5/29 ~ Mercury (communication) ~square~ Neptune (dissolution):
This is a mixed blessing energy. On one hand, it’s good for spiritual study and giving your dreams a little energy (if your schedule permits). On the other hand, it makes for major miscommunications between people. Try to think before speaking, because if it’s possible to misunderstand or not ‘get it’ altogether, it could happen this week. Be careful not to let “longing” for your dreams to come true, distort your judgment and mislead you into believing the illusion. With this energy, some people will deliberately deceive and others have to be careful not to be misled. Stick to the facts or stay quiet, for now. You may even be inclined to withhold information to avoid a confrontation – don’t do it. Communicate with your Self and God today, otherwise plan to be very clear in explaining yourself to others (humans) so there are no misunderstandings.
5/30 ~ Mercury (thinking) ~oppose~ Jupiter (learning):
Any opposition requires us to work with two distinct energies and get them to work together for the good of all involved. It is also a MidPoint which allows you that 180* view from the other side of your starting point (roughly 6-months ago). Mercury & Jupiter are working out the push-pull within you between your Mind & Consciousness, between your Thinking & Beliefs, between your Thoughts & Imagination, between the Tedious Details and the Grand Vision. Because of all this, it would be tremendously beneficial to play amongst a group of like-hearted souls with varying points of view, mavericks who following their own intuition as well as humble healers who also buck status quo by following their intuitive knowing within, something we all have the capacity for. This is great for what I call *Jam Sessions*, when my colleagues & I get together to discuss our ideas & insights about our professional goals, something like that is a great use of this energy: plan, strategize, discuss with others, get input and feedback, bounce ideas around and be open and receptive to others’ points of view (they may think of something you didn’t). Make sure it is a Circle, where all opinions are valued even if not shared. This is a good one for learning something new and looking at things from another angle, completely.
5/31 ~ Venus (values & priorities) ~trine~ Saturn (stability & endurance):
This is a smooth, easy energy that you can work with consciously and yield incredible, even tangible, results. It’s a good time to define your terms where relationships are concerned because you are really clear about your values & priorities, at this time. Based on your past choices & efforts, positive benefits & earned rewards are forthcoming. If you’ve avoided responsibility in your own relationships (public or private), then this energy can help get you back on track, with less pain & suffering than usual (when Saturn’s involved). If you can be practical about your own limits and realistic about what others bring to the table, then this energy also supports discussing forward movement, development or spiraling to a new, higher level in some way, as a team. Strategizing about the future, clarifying the vision of what will support & protect all involved and honoring the essence of life that runs throughout is deeply supported by these two getting together in an easy angle. Venus is also the energy of love & money, so it’s a good time to be objective and somewhat conservative where both your relationships & finances are concerned. With this interaction with Saturn, I would suggest outlining a reasonable relationship or financial goal for the next 3 – 6 – 9 – or 12 months.

Jennifer Hoffman: Light Up the Dark Night of the Soul
The soul and ego create an agreement for each lifetime in which the soul provides the opportunities for learning and healing that the ego agrees to complete. This is the soul mission and the life purpose of each lifetime. There is no final agreement as to how this outcome will be fulfilled, for that is within the realm of the ego and free will. There is an opportunity to express the soul’s intention for the highest and best outcome but the ego must be able to release its attachment to the resistant energies that it has created and to be willing to raise its vibration for this to occur.
Often this agreement becomes a battle between the ego and free will against the soul and the life journey becomes challenging. The crisis point in this battle is what you call the ‘dark night of the soul’ but it is actually the soul’s attempt to shed light on the darkness or density that the ego is holding.
The ego, which you often see as a point of weakness, holds all of the power and is the gateway to your life journey’s potential. When it operates within the parameters of the soul’s intention for healing it can access the highest levels of all experiences and outcomes intended for any lifetime.
This completes healing cycles and allows your vibrational frequencies to increase and access to other life paths is possible.
With each shift in your energetic vibration, through soul partnership (instead of resistance), you move into new agreements and purposes, new timelines and new opportunities for living.
But when the ego forgets its soul agreement its journey becomes ‘soul-less’, without the soul’s partnership. It tries to battle the darkness with its own darkness instead of connecting to the light within. Then life becomes a journey of fear, lack, doubt, and confusion. What is missing is the light of the soul, which is available to the ego when it is willing to share the healing journey and follow it to wholeness and congruence, and to be open to the possibility of life beyond fear, because by itself it is not aware of that as a potential.
The ego must be convinced that new beginning lies beyond the challenges it knows because it is unaware of them. All unrealized potential is held within the soul’s infinite knowledge of you as a divine, energetically sovereign being. This is the soul’s gift to you and to the ego as you complete the journey of your healing, learning, growth, and transformation. What you can become is the promise of the soul when you allow it to participate on your journey and co-create your healing purpose.
What messages does your soul have for you about its promise of fulfillment? Ask this question and you will receive the answers you need to move beyond the ‘soul-less’ life to one that fulfills the soul’s promise of love, joy, peace and fulfillment when the ego and soul work in congruent harmony.

Today we come together, as "a parliament of wise owls in full dress," to follow the path above the chaos.
On this last day of the Crescent Moon phase (the days of the solar-lunar cycle that challenge us the most to not give up on things), we align with a higher perspective of what is happening as the energetics of the New Moon/Total Solar eclipse continue to unfold (fan out).
The wisdom of the Sun and Earth today show us THE WAY, A DIRECTION, or THE SHAPE OF THINGS.
Shapes are strongly in effect. The position of the Sun gives us a CIRCLE ("a merry-go-round"). The position of the Earth gives us a LINE ("a parade of army officers...").
Are you going to go in a circle or a line? The question means something different to everyone. Either answer is correct. One means choosing a do-over or to remain involved, and the other means taking advantage of an opening or opportunity or disengaging from a negative (mind) loop. There are many other meanings, as well.
How do you want to shape today?
That is the END OF REPORT. The following is commentary for wise owls who want to go a little deeper.
As expected, we are witnessing and experiencing the archontic tantrum-response to the stellar harmonics of the Total Solar Eclipse/New Moon one week ago. The Sun bathed the highest octaves of love and renewal (recall that the eclipse occurred at the degree of "a mermaid emerges from the ocean ready for rebirth in human form"). Source is telling the archons that they are loved and to return home, but the archons do not want to hear it (their ego-centric hive mind perceives it as oblivion, for now). Look at how archons are going wild, individually and collectively. Pretty much everyone has a dramatic story of their own or someone they know since the eclipse.
All of this is happening very fast. Remember that solar eclipses make things start happening at a rapid clip.
The eclipse's energetic was epic, and the archons countered on Friday, as the Crescent phase Moon phase (challenge to keep going) began. Saturn (home of archontic energies) stationed direct conjunct the Black Moon (shadow, rebirth), aspecting the Eris Point (false flags, rebirth, revolt) along with the Moon and Pluto. (see Friday's post for more details).
Harvey is the false flag that was predicted. It is a false flag against Mother Nature. Make no mistake. This storm is anything but natural.
We are beyond the debate of the science and reality of geo-engineering and the ability to control weather. Storms can be extinguished just as easily as they can be created or amplified. This technology has been used since at least the Vietnam War era. Monstrous hurricanes like Katrina and Harvey are summoned when they are needed for various purposes. Most all of the hurricanes of recent years have been "busted" before they did much damage. They weren't needed. In fact, the lack of storms helped maintain the status quo.
The archons expended a lot of stored (and specific) resources (seeded by ancient cultures of present day Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula) to make Harvey. This process began back at the Full Moon/Partial Lunar Eclipse on August 7.
The key thing to see here is that stored resources had to be expended. Those resources are finite, like fuel. The archons will never be able to produce this kind of thing ever again. They had an unprecedented energetic with which to work (the natural electromagnetics of the Total Solar Eclipse/New Moon that remain in effect all month combined with the Saturn-Black Moon conjunction).
The archons were so pummeled by the Sun at the eclipse that they had to expend precious and ancient resources to "stay alive."
They are "attacking" the psyche of humanity, and hoping to suck from America as much pain and suffering (as much trauma response) as 9/11 and Katrina as possible.
Our response to the tragedy should not come from the place of victimhood. If we accept the narrative, we are victims (and angry at Mother Nature). If we question the data, we see through the veil. The only way to honor this tragedy is to be brave enough to seek the truth about it.
Hearts and prayers continue to go out to my beloved Texas and to the fellowship of humanity.

We do not need to suffer or live in poverty to be a spiritual person.
While it's true that there can be a spiritual purpose to experiencing a lack of material well-being, it is rarely intended to be a permanent or lifelong experience. What we are meant to find when material or emotional resources are in short supply is that there is more to our lives than the physical realm. Intense relationships and material abundance can distract us from the subtler realm of the spirit, so a time of deficiency can be spiritually awakening. However, once we recognize the realm of spirit, and remember to hold it at the center of our lives, there is no reason to dwell in poverty or emotional isolation. In fact, once our connection to spirit is fully intact, we feel so compelled to share our abundance that lack becomes a thing of the past.
If you find that you are experiencing suffering in some area of your physical life, perhaps your spirit is asking you to look deeper in your search for what you want. For example, if you want money so that you can experience the feeling of security but money keeps eluding you, your spirit may be asking you to understand that security is not to be found through money. Security comes from an unshakable connection to your soul. Once you make that connection, money will probably flow more easily into your life. If relationships elude you, your spirit may be calling you to recognize that the love you seek is not to be found in another person. And yet, ironically, once you find the love, your true love may very well appear. If you feel stuck in suffering to live a spiritual life, try to spend some time writing about it. The root of the problem will appear and it may not be what you expected. Remember, the Universe wants you to be happy.

Mars and Chiron are in water signs, so emotions will be running high. The moon moves into the disseminating phase today. It is a time to communicate and share your vision of the month. As it is related to the first quarter phase, it is about action. You should review your feelings from this month’s energy and teach what you are learning.
For the Sun: Living in close proximity can be both challenging and comforting depending on the circumstances. The energy of the day calls for leaning on that connection as a source of support. Independence is close, but you can rely on that integration of spirit and body.
For the Earth: This symbol speaks to the possibility of a better and brighter future. But it’s a future that must be earned. Every life experiences comes with tools and information that we can use to create the next step on our path. Often those tools don’t look very helpful, we don’t know we have them, or we don’t know how to use them. And sometimes they come from a source that we don’t think is helpful, so we don’t recognize them as providing us with the tools we need because they’re often the least helpful people in our life.
Moving forward faster (and that’s a relative term) is easier when we look at all of our experiences expecting to find useful tools to help us on our next steps. Then we have to use all of them with the intention of becoming more efficient and effective in how we clear our path. I got this message this weekend when I was using yard tools my mother gave me to clean my yard and realized that I wasn’t using all of the tools to create my outcome (getting all of the leaves picked up). Once I realized I had all of the tools I needed and formulated a plan to use them more effectively, I finished the work in record time.
My mother gave me her yard tools when she sold her house. One of the tools, a big leaf blower and vacuum, would be helpful with my annual leaf cleanup. I have a big yard and lots of big trees, that shed lots of leaves every year. But she didn’t show me how to use them, she just handed me a plastic bag with the attachments and instructions. I put everything in the garage, put the bag on my yard tool holder, and forgot about it.
Every year I would get the leaf vacuum out and clean my yard. But the vacuum was slow and I had to empty the bag every few minutes. So I would just clean up my garden beds and leave the rest. According to the instructions, there was a blower attachment but I couldn’t figure out where it was or how to use it, as I thought it was part of the vacuum attachment. After searching online for directions, I gave up and did the best I could with my rake and leaf vacuum.
This year I was determined to clean up all of the leaves and as I got started, I heard the message ‘Are you using all of your tools?’ I found the blower attachment, hanging exactly where I had left it several years before, figured out how to use, and with the new leaf scoops I bought last weekend, started on the yard. With the right tools and process, I made lots of progress today and will achieve my goal of cleaning my yard this year.
I had all of the tools, even though I didn’t know it, and I wasn’t using them together in the best way. And when I had asked my mother about the blower, she said she didn’t use it so she didn’t know. She had all of the tools too, but she wasn’t using them either, mainly because she doesn’t like yard work and did the minimum possible. I like yard work and I wanted to get it all done.
Discouragement, fatigue, fear, and overwhelm make us forget that we have all of the tools we need. Instead of looking at a big job from the perspective of how long it’s going to take, it’s better to look at our own resources and come up with new ways to use the tools we have. It all depends on how we view a situation, our skills, our gifts, and whether we have confidence in our abilities.
Here are some questions to ask so you’re using all of your tools as productively, effectively, and efficiently as possible. Whether you are doing yard work or contemplating the next step on your path, using all of your tools will get the job done much faster.
- How are you judging the situation? Judgment blocks energy flow, so
if you’re telling yourself how much you don’t like something, or how
hard it is, how you wish you didn’t have to do it, or questioning your
abilities, you’re blocking the energy flow that you need to get it done.
And your judgments prevent you from uncovering the hidden value in your
tools.
- What tools do you have and how can you put them together in new
ways? Every lesson has a blessing and every experience teaches us
something. You may call something a failure but now you know what you
don’t want to do. What are your take-aways and how can you use them to
make new choices and decisions now? Knowing what you don’t want is a
very powerful time and energy saver.
- How can you create a better flow for the energy? All manifestation
happens faster when the energy flows, meaning there are no blocks or
limitations. Whether it’s your thoughts or what you’re doing in each
moment, if you create a flow, things will move. I used all of the tools
to clean my yard quickly, by using the blower to create piles of leaves,
the leaf scoopers to quickly fill the bag, and the vacuum to pick up
the smaller pieces. How can you create a better flow by organizing your
thoughts, releasing the ones that don’t serve you, and replacing them
with more powerful ones?
- Are you asking the right person for advice? I thought my mother
would be helpful, since it was her yard tools but she didn’t know
because she only used what she thought she needed to do the little bit
of yard work she had to do. Someone who liked yard work would be more
enthusiastic and interested in helping me figure it out. If you need
advice, seek out a reliable resource who is as interested in the
situation or outcome as you are.
- This is the most important — be confident and stop trying to be
perfect. There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’, there is only the best way for
you, and everyone has a different standard of perfection. When we seek
perfection, what we really want is to be ‘beyond reproach’, to be so
good that no one can judge or criticize us. We only have to do what is
good enough or perfect for us. And you are confident when you believe in
yourself and in your abilities, when you are aligned with your outcome,
and know that you have all the tools you need to do anything you want
to do. If something isn’t working, try something else and when you stop
judging yourself, you open up the pathways for the energy to flow.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. We are happy to address questions about our last message as well as requests for our views on recent events, and we begin with the robot satellite landing on a comet. Maneuvering an object so it can meet up with one whizzing through space is no small feat, and we say, Good show! Clearly, this merits celebration as a technological triumph, but we also see its greater significance: Your civilization is looking toward the stars peaceably—not all that long ago the intention of a few on Earth was to wage war in space. In time, your civilization will have the desire and capability to visit the distant homelands of universal brothers and sisters.
Now, our opinion of two widely-publicized elections—first, in order of occurrence, the people in southeast Ukraine voting to join with Russia. We see this voice of the majority being heard through a democratic process as a welcome step up and away from historic unfairness. Pertinent here is our reply to a question in a prior message:
What do Vladimir Putin’s actions in Ukraine portend for that region? For the short term, general confusion and in some quarters, fighting. Putin wants the same that other national leaders want: a strong economy, a stable government and a calm citizenry. He didn’t realize the breadth of discontentment among Ukrainians or anticipate the outcry after those living in Crimea voted to join Russia, where the majority of voters feel a comfortable familiarity. Throughout your recorded history national borders have swayed to and fro in accordance with the victors of wars, ensuing gain or loss of control, and need for natural resources. Never have the few in power considered how this affected the populace, whose lot was to endure the results of a culture split into different national allegiances or the combining of different cultures under one flag. [June 2, 2014]
It is quite a different matter in the United States, which of all large countries has the most extensive blend of races, religions, ancestral nationalities, ethnicity and cultures, a richness that can splendidly enhance a nation with wise governance. Souls at this station are apolitical and impartial, and it is without judgment that we see this country’s mid-term election making little if any dent in the status quo that economically and legally disenfranchises the majority of the “minority” populations. We agree with your analysts who foresee more partisan finger-pointing, obstructionism and legislative action favoring the interests of the wealthy.
But this is only for the short term and not cause for discouragement. It is discussions going on behind the scenes that will serve the greater good of all. Leaders in various governments, industries and the sciences are addressing issues such as peace accords, global economic stability, the environment, nuclear disarmament, refugees, impoverishment, renewable energy, pollution reduction, healthcare and new technologies, and some talks include members of your extraterrestrial family. Effects of these efforts toward international collaboration will be seen incrementally, and Earth’s steady course into planes of increasingly high vibrations assures that ultimately wise leaders, justness and harmonious cooperation will reign within and among all governments.
Moving on to two recent speeches, also in order of occurrence, we cite remarks that express other readers’ sentiments, too: “Why did Pope Francis’ open-mindedness about abortion and gays meet a storm of disapproval from the rest in the Vatican and some priests? Is he the only one who realizes our church is going to lose members if it doesn’t move out of the Dark Ages and start serving today’s congregation?”
Pope Francis acts with genuine caring, honesty, humility and soul-level inspiration. Others in the church hierarchy act from fear that any deviation from dogma could weaken their control over devout adherents and worse, lead to more revelations about long-hidden truths. After disclosure some years ago that pedophiles in the priesthood were being protected by the Vatican, that body was determined to prevent any other secrets from emerging. To wit, it is the international headquarters of Satanism and houses art treasures and gold gained by collaborating with the Nazis during WWII; some cardinals are Illuminati; Christianity’s foundation was devised by early rulers of state and church to control the beliefs and pocketbooks of the masses, and through the centuries since then Catholicism added blatant falsehoods to cement control over their global congregation; popes who advocated reforms were assassinated. When those truths come forth, only spiritual aspects of that religion, and all others as well, will be retained.
In Vladimir Putin’s forthrightness about the state of your world at the Valdai International Discussion Group meeting, he also calls for change. We don’t view him as “hypocritical by accusing the United States of being the world’s troublemaker,” but he wasn’t accurate in placing full responsibility on that country for “meddling in events all around the world.” We wish he had said that all along it has been the workings of the Illuminati within and far beyond that government.

“Of late, we have increasing evidence too that outright blackmail has been used with regard to a number of leaders. It is not for nothing that ‘big brother’ is spending billions of dollars on keeping the whole world, including its own closest allies, under surveillance.” ….
“Maybe the United States’ exceptional position and the way they are carrying out their leadership really is a blessing for us all, and their meddling in events all around the world is bringing peace, prosperity, progress, growth and democracy, and we should maybe just relax and enjoy it all?
Let me say that this is not the case, absolutely not the case.” ….
“It is unlikely that someone could provide absolutely exhaustive, ready-made solutions right now. We will need extensive work with participation by a wide range of governments, global businesses, civil society, and such expert platforms as ours.”
Now then, while we were pondering how to reply to readers who questioned my statement in the last message, “Even God doesn’t know” about the timing of future happenings, God said He wants to do this.
My dear children, this is God here. It seems that some of you went all aflutter about Matthew’s accurate assessment of what I know, or in this case, don’t know. You’ve been misled by religion’s concept of who I am and “not my will but thine be done.” I don’t set any parameters for any of my offspring! It’s all about free will, and I don’t know what you’re going to do with yours until you’ve done it. And I never interfere with what you do even when it’s not in your best interests, when you stray from what you had chosen to do. I do know your choices—I learned when you put them in your soul contracts.
Free will is given to each of you by Creator, not me, but just like the head honchos of the other universes are bound to honor that gift, so am I in this universe. I have no disagreement with the arrangement. After all, the energy that makes suns and infants and flowers—everything that exists throughout the cosmos—comes from Creator’s Big Bang, as you call it. You can use that energy however you want—that’s what free will is.
I have a question. Instead of your having that gift, would you rather that I decide what you’ll be doing from one moment to the next, what your interests will be, whom you will befriend, what you must do about any relationship or job or where you’ll live and everything else throughout your lifetime? Wouldn’t you just be puppets if that’s the way things were?
Yes, you would and so they aren’t. It’s your life, my dear children, not mine to live for you just as your life isn’t your parents’ to live for you. What happens is, I experience everything as you experience it, I learn as you learn, I grow as you grow. All of you and all the rest of the souls in this universe are who I am. I am as weak as the weakest, as strong as the strongest, as sorrowful as those who are grieving, as joyful as those who are rejoicing. I love each and every one unconditionally regardless of how they use—or abuse—Creator’s gift.
However, since I am all of you and we’re in this together for eternity, I do know the Big Picture, what our composite selves are manifesting in our universe. More accurately, we are this universe, and it’s constantly changing because of the unlimited free will choices of every single soul. They include all who want celestial bodies, all the people, animals, plants and other beings in every civilization and spirit world in every solar system in every galaxy. You don’t have a number that goes that high.
As my “umbrella self,” as Suzy calls what I call amalgamation, I keep galaxies in orderly orbit, authorize my more advanced selves to prevent nuclear war—that’s the exception Creator made to free will—and to help my selves who request it, and I chat with the gods and goddesses who are my counterparts in the other universes. You don’t get involved in any of that, so I’ll bring this back down to Earth where things are as simple as everything you do, everything you think and feel, becomes as much who I am as who you are. This is because we are One, my beloved children, and evermore shall be.

“I thought it was a universal law that one or a group of persons/souls was not allowed to stop or limit the ascension of those who want to ascend. If this is a real rule/law, why has the council refused to step in and remove these Illuminati and others? This council, who appointed those souls that reneged on their contracts, appears to have wiped their hands clean, turned their backs on us humans and abandoned humanity’s ascension.
“The system has been stacked against humanity’s ascension. One has to wonder if planet earth is a place one goes to do whatever ones wants, without consequence. A life is lived, destructive, constructive, whatever and when the soul returns it gets a pat on its back, a congratulations and gold star for a job well done. When the souls reneged on the second part of their agreement, the council did not turn their backs on humans. They couldn’t deny the “reneging” souls their free will choice to continue creating havoc and despair, but they could plead with them not to. The means whereby the council acted at soul level was sending a profusion of light that would fortify the conscience of each “reneging” soul willing to receive it; and extraterrestrials living among you appeared in their native world bodies as extra emphasis when they told them what they would encounter in spirit life and the next embodiment if they did not honor their full agreement. We shall get back to that.
Contrary to the system stacked against humanity’s ascension, the council’s plan was designed with utmost care to assist Earth’s humankind in accordance with Gaia’s desire that they physically ascend with the planet. That’s why it included provisions whereby stronger souls could assist the weaker in addition to the intense light that powerful civilizations were beaming to Earth. The “reneging” souls had the right to refuse the light themselves, but they could not prevent anyone else from receiving it. Throughout the time that Illuminati-created turbulence and misery extended after the “cut-off,” which came about seventeen years ago in linear time, a billion and more souls eagerly and gratefully have embraced the light. That’s partly why your society’s advancement was delayed by only a decade, not more; still, no delay whatsoever was meant to be.
As for consequences befalling those trusted souls who reneged…when they return to this baffling place called heaven, what happens after they enter Nirvana, the proper name of Earth’s spirit world, is far more severe than you can imagine. Nirvana comprises many flexible energy layers, and in accordance with the laws of physics that govern life in this universe, souls transitioning from Earth automatically are drawn to the layer that is commensurate with their lifetime energy that was registered moment by moment in the infallible Akashic records.
You are souls having a physical experience, so most often we speak of individuals as souls rather than personages. Something stated in a message some time ago hasn’t been repeated as succinctly: It is the psyche and etheric body of the personage that goes to Nirvana’s appropriate energy layer. As the love-light essence of Creator, the soul is liberated, free to co-create another personage who, like all others in the lineage—like all beings throughout the cosmos—is an independent, inviolate, immortal soul energetically and consciously connected with all others.
To continue, congratulations and gold star for a job well done would have been in order for the “reneging” souls insofar as fulfilling the first part of their agreement. Because they did that to the letter, billions of souls—many of whom benefitted from the extra help provided in the council’s plan—attained their goal to complete third density karmic lessons and evolve into fourth. However, their refusal to honor the second part of their agreement consigned them to the basest layer of Nirvana, where they feel the very same emotional and physical pain they caused to all others after the “cut-off” time.
All residents of that layer fear the light, so only a pinpoint is constantly available in that dark world where they live with all the horrors they caused during their Earth lifetime. When they overcome their fear of the light, they move into a level that has a bit more light, and so on and so forth until they have absorbed enough to incarnate in some third density world at the consciousness level of slugs or short-lived insects, for instance. Starting at that point is an act of divine grace; it erases all cellular patterning that otherwise could influence other personages to take the same course as the one whose lifetime consigned him or her to that basest area. It also is divine grace that each sets its own growth pace, each accepts the light when it is ready, so reaching the “beginning anew” stage of incarnation and evolving to human status in a third density civilization may come relatively fast, say a thousand of your years, or extend into the millions.
Very few, if any would consider Earth today as the kind of magnificent heaven that many believe is the afterlife for “good” people—and Nirvana’s higher layers are!—but Earth shall become so. The ever-growing light—LOVE!—in your world is manifesting the paradise of Gaia’s vision that awaits you in the continuum.

"Hi everybody and welcome to the November 2014 Energy Forecast.
It's a beautiful morning here in Colorado; a little chilly but very sunny and golden leaves everywhere.
It's been a very interesting month. As usual, 'interesting' is my default word that encapsulates so much.
Just a couple of days ago I did a pre-recorded interview for a radio show with Rob Gauthier. At the end of the radio show he asked me, “Why do you think so many people have been going through such a hard time the last couple of years and this year?” He said that so many people he knows or works with are struggling.
I think in a way that 'struggle' is a repetitive theme every time I deliver these forecasts and yet trying to do a video message in a format like this is a little tricky in that we're all in different places.
So to the best of my ability I try and encapsulate the range of our experiences. But I do notice from feedback that I get through the month or from people that I work with, that there are incredibly varying levels and experiences for everybody at this point in time. And this is a truth that really goes right back to the idea of the journey of human ascension and the changing consciousness on our planet.
I still think there is a hangover from the year 2012. Many people (and this is what I said to Rob) were hoping for a big overnight change in 2012 or 2013, and that overnight change hasn't happened outside them. So those people are still in a shock, grief or mourning hangover from that time and struggling to come to terms with what they are seeing reflected in the outer world that they find difficult. So that has to be taken into account.
But as I said at the beginning of the October forecast, there is also a great opening beginning to re-occur on the planet now.
We've come out of that period of a couple of years where, if you like, the heart of the shift was occurring in our consciousness and our inner landscapes.
And now we are in the opening times, where in the coming decade and beyond, we each have not only opportunity but perhaps a duty to change things on the planet.
Change does begin within.
And what's interesting to me are the arguments I will see happening among people about this. I say this about the groups who might label themselves spiritual people or light workers. These labels that we apply can be useful but not if they are used as divisive forces. Labels ultimately don't mean anything because essentially we are all human beings in this together. But these are labels that people apply to themselves or that might get attributed to a certain group, and it's always interesting to me to see the infighting that is going on in these groups and the anger that people are having at each other about why things aren’t changing.
Yet if you really stop and think about it, the most inspiring change makers that you know; whether that is the lady who lives on your street who is always bringing the street together to create some solidarity and group spirit, or whether it's Oprah Winfrey that you're watching on the television who is doing her thing in her way. Those people carry on bringing change with a certain energy of positivity and more importantly, a certain energy of life. They don't do it with anger or judgment. They do it with life and faith in the future and each other.
And I feel that our personal responsibility as human beings in this very odd time that we’re living in is to, in some ways, not worry too much about linear time right now.
There is this huge time pressure that so many people have. There are all of these emails going round about the environment and the government talking about urgency, and while they may be important for us to look at and respond to, the sense of alarm around time won't help any of us. I mentioned the emails few months ago, and a lot of people are using this idea of time pressure to get themselves really het up. And when you get het up, you aren't going to bring a very peaceful or life-giving vibration to what you're focusing on.
I recently read an interview with a singer-songwriter and she said she carries round a book about medieval times with her because it reminds her that no matter how bad things might look now, things were a lot worse then. And she mentioned the things that people would do to each other then on a daily basis.
I, like all of you watching or reading this, don't enjoy seeing the suffering, the destruction and the war in the world. It's something that I have to continually come to terms with in order to live here. But at the same time, I don't believe that we are doomed in the future if we, all of us, decide to play our part in making the change that we are here to bring.
We don't know how long life on Planet Earth will go, but we do know that while we are here, we can be the best custodians and stewards that we can be of bringing that change.
So this brings me back to you.
How are you dealing with your dreams and desires right now? And how are you learning from everything in your life that you might be finding difficult?
Because we do have a responsibility to
A) Learn who we are
and
B) Figure out what we need in order to thrive in our lives.
We are all different. Some of us are more sensitive than others. But once you start to understand who you are and how you are reacting to outside factors in your life, you can begin to make changes that are going to allow you to bring your best to every day.
Within all of that, of course as I always say, if you are struggling on a certain day just take it easy. Have a day of rest. The world isn’t going to go anywhere while you recover your energy. And when you've recovered, you can come back out into the world and be ready to play and absorb and give.
So the exercise that was given on this radio show came through Zachary, as a channel at the end of the show. And it was basically just a very quick 'reset' exercise to get rid of any density you may be carrying or feeling; because there is a lot of density right now. People are in fear and you can feel that.
As you walk out into the the street, you will be affected by the energy of everybody around you. We are an ocean of energy as a collective. And in the same way I have explained that there are cold patches and warm patches in the ocean, you can have the same reaction as you walk through the energy fields of others and you can take it on and become it in your own life.
This is why it's wonderful to be around heart-open, positive people - it's infectious. Equally, it can be depressing and depleting to be around negative or downward pulling people.
But not if you look after your own energy boundaries and awareness.
So, the exercise that was given was to imagine yourself as a pyramid; and to imagine the top of your pyramid as reaching about one meter (or 100 centimeters) above your head. And then to see the pyramid going down either side of your body reaching approximately 70 centimeters distance either side of your hips.
Now close your eyes, and imagine an incredible ball of light, a hundred centimeters above your head (at the top of your pyramid). That’s the light of the universe that you're connecting to. Now just imagine and feel that light for a moment, and see if you can invite the light down through your head to your heart; as low down into your body as you can take it. Let it start to slowly travel down toward and into you.
Then, when you've done that visualization for some seconds, start to gently stamp your feet; right then left. And you can do this exercise either sitting down or standing, so just gently start to stamp your feet.
And as you stamp, what you're doing is your stamping out all the density in your base and the base of your pyramid, that you have absorbed from the rest of the world that day, or from whatever it is that has come up in your own personal energy field for clearing.
And then, after 20-30 seconds, you can stop your feet and go back to visualizing the light. Imagine the light, a meter above your head, and this time you should find it's a little stronger. It should be a little brighter. You should feel it more and you should be able to bring it down lower into your body.
Then again, after you've done this for little while, you stamp again - right, left, right, left.
It’s very simple and actually quite therapeutic to do it. And you repeat this 'light then feet' process a third and final time. Imagine the light. And most of you should find that the light is now bigger and it's something that you can connect into you in a deeper way.
For some of you this exercise maybe a little metaphysical, for some of you will be right up your street, but the reason to do it is there is an enormous amount of light flooding the planet at the moment. So in the human collective, what's happening because of that is the release of density and darkness coming up for and out of people.
So this is an exercise for you to shift from density to light. It's short and simple and will help you reconnect yourself with your own light on this planet and your own connection to universal source energy.
That's what we doing here as human beings. Shifting from density into light every single day.
I think there are so many different ideas of how we should be. And again, I see arguments in the spiritual community about “you should be this” or “you should be that” and none of that's true unfortunately.
No person can tell another person how to be.
What we have to do is master who we are here to be on the planet and what we are here to show up and give.
And to trust that through that, your unique path, you are perfectly playing your part in this universe.
So of course (as I've said in all the recent months), there will be symptoms going on for you through this ascension process, such as;
Strong 'release' dreams. Some of you will be processing very dark dreams - this is density coming out of your system that you're choosing to do through sleep rather than waking life.
Conflict energies - internal and external. This will also be an area to master the more you ascend in yourself. You may be releasing inner conflicts - judgments and confusion about or toward yourself. There may be people around you that you're having conflict with, and your mastery is to learn to not engage in the conflict with them, but to gracefully disengage to the best of your ability. If you do find yourself having an argument with somebody or you look back on yourself shouting at somebody in a moment, know that this can also sometimes be necessary catalyst. It may be something you would rather not repeat in the future, but perhaps for that day, that was the very thing that you and this person needed to happen to change the energy between you; because the energy is changing for all of us every single day.
Embracing/Resisting Change. In your external world, you will either be right now resisting creating change (or feeling the resistance to oncoming change), or you will be embracing it, flying with it, loving it and feeling very, very alive. Both are different parts of an experience so don't judge your resistance but remind yourself that stepping through resistance is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Be bold.
So within all of this, remember this light that’s here on Earth for and with all of us. Some of you will reach the light through praying, some of you will reach it through yoga, some of you will reach it through singing. Many different ways to access light.
But we can also just literally close our eyes, take a moment and reconnect to what is here inside us or do a simple exercise like the one I gave.
Our 'job' as humans on the planet at this time is to the best of our ability bring in more consciousness and light, and bring more compassion and positive change to a very varied world.
I'm very heartened by what I am seeing happening in the world around the changes that we need. And I have been grateful that I've been able to come to the other side of being heartened by seeing how people in the world are working to try and change all of those areas that are threatening the life of the planet, but even more so, working to raise the peace of the planet and the consciousness level of the planet.
So I invite you to take a moment to just consider for yourself what is it you need more of this month to access your part in our tapestry?
Because it starts with you so you knowing and walking toward what you need is very important.
Being selfish or self-centered is the criticism that will often be leveled at you by people who don't understand truly what the nature of self-love and self-care is. When we practise self-love and self-care at higher levels than we have ever been taught by society, we naturally want to care for others more. We naturally want to love and share more, because love is a shared energy. It is not an exclusive energy and it’s far more interesting and enjoyable when you share it and watch it grow and multiply.
I hope you can take a moment after this video to do the exercise and to also perhaps think for yourself what do I need a little more of this month?
And if you're particularly challenged by doing that or you feel selfish in asking yourself that question, it would be great for you especially to write a few things down; because when things remain in our head, they can be very etheric.
When we write them down on paper, we bring them out of the body but we can also see them reflected to us afterwards.
