High Energy Acceleration (incoming) (02:53)

This looks like ‘fast healing, euphoric, blissful, connected moments and/or a NEW SENSE OF PRESENCE to yourself, your life and being alive right now....’

RELEASING OUR FEELINGS (rather than turning them into a story) (06:26)

Our feelings are our feelings and they need to move through rather than get stuck in a story. The story is part of it, but the emotional release is where the transformation of the story can begin.

STRONG FEELINGS ABOUT THESE TIMES  (07:49)

It is normal and to be expected at times, but take note of how you are experiencing yours and for how long. Despair about collective issues and collective confusion is the feeling of DESPAIR. Feel it to release it and allow yourself to return to center again, rather than perpetuating the feeling.

Be Open to finding New Healing Modalities  (08:11)

This is a time where NEW types of healing and experience will be very helpful for the very new time we are in, no matter how practiced you are at a certain way of healing.

Only 30% are needed to create a dominant energetic shift on the planet (10:57)

Remember, this is only the beginning of a larger planetary awakening, so choose to be an amplified part of the 30%, rather than worry about those who seem to be more asleep to their hearts right now - Awakening energy doesn’t need a majority for it to become contagious.

Intuitives - the form is changing so prediction is too (13:09)

Be aware that while you will still be feeling upcoming shifts, how that will manifest in form is changing - only 30-40% of the time will the energies you ‘feel’ result in taking the forms they used to look like - the speed now means less manifests physically in that way.

The Creational Power of Words & The War of Words (17:34)

• Low-Energy Directed Words: These are words coated in an energy designed to lower your focus or emotions and direct your attention in a certain direction. Be mindful of those.
• The Creational Power of Words: We can use the magic of our words to create, to conjure and override the lower vibration directed words that you might be hearing, swallowing or being coated with.

Anger as a boundary (26:22)

Can you let it be a boundary or signal for you, or are you tempted to let it become a weapon?
(Fire is an element we have been taught to be afraid of, yet as a spiritual element, it is part of our life-force).

We all have our feet in both paradigms. How much we live in each paradigm is but a matter of degree. The old paradigm is not necessarily something to be shunned or avoided. There are times when principles of both paradigms can be useful and beneficial. Yet overall, the new paradigm invites more love, support, and deeper connection into our lives and world. In every moment, we can consciously choose the paradigm to which we give our focus, time, and energy.

Remember that all of us to some degree are afraid of our shadows. At times we avoid looking at the disturbing parts of ourselves and our world. Yet consider that a willingness to explore and even dance with these shadows can be a potent catalyst to a new paradigm. And when we set a clear life intention to support what's best for all, our lives can't help but become richer and more fulfilling.

Greetings, Joyous One! This week, the Collective's Message addresses something I've been thinking about a lot these past months. They address the feelings so many of us have as we navigate these times, and see so much of our lives changing, whether it's work, health, home, family, or some other vital area. Even our inner perspective and preferences are changing -- how we eat, sleep, dress, and respond to life. Sudden change can be really scary to the ego-mind and personality. It can feel as if your moorings have dissolved underneath you, as changes happen in your own life or the lives of those around you. And, what so many of us tend to do, is to expect huge positive change to just happen on the Earth due to the energies now coming in. We keep waiting for big news . . .  When in fact, (surprise!) you and I have to experience huge shifts before Earth and humanity can experience it. We're the doorway for the changes we've requested. Yikes . . .  As we've said before -- if you're feeling very pressured or alone right now on any area of life, please know that you can lift yourself to a higher level by doing what calms you. High vibrational music, tapping, meditation, a funny movie, time in Nature, energy work, a channeling session with the Collective -- whatever helps you take on the perspective that you are Bigger than any one situation in your life, more powerful than anything that could ever happen to you. You are not alone. Call upon your Spirit team of Angels, guides, and higher self for assistance and wisdom throughout the day. And call upon your soul--ask it to hold a higher level of Light for whatever you're experiencing now, and to infuse you with its inspiring energies. A Message to Lightworkers – June 7, 2019 by Caroline Oceana Ryan  This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective: Greetings, dear ones! We are very pleased to have this moment to speak with you today. And we see that among the many daily pressures and expectations you hold yourself accountable for, you are also dealing with powerful Light data flowing in from various parts of your Universe, including your own souls. Understand that in these days of solar flares and solar winds, and astrological shifts that impact humankind in numerous ways–upending the old cycles and patterns that have been in place for millennia, and drawing in new and higher forms of experience—that your own souls are also answering to this influx of higher Light. Their messages reach you on a cellular level, which you then download and decode as you sleep, as well as during your waking hours. These inform you of the various aspects of your soul mission that have been ongoing, though unseen by you until this time in your Earth life. Though mainly unseen, you and your fellow Light Bearers came in with rare and powerful Earth missions. These energies are not trying to hide from you their deeper meanings and unknown languages. They are beyond language as you know it, and are flowing into your every cell, to not only upgrade your Earth self into the New Human forms, but to enlighten your Earth consciousness. We are aware that this can feel to be causing a bit of a cataclysm some days. You are not only bearing up under the strain of this drastic shift, but dealing with the outer results of these energy shifts in your own life. You will not now draw to you the same kinds of circumstances that you have created for so long in this and other Earth lives. Your co-Creations will now take on a whole other shape—one that serves the Light on a higher level than previously. And so at first, it may seem that you are in a sort of earthquake, where nothing is so stable as you once thought. You may have recently faced or are facing a health or financial crisis, or lost your home, your job or your business. You may be seeing either new or old relationships falling by the wayside, as if they never quite belonged to you. Even your clothing may not feel right to you anymore—not the right styles or colors. You may be having intuitive moments where you feel, almost for no known reason, that your entire economic system will have shifted by a particular time in the future. Or that housing and energy sources will transform by a particular time in your life, even if you don’t see that happening yet as a mass movement. You may also be wondering why, if your cells are holding more Light, you don’t seem to be getting younger or healthier. Wondering why you seem to be more tired, sadder and more fatigued some days rather than less. You may even be asking, “Why did I even come here at this time?” as one shift after another affects your entire being. We would say, that this is entirely normal and understandable. Yet we would like you to move beyond that moment by offering yourself and your entire transformative process as much patience and support as possible. You have been asking why Life seems so strange now, why things don’t fit or flow the way they used to, and why so much seems to be asked of you that it feels to be far too much some days. And that is because you are correct—all has changed, and is continuing to change.  Life is not at all as it was, and will never be again. These are the shifts you have required, demanded, requested of your own souls and the Universe, not quite realizing that in shifting the Earth and your own resonance out of the lower frequencies, much would be required of you beyond what you were offering at the time. As you view great corruption in religious, financial, governmental, and other institutions, and require that the Universal forces shift humanity out of that experience, understand that humanity itself must shift first, in order for that to happen. Photo by Jennifer Scalia For as you know, all that is experienced is called in by the overriding vibration of the one doing the creating. So that in asking for no more corruption in “high” places, you were requiring a shift in Earth’s timeline that in turn, required a shift in your own timelines—an upward swing in vibration. Otherwise, the criminality, the violence, the ongoing humiliations, lies and degradations would only continue. You may understandably be feeling that it was the vibrations of the old “power crowd” that needed to shift, not your own! It may have left you wondering, what in the world is happening, that you are the one undergoing a series of shocks—rather than they being the ones to experience the shakeup? We assure you, those perpetrating crimes upon the Earth and throughout the Universe are most assuredly feeling the results of the very shifts you yourselves came in to participate in. You didn’t come in to simply observe these shifts—that would not be in keeping with your Light Bearer/Earth Changer roles. You came in to raise the vibration you had sustained for so long on the Earth, to move it to higher levels, to higher octaves than what you had experienced in other lives while in a human body. And in doing so, you have shifted all around you, including those areas of life that you send Light to daily—the darker, denser aspects of life that you have never understood, never wanted to even look at, let alone realize you may have supported in one Earth life or another. You came for your own soul growth, undoubtedly. Yet in a larger sense, you came to assist the soul growth of the planet. Though you may think of Archangels, benevolent and highly evolved ETs, and Ascended Masters as being well ahead of you, you would not be here on the Earth now if you did not resonate with their reality, their outlook, their amazing gifts and wisdom. There is an aspect of your spirit and soul that not only understand these beautifully Light-constructed ways, but sees through every Earth circumstance as an opportunity to Love more—to Love yourself, Love others, Love the Earth and all who aid Her now, more powerfully and in ways that heal and transmute. That is a very different response than feeling let down by life—hampered or oppressed or denied what you need. The Universe does not wish to take good things from you, and is not doing so. You and your higher self are in the process of prying your grip off of what you have previously thought you needed yet which no longer suits your increasing vibration, till there is little left but what you really require—even if, for a while, that is only the breath in your body. At that level, all is clear. You live in the Present moment, and see your true self, minus ego attachments and outer labels. You view life as a moment-to-moment existence that can only bring you more Joy, more fulfillment, more beauty, more Love. Not only because good things are headed for your doorstep, but because it is you yourself who are creating all of that, minus the veil set in place so long ago by a false self, created to be a minion in someone else’s empire. Does the slave resent the losses experienced when the master disappears, or is imprisoned? In that moment of realization of freedom, there is a fear that life is not as it was, that familiar sights and persons might not be there anymore, that regular meals might disappear, scant though they were. Your ego-mind will most assuredly be alarmed at the release of old forms, energies, thoughts and manufactured belief systems that, though not terribly inspiring or fulfilling, have nevertheless been what you have expected and known for millennia. And so as you travel this new territory—this newly created corner of the Universe—we ask that you release the need for things to be as they were. That you flow with the stream of higher Light happening all around you. Resistance to inner and outer Change—resistance to the shift of frequencies on the planet and within yourself—will only make this transformation all the more demanding, bringing on a feeling of energy drain and loss. We would say, if you can image each day, particularly while in the shower or bath, or while swimming, that you are flowing down a river of Light, and that that river is flowing out to a beautiful, brilliant blue sea, full of higher Light and the energies that create new worlds—this will assist you in knowing that despite outer appearances and inner resistance at times, All Is Well. Likewise, sitting, walking or lying up on the Earth each day and experiencing Her Love for you, and giving to Her all you can no longer carry, will also relieve you of the feelings of overwhelm or strangeness at this new life you are building. Is this the simplest road to travel—the most cheerful and lightest you could have chosen? No, dear ones. Yet it is the most astounding, most new-birth-oriented, and most miraculous one you knew of. You have chosen this path, and it thanks you, as the Earth and all Her beings thank you. You have come here with great purpose, and you shall not be held back from its completion. Namaste, friends! Fast Forward - Good Bye Wake Up Experience

Dear fellow explorers, Can you all feel it? The shifts in our reality and our way of thinking, being and acting? I had been writing about this since a couple of years, that the Age of Authenticity and Co-Creation is underway. Energetically, we were able to experience that for a while already. Now - we really start embodying and building it. Utopia no longer is Utopia - with your contribution, your individual function - it starts becoming the new reality. The fog is lifting and the big picture becomes clearer, with each puzzle piece falling into place. And we all are these individual puzzle pieces. We carry our unique essence - our individual function that no one else can contribute with but us. This is the reason why I am sending out this last newsletter through the Wake Up Experience. It is complete. It has served its purpose. It will stay as a database for those that need to find this information. Nothing new will be added, nothing else will be changed. As every organism does at some point, the Wake Up Experience has reached its maturity. And it will stay as long as it has its purpose. Me - Vera Ingeborg - as an individual organism and part of a much bigger organism am moving forward, too. We (my partner Agustí and I) realized, that a lot of people are talking about new earth, or - when less conscious - complaining about old earth and the old system. Nevertheless, nobody has a clear idea or vision of how this new paradigm could look like. We feel it, but we cannot see it or experience it. As long as people do not have a reference point of how the new looks like, there is no choice they can make to move forward as there is no alternative. All of us - also you reading this - came here to build this new system. To make it visible. To inspire with a new lifestyle and new ways of being and doing. A system that is so attractive and inspiring, that people will want to live in this new way. It automatically makes the old system obsolete. After a year of building the structure, the content and the flow of Fast Forward - the blueprint for a new model of society and a way of inspiring this change - more people have joined and are joining in to co-create and to build. This blueprint is based on a universal source code, the DNA of this new earth organism. No human being or group of human beings controls it, the source code does. Each individual who aligns with this new frequency, integrates and embodies this code, automatically inspires others to do so. The old world was based on the principle of living „from the outside in“. The new world is based on living „from the inside out“. Fast Forward is an organism on its own and the source code is so strong that it does not allow any compromise or manipulation. It shows each and everyone where old ideas, ways, fears or patterns are in the way. We have experienced it ourselves many times, that the source code held the mirror for us to see where we did not align, where we still were trying to make something happen, where we still had attachment. Only when we had dissolved this old pattern, we could enter the flow of Fast Forward again. Although frustrating in the moment when we experienced it, it is also giving us so much peace. Because we know that we don’t have to control any of it - we are just the ones translating this code into a manifestation. We know that we can trust the impulses and the flow - although we might not understand it in the moment. It is very exciting for us to see and experience how it unfolds, and that this hurricane of love is unstoppable. It is a peaceful transition, not fighting for or against anything - it is simply doing things differently. Fast Forward touches and transforms everything we used to believe to be true - whether in politics, health, education, business etc. and it triggers energetic releases and expansion of consciousness through beauty and play. It creates the content for new earth - the reason to live - creation for the sake of creation. Purpose replaces money as the driving force. Curious? Welcome to April. After surviving the tsunami of energy we experienced in March, April is a month for action. But with a twist – this must be inspired, intentional action, not going in any direction because we’re so glad to be free of the grinding downloads and the restrictions we have been feeling since the beginning of 2019. We have had brief glimpses of energetic freedom, harmony, and flow, but we’re tired of appetizers, we want the whole meal.

The key to success is activating our soul’s guidance, our inner GPS to ensure that our intention is aligned with our highest potential and what we envision is not just the right thing, but the most powerful of our potentials. Sounds like a lot of work? It isn’t but we do have to participate in the process by taking action, trusting our own intuition, and release our fears, confusion, and lack of belief in ourselves.

April opens up with ‘April Fool’s Day’. Generally people play practical jokes on this day but if you’re a tarot reader you know that the Fool card is #0, the very first card, (tarot decks begin with 0, not 1). 0 has specific symbolism because it represents infinite possibility and pure potential. It is not ‘nothing’, it is ‘no thing’, where nothing exists and energy is present and waits to be created into some thing. It is the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end, the point of pure potential where everything is possible and nothing is happening yet.





The space of pure potential feels empty because it is our chance to be creators, as we move from karma, where our life path is pre-destined with the healing work we need to do, to creation, where our life path unfolds according to our thoughts and beliefs.

All of the clearing and release work we do brings us to the space of ‘no thing’, and sometimes that is quite literal, there is ‘nothing’ left in our life. That can feel very scary and isolating but we don’t have to wait until our life is empty to start filling it up with new people and situations.

In this very creative month and year (2019 is a year of creative potential), try creating something new as soon as something leaves or realize that the moment you create an energy container for a ‘new thing’ everything that is not aligned with it will be eliminated (which means being shown the door). This is an active month and we need to activate our creative skills if we’re going to start creating something out of ‘no thing’.

What else is happening in April? This is the final month of new and full moons at  15 and 0 degrees, respectively. This has been going on since October 2018, where the new and full moon energies are at the balance point (15 deg) and the zero point, or beginning. It has created some powerful energy swings as we cycle from balance or neutral position to zero or no thing.

Remember the long Mercury retrograde in March? It’s now over and Mercury is direct again but it won’t be out of shadow until the 17^th when it hits the 29 Pisces degree again. And this brings another big cycle to a close. Mercury rules karma so Mercury cycles are important to us and 29 Pisces is the final degree of the zodiac. We also have to look at Mercury’s relationship with Pisces since it rules Virgo, the opposite sign. What we have here is an end to a collective karmic cycle that pushes us into a new paradigm.

My guides told me that we were entering into this new paradigm on April 1 and while you may or may not feel it yet, it’s there for all of us to eventually integrate – remember everyone integrates energy in different ways and at different levels. If you have been feeling the need to clean, clear, release, and move things out of your energy space, blame both Mercury retrograde and the upcoming end of this karmic cycle. On a soul level we are so ready for this new paradigm, our bodies just need to catch up.

We also have Mercury, Venus, and Mars, the trio of personal planets, all changing signs this month too, adding to the action potential. Keep the energy moving, just remember to take time to smell the flowers along the way.

And this month we have a rare event that happens every 9 years, where Pluto aspects the North Node but this one will only happen once in our lifetime, with Pluto in Capricorn. In November 2010 it was conjunct, which happens only once every 19-20 years. The first week of April we have Pluto opposite the North Node which impacts the mother, family, and emotions. Are there any big debates going on that involves babies, families, mothers, and the home? It is an ongoing theme and that will get some resolution or a lot more attention with this Pluto/North Node action.  That is part of the Great Awakening we’re experiencing all around us. It’s also setting another rmarker for the upcoming Capricorn stellium of early 2020. Pluto represents total transformation from the ground up – no small changes here – it’s scorched earth, start over from the beginning. Let’s see what happens on the world stage with this powerful and rare aspect.


April’s theme is inspired and intentional action, with a focus on harmony and flow, which is what we  achieve with congruence – the balanced flow of energy into and out of our lives. When a new intention arises, all of our energy shifts to create energetic space for it. Release then becomes effortless (not always easy or without a twinge of regret) because it is also part of the in/out flow.

As I have been writing since 2011 about the ‘Becoming 360’ path, which has several levels that move us through healing and wholeness first, intention creates the path for all of this to happen. So try out some new intentions this month, go deeply into the forgotten corners of your heart and bring up some of your old dreams, visions, and plans that you once thought had great potential but decades of life and living pushed them farther and farther back into the ‘some day’ closet. It’s time to bring them out and give them another look. Who knows, this may be the moment that everything aligns, including
you, to move them from maybe to ‘here we go’.



Never lose hope, it is the anchor for your vision and what will allow you to bring the dreams of your heart and the potential of your soul into your reality. Joy is your purpose.

It is important that you bear in mind that as you are in a new cycle, a new paradigm will begin to take shape. It will be formed in such in a way that as time passes you will begin to see how the future is being laid out before you. It will bear little resemblance to the previous cycle, as the new energies that have been created are bringing harmony and peace to the planet such as not previously experienced by you. Out of the chaos of the present there will come a great awakening as to the true potential of the Human Race. People will demand a new way of living, and desire a coming together so that there can be a mutual exchange of knowledge and ideas that will lift all Humanity up.


There will be an emphasis on fairness and sharing where the Earth’s bounties are concerned, and the making of a peaceful co-existence between all people. The weapons of war will be disarmed and peace will be foremost in people’s minds and hearts. Co-operation will be the watchword as Human Beings are by nature a peaceful Race, and will set differences aside. Love will abound everywhere as it is realised that all Humans are made in the image of God.


How long it takes for permanent peace to settle upon Earth depends on how quickly you can overcome your differences, and recognise that you are All One. You all have the same desires for peace and happiness, and have a natural instinct to want to share and help each other to uplift your quality of life. Hitherto you have been led to put Self first and hold onto the bounties of Earth with little thought of sharing. Your systems of business have encouraged selfishness and greed, which is why the greatest amount of wealth is in the hands of so few people. You do not need excessive wealth to live well and all it does is deny it to others, who often need help just to exist.


Already the new energies are awakening people to the truth, and the demand for equality in all things will become paramount. Centuries of war have caused so much death and destruction and now Man has weapons that could easily destroy the whole Earth and its people. However, that will not be allowed, and it is time to talk of making world peace and put a total end to all wars. Just think how much wealth is used for destructive purposes, and how it could instead quickly transform the Earth to a modern paradise. Think peace and the vibrations will continue to lift up and speed up, and likewise the changes that are coming that nothing will be able to hold back.


Be assured there are many good people on Earth who have the right ideas that will bring about the necessary changes. They will emerge when the time is right and when it is safe to do so, and they will be protected. Like the dying beast it is the energies of war and all it encompasses that are no longer able to dictate or alter the path that lies ahead for Man. The glorious Light of Peace and Gods Love are ever present and woe behold those who choose to stand in the way of world peace. It is time for changes and they are beginning to happen right now. The dark Ones will try to stop them but will not have any success, as the future has already been written in the annals of Heaven and Earth.


You the people can take credit for having lifted the vibrations upon Earth that have enabled the new cycle to commence. Having come this far you will already have noticed changes in the energies that are beginning to bring people together in a common purpose. They understand that in the long run it is the people who determine the future, and that their collective energy for peace is so powerful it cannot be stopped. So Dear Ones do not be dismayed if you cannot see the overall picture, and know that the changes for the good of Humankind are unstoppable. It also means that the higher forces can also assist you as long as their actions are in accordance with your wishes. In time you will fully understand all events that have or are yet to take place, and the part you have played in them. It will not be too long before it will become apparent which direction you are travelling in, and it is sure to lift you up and raise your expectations. Perhaps some of the first signs of actual change will be the appointment of suitable people into roles of great importance, giving them responsibility for bringing them into being.


The focus at present is on all Lightworkers to keep spreading the positive energies of love, and create harmony where ever they go. People are becoming more open to guidance and seeking answers to help them through a very testing period. It requires great faith to not be affected by the negativity that is upon Earth, as many issues are now being brought into the open so that they can be cleared for all to see. There is no doubt that people are awakening to the truth and questioning the misleading and often untruthful information they are being given. No longer are people going around with their eyes shut and realising how much of the truth has been kept from them. However, it cannot be kept concealed forever, and we are entering a period when it will come out much to people’s astonishment and anger. The difference is that even people in high positions are beginning to insist on the facts becoming open to the public. Hold tight and expect the unexpected in the near future, as the lies and untruth will be exposed as such negative energies cannot be carried forward into the higher vibrations.


The terror attacks are very distracting but do not let them take your focus off the future, as it is the last attempts of those who care not for human life or work for peace on Earth. Their time is running out and actions to bring an end to their atrocities are under way. The people of Earth are defiant and will not give in to the misguided ones, who do not understand that they are the pawns of those who seek to prevent Ascension. It will fail miserably and the determination of the people will ensure that they experience victory over the negative Ones. Because of freewill they had to be allowed to test the Light, hoping to overcome it and eventually imprison all souls upon Earth. They have failed, and already the dark ones have been subdued and can no longer achieve their aims of world domination. Love and Light have persevered and grown stronger, as more souls have discovered the truth and the power within and nothing can now stop their onward march to Ascension.


Remember that very evolved souls await in your Solar System to oversee your transition from the old energies to the new ones. They are the Blue Avians who will ensure that no entities outside of your Earth can interfere with your progress. There are also others that stand by, such as the Pleiadians who are your ancestors, and will ensure all goes well.
