At the moment of 12:12 on the 12th day of the 12th month, the pure golden light of Christ Consciousness ignites the sacred vessel of your high heart with compassion and love.

Divine Love is an imprint pre-encoded for your awakening consciousness. If you could only see from the Angelic viewpoint, it would appear that humans are acting as lightning rods when they receive this immense download of Christed Light that anchors Unconditional Love into the Earth.

When your heart is open and there is a willingness to receive, the connection to your new thymus chakra becomes activated at the 12:12. This center receives Divinity and awakens Divine Love in the sacred chalice of your High Heart.

Although Christed Light is not a Christian teaching, the connection to the master Jesus is within the same light field that embodied his instructions to Love One Another. This golden light carries a pure download of Unconditional Love to uplift and support your time on Earth. You may also experience a softening in your heart that allows you to see the world from a greater place of Balance, bringing more Peace into every area of your life.

When there is no resistance, you can open to this Grace-filled presence and spark the Divinity in every cell of your being. You are encouraged to take 12 minutes at the 12:00 hour on the day of December 12 to invite the golden light of Christ Consciousness to enter into your heart.

Prepare the way with your prayers and intentions. Let your heart soar free. When this flame is ignited, you will never be the same as a chain reaction of Unconditional Love forges a template of Unity within the sacred vessel of your thymus chakra.

With every beat of your heart, this energy of Love will catalyze your cells to higher frequencies of Light. After the 12:12 empowerment, whenever you tune into your High Heart there will be a new awareness of Compassion within you for yourself and all humanity.

As the Light of the Transcendent Heart is released, previously untapped levels of wholeness open to accommodate the higher energy frequencies. Empowerment of your High Heart’s energy systems allows new freedom for you to anchor and integrate Divine Love into a world in need.

Light Up All Realms of Your Existence

When you reach beyond all sense of polarity, there is a place within you that embraces light and dark bringing all into Unity within your human form. The Transcendent Heart is one that expands to include the greatest level of Divine Light as well as the darkness that appears to exist in the world. Renewal of self-generating systems within your DNA that were a part of the original 12-strand blueprint are awakened and the new crystalline light body can break through the physical shell to change your world from the inside out.

Rejoice — and allow fields of Unconditional Love to awaken a New Vision within you for the Solstice empowerment on December 21 that opens into the new year. An enlightened mind and heart can birth a new ascended world. One person who is filled with Divine Love can make a tremendous difference in the world. Dear Ones,

Connecting to your heart’s wisdom can become the overlighting, empowered intention for your spiritual practice.

Most people want to have a deeper link to their intuition, as well as a bond with the Infinite Intelligence working within their lives and human form.

As with all manifestations of a deep desire, an expanded understanding of the motivation and Soul requirement behind your desires is helpful. Behind the necessity you feel for a deep abiding connection to your intuition, is your Soul’s enduring need for Wholeness.

When you have an experience of Wholeness within, you know that all parts of you are connected. There is no sense of separation. It’s as if each part of you is continually supporting all the other individual aspects of your being.

For instance, consider the elemental connection at the base of your spine to the grounded presence of the Earth that nourishes you. This aspect also may feel the impulses of your more intellectual nature, the part that knows which tasks are necessary to perform to fulfill your Soul’s highest reality. At the deepest core of your being, there is the Soul recognition that your physical body is a requirement for this lifetime’s growth, so you need to nourish it.

Wholeness also relies on the power of your heart and its deep connection to your Soul Purpose. There does not need to be a specific awareness about the expression of this purpose; you know that you have one. When the Soul impulses your body in its dance to learn, expand and grow, it is your heart that receives. You then know intuitively who to talk to, where to go and what to do from an innate sense of Guidance.

This strong impulse from your intuitive wisdom is stimulated when you place your hand on your heart. This action links the magnetic fields and the receptors in your energy system, so your experience becomes Connection, Alignment and Wholeness within.

You are moving beyond separation with your spiritual practice. This focus on your spirit stimulates the individual aspects of your energy system so they recognize their need to work in harmony with all the other parts of you — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

When you focus on your spirit, your heart is engaged. You become aligned to the guidance systems of the Soul — your deepest Alignment from Heaven to Earth responds. Working in harmony with all your energy systems, your heart is your link to Wholeness and Wisdom. The regenerative capacity of the magnetic field of the Torus around your heart continues whether you focus on it or not. There is an intrinsic connection in the fields that receive and support the Divine Light as it pours through you.

Because activated spiritual energy follows your thoughts, and blood follows this energy, it is your focused awareness of all the connections within you that can stimulate a greater sense of Wholeness and Wellbeing. Your focus of attention is literally activating higher frequencies in your body, bringing Light into every cell through the bloodstream. This is simply physics working in your personal life.

You are also bringing Wholeness into your value system by your spiritual practice. You have discovered how uncoordinated and disconnected you feel when the coherence within you is not activated. Once it is, you feel more open, able to receive intuition, more free and connected in your physical activities, and most of all, you feel Love. Wholeness is one result of Love in action within your human form

When all aspects of yourself are aligned in Wholeness, you radiate Love through every pore of your body. Your heart pumps activated blood through your being. Your empowered focus on your heart is creating the healing power of Love through its connection to the energy receptors throughout your body.

Even though it feels that you are very individuated in this process, you are not alone. You are protected by the Light that guides, inspires and empowers all aspects of your being in Holy Resonance with the Divine Presence that is forever resting in your heart, reflecting your Soul into the world.

You are profoundly loved, blessed and guided forever and ever. And so it is.

This Divine Empowerment comes with a deep level of hopefulness, and an all encompassing certainty that you are connected to your Spiritual Resources in a new way ~ one that provides a greater sense of wholeness.

Dear Ones,

When Change is your only constant, know that your Soul is on a voyage to fulfill its highest destiny. You can cooperate or resist the process, but it is inevitable.

Perhaps you are being asked to move and you don’t want to move to another home. Remember that whenever your Soul is activating a new life experience, you need to trust that you are ready for it — no matter how uncomfortable it feels.

Willingness is a key component for generating Ease and Grace in Transitions. Trusting in your inner guidance system allows you to be confident in each step along the way. Faith becomes Plan A as well as your Fallback Plan.

In the midst of huge change, your breath is key. When you are feeling stressed and low in energy, your breath will bring you new empowerment. Stopping to take several deep, long breaths throughout the day allows you to be more relaxed and energized.

Gaining strength in the world can be literally physical, so start working your muscles. You can gain stamina in your walks in nature. You can dance in your house or do exercises such as Chi Kung or Yoga that support your energy system. These activities help you become more optimistic, as well as happier in your body.

Gather your opportunities for greater connection to beauty, money, new people, and a life that fully supports you. These are opening to you now.

Send the roots from your base down below you for a deep Earth connection so you can ground the Light from Source. When Divine Light runs through your body, it recalibrates your energy system for new life awakening. Know that you are not the only one experiencing a massive new transition — all are being affected by changes on the planet.

Listen to the advice you give to others, and then do that for yourself. You have the Grace of God with you, and new worlds are opening. Be grateful. Life is responding to your prayers.

Take all the qualities that you love about where you are now, and project them with your prayer and intention so they will anchor in the destination that is unfolding. You are able to create your spacious, practical, supported realm wherever you are.

Make clear intentions for your destination. Create soft landings, with open doors welcoming you along the way. When you do this, Pure Love will be be your companion. You will never be alone, so you can make a practice of tuning into the spiritual resources that support you at all times.

Know that all is well. The Grace you have funded to this point will create a life of Abundant Beauty.

Never forget that you are loved. All your needs will be met with Grace and Ease. And so it is.

When we see the incredible differences in which people now live, it is a wonder there is agreement anywhere with anyone. There is a chasm between belief systems that seems impossible to cross.

And yet there is a yearning within our souls for connection, and at the core of our being a desire for harmony and peace to prevail on Earth. So much is said from each viewpoint with the same conviction behind the words, each believing they are right.

How can we ever bridge the gulf and create unity and peace? It seems that only a miracle of Divine proportions can make that happen.

That is where we come in. Before we were birthed into the planet, we had choices revealed to us. Our souls were advised and prepared with possible realities that could create the learning experiences necessary for the evolution of our soul’s highest destiny. We were given options for life at different times in the evolution of Earth’s consciousness as timelines were revealed. And we were offered the chance to be the change that brought necessary miracles to a world in need.

We all chose to be here now at this poignant time of the most potent change in history — when the Earth’s ability to sustain life is imperiled. It has been a rough process for new life to birth, and those who came many years ago were at the beginning of a new era. There were many obstacles, the biggest of which was human consciousness. There were no directions or clear markers to show the way, but our soul’s imperatives required us to continue to seek the path. It may have felt like a sharp machete was more valuable than a compass to get through the jungle of unconsciousness.

To birth the miracles necessary to make positive change happen? The way is now open. In fact, it is so open it can feel like viewing a vast spaciousness with no perimeters or boundaries. It is both awe-inspiring and frightening in its grandeur.

The strangeness of the landscape is balanced by the discovery of the hearts of people all over the world who have awakened into the Divine Light. Our hearts have become surprised and soothed by the loving compassion and understanding we encounter in the evolving souls who are appearing in our fields of awareness.

We are also comforted by scientific breakthroughs that point to new opportunities to take advantage of what is being revealed to us.  We are being shown our ability to recognize a vast open field that is available for us to seed, grow and nurture into something truly beautiful.

The true discovery is that we know how to do this. Our souls thrive in the Light of new awareness that brings a sense of belonging after a lifetime of alienation. It is time to nourish that ability and step into our roles as harbingers of a New Earth that can be created by the connecting links of higher frequencies.

The time has come for us to step into the roles we were born to play. We are gifted with the ability to now recognize that Divine Light is a malleable tool in the hands of those souls who have been prepared to create a new consciousness on the Earth.

Life is unfolding and there is momentum. Remember that it does not need to be as hard as it was earlier in this lifetime. We can now hold the frequencies for a greater field of awareness containing the qualities that create the change necessary to birth a new planetary reality.

It is the time to step into our roles as the Earth Keepers, transformational leaders, and the overseers of conscious evolution. The fields are so open now that it is necessary for us to be alert and aware of what is possible. And the answer to that is — Anything!

You are being invited by the Presence of the Divine to create a new reality fueled with Beauty, Love, Harmony and the Peace you always wanted to experience. These are pure desires of your Soul and they are valid.

To have your desires manifest, it is necessary to stop believing that these exalted realities cannot be experienced. When you call for a greater truth for your life, do not allow yourself to sink under the weight of what is appearing as an unsustainable reality for life on the planet. Do not succumb to the chaos and destruction that appears real as the old structures collapse. What you are seeing is an overlay for the rich fertile soil that is waiting to burst into fruition.

Know that there can be an economy and a health-care system that works for everyone to promote wellbeing. Hold to the possibility that the Divine Masculine energy can support men to protect and care for others rather than destroy. Know that the Divine Feminine energy is refining our energy systems so we can be co-creators for a foundation of wholeness and balance in the world.

We came to hold the vision of this New Earth reality and seed the way for the Infinite Potential that awaits all humanity in the quantum field. It is time for the pure expression of our Soul’s Highest Reality.

There is support for you that has never been available. There is a community of awakened souls who share your vision and want to work with you in this expanded creation. All the resources required are also here and available.

We can block this opportunity with our beliefs that these ideas are not possible, or we can turn our attention to the creation of new life at this Altar of Pure Potential. The choice is yours.

See a new reality base that holds Compassion, Acceptance of differences, Loving Kindness, Equality, Abundant Resources, Beauty, Harmony, Inner Peace, and Wellbeing. As you do, you are seeding the quantum fields of pure potential. We came for this. Your time is now. And so it is.

The extensive eclipse portal we are currently experiencing has accelerated the ascension and awakening of all humanity. No matter how it feels, there are great blessings inherent in the fields of Light that accompany the flow of energy throughout the eclipses.

God’s presence is within all, empowering your body’s energy systems to be able to expand so you can hold these higher frequencies of Light.

This Light pouring down on the planet is filled with God’s Grace. Being aware of the activities within the Light working in your life is a soothing balm in the midst of chaos and suffering.

In this time you are creating your new life from the inside out. You are making choices based on how your heart responds and you are allowing your greatest dreams for life on Earth to guide you.

You are setting the tone for the new normal you want to experience. Lifetimes and time lines are falling away as new codes and information uplift the frequencies. Radical shifts in consciousness are becoming normal as the eclipse energies and mass awakening disrupts life on Earth.

The more you can find your heart center and tune into the Earth rhythms, the more balanced you will feel. In order for the mass awakening to occur, disruption of life as it was must take precedence.  Staying neutral during this process will assist its ability for smooth transition, and allow your energy system to stay in equanimity.

The changes to bring a new form of life with more harmony and grace is so obvious that no one can deny it. The momentum is like a massive river of evolution. It is Divinely inspired. There is no way a human can push the river into a small rivulet that slightly resembles the way things used to be. Instead, the torrent of energy within the River of Ascending Frequencies will wipe out all attempts to limit and contain a mighty flow that catalyses life on Earth into new channels of well-being and evolution.

Know that the changes you are experiencing lead to benevolent outcomes. When you can learn how to surrender to change, recognizing it is good, it will feel more peaceful. Resistance causes pain and is futile. Your focus of attention on the possibilities of new levels of freedom and wellbeing will lead the flow of your life into directions that can support you in a new way.

As you do this, prepare to be amazed, because God’s plan is more exalted than you imagine. The chaos is only the dismantling of the outdated status quo. When you can stay neutral in the present moment, knowing you are being guided by a love that never ends, your intuition will be available to you in every moment.

You are being called to demonstrate your ability to lead from example. You are a Wayshower. When you can stay in your heart, are grounded in the principles of Loving Kindness and Compassion, then the powerful light of Wellbeing fills you. You become a radiant light that shines out to catalyze awakening and bless the world.

As millions of awakened souls shine their heart’s light into the world, the new life that is birthing provides space for Love, Peace and Harmony. Through your radiance, you become a blessing. And so it is.

Dear Ones,


We are in a time of expanded Light frequencies. The power of keen perception is available to all who ask. What you require now is to relax into the Light and allow it to complete the rewiring process. Deepening the breath is a key ingredient in opening and expanding in the new light frequencies. When your energy field contracts your body interprets the constriction as fear. With a breath, it becomes excitement and your energy field becomes more expansive.


Recognize also that many people are experiencing the same level of ascension symptoms. Do your best to not take it so personally. Remember that this is a mass awakening process and your awareness of the extreme quality of your spiritual evolution helps to clear any discord for all humanity. There is a divine correlation between your ability to expand your perspective to allow new frequencies to work through your being and that same awakening consciousness in all of humanity. What you are experiencing and letting go of is assisting the awakening of all beings on the planet. You have been in a constant state of upgrade and a rewiring process this past year.


Throughout time there have been moments when the Supreme Consciousness is impulsing new light frequencies for the awakening of humanity. You saw it in the periods of history such as the renaissance and the industrial age. This time however is without precedence. You have stepped foot into the River of All Creation. Whatever you need is available with Grace and Ease. It is a matter of focusing of Divine Light and anchoring your visions on Earth.


When you can learn to ground these new frequencies, and allow the accelerated energy to flow freely through your body, your life will feel more elevated and free. Use this time wisely.


Consider the practice of giving love to all the parts of yourself that are suffering, questioning or in pain. As you give more love to yourself on a daily basis, an ease begins to permeate your life. New levels of consciousness explode through your being as well as within all humanity.


Change is the constant expression of this time. The acceleration you are experiencing is the awakening of new life on the planet. When you know that your spiritual evolution is creating the changes within and around you, it helps to relax the questioning mind. Change is only uncomfortable when you are holding on to old patterns.


Change is exhilarating when you can relax and expand with the new frequencies. It may be unknown territory but the new life opening in your energy field will delight you in its magical qualities of synchronicity and freedom.


Activation of Light is an inside job. Your perception of the world is clearly a vehicle of Light. Have you been looking through a glass darkly? Whatever you see is colored by your perception and attributes. From profound realization to discouragement in the face of discordant information, all that you see is through the lens of your thoughts and attitudes.


Your alignment with Source changes your reality and how you perceive. The amount of Light you bring into your mind changes your reality. Your connection to your heart assists you in seeing more clearly, and with expanded awareness.


Through all life there are moments in time when all that can be seen is limited by how we look at the situations around you. Know you can illuminate the darkness with your presence of Truth and Love.


Allow yourself to receive from higher levels of expanded Light and awareness. Use the spiritual tools you have been given to support yourself through this process. And learn to trust yourself in a whole new way.


You are being held in Wings of Pure Light and led through this time by the power of Love that never ends. Rejoice in the knowing that you are a part of a grand momentum of Light that will transform the world as you have known it. The creation of new life awakening is happening within and around you. You will be able to use these powerful new frequencies of Light more and more to create the life you desire. Your clear intentions are holding the planetary consciousness in new expansive states of awareness.


Open to receive Divine Light. Allow Light to flow through you and anchor into the Earth. Let Light fill and surround you. Bring Light into your heart and radiate your Light into the world. Truly know that all is well. And so it is.

Every time you purposely offer your breath into your heart it is a divine opening to Archangel Raphael and the legions of healing angels. Simply breathing into your heart purposefully is an action that awakens this connection.


Whenever you are moved to tears by sweetness or beauty in your world, it is an opening into the realm of Archangel Raphael. Whenever your heart is in pain from the suffering of the world it is an opening into the realms of Archangel Raphael.


Whenever you touch your heart and breathe into this center you are connected to the realms of Archangel Raphael.


Call on this blessing to help you see new levels of Truth. Open to Love in all that you do and say. Allow yourself to soften so you can just BE love. Be the Breath. Be the Hope. Be the connection. Be the Love.


With these simple truths let a new level of opening come to you that exposes your vulnerable heart, and allows the strength of Divine Love to empower you. There is no more powerful force in the Universe than Divine Love. As you strengthen your connection to your Heart Chakra, it acts as a radiant self-generating force that gets stronger with use.


Remember the area behind your heart as well. Let this part of your body also feel the force of Divine Love empowering your life. The area behind your heart has developed an armor to protect you from the fearful imaginings of your most innocent child self. The part of you that acts as a guardian for your soul’s essence has covered this area with a field that was intended to protect your heart from attacks on many levels. As you take down the armor and let the Breath of God bring healing into that area, more of life can support you. It allows an opening for the attraction of the people and energetic flow that activates Divine Grace. Imagine this armor behind your heart and allow it to soften into a magical angelic cape that you can wrap around you to bring comfort. The realization that you are truly not alone works in your consciousness further softening your heart. As you take down this armor it will empower your life in surprising ways. You will know truly deep within your heart that you are always wrapped in Wings of Pure Love.


When you allow yourself to soften you can bring an open heart into every situation. This changes the frequencies so much that you can literally transform the situation into a greater opportunity for your soul to work in and through every area of your life. The second chakra, the Sacral Center, or Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is our feeling, receiving and creative center. It is located just below your navel and encourages a sense of Alignment within the core of your being. This Alignment creates a bridge between Heaven and Earth, allowing you to access your Highest Soul’s Wisdom as well as the nourishment and connection of the Earth.


In this center, you are bringing into alignment the polarities you see around you, allowing you to bring forth Creative Solutions that defy logic. In a polarized world, there appears to be many options, most out of harmony with Peace. But in a Creative Solution, the disparity is replaced with new opportunities. When polarities are unified, consciousness is lifted, and high-vibration solutions become prevalent in your field of expanding perceptions. It is as if a new color revealed itself in the painting of your life. We see black and white, but what if there is a third option?


When Creative Solutions abound, it is the stuff of miracles. Suddenly your life unfolds in a new direction, offering a path that allows you to serve in greater ways in the world. Connection to your second chakra brings you into a place of balance. As Unity Consciousness enters your field, there is greater Peace within you and a new sense of Harmony. At the heart of all desires is the powerful calling for Well-being.

Is there an area of your life that lacks Well-being? Perhaps it has to do with finances or health. These are the issues of a weak Base Chakra, which lies at the base of your spine.


Each of the individual energy centers, called Chakras in the yogic traditions, has a purpose for your life. When they are not being met, you experience a lack of Well-being.


Well-being is a reality that provides for all your needs to be met with Grace and Ease. This is the foundation for a happy life. If you are feeling left out of the flow of Divine Energy, there is an opening that allows you to bring back a sense of alignment within.


A balanced chakra system allows for you to find and experience the benefits of a beautiful physical life, emotional and mental equanimity, and deep spiritual connection with the generous resources available to you. When you have a clear sense of a secure base of operation in the foundation of your life, there is a powerful presence of Well-being within you. This attracts more of what you need into your life, such as greater abundance and health with clear guidance on your path. You feel more supported and connected. Your life demonstrates an abundant flow of the living light of Well-being.

Archangel Sandalphon

Represented in the base chakra is Archangel Sandalphon, one of the most accessible of the Archangels. Sandalphon is said to be the Soul of the Earth, providing nourishment to those who feel empty. He is so expansive that he can hold the Earth in the palm of his hand. Yet he has the capacity to provide you with an individual sense of being loved and supported, cared for deeply.


You can relax into the Wings of Love Archangel Sandalphon provides. It is a deeply satisfying sense of allowing yourself to be supported in the river of life. When you do this, you are bringing a higher frequency of Love, Compassion and a caring vibration into your foundation for life, by empowering your base chakra.


This empowerment greatly strengthens your sense of Well-being. When high frequencies of Light stimulate each of your chakras, all that does not resonate is lifted into the Light for healing.


Each chakra has its own power and place in the structure of your life. We are speaking today of merging. Merging means to be fully immersed in the Light of the Universal Presence, aligned with your most essential self, embracing and welcoming the Creative Force into your Earthly body This process leads to Wholeness and a full integration as you become the Divine Human active in the world.

There are aspects of this merging process that are being reflected upon your Earth now. You are seeing conflagration of vast tracks of forest land. These massive fires are larger than have ever been seen by humankind. But what is also going on in this process is not just the scorching of the Earth and the devastation of life and property, there are clear analogies available between the transformative process you are experiencing, and the ancient process of Balance within Nature.

For eons, the environment has depended upon the wildfires to clear away the old and non-essential within the forest freeing the natural life forms to thrive in their habitats. We liken this to your relinquishment of old thoughts and attitudes, which can be seen as the invasive species of mass consciousness.

Just as the heat of the fire is the catalyst necessary for seeds to be released to create new life in the forest, the heat of your transformation is raising your frequencies enabling you to expand your awareness, and let go of all that no longer serves you.  In order to grow into the crystalline form of your light body, the fires of transformation clear away the extraneous releasing the old patterns that are not evolving in order for new forms to birth within you.

The trees have been teaching you for many years now with their clear demonstrations of alignment and photosynthesis. You are using Light as food and nourishment for the creation of your subtle light bodies. The nourishment the tree roots are receiving is naturally raised up the ascending currents within the trunk. In the same way the ascending currents within the spiritual core of your being are raising your spiritual energy from the base of your spine and also bringing the feminine nourishment from within the Earth up into your heart.

The tree attracts and feeds upon the sun light absorbing Light into its needles or leaves and bringing that powerful energy into the the full body of the tree with the natural descending current. The ancient yogis have spoken of this natural current as your connection to the Light of Infinite Intelligence that descends through your energy system so you can integrate divinity into your human form.

Trees become the ultimate demonstration of the alignment and merging of Heaven and Earth through a living being. You have been diligently integrating your Universal Selves and your earthly human selves. Through this you are activating the crystalline body that will allow you to use the new frequencies as a transformative tool within your lives.

Through all of this activity, you are setting into motion the evolutionary process of fully manifesting as the Divine Human, one who is able to live from higher dimensional awareness while in physical form. You do not need to leave your body to ascend into higher consciousness.

As you go through the fires of evolutionary chaos, know you are a catalyst for the birthing of a new form of humanity, one that lives in harmony with Nature and is able to rise above the destruction so that new life abounds in full creative expression on the Earth and within your own life.

Allow yourself to be grateful that you are conscious of this blessing. You are transmuting the old to create the new.

Dear Ones,

Weathering the storms of life is a momentous undertaking.  You are navigating the River of your Life. Knowing that what may feel like a momentum of setbacks or loss is yet another choice in the flow of your life. Truly, all is progression.

Feeling disconcerted in this human time of multidimensionality has become the new normal. It is only confusing when you are trying to understand and figure out what is transpiring. Then it is as if you lose connection with the flow working in and through you. When you step out of the River of all Creation, it opens into streams of new territory that are often confusing.

Trying to manipulate life so it has more familiarity also leads you into the confusion of mass illusion. When life does not behave with the same impetus that feels familiar, there is no hope in pushing the river to change it back. It is more resourceful to find shelter in a small eddy in the flow of the river. When you can give yourself a little sanctuary, you have the freedom to come into greater interpretation of and harmony with your true soul expression. You may have the sensation of your molecules being rearranged. This is a phenomena that allows your nervous system to have a chance to feel more integrated with all the new pieces that came into being in the space leading up to confusion.

After a certain amount of quiet time where you connect to your heart, gather the fragments of faith, reclaim your intentions, and allow a sense of spaciousness to open the portals to new truth, puts you back into the flow of the river of your life.

The procedural differences that are starting to become more normal are the gifts that allow new reference points to open for you. Ultimately it all comes back to the love that awaits you in your heart. When you can rest back into the heart, more peace comes into being. You find a lovely level of equilibrium that was not present before. When the mind feels like its reference points have been lost, the heart is the receptor place that unfolds into wisdom…an alignment with a more expansive state of knowing.

Allow yourself to BE…Be confused, Be out of alignment, BE out of your comfort zones, Be willing to just let it BE. That momentum of Allowing opens the portals to a new expanded perception. Life begins to flow again.

And above all know that every moment is open to change, and no outcome can be predictable. When you release attachment to outcome in your mind, radical trust comes back to the forefront of awareness. All is from your surrender to a Higher Will than your own. Know you are being guided down the River of Life.   That truth sets you back into the space of Trust and Wellbeing where all is well. And so it is.

To You Beings of the Sacred Heart ~


At the moment of 12:12 on the 12th day of the 12th month, the pure golden light of Christ Consciousness ignites the sacred vessel of your high heart with compassion and love.


Unconditional Love is an imprint pre-encoded for your awakening consciousness. If you could only see from the Angelic viewpoint, it would appear that humans are acting as lightning rods when they receive this immense download of Christed Light that anchors this power of Divine Love into the Earth.


When your heart is open and there is a willingness to receive, the connection to your new thymus chakra becomes activated at the 12:12. This center receives divinity and awakens Divine Love in the sacred chalice of your High Heart. This empowerment becomes anchored in your body to accelerate your evolutionary process on the Solstice 12:21.


Although Christed Light is not a Christian teaching, the connection to the master Jesus is within the same expansive light field that embodied his instructions to Love One Another. This golden light carries a pure download of Unconditional Love to uplift and support your time on Earth. You may also experience a softening in your heart that allows you to see the world from a greater place of Balance, bringing more Peace into every area of your life.


When there is no resistance, you can open to this Grace-filled presence and spark the Divinity in every cell of your being. You are encouraged to take 12 minutes at the 12:00 hour on the day of December 12 to invite the golden light of Christ Consciousness to enter into your heart.


Prepare the way with your prayers and intentions. Let your heart soar free. When this flame is ignited, you will never be the same as a chain reaction of Unconditional Love forges a template of Unity within the sacred vessel of your thymus chakra.


With every beat of your heart, this energy of Love will catalyze your cells to higher frequencies of Light. After the 12:12 empowerment, whenever you tune into your High Heart there will be a new awareness of Compassion within you for yourself and all humanity.


As the Light of the Transcendent Heart is released, previously untapped levels of wholeness open to accommodate the higher energy frequencies. Empowerment of your High Heart’s energy systems allows new freedom for you to anchor and integrate Divine Love into a world in need.

Light Up All Realms of Your Existence

When you reach beyond all sense of polarity, there is a place within you that embraces light and dark bringing all into Unity within your human form. Renewal of self-generating systems within your DNA that were a part of the original 12-strand blueprint are awakened and the new crystalline light body can break through the physical shell to change your world from the inside out.


Rejoice — and allow fields of Unconditional Love to awaken a New Vision within you for the Solstice empowerment that opens into the new year. An enlightened mind and heart can birth a new ascended world. One person who is filled with Divine Love can make a tremendous difference in the world. Gratitude is the Attitude that takes you into your heart.

During the Holidays, people often come into the spirit of Joy and Appreciation more than other times of the year. Others are challenged by their history as well as their current circumstances that make the holidays more difficult. Below are some suggestions to uplift your holidays.


Even though it may seem that your challenges are insurmountable, your willingness to give thanks lifts the frequencies and provides a container for new life to bloom within you.

As difficult as it may be to hear, all that you are experiencing now is a Divine Gift. Your body is the vehicle your soul has chosen to live on the Earth for the lessons you came to learn. It is nearly Thanksgiving in the U.S. marking the official beginning of the holiday season. Know that in this unique time of the year there is an awakening in you of the spirit of Gratitude. It is the true essence of Thanksgiving. When you can immerse yourself in the flow of pure Gratitude, it catalyzes new abundance in every area of your life. Gratitude can provide an energetic containment field for your heart to open into.


It is a true gift for yourself when you live in Gratitude. The power of giving thanks can help to lift you above the appearance of disharmony so that a new life emerges within you opening doors to amazing possibilities you never imagined. Your deepest dreams are being awakened now and your heart is being offered an opportunity to create manifestation of these Soul’s longings. When you open to these desires that have the potential to fulfill you in massive ways, an energy begins to work in you that you have never experienced.

The creation of new attitudes of thanksgiving in your life attracts powerful streams of light-filled energy to bless all that is honored in this way. In challenging times it may seem difficult to find something to feel grateful for. In spite of this, one way to create a positive change in your life is to give thanks for what you have now. You can even give thanks in advance for what you want to create. This allows a shift in your perceptions so that you begin to attract new beneficial energy into your life.


Gratitude is an attitude that can profoundly change your consciousness. When you live your life in thanksgiving, it can affect your being at a biological level, training your mind and body to live in a higher state of health and well-being.


When you find nothing else, you can give thanks for just being alive so your soul will evolve. It is a gift to be in a human body and your body is a miraculous instrument. Consider the fact that you have a heart within you that needs no conscious assistance on your part to continue beating. Remember that you don’t have to tell your digestive system to do its work.


All of these body parts are functioning in a wondrous Divine plan of perfection. When you turn your attention to these systems within your body, when you begin to give thanks for the incredible processes that continue 24 hours a day within you, they will function at a higher level. Your focus of attention with gratitude and blessings will bring more light and strength into your vital organs. For extra energy, consider filling these organs with a healing color such as pink or green, which brightens them with Divine Light. For fun you can then imagine a smile on a body part such as your liver or your heart. This will not only bless your organs, it will lighten your mind.

Dr. Emoto in Japan proved that beautiful crystalline structures were created when words of Peace and Love were placed on a glass filled with water. Imagine what grateful thoughts and words of kindness can do to your body with its high percentage of water content. Science has also proven that the cells of the body can become healthier when one has thoughts and beliefs that are positive. The subconscious mind hears all the words you say to yourself and interprets them as truth.

Your gratitude will bless your mind and allow it to function at a higher level of vibration. These simple acts not only change your mind, they inspire your emotions to respond with delight. Imagine the idea of delight, and the thought of this, sometimes less than familiar feeling, will spark a new level of inspiration in your being. Your imagination is an influential tool of empowerment, and it can be used for ill or for the good in your life.

Gratitude is the Attitude that will take you into your Heart

Consider the idea that your thoughts are like prayers reaching out into the Universal flow of life. When you use your thoughts consciously, they become prayers that shift your perspective so you can see a greater picture of what is actually going on in your life. Prayers of gratitude are very powerful, and stimulate an increased flow of spiritual energy into every situation. This force can create miraculous change for good in your life. It may take a little effort to find something to be grateful for when you are feeling down, but prayers of thanksgiving can help create a beautiful shift in your mind when you do so.


It is vitally important for your future to nurture compassion for yourself, the mistakes you made as you were learning about life, and forgiveness for the person you were in the past. Be grateful for all that you have learned and all that you are. This act is a good beginning for a peace filled and happy future. No matter how it feels, you are never alone. You are here on earth to remember your connection to the Spiritual Presence in your life. You are meant to live a happy, abundant life with deep fulfillment. In order to do this, it is necessary to step out of the challenges life presents and into the flow of God’s love, which will bring you more creative solutions. There is one place where you can always go to feel the power of Divine Love, and that is in your heart.


It does not matter if you see nothing in your life for which to feel grateful,  just the act of giving thanks opens a door in your heart that allows Divine Love in.

I AM grateful for the Beauty and Power of the living Earth that sustains all life and blesses all who are fortunate to live in this beautiful world. I give thanks that all beings are awakening to these gifts.Thank you for this day. Help me to see the blessings in my life, and learn the lessons given to me to learn. Thank you for my amazing body that is strong and flexible, and for the organs within it that are functioning with perfection. Bless each cell and fiber of my being so that it is filled with your Divine Light.


Thank you for the forgiveness growing in my heart and the compassion within me for the person I am right now. Help me to also have compassion and understanding for others as they walk their own path in life.


I AM thankful for the new awakenings of Love and Abundance all over the world in the hearts of each person embodied at this time. Thank you for helping me to live my life in Harmony and Well Being, and to be a radiant light for Divine Love in the world.
