Sometimes you need to have a
real breakdown in order to
have a real breakthrough!
Well, the situation hasn't changed, I just felt a need to do some meditation and prayer, and in the process I had a cathartic release. So now I am not feeling the same stress and pressure...I am confident things will work out, and more importantly, I continue to take action to effect necessary change.
This is what happens when you forget to have fun and "blow off steam". things build up and can feel overwhelming, but from a larger perspective, even our challenges can and do serve us, although it may not feel that way. When we proactively engage with our challenges, they lose their false power over us.

Sarah Biermann: Who are You and Why are You Here?
Who are You and Why are You Here?
As the world seems to be falling apart and the news or “fake
news” triggers anxiety and fear, what are you supposed to be doing and
why are you here now anyway?
Here are a few truths:
Breakdown leads to breakthrough.
You can’t change something if you are not aware that it exists.
The world is not what you were you were taught, so don’t believe everything that you believe.
You are here to go through a quantum to a new level of experience.
And you are facilitate a huge, planetary transformation, to usher in the New Earth.
There are those who don’t want that to happen.
You are more powerful than they are!
The Universe has a divine order for creation.
There are two fundamental forces that cause the movement that is needed to create. One is a repelling or radiating force and the other is an attracting or uniting force.
It is through these forces that Creator began creating and also how It communicated with its creation. Ahrazu/Osiris calls them the Outbreath and Inbreath of Creator. Creator’s desire to separate became the desire of all the separate parts. This desire led the parts to seek separation, lower vibration and increased density.
As told to me by Ahrazu/Osiris:
“There is a basic, underlying force that allows for creation. This force originates from Creator and is very much like magnetism. It has two aspects to it. Part of the force is attraction, like when a magnet pulls toward another magnet. The other aspect repels, or pushes away. The magnet itself is neutral. Creator, like a magnet, creates both attracting and repelling forces, but is itself neutral.
During the Outbreath, the individual pieces lowered in frequency. Each fragment set off to gain experience and to create, and the Universe was formed, with all its diversity. This creation could not have happened without the repelling force being dominant.”
Creation is cyclical; Outbreath then Inbreath, ad infinitum, (Breakdown to Breakthrough). Within the great cycle are smaller cycles of expansion/contraction, separation/unification, lower vibration/higher vibration. These cycles are fractal, repeated patterns from infinitely large to infinitely small, and everything in between. We are in a unique time because many smaller and larger cycles are aligned. Imagine the hands on a clock, the hour hand moves slowest, the minute hand is faster and the second hand is faster than that. There will be times when all three line up, as in the exact second of midnight. When the cycles line up is when great change can happen, a change from one level of experience to whole other, new level. We are living in amazing times!
Our planet (and because everything is connected, our solar system and galaxy) is poised at a time when there is an opportunity to advance to another level. I use the terms Old Earth and New Earth and Transformation, others use 3rd Density and 4th Density and/or Ascension. The Creator is taking a really big Inbreath signaling us to raise our vibration, unite our parts, remember more of our true selves, connect, evolve and gain wisdom.
It is easier to make really big changes and fast changes within chaos than within order. The current order is not in balance, nor is it in alignment with the galactic progress or evolution. This is why it must be broken down. You see this every day; religion, business and banking, education etc. are falling apart.
There are beings (I’ll call them the Elite) who are fighting against the Transformation to the New Earth. They created and imposed the current institutions and systems that keep us enslaved, AND they are NOT in alignment with the Inbreath of Creator. This means that they have to work very hard, with highly focused intent to maintain their version of order and control.
Since we have been powerfully brainwashed for thousands of years, how can we few Lightworkers make a difference?
Though there are still only a relativly small number of people who are focusing their intent on Transformation and bringing in the New Earth Paradigm, our desire and intentions are more powerful because they are inline with the galactic desire and intent. We have the wind at our backs!
Priority Incarnation
Another reason we have the advantage is that those souls who are ready to personally transform are the ones who were put to the “front of the line” to incarnate. We also got the “best” bodies, living in situations that allowed us to have leisure time and to not be so abused that we couldn’t heal. The bottom line is that we are beings of great experience and abilities!
If you are reading this, you are one of us.
The Old Energy world will tell you that you a re small and powerless, maybe even crazy, but don’t believe it!
Our planet and our galaxy need you to recognize your value and power and to own and use your spiritual abilities gained from many, many lifetimes working toward the Transformation. You are the one you’ve been waiting for!
It is time for you to remember who you truly are and why you are needed.
Each person who focuses their desire and intent, alone and/or in groups, will, through the Law of Attraction, draw in others and start the momentum of exponential growth necessary to transform our planet in the smoothest way possible.
Lessons, lessons and more lessons
So many people are trying so hard to learn whatever lessons they came in with. What would be the value of an evolved soul, with great experience and abilities, for having lessons? Why would we choose to have to struggle so hard to try to remember who we truly are?
The suppression of your inherent power was deliberate! But why?
To take on and clear negative energy for the planet
To be able to live in a world full of ugliness and deceit (Old Earth) and to see through the lies and still focus on creating beauty (New Earth)
To hide your true power from the Elite until the time was right
That time is now!
It is not necessary to do “big things”, to be a hero, single-handedly fighting Goliath, or to be a recognized spiritual teacher (you will be a teacher in one way of another). The combination of small daily-life things and occasional group events, if desired will accomplish much.
If you take some time to be quiet and imagine living in the world you desire. You don’t need to know how, when or exactly what. It is a world where people are cooperative, inclusive and free. You feel light, confident, understood and successful. If you adopt a powerful, successful body posture that adds another layer of intent. Think of Bruce Jenner after winning the decathlon. Your head is held high, arms outstretched and smiling radiantly!

I'm late, but the info is pertinent especially re: the New Moon on Sat Night/Sunday and how to prepare for it.
What's Happening in the Stars?

Change makers Uranus and Pluto connect with our mind and will to act
creating an ideal space for the new to enter our lives. Saturday the Moon
will be new in happy to reform Virgo along with the powerful reset of Solar
eclipse. The Eclipse ends and begins situations for us. A powerful portal
that ushers us along our lives whether we want to change or not. Jump on
board the change train- it's the only way you can get from where you are to
where you wish to be.
Tuesday afternoon Uranus and Mars connect. Your will to act and change
will definitely surge. The connection between these two planets is harmonious
so you should be able to stand up and state your case without being offensive
or combative, which both these planets can be at times. If there is something
in your life that needs reforming you will be pretty clear about what it is and
what you can do to make this change. Any lack of personal freedom will be
extremely irritating to the part of you that wants to be exactly who you are.
Luckily, on Wednesday depth defying Pluto is connecting with fast thinking
Mercury in other oriented Libra. Deep conversations about difficult topics
can be extremely fruitful and healing. Kinda like the relief you feel after a
great big cry. It is a stressful aspect that pushes you past your comfort zone.
But if you are willing to go there, now is the time to access the courage you
need to get there. Pluto can be dark and difficult but also real and true.
Don't be afraid to shine your light in the dark.
The Big New this week is the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo. This New Moon
in detailed Virgo is well expected to get the job done. It sits near the North node
which is where we look to see where the Soul is aiming. It also sits near ever
expanding Jupiter. Jupiter wants to bless us in most cases, broaden the horizons.
Wherever Virgo is in your own chart your life will be transforming in a most thorough
way. Virgo is nothing if not thorough. Saturn is tied into this with a supportive aspect
that can help you to stabilize any changes you initiate. Virgo is thoughtful and
methodical- you can see more clearly when this energy is active.
The New Moon occurs in a different sign every month, activating the energy
of the next sign in line. This helps us to be well rounded individuals. We each
have all 12 signs of the zodiac in our own charts. Each of the 12 segments of
our birth chart represents a different part of our lives. With Jupiter travelling
through Virgo for the next 12 months we have a wonderful opportunity to
expand order in our lives. Sorting and sifting through the old and making space
for the new. This new Moon ties into that in a major way.
To make use of this New Moon energy, which happens on September 12, 2015
at 11:41 pm PST, Spend all week dedicated to dumping out the junk drawers,
emptying the closets. Discard discard discard. Be ruthless. Keep only what is
useful. Only what sparks a feeling of joy. Clearing your space in such a way will
create purpose and order in your world. Opening you up to the new that you may
be missing.
It is always a great idea to write down your wishes and intentions after the new
moon, or as close to it as possible. A journal for this will help you realize the
amazing progress you have made in your life. Any effort to clean up your lifestyle
with diet and exercise will be immensely supported with this Virgo New Moon.
All efforts at progress will produce life supporting results. Dive into the change
making. Find the joy of cutting things loose. Life opens up in amazing ways

"The END of Contracts" - April 2015 Energy Forecast by Emmanuel Dagher
My beautiful friend,
It’s such a blessing for me to connect with you in this way. As always, on behalf of all humanity, thank you for choosing to be dedicated to your inner expansion and your journey to Divine remembrance.
It’s because of your willingness to align with your Truest Self that the consciousness of the world is rising so quickly.
If March felt like a ridiculously challenging time for you, you were not alone. Many people felt like they were being pushed to their breaking point, to the point where even all the spiritual tools they had learned seemed to have lost their magic.
Breaking Down for the Breakthrough
To our Spirit, nothing is ever broken. Nothing needs to be healed, because at the core of each of us, there resides only pristine wholeness and perfection.
When we speak of a breakdown, it actually refers to the dismantling effect that occurs in the experience of the mind, when it feels like it has reached a tipping point where even it knows change has to happen.
This tipping point can feel very uncomfortable at times, which is an indicator that some type of internal shift is happening.
The mind is not the biggest fan of change, because it has been conditioned to register change as something that will take it away from the identity it has created for itself.
There are those who understand how to embrace change. We may know them as people who constantly reinvent themselves to become an even greater version of who they were the day before.
How are these people able to embrace change so easily? We all know someone like this in our lives. Take a moment to reflect on this person. You may notice that they may be someone whom you’d consider to be more of a “free spirit.”
The reason these people are able to embrace change more easily, is because they “think” more with their hearts than with their mind.
The Spirit is fueled and excited by change. It thrives on change. Those butterfly feelings that we feel inside when something “big” is about to happen in our lives, is our Spirit dancing with excitement, letting us know that a great shift is about to happen.
However, the mind, you may have noticed, registers the butterfly feelings in the stomach as nerves or fear, because it simply is not understanding what’s happening.
So when that happens, just let your mind know that those feelings are a confirmation that your Spirit is getting ready to create a wonderful experience for you, and for that reason … it no longer has to be afraid anymore.
The energies that came in with March have been nudging us to go way beyond our comfort zone. If we weren’t aware that this was happening, we may have found ourselves feeling lost, confused, and at a point of experiencing some sort of emotional, mental, or physical breakdown.
Remember, a breakdown is just another term for “the dismantling of limiting patterns that no longer serve our highest and greatest good.” It’s the experience of no longer being able to find comfort in those limiting patterns.
A breakdown can actually be one of the most spiritual experiences we can have, because it gives us time to reassess our lives and create a new reality for ourselves.
It’s what we allow ourselves to learn from the breakdown that shapes what the next chapter of our lives will look like.
What’s causing these breakdowns?
The Contracts Expire
A big reason why everything seemed so challenging in March, was because many of the old karmic, energetic, verbal, sensual, and even written contracts, oaths, and vows we have consciously and subconsciously made have expired.
Here are some things that might be showing up as result of the expiration of contracts:
We’re being called to release a marriage or romantic partner.
We’re being called to move.
We’re being called to let go of our current job, project, or other business ventures.
We’re ready to align with new friends and release others.
We’re not fully clear on our purpose.
We’re experiencing a loss of appetite.
We’re experiencing unexpected feelings of loss, sadness, and grief.
We’re feeling more emotional than usual.
We may have experienced the transition of a loved one.
We’re finding ourselves trying to please others in order to “keep” them in our lives (a tendency we’d thought we had overcome, due to all the spiritual work we’ve done around that issue)
If you are someone who has experienced any of these things, you are most likely experiencing what’s known as a Divine Completion.
The Divine Completion
A Divine Completion is a sacred time in our lives that signifies profound closure. It is the end of an old chapter, and the beginning of a new one.
Divine Completion is not about getting rid of anything or anyone from our lives with force. It’s not about fixing anything.
It’s actually about understanding that we have come to a point in our lives where certain contracts, vows, and obligations we’ve had with certain people, places, experiences, and ourselves, have been fulfilled.
A Divine Completion mean that we have chosen to not run away or avoid something that felt uncomfortable or scary to us, but rather that we have faced whatever challenges needed to be faced full-on. We have learned our lessons, and are no longer in need of recreating that experience in our lives.
Divine Completion can even occur among Soul family members, and Soul mates. These seem to be the hardest for most, especially because we can remember feeling so connected to these beautiful Spirits at one point.
When a completion happens on a Soul level, a compassionate love still remains. If anything less than compassion still remains, completion has not yet fully been achieved.
If you are someone who is experiencing a Divine Completion at this time, know that I am fully holding the space for your integration process to be smooth, gentle, and rewarding.
The amazing thing is that times like this really help us put everything into perspective, and allow us to appreciate the daily blessings in our lives.

Most of us have had the experience of holding back our emotions for such a long period of time that when they finally come out, we have something resembling a breakdown. For a certain period of time, the overwhelming flood of feelings coursing through our bodies consumes us, and we stop functioning. Often, these outbursts take us by surprise, welling up within us as we drive to or from work, watch a movie, or engage in some otherwise mundane task. We may feel like we do not know what triggered us, or if we do know, it does not make sense of our overpowering emotional response. This is because we are releasing feelings that have accumulated over a long period of time, and whatever inspired the release was just a catalyst for a much larger, much needed catharsis.
When we find ourselves in the midst of such an experience, it is important that we allow it to happen, rather than fight it or try to shut down. Wherever we are, we can try to find a private, safe place in which to let our feelings out. If we can not access such a place immediately, we can promise to set aside some time for ourselves at our earliest possible convenience, perhaps taking a day off work. The important thing is that we need to give our emotional system some much-needed attention. It is essential that we allow ourselves to release the pent-up emotions inside ourselves so that they do not create imbalances in our bodies and minds.
When you are feeling better, make a plan to find a way to process your emotions more regularly. You can do this by employing a therapist or making a regular date to talk to a trusted friend. Journaling can also be a great way to acknowledge and release your emotions, as can certain forms of meditation. Making room in your life for tending your emotions on a regular basis will keep you healthy, balanced, and ready for life

The Winter Solstice arrives in the Northern Hemisphere, the Sun shifting
to Capricorn marks the longest night of the year on the 21st PST. To be
truly in tune with the flow of the first day of winter we need to stand back
and take notice. The energy is withdrawn now, the real action is internal.
Astrologers look to the Charts of the Solstice and Equinox to get a feel
for the energy of the upcoming season. Winter is a time of retreat. The
light is diminished and it seems as though everything stops growing. But
those seeds are there beneath the surface gathering the energy to burst
forth with the increased light of spring. This process is actually reflected
in our lives. Use this time to be receptive to promptings from within as to
what to create for your greater good. Sometimes we get stuck in a repetitive
loop of meaningless activity which does nothing to bring us closer to our
inner desires. Now, as the Sun enters Capricorn, we have an opportunity
to get a hold of what is of true and lasting Value to us.
As the Sun travels through Capricorn we can get in touch with our deep,
reflective, enterprising selves. All the celebrating and obligation that fill
this time of year runs directly counter to our bodies innate wisdom. This day
has been celebrated by cultures all over the world, with festivals and
ceremonies honoring the darkness and calling the light. In our hurried
western world most of us let this Cardinal time pass by unnoticed.
We are busy with last minute distractions while we attempt "get it all
done" before Christmas.
Because winter is naturally a time of introspection, withdrawing from
activity actually strengthens you. This inward time gives you an opportunity
to reflect on your life and make choices, anticipate outcomes. It’s counter
productive to distract yourself with busywork and obligations.
Mercury moves into Capricorn on Tuesday. This is a great energy for getting
serious. Take stock, take note, generally contemplate. Capricorn energy
loves contemplation. You may find yourself aware of the starker sides of life.
Sometimes life isn't pretty and Saturn ruled Capricorn will point out the darker,
harder facts of life. It's where you roll up your sleeves and dive into the real
work of life. Discipline proceeds dominion. If you want to feel a sense of control
over your life, if you want to step into your Power, then it is usually necessary
to follow a plan and take step-by-step action towards your goals. Worthwhile
things take effort- such is the lesson of Capricorn.
Use the next three weeks to get serious with yourself. Be honest and willing
to implement changes that may take sacrifice now, but will lead to what you
ultimately desire. Perhaps you need to cut out the booze: "Of all vices, drinking
is the most incompatible with greatness." says Sir Walter Scott. Maybe it's
smoking, TV or maybe you like to shop? Now you can harness the willpower
to make positive changes. Educate yourself in your own way and in your own
time- it will pay big dividends.
With all this Capricorn energy coming into focus a fine balance between work
and isolation is needed. Your power to see the larger reality is enhanced with a
steady wisdom now. Discipline is the key that will open all the doors to every
good thing you can imagine for yourself. Call for it. Your guides are available
and waiting to assist you in moving to your next best version of yourself.

A TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE dominates the astrological news this week. All eclipses activate important changes and developments, and this one is especially potent in that regard.
First off, and most notably, the Moon is less than one degree away from Uranus at the time of the eclipse. This close proximity means that the Uranian themes of awakening, unexpected developments, rebellion against the status quo, originality, and invention are woven into the fabric of the lunation.
Looking at that list of themes associated with Uranus, it is easy to see how this planet's influence corresponds with times of both breakthrough and breakdown, as mentioned in last week's Journal.
THE POSITIVE POTENTIALS of the breakthrough are supported in other components in the eclipse chart: Uranus in Aries is trine (120 degrees away from) both Jupiter in Leo and Mars in Sagittarius, forming a Grand Fire Trine. This configuration provides support for creative visioning and inspired (or impulsive) action.
And, very importantly, with the Sun positioned exactly opposite the Moon/Uranus, a more rare configuration called a Kite is formed. This represents a lot of energy stirring, that wants to be expressed and utilized, that finds it hard to sit still.
ONE BY ONE, here's how the planets in the Kite configuration are assisting us:
- Uranus/Moon in Aries: Providing the courage, insight, and self-focus needed to help us break away from restraints and limitations
- Jupiter in Leo: Expanding our self-confidence and optimism, encouraging us to live a life of joy and personal fulfillment
- Mars in Sagittarius: Igniting the fires of conviction and belief in what we know to be true, and providing the energy to take on new challenges and adventures
- Sun in Libra:
Providing a foundation of balance and harmony, the ability to work with
others to create win-win outcomes, and an emphasis on fairness and
justice -- and, as the only representative of an air sign, helping us
maintain some objectivity in the midst of all that fiery energy of the
grand trin.
Although a chart for an eclipse is not interpreted exactly the same as a chart for a new baby, there are some commonalities in that both are "birth charts" of a moment in time. Both show the potentials that are ready to express themselves -- one during the course of a lifetime, and the other in the unfolding of an eclipse cycle, which lasts for the six months that follow the date of the eclipse.
Tierney also explains that the Kite expands the potentials of the Grand Fire Trine:
"[The Kite] serves to heighten our awareness of the Grand Trine's vast creative or spiritual potential, encouraging a fuller activation of its promise within a wider range of circumstancial experience. The Kite may actually be more versatile in its creative application, since it encourages eagerness of self-expression plus provides ample opportunities for such expression."
AS ALWAYS, the planetary energies that affect all of us are brought into personal focus by relating them to our individual birth charts. To find clues as to the effects of this Kite Eclipse in your personal life, the first step is to find where the planets in the Kite are located in relation to your birth chart.
It is especially important to locate 15 degrees of Aries (the location of the Moon/Uranus) and, exactly opposite, 15 degrees of Libra (the location of the Sun):
- The
natal house where you find 15 degrees of Aries indicates the area of
your life where special talents and skills are ready to be awakened,
embraced, and utilized.
- The
natal house where you find 15 degrees of Libra indicates the area of
your life where events and circumstances will act as a catalyst to help
you seek out those talents and skills.
THE CHART for the Lunar Eclipse does include some challenges, however. The energies of the Pluto-Uranus square are stimulated by the lunation, so some changes will feel disruptive until we can shift our expectations and perspective enough to accept their purposes.
Venus is particularly involved here, being almost exactly square (90 degrees away from) Pluto. Venus rules relationships, values and financial matters, so we may be especially aware of conflicts in these areas of our lives.
Powerful, instinct-driven, compulsive reactions can be triggered by Pluto. These are often indicators of emotional patterns that have control of us. These patterns need us to shine the light of higher awareness upon them so that we can see them for what they are.
SATURN also plays an important role in this eclipse chart, by being aligned with Ceres in Scorpio. The joining of these two emphasizes the need to gain greater self-discipline in our monitoring of inner negativity.
Saturn, as always, is the lesson-bringer, and the voice of the Cosmic Parent. The ringed planet in Scorpio is telling us that it is time to be honest with ourselves about the emotional energy we emanate, and to take responsibility for transforming that energy as needed.
IF YOU'RE THINKING that this eclipse sounds like a powerful one, I heartily agree! Overall, it feels like there are great potentials for positive developments, but some bumps in the road at the same time. And, we are aware that all change, whether our minds call it "good" or "bad," registers high on the stress scale.
So remember to get plenty of sleep this week. Our minds and bodies will be needing lots of rest and rejuvenation time from dealing with these heightened energies.

perhaps we should dub it self defence is one of these innate mechanisms
that mankind have relied upon for such a long time in order to safeguard
themselves from any profound changes, changes that would entail for
them to literally step away from all they hold true…

I BELIEVE the phrase "comes in like a lion" usually is meant to describe the weather in March -- but I think those words are going to apply equally to our experience of October's energies this year. Starting on Wednesday, the very first day of the month, the First Quarter Moon sets off the ongoing Pluto-Uranus square, triggering another round of profound changes for many of us.
Since we are working with a waxing Moon, situations that come into our awareness midweek may build over the days that follow, as the Moon grows into fullness. Some issues may reach a crescendo during Saturday's exact Pluto-Sun square, when we are challenged to come to a new level of self-awareness. With the Sun in relationship-oriented Libra, this aspect requires that we look more closely at the balance of power in our partnerships, both personal and professional.
An honest self-appraisal can help us see how we have contributed to any imbalance. As a result, we gain a more empowered self-concept. In so doing, we will be able let go of the power struggles that have been based in seeing ourselves as victims or less-than.
BREAKTHROUGHS -- or breakdowns, depending on what each of us needs to open the doors to a more liberated future -- are more likely to occur early next week when Uranus becomes more fully involved in the planetary interactions. On Tuesday, October 7, Uranus opposes the Sun; and on Wednesday, October 8, Uranus aligns with the Moon during the Total Lunar Eclipse.
More about that eclipse in next week's Journal, of course. I mention it now because it may be helpful to observe this week's events as part of a larger process in our development. We also will most likely not be able to separate this week from next week energetically, once we get rolling.
SATURDAY is the most highly-energized day of the coming week. Exact that day are the aforementioned Pluto-Sun square, a Chiron-Mars square, and a Uranus-Mars trine -- not to mention that Saturday is also the day Mercury goes retrograde!
(By the way, taking all that into account, it would be a very good idea to back up computers sooner rather than later this week...)
It is always interesting to have one planet involved in two very different aspects on the same day. In this case, Mars forms a strong opportunistic trine with Uranus and a strong challenging square with Chiron, both on Saturday. The two aspects form bookends on the day, with the Chiron-Mars square at 7:16am PDT and the Uranus-Mars trine at 9:18pm PDT.
MARS represents the principles of Action and Desire. Whenever the red planet is involved in aspects, we can expect issues to be more energized and to raise stronger feelings than at other times.
With a square or other challenging aspect, Mars often prompts a "fight or flight" response. With the square with Chiron Saturday morning, attempts to display compassion or to rescue may be met with judgment or ridicule, resulting in hurt feelings or even igniting anger.
How we then utilize the positive potentials of the Uranus-Mars trine Saturday evening depends a lot on how we have chosen to react earlier in the day. The more we've dug in our heels and justified our actions (Mars in Sagittarius), the harder it will be to soften our stance just 12 hours later and take advantage of the inspired ideas that may present themselves as alternatives to going down the old rutted roads of discord.
GOING BACK to that old saying about March -- you may be wondering if October will "go out like a lamb." At first glance, the answer might be "no," given that we have a Solar Eclipse/New Moon in Scorpio on October 23 and Mercury is retrograde until October 25.
But a closer look gives us a bit of hope -- if not for a lamb, at least for a lion cub instead of a roaring lion.
The Solar Eclipse in Scorpio on the 23rd occurs when the Sun and Moon are aligned with Venus and Pallas Athene, and all four are trine Neptune. This configuration represents heightened compassion, intuition, and imagination, and supports healing on deep levels, especially through the use of sound and color.
And, it is also helpful that the Lunar Eclipse comes first in our pair of October eclipses. This means we gain insights and do our release work first, which then clears the way for important new beginnings to unfold. Something to plan for and look forward to!

September 2014 Energy Report By Jennifer Hoffman | Enlightening Life
"September ushers in the final four months of 2014 and whether you think the year has gone by quickly or slowly, we have all been part of a deliberate process of shifting the entire alignment of every aspect of the energy we live in and with. Michelangelo said that he recognized the figures in the marble he worked with and merely chipped away the excess marble to reveal them. We have been doing the same thing, removing layers of emotional debris from lifetimes of karma, soul wounds, contracts, commitments, disappointments, betrayals, sadness, pain, and fear, to reveal the love, joy, and beauty of our core selves. It’s time to put some ‘divine into our vibe TM‘ and move from healing to wholeness, we do that by choosing our most powerful outcomes and then aligning with the energy that will make them possible.
For those interested in astrology, Saturn and Pluto are in each other’s signs (an aspect called mutual reception), Saturn in Scorpio, ruled by Pluto, and Pluto in Capricorn, ruled by Saturn. This makes these planets’ energies and impact extra powerful, so the learning and transformation take on a whole new level of meaning and impact, which translates into a ‘DO IT NOW’ kind of learning experience. Has that been your experience of 2014 so far? It gets a little easier in September but only if we have the courage to press on. We’re almost where we want to be and exactly where we need to be for that to happen.
What has this year revealed in your life so far? If it has been a tough year for you, its because you may have arrived at the point of greatest unhappiness. Sometimes we have to get to that point before we can decide that we deserve to have something else. Our journey of transformation, evolution, and ascension is not linear or a forward movement, it’s often back and forth and sometimes we can go way back before we decide to that we have had enough. The way out of misery is through and then up, but so often we get lost in our struggles and stop focusing on the light at the end of the tunnel.
The challenging truth that we are all facing now is that we are the source of power that we’re seeking to make our dreams come true. And in September we need to create a connection with that truth because it is what will pull us across the 4D bridge into the higher dimensions we have been catching glimpses of for the past few months. We know that they are out there, we just have to be willing to cross that bridge into the unknown territory of higher dimensions, without being afraid that we’ll be disappointed in the results.
Mars changes sign in September, moving from Scorpio into Sagittarius. In Scorpio it dredged the depths of our limiting beliefs, actions, and thoughts. In Sagittarius it can help us expand into our higher truth, as long as we are willing to believe it. Mars has been especially active this year, spending eight long months retrograding through Libra where we learned about balance, then it moved into Scorpio with an unrelenting focus on truth, alignment, and honesty, and now it’s moving into a more expansive space but don’t get too comfortable with that. Sagittarius is the sign of the philosopher as well as the zealot. Everything in moderation is a keyword for September.
We have long defined humanity’s struggle with life as trying to gain victory over our humanity. But that’s like fighting fire with fire. Our journey is about learning to move from healing to wholeness, from human beings into divine humans, from limitation into expansion, from fear into love, from judgment into acceptance, and that can only be done via an energetic re-alignment that include our divine aspects. We don’t have to be less human because our humanity includes the potential to integrate the highest energies and dimensions in the Universe. We have to be more wholly aligned with all of our energetic aspects and expand those to include our divinity. Divinity is about wholeness, not holiness.
We have been sowing the seeds for this all year and it is now possible in September. As we begin the month we have a chance to review where we have been so far, jettison our emotional and psychic baggage and start making our moves, beginning with intention and alignment.
Everything that is aligned with our lower vibes has to go so we can replace them with higher vibe alternatives.
What does that mean to you?
Look at where your life is limited, where you feel stuck, blocked, unhappy, or afraid.
Do you have the courage to change, even if you are not sure what that means or where it will lead you?
Are fear, lack, and limitation addictions or habits for you? If this is how everyone in your family lives, then they probably are. You can break those habits and addictions and learn to live from a more healed, whole, and fulfilled point but you’ll be the first, the pioneer, so you won’t have any idea of where that leads you. It takes courage to be the pioneer or to live in a higher vibration when you don’t know what that means for you or what results you will get but once you take a step towards the 4D bridge and get a glimpse of higher dimensions and other ways of being, there is no turning back.
September’s keywords are transition, transformation, and re-alignment. Our movement potential is forward, when we are ready. It’s about timing now, not time, and timing refers to energy, alignment, resonance, frequency, vibration and our own internal readiness for transformation, with a focus on wholeness (not holiness) and a push to raise our vibes and create the human/divine partnership. Hello friends. Whoa. How are you doing? This has been one mother of a week. It tends to be that way on the road to a Stargate, as the Universe has an uncanny way of putting whatever impediment to our greater brilliance and expansion front and center. After my own experiences and talking to a few fine folks here, I can see that it is definitely going around.
If you are one of the folks finding peace in the center of the hurricane at the moment, please do take a moment to radiate that out on the grid. The collective thanks you.
I'm not going to go into too much detail on the exact astrological aspects, as we cover them daily at this page (Cosmic Weather,) but just to say there has been some rather intense square dancing going on involving a Leo (stellium) and Scorpio energies; both "executive" and both fixed, throw a sizable vibrational upgrade in the mix, and you get the picture.
The shadow: to huff and puff and blow your own (or someone else's house) down, to be overcome with anger and/or aggression. To succumb to feelings of fear, depression defeat or frustration.
The antidote: meditation, breathwork, healing work of all kinds, laughter, time with children, getting "unplugged," finding your humor and letting go of seriousness, reconnecting with Truth and the Higher Self, rest, quality self-care.
Energetically/physically you may be feeling more blown out than necessary, mostly due to the overall intensity and also the "busyness" of the dreamtime at the moment. You may also be waking up not feeling particularly rested.
The 8:8 Stargate most always has personal sovereignty as its theme. I have been following them closely since 2010, and that has been the case so far. This year however, the teaching and lessons are going much deeper, as in right down to a core/soul level; in greater lessons and reflections in the form of exactly how we are "selling ourselves out" in subtle and not-so-subtle ways.
It reminds me of this great Walt Whitman quote: Re-examine all that you have been told, dismiss that which insults your soul.
So what can I say? Be dangerous. For certain folks, especially those walking the talk of awakening it's not really like you have much of a choice, as one door has closed behind you. Not really a problem though, there's little back there that you want anymore anyway.
The Real Self is dangerous: dangerous to the established church, dangerous to the state, dangerous to the crowd, dangerous to tradition, because once a man/woman knows his/her real self, s/he becomes an individual. (aho!) ~ Osho

A bizarre day!
What a
bizarre day!
I was on the phone to my sister Krisi when her phone on its own accord hung up and starting dialling our other sister Jel.
Then we started receiving texts from her, which she thought she was sending to someone else. Earlier, someone replied to an email of mine, only they were supposed to be forwarding it.
I nearly crashed the car twice in 30 seconds in what can only be described as a moment where I either left my body or just totally forgot how to drive a car on the road!
On top of all that, in the last 24 hours I've had a series of amazing synchronicities happen that are off-the-richter-scale, and am hearing of lots of people having major meltdowns/breakthroughs of one kind or other in that same time.
Have we just had some massive blast of light flood the planet? Are we about to have a ginormous solar flare? I really don't know but I'm interested to know: how was your day?

"Dear ones, again we speak to you of the many changes taking place within this present timeline as mankind ascends into a new and higher dimensional energy. There are many still unaware of what is going on and thus continue to live their lives as usual, even trying to convince awakening family and friends, to continue in the old ways. However, these dear ones are finding that to continue trying to live in energies that are quickly disappearing, does not bring the desired or familiar results. Much third dimensional energy and its manifestation has dissolved or is beginning to dissolve now.
The protests and dissatisfaction you observe among the people of many countries is because they have begun to resonate with the new and higher frequencies resulting in an awakening dissatisfaction with the old, leading them to seek change through new forms of governance, living, education, medicine etc. So called "leaders" of many of these countries feel threatened by change and do not respond, choosing instead to lash out with violence and rejection. Eventually these "leaders" must fall because the energy holding these situations in place is dissolving. Where does the shadow go when light is shown into it? In your quiet time focus on peace, not on anti-war. You see, there is a different energy in resistance to anything. Resistance gives power to something that in reality has no power, and is a facet of duality.
Old false concepts and beliefs based in duality and separation cannot be carried with you forever, and through choice and intent, must be consciously as well as unconsciously cleared from your energy field. However, being open to moving beyond what is familiar is a free will choice. There are many who are ready but unwilling, and they will continue to do what they always done, relying on what they have been told by others and looking outside of themselves believing that they already have all the answers.
Each must decide for themselves when enough is enough and this is sensed through a lack of resonance with the old ways which in turn leads to a time of questioning and seeking. At some point the spiritual student will begin to practice what he has learned and live out from a higher state of awareness, drawing to himself other seekers and spiritual students. Friends, co-workers, and family do not always recognize that an individual has changed, but will observe and often criticize his new responses to outside pressures and daily issues. Those ready will be drawn to his energy and will begin ask him about his spiritual journey.
Many of you are finding that you no longer resonate with people, ideas, entertainments, laws etc. that you previously fully embraced. This is because your vibrational resonance has shifted and is no longer aligned with them as before. That which you love and accept is that with which you are aligned--on the same frequency with. This is why most cannot see Guides or relatives that have passed on--the human eye is unable to align with the higher frequencies of the Light body. This is also the secret of happy relationships.
You may not even realize any change has taken place until you go about your day experiencing it differently. Once an individual has the intention to clear and release old energy, the deeper clearings will begin. Some clearing has already begun for everyone on whatever level they are ready to embrace, offering them an opportunity to grow. Clearing often takes place in sleep and can be experienced as a frightening dream which is simply the old energy of some past experience releasing.
At this time much of what needs to be looked at and cleared is presenting as chaos--things out of sinc, relationships no longer working, breakdowns on all levels. When these things happen, go deeper-- examine your belief system very honestly dear ones, taking time to sit quietly with paper and pen writing down; "What am I believing that is making me feel this way, experience these things, or to have these difficulties?" Be very very honest with yourself, for this is not a time to play games and make excuses. After you recognize some belief you are holding, ask yourself, "Is this true or is it simply something I have believed because I was told it was true?" This is work, dear ones because nothing will happen or change without individual effort and intention. There is no one coming with a magic wand, you are your magic wand. Those of you who resonate with these messages are already doing the work, helping to create the new world. This is ascension.
As you go about your day you will start to have seemingly irrelevant but new ideas and experiences. Never be afraid to act upon these new insights --speaking your truth and having the courage to say "no" if something feels old and finished for you.
There are still many who hunger deeply for the love and acceptance they are entitled to, but in ignorance continually look outside of themselves for that which is within. Because of this, these dear ones say "yes" to everyone and every idea no matter how personally destructive it may be and regardless of how much it may not resonate with them they believe that by saying yes they will be accepted and loved. This yearning and search for that which can only be found within, is the root of all problems and is the bottom line of all actions resulting in imprisonment.
Fear of "bucking the system" is usually the result of past life experiences in which an individual was forced to align with those in power under threat of severe punishment or death. The energy of these powerful experiences remains held in physical cellular memory as well as in the emotional body until cleared. The emotional body dictates to daily living in many ways. If the emotional body is filled with fear and other negative emotions it can influence the choice to clear the physical and mental bodies. When you experience fear emotions, recognize them for what they are--old memories (you do not need to know the exact cause), then give gratitude that now you are evolved enough to acknowledge, clear, and stop dragging these old energies with you from lifetime to lifetime.
Make it your daily intention to release and clear any old energies still resonating within your physical, emotional, or mental bodies--anything not resonating with truth and light. Consciously state your intention to release all lower resonating cellular memories stemming from old vows and promises, physical inheritance beliefs, painful experiences, diseases, etc. etc. (whatever you are guided to address).
Arcturian group wishes to speak to that which causes so many to resist change, for we see many ready for the new truths, but who consistently resist bringing truth into their lives. These dear ones believe truth to be very nice ideas, but far too impractical for actual daily living. They believe that they must get on with their lives in more practical ways, ways given them by the "experts" and familiarity. Dear ones, if you are to evolve you must begin to LIVE and practice truth until becomes your state of consciousness at which time it will become the practical every day way of living for you.
Living spiritually is the most practical way of living there is, for you begin to create from truth and not from the illusory concepts of duality and separation. Meditation is the best beauty treatment a person can give themselves. As an individual begins to understand his true essence to be completeness, harmony, wholeness and all the qualities embodied within the Divine Consciousness, he will begin to manifest this in every day living .
Resistance to change and opening to truth is always fear--fear of the unknown, fear of losing self along with all that has been held as necessary and important--the belief system that has been one's foundation. The third dimensional energy of duality and separation causes people to see themselves as separate beings who must personally struggle and strive for every good. Letting go of these beliefs means a letting go of the personal sense of self--EGO. This can feel like a death and be very scary, for one's foundation is being pulled out from under them. However you must understand that nothing real can ever be lost, only that false sense of self, SELF is forever. The real foundation will appear as the illusory one dissolves. Let go of the dream dear ones, let go.
Trust is the answer. Trust practiced through knowing that you are always being guided and helped. Try to see those times of chaos as blessings, revelations of beliefs you still hold needing to be cleared. Try not to claim any painful experiences and emotions you may be having as yours, personal to you, for this will give these clearing emotions a home once again. Instead, allow them to release and be gone through your awareness of what is happening, knowing that they are impersonal regardless of how awful you may feel as they flow through and out. Try and stay centered, rest, and drink lots of water when you are going through the deeper levels of intense clearing which many of you are experiencing right now.
Mankind over time and through ignorance , has given away personal power by believing that others know better then they about how life should be lived. Over eons of time, individuals have learned to distrust themselves allowing this belief system to become the consciousness of each following generation. There will always be those who loudly proclaim their expertise about any and all topics but the choice of believing them is up to you.
Begin to trust your intuition and act upon it for this is your connection to your Higher Self. Begin to actually accept that you are a Divine expression and that everything you need is already present within your consciousness. Know that you have access to as much and probably more information than that person loudly proclaiming their leadership and knowledge. This does not mean you cannot consult someone who specializes in the sort of help or information you may be seeking--it may be the only way you can get to a deeper understanding of something at this point in your development. However, begin to understand that those who serve in these ways are guiding you toward the answers you seek, but they are not the source of them. Your own consciousness draws to you that which you need, in the forms you can relate to.
Pull back from constant news and media hype about what you must have and need in order to be happy and healthy, along with all the self serving political nonsense you are exposed to at all levels. Question the statements of all who would have you believe they have all the answers and solutions for you and the world. It is time for mankind to put on their long pants and get "spines" so to speak for this is a vitally important time in the spiritual journey of mankind and if the opportunity is ignored, he will be left behind.
Because of the gift of free will, every individual can take as long as he wants or needs to evolve, how you use this gift is your choice. Think about what you choose dear ones, for the time is NOW."

"I know it has become rather vogue to declare that “we’re all on one timeline now” because “we’re all one;” however, from my vantage point, this world continues to polarize in ever more dramatic ways. Clients, friends, family members, people I know through community volunteering — lately everyone seems to be receiving a mega-phoned, “Are you sure?!”
Revelations of betrayals have become so absurdly obvious that the levels of denial now required to ignore them truly boggle both mind and heart. Personal relationships reveal evidence of in-your-face double lives and months or years of deliberate, calculated lies. Companies that have demanded loyalty from good employees reveal themselves as totalitarian versions of the same old, same old, regardless of lip service to their “different way of doing business.” The US government isn’t even hiding its plans to wage war on US citizens: the USDA has now joined agencies like the IRS and BLM, arming themselves with semi-automatic weapons and protecting themselves with bullet proof vests. Leaks from worldwide whistleblowers continue to reveal the sick underbelly of military-industrial complex power and plans.
Yet somehow, even amidst revelations that have grown surreal in magnitude, some people continue to live in complete denial of the importance and responsibility of choosing something better. This choice hasn’t yet affected everyone; I’m not talking about people who are truly too busy to look at anything beyond their own three jobs to put food on the table. I’m talking about otherwise intelligent, reasonably capable and conscious people who’ve had their worldview rocked by what would be a rude awakening, if only that awakening occurred. It’s quite shocking how deep the Pollyanna programming can go, and meanwhile, their world creeps or runs ever closer to tyranny and dystopia.
This theme of betrayal is on the upswing. As Mark Twain said, “It is easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.” Betrayal not only hurts our hearts; it hurts our pride. It begs questions like “How could I have been so stupid?” or “How could I have missed those signs?” It takes courage to answer those questions as real ones rather than rhetorical invitations to self pity and the downward spiral. Approaching betrayal as an opportunity to learn what went awry and how — and as an invitation to troubleshoot for a preferred future — also requires swallowing some humble pie. But the question of “getting one’s just desserts” has become so very urgent in our times!
When the Universe approaches you with a neon lighted, mega-phoned, smack upside the head, “Are you sure?!” please carefully consider your answer. The “elite” psychopaths running rough shod over our planet do engage in their own bizarre code of honor, which requires people give them permission to proceed with their diabolical plans. Through leaks, Hollywood films, best selling novels, symbolic actions, or direct quotes of elected officials, these “elites” broadcast their intentions. Similarly, everyday, run of the mill sociopaths, philanderers, thieves and cheats drop clues via behavior, Freudian slips, circumstantial evidence or those mysterious “can’t put my finger on it” triggers that unsettle our stomach, ring all the anxiety alarm bells, and put our intuition on hyperalert. If we feel ourselves saying and feeling, “Something’s just not right about this,” but we refuse to investigate and discover what isn’t right, then by the psycho’s code of “honor,” we become fair game. They’ve duly warned us; our taking and acting upon the warning is our responsibility, not theirs.
I don’t know how this experiment called 21st century planet Earth will play out. All I can do is observe and extrapolate, but what I see happening worldwide is a sharpening of the divide between realities, not the blending of everything together into what I call the New Age Borg.
Some people — quite a high percentage in my sphere of influence — continue to experience incredible breakthroughs and freedom in areas that previously refused to budge, sometimes for decades. Those who make something of the breakthrough go on to experience exponentially faster and more powerful breakthroughs. By contrast, those who refuse to use the original breaking through of information as a catalyst to major change, become even more committed to the controllers’ trajectory of totalitarian dystopia and a drugged, brainwashed, Pollyanna populous to slave away on behalf of the self proclaimed elite. They continue to excuse those who reject the Golden Rule, and they continue to wonder why life keeps throwing drama at them. What they conveniently edit from their awareness is the reality of that blaring question: “Are you sure?!”
I don’t know when or if the deadline will arrive for making such decisions, but the frequency and intensity of that question seems to indicate that it will, and soon. What kind of world do you wish to live in, and what illusions are you willing to give up in order to embody it? Are you willing to transmute the increased effort it takes to continue lying to yourself and instead turn such efforts into creating a better life and world? Effort is effort. One type of effort maintains dissatisfaction and gives permission for misery and tyranny; the other effort actually generates new worlds and allows you to create a real version of your imagined potential.
