Dear Ones,

When Change is your only constant, know that your Soul is on a voyage to fulfill its highest destiny. You can cooperate or resist the process, but it is inevitable.

Perhaps you are being asked to move and you don’t want to move to another home. Remember that whenever your Soul is activating a new life experience, you need to trust that you are ready for it — no matter how uncomfortable it feels.

Willingness is a key component for generating Ease and Grace in Transitions. Trusting in your inner guidance system allows you to be confident in each step along the way. Faith becomes Plan A as well as your Fallback Plan.

In the midst of huge change, your breath is key. When you are feeling stressed and low in energy, your breath will bring you new empowerment. Stopping to take several deep, long breaths throughout the day allows you to be more relaxed and energized.

Gaining strength in the world can be literally physical, so start working your muscles. You can gain stamina in your walks in nature. You can dance in your house or do exercises such as Chi Kung or Yoga that support your energy system. These activities help you become more optimistic, as well as happier in your body.

Gather your opportunities for greater connection to beauty, money, new people, and a life that fully supports you. These are opening to you now.

Send the roots from your base down below you for a deep Earth connection so you can ground the Light from Source. When Divine Light runs through your body, it recalibrates your energy system for new life awakening. Know that you are not the only one experiencing a massive new transition — all are being affected by changes on the planet.

Listen to the advice you give to others, and then do that for yourself. You have the Grace of God with you, and new worlds are opening. Be grateful. Life is responding to your prayers.

Take all the qualities that you love about where you are now, and project them with your prayer and intention so they will anchor in the destination that is unfolding. You are able to create your spacious, practical, supported realm wherever you are.

Make clear intentions for your destination. Create soft landings, with open doors welcoming you along the way. When you do this, Pure Love will be be your companion. You will never be alone, so you can make a practice of tuning into the spiritual resources that support you at all times.

Know that all is well. The Grace you have funded to this point will create a life of Abundant Beauty.

Never forget that you are loved. All your needs will be met with Grace and Ease. And so it is.

This energy triggers your idealistic, altruistic inclinations, but remember that help has to be invited. But if you have the energy to share & to spare, then dedicate your Self to something greater than you. Choose a cause to support or help those less fortunate for the sheer pleasure of giving. If your energy is low at this time, it is better directed inward. If you can, take some extra time in intentional solitude, praying, meditating and connecting to Spirit this week, you will be rewarded with deep revelations & mystical discoveries within you. It's a great time to do divinations, ritual or ceremony if you're into that. Your intuition is heightened also, so pay attention to any 'messages' that come through or to you. Try to use this energy to reflect on where you are and dream a little about where you want to be, mentally, spiritually and physically in 6-months to a year from now.


11/8 – Jupiter in SCORPIO *trines* North Node in CANCER:

More Light downloads?! Yep! This Light influx goes deep into Gaia; into Her heart actually; and this affects all living within Her, including ourselves of course. With more Light, there is more Awareness of old patterns to let go of as well as a heightened version of who we are. Drama intensifies as it is loosening its grip. You see, when something is about to transform, it gets really strong and in your face. Wave good-bye and don't engage in the drama, lest you activate it more. Stay strong!

If you have been having memories of your past, realize this is a clearing. Be reminded that with every clearing, you also clear your ancestry (lineage) as well as your ancestors. This is quite freeing for you and them. Also know that it's safe for you to share your gifts openly when it wasn't so nice in the past; whether you were killed, ridiculed or persecuted, that all is cleared. You can share now without fear of reprisal. If it seems you've been waiting awhile to see how to show your gifts, all comes when you are ready...in Divine Time. Wait till something truly resonates without the urge to “just do something.” Separate ego wants doing; Soul wants being. Be still and patient. Meanwhile, continue to Be and continue to let go of anything that is not Love (Source). Express and experience yourself more than where you live, what you do and what you look like. You are much more than any description you have of yourself.

When you are truly an awakened one, you accept Divine Love wholly and completely; you are One with and as Source; therefore, you hear your Soul Song clearly. You are aware of opportunities, rather than seeing only challenges. Awakening is not one big event; nothing happens like that. Awakening is a continuous flow, as is everything. With Awakening, you become more and more authentic. There is no need to hide who you are or mask your true identity. When you are fully awake and authentic, it becomes a part of you, like breathing.

We are in the middle of eclipses, so there is an Opportunity to be more. The Solar Eclipse of earlier this month brought up many old emotions. As emotions arise in you or others, step away and breathe. How you react creates more of the same. If you respond, you flow with the energy rather than against it and this also creates more of the same. There may be lots of physical adjustments, so you may be more Light. Observe your body changes. I had a funny thought this morning as I lay in bed somewhere between full wakefulness and sleep. What if we are changing into an animal? What if we are fully merging with our Totem? My Totem is Raven. Am I sprouting wings? Can I fly? Can I purr like Raven does at times? Of course! What Totem are you merging with and as? What are you learning? What gifts is your Totem showing you that are a part of who you are?

As this next Eclipse comes (we're in its energy now), how is your body changing? We continue to let go of ancesteral lineage and old guilts created by unaware actions of our past. There may be some returning or new phenomena. For me, I experience rashes, dry skin, some strange headaches, dizziness and many other things that I have been experiencing for years and some new ones as well. All is in Divine Order.If you experience illness, this may be due to an adherence to the old (resistance). There are many endings as well as new beginnings. These new and old cycles reveal themselves individually. Only you know what it means for you. Pay attention to your sacred sight, sacred hearing, sacred knowing and sacred feeling, as these are being upgraded and will continue to do so. Gaia is releasing as you are; you not only feel this, you know it, see it and hear it. Be a strong lighthouse. This is standing in your Power, knowing that you give off Light to help. You are becoming stronger in your Authenticity and Light. It continues to help you evolve in pure consciousness. You are Christed; you have everything within you. It sits dormant, waiting for you to know it and be it.

Love and accept yourself, as you do with all other life forms. As one wise woman once said, “They go low, you go high.” It does not matter how another chooses to be; always be Love and remember that there is no real separation between you and others. There are just different degrees of Awakening. Be gentle with yourself when it seems your old self emerges from time to time. Honor who you were, who you are and who you're becoming. It is so easy to go back to who you were and seemingly challenging to fully be who you are now. The New takes Commitment and ongoing Awareness. The old is easy to slip back into, because it's what we have known. Yet the more you accentuate the New as you, the easier it becomes to be in the New; then it's all you know; as simple and easy as breathing. Ease.

Let all of your past go so you don't continuously repeat it. Some issues and people clear automatically. Don't rush back to save or fix it. Let it go, whether it is people, things or attitudes. You need not perceive it as loss; it simply is Soul's way of clearing you so you may evolve and be more Love/Light. We need not fix anything; just let it be. Once you are clear of the old, much is also cleared in your life. Opportunities show up, you intuit new directions and that which is to be in your life remains or returns...or not. Trust Divine Order. Does that feel freeing?

There is no need to be confused or lost. If you are guided by your Intuition to take a step in a particular direction, do so. If not, it's not yet time. Do only that which is of the Heart; of Intuition. It comes in spurts at times and if it's from Soul, it will not let go till you take an action step. Feel first and then act. Often you may simply observe yourself taking a step without thought. This is great! There is no thinking or analyzing involved when you act from the Heart. The Heart needs no explanation or “why;” it simply is.

As we are infused by this huge Light, we may feel very complacent with barely any energy; however, we are expanding mentally, spiritually and physically and are extremely sensitive to all in our environment...the dog barking seems louder and any noise seems intolerable and so it goes. There is nothing to be concerned about; we are simply vibrating higher in much higher dimensions, while in our 3D bodies. What is great about nuisances is that they bring us right into the moment. It's all orchestrated by Source. Cool, huh? We get to choose our state of being. We can discard and ignore upgrades and downloads and remain small or we can open up and invite it all in. We can be grateful or resistant. We have Free Will...always. Know as you move through the 3D world, you move with Awareness. Our Lightbodies are activated and as we truly know this, we disengage from the old, controlling matrix, because we know who we are.

We are transitioning to a more expansive consciousness. This affects our world and beyond as well. We are building the New step by step. Stay in your lane, focused. Are you in the fast lane or the slow lane? It doesn't matter at all. All lanes go forward not backward. We may shift lanes at times, yet we all arrive. Ooops! Did you get stopped for going too fast or slow? No worries; adjust your speed; any warning/message is to help you be congruent with your Soul.

Being in the Lunar Eclipse is like surfing the biggest wave ever. As you ride the wave, stay centered, be open and know you are not only Love; you are loved!

Mars moves to 29 Cancer today, making powerful aspects with Chiron and Uranus.  Let's break it down:

1 - MARS TRINE CHIRON - Mars (energy, anger/depression, impetus) trine (support) Chiron (wounding, healing, and teaching/inner child) = energetics that support healing and learning.  Mars and Chiron are in water signs, so emotions will be running high.  Mars is located at the degree of "a Greek muse weighing newborn twins in golden scales," and Chiron is located at the degree of "light breaking through into many colors as it passes through a prism."  Separation or division may come from the combination of these two energies.  We rise above attempts to divide and conquer us.  We no longer weep; we reap.  What else do these symbols say to you?

2 - MARS SQUARE URANUS - Mars (energy, anger/depression, impetus) square (change) Uranus (sudden revelations, changes, shocks, surprises, saved by rejection) = abundance of energy for dramatic changes and strong potential for upset.  This aspect is big, which makes today big.  Big mojo!  Take special precaution when driving, out on water, and using fire (as in candles).  Think twice before you speak.  Remember, with Uranus, whatever happens is happening to put things into better alignment.  This is Uranus' specialty.  It often has a way of saving us.  If we have been unable to do something that serves our grander development, Uranus will put it in action for us.  It is indifferent to its unsettling effects.  With Uranus, a silver lining of something we perceive as negative shows up eventually (though it can take up to two years to see this perspective).  Since we have the Sun at "guests are reading in the library of a luxurious home," it likely will only take today to see that some things have to happen a certain way in order for something else to happen.  Uranus is located at the almighty 29 Aries, "the music of the spheres."  Again, big changes.

We will navigate these gale force winds as "an arctic explorer leads a reindeer through icy canyons," the Sabian symbol for the current solar-lunar month.  Tread carefully, wise owls.

With several months of chaos and craziness behind us in 2017, it's helpful to look forward with new eyes and a new resolve based on hope for a better world. In this article I'll outline context for energy shifts and provide some tips for thriving in June. Yes, you can thrive in the face of uncertainty and daily doses of negativity out-pictured in our world.


As I mention in my "2017 Predictions," hope is essential to move forward. We must strive to connect with hope, regardless of how dire our world appears. We must remember that there is goodness in humanity and love at the core of all beings.

Context for Energy Shifts

In June we will experience a combination of (1) tricky planetary transits likely to stir emotions and (2) helpful alignments for making progress with creative projects and mending fences in troubled relationships. On some days you may feel the effect of both - emotions (yours or other people's) more on the surface and your finding you have the energy to create positive changes.


Enhance your success potential by being present and mindful. You will thrive by noticing changes in energy or circumstance, and responding with divine timing. Sometimes the window for timely action is minutes, or even seconds.


Example: you are at a conference and meet someone indirectly connected to your field of interests. You may have only a moment to exchange information before going your separate ways. Trust your intuition. If you get a strong nudge to connect with someone, act on it. You don't need to have the details of "why" in the moment - just do it.


Most likely you are already sensitive in nature. The energies and events of these times can be quite challenging for sensitives. Keep in mind, though, that you have inner strength and other resources for coping - more than many people around you can access. Remember this in those moments when you feel pushed to the edge. Apply what you know and make an effort to tap your vast inner strength. The more that you do that, in fact, the stronger you become.


As June begins, polarity and division energies continue to catalyze an underlying sense of tension and stress in society. Do your best to be aware of these undercurrents but keep your perspective big picture. With a higher view, you are less likely to feel overwhelmed and more likely to be a calm and conscious voice for constructive changes. This is part of your role, after all, as a divine changemaker.

Energy Dates to Watch

June 9 is a Sagittarius Full Moon. The energies of this Moon can help bring more truths to light and catalyze breakthroughs. A project in development could receive a nice push forward under this influence. Tip: make and energize intentions for your goals at this time.


June 20 is Solstice. This is a change of seasons, but more than that, it's a powerful energy gateway. The potency of this gateway continues to unfold throughout the week and into the weekend of June 24-25. Tip: use the time period June 20-25 to do inner work, reflection on your next steps, and energizing of your heart-felt dreams.


June 23-24 is a Cancer New Moon. Happening soon after Solstice, this New Moon is a significant moment for catalyzing new starts, updating approaches, and finding new partners. Tip: meditate on what you want to manifest, getting clear about specifics and the connections between things. Be open to the new.

Set Your Own Thrive Bar

June can be a month of opportunities to express your light. Decide now that you will be present and looking forward, rather than looking backwards.


This means that you begin anew daily. See yourself and your life path in a fresh way. Let go of how last month was, or what you have accomplished (or not accomplished) so far this year.


Recognize that you alone determine what it means and how it feels to thrive. Set your own thrive bar. Don't let the world tell you what it is.


Don't let others, through comparison, make you feel small or not enough. Simply be your best self each day, one idea and one action at a time. Trust that you are enough even before you make the first step, and take that feeling of confidence into your next steps.


When the state of the world gets you down, remember that love will win as we humans are wired to love.

It's a powerful week of change, especially in your career. Letting go of your old job or career is a strong possibility, leading to self-employment in your chosen field to gain more freedom, meaning, and stability.


World change also comes up, and always God and the angels remind us of the blessings, spiritual growth, and life lessons which can accompany any experience if we chose to look for it.

We pray that everyone going through changes receive the support, protection, and guidance that they need this week and always. If you ever feel nervous about changes, be sure to pray extra hard.

I'm speechless, really, because we just uploaded this week's angel card video to the front page of AngelTherapy.com and it's all about changes happening this week.

In fact, the angels insisted that I work with the Butterfly Oracle Cards, because some changes would be occurring this week.


Then this card for you today . . . all about changes.


Now, our egos automatically think the worst-case-scenario about the word "change," but the angels are reassuring us that this is a Blessed Change. That means two things:


1. This change is divinely ordered, meant to be, and happening for a bigger reason and purpose.
And


2. Blessings, spiritual growth, and important life lessons will come of this change.


In this week's reading, the messages about change were clear: one door closes, and another one opens. So it's a time of letting go and moving forward, even if that means leaving the old behind.


In particular, career change to self-employment is coming up strong. Working for yourself gives you more freedom and stability.


There may be a world event creating big change, as well. We can all pray that everything's in divine and perfect order, and that any negative energy is lifted and healed away.


Today, give any fears about change to God, and pray for support, protection, and guidance for yourself and everyone else experiencing change.
