A Trek to Manchester-By-The-Sea On the Last Day of Summer

A Trek to Manchester-By-The-Sea On the Last Day of Summer | ForeverUnlimited

I have been on a good, steady, work flow routine, with massage clients every day,
and felt the need for a break.  It's part of my intent to walk my talk and do more self-care,
so I can feel grounded and balanced, easily able to help my clients, without feeling depleted.
With all the energies and aspects hitting us lately, and personal changes,
I have not been able to sleep well, or long enough.
Sometimes it is good to get out of the city, away from normal routines,
in order to gain new perspective, decompress and unwind.
It's late season, so the water on the North shore is cold, but of course I went in to refresh myself.
The ocean was clean and clear to the sandy bottom, the waves gentle, the winds slight and calm.

Glistening, soft waves...

Last day of Summer with a hint of Autumn...

View from the train...

Inner harbor...

Seaside commuter village...

Singing Beach, with sand that "squeaks"...

Rocky cliffs and islands...

So nice by the water...

Plenty of room on an off-season beach

Lots of benches for contemplation...

Groups who camp for the day tend to bring umbrellas...

Beach Roses remind me of childhood...

A protected harbor...

Sunset...

On the road again...

It gets dark so early!
Despite the warm day, we can really feel the change of season upon us.
So after grabbing a bite to eat in town (Lobster Roll special!),
I caught an early train (7:30 or so) the hour back to Boston.
I'm glad I took this day, and after my Epsom salt bath, I feel sleepy early.
Early client tomorrow, for which I am grateful.

Selacia : Break Free at Full Moon

Break Free at Full Moon

If you have been feeling like you want to break free of the status quo, this could be your week to act on those feelings. With Thursday's Aquarius Full Moon and some other helpful energy in the air, it could be easier to take some new and bolder steps. In this article, I provide suggested actions that could shift you out of neutral and into forward.

For most people, this has not been an easy or simple year. It's been common to have unexpected delays and confusing moments. So much is going on and many more in-the-background factors influenced progress.

Dream Time Processing

During your dream time and inner work process, you have been processing a vast canvas of energy. Most likely, you are aware of some themes as they reflect issues that have come up for resolution. You have become conscious of those.

Know, however, that one reason you could sometimes feel heavy is that you are also processing interconnected issues - so far outside your awareness that they are not apparent. Some of these relate to past lives, others relate to discordant planetary energies you incarnated to help heal. This additional level is being mentioned here so that you have perspective about why you sometimes feel things so deeply.

Remember: you are a quantum multidimensional being with many lifetimes before this one and a soul destiny involving Earth's ascension.

Divine Changemaker Role

No one day will be all good or all bad. That's linear thinking. Energy can shift like a lightning bolt, at any moment, for it is always in motion. Your role as a divine changemaker is to learn how to ride the energy waves, utilizing both positive cycles and challenging cycles for your spiritual growth. Whatever the energy is, your response to it becomes your path.

For this week through the weekend, some nice surprises could be unfolding. Examples: creative juices could be amplified, making connection with others could be easier, and risk taking could be less scary.

Steps to More Empowerment

Benefit from this week's energy with these simple actions.

FIRST, stay grounded and invite inner wisdom about how to break free of your status quo. Be open to the larger view spirit has. This means being willing to see beyond what you already know about yourself. Spirit may show you suggested changes in areas you don't suspect.

SECOND, give yourself more personal quiet time than you typically experience. Ideally this is a combination of solo self-reflection and some group meditative experience that can be very powerful during this Aquarius Full Moon cycle.

THIRD, inquire within and ask: "What is the one thing that as I take action to address it now, can be the key catalyst I've needed for a more fulfilling life?"

Your biggest breakthroughs can come when you feel the most challenged, yet you apply unwavering dedication and perseverance. The key is being willing to take each step as it is presented, letting go of having to know what the next step will be. With each step know that spirit is always with you.

Doing and Being – Lazy & Leisure? By Jennifer Hoffman | Enlightening Life

Doing and Being – Lazy & Leisure?
By Jennifer Hoffman | Enlightening Life
April 13, 2015

I had one of my most non-productive days ever this past week, a day that began with a very late start, whose highlight was two naps and some unplanned phone conversations. At the end of the day, when I looked at my to-do list and noticed that very little was marked as ‘done’, I had a moment of regret, followed by a realization of something else, that ‘being’ was all I needed to be doing and I could catch up on my work later. Whatever I was doing, while I thought I wasn’t doing anything, what exactly the right thing to do in that moment. I wasn’t being lazy or leisurely, I was participating in work that didn’t require my physical body to be busy with doing anything.

The most remarkable event that day was a phone conversation with someone I didn’t know was interested in spiritual subjects and issues. In fact, we had never talked about those things although she has an idea of who I am and what I do. But I didn’t have to say a word because she asked all of the questions and even shared a few intuitive and spiritual experiences with me, including how she manifested a dinner with the Osmond brothers. I could have cut the conversation short because I did have things to do but I knew that there was nothing more important than processing energy with this caller and being available for her to share her stories with me.

We forget that we are spiritual beings first, and humans second. But our humanity occupies so much of our energy that unless we are physically shut down, during those times that our spirit needs to work, our humanity takes over. If you have ever taken care of a small child, you know how much time and energy they take — this is how our ego or human side acts at times. And just as you put a baby down for a nap when it gets cranky and tired, our human must, at times, be set aside so our spirit can have some face time.

As energy portals we are conduits for energy that is both entering and leaving the planet. If we’re not energetically present then we cannot facilitate energy exchanges and when that work must happen, it happens any way it can. We aren’t being lazy when we get so exhausted we have to rest, nor are we being leisurely when we don’t have any energy to do anything but sit around and contemplate our to-do list. It’s in those moments, when our doing doesn’t happen that our ‘being’ is hard at work. The best thing we can do is give it enough room and take advantage of the time to rest — and we have to because nothing else is going to happen.

The energy work we do is not only important, it is our purpose for being here. We are here to be an energy conduit and what we do with and within our humanity is how we use the energy that we receive and share on the planet. It’s also how we process any energy that is leaving and allow it to exit gracefully. If we aren’t available for this work, it doesn’t happen.

When our focus is shifted from doing to being, when our mind wants to do things but our body won’t cooperate, we’re actually ‘doing’ what we are supposed to be doing, which is being present energetically. That isn’t always convenient within our busy lives but it must be more important for us to ‘be’ rather than ‘do’ because everything else takes a back seat when that needs to happen.

So if you can’t find the motivation to do anything, or you just have to lie down and take a nap, you aren’t being lazy, you are allowing your human to take a time out so your spirit can get some work done. Enjoy those times and know that the work you’re doing at that time is more important than anything on your to-do list and you will be able to catch up on your ‘doing’ work later, blessed by all of the energy that your ‘being’ has made available to you.

What energy and experiences can we expect in April 2015?

What energy and experiences can we expect in April 2015?

The energy this month moves quickly.  The sense of the month follows the saying, "Time flies when you are having fun."  Most of you are likely to find yourselves distracted by things you enjoy.  You will be absorbed by activities that can be satisfying and joyful.  This month will seem to go by quickly.

It will be useful for you to plan ahead in order to get everything done throughout the month.  Before the moth begins and throughout the month, use weekly or daily planning sessions with yourself, your family or with your work team.  If you do not do this regularly, then occasionally sit down and make sure that you have planned for everything to get done along the way.  Otherwise, with everyone being distracted and enjoying themselves so much, you may find that some things slip through the cracks.

The planning is not to prevent danger, but instead to ensure you can relax and enjoy the playful energy of this month.  Everything will be fine but it is useful to keep an extra eye on things this month, even as you are laughing, making new friends and learning new things.  Allow yourself to enjoy the bright, expansive energy this month.

The energy and potential of the month feels like a flash of lightening or a firework.  It is glorious.  It has a happy, expanding, shiny, beautiful energy -- but it happens so quickly.  Therefore, it is important for you to say "yes", even when you do not have all your plans in order.  Try to be organized enough that you can afford to say “yes” to spontaneous invitations, even when some parts are still unsure.  Embrace the month with open arms, try to step into the fun available in any given moment, and go with the flow even as you keep your eye on the side to make sure that you are not dropping anything too important.

Are there particular activities that we can use to best harness this energy?

This month, one of the most beneficial things you can do is to smile easily.  Make eye contact with people and smile at them.  It is almost like a secret code among those of you who are using the energy this month.  If you stop and slow down enough to really look someone in the eye and smile, it is like you are sharing a secret handshake.  You will find that some people do not notice, and that will be fine.  You will then notice surprisingly new people will smile back at you.  They will also look into your eyes and smile.

This month you will find new friends and allies everywhere you turn.  You will realize there are certain people in your life that are ready to play with you, ready to work with you, and ready to do things that are important together.  They may be people you would not have guessed.  It is like you are sharing the secret handshake to find out how who else is in the club.  By making eye contact and smiling at people, you are opening the door with an invitation to the fun energy of the month and into whatever exciting plans and activities you have begun in your own life.

Is there anything we need to avoid this month?.....

How to Take a Day Off by David Cain | Raptitude

How to Take a Day Off by David Cain | Raptitude

I don’t think my father took days off. He must have, but I don’t think I ever witnessed it. I cannot picture him getting up and doing anything besides some kind of work.

When I would drag myself to the couch at 8am on a Saturday to watch cartoons, he was apparently in the middle of his day, already having built or fixed something.

He would permit himself to read books or watch TV later in the day. But I think the idea of taking a proper day off — where he didn’t build, organize, or otherwise try to advance his lot in life at all — was kind of foreign to him.

I don’t have half the work ethic he did, but recently I noticed I do the same thing: I see my weekends, my days “off,” as additional space for getting a bit more done, even if it’s only the kinds of work I enjoy.

A few weeks ago I found myself taking a true Day Off, in which I deliberately spent the day doing things that have absolutely nothing to do with improving, or even maintaining, my position in life. I had decided spontaneously the evening before: no work, no goals, no attempt to gain anything.

I ended up spending a lot of time outside, and visiting with four separate groups of loved ones, never rushing between them and never thinking much, at any point, about the rest of the day. I spent the morning with my girlfriend, lunch with a friend, the afternoon out walking with my mother, dinner with my sister’s family, and the evening with a book.

I went to bed feeling intensely grateful that my lot in life was such that I could have a day like that, and I slept very well.

If that wasn’t a perfect day then there are none. The biggest difference between that day and a normal weekend day, I realize now, was that I paid little attention to the advance of time. I suspended all aspirations to shaping the future. The only goal was to enjoy the setting and characters of every moment I found myself in, which is refreshingly easy when you’re not trying to get anywhere else.

The next day I went back to work, but I didn’t feel my usual resistance to it, and I got a lot done. The unhurried quality of my Proper Day Off seemed to carry into the following workday. It gave me a distinct feeling of being fine where I was, of not needing to be past what I was currently working on.

The Lost Art of the Day Off

It now seems absurd to let a week go by without a Proper Day Off, and I have quickly become an ambassador for the mostly-lost idea of protecting an entire day from one’s own toil. A lot of us never actually do, whether or not we realize it. We habitually give ourselves jobs on the weekend, and if we accidentally get nothing done, we feel guilty.

Stepping deliberately out of “getting ahead” mode reminds you that you already are “ahead” in all sorts of ways. What’s the point of getting ahead if we never have the experience of being ahead?

Before going on we should clarify what a Proper Day Off actually is. A day off what exactly?

It’s a day off of all the things we do for money, acclaim, position, or out of social obligation; off of treating time like a commodity to be invested or traded for future benefits.

A Proper Day Off isn’t an invitation for laziness, or the shirking of responsibilities. In fact, a Proper Day Off is a day for exploring a certain other class of responsibilities: being a relaxed and present friend, parent, son or daughter, or stranger.

It’s also a time for being a grateful member of civilization. A Proper Day Off is particularly suited to experiencing the highlights of human development: enjoying art, music and public spaces, particularly if we spend the other six days mostly butting heads with the worst parts: inhuman corporations, corrupt governments, vapid celebrity culture, and a news media that delivers only bad news.

6 Principles of a Proper Day Off

A few general rules, to keep your Day Off uncompromised:

1) No work, no “getting ahead”

If getting ahead has any use, it’s so that you can be ahead. A Proper Day Off is reserved for this experience of being ahead — appreciating the fruits of your labor (and that of others) — rather than for laboring even more.

Essentially this means, “Today, do things for now, not for later.” That means no errands, no utilitarian purchases, and definitely no major purchases. In fact, what are you doing in Home Depot at all? Go to the park. And although recreational shopping is a favorite pastime for many people, it is completely inappropriate on a Proper Day Off. Consumer shopping has too many emotional ties to the working world. Refraining from “getting ahead” doesn’t mean a Day Off is best spent getting needlessly behind, by liquidating your hours of labor (and therefore your precious time on this earth) for a low-brow shopper’s high.

Visiting an antique shop, or a farmers market, or a garage sale, is quite suitable for a Day Off — visiting a department store, or (God forbid) a Wal-Mart, is not.

2) Don’t spend the day at home

Although a case can be made for spending the odd day in your pyjamas watching old movies, it makes for a poor Proper Day Off — it’s too predictable and familiar, and most of us are going to feel regret creep into a day like that by late afternoon.

Generally most of a Proper Day Off will happen outside your home. It would be a shame not to spend a least a bit of it in a park, any time of year, even if you’re just passing through it to meet someone.

Try not to spend much of it in your car either. Make use of your feet, or your bike if possible. Cars fill us with the sensation of needing to be somewhere else.

3) Involve loved ones

Either take a companion with you on your Proper Day Off, or plan a visit or two. Maybe you had no takers for your museum visit in the morning, but you could certainly find someone to meet you for lunch or coffee at some point.

A well-tempered companion is best, though, even just for part of the day — a partner, a friend, or an offspring. Other people keep us from creeping away to “later” in our minds, and help us appreciate what we might not have noticed alone.

After all, quality time with loved ones is just about the best way a person can spend their time in this life. It’s what we miss when we’re away, what we would dream about in prison, and what we will still find important once we near our deathbeds.

4) Plan loosely, but don’t make an itinerary

It’s only practical to have a mental list of places you might go. Freedom requires decisiveness. Know beforehand what area of town to head to, where to stop first, whether to go to the flea market or the waterfront.

It is also helpful to figure out which friends and loved ones you’ll be meeting. Planning lunch ahead is perfectly reasonable, or you could just meet up and wander until you find a good spot. Maybe you want to pack a picnic.

One other general rule: Do more than one thing. An entire day spent at the convention center will hardly give you the freewheeling spirit of a Proper Day Off. Get an earlyish start, so that the day has room for variety, but don’t look at the clock much.

Gravitate towards free or inexpensive activities. Money, for most of us, is closely related to time and work, two spheres of concern we want to leave alone for the day.

5) Minimize electronic device usage

…or at least only use them only for getting around (i.e. maps) or co-ordinating meetings with your friends. We get more than enough screen time the rest of the week.

Being constantly connected to news and email gives us an unhealthy hyper-awareness of time, which is exactly what we’re taking a break from on a Proper Day Off. We often use the clock evaluate “how we’re doing” on a given day. On a Proper Day Off, only check the clock when necessary for utilitarian purposes. And remember: whatever time it is, it’s okay.

Don’t be too much of a luddite though. You don’t need to make it into anti-technology day. But if passive electronic entertainment (i.e. Movies or TV) is going to be a part of it, make it the last thing you do, and if you can, do it with someone else.

6) Enjoy the fruits of civilization

We become so cynical about the ills of civilization that we take its virtues for granted. For all our complaints, the truth is we live surrounded by wonderful amenities and cultural institutions, many of which exist solely for human enjoyment and well-being. A Proper Day Off is a perfect time to make use of your community’s parks, museums, galleries, markets, public spaces, performance venues and heritage buildings.

Consult a local events calendar to see what’s happening. If you live in a city of any size, you might be surprised at how much is going on every day — free music, art exhibitions, book and poetry readings, gatherings, meetups, contests and tastings.

We work so that we can improve the settings in which we live our lives, both the public and private kind. So let’s not forget to enjoy these settings while we have them, and put the working part aside entirely while we do.

The week that was: Energies a go-go! by Dana Mrkich | Evolution Revolution

The week that was: Energies a go-go! by Dana Mrkich | Evolution Revolution

Sunday, March 22, 2015

What a week that was! Between multiple strong solar flares, a super new moon, solar eclipse and Equinox, it feels like we haven't been able to catch our breath.

You may have felt like more things than usual were jam-packed into your schedule this past week, meanwhile the clock was accelerated making it feel like we were running on the go constantly! That said, I noticed that anytime I thought "Actually, I don't want to rush. I'm really enjoying what I'm doing right now" it is as if time slowed down and expanded a bit allowing a much more comfortable and joyful experience.

The energies are fast right now, there is no doubt about it. Yet I'm being shown that scene from the movie Lucy, where she is standing in the middle of Times Square. Everyone is rushing around, but with a wave of the hand she can slow the scene down. If only it were that easy, but we definitely have the ability to feel something similar to this. When we take a moment to stop and breathe, it is like we press pause on all of our hectic to do lists and errands, and step out of time for a minute.

(Scene from 'Lucy')

That may mean literally taking a minute, in between being ready to rush out the door, and stepping outside your door just stop, take a minute, or even 30 seconds. Close your eyes. Breathe. That 30 seconds or a minute can be just as effective as a long meditation because time doesn't really exist. It can make the difference between feeling pushed and stretched all day, to feeling a bit calmer, less anxious, more centred and clearer to take on the day.

It is becoming increasingly important to take this time for ourselves. Sometimes this means re-arranging your calendar to say you know, I just can't fit all of this in today/this week. I am going to re-schedule these things and instead take an afternoon/this evening/this Sunday to just catch up with myself and re-charge. Saying yes to yourself can be hard because it often means saying no to a commitment or something that needs doing, but we are no good to anyone when we feel depleted and frazzled.

So as we move into this last week of March make a commitment to yourself to say yes to yourself more often. To stop, breathe and re-charge more regularly - be it a minute here and there every day, or an afternoon not obligated to be anywhere on a weekend.

These energy waves are like a tidal wave, moving us faster and faster forward. That is not going to stop anytime soon. We can't control those waves, but we can learn to ride them in a way that feels exhilarating when we feel up to the go go pace, yet know how to go within when we need to bunker down for a break.

How has your week been?

(Transcribed and edited from Lee's live Video message.)

"Hi everybody and welcome to the November 2014 Energy Forecast.

It's a beautiful morning here in Colorado; a little chilly but very sunny and golden leaves everywhere.

It's been a very interesting month. As usual, 'interesting' is my default word that encapsulates so much.

Just a couple of days ago I did a pre-recorded interview for a radio show with Rob Gauthier. At the end of the radio show he asked me, “Why do you think so many people have been going through such a hard time the last couple of years and this year?”  He said that so many people he knows or works with are struggling.

I think in a way that 'struggle' is a repetitive theme every time I deliver these forecasts and yet trying to do a video message in a format like this is a little tricky in that we're all in different places.

So to the best of my ability I try and encapsulate the range of our experiences. But I do notice from feedback that I get through the month or from people that I work with, that there are incredibly varying levels and experiences for everybody at this point in time. And this is a truth that really goes right back to the idea of the journey of human ascension and the changing consciousness on our planet.

I still think there is a hangover from the year 2012.  Many people (and this is what I said to Rob) were hoping for a big overnight change in 2012 or 2013, and that overnight change hasn't happened outside them. So those people are still in a shock, grief or mourning hangover from that time and struggling to come to terms with what they are seeing reflected in the outer world that they find difficult. So that has to be taken into account.

But as I said at the beginning of the October forecast, there is also a great opening beginning to re-occur on the planet now.

We've come out of that period of a couple of years where, if you like, the heart of the shift was occurring in our consciousness and our inner landscapes.

And now we are in the opening times, where in the coming decade and beyond, we each have not only opportunity but perhaps a duty to change things on the planet.

Change does begin within.

And what's interesting to me are the arguments I will see happening among people about this. I say this about the groups who might label themselves spiritual people or light workers. These labels that we apply can be useful but not if they are used as divisive forces. Labels ultimately don't mean anything because essentially we are all human beings in this together. But these are labels that people apply to themselves or that might get attributed to a certain group, and it's always interesting to me to see the infighting that is going on in these groups and the anger that people are having at each other about why things aren’t changing.

Yet if you really stop and think about it, the most inspiring change makers that you know; whether that is the lady who lives on your street who is always bringing the street together to create some solidarity and group spirit, or whether it's Oprah Winfrey that you're watching on the television who is doing her thing in her way. Those people carry on bringing change with a certain energy of positivity and more importantly, a certain energy of life. They don't do it with anger or judgment. They do it with life and faith in the future and each other.

And I feel that our personal responsibility as human beings in this very odd time that we’re living in is to, in some ways, not worry too much about linear time right now.

There is this huge time pressure that so many people have. There are all of these emails going round about the environment and the government talking about urgency, and while they may be important for us to look at and respond to, the sense of alarm around time won't help any of us. I mentioned the emails few months ago, and a lot of people are using this idea of time pressure to get themselves really het up. And when you get het up, you aren't going to bring a very peaceful or life-giving vibration to what you're focusing on.

I recently read an interview with a singer-songwriter and she said she carries round a book about medieval times with her because it reminds her that no matter how bad things might look now, things were a lot worse then. And she mentioned the things that people would do to each other then on a daily basis.

I, like all of you watching or reading this, don't enjoy seeing the suffering, the destruction and the war in the world. It's something that I have to continually come to terms with in order to live here. But at the same time, I don't believe that we are doomed in the future if we, all of us, decide to play our part in making the change that we are here to bring.

We don't know how long life on Planet Earth will go, but we do know that while we are here, we can be the best custodians and stewards that we can be of bringing that change.

So this brings me back to you.

How are you dealing with your dreams and desires right now? And how are you learning from everything in your life that you might be finding difficult?

Because we do have a responsibility to
A) Learn who we are
and
B) Figure out what we need in order to thrive in our lives.

We are all different. Some of us are more sensitive than others. But once you start to understand who you are and how you are reacting to outside factors in your life, you can begin to make changes that are going to allow you to bring your best to every day.

Within all of that, of course as I always say, if you are struggling on a certain day just take it easy. Have a day of rest. The world isn’t going to go anywhere while you recover your energy. And when you've recovered, you can come back out into the world and be ready to play and absorb and give.

So the exercise that was given on this radio show came through Zachary, as a channel at the end of the show. And it was basically just a very quick 'reset' exercise to get rid of any density you may be carrying or feeling; because there is a lot of density right now. People are in fear and you can feel that.

As you walk out into the the street, you will be affected by the energy of everybody around you. We are an ocean of energy as a collective. And in the same way I have explained that there are cold patches and warm patches in the ocean, you can have the same reaction as you walk through the energy fields of others and you can take it on and become it in your own life.

This is why it's wonderful to be around heart-open, positive people - it's infectious. Equally, it can be depressing and depleting to be around negative or downward pulling people.

But not if you look after your own energy boundaries and awareness.

So, the exercise that was given was to imagine yourself as a pyramid; and to imagine the top of your pyramid as reaching about one meter (or 100 centimeters) above your head. And then to see the pyramid going down either side of your body reaching approximately 70 centimeters distance either side of your hips.

Now close your eyes, and imagine an incredible ball of light, a hundred centimeters above your head (at the top of your pyramid). That’s the light of the universe that you're connecting to. Now just imagine and feel that light for a moment, and see if you can invite the light down through your head to your heart; as low down into your body as you can take it. Let it start to slowly travel down toward and into you.

Then, when you've done that visualization for some seconds, start to gently stamp your feet; right then left. And you can do this exercise either sitting down or standing, so just gently start to stamp your feet.

And as you stamp, what you're doing is your stamping out all the density in your base and the base of your pyramid, that you have absorbed from the rest of the world that day, or from whatever it is that has come up in your own personal energy field for clearing.

And then, after 20-30 seconds, you can stop your feet and go back to visualizing the light. Imagine the light, a meter above your head, and this time you should find it's a little stronger. It should be a little brighter. You should feel it more and you should be able to bring it down lower into your body.

Then again, after you've done this for little while, you stamp again - right, left, right, left.

It’s very simple and actually quite therapeutic to do it. And you repeat this 'light then feet' process a third and final time. Imagine the light. And most of you should find that the light is now bigger and it's something that you can connect into you in a deeper way.

For some of you this exercise maybe a little metaphysical, for some of you will be right up your street, but the reason to do it is there is an enormous amount of light flooding the planet at the moment. So in the human collective, what's happening because of that is the release of density and darkness coming up for and out of people.

So this is an exercise for you to shift from density to light. It's short and simple and will help you reconnect yourself with your own light on this planet and your own connection to universal source energy.

That's what we doing here as human beings. Shifting from density into light every single day.

I think there are so many different ideas of how we should be. And again, I see arguments in the spiritual community about “you should be this” or “you should be that” and none of that's true unfortunately.

No person can tell another person how to be.

What we have to do is master who we are here to be on the planet and what we are here to show up and give.

And to trust that through that, your unique path, you are perfectly playing your part in this universe.

So of course (as I've said in all the recent months), there will be symptoms going on for you through this ascension process, such as;

Strong 'release' dreams. Some of you will be processing very dark dreams - this is density coming out of your system that you're choosing to do through sleep rather than waking life.

Conflict energies - internal and external. This will also be an area to master the more you ascend in yourself. You may be releasing inner conflicts - judgments and confusion about or toward yourself. There may be people around you that you're having conflict with, and your mastery is to learn to not engage in the conflict with them, but to gracefully disengage to the best of your ability. If you do find yourself having an argument with somebody or you look back on yourself shouting at somebody in a moment, know that this can also sometimes be necessary catalyst. It may be something you would rather not repeat in the future, but perhaps for that day, that was the very thing that you and this person needed to happen to change the energy between you; because the energy is changing for all of us every single day.

Embracing/Resisting Change. In your external world, you will either be right now resisting creating change (or feeling the resistance to oncoming change), or you will be embracing it, flying with it, loving it and feeling very, very alive. Both are different parts of an experience so don't judge your resistance but remind yourself that stepping through resistance is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Be bold.

So within all of this, remember this light that’s here on Earth for and with all of us. Some of you will reach the light through praying, some of you will reach it through yoga, some of you will reach it through singing. Many different ways to access light.

But we can also just literally close our eyes, take a moment and reconnect to what is here inside us or do a simple exercise like the one I gave.

Our 'job' as humans on the planet at this time is to the best of our ability bring in more consciousness and light, and bring more compassion and positive change to a very varied world.

I'm very heartened by what I am seeing happening in the world around the changes that we need. And I have been grateful that I've been able to come to the other side of being heartened by seeing how people in the world are working to try and change all of those areas that are threatening the life of the planet, but even more so, working to raise the peace of the planet and the consciousness level of the planet.

So I invite you to take a moment to just consider for yourself what is it you need more of this month to access your part in our tapestry?

Because it starts with you so you knowing and walking toward what you need is very important.

Being selfish or self-centered is the criticism that will often be leveled at you by people who don't understand truly what the nature of self-love and self-care is. When we practise self-love and self-care at higher levels than we have ever been taught by society, we naturally want to care for others more. We naturally want to love and share more, because love is a shared energy. It is not an exclusive energy and it’s far more interesting and enjoyable when you share it and watch it grow and multiply.

I hope you can take a moment after this video to do the exercise and to also perhaps think for yourself what do I need a little more of this month?

And if you're particularly challenged by doing that or you feel selfish in asking yourself that question, it would be great for you especially to write a few things down; because when things remain in our head, they can be very etheric.

When we write them down on paper, we bring them out of the body but we can also see them reflected to us afterwards.

So, I wish you all lots of love for this month.

Compassion and forgiveness. | Forever Unlimited

I was walking back from the bus by a well-tended yard and garden when
a Monarch butterfly suddenly flew right at me, dancing about
flirtatiously in front of me, flying away and then back at me playfully a
2nd and 3rd time! My concerns momentarily suspended, I delighted in the
lovely sight on this unusually warm October day. Angels find ways to
give us signs. I think my message is to relax, lighten up, trust that my
burdens are being lifted through grace and compassion, and I felt an
urge to get out in nature and go play, which I have now added to my
schedule for this afternoon. <3
