The Current Eclipse Cycle: endings and new beginnings - 3/26/2015

We are in a very powerful Eclipse Cycle. The Solar Eclipse was a huge shift for many…even if you didn’t especially feel like much was going on in your life. As I shared in the last Ascension Note, it was particularly powerful for relationships, including any old patterns that are still lingering in the deeper recesses of your subconscious. The Lunar Eclipse on April 4 will reach deeper into your being to shift any old energies, especially relating to how you are with others (including yourself).


One of the new ways of being is to let go of any need you have for closure. The separate ego likes things to be neat and tidy and have everything in a category. In the New, things flow and ebb. Energies fluctuate, so what you think is complete may move into a different form of expression. It is important to just allow things to be without closing the door to anything, for it could be that that door opens once again to a higher expression…or not. Whatever is for your highest evolution will occur. Let it be what it is without ego-definition.


However you are experiencing this Eclipse Cycle, know that you are exponentially rising in vibration and consciousness; becoming Soul. This is definitely a time of a powerful initiation into the higher realms of being. There will be times of great Clarity and Bliss along with periods of doubt, confusion and challenge. Flow with it all. When you experience times of perceived darkness, see what wants to be let go of; and when you are in Bliss, be ever so grateful, for Gratitude amplifies your evolution. When you flow with no attachment to how you think or want things to be, you evolve more in and as Love.


This is our most powerful shift yet (each shift is stronger than the last). There is more New than old and still we continue to transform and continue to increase in Light and vibration. During the Lunar Eclipse it will be important to be near water, even if it is to simply incorporate water in a ceremony. As you do, you empower the new Solar and Lunar codes, helping you to be New in many ways. These codes affect your entire being, especially physically since our bodies are mostly water as is Gaia. As we complete this Eclipse Cycle, we take a giant step in creating Heaven on Earth; both personally and globally. We are anchoring higher dimensions into ourselves and onto Gaia. And we may be more aware of receiving guidance and teachings from other high dimensional beings of Light. Of course, it is up to us to integrate these higher teachings into everyday life. You will be guided as to how to do that in profound and subtle ways (and sometimes not so subtle). So continue being in the Moment, free of desire, so that you can hear and feel your guidance.


As you receive downloads of Light (often these come when you are in that in-between state of sleep and sleeplessness), intend to receive through your Crown Chakra, then intend the Light to flow into your Pineal Chakra, and from there down your Ka Channels (there are 16 of them that flow down your aura). Your Ka Channels distribute the Light into your cells and DNA…into your entire body mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Be sure to stay grounded and centered during the day to integrate what you receive.


If others around you, who may not be awake, become angry and emotional, realize that they are receiving these downloads too; yet do not know what is happening. It is best to remove yourself from the situation and not become entangled in drama. When one receives Light and is not aware or awake, the Light hits their old issues creating an inner conflict. You can hold space for them and be Compassion, yet you needn’t explain or attempt to help them, for they may not understand anything you share. It is almost impossible to communicate with others who are not vibrating at the same level as you. Know too that these shifting times are affecting the Earth’s weather patterns, as we all can see. This Earth transformation will continue. Be Love and know what is occurring, without dramatizing the effects in “ain’t it awful” scenarios.


The water aspect of the Lunar Eclipse will most certainly empower your Creativity and you will explore new ways of being and interacting in your life. For those of you who are ready, there may be new projects and directions you are guided towards. And you may see many doors closing as well. If you find yourself in an “in-between” place, be patient and trust that in Divine Time you will be guided. Allow your multidimensional self to be more integrated. This means that you may let go of black and white perceptions and linear thinking. As you ebb and flow in Grace, you integrate your multidimensional body more and this raises your consciousness, which creates your New Life. Definitely this Eclipse Cycle has the potential to take us higher than we’ve ever been, which can indicate that our lives can change in amazing ways…if we are ready and willing to truly embrace a new way of living. Truly living in the New is more about being in the Moment, free from the past and future. This is Freedom. The past is the old; the future is created in the Moment without preconceived ideas or expectations. And really, the only place you can experience this Freedom is by being present right now.


While many have spoken of this particular time as the last opportunity to let go of 3D duality and the true beginning of the New, this is linear thinking and is way too exact in its “endings/beginnings/timetable.” We are doing this personally and how long or short it takes is up to each person. Yes, we have let go of so much and there are more layers to be revealed. And certainly there is no definitive time as to the ending of 3D and the beginning of the New, for we are moving forward sometimes in baby steps and sometimes in giant leaps, and oftentimes we feel like we’ve even taken a step backward. I want to say that we never go backward, yet we often are in a place of stillness. And it is in the stillness that can be most challenging, for then we must focus on what we are intending to create as well as have Patience and Trust while things are seemingly at a standstill.


We may be sad in the grieving of what and who has passed and that is perfectly fine. Some folks move quickly and some take their time; there are no rules or “supposed-to’s” as to how we proceed. We may grieve our own symbolic death; we may fight letting go, thus resisting further movement; however each being does it is perfect for them. And so we continue to let go and let be, and we continue to move forward without really knowing what we’re moving to. This is the way of the New…trusting the unknown; trusting in Soul’s Guidance.


I find it fascinating that the Christian celebration of Easter is the day after this Eclipse Cycle is complete with the Lunar Eclipse. I don’t see Easter traditionally, but rather as a symbolic birthing and it fits in with this Eclipse Cycle of endings and new beginnings. It speaks to an opportunity to leave the old behind and begin a new way of living life. We can use this symbolism to move forward in the New. It can be seen as an expansion of our own Source Consciousness and a time of seeming miracles. Miracles do have the potential not to be seen as “miraculous,” but rather commonplace in the New. And certainly, we experience these perceived miracles in everyday life, if we are awake and aware.






So let us be all that we have prepared to be and honor our birthright; that of being Love; One with all of life and the true mystics of Earth and beyond. Oh, we are so much more than we have believed ourselves to be, and that is the essence of Ascension. We are Divine; we are creators of life; we are all that and more, for we are Love.

I know you know that we are in a whole new phase. Many are wondering if it is true, since they are experiencing much of the same purging energy and wonder what happened to the “promise” of being in the New World. Some are experiencing this New Life; they are the ones who have completed what they needed to let go of and have integrated the new high vibrational life of Flow and Ease. Most, however, are still needing to rearrange their lives according to how they’re guided and are either resisting doing that or are still in that process. And there are those who have done the work, but haven’t yet shifted to living in the New; not quite knowing how. Since my path is to address the highest potential of those who want to continue in their Ascension, I share this Note. Do remember, that New Life does not magically appear; we are the ones who bring it to fruition.


For those who are fully aware that they no longer relate to 3D dualistic life, you are now choosing to live fully from your Soul’s perspective; that of being and knowing your full Divinity. This includes knowing that you are abundant and create everything in your life. You live based on your own Intuition and Knowing. You know that whatever you think and feel create the next moments and you know that by being authentically true to who you are, your Light touches all others. It is easier to stay in the Moment and you see through all illusions, while judging none of it. You know that everyone and everything is right where they need to be, even when you see their struggle. You view everything with the eyes of Soul; of the Divine; in detachment and Love. You know that there is no stopping point, for Ascension is infinite, and you are fine with that. You no longer suffer, for suffering is resistance to change. You know that your sole/soul purpose is to create and what you create is entirely up to you.


You know that everything is an inside job. Your Joy is within you; it isn’t dependent on outside circumstances. There is no blaming of childhood or past lives or of others, but an Acceptance of all as gifts to bring more Awareness to you. Gone is any victim energy. You are fully awake and rather than being asleep to anything, you are in full choice of all you do, feel and think. When there is a challenge, you flow with it; not against it; for you know it helps you rise in vibration, for there is a gift of Awareness in every perceived challenge. In fact, you see challenge as opportunity. You have no needs; only the desire to Be More. You know how powerful you are and do not give your Power away to anyone else. You stand in your Authenticity.


The most loving you are is with yourself. You know all is in Divine Order and Divine Time. Do not judge yourself if you find you are still attached to some of the old, for this would not be so loving of your own process. You are moving, one step at a time, and are perfectly aligned with Soul. What you do for you, you do for all of life. Remember, we are One. Your very essence, thoughts and feelings affect everyone and everything.


Physically, your body is still integrating the New, so you will still be purifying your body and experiencing downloads and how they affect you (disrupted sleep, headaches, buzzing in different part of your body and however your body is transforming and integrating). You accept it all in stride. You can talk to different parts of your physicality and ask what it wants. You can also ask that your transformation be gentler. You can do so much for your body, including diet, being in Nature, essential oils, flower essences…just follow your guidance. Your body will definitely communicate with you.


Many of you see very clearly what your path and purpose is and this will shift as your consciousness shifts. Nothing is set in stone, as it was in 3D. We are in Flow; and yet sometimes we ebb, when it seems nothing is happening. Those ebb times are when we just rest and integrate more Light. What we are really getting used to in the New is that everything is flowing with Grace and Joy and we have learned to let go of anything that stops our Flow. There is Ease in the New. No more struggle, fear or doubt. There is complete Faith in us. There is no more wishing, hoping or needing. There is no saving or rescuing; there is simply being Love and Light; that is more than enough.


This is a time to build and create anew. Enough of “Oh, won’t it be wonderful when…” The time is Now. Walk your talk, live purposefully in each Moment and stay present. How do you build? Ask yourself how you want to feel and then choose how to create that. Do you want Freedom? Then make those choices in which you feel free. Do you want Respect? Then do those things that are self-respectful for you and others. Do you want Abundance? Then be grateful for all in your life and shift your perception from lack to Abundance. Act like you are abundant, for in Truth you are. You can stop saying things like “I can’t afford this” or “I wish I had more money;” etc. Remember that words and thoughts are powerful and they also help you see an underlying belief. Being attached to outcome, however, blocks the Flow. Being in the Moment without attachment to outcome or how it’s “supposed to be” is the only place to Be in the New. You can help yourself do this by asking in any Moment, “Where am I?” And if you are not in the Moment, place your hand on your Heart and take a deep breath. Stay present.


You are Love. Love is more than a feeling; it is the essence of you. Love is your birthright; your Divinity. Love is your consciousness; Love is Source. As you rise in Love, you rise in Divinity and the Truth of you. Love is not attached, nor is emotional in nature. Love is Acceptance and is never in duality, separation or judgment. Breathe into your Heart and feel that which you are. Feel the Peace.


We have just completed another rise in vibration; we have risen to another level (a human word that truly doesn’t exist in higher dimensions). And through this rising, we expand in more Knowing and Awareness, which always brings new insights that we didn’t have before. With each new Awareness, we grow in Strength and we see even more clearly the path to take. Stand in your Power and bravely take the first step.


We have moved through so much, haven’t we? And we continue with more resolve and commitment. We have chosen to clear the pathway for others to follow. We do this even while we don’t know what lies ahead. We do this knowing that others will join us, if they choose to. Yet, we do this without the expectation that others will choose to take that first step. We do this because we are Love.

As the days begin to change shape in the way of the length of the Sun’s stay over the horizon, so too will the energies bathing your planet morph and shift in such a way, you will all feel these undulations speak to the very depths of your being. Not only that, you will also feel how your body will reciprocate, by speaking back in a new language. For now, your earthly vehicle and these heavenly messengers will begin to commune with each other in a very new way, one that will have many implications for all. You see, this speeding up of the particles that has been going on for quite a while now will literally move into a new phase, one that will enable those hitherto “sleeping partners” amongst your own particles to begin to stir very vigorously as they are being engaged by the vibrational field created by this incoming flux of light. And so, prepare yourselves to be buffeted by some fresh new variations of energetic “colours”, colours that are of a very different hue than the energetic spectrum you have so far been used to being exposed to.


Again we choose to speak in parables, but as usual it is not just these words themselves that carry information into your being, but also the inherent tonal frequency within them. And so, our choice of words, though they may be perceived as more than a little vague at times, is in actual fact also covering up the more direct line of information running from us and into your deeper layers. For what your eyes can see, is merely the proverbial tip of the iceberg, in this case, the energetic iceberg, for what lies encoded in the spaces between these words, is information that will make those parts of you fully compatible to this vibrational way of reading literally sit up and listen. Not only that, it will also engender a very specific response from these parts, a response that is in actual fact a vital component of this energetic discourse we mentioned earlier on in this message.

In other words, you are not just reading this message, you are listening to it, with a set of receptors that you for a very long time was not even aware that you had in your possession, but now these hidden parts of you will come more and more to the forefront, and the messages they not only receive but also convey will come to your attention in more ways than one. Again, we choose to skirt around the subject here and not give out any specific details, for this will once again be an individual experience for each and every one of you, as you all will be given the opportunity to begin to listen in and indeed also take a much more active part in this ongoing internal/external exchange that is taking place at an increasingly rapid rate 24/7. For even when you enter these phases where it seems that not much is going on energy wise, and you might feel as if engulfed in a roaring silence after a prolonged period of being guided towards all sorts of informational tidbits from sources near and far, you never actually have any such thing as a “quiet moment”.


Granted, it may seem to be so when the focus shifts, and you find yourself outside that sometimes glaring light of interest that guides you to look, listen and speak out in all sorts of ways because you find yourself being triggered by various themes being served out by others, or indeed by your own inner voice. For when this “beam of interest” suddenly shifts slightly, you might feel as if cast into the silent shadows yet again, and you might begin to think that you have somehow lost the grasp on your own personal trajectory. Well let us simply say that this is not the case, for you will all need time to literally lift your heads above the surface of this at times intensely churning sea of information in order to get your bearings as it were. In other words, this will still very much be a sequence of intense bursts of energy and information coming through, intermingled with periods of seeming inactivity. Again, you will still be very active during these so-called “lulls”, but you will be active in a way that will better enable those deeper parts of you to carry out their important tasks of communication in ways that will result in an optimal distribution of said information.


In other words, you have once again reached a period of turbulence, where these incoming energies will wash over you all in such a way, it might engender quite a few emotional and physical responses in all, no matter if you manage to “tune into” the actual stream of information on a conscious level just yet. And just like when a stream flows over a riverbed, there will be vortexes forming here and there, and these energetic vortexes will be very noticeable to so many of you. Again, there is no reason to believe that any such sense of disturbance or turbulence is a signal of something being amiss, far from it, it is simply a sign of interaction between your energetic field and this incoming flux, an interaction that is in actual fact tailor made just for your own personal benefit. And so, it will engender its very own frequential pattern around you, and it is this pattern of crossing currents that the commingling of these two fields create that will make many of you feel like you are being buffeted by more than the usual stream of energetic particles from time to time. But again, this is simply said to make you aware of what is going on, and not to raise the alarm in any one of you, rather the opposite.


For as you entered the New, you also allowed the frequencies to literally begin to play a whole new tune in communion with those frequencies you have already fixated within your own system, and as such, these new “tunes” will take some time to get used to. Be that as it may, we are confident that you will all take this in your stride, so let your own inner guidance show you the way in this as it should do at all times. In other words, listen well to that inner voice telling you when to be “out and about” and when to stay more in the background, and yes, we do mean this in a very broad sense, for this will include more attributes than merely the ones that govern your daily lives. For you will know when to let your light carry you on a more outwards trajectory and when you feel the need to simply continue that inner journey to those endless fields of discovery that still awaits you. And so again we say know that all is well, and shine your light when you feel guided to stand out as a beacon for all, but do not fault yourself if you feel the need to close your shutters a little bit the better to see that inner path you are still uncovering.


For you have all so much more to discover, both on a personal and a collective level, and now with this new flood of energizing particles inviting you to go for a spin in some very new and hitherto rather unfamiliar patterns, you might need to sit back for a small breather from time to time the better to see where it is you are going. In other words, this at times dizzying dance of forwards momentum should also allow for some quiet moments, for that way, you will find yourself on much more steady feet when the pace increases yet again. For it will, make no mistake about that, and we venture to guess it is a fact many of you have noticed already. For this is an ongoing process of evolution, where each new step brings you to the threshold of another one, and so it goes on. For the moment you have acclimatized yourself to the new elevation, you will be invited to raise yourself and this whole planet to the next level. And by now, the distance between these “stair steps” has become so great, it behooves you all to take a small breather before you venture on for that next giant leap.


So again we say know that all is well as long as you remember to listen well to that inner voice telling you when to jump and when to let yourself simply BE for a while. That way, you will do the best you can for YOU – every single step of this process. And when you do what is best for you, you are in actual fact doing what is best for ALL, and for that, we cannot thank you enough. So let this flood of light wash over you, and allow it to churn you around if that is what is needed, for it is indeed your own personal energetic field interacting with this incoming light that co-creates the very best energetic atmosphere for you to thrive in. It may be somewhat “noisy” at times, but it may also seem a bit “quiet” at times, but that is exactly how it is meant to be. So once again we thank you all for being here right now, and for allowing your personal field to interact with the incoming one in such a way, you will once again create the magic that is the New, from the outer spheres all the way into your very own core and all the way back out again.

What’s to come in the year of 2015?

Today we would like to focus your attention upon the year of 2015. As many of you know we do not particularly like to give “future predictions” simply because your future is not set; rather it is constantly changing based on the decisions you make in the now moment. However the “future” energy of the human collective is far more stable than any one individual is. The reason being is that it is based on the decisions of the masses, rather than simply one individual’s choices. We will not focus upon events or occurrences, but rather the energy and experiences that will likely manifest continually in each of your lives over the course of this next year; your calendar year of 2015.


As we have said many times this year, 2014 would be a year of trust and faith. Many of you have now experienced a multitude of circumstances this year that have tested your ability to hold your trust and faith in the desired outcome rather than to lose yourself if the chaos that unfolds before you. Holding your focus regardless of what takes place around you is a crucial and critical step in learning how to take charge of your own lives. As you each regain the ability to become master creators within the physical realm, you have each undoubtedly had experiences where you were able to remain focused and successfully manifested your desired outcome, as well as a multitude of challenging experiences that tested your faith and belief in your ability to do so. This is to be expected; as you are each learning to stabilize your thoughts and release your fears.


The year of 2015 brings forward the strong energy of progress. Many of you will find that much of what you have been tirelessly working towards creating will come to fruition in this year. This is not to say that every wish will be granted; however we would say that by the end of 2015 many of you will look back at your year and see a tremendous amount accomplished. As we often say, all energy contains an innate ebb and flow within it. You have had several years of reflection, integration and release and you are now ready and able to once again propel yourselves forward. The years in which the energy supports movement and progress can often feel a bit chaotic to some who do not see the true potential in using the energy to their advantage. However, if you can remain focused and know that all is coming together in divine timing you will surely be amazed at what you will be able to accomplish this year. Some may find this to be daunting, but it is our hope that many of you see the wonderful blessings that inherently come with years such as these.


The most important lesson to be gained in this upcoming year is to remain focused on the end result you wish to manifest as this year will be filled with a lot of happenings. This will be felt on an individual level as well as on a collective level. As your year of 2015 draws to an end many of you will look back and wonder how so much could have happened in just one short year as you will each be propelled forward further than any one year has taken you prior to this. What once could have only been accomplished in the span of an entire decade will be accomplished in this short year.


We hope that you look to this upcoming year with excitement and wonder. Though we remind you to hold a very clear picture of what you desire to accomplish. This year may very well feel like a whirlwind for the majority of you but that does not have to mean that it can not be a wonderful, exciting and thrilling whirlwind. So we encourage you to use the energy to your advantage to launch yourselves into new spaces you have never dared to dwell before.


We hope that this message has in some way served you, and that we have been of service to you in some way.

Soulstice Rising ~ Ascension Notes: The Soulstice Gateway - 12/18/2014 by Kara Schallock


We are getting ready for another big Gateway…the Solstice (Winter/Summer) on the 21st. Just last week we had the 12-12 Gateway, which was about stepping more into the Power of being our Authentic Selves and more into the energies of Freedom and challenge. During this Gateway, which takes us into 2015, we continue with this theme plus more. Specifically, and potentially, we are preparing for beautiful opportunities in 2015. These are opportunities that are manifest to anchor New Life and crystal clear consciousness from which we create and manifest what we choose…either Freedom or challenge.


Look around and see how much has shifted. Even the old guard is exhibiting change and Oneness. In fact, as I bypass what most consider terrible world circumstances, I see how beautiful things are and it brings tears of Joy to me as I witness the changes. When things transform, there is a period of uncomfortable shifting, as we well know. Yet the shifting brings a beautiful New World. So you are encouraged to use the Power of the Soulstice to shift your view into seeing the Beauty rather than the destruction. As you shift your perception, you then are one of the many who are bringing Heaven to Earth.


The Soulstice (I use this term to suggest that the Solstice is more of a merging with Soul, which it is) brings about an energy in which our ‘inner” creates our “outer” in a more powerful way. It is true that who you are inside is what and how you experience your outer world and this will be more powerfully obvious in 2015 and what this Soulstice Gateway helps with.


The Soulstice is a Gateway of the culmination of the old (death/rebirth)…as long as we keep our focus and attention on the New. It brings more Balance; a coming together of Spirit and form, Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine, and a “flying off point.” I picture each of us jumping off a cliff while our wings unfold, giving us flight. During the Soulstice, ponder what you want to create and how you want to live. The Soulstice also is during the New Moon, which as you know, is a perfect time for choosing what you want to bring forth. Doing Ceremony is most powerful for you. Here is one for you, if it resonates…


Set your Sacred Space up with many candles (Solstice symbolizes the return of Light for those in the northern hemisphere and for those in the southern hemisphere, the lighting of candles empowers the Light) and place evergreens around your space (they symbolize life after death). Think of what you want to create and empower. If you want to empower your inner Abundance, place shiny coins about. If it is for more Love or Joy or whatever, choose a symbol to add to your Ceremony to enhance the energy. You may write out what it is you are empowering and then set it free by burning it in one of your candles. You might want to have your most special candle in the center and light all other candles from this main one. You may place your crystals in a guided grid of your choice as well. Invite any Guides and Angels you choose, and then go into a meditation, placing your hands over your Heart Chakra or High Heart Chakra and give thanks for all in your life. Forgive anyone that comes into view and open your Chakras to receive the Light that is present for you. Bring this Light throughout your being and then be in Silence, receiving all the Love you intend to receive. Have this Love/Light move through you and include your cells and DNA and then bring it into Gaia. Call forth your Divine Feminine and Masculine and have them marry. Finally, be in Stillness as you receive and give forth to Gaia.


As I have shared, this Gateway is also about death and rebirth. It has us with continued ebb and flow energies. One day we feel high and the next day we drop down a bit in energy. This is the continuation of being downloaded with high vibrational Light, which then shines a light on anything still lingering to recognize, accept and release that is not Love. We can most definitely experience this with a good night’s sleep one night and being sleepless the next night. Just remember that however it is manifest in your life is perfect for your evolution. Staying focused on the positive helps transform any old energies. And certainly practice Forgiveness if there is anyone in or out of your life that is still reminding you of old life. Remember that Freedom to be more and Freedom from the old continues to be flushed out as we move toward 2015.


Have a powerful, purposeful and aware Soulstice. This is the Gateway in which Soul becomes much more powerful and thus, you become more powerful in and as Love.
