- shapes and/or interferes with our future... when we change our concept of ourselves, then theres a change in how we relate to our reality & others, giving you the opportunity to rearrange experiences and potential experiences. Pay close attention to what is distracting you from your path around this time. Don't allow yourself to get distracted by anyone, any being or anything.


Know that you are worthy💜 it doesn't matter who you think you are/were or what you've gone through/experienced...what you did or didn't do, you are ALWAYS Divine & Worthy💜 Every moment we have multiple outcomes and life paths we can choose... consciously & unconsciously.


We are energetically preparing for some big shifts & fields of potential that are opening up through these shifts that develop in our lives individually and collectively. Jupiter will be at the Galactic Center, and Venus will join as well. Both will be entering Capricorn for the December shifts. We're preparing for a massive 10 day portal that will be opening in the beginning part of December related to the Cosmic calendar (we are actually way ahead in "time" just most unaware of it) which is bringing in some much needed uplifting beautiful light/Galactic intelligence, prior to Solstice and the Jupiter- New Moon Solar Eclipse in Capricorn on December 26th... which feels more positive/uplifting- I'll talk about more in another video :)
