Blessed Being, you are time manifest and divinity in form.  Your powerful biomechanism; the heart/mind/body complex, is awaiting you to direct the form.  Your focus, your perception and your choice determine the resonance of reaction and result that you create(d).


Focus is a curious endeavor, for you are experiencing time as a linear path, yet your heart and mind are open to the past and future.  As you feel and think based on your past, you are accessing the resonance of that experience and bringing it into your now moment.  Your cells react, your hormones react, your body reacts to your thoughts and feelings of the past.  You recreate the physical experience.  The result is your present condition.  The 'conditions' from which your future is formed.


As you focus upon the future, it is the same.  Your thoughts and feelings create a physical experience in your now moment.  You are the physical bridge of past, future and present; you are all time – now.  Humanity has only recently begun to focus more seriously on shaping the thoughts and feelings toward desired creation more fully.  We present this topic to direct your strength of focus more fully even still.  For as you think and feel, Creation is Created.  Do you sense the time paradox?  In your present moment, creation has already passed.  The flow of Time is faster than you think.  Your work is not to think faster, though that is the result; your work is to focus more fully in the moment.


Take life in more fully.  Experience with gusto, whether in mundane, challenge or triumph.  Delight in the body, the sensations of your surroundings and experiences.  Observe with an excitement of your creative potential and direct your focus toward the path of new solution.  Be the Creation Created, continuing creation.  This is the movement and the momentum of the I Am Becoming.  Ease your thoughts, increase your attention on the beauty of the now moment and amplify it through your powerful biomechanism.  You are becoming the Creation Created – Creating.


As we sit to Blast Creation Created, we are allowing the past and the future to flow easily in the now, greeting them with attention when it best serves the moment.  We are integrating past challenge into wisdom and focusing future potential into form.  We are directing our thought flow to a chemical cascade that forms a present peace, grounded in the reality of earthly experience.  We are the Free and the strong, that will perceive the great gift within each being and enhance the Love of humanity.  We are mastering Time, incorporating the past and the future into the present and gifting our strength of Loving will to All Life.  Blast on!

The Current Eclipse Cycle: endings and new beginnings - 3/26/2015

We are in a very powerful Eclipse Cycle. The Solar Eclipse was a huge shift for many…even if you didn’t especially feel like much was going on in your life. As I shared in the last Ascension Note, it was particularly powerful for relationships, including any old patterns that are still lingering in the deeper recesses of your subconscious. The Lunar Eclipse on April 4 will reach deeper into your being to shift any old energies, especially relating to how you are with others (including yourself).


One of the new ways of being is to let go of any need you have for closure. The separate ego likes things to be neat and tidy and have everything in a category. In the New, things flow and ebb. Energies fluctuate, so what you think is complete may move into a different form of expression. It is important to just allow things to be without closing the door to anything, for it could be that that door opens once again to a higher expression…or not. Whatever is for your highest evolution will occur. Let it be what it is without ego-definition.


However you are experiencing this Eclipse Cycle, know that you are exponentially rising in vibration and consciousness; becoming Soul. This is definitely a time of a powerful initiation into the higher realms of being. There will be times of great Clarity and Bliss along with periods of doubt, confusion and challenge. Flow with it all. When you experience times of perceived darkness, see what wants to be let go of; and when you are in Bliss, be ever so grateful, for Gratitude amplifies your evolution. When you flow with no attachment to how you think or want things to be, you evolve more in and as Love.


This is our most powerful shift yet (each shift is stronger than the last). There is more New than old and still we continue to transform and continue to increase in Light and vibration. During the Lunar Eclipse it will be important to be near water, even if it is to simply incorporate water in a ceremony. As you do, you empower the new Solar and Lunar codes, helping you to be New in many ways. These codes affect your entire being, especially physically since our bodies are mostly water as is Gaia. As we complete this Eclipse Cycle, we take a giant step in creating Heaven on Earth; both personally and globally. We are anchoring higher dimensions into ourselves and onto Gaia. And we may be more aware of receiving guidance and teachings from other high dimensional beings of Light. Of course, it is up to us to integrate these higher teachings into everyday life. You will be guided as to how to do that in profound and subtle ways (and sometimes not so subtle). So continue being in the Moment, free of desire, so that you can hear and feel your guidance.


As you receive downloads of Light (often these come when you are in that in-between state of sleep and sleeplessness), intend to receive through your Crown Chakra, then intend the Light to flow into your Pineal Chakra, and from there down your Ka Channels (there are 16 of them that flow down your aura). Your Ka Channels distribute the Light into your cells and DNA…into your entire body mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Be sure to stay grounded and centered during the day to integrate what you receive.


If others around you, who may not be awake, become angry and emotional, realize that they are receiving these downloads too; yet do not know what is happening. It is best to remove yourself from the situation and not become entangled in drama. When one receives Light and is not aware or awake, the Light hits their old issues creating an inner conflict. You can hold space for them and be Compassion, yet you needn’t explain or attempt to help them, for they may not understand anything you share. It is almost impossible to communicate with others who are not vibrating at the same level as you. Know too that these shifting times are affecting the Earth’s weather patterns, as we all can see. This Earth transformation will continue. Be Love and know what is occurring, without dramatizing the effects in “ain’t it awful” scenarios.


The water aspect of the Lunar Eclipse will most certainly empower your Creativity and you will explore new ways of being and interacting in your life. For those of you who are ready, there may be new projects and directions you are guided towards. And you may see many doors closing as well. If you find yourself in an “in-between” place, be patient and trust that in Divine Time you will be guided. Allow your multidimensional self to be more integrated. This means that you may let go of black and white perceptions and linear thinking. As you ebb and flow in Grace, you integrate your multidimensional body more and this raises your consciousness, which creates your New Life. Definitely this Eclipse Cycle has the potential to take us higher than we’ve ever been, which can indicate that our lives can change in amazing ways…if we are ready and willing to truly embrace a new way of living. Truly living in the New is more about being in the Moment, free from the past and future. This is Freedom. The past is the old; the future is created in the Moment without preconceived ideas or expectations. And really, the only place you can experience this Freedom is by being present right now.


While many have spoken of this particular time as the last opportunity to let go of 3D duality and the true beginning of the New, this is linear thinking and is way too exact in its “endings/beginnings/timetable.” We are doing this personally and how long or short it takes is up to each person. Yes, we have let go of so much and there are more layers to be revealed. And certainly there is no definitive time as to the ending of 3D and the beginning of the New, for we are moving forward sometimes in baby steps and sometimes in giant leaps, and oftentimes we feel like we’ve even taken a step backward. I want to say that we never go backward, yet we often are in a place of stillness. And it is in the stillness that can be most challenging, for then we must focus on what we are intending to create as well as have Patience and Trust while things are seemingly at a standstill.


We may be sad in the grieving of what and who has passed and that is perfectly fine. Some folks move quickly and some take their time; there are no rules or “supposed-to’s” as to how we proceed. We may grieve our own symbolic death; we may fight letting go, thus resisting further movement; however each being does it is perfect for them. And so we continue to let go and let be, and we continue to move forward without really knowing what we’re moving to. This is the way of the New…trusting the unknown; trusting in Soul’s Guidance.


I find it fascinating that the Christian celebration of Easter is the day after this Eclipse Cycle is complete with the Lunar Eclipse. I don’t see Easter traditionally, but rather as a symbolic birthing and it fits in with this Eclipse Cycle of endings and new beginnings. It speaks to an opportunity to leave the old behind and begin a new way of living life. We can use this symbolism to move forward in the New. It can be seen as an expansion of our own Source Consciousness and a time of seeming miracles. Miracles do have the potential not to be seen as “miraculous,” but rather commonplace in the New. And certainly, we experience these perceived miracles in everyday life, if we are awake and aware.






So let us be all that we have prepared to be and honor our birthright; that of being Love; One with all of life and the true mystics of Earth and beyond. Oh, we are so much more than we have believed ourselves to be, and that is the essence of Ascension. We are Divine; we are creators of life; we are all that and more, for we are Love.

I don’t think my father took days off. He must have, but I don’t think I ever witnessed it. I cannot picture him getting up and doing anything besides some kind of work.


When I would drag myself to the couch at 8am on a Saturday to watch cartoons, he was apparently in the middle of his day, already having built or fixed something.


He would permit himself to read books or watch TV later in the day. But I think the idea of taking a proper day off — where he didn’t build, organize, or otherwise try to advance his lot in life at all — was kind of foreign to him.


I don’t have half the work ethic he did, but recently I noticed I do the same thing: I see my weekends, my days “off,” as additional space for getting a bit more done, even if it’s only the kinds of work I enjoy.


A few weeks ago I found myself taking a true Day Off, in which I deliberately spent the day doing things that have absolutely nothing to do with improving, or even maintaining, my position in life. I had decided spontaneously the evening before: no work, no goals, no attempt to gain anything.


I ended up spending a lot of time outside, and visiting with four separate groups of loved ones, never rushing between them and never thinking much, at any point, about the rest of the day. I spent the morning with my girlfriend, lunch with a friend, the afternoon out walking with my mother, dinner with my sister’s family, and the evening with a book.


I went to bed feeling intensely grateful that my lot in life was such that I could have a day like that, and I slept very well.


If that wasn’t a perfect day then there are none. The biggest difference between that day and a normal weekend day, I realize now, was that I paid little attention to the advance of time. I suspended all aspirations to shaping the future. The only goal was to enjoy the setting and characters of every moment I found myself in, which is refreshingly easy when you’re not trying to get anywhere else.


The next day I went back to work, but I didn’t feel my usual resistance to it, and I got a lot done. The unhurried quality of my Proper Day Off seemed to carry into the following workday. It gave me a distinct feeling of being fine where I was, of not needing to be past what I was currently working on.


The Lost Art of the Day Off


It now seems absurd to let a week go by without a Proper Day Off, and I have quickly become an ambassador for the mostly-lost idea of protecting an entire day from one’s own toil. A lot of us never actually do, whether or not we realize it. We habitually give ourselves jobs on the weekend, and if we accidentally get nothing done, we feel guilty.


Stepping deliberately out of “getting ahead” mode reminds you that you already are “ahead” in all sorts of ways. What’s the point of getting ahead if we never have the experience of being ahead?


Before going on we should clarify what a Proper Day Off actually is. A day off what exactly?


It’s a day off of all the things we do for money, acclaim, position, or out of social obligation; off of treating time like a commodity to be invested or traded for future benefits.


A Proper Day Off isn’t an invitation for laziness, or the shirking of responsibilities. In fact, a Proper Day Off is a day for exploring a certain other class of responsibilities: being a relaxed and present friend, parent, son or daughter, or stranger.


It’s also a time for being a grateful member of civilization. A Proper Day Off is particularly suited to experiencing the highlights of human development: enjoying art, music and public spaces, particularly if we spend the other six days mostly butting heads with the worst parts: inhuman corporations, corrupt governments, vapid celebrity culture, and a news media that delivers only bad news.


6 Principles of a Proper Day Off


A few general rules, to keep your Day Off uncompromised:


1) No work, no “getting ahead”


If getting ahead has any use, it’s so that you can be ahead. A Proper Day Off is reserved for this experience of being ahead — appreciating the fruits of your labor (and that of others) — rather than for laboring even more.


Essentially this means, “Today, do things for now, not for later.” That means no errands, no utilitarian purchases, and definitely no major purchases. In fact, what are you doing in Home Depot at all? Go to the park. And although recreational shopping is a favorite pastime for many people, it is completely inappropriate on a Proper Day Off. Consumer shopping has too many emotional ties to the working world. Refraining from “getting ahead” doesn’t mean a Day Off is best spent getting needlessly behind, by liquidating your hours of labor (and therefore your precious time on this earth) for a low-brow shopper’s high.


Visiting an antique shop, or a farmers market, or a garage sale, is quite suitable for a Day Off — visiting a department store, or (God forbid) a Wal-Mart, is not.


2) Don’t spend the day at home


Although a case can be made for spending the odd day in your pyjamas watching old movies, it makes for a poor Proper Day Off — it’s too predictable and familiar, and most of us are going to feel regret creep into a day like that by late afternoon.


Generally most of a Proper Day Off will happen outside your home. It would be a shame not to spend a least a bit of it in a park, any time of year, even if you’re just passing through it to meet someone.


Try not to spend much of it in your car either. Make use of your feet, or your bike if possible. Cars fill us with the sensation of needing to be somewhere else.


3) Involve loved ones


Either take a companion with you on your Proper Day Off, or plan a visit or two. Maybe you had no takers for your museum visit in the morning, but you could certainly find someone to meet you for lunch or coffee at some point.


A well-tempered companion is best, though, even just for part of the day — a partner, a friend, or an offspring. Other people keep us from creeping away to “later” in our minds, and help us appreciate what we might not have noticed alone.


After all, quality time with loved ones is just about the best way a person can spend their time in this life. It’s what we miss when we’re away, what we would dream about in prison, and what we will still find important once we near our deathbeds.


4) Plan loosely, but don’t make an itinerary


It’s only practical to have a mental list of places you might go. Freedom requires decisiveness. Know beforehand what area of town to head to, where to stop first, whether to go to the flea market or the waterfront.


It is also helpful to figure out which friends and loved ones you’ll be meeting. Planning lunch ahead is perfectly reasonable, or you could just meet up and wander until you find a good spot. Maybe you want to pack a picnic.


One other general rule: Do more than one thing. An entire day spent at the convention center will hardly give you the freewheeling spirit of a Proper Day Off. Get an earlyish start, so that the day has room for variety, but don’t look at the clock much.


Gravitate towards free or inexpensive activities. Money, for most of us, is closely related to time and work, two spheres of concern we want to leave alone for the day.


5) Minimize electronic device usage


…or at least only use them only for getting around (i.e. maps) or co-ordinating meetings with your friends. We get more than enough screen time the rest of the week.


Being constantly connected to news and email gives us an unhealthy hyper-awareness of time, which is exactly what we’re taking a break from on a Proper Day Off. We often use the clock evaluate “how we’re doing” on a given day. On a Proper Day Off, only check the clock when necessary for utilitarian purposes. And remember: whatever time it is, it’s okay.


Don’t be too much of a luddite though. You don’t need to make it into anti-technology day. But if passive electronic entertainment (i.e. Movies or TV) is going to be a part of it, make it the last thing you do, and if you can, do it with someone else.


6) Enjoy the fruits of civilization


We become so cynical about the ills of civilization that we take its virtues for granted. For all our complaints, the truth is we live surrounded by wonderful amenities and cultural institutions, many of which exist solely for human enjoyment and well-being. A Proper Day Off is a perfect time to make use of your community’s parks, museums, galleries, markets, public spaces, performance venues and heritage buildings.


Consult a local events calendar to see what’s happening. If you live in a city of any size, you might be surprised at how much is going on every day — free music, art exhibitions, book and poetry readings, gatherings, meetups, contests and tastings.


We work so that we can improve the settings in which we live our lives, both the public and private kind. So let’s not forget to enjoy these settings while we have them, and put the working part aside entirely while we do.

An Equinox update | Aisha North

Once again we are delighted to have the opportunity to commune with you in this manner. For we come with a message of joy, one that will be called out from the mountain tops, not just in your realms, but in ours as well. For now, the waters have parted and the risen will arise, the New will come forth and the old will fade away for never to return. The advancement of the light is such, no like has ever before been seen, and so, what you have sown, you will finally harvest. For you are the ones who brought the light to these shores, and you are the ones who will reap the benefits first. But it is also through you that the benefits will be equally distributed amongst the masses, given in equal measure to all who care to embrace it.


You see, once more it is the humble who shall rise, the ones who had no thought for greater glory, merely the humble aspiration to become ONE again. For it is this singular goal that will elevate All, as you have chosen to forgo the accoutrements of the outer trappings of fortune. For you are indeed the more fortunate ones, the ones who have chosen to be just so, the ones who have taken upon them the mantle of going against the flow of outcries, the ones who have taken upon them to go where no man has gone before, and to do so carrying merely the simplest of guidance, the one that emanates from the very core of your being.


And so, you have walked in the barren landscapes of nevermore, the valleys that seemed to be bereft of life but not of strife, the valleys that seemed to be below the level where the light could even penetrate, but you went through it all, and you emerged on the other side. Triumphant, but with an air of grace, victorious, but with the manners of the benevolent, arisen but with the grace of the humble. For you boast not of your achievements, you merely ARE them. For you are not words, you are actions through and through, and it is by your very actions that you have succeeded to climb out of the valley of darkness and into the full anointing of the light. And because you have chosen to climb thus, you have elevated ALL. For you are one amongst millions, but you are also a giant amongst the teeming multitude, the one that has parted the sea and found solid ground where before there was just sand, the one that has changed the course not just of destiny, but for the very planet on which you reside.


For you have set down your roots in the fertile soil that awaited you since you took that first step away from the darkness of the infertile landscape you once were forced to plough, and now, those roots have already sprouted some fresh new saplings, saplings that will grow to such a high stature in such a short time, all of mankind will be able to reside underneath the fertile boughs of this orchard. For the seeds you planted such a long time ago have already been fertile, for they in turn have already generated a new growth that will serve to sustain all that choose to step across that divide that you created by stepping across the old demarcation line and thereby staking claim to the brand new land. And so, where there once was no choice but to endure, there is now a choice to come alive once again, by choosing to see the choice, and by acting upon it.


And so it is it has come to pass because you came here to be the glorious ones, the ones who did not falter, but stood your ground by refusing to stay grounded in the old. And so you stepped forward with all of your being, and you ripped apart the old illusion, tore the iron curtains to tatters and stepped out into the fresh air of freedom, the land of plenty, the land of forevermore. And now, this land of plenty will become the land for all who take it into their heart that they too have a rightful claim to be a part of this grand new territory. For this is for all, but it will be for all to choose whether or not to become a part of it.


But for today, we will simply say rejoice, for yours is the freedom, yours is the landscape of wonders and joy that awaits there up ahead. And now, you have no other reason but to become the one you have come all this way to be, and we know you will all be the ones you have been destined to be in a way that will outshine the Sun and outlast forevermore. And so it is that we thank you all for being the ones who chose to become fully and truly ONE with themselves and with All, and from now on, that will be all you will ever need to be ever again. We choose to end this missive by saluting you all as the newborns, the newly re-erected ones, the ones that stood apart because they chose to do so, but the ones who stepped away from it all in order to bring it all back to where it was supposed to be. And now, you are here, and everything will follow in the wake of that first and crucial decision to say YES to be the first ones to realize the dream that is carried within ALL. And so it is, and so it will be from this day forward.

A short update on the energies | Aisha North

So here we are once again, ready to impart another message into your system. And yes, we do choose these words with care as we want to remind you all that these missives come in many flavours if you will, and even if the words we deliver are the most prominent ones to your human mind, what lies between them is in fact the main ingredient so to speak, the main vibration that will affect you the most. And so, know that whatever it is you think you see, it is once again merely the tip of the proverbial iceberg, and even if this will not come as a surprise to any of you at this stage, we know it is important for us to keep reminding you all of everything that is taking place behind the human facade. Not just in you, but in all.


For now, what may look like a relatively tranquil pool of light is in actual fact a deep pocket of intensely charged super conductive energy, one that will help you not only to literally move mountains, but also help you to jump ahead in ways that will elevate you above any obstacles that may still seem to clutter your intended path. And the way it will do this, is by helping you to see that there are indeed alternative routes ahead, routes that may not seem obvious at a cursory glance, but will show themselves to be a much more viable option in the long run.


Once again we seem to move around the topic in a rather obtuse way, but let us simply say that once again it behooves you all to go within to see where it is you are actually heading. For as we have told you on many an occasion, the path ahead is not set into stone, and now, this will be more evident than ever before. For now, everything is in flux, in a very literal sense, and so, just like a glacier in motion will show itself to be cracking open one day for then to close again the next, so too is this journey ahead for all of you. In other words, do not get stuck with any ideas of just how your next phase of this journey is supposed to BE according to your plans, for now, it behooves you all to be as flexible as possible in the time ahead, the better to take advantage of any unexpected opportunities that may come your way. And so, the old advice of not letting your mind get in your way is once again essential, as the incoming light will sear through so many old connecting pathways and establish some very new ones by forging energetic alliances where there before were none.


And so we say, stay flexible and stay open, but most of all, stay connected to YOU in every sense of the word. For you all carry with you a deep knowingness of the totality of this journey, but in order to make this journey doable for you in your current human incarnation, you cannot access any of this information until it is beneficial for you to do so. And as usual, any sudden glimpses of something new and intriguing will set off your imagination in such a way, it is apt to follow in the habitual ruts when it comes to thinking ahead.


For as we have told you again and again, what is coming now, is unlike anything you have ever seen before, but still, the human part of you will try its hardest to make sense of it all. And so, it will try to digest it by presenting you with some ideas that will fit nicely in with the way you are used to perceiving things, and then, act accordingly. But now, you must all do what you can to extricate yourself from any old habits of acting, reacting and indeed perceiving.


For now, you must stay open, and yes, we do mean that in a very literal way. For you must stay open to the very idea that any ideas you might have had previously as to where it is this journey will bring you and what it is you see yourself doing in the near or indeed more distant future, now is the time to allow all of those old ideas fade away, the better to give room for the much, much wider spectrum of options that will be made available for you.


Remember, a human mind finds much comfort in what is already familiar and so, thinking and living outside the box may sound like a wonderful concept, but when it comes down to it, many will still feel more comfortable stepping back into the tried and true confines of said box. But now, it is indeed up to each and every one of you to truly take to heart what it really means to finally step completely away from these old ideas that used to define your dreams and aspirations, and to let them all go so that you can allow yourself to fully embrace whatever NEW it is that will be coming your way. For come it will, and so the question is, are you ready for it?


So again we say, take some time to BE with you, and to BE with you in a way that is truthful enough to allow yourself to see beyond even the most distant shores in your imagination. For remember, you are so much more than what you can even begin to think about at this stage, so do not let yourself be hemmed in by your own inability to break away from what you think you see before you. So set yourself free from you, and allow the enormous potential that is already here begin to seep into your heart, and then, you will finally see that the more you see, the more you will know that you are in fact limitless.


So allow your own ideas of limitations melt away, and allow all of your former expectations to do the same and then, watch what happens. For we venture to guess that even in your wildest imagination, you would not be able to predict just where it is you will be going next. For you are heading for a destination that you cannot even begin to describe with your current vocabulary, whether that be in words, images or in any other way you can think of. But remember, the only way for you to venture beyond your wildest dreams, is to allow all of them to melt away, for only then will the truth of your New world finally begin to materialize.


So sit with yourself for a while, and allow yourself to do what you may have thought you have already done, but you have in fact not yet done to the extent that you need to do now; think BIG, think beyond anything you have ever done before. And then, let the full force of your co-creative imagination take you even beyond that. For then, you will begin to come a little bit closer to the full truth of your journey, and then, you will get the first real taste of what it is you are actually doing and why it is you are doing it in the first place. And so, once again we bid you all Godspeed on this, the next and perhaps most exciting part of your journey, we do hope you will all find it in you to go further than any of your former expectations.

By now, so much will have been irrevocably changed within you all, and as usual, the outside phenomena accompanying this internal turnaround may be hard to perceive. But again, what you see through those apertures in your head you call eyes accounts for only a small percentage of what is actually there to be perceived, so once again we will remind you that what you see is not all that you get. For there is a way to see beyond this small superficial presentation of “reality”, and that is by way of your heart to use a phrasing you are more than familiar with by now. But as you already know, we are not referring to that actual organ, those cells whose main function is to literally run this show that is your physical vehicle. No, what we refer to, are all those parts of you that do not actually belong inside said physical vehicle, but who have chosen to begin to interact with it in such a way, you too will begin to see beyond the physical limits.


And what is it that we are trying to convey in this very roundabout way? Merely to remind you all that now, you will be given the task to literally go beyond the limits of your own body as often as possible and in as many instances as you can devise. For you see, these limitations imposed upon you by your mind are still very much confined to these fleshy boundaries, but unless you manage to transcend that, you will still be governed by this small acreage of space allotted to you by way of this vehicle. And what do we mean by that? First of all, this is not in any way an encouragement to start thinking that the very idea of transcendence implies a total disconnection from the more tangible parts of you, for there are still those still set on thinking that this is the case. For to them, there is nothing they would like more than to leave this “mortal coil” behind once and for all and simply drift away up into the ethers.


Well, let us simply said that this is in actual fact a gross misrepresentation of why you are here in the first place. For you are not here to complete this prolonged process simply to allow yourself to shed this physical vehicle once and for all and return to that place you once came from before you started to manifest within such a corporeal existence as you have chosen to become a part of here on Earth. No, you are in actual fact here to BE here in that physical vehicle, but to transcend BEYOND the limits of that vehicle while still residing within it.


In other words, your role is to become the New human, the physical vehicle that may resemble the old one in many ways if you look at it from a superficial perspective, but who will turn out to be something so vastly different if you look at it from an energetic perspective. For you are here to become multidimensional beings yet again, but to do so while IN that physical vehicle. For only by being within that physical vehicle can you manage to manifest all of the changes that need to come into being in order to change the “outward appearance” of this entire planet. In other words, you will change this entire planet only by changing YOU, but you cannot change this planet if you do not understand the need to be PRESENT here in a very physical way. And yes, we do mean that in every sense of the word, as awakening literally means being fully present – within your body, within your mind and within your energy, at all times and in every way.


And so, your upliftment is a profound one, for it will take place while you still walk around inside of your physical body, but a vital part of this process is to become emotionally detached from it. Not as in becoming neglectful, callous or uncaring about it, for your body is indeed the one reason that makes all of this possible in the first place. No, what we are trying to convey is that you must learn to think beyond the confines of your body and to realize that your identity is not in any way connected to this physical vehicle at all. And why is this important? Because everything you have ever experienced on this planet has been experienced from within such a body, and so, your entire identity will hinge upon what you see when you look in the mirror. For to your mind, that IS you and no one else, but now, you must all train yourselves to see beyond that face, those limbs and that corpus and further out – by going all the way in. Again, what you seek will be within, but once you reach far enough IN, you will see just how far a reach you really have. For you are a truly limitless being, one that has no home except for that we call your heart. For your heart is that single pinprick of light that is set to your vibration, the one and only thing in existence that carries just that one signature tune, and that is where your heart is. For your heart is a photon of light, one singularity that was split off from that vast, shimmering ocean of singularities, given the task to cast about to see what would happen once your frequency started to interact with that of all of the other singularities you came across on your endless journey.


And now, your journey has taken you here, to Planet Earth, to be within a human body and to interact with countless other beings encased within a human body or within an animal, a plant or all of the other endless variations of life you find here. And for you, the task this time around is simply this: to finally allow that innermost part of you, that singularity of light that has no equal no other place in All of creation to come out from hiding so that you and everyone else around you can SEE you in all of your glory. For then and only then will others be able to finally release all of their own inner fire as well. And it is only by allowing that fire to burn brightly while still within this miracle of a human body you inhabit that all of these seeds of life encased within all of the other physical carriers on this planet can come fully to life once again.


So allow yourself to let go of the idea of you as simply a body, but also renege all of those old ideas of the necessity to escape from that physical vehicle once and for all by simply casting it away like a discarded piece of clothing. For if that is your choice, you will step away from the path you have already chosen by coming there, and as such your job will not be terminated. Rather, you will begin anew in a new version of you as a human. So stay true to you, and stay true to your calling to let the light begin to shine out from every single part of your human being by allowing that one single part of you that IS you to come alive again by saying YES to who you really are, and by embracing the very fullness of your being. For when you do that, you will feel endless, limitless and borderless, but you will never ever feel homeless ever again. For then you will know that home is where the heart is, and the heart is where the light simply IS. And now, it is time for that light to BE here.

As the days begin to change shape in the way of the length of the Sun’s stay over the horizon, so too will the energies bathing your planet morph and shift in such a way, you will all feel these undulations speak to the very depths of your being. Not only that, you will also feel how your body will reciprocate, by speaking back in a new language. For now, your earthly vehicle and these heavenly messengers will begin to commune with each other in a very new way, one that will have many implications for all. You see, this speeding up of the particles that has been going on for quite a while now will literally move into a new phase, one that will enable those hitherto “sleeping partners” amongst your own particles to begin to stir very vigorously as they are being engaged by the vibrational field created by this incoming flux of light. And so, prepare yourselves to be buffeted by some fresh new variations of energetic “colours”, colours that are of a very different hue than the energetic spectrum you have so far been used to being exposed to.


Again we choose to speak in parables, but as usual it is not just these words themselves that carry information into your being, but also the inherent tonal frequency within them. And so, our choice of words, though they may be perceived as more than a little vague at times, is in actual fact also covering up the more direct line of information running from us and into your deeper layers. For what your eyes can see, is merely the proverbial tip of the iceberg, in this case, the energetic iceberg, for what lies encoded in the spaces between these words, is information that will make those parts of you fully compatible to this vibrational way of reading literally sit up and listen. Not only that, it will also engender a very specific response from these parts, a response that is in actual fact a vital component of this energetic discourse we mentioned earlier on in this message.

In other words, you are not just reading this message, you are listening to it, with a set of receptors that you for a very long time was not even aware that you had in your possession, but now these hidden parts of you will come more and more to the forefront, and the messages they not only receive but also convey will come to your attention in more ways than one. Again, we choose to skirt around the subject here and not give out any specific details, for this will once again be an individual experience for each and every one of you, as you all will be given the opportunity to begin to listen in and indeed also take a much more active part in this ongoing internal/external exchange that is taking place at an increasingly rapid rate 24/7. For even when you enter these phases where it seems that not much is going on energy wise, and you might feel as if engulfed in a roaring silence after a prolonged period of being guided towards all sorts of informational tidbits from sources near and far, you never actually have any such thing as a “quiet moment”.


Granted, it may seem to be so when the focus shifts, and you find yourself outside that sometimes glaring light of interest that guides you to look, listen and speak out in all sorts of ways because you find yourself being triggered by various themes being served out by others, or indeed by your own inner voice. For when this “beam of interest” suddenly shifts slightly, you might feel as if cast into the silent shadows yet again, and you might begin to think that you have somehow lost the grasp on your own personal trajectory. Well let us simply say that this is not the case, for you will all need time to literally lift your heads above the surface of this at times intensely churning sea of information in order to get your bearings as it were. In other words, this will still very much be a sequence of intense bursts of energy and information coming through, intermingled with periods of seeming inactivity. Again, you will still be very active during these so-called “lulls”, but you will be active in a way that will better enable those deeper parts of you to carry out their important tasks of communication in ways that will result in an optimal distribution of said information.


In other words, you have once again reached a period of turbulence, where these incoming energies will wash over you all in such a way, it might engender quite a few emotional and physical responses in all, no matter if you manage to “tune into” the actual stream of information on a conscious level just yet. And just like when a stream flows over a riverbed, there will be vortexes forming here and there, and these energetic vortexes will be very noticeable to so many of you. Again, there is no reason to believe that any such sense of disturbance or turbulence is a signal of something being amiss, far from it, it is simply a sign of interaction between your energetic field and this incoming flux, an interaction that is in actual fact tailor made just for your own personal benefit. And so, it will engender its very own frequential pattern around you, and it is this pattern of crossing currents that the commingling of these two fields create that will make many of you feel like you are being buffeted by more than the usual stream of energetic particles from time to time. But again, this is simply said to make you aware of what is going on, and not to raise the alarm in any one of you, rather the opposite.


For as you entered the New, you also allowed the frequencies to literally begin to play a whole new tune in communion with those frequencies you have already fixated within your own system, and as such, these new “tunes” will take some time to get used to. Be that as it may, we are confident that you will all take this in your stride, so let your own inner guidance show you the way in this as it should do at all times. In other words, listen well to that inner voice telling you when to be “out and about” and when to stay more in the background, and yes, we do mean this in a very broad sense, for this will include more attributes than merely the ones that govern your daily lives. For you will know when to let your light carry you on a more outwards trajectory and when you feel the need to simply continue that inner journey to those endless fields of discovery that still awaits you. And so again we say know that all is well, and shine your light when you feel guided to stand out as a beacon for all, but do not fault yourself if you feel the need to close your shutters a little bit the better to see that inner path you are still uncovering.


For you have all so much more to discover, both on a personal and a collective level, and now with this new flood of energizing particles inviting you to go for a spin in some very new and hitherto rather unfamiliar patterns, you might need to sit back for a small breather from time to time the better to see where it is you are going. In other words, this at times dizzying dance of forwards momentum should also allow for some quiet moments, for that way, you will find yourself on much more steady feet when the pace increases yet again. For it will, make no mistake about that, and we venture to guess it is a fact many of you have noticed already. For this is an ongoing process of evolution, where each new step brings you to the threshold of another one, and so it goes on. For the moment you have acclimatized yourself to the new elevation, you will be invited to raise yourself and this whole planet to the next level. And by now, the distance between these “stair steps” has become so great, it behooves you all to take a small breather before you venture on for that next giant leap.


So again we say know that all is well as long as you remember to listen well to that inner voice telling you when to jump and when to let yourself simply BE for a while. That way, you will do the best you can for YOU – every single step of this process. And when you do what is best for you, you are in actual fact doing what is best for ALL, and for that, we cannot thank you enough. So let this flood of light wash over you, and allow it to churn you around if that is what is needed, for it is indeed your own personal energetic field interacting with this incoming light that co-creates the very best energetic atmosphere for you to thrive in. It may be somewhat “noisy” at times, but it may also seem a bit “quiet” at times, but that is exactly how it is meant to be. So once again we thank you all for being here right now, and for allowing your personal field to interact with the incoming one in such a way, you will once again create the magic that is the New, from the outer spheres all the way into your very own core and all the way back out again.

Tomorrow we have the opportunity to receive a really powerful download of high dimensional Light (you probably are already feeling it). This is connected strongly to the 11-11-14 “gateway.” (I am guided not to use human terms such as “gateway” and “portal,” as these lock the energies in a box and are finite. Instead, by not labeling the energies, we allow them to be free-flowing, much like it is essential that we be free-flowing.) This 11-11-15 also adds up to an 11, as did the 11-11-14. There has been a continual flow of high vibrational energy since then and now culminates in anchoring the higher energies. Because of this, many are experiencing physical manifestations such as headaches, skin eruptions, sleeplessness and other manifestations that are aligned with each unique Ascension pathway (Ascension is not a generalized, cookie-cutter phenomena).


While many have gotten attached to “we arrive in the Golden Age in 2015” phenomena, as I mentioned in the last Ascension Note, there is no separation between years, for time is human-made. Higher Truth is infinite, timeless and free-flowing. So “last year” flows into “this year” without demarcation. What you were working on “last year” continues, only on a higher level.


With the energies of 1-11-15, there will likely be some very deep old energies bubbling up for release. It can cause some real shakeups in your life, especially if you want a predictable life. In the higher realms, there is no predictable or controlled life, so the most important thing you can do is to flow with it all. And trust that you are safe and guided. Self-care is guided and letting everything go is one way to just Be. Meditation helps you stay in the Moment, which truly is the only place to Be! Let go of the past and the future-tripping. And release anything that bubbles up that is not Love, especially anything that takes you out of the Moment.


For those of you who have been on your Path for a while now, you may see things that definitely are not of the 3-D. Trust what you see and feel. And know too that nothing is in black and white. Some feel like they are complete with the old and only in the New. We are in a continuum of energy. We are in the New for sure and we still will be releasing the old. This is part of being multidimensional… being in more than one place at a time. Some days you will feel so light and free and other days you will feel as though you have bottomed out. Don’t judge it and have Patience with it all and have Patience with yourself and others. There is also more of a valley between those who are walking their talk and those who use the buzz words of Ascension without being what they speak of. Just remember that everyone is exactly where they need to be, and it will shift.


During this powerful time your New Blueprint, heightened DNA and expanded Pineal Chakra are activated even more, so that you will receive more Aha’s!, see more colors and feel yourself vibrating at times. We continually rise higher in vibration and consciousness and a big part of this time is to have our lives reflect it. It does no good to be Light and still act and react in the old way. Be congruent with all aspects of life. Be in your New Integrity; not in rules, but in your Heart’s knowing. Because we are rising more in Light, anything of the old will be more pronounced and feel really really uncomfortable. It may feel as though you have no choice but to shift the thing that is creating the discomfort; be it a job, a relationship, a belief or a way of being in the world.


We are moving quite quickly now. This is because the more dross we release, the quicker we move. As we stay in the Moment and stay focused on being Divine Love and merge more with our high dimensional Souls, we can let go of our “ain’t it awful” old attitude about personal and global events. If you find yourself fixated on what is wrong, you then create more of that. And if you find yourself doing that, bring yourself back to center. You can take a deep breath into your Heart, while you place one of your hands on your Heart (or High Heart). This brings you back to center quickly and easily. You can also call to your Higher Self/Soul and merge as One. You can always ask for assistance, for it is always there for you. Keep your vibration high and let go of any drama or chaos or “bad news.” As you do, you will flow more easily, receive higher Light more easily and will notice how indeed it instantly shifts your mood. Check in often with yourself and see where you are. Are you resisting or flowing?


As part of your self-care, which is self-Love, take much alone time to disconnect from lower energies. The more sensitive you are, the more you will feel the energies, especially now, and will need that quiet time to assimilate the New energies. Whether you are aware of it or not, your energy affects others. And since we are the wayshowers of merging Heaven and Earth as One, it is important to take care of ourselves. If you are exhausted, it is because you need a break, since you are doing much to raise the vibration and consciousness of Earth. And know that your own frequency is much higher now and will become more so.


There is also an empowerment and balance of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine within. You will not want to keep silent nor hold yourself back any more. You will want to take action on your guidance, while letting go of any end result. The Divine Feminine raises you in vibration and consciousness, while the Divine Masculine anchors it within your body, making you strong and clear. In this way, you can be out in the world without feeling swallowed up by it. And this also helps you stay in true Balance.


If you are guided to do Ceremony on 1/11, then do so, making your intentions strong, which means to follow up with taking action on your intentions. Remember, 11 is a powerful master number. It is the number of the Visionary. With this 1/11 energy you empower the Visionary to be the Master Manifestor. What do you want and how do you want to feel? Let go of the details and focus instead on how you want to feel in your manifested vision. Elevens also let you know you are not alone, for it is a time when all the Angels of the Divine Light and Plan are with you in Love and Support.

Ascension Notes: Our Next New Phase - 12/30/2014

"Be reminded, my Loves, that what I share is your potential as it exists in the higher dimensions. You are honored right where you are and everyone is right where they belong. Some are living their New Lives; others are somewhere in between the New and the old, others are just now awakening and many are still asleep, dulled by the 3D illusion of separation and strife. Some will resonate with what is shared here and others not so much. Remember, this simply is what I am guided to share.


One of the most important tools you have is that of Detachment. I know of a few people who are definitely in this stage of being. Detachment helps one let go of 3D illusions. This season, that is almost complete, is a great example of this. It is rife with separation and many fall back to sleep in order to fit in with the masses. It is the Path of the highly evolved being to stay focused on Who they are; not just in words, but in true feelings and true action. Being detached helps a being rise in vibration, consciousness and dimension. It can feel uncomfortable, because it is not the way we’ve been programmed to feel and be. However, as one Sister-friend said, “…the energy is there to blast through the illusion once and for all.” Another friend posted on my Facebook Community Page about how strange it feels to be so detached from 3D and how it is difficult to do basic chores and wondered how one can offer anything in 3D when living in the higher dimensions is so free and effortless in simply Being Love. Another Sister-friend writes how challenging it is to work at a job that is in 3D, even while sharing her LoveLight. I’m sure some of you, and I trust many of you, can relate. I certainly do.


I share also that in the higher dimensions there is no time separation; it simply flows as One; it is time-less. So when referring to 2014 ending and 2015 beginning, it seems silly to me, for they flow together with no break in between. Time and years are human constructs, designed to hold us in an old paradigm. I also encourage us to let go of the word “paradigm,” for it is merely another container, even when called a "new paradigm." When one reaches a particular higher dimensional state of Being, one questions all things including popular notions of spirituality and Ascension. One sees the higher truth in others and in all things. There is no hiding; only being authentic and true to oneself, detached from all expectations of how things are “supposed” to be. Detachment is not “not caring.” It actually is a higher form of Love and Freedom. It sets all free to be and choose what resonates within.


As we flow into the higher energies seamlessly, we can also let go of portals and gateways, which also seem separate from the Flow. What I have experienced is an infinite, non-stop, steady flow of high dimensional Light. So if there is a difference between the phase we’ve been in and this phase we are now entering is that…Infinite, ongoing Light. I know that doing Ceremony heightens our experience, and yet, we needn’t be attached to doing these on a particular day, do we? Just like we needn’t share Love on a particular holiday or get together with loved ones in a particular timeframe. Let us be Love every day; in every moment.


Most of us are somewhere along this continuum and we are able to see clearly where we are still attached, what and who we still are called to let go of and how we continue to evolve through our choices. There is no deadline and no “supposed-to’s” or "shoulds." There is only this Moment and we can choose to be more or resist and stay right where we are. We will continue to receive downloads of Light and we will continue to hone our choices as we continue to evolve infinitely with no time constraint. Now is the time to be real; to strip off our many masks until we stand naked in pure Authenticity.


We needn’t explain or define or articulate what we feel is Truth, for that has been done in all the religions. What we are to now do is to Be and follow our feelings (guidance). How can we articulate our own state of Being, especially as it shifts day by day and moment by moment? For isn’t that then placing it in a box; a paradigm of constriction? We can paint a picture and write a story, yet can we truly share how we felt deep within doing so? And each one of you will take away something unique from each picture, story, writing and channeling; even this one. This is because each of us has our own experiences and our own perceptions and history, which then filters what is shared so that it is meaningful for our own personal growth and evolution. When one sees a tree, another will see the beings in the tree or a forest or the world. As “they” say, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” Ponder that statement and feel the larger meaning.


We are called to honor who we are honestly and authentically. We are called to walk our talk and to be a role model of what we talk about. We teach by being the highest we can be, and as we do that we integrate the New within us and our Light touches all others. You can emulate another who stands in their own Light, but do not follow them; be your own Light. This is what we’re called to Be in this New Phase.


It is time that we live our Truth. We have integrated enough Light so now let us put it into action. Stay focused on who you say you are and the backward pull into the old 3D duality will become less and less of a challenge. Even as you still must pay the rent and shop for food, you can do it consciously without being seduced back into duality. Stay centered and grounded and take care of your physical body so that you may be even more of a channel of high dimensional New Life. Remember that we are the ones who have chosen to bring Heaven to Earth and not the other way around.


Remain focused on being your highest self, stay in the Moment so that you can feel your next steps and know that you are incredibly blessed as a Being of Love. Know too that you are expanding in all that you are…Creativity, Abundance, Love, Peace, Joy and more. What you focus on is what you attract to you, because what is attracted to you resonates with your consciousness."

For now, you have already attained so much of what you came here to do, but there is still a while yet before you can see the full scope of your accomplishments. Indeed, you will all find yourself wallowing in frustration at one time or another in the time ahead, and the reason for that will be the simple fact that you all know at a higher level of your being that what you see around you in no way resembles the reality you have already stepped into energetically. In other words, what you SEE is not what you have, and as such the gap between the two is one that will be difficult to navigate for many of you in the time ahead.


For now is when the challenges arise, the ones that are born from the certitude that you already know that your mission to this planet has been a success, but as yet the fruits of your labours may seem to be invisible to you. Therefore we say to all, prepare yourself by allowing that inner core of yours to step to the forefront in any way you can, for as long as you maintain the connection between your human self and your own true self inviolate you will at all times find a way to navigate through what at times will be very choppy waters indeed. You see, the effects from your successful energetic endeavors over this last period of time will soon make its appearance known to all, but it will do so in what can only be described as some unexpected ways and at some seemingly inopportune moments. You see, this is a period of fluctuations that will bring with them what may seem on a superficial level to be upheavals in every connotation of the word, but as long as you maintain that inner connection, you will feel literally in your very bones that this is not about tearing apart, this is all about starting to settle in to some very new patterns indeed. And as such, what can be easily misconstrued as demolition for the sake of demolition itself is simply all about reaffirming what has already been set into motion.


For now, the wheels are well and truly set in motion on this new playing ground that you have already designed, the place where your origins will play a vital role in your everyday life in a manner that has not been possible before. For earlier, mankind has been held within an energetic environment designed to withhold so much information in such a way, the friction and frustration it created has driven you all into either a search for an inner truth or towards what seemed to be a higher ground but turned out to be a one way street towards destruction. But thanks to the likes of you, the number of people rejecting that headless run towards the latter, the entirety of mankind has been given the opportunity to think again, and to do so in a space of energetic beneficence that will enable every single one to have the opportunity to hitch their wagon to this jubilant group of intrepid explorers that you count amongst, the ones who have already turned their back on the old world, and by the very act of deciding to do so has opened up the unexplored hinterlands and crossed over the lines demarcating the known from the unknown, and you have made what was once not only inaccessible but also unimaginable become a fact of life.


For you have already crossed over that high range hiding the promised land from view from the old version of you, and as you all know, that trek has not been without its challenges nor its sacrifices. But you have made it, and as you ventured ever higher and ever further away from your humble origins, you literally opened up a path for every single individual still waiting out the remainder of their lives back in the land of lack and fear. And now, the path ahead for them is clear cut and well lit, and so, many will in the upcoming weeks and months suddenly find themselves under the spell of an urge to explore that will be so strong, they will see no other option than to act upon it. And as a veritable flood of light, they will toss aside the old millstones that kept them weighed down and chained to the old world and they will set off on a trek that will be a much smoother and far less daunting one than the one you, the true pioneers, had to endure.


But again, that is why you came here in the first place, to be the pioneers, the roughnecks, the ones that knew that no thing would mean more to you than to follow that inner calling from your heart, the calling that will send you spirit soaring up, up and away from the life you had been living up until that moment in time. And one by one, you heeded the call, and you packed your bags and set off, tossing off your old belongings one by one as you by and by realized that where you were heading for, there was no need to bring along the old baggage that you once thought was essential for you. And so, as you continued ever onwards, you did so more and more unencumbered by the weight of the lessons from yore, while at the same time you started to see that these lessons were indeed essential in themselves for your preparation for this exodus. But then, the time came for you to step away from them in order to make this pilgrimage feasible. And so, here you stand, on the shores of what can be termed as the promised land, but a more accurate description of it would be the chosen land. For where you are, is where you have chosen to migrate towards, and what has drawn you to this space in time, is the inner calling, that constant vibration within, the tuning fork that has led you to take every single step and every single decision you have ever taken, not just in this life, but in all of the previous ones. For you just knew where you had to turn at every crossroads that was offered you, and so, step by step, by dismissing every single option that was not in tune with this, your true north, you have made it all the way here.


But now you stand here, and you look around, and you will say “is this it?” and if you take a cursory look around you, we do not fault in you in thinking just that. For what you see, will look eerily similar to everything you think you left behind. So we say look again, and this time, look with your heart, and we think that what you see will be a very different landscape indeed. For then, you will see the potential, and then, you will see the love and then, you will see the approaching multitude of enlightened beings coming towards you from all sides. For then, you will know in your heart of hearts that you are HERE, you have arrived, and now, it is time to roll up the sleeves and get to work, pitching up your camp and starting to get things in order. For now, much will be set into motion, actions and ideas, connections and configurations, and as you begin to settle into this very new energetic environment, you will feel how everything literally kicks into life, inside and outside, in every single way you can think of. For now, you have truly arrived in the land of plenty, where life will spring forth in a manner and at a speed that is unlike anything you have ever witnessed, and as it begins to pour forth, it will only serve to increase the speed of everything around it again. And so, what may look like a barren field devoid of both life and promise at this exact time frame will show itself for what it really is, a blank canvas vibrating in anticipation, ready to spring into action at the first conscious touch from your newly emerged powers.


For you are here to create it all, and even if the framework, the grounding if you will, is already in place, all the rest needs to be constructed from all of the bits and pieces you have all carried with you on your journey, waiting for the right opportunity to come into light again. For as you jettisoned all of the old baggage on the long journey that brought you here, you also freed up the necessary space that all of this hitherto unclaimed potential could latch itself onto. And so, like a magnet attracts iron filings, your very being attracted piece after magnificent piece of this for so long untapped potential, and even if this added luggage carries so much weight, it is not a burden to any of you. Far from it, for it is this willingness to let go of the old and allow the new to step aboard that has lightened the load sufficiently for all of you to arrive where you are at now, and it is your willingness to not stop and turn back to wait for stragglers or to pick up any left luggage for others that have enabled this mass transition to take place. And so, you are the true creators of this new land not just filled with promise, but also flowing over with already manifested potential. For even if you will find it nigh impossible to even perceive any of this newly minted reality just yet, know that it is already here, and it is here because you have already created it – in your hearts and in your higher aspects, but as yet, little or no traces of it will seem to be readily available to the more down to earth human parts of you. Again, this will be apt to cause frustration to blossom in so many of you, so know that this is simply a stage that needs to be endured, and the best way to do so, is to try to close your eyes to the way the outer world still appears to you and to do what it takes in order to help yourself to see it all through your heart.


We know that these words are more than apt to cause frustration themselves, but be that as it may. We are simply doing what we are here to do, namely to remind you all that you are far, far greater and far more accomplished than what you are currently able to discern yourself, apart from the occasional small glimpses of this greatness some of you get at irregular intervals. So again we say keep your focus where it should be, and it is not on something that will cause your heart and you vibration to drop. We know that you all know what we are talking about, for it is indeed imperative that you do not allow yourself to wallow in the old mud. For now, the best thing you can do in order to help your own soaring spirit to stay aloft, is to allow yourself to find a way to not struggle to find a new wave to ride. All you need to do is to relax into the seemingly empty void that surrounds you on all sides, for you have all the support you need now, so just try float freely in this endless energetic sea.


For even if it may seem to be dead calm, it is quite simply teeming with life, but for now, you are all required to just BE in this energetic bubble for a little while yet, until all the factors are again readied for a new spurt of growth. For remember, this is a highly complex operation, and even if you think you are just bobbing around in a backwater, you are in actual fact being readied for all of the tasks that awaits you a little bit further down the line, so again we say that patience is indeed of the highest importance now. It is no use to try to force things, for that will only serve to heighten your frustration. So just allow this to unfold at the designated pace, and know that even if you at times will be hard pressed not to find the seeming inaction of things more than a little annoying, know that you are at all times in the middle of a beehive of activity, and even if you cannot perceive much of it yet, so much is happening at literally lightening speed at all times.


So allow yourself to simply BE, and if need be, allow yourself to be frustrated too, but know that all of this seemingly pent-up energy that will be nipping at your heels like an impatient dog is just a signal that at a higher level, you just know that you have arrived at the place where ALL of your potential will finally be allowed to step forwards. So know that all is well and everything is happening at the exact time and in the exact sequence that it has been designed, so just trust your own inner voice, for that will continue to send out the same signal of reassurance if you allow yourself to listen to it. And soon, this period of seeming inertia will come to an end, and you will all be catapulted out into a veritable feast of energetic activity that will bring you not just elation, but also instance after instance of opportunities to say “well done”, not just to yourself, but to the collective. For then, you will all be engaging in acts and in deeds that cannot be described in any other way than moments of bliss. For then, you will begin to truly DO all the things you came here to do, and that is when your heart will finally begin to sing in earnest.

December 2014 will mark the 100 year anniversary of the Christmas Truce of 1914. During 2014 VFP National will plan activities to share with chapters to celebrate this memorable moment in history.

During World War I, on and around Christmas Day 1914, the sounds of rifles firing and shells exploding faded in a number of places along the Western Front in favor of holiday celebrations in the trenches and gestures of goodwill between enemies.
On Christmas Eve, many German and British troops sang Christmas carols to each other across the lines, and at certain points the Allied soldiers even heard brass bands joining the Germans in their joyous singing.
At the first light of dawn on Christmas Day, some German soldiers emerged from their trenches and approached the Allied lines across no-man's-land, calling out "Merry Christmas" in their enemies' native tongues. At first, the Allied soldiers feared it was a trick, but seeing the Germans unarmed they climbed out of their trenches and shook hands with the enemy soldiers. The men exchanged presents of cigarettes and plum puddings and sang carols and songs. There was even a documented case of soldiers from opposing sides playing a good-natured game of soccer.
Some soldiers used this short-lived ceasefire for a more somber task: the retrieval of the bodies of fellow combatants who had fallen within the no-man's land between the lines.
The so-called Christmas Truce of 1914 came only five months after the outbreak of war in Europe and was one of the last examples of the outdated notion of chivalry between enemies in warfare.
