*I only share my own perception of things, my own experiences & guidance; therefore I am not a teacher, I am a share-er. We all "see" & experience reality differently, we all have a filter no matter how "awake" we may think we are. This channel was create to share, connect. Not teach. The filter is our perception, experiences and what makes us an individual aspect of the group consciousness. But we can go beyond individual perception through deep states of meditation.



There seems to be a "pause" as I heard it, or integration, before an acceleration from the codes/frequencies/energy coming in through this 12 day portal... theres alot of energy & Solar Activity coming in the firmament. This is helping to create balance with the charges/polarities & with the planet in whatever way Cosmic Law decides. Everything is in Divine Order, even if it doesn't feel like it, look like it, or seem like it. Bad or Evil doesn't exist through the embodied True Self, its all projected thought. When thoughts of evil or bad exist, its the shadow needing to be integrating. The Divine is perfect. That's realized through deeper layers of awakening. No duality, no evil, no bad, no wrong.. only perception from a human mind cut off from the True Self or I AM presence unable to see that everything IS and all is one. Not all is one because that's what people say when they are "spiritual" but really knowing this.


The Portals I speak of are based off the energies connected to the Sacred Calender, Sun, Moon & Central Sun. Some of these portals are GAP (Galactic Activation Days) like this 12 day portal has 9 GAP days in a row. Although I can see why dates like 8/8, 9/9, 10/10, 11/11, 12/12, etc... would be called Portals because of the numbers being the same & because we adopted the use of the Gregorian calendar/12 month calender/timing frequency, but the Portals & GAP days I speak of are based off Mayan system/13 moon calender/timing frequency & Sirius. I use many different forms of astrology with meditative intuitive trance work- to interpret in a way that feels aligned with myself, others & collective energy. 💜

Surfing the Big Waves of Change

Dear Ones,


When the waves of change are upon you, as they inevitably are in this momentous time, come back to your breath. In that place, Divine Order prevails. There is Divinity living within the breath. It is said that God lives within the space of the inbreath and the outbreath. Breathing long calming breaths, Ease and Grace transpires as you breathe in and out, and so it goes throughout life.


There is a Divine Light shining through the center of all that is transpiring that includes the presence of Infinite Intelligence. This power of Divine Light knows what is needed for balance and to lift the vibrational frequencies to shift the appearance of discord. Light becomes a tool of consciousness when you use it with your focused intent, knowing that within it all there is Divine Order.


We are learning to surf the big waves, and you are more ready than you know. The intensified waves of change are affecting all people at this sacred time. You came on Earth with special gifts so you could hold the space of Peace that so many people are trying to find. You are the wayshower, an example of one living in harmony with your Soul. We each have the heart, the tools and all the requirements we need for us to remember that place of Love within your heart.


There is a Divine Order within all things. When you can remember this metaphysical truth within whatever you are experiencing, life will grow more Grace-filled. With these words you experience the Oneness that lives at the base of each experience. Your breath will assist you in providing enough detachment that you may be able to be more of a witness to all that is transpiring, without attachment or emotionality. It takes practice to come to the place where deep breath and prayer become your first line of awareness, but your intention to access that state of Equilibrium will go a long way to grounding your inspired action.


You are here to hold the frequencies of Divine Light. Life claims greater Order when you can come back to your breath in every moment, allowing the changes to occur, staying focused in the breath. Here you are resourceful.  Within the breath, you have access to the Temple of your Heart.In every moment there is contraction and expansion with your breath. Not attaching to the next breath, you are allowing the breath to flow through you, doing as it does, receiving and releasing.


The Beauty, Stability and Freedom you love is available in your heart, accessible by your breath. There is Oneness in this sacred place within your heart.  As you embrace and receive the state of Unity consciousness, Balance and Equanimity arise within you, along with a sense of Wholeness.


From Wholeness you can share with others, you can expand and acknowledge the multi-dimensionality of life, all occurring at once. Depending on your focus of attention, all is provided like a Banquet of Life. The choices are yours. When Life is in the momentous waves of change, turn your focus to the Light within it all and trust the Divine Order there. Recognize that your experience is incumbent upon your choices.


Your heart can provide a sanctuary, a place for a time out in the midst of change, a temple of Loving Kindness where you can receive, regroup and renew. Here you can find Order in the chaos if you allow yourself to breathe through it with Balance as your focus of intention.


Breathe within the sensations of speeding energy carried on the waves of change. This fast momentum can be exhilarating if you are in your body breathing through it, grounded while you ride the wave.


Through it all, as you are creating the new structures for your life, stay grounded as you use your focus of intentions to be more at peace with the momentum of change, you can find Balance in your heart with every breath.


You are asking to come together with people of like-mind and heart now. When you expand into this prayer for Soul Community, you are magnetic. Those will come who can help you to anchor the activated frequencies of multi-dimensional life. It is more fun to be a catalyst for change when you can share with people of like-hearted focus.


As you gather with others who are also remembering this Truth, it anchors Balance and Equanimity within all beings and on the Earth. As water seeks its level, you are the centers of Peace that all Life gravitates towards. It is there on the breath, in this holy instant, moment to moment.


All is well. You are Free. You are Blessed. Breathe it in. Be refreshed by its essence.


As you exhale Love, feel your world expand to embrace the new life within change. Thank you for being the keepers of Loving Presence within your hearts. And so it is.

Fear seems to be very prevalent in the old world. Yet, it is an opportunity to see it is an illusion; to hold you back and empower the fear. Don't! Go beyond the fear and focus on Love instead, for within the fear is Love. The fear is also an opportunity to release any residual fear you still hold. Look into the fear; whatever it is; and see at its core Love. In every instance, focus on your own Integrity; your Truth. Being in your Integrity keeps you on your Path of Love. You can see fear as just another distraction; something to cling to; complain about or take on. It's best to be Love instead. And what is Love? It is who you are. It is Source and by being authentically you, you transform the fear to Love simply by being you; simply by being your Integrity; your Truth.


Realize too that the phase we're in requires each of us to be patient with ourselves and others. It requires us also to share our gifts; whatever they are and how large or small they may be. Some are writers, some are poets, some are photographers, some are Earthkeepers, some are conduits of a greater Love. It matters not how you express your gift; as long as you do. It can be as small as caring for a pet or loved one or caring for a plant...as long as you do it with Love; share your gift or expand your gifts. Be sure to ground often, for Earth is shifting as we are. Everything is shifting...your beliefs and concepts, your identity...everything. Trust only in Source, for this helps balance and ground you. The Sacred is where to place your attention, for from Source all else is born. Source is who you are.


We often want to control things by believing we must work at a loveless job or keep certain people in our lives. Yet, control is also an illusion. You control nothing and no-one. This is why it is essential to know; truly know; that the Power is within you, for you are Source. If you stay in neutrality as well, then you maintain your Sovereignty. You do not attach to “good” or “bad;” you observe with Compassion, knowing a deeper Truth.


Trust and have Faith that all is in Divine Order. This includes the many things and people that are no longer on Earth or choose to remain asleep. If it feels like everything is falling apart; rejoice; for it is and must. You have consciously let go of much; this also occurs on an unconscious level. I have said there is a great Transformation occurring. Perhaps some of you didn't feel beneath words or you just skimmed over that word, since it is used so much. Transformation is a complete let-go. From the goo that is left, a New World and a New You is reconstructed cell by cell. Even your DNA is changed, as is your consciousness. All is so all of Who You Are is aligned with and as Source. None of the old can remain. Of course, you must choose. Some may not want to let go of certain things; some may want to continue their complaining and complacency; and yet many will do anything to bring forth the New...not just for themselves and Gaia, but for the All.


If there are still old wounds that you carry around, heal and transform them to Love. This requires you to be in the Now Moment and to have loving support. Your support can be like-hearted others or the invisible realm. When you are in Stillness, call upon support. Ask for what you want and remember just because you have a memory of something it does not mean it is still actively creating in your life. Go into the memory and see if it gets you to react. If it does, ask to have the energy of it removed. If you do not react, trust that you have healed and transformed that particular wound. Just because you remember something does not necessarily mean it is still creating in your life.


If you are one who is asking to ascend and you feel as though nothing is happening, pay attention to your messages. Whether they are in your dreams, meditations or in regular life, pay attention. Stay in the Moment; stay in your Integrity. You are being guided. Yes, there are baby steps, for Ascension doesn't happen when you want it to (control). It can happen in a second or in a lifetime, for everyone is unique. Remember that you aren't alone; you are being guided in each moment. Are you listening? Be strong, committed and patient. Each choice you make leads you to Ascension or leads you away. You know the difference. If you feel overwhelmed by too many choices, take a deep breath and do just one thing at a time. Keep it simple.


Are you experiencing gold? This is the essence of Christ Consciousness as well as the New Earth. Do you experience purple? This is the essence of Transformation. Do you experience green? It is your Heart expanding. Do you experience blue? It is your New voice (and could also be the Blue Beings of Sirius communicating with you as well as other beings of Light). As we move toward 11/11, these colors/essences will intensify. Do you experience sensations in your higher chakras (Pineal, 3rd Eye, Crown)? These chakras are being updated. Along with the colors/ essences, there probably are some physical sensations. Flow with it all; observe without wondering what it is or why; just observe without attaching to whatever is going on. How you can help yourself...ground, be in Nature, take care of yourself and be gentle. Don't push; flow.


If it feels as though you are taking one step forward and one step back, do not despair. It simply is the way it works. Energy ebbs and flows and since you are energy, you ebb and flow! Linear time is an illusion. Nothing goes by Point A to Point B to Point C, etc. Nothing goes in a straight line. Energy is a spiral. You are not a victim; nothing happens to you except when you have disempowering or limiting thoughts and beliefs (you create it; it only seems as though it happens to you). If you don't like or resonate with your creation, begin again. You are not on a timetable either; all is in Divine Order and in Divine Time. Everything occurs in the Moment. Think of the popular word, “timeline.” Time is an illusion and line is linear. Very 3D. Of course, this is only my perception. What is yours? Or do you just go with whatever is fed to you without Discernment? Use Discernment with everything you see, read or hear. Always ask, “Is this true?”


Much seems to be sensationalized these days. By using Discernment, you are guided. If you feel victimized in any way regardless of who a person says they are or where they get their information, ask to be removed from the situation. Remember, you have a support team ready to help you in any given moment. They will not interfere, so you must ask. Discernment is a tool you have within. It is a Soul Essence. It rests within your Heart.


Here are some examples of being awake or awakening more: you lose track of time (yesterday I was speaking with a daughter and mentioned it was Tuesday; she replied, “Mom! It's Friday!” I couldn't stop laughing). You might not even remember what you did just an hour ago. If things seem strange or you get lost in familiar surroundings, this is another message that you're awakening even more. Sometimes you're clear; sometimes you are in a fog. Only wanting meaningful relationships; feeling tired of “small talk.” You may want to spend a lot of time alone. Of course, there are lots of physical phenomena too. I won't go into these, as everyone is unique as to what they are experiencing.


Trust yourself and love yourself. These are the two things to always have in the forefront of your life. Be gentle and peaceful in all you choose to do. Stay neutral without going into judgment. Remember that you are loved and guided and cared for.

Dear Ones,


All is in Divine Order. With these words you experience the Oneness that lives at the base of each experience. In every moment there is contraction and expansion with your breath. Not attaching to the next breath but allowing the breath to flow through you, doing as it does, receiving and releasing.

One of the most important things you can do is to release all fear. Having fear; no matter what it is related to; blocks you from being a powerful creator. Creating your life is your job in the New. No-one else can do this for you. There is no blockage; there is only fear of your Power. Fully accepting your Power to create and manifest is what is waiting for you. Nothing automatically happens; you (being the sovereign being you are) must take a first step toward that which you want to manifest...after you claim your Power. In fact, often taking a first step also activates your Power to create. Much is related to fear: all of the lower emotions like worry, doubt, shame, anger, control and all the others. Release the fear and step into your Power to create and manifest.


You are not alone in transforming anything; in fact, there has been a powerful whirlwind of energy available to you for any Opportunity you choose to manifest. While it helps you evolve, it also helps you release the old that you still may carry. This whirlwind can feel like being lost, feeling ungrounded, disconnected, sleeplessness, depression, headaches and other emotional and physical phenomena. This is true whether you are releasing or integrating. To access this Light, simply intend to receive. If you are still carrying your old wounds around, this Light can help you release and transform them. Your old wounds fester, affecting all aspects of your life, if they are not released. These wounds can be the result and perception that parents, past lovers, children, friends or anything in which you took on the perception of woundedness, did something to you. Once you release the wound, go deeper and find where you carry victim energy. This is the belief that things happen to you and not for you.


The New World. Do you think a brand new Earth is going to appear? No. The Earth remains the same, as you do...only different. It is your consciousness that shifts. The New Earth is here now. Being New means you see and experience through eyes of Love; not in the old way of seeing things in duality (good/bad, beautiful/ugly, right/wrong, etc.). When you are clear of the old, you see things through your Soul; your perfect self; Love. When you flow with Awareness, your consciousness shifts higher. There is no judgment or anger; there is only Divine Order. There is no resistance to perceived challenges; you flow through them with Grace. Suffering occurs when you attach to something; when you judge something and when you resist something. When you accept What Is as Divine Order, you flow. If it doesn't feel right, go into it with Awareness and find what you are to learn or change.


When your consciousness expands, you experience Bliss. It doesn't matter what is going on in your life, you feel Bliss deep within. Your frequency remains high and continuously shifts as you embody the Truth of you; that of Soul; your most perfect self. When you accept the truth of you; that you are Love; you ground this Truth into every aspect of life. It may not yet feel comfortable, as it is so new and continually shifts. As it moves through you (through all your bodies, cells, DNA, electrical system, etc.) eventually you become comfortable with all the shifting, yet you will not create another comfort zone matrix, in which you stop expanding. The New is always shifting and expanding, so the only place to be is in the present moment so you may observe all from a detached place.


When you are detached, you flow. In the old, being detached meant you didn't care. In the New, Detachment is different in that you actually are more loving; you just don't get caught up in drama or judgment. Peoples' energy doesn't stick to you. You hold all in Love without the old desire to fix or save. You allow others the space to create their own lives without the need to tell them what to do or who to be. You do not compare yourself to others, knowing and trusting that each being is a powerful creator, as you are. If you find yourself wanting to fix or save or compare yourself to others, go into that energy and discover where you still hold fear and then accept it and release it. Know too that grounding this New within you feels different than grounding in the old. In the old, grounding solidified you to all of who you thought you were. In the New, grounding helps the New You be more anchored as you.


You may wonder how you fit with those in your family (especially) or friends or groups when you seem to be the only one who is evolving. Stay true to you and remind yourself that dimming your light to suit others does not help you or them; it keeps all in the status quo. You can be with others and still be who you are. The more you are your Authentic Self, the more your Light shines and the more your consciousness expands. You will find that your gifts grow, as opportunities do, and you will not have a tendency to dip into 3D any longer. The higher you go, the less duality is a part of you. So the only thing to do is to be yourself and do whatever helps you keep your Light bright and your vibration high. Don't expect others, who may not want to shift higher, to be drawn to you. Some will reject you. Those who are ready to shift will be attracted to you. All is in Divine Order.


You may notice your physical body shifting as well as your mental and emotional bodies. What you used to like to do or eat or drink, who you liked to be with and many other things, may not appeal to you anymore. Your daily patterns are shifting. You cannot expect your physical body to act in the way it used to. Rather than fight or resist this, accept it; flow with the changes. Follow the rhythm of your body by tuning into it and asking it what it wants. When you feel disoriented or unsure, flow with what is being presented; you are merely expanding into being New. Stay in the moment and gently let go of the way you used to feel physically; this helps you flow with the changes.


You are not alone in this. While friends and family may drift away, you are surrounded and cheered on by many in the physical and beyond, who are choosing a new way of being too. Gaia is doing this as well; you may have noticed. She is letting go of lower energies. All is in a state of Transformation...dying to be born anew. There are those who blame lower energy entitities, like greys and lizzies, for the negativity that seems to be prevalent now. Don't buy into this. This is victim energy. You alone are in charge. You can choose to dwell in lower or higher energies; the choice is yours. If you do find yourself buying into the negativity, you can clear it by remaining positive, meditating, burning sage, using Roses or Rosewater or chanting positive mantras...or whatever you are guided to do to transform the energy. You are Love; Light...you are not a victim. If you work with guides other than your own Soul, don't connect with any being who just shows up. They could tell you they are so and so and they may not be who they say they are. Instead say this, “Only those of the Divine Light, Love and Plan be present now.” Those that are lower in vibration must leave your space. When your energy is nothing but Love, you will not be drawn into negativity nor will it be drawn to you.


As you shift in more positivity; i.e; consciousness; you attract wonderful opportunities to be more. You do not have to control this or do anything to make this happen, as all occurs in alignment with who you are within. This is the purpose of clearing and claiming yourself as Love. When you are clear, you are nothing but Love and all you attract is of this vibration. It cannot be otherwise.

We each are on our own Path and have our own missions. Some are activists, some help clear the masses of old energies, others share Light, some light up folks' path, while others increase the Love within and upon Earth and all of life. There are many paths and missions in life; we each are unique in what we share, yet we are all One. Each shares in their own way, whether they are aware of it or not. Awareness is key, as when one is aware of what their mission is, it doesn't matter how they choose to share their Light; just that they know they do so uniquely. One can be in what may appear to be a mundane job, yet if that being is in Joy and Passion, they are aware of what their mission is. One's mission is not some magical knowing; it is obvious to the Aware One. It simply takes looking deeper with Awareness in how they share their mission from their Heart. An awakened one doesn't compare their mission with another, realizing that no mission is less or more than any other.

We have all come far in our expression as Souls and in our Awakening to the Divinity within. This month actually prepares us for next year, where there is more integrating of our Divine Selves. I see it as a transition month. We have done so much work clearing and integrating that if you journal how you've been in the past, you will not recognize that person. Of importance is to see how you have created endings in your life, so that you may begin anew. The answers to “why” lie deep below the surface. Dive below and discover the gift, for everything has a gift of Awareness within it, no matter how tragic you perceive the surface event to be. As you discover the gift, be grateful even while you grieve the loss of old life.

There has been a tremendous letting-go, which has resulted in a perceived separation from loved ones, as one scenario. Yet, all is in Divine Order. You can grieve if you have a belief in “loss,” yet ask yourself what “loss” really is. Is it an illusion? To me, it is illusion, for we do not “lose” anything; all is connected and things may change form, which affects one's life in a grand way. If you can see “loss” as a readjustment and gift for you, then your consciousness rises to the next level. In all situations, there comes a time to let go, so you can being a new chapter in life. The more you resist this, the more difficult life becomes. Allow the flow of Grace to carry you through perceived difficulties. (Notice I use the word “perceived,” as all is based on one's own perception and is not necessarily Truth.)

We are still releasing the ancient wound of separation. This can be seen being played out by many people, organizations and governments. Much of the very distant past is also coming forth to be healed/wholed. This includes people we have known and not known in history, saints, gurus, ancestors and entire belief systems. Focus on your mission without being distracted by so much duality. What you focus on is what is created and powerfully manifest. Gaia certainly is releasing a lot; yet it all is in Divine Order. Stay true to who you are without getting sucked down the rabbit hole.

We are creating the New Earth as we focus entirely on being Love. Just as each of the animal kingdom has their own path (a big Hawk just showed up as a confirmation), so do we. Each of us also may experience being very scattered as we traverse the old and the New. This goes for the folks around us as well. Be patient. The mind cannot quite get what the New is all about and there is a tendency to attach to the old, because it is familiar. Yet, we are further along in our desire to let go of the old, so focus on Divine Service, being in Nature, meditating and remind yourself that you are doing the very best you can. There is much activation of our New Selves to calibrate ourselves to a new way of being. It's not like we're all alone in this, we are helped by engaging with the activations and by making conscious choices. Have complete Faith that you are guided by your Highest Self, so be aware of all of what you are guided to do moment by moment. This guidance comes in the form of messages, both inner and outer, and by your own Intuitional feeling.

As we let go of the old, we may not know what to do next. Do not fret about this or analyze it. Stay in the Now Moment; from this place you will know what step to take next. We are like the caterpillar, who dissolves completely in the chrysalis, and in time the Butterfly is assembled in Wholeness. It takes a while. After all, it has taken many lifetimes for us to create who we are/were, so be patient. We are emerging from our chrysalis as a New being of Love; beautiful in our magnificence. I am not saying it will take many lifetimes to be completely New; unless that is your Souls choice. Stay in the Now and put all of your focus on being Love; on your Path; on who you are becoming. Let go of the past and the future. Be here now. Let go of expectations about how it's supposed to be and let go of any attachment you have to plans. In the New, there are no plans. There is only Now.

One of the best ways to anchor the New is to surrender. This isn't passive; as you surrender to what is with Heart-intentions it is like you are on a river. Without a paddle, it's easy to get stuck in an eddy or on a rock or branch. With a paddle, you become One with the flow. This is empowered Movement. You are not helpless. You are not a victim of circumstance. You guide your boat. Surrender with intention to your preferred way of being. Consciously make a decision to be active in the Flow of New Life. This will help you align with the highest expression of Love. Surrender is letting go and allowing. Surrendering with intention is aligning to your purpose and to the highest outcome. Surrendering is important, for you don't control or manage the Flow; you become One with the Flow. Let go of end results; allow your intention to be manifest by Source. You are Source!

Because we're still releasing old emotions/energy, we will experience release in many ways. You may pee or sweat a lot. You are clearing not only old emotions, but the stuck toxins in your cells as well.

We are all starseeds from other dimensions. We have agreed to take on a body. When we do that, we also step into any unfinished business of other lifetimes. We have agreed to not only bring forth a higher consciousness, but to also clear our bodies and planet of all that is not Love. Being a starseed, you are probably very empathic and sensitive to energies. Through this clearing, we become even more sensitive and empathic, yet these all help us navigate the world through our Intuition and Awareness. From this place of high Awareness, we make decisions that help to align us with our Soul; an aspect of Source. Aligning or merging with Soul increases our vibration and thus we are able to transform the old into the New. Meditation greatly helps with this, for meditation aligns us with our purpose and Soul-merging. Simply breathe Divine Source Love/Light into your Heart, High Heart or Pineal Chakra. Bring this Divinity throughout all your chakras and cells. You do this with intention and breath and visualization, if you are visual.

We are anchoring our New blueprints, which helps us integrate and manifest our highest potential. As we do this, we move into a new experience physically. This is because our Light Bodies are more powerfully connected to our Earth bodies as well as to the higher dimensions. This is Soul-merging. We will begin to walk the Earth as ascended masters. What does being an ascended master in a human body on Earth mean to you? Being an ascended master in human form means you take full Responsibility for all your choices fully awake. You are not a victim of any circumstance. You are powerful as you stand in your own Light and Knowing. Of course, this is just one aspect of being an ascended master.

Balsamic Moon Phase: release, transform

Moon in Virgo

Sun (after 2:26 pm ET/6:26 pm UT): 28 Virgo - "a bald-headed man who has seized power"

• True Alignments:  the power of timing, decision making, grounded, unobstructed spiritual messages, willpower

• Catalysts for Change:  hyper-dominant, absolute power corrupts, things getting out of control quickly, tempers

Earth (after 2:26 pm ET/6:26 pm UT):  28 Pisces - "a fertile garden under the Full Moon"

• True Alignments:  clarity, fulfillment, harmony, ideas, revelations, all laid out in front of us, creativity, multiplicity

• Catalysts for Change:  fears about money, self sabotage, unclear, giving up on projects, unable to see truth

The Sun continues to discharge 27 Virgo, "aristocratic elderly ladies drinking afternoon tea in a wealthy home" until 2:26 pm ET/6:26 pm UT, when it will move to the degree of the New Moon/new solar-lunar month - 28 Virgo, "a bald-headed man who has seized power."  Exact time of the New Moon is overnight at 1:30 am ET/5:30 am UT.

The power of will and freewill will be in full force this month.  Much will be answered by the Full Moon.

For all of the talk of women (and "a woman giving birth" with the Rev 12 prophecy) and Virgo as the feminine, this month is actually all about the Divine Masculine.  The force of the masculine unites with the power of Virgo's Divine Feminine to allow Divine Will to be done.

To prepare for a new month, we do the "Balsamic thing" of releasing what we do not want to carry forward.  The primary focus of this includes attitudes, feelings, perceived failures, challenges, difficulties, and circumstances that are unsatisfying, worn out, or no longer serve.

• What do you wish to release before the New Moon enters?

• What do you wish to continue cultivating, so that it may become fertile or bloom?

• What does "thy will be done" mean for you right now?

Consideration of these questions puts us in Divine Order and sees us well-prepared for this month's journey.  With "seizures of power" in effect along with the year's theme of being blown away by things ("a woman's hat with streamers blown by the east wind"), the month is likely to be eventful.

Because this month is like a month-long Gibbous Moon phase, we are advised to "ground" ourselves in the present moment and to TRUST.  Trust is the keyword for Gibbous phases.  (The other keyword is "magic" because it is the time when magical, miraculous things happen.  Miracles ARE happening, at a much faster clip than before.  This is because we are two and one half years into fifth-dimensional consciousness.)

It is easy to trust when there is little risk or uncertainty.  Living in the Time of Shift, little is certain, and all seems rather risky.  This is truly a matter of perception.  We actually have everything on our side.  Truth and love are prevailing, little by little, one step at a time.  The devolution of the archontic control matrices is a reality.  If it were not, we would not have strife.  The strife is proof of the renaissance.

I have said it many times, but if we lived by the cycles of the Sun and Earth, we would take a step back, power down a bit, and reconnect with our spiritual selves during Balsamic Moon phases.  The more we can do this during Balsamic Moon phase, the better off we are for the next month.  THE POWER of Balsamic to usher out the old and usher in the new is INFINITE.  There are no limits.  Thus, today is as important as tomorrow's New Moon, but in opposite ways.  Balsamic phase releases; New phase begins.  This is THE WAY.

Tonight at 9:16 pm ET/1:16 am UT, Venus will enter Virgo.  I love Venus in Virgo.  It is late this year, since Venus stationed retrograde and direct earlier.  Venus in Virgo has a lovely lightening (as in lighten up) effect that has been missing.  Many astrologers characterize Venus in Virgo as picky and as a time when we exaggerate our perceived flaws (often our perceived physical flaws).  Ultimately, Venus in Virgo symbolizes the harvest.  Since the Earth discharging "a fertile garden under the Full Moon" for the New Moon, this month brings abundance in its various forms.

Tonight at 11:39 pm ET/3:39 am UT, Mercury will make exact opposition with Neptune.  The highest octave of this clears our thinking and shows us where we have deluded ourselves.  The lower octave sinks into confusion and despair, denying reality.  It may feel like a battle in the mind between positive and negative thoughts.  It is always best to jump to the best of Neptune when difficulties arise, specifically by attuning to the spiritual and creative frequencies it offers.  Since this astrological aspect is in effect at the time of the New Moon, its influence will be significant throughout the month.  Remember that Mercury delivers messages, so open up to them (especially with animal sightings - we will want to keep Animal Speak handy today and all month long).

Note that Mercury is discharging "a powerful statesman overcomes a state of political hysteria" while Neptune is discharging "a sword used in many battles in a museum."  The cabal is at a disadvantage with these.  The "order" that they are attempting to create from their chaos will not have the desired outcome.  Divine Will is hijacking those plans, sending the outcomes toward humanity's advantage.  This does not mean that the "hysteria" is avoided or neutralized; it means the "hysteria" has silver linings that will unfold through time.

Mars is in tight conjunction with Mercury, adding the energetic of "two heads looking out and beyond the shadows."  We advance and go beyond the shadow this month.  How divine.

The main thing today is to trust and release.  Turn troubles over to a higher power, and make space for a new and powerful month.  Spend some time in nature, give thanks, and you will be in the perfect position for the mightiness that is to come.

Big Push in the Energies – Asking Us to Step Up

Even though the energies from the Solstice and New Moon are waning, there is not much reprieve right now. At times I feel like a broken record discussing the mental, emotional and physical effects of the higher frequencies coming in. Yet, what I am feeling with this latest burst of energy is a push, a big push for us to be our most authentic self. My grandmother would refer to this as “shit or get off the pot” energy.  When I pondered how to describe it, those were the words I heard and I had to laugh and share because it is so fitting.


For those who have been on the journey for a while, there is a sense of action, of doing, and creating WHILE BEING.  For most of our lives we were action oriented beings, striving and achieving, going with what was expected of us by society, friends, and family. We had a vision of what was ideal and we went after it, even though it left many of us empty.  Then the world changed, the universe conspired to shake us up. We experienced destruction. Some of us experienced the destruction of health, finances, security, relationships, jobs, even where we were living. Some simply felt this feeling that they were living a lie, that there was more out there that they couldn’t put their finger on. Spirit did whatever was needed to get our attention, to get us out of the day to day that was just piling on the layers of the veil year after year. Whatever we falsely identified with was stripped.


Amidst all the destruction, we searched and searched and found our soul. We began to get a glimpse of who we truly are without all the beliefs and expectations that we carried. We had no choice but to learn how to BE, that we were worthy and ok for simply being alive. We had to learn how to be when the energies knocked us down, learn how to be when it felt that all we had counted on for security was taken away. We had to learn to trust in the process, honor it, and do the hard work of clearing our emotional and mental bodies.


Now we are being asked more and more to get back out there, the cocooning time is done. For those who have been active there is a great push to expand – become more than you ever thought you could. There is a giant push to let go of all of our fears and reservations and be exactly who we are with no apologies. For years the masters have talked about becoming the light house to lead others out of the dark. For those that are in this stage, it is indeed what you have become. You are becoming the example for others, while remembering that the lighthouse stays on shore, not jumping into the storm. How can one guide when they become lost themselves? There is no self-sacrifice in the new paradigm, there is no debt that needs to be repaid and when we give, it is from the heart and pure. We have learned that to not put ourselves first and honor our soul is to go backwards and the repercussions on our emotional & physical health would be swift


Now is the time that “boots on the ground” are needed, the cocooning or quarantine is over. What this means will vary with each person. Some will find themselves entering high density positions or locations, some will simply expand into more of who they are while others will find that they must leave the safety of the nest and fly.  Remember, a light house must be on the edge between the land and ocean to be of service, a land locked lighthouse would do little good. However you choose to put the “boots on the ground” is perfect for you. As humans we tend to want everything to be perfect before we act. We want to be 100% through the process, secure and in constant alignment before acting. Yet, if we wait for that day, we would never act. Consider this your internship. You are learning how to return to DOING while BEING.


This concept of getting back out there in whatever form it means for you can feel terrifying and that fear alone can cause you not to act. Settle yourself, and listen with your heart – what is your soul saying? Sometimes the hardest and biggest step is the first one.


I had been feeling this push in the energies for a few weeks now and the same has been expressed by some of my clients, for some it exhibited as restlessness, a longing for something which often times is undefinable.  As always spirit shows it to me in such a way that I truly understand what is happening
Throughout the night last night, I dreamed of my grandmother’s house. She had a large garden with fruit trees and it was teeming with life. This place was my sanctuary, my peace.  There were so many people in her home as it was an open house and I inquired about buying it.  I then heard “Jennifer!” and I snapped to attention as it was my grandmother’s voice. She passed in 2015. I walked into the kitchen and she says “Sit down and have some coffee”. She then proceeded to tell me that I need to stop looking backward and to look forward. That I hadn’t truly made a home since I lost my farm in 2012. That it was time I made my own sanctuary, my own place to be. This was all accurate, I have been holding back. She then says “And you need to decide what you want to do, it doesn’t matter, just decide.” I asked her what she meant and I found we were both standing in a hallway with 3 doors that contained possible futures. As I opened each one she said – “If this is what you want, it will be a good life, but only if it is what you want.”  I realized that the only requirement for choosing was – did I want it? Is it what will make my heart soar or am I choosing based on fear?


As I stared at door number 3 and its potential I asked “If I choose this, will my husband and little one be OK with it?” She looked at me and said “Leave that to spirit to sort out. You have to trust.” There it was…Could I trust in this possible future, trust in spirit to guide, trust that no matter what the highest good is done or do I retreat back into the illusion of safety?


I choose door 3 as it made my heart soar.  She said “Good, then go in and close the door behind you.” I did and was immediately surrounded by my team who congratulated me. They explained that there was no wrong choice as long as whatever choice made was not made from fear.  There is no more playing small, as we are not small beings. The enormity of the situation hit me as my human brain took over and I got scared. I looked at my higher self and said “What do I do now?” She smiled and said “Just be you and it will all fall into place.”


I woke and asked if this is a message to share with everyone and was told yes. That for those in the destruction & entering the cocooning phase it would bring hope that it does end. It does get better. For those feeling the intense energies and the urgency it would provide an understanding; a framework as to the purpose.


I hope that this message finds you stepping into your power more and more, becoming and being the lighthouse that you were born to be.

Much Light is flowing into us and into Gaia. It reaches deeply into our chakras and DNA; it expands our consciousness; our Divinity-knowing. It weaves through our entire being and helps us be more of the new ones we've been intending to be. This may feel may a little strange, like you landed in a new place and you have no bearing or familiarity; like it's completely new; and well, it is! Rest and meditate. Grounding outside, especially barefoot, greatly helps as does drinking lots of pure water and listening to what your body wants for you. As you move more completely from the old world, you may feel restless, for the doing that you have been so used to, doesn't seem so urgent now. This Light is greatly helpful in dissolving long-held patterns and limitations. There are more and more synchronicities that may seem small, yet, pay attention. It doesn't matter what they mean; just observe without the need to know. Realize too that we are building up to the Solstice. As we get closer, you may notice many changes within and around you.


As the old ways are dissolving, they also seem to be getting stronger. This is how Transformation works; there seems to be a last frantic breath that is taken by the old. So it may look, as you observe, that things are worse. Trust that this is simply a part of the process. Simplify your life as much as possible so that you aren't distracted by too much busy-ness or by the goings-on in the old world. It is not worse; it is wonderful. As you observe, you may let go of judging whether things are good or bad or moving or stagnant.


There is a place where much is occurring, even when it feels all is so still in your life. It is the Great Void. Much happens here, for it is in the Void that all your highest potentialities are being energized. Being in the Void during meditation is a great experience of letting go and trusting. We are so used to planning and controlling that this can feel very strange. It can be described as a place of nothingness and yet, amazing things happen here. When you meditate and it is completely without visions, you most likely are in the Void. Having visions is great fun and it's entertaining and yet it is not when big change occurs. So let go and allow yourself to just Be...no thoughts, no visions, no plan or purpose; no questions...just surrendering to the Void. Being in the Void also occurs outside of meditation. You most likely are in a state of “I don't know” and/or “I have no idea about where or who I am or where I'm going.” This is the Void. Relax; surrender; trust.


Be in a state of Curiosity and Discovery, for all is New and the best thing to do is to just observe without needing to do something. We are in a very powerful and vulnerable place, and part of us may want to fill the “void” with something; anything. Yet, if we do that, we most likely will fill up with things of old, for the New is not all the way manifest in form yet. Do not worry about doing something or lining up your intentions just so; trust you are riding a wave of Grace. Trust you are being carried. You have done so much purifying that it is O.K. just to rest and allow; in fact, it's imperative that you do.


If you pay attention to how you feel, you may notice that you just cannot do certain things. Why? The energies are not aligned with doing them. As you wait, the world won't crash down around you and there will be a time when all is aligned to act. In the old, we pushed our way through something; we claimed, “I have to do this now!” In the New, there is no “have to;” there is a lot of waiting and observing. Let it be O.K. to be in this new space. There need not be a lot of rushing about; there is ease in everything. When it is time to act, you will feel it and then things flow effortlessly. This is for the tiniest chore to the biggest decision.


So much is different. Our perceptions are different; we are more conscious of our choices and the choices of others. We can see that a particular choice creates a particular future and yet, even this is not absolute. When we see or hear someone doing or saying a particular thing, we don't automatically take it in to have it become a part of us; we feel into it. If it resonates, great; if it doesn't, we move on.


This is the Beauty of observing and feeling. Feeling tells us whether we resonate or not; we don't judge or react; we observe and feel. In the old world there is judging and blaming. As an observer, you do neither. You are free to let go of all that is of duality and drama. There may be many in your life who thrive on duality and drama, yet as you stay in your authentic self of Love, they will cease trying to hook you into their “side.” Those who resonate and feel you will be with you. There is no proving or convincing or fixing or teaching; there is only being strong in who you are.


In the old, things were solid in that if you read or heard something, it was proof and that was that. In the New it's very different. The New is about Flow; it changes and shifts and it is constantly reorganizing. We must flow with it, honoring each moment and then moving on to the next. This Flow helps us not attach to any one “truism.” If you need to attach to something to feel safe, are you not trusting that all is in Divine Order? As our consciousness shifts, our reality shifts and everything else shifts. It cannot be otherwise.


I am also sharing a few short notes to ponder...


What does it say about you when you trust some and don't trust others?

When you trust some and not others, there is still an aspect of the old energy of mistrust within you. When you trust all others, you have integrated the Soul Essence of Trust completely within, for all is a reflection of who you are within. When there is mistrust within, there is mistrust without. All is a refection of you. When you completely trust yourself, you will be trusted by others.


I received this message throughout the night; using it I could see a huge difference; of course! The message was from Soul; Gratitude and Surrender are aspects of Love...Soul Essences.

The old world is not letting go of you very easily. You cannot control this, yet if you surrender to what is and give Gratitude for all in your life, the death grip will loosen. Any time you complain or try to control things, the more you resist and as you know, what you resist persists.


Simplicity: We may be guided to continually let go of confusing, convoluting, and complicated extraneous things, people, plans, rules...anything that has a lot of steps, rules and complications.
Simplicity is Ascension.


As we settle our focus in our core (Coeur=Heart), we realize that life is simple. There are no steps to anywhere, for it is all here...within. There is no getting; for we know all is within. We don't seek the Twin Flame, more money; more anything; there is no seeking; there is only knowing that all is within.


We have let go of so much, even if our intellects/egos tell us we are not enough or have enough. We are rich in our Abundance and our lives are so filled with Love, we need nothing else.


When we are in a wave of high energy, like we are now, we are able to let go of certain aspects of the old more easily.


Let us look at attachments. Attachments are also addictions and some attachments are not the typical ones we think of. So what about these:


~eating particular meals at particular times; i.e. breakfast before noon, lunch items around noon, etc.
~expectations surrounding certain holidays, like Mother's Day or your birthday
~having dessert after a certain meal
~expectations about how a person (including you) should act
~roles you have or that others see you in
~how you label yourself as in "mother," "healer," "student," etc.


There are lots more that we don't even think about. Be aware and make sure you are conscious when choosing.

Who are You and Why are You Here?

As the world seems to be falling apart and the news or “fake news” triggers anxiety and fear, what are you supposed to be doing and why are you here now anyway?


Here are a few truths:


Breakdown leads to breakthrough.
You can’t change something if you are not aware that it exists.
The world is not what you were you were taught, so don’t believe everything that you believe.
You are here to go through a quantum to a new level of experience.
And you are facilitate a huge, planetary transformation, to usher in the New Earth.
There are those who don’t want that to happen.
You are more powerful than they are!


The Universe has a divine order for creation.


There are two fundamental forces that cause the movement that is needed to create. One is a repelling or radiating force and the other is an attracting or uniting force.


It is through these forces that Creator began creating and also how It communicated with its creation. Ahrazu/Osiris calls them the Outbreath and Inbreath of Creator. Creator’s desire to separate became the desire of all the separate parts. This desire led the parts to seek separation, lower vibration and increased density.


As told to me by Ahrazu/Osiris:


“There is a basic, underlying force that allows for creation. This force originates from Creator and is very much like magnetism. It has two aspects to it. Part of the force is attraction, like when a magnet pulls toward another magnet. The other aspect repels, or pushes away. The magnet itself is neutral. Creator, like a magnet, creates both attracting and repelling forces, but is itself neutral.
During the Outbreath, the individual pieces lowered in frequency.  Each fragment set off to gain experience and to create, and the Universe was formed, with all its diversity. This creation could not have happened without the repelling force being dominant.”

Creation is cyclical; Outbreath then Inbreath, ad infinitum, (Breakdown to Breakthrough). Within the great cycle are smaller cycles of expansion/contraction, separation/unification, lower vibration/higher vibration. These cycles are fractal, repeated patterns from infinitely large to infinitely small, and everything in between. We are in a unique time because many smaller and larger cycles are aligned. Imagine the hands on a clock, the hour hand moves slowest, the minute hand is faster and the second hand is faster than that. There will be times when all three line up, as in the exact second of midnight. When the cycles line up is when great change can happen, a change from one level of experience to whole other, new level. We are living in amazing times!


Our planet (and because everything is connected, our solar system and galaxy) is poised at a time when there is an opportunity to advance to another level. I use the terms Old Earth and New Earth and Transformation, others use 3rd Density and 4th Density and/or Ascension. The Creator is taking a really big Inbreath signaling us to raise our vibration, unite our parts, remember more of our true selves, connect, evolve and gain wisdom.


It is easier to make really big changes and fast changes within chaos than within order. The current order is not in balance, nor is it in alignment with the galactic progress or evolution. This is why it must be broken down. You see this every day; religion, business and banking, education etc. are falling apart.


There are beings (I’ll call them the Elite) who are fighting against the Transformation to the New Earth. They created and imposed the current institutions and systems that keep us enslaved, AND they are NOT in alignment with the Inbreath of Creator. This means that they have to work very hard, with highly focused intent to maintain their version of order and control.


Since we have been powerfully brainwashed for thousands of years, how can we few Lightworkers make a difference?


Though there are still only a relativly small number of people who are focusing their intent on Transformation and bringing in the New Earth Paradigm, our desire and intentions are more powerful because they are inline with the galactic desire and intent. We have the wind at our backs!


Priority Incarnation


Another reason we have the advantage is that those souls who are ready to personally transform are the ones who were put to the “front of the line” to incarnate. We also got the “best” bodies, living in situations that allowed us to have leisure time and to not be so abused that we couldn’t heal. The bottom line is that we are beings of great experience and abilities!


If you are reading this, you are one of us.


The Old Energy world will tell you that you a re small and powerless, maybe even crazy, but don’t believe it!


Our planet and our galaxy need you to recognize your value and power and to own and use your spiritual abilities gained from many, many lifetimes working toward the Transformation. You are the one you’ve been waiting for!


It is time for you to remember who you truly are and why you are needed.


Each person who focuses their desire and intent, alone and/or in groups, will, through the Law of Attraction, draw in others and start the momentum of exponential growth necessary to transform our planet in the smoothest way possible.


Lessons, lessons and more lessons


So many people are trying so hard to learn whatever lessons they came in with. What would be the value of an evolved soul, with great experience and abilities, for having lessons? Why would we choose to have to struggle so hard to try to remember who we truly are?


The suppression of your inherent power was deliberate! But why?


To take on and clear negative energy for the planet
To be able to live in a world full of ugliness and deceit (Old Earth) and to see through the lies and still focus on creating beauty (New Earth)
To hide your true power from the Elite until the time was right


That time is now!


It is not necessary to do “big things”, to be a hero, single-handedly fighting Goliath, or to be a recognized spiritual teacher (you will be a teacher in one way of another). The combination of small daily-life things and occasional group events, if desired will accomplish much.


If you take some time to be quiet and imagine living in the world you desire. You don’t need to know how, when or exactly what. It is a world where people are cooperative, inclusive and free. You feel light, confident, understood and successful. If you adopt a powerful, successful body posture that adds another layer of intent. Think of Bruce Jenner after winning the decathlon. Your head is held high, arms outstretched and smiling radiantly!
