In this episode, Bernhard and Laura discuss the difference between discernment, judgment, and intuition in regards to spiritual work and truth-seeking. They discuss the difference between intuition, gut feelings, and head-centric thinking, as well as the importance of emotional intelligence, a still mind, and compassion in order to access deeper levels of intuition and how to apply critical thinking without falling into analysis paralysis.  In the second part, they discuss the idea of judgment and how our judgments are often fed by projections, misunderstandings, and how these judgments may also be a trauma response and/or shadow projection. They also discuss how to be discerning with regards to the information overload of the internet and within the current marketplace of spirituality and “conspiracies”, and why it’s important to be discerning with ourselves and our true intentions, especially when we are truth-seeking, the issues of social media, distractions, along with much more.

I am listening to this update (one of several). Same guy, he did serve in the military, his name is Bill Brockbrader, explaining what this whole intelligence gathering and distribution thing was about...much of his story as told to Kerry is true, but it was part of a psyops plan with a supposed NSA contact to draw out assets to learn more of the inner workings of the cabal...about how the Corporations control governments and create terrorism through conflicts...war profiteering and the creation of debt slavery. Both sides are being financed by the same people. As you see the big picture, you see the financial world in a new light, and how we are manipulated. MSM is manipulated to keep us distracted and in conflict with one another.

He says there is something amazing, so big and so secret that no one knows what it it is, but it is disrupting Corporate control of society....also, he says none of us have any really important info to share, if we did we'd be arrested, or they'd come after us.

He talks about the rash of corporate suicides, the roles of Agents and Assets, blackmail and the world of finance, oil, futures, etc. and how they manipulate prices for profit. This group..and others..are trying to expose and overthrow those who perpetuate this prison planet that keeps humanity in conflict and unable to thrive.

We are coming to the end of summer, with the Labor Day holiday weekend now in the past. The evenings will grow darker and cooler, people will return indoors, and the TV screen will regain their attention. The collective consciousness will turn back to the business of government — and criminal justice. Senator Graham has made a formal request to Attorney General Barr for him to declassify the material related to the illegal spying on the Trump administration. This Spygate scandal is finally going to hit the public realm, exposing the corrupt alliance between the DNC, a compromised justice system, and the crooked mass media. This sets up a cascade of revelations of high-level criminality — together with further media complicity to cover it up. This collusion includes both the mass published media, as well as social media platforms. YouTube, Facebook and Twitter masquerade as neutral communications services, but are really illegal gatekeepers of information. This denouement to the scandal was long anticipated: a collapse of credibility of the media institutions that are meant to support the free flow of information and hold power to account. It is a crisis of trust the like of which has never been encountered before. This is where the Q operation comes in: we have had nearly two years of preparation for this moment. Citizen journalists and alternative media are already taking up the mantle of reliable and truthful sources, overtaking the discredited corporate mass media in both audience size and engagement. I was recently asked to summarise "what is Q?", and came up with four core functions that this military intelligence program implements for these extraordinary times. 1. Q is a multi-year process to disclose secret illegal government activity There are over 3500 "drops" by Q to date, but the core tale of corruption is told in the first 100. Anybody can go read them in an hour or so. The very uncomfortable truth is that the US Government has long been beholden to an institutionalised system of transnational crime, that has also hijacked many other countries. Q gave open source researchers a framework in which to "dig" for data on this system of criminality. The belief that Hillary Clinton — essentially a puppet of that system — could not lose the 2016 election had made them careless, and left an extensive public evidence trail. The result is a vast trove of vetted data collated by anonymous citizens working in collaboration worldwide. To say that what has been uncovered is disturbing is to miss the point: not only are many "conspiracy theories" true, they are interlinked as part of a single plan to destroy freedom and bring on global totalitarian rule. Your worst nightmares of betrayal and genocide were being actively implemented — by those who had sworn to serve you. Specifically, Obama was not a legitimate President, and every part of his legacy will be dismantled. He is the greatest political fraud ever perpetrated, and that is against some stuff competition from his predecessors. Hillary Clinton was meant to be a continuation of that fraud to its destructive conclusion. The corporate media have known this all along, and exposure of the plot will destroy them. At the heart of this psychopathic system of criminal power is the multi-generational abuse of children, tied to an ancient sex and death cult. Government by occult forces seems like science fiction, but it turns out to be the world we live in. Understanding this ugly reality is the key to ending the evil that it perpetuates.   2. Q is a prophylactic against civil war and vigilante activity The last two years have seen a nonstop battle between the mainstream and alternative media for "narrative supremacy". It has involved the mass media pushing the Russiagate hoax, which now lies broken and exposed as a fabricated and paid-for lie. The mass media had to attempt to unseat President Trump in order to preserve themselves. Whilst the attempted coup it represents is very serious, in many ways this has proven to be a distraction. The public has been kept engaged — and dare I say even entertained — with this drama, whilst the painstaking process of cleaning up the justice system has quietly taken place in the background. Q has given activists for justice a focus that they otherwise would have lacked. Q has offered an angry public hope — grounded in practical progress — of a peaceful outcome using the lawful system of civilian and military justice. For the real challenge is not arraigning the traitors, but doing so in a way that doesn't cause society to collapse. As the treason of many trusted politicians, business leaders, and military personnel is now revealed, there is an established Q movement with a track record of peaceful investigation of the truth, rather than vigilante activity seeking revenge. The collapse of trust in the mass media — who covered for these crimes — will not leave a vacuum for troublemakers to occupy. The Q drops demonstrate that what is unfolding is all part of a managed process of justice that has been thought through with military precision. It gives ordinary people awakening to the nightmare confidence in the plan for resolution, and a good reason to reject those who would wish to cause harm by inciting violence or insurrection.   3. Q is a training program in discernment and logical thinking Decades of media brainwashing and social conditioning have led much of the public to mistrust their own judgement, and to disbelieve the evidence of their own eyes and ears. The weaponisation of mass media against the very citizens it was meant to protect creates deep social division and mutual distrust. Propaganda has been packaged as journalism, and the skill of distinguishing these is not offered in schools. Quite the opposite is true: public education has become indoctrination. Criminals have taught people to shut down rational inquiry on hearing the term "conspiracy theory", and hence ignore their crimes, based on the threat of being ridiculed and socially ostracised. Q is like a grand bootcamp for digital soldiers, who have to learn to deal with this complex and contentious information landscape. The Q drops frequently use the Socratic method, encouraging learning via asking questions, rather than providing packaged answers. Q incites people to think for themselves — rather than telling people what to think — and to use logic rather than emotion. Q has helped us to understand what kinds of data we can rely on in a data environment filled with disinformation, and what we should be wary of. We have had to become more judicious in our selection of valid sources, and more discerning about future dates and events that may or may not transpire. Q has validated our trust in evidence and reason over purported authority. Two years of the building of this "Q Army" has created a mass movement of people who question everything they are told, taking nothing at face value. We have learned to expand our thinking, and are open to new possibilities that would previously have been dismissed as too "out there". For the truth really is stranger than fiction — by far.   4. Q is an information weapon against institutionalised crime and corrupted media The corporate media is the most powerful weapon of the criminal "deep state" that is right now being removed from power. The media's deceit has captured the souls of many of our compatriots into a web of lies and hatred. To counter this, Q has created a formidable foe to take on the "fake news", as digital soldiers dissect every falsehood in real time, 24x7. In the coming battle, the corrupt mass media will attempt to spin everything to their advantage — no matter how indefensible. They have already been working hard to get ahead of the story, setting up doubts about video evidence as being "deep fakes"; suggesting that paedophilia is a sexual preference rather than a serious crime; and even attempting to normalise cannibalism. (The word "pedovore" is one I wish I hadn't had reason to encounter.) Ultimately the public are going to have to decide who is telling the truth: is the mass media offering journalism or propaganda? Can it be really true that they are just one coordinated narrative under so many seemingly independent brands? How could such an unethical system of mind control ever be possible in a modern technological age? The Q operation has been set up with the ultimate catch-22 for a corrupt corporate media, proving conclusively that it is pure propaganda, and not legitimate journalism. How so? The identity of Q is deliberately opaque. Q is not a "formal" program of the US government or military. Yet Q offers hundreds of data points that demonstrate Q is indeed linked to the Trump administration. Any ordinary person can seek these out and validate them. They are beyond compelling. Meanwhile, the corporate media writes endless hit pieces on Q denouncing everything Q offers as "debunked conspiracy theory". They write ad hominem attacks on those who think for themselves and reject the media's false narrative. Yet these "journalists" never do the most basic investigative activity of asking President Trump whether Q is legitimate, and if he is connected to it. This "Q question" turns Q into the most powerful (and paradoxical) information weapon in history: the credibility of the entire mass media is on the line, and every day they fail to ask it more people come to realise they are not in the business of journalism. The mass media's refusal to ask this simple question constantly destroys their credibility, with no action or effort required by the forces of truth. As Spygate and other scandals unfold, the outrage of the public at the complicity of the media will grow, and demands for the "Q question" to be asked will become irresistible. At that point, the corrupt corporate media will have triggered their own demise: every assertion of Q they dispute will necessitate public proof. An avalanche of disclosure will cascade down and bury them. Every previous hit piece they wrote on Q will act as an epitaph — and a warning to those who might consider such organised lies in future.

Fear seems to be very prevalent in the old world. Yet, it is an opportunity to see it is an illusion; to hold you back and empower the fear. Don't! Go beyond the fear and focus on Love instead, for within the fear is Love. The fear is also an opportunity to release any residual fear you still hold. Look into the fear; whatever it is; and see at its core Love. In every instance, focus on your own Integrity; your Truth. Being in your Integrity keeps you on your Path of Love. You can see fear as just another distraction; something to cling to; complain about or take on. It's best to be Love instead. And what is Love? It is who you are. It is Source and by being authentically you, you transform the fear to Love simply by being you; simply by being your Integrity; your Truth.


Realize too that the phase we're in requires each of us to be patient with ourselves and others. It requires us also to share our gifts; whatever they are and how large or small they may be. Some are writers, some are poets, some are photographers, some are Earthkeepers, some are conduits of a greater Love. It matters not how you express your gift; as long as you do. It can be as small as caring for a pet or loved one or caring for a plant...as long as you do it with Love; share your gift or expand your gifts. Be sure to ground often, for Earth is shifting as we are. Everything is shifting...your beliefs and concepts, your identity...everything. Trust only in Source, for this helps balance and ground you. The Sacred is where to place your attention, for from Source all else is born. Source is who you are.


We often want to control things by believing we must work at a loveless job or keep certain people in our lives. Yet, control is also an illusion. You control nothing and no-one. This is why it is essential to know; truly know; that the Power is within you, for you are Source. If you stay in neutrality as well, then you maintain your Sovereignty. You do not attach to “good” or “bad;” you observe with Compassion, knowing a deeper Truth.


Trust and have Faith that all is in Divine Order. This includes the many things and people that are no longer on Earth or choose to remain asleep. If it feels like everything is falling apart; rejoice; for it is and must. You have consciously let go of much; this also occurs on an unconscious level. I have said there is a great Transformation occurring. Perhaps some of you didn't feel beneath words or you just skimmed over that word, since it is used so much. Transformation is a complete let-go. From the goo that is left, a New World and a New You is reconstructed cell by cell. Even your DNA is changed, as is your consciousness. All is so all of Who You Are is aligned with and as Source. None of the old can remain. Of course, you must choose. Some may not want to let go of certain things; some may want to continue their complaining and complacency; and yet many will do anything to bring forth the New...not just for themselves and Gaia, but for the All.


If there are still old wounds that you carry around, heal and transform them to Love. This requires you to be in the Now Moment and to have loving support. Your support can be like-hearted others or the invisible realm. When you are in Stillness, call upon support. Ask for what you want and remember just because you have a memory of something it does not mean it is still actively creating in your life. Go into the memory and see if it gets you to react. If it does, ask to have the energy of it removed. If you do not react, trust that you have healed and transformed that particular wound. Just because you remember something does not necessarily mean it is still creating in your life.


If you are one who is asking to ascend and you feel as though nothing is happening, pay attention to your messages. Whether they are in your dreams, meditations or in regular life, pay attention. Stay in the Moment; stay in your Integrity. You are being guided. Yes, there are baby steps, for Ascension doesn't happen when you want it to (control). It can happen in a second or in a lifetime, for everyone is unique. Remember that you aren't alone; you are being guided in each moment. Are you listening? Be strong, committed and patient. Each choice you make leads you to Ascension or leads you away. You know the difference. If you feel overwhelmed by too many choices, take a deep breath and do just one thing at a time. Keep it simple.


Are you experiencing gold? This is the essence of Christ Consciousness as well as the New Earth. Do you experience purple? This is the essence of Transformation. Do you experience green? It is your Heart expanding. Do you experience blue? It is your New voice (and could also be the Blue Beings of Sirius communicating with you as well as other beings of Light). As we move toward 11/11, these colors/essences will intensify. Do you experience sensations in your higher chakras (Pineal, 3rd Eye, Crown)? These chakras are being updated. Along with the colors/ essences, there probably are some physical sensations. Flow with it all; observe without wondering what it is or why; just observe without attaching to whatever is going on. How you can help yourself...ground, be in Nature, take care of yourself and be gentle. Don't push; flow.


If it feels as though you are taking one step forward and one step back, do not despair. It simply is the way it works. Energy ebbs and flows and since you are energy, you ebb and flow! Linear time is an illusion. Nothing goes by Point A to Point B to Point C, etc. Nothing goes in a straight line. Energy is a spiral. You are not a victim; nothing happens to you except when you have disempowering or limiting thoughts and beliefs (you create it; it only seems as though it happens to you). If you don't like or resonate with your creation, begin again. You are not on a timetable either; all is in Divine Order and in Divine Time. Everything occurs in the Moment. Think of the popular word, “timeline.” Time is an illusion and line is linear. Very 3D. Of course, this is only my perception. What is yours? Or do you just go with whatever is fed to you without Discernment? Use Discernment with everything you see, read or hear. Always ask, “Is this true?”


Much seems to be sensationalized these days. By using Discernment, you are guided. If you feel victimized in any way regardless of who a person says they are or where they get their information, ask to be removed from the situation. Remember, you have a support team ready to help you in any given moment. They will not interfere, so you must ask. Discernment is a tool you have within. It is a Soul Essence. It rests within your Heart.


Here are some examples of being awake or awakening more: you lose track of time (yesterday I was speaking with a daughter and mentioned it was Tuesday; she replied, “Mom! It's Friday!” I couldn't stop laughing). You might not even remember what you did just an hour ago. If things seem strange or you get lost in familiar surroundings, this is another message that you're awakening even more. Sometimes you're clear; sometimes you are in a fog. Only wanting meaningful relationships; feeling tired of “small talk.” You may want to spend a lot of time alone. Of course, there are lots of physical phenomena too. I won't go into these, as everyone is unique as to what they are experiencing.


Trust yourself and love yourself. These are the two things to always have in the forefront of your life. Be gentle and peaceful in all you choose to do. Stay neutral without going into judgment. Remember that you are loved and guided and cared for.

Anyone who is are familiar with my work knows that I write and talk a lot about the Hyperdimensional Matrix Control System, i.e. the non-physical occult hostile forces and their mechanisms which aim to keep us spiritually asleep. I first came across this “topic of all topics” about 20 years ago in the late 90s based on personal experiences and a life long “knowing” or intuition that there is ‘something else’ going on here on Planet Earth behind the veil of 3D physical reality. Since then I have done extensive research into this topic among many other topics in alignment with my own personal inner process — which eventually it lead me to the topic of entity interferences/attachments and occult knowledge in general. Throughout these years I have also learned the ‘hard way’ via direct experience, being attacked and interfered with by hyper-dimensional occult forces. I’ve shared my experiences in various writings, talks and interviews.

One of the questions I’ve been asked the most is “how can I protect and clear myself from entity attachments and interferences?” I have addressed this question in my work throughout the years. It’s impossible to answer this question in a short 10 point bulletin article without over-simplifying this topic. Many factors come in and each case is specific. There are various things to consider when it comes to occult forces and entity attachments/interferences from a psychological, esoteric, spiritual and metaphysical perspective; the micro-perspective of one’s personal soul journey (level of being) and the macro-perspective of the evolution of consciousness and the Time of Transition we are in right now.


In order to give a better understanding of this topic and answering this question I have complied all my research and insights from personal experiences and from having worked with people at my retreats/workshops and one-on-one online or in person over years. The result is this 8hr webinar with 125 slides divided in two parts. I’ve invested hundreds of hours of work over four months doing research; finding new relevant information and going back to older material and books, in order to put this webinar together. Most of the occult/esoteric material I have come across has confirmed my own experiences and insights.
