We are in a time of expanded Light frequencies. The power of keen perception is available to all who ask. What you require now is to relax into the Light and allow it to complete the rewiring process. Deepening the breath is a key ingredient in opening and expanding in the new light frequencies. When your energy field contracts your body interprets the constriction as fear. With a breath, it becomes excitement and your energy field becomes more expansive.


Recognize also that many people are experiencing the same level of ascension symptoms. Do your best to not take it so personally. Remember that this is a mass awakening process and your awareness of the extreme quality of your spiritual evolution helps to clear any discord for all humanity. There is a divine correlation between your ability to expand your perspective to allow new frequencies to work through your being and that same awakening consciousness in all of humanity. What you are experiencing and letting go of is assisting the awakening of all beings on the planet. You have been in a constant state of upgrade and a rewiring process this past year.


Throughout time there have been moments when the Supreme Consciousness is impulsing new light frequencies for the awakening of humanity. You saw it in the periods of history such as the renaissance and the industrial age. This time however is without precedence. You have stepped foot into the River of All Creation. Whatever you need is available with Grace and Ease. It is a matter of focusing of Divine Light and anchoring your visions on Earth.


When you can learn to ground these new frequencies, and allow the accelerated energy to flow freely through your body, your life will feel more elevated and free. Use this time wisely.


Consider the practice of giving love to all the parts of yourself that are suffering, questioning or in pain. As you give more love to yourself on a daily basis, an ease begins to permeate your life. New levels of consciousness explode through your being as well as within all humanity.


Change is the constant expression of this time. The acceleration you are experiencing is the awakening of new life on the planet. When you know that your spiritual evolution is creating the changes within and around you, it helps to relax the questioning mind. Change is only uncomfortable when you are holding on to old patterns.


Change is exhilarating when you can relax and expand with the new frequencies. It may be unknown territory but the new life opening in your energy field will delight you in its magical qualities of synchronicity and freedom.


Activation of Light is an inside job. Your perception of the world is clearly a vehicle of Light. Have you been looking through a glass darkly? Whatever you see is colored by your perception and attributes. From profound realization to discouragement in the face of discordant information, all that you see is through the lens of your thoughts and attitudes.


Your alignment with Source changes your reality and how you perceive. The amount of Light you bring into your mind changes your reality. Your connection to your heart assists you in seeing more clearly, and with expanded awareness.


Through all life there are moments in time when all that can be seen is limited by how we look at the situations around you. Know you can illuminate the darkness with your presence of Truth and Love.


Allow yourself to receive from higher levels of expanded Light and awareness. Use the spiritual tools you have been given to support yourself through this process. And learn to trust yourself in a whole new way.


You are being held in Wings of Pure Light and led through this time by the power of Love that never ends. Rejoice in the knowing that you are a part of a grand momentum of Light that will transform the world as you have known it. The creation of new life awakening is happening within and around you. You will be able to use these powerful new frequencies of Light more and more to create the life you desire. Your clear intentions are holding the planetary consciousness in new expansive states of awareness.


Open to receive Divine Light. Allow Light to flow through you and anchor into the Earth. Let Light fill and surround you. Bring Light into your heart and radiate your Light into the world. Truly know that all is well. And so it is.

Stop. Just stop.
It is no longer a request. It is a mandate.
We will help you.
We will bring the supersonic, high speed merry-go-round to a halt
We will stop
the planes
the trains
the schools
the malls
the meetings
the frenetic, frenzied rush of illusions and “obligations” that keep you from hearing our
single and shared beating heart,
the way we breathe together, in unison.
Our obligation is to each other,
As it has always been, even if, even though, you have forgotten.
We will interrupt this broadcast, the endless cacophonous broadcast of divisions and distractions,
to bring you this long-breaking news:
We are not well.
None of us; all of us are suffering.
Last year, the firestorms that scorched the lungs of the earth
did not give you pause.
Nor the typhoons in Africa, China, Japan.
Nor the fevered climates in Japan and India.
You have not been listening.
It is hard to listen when you are so busy all the time, hustling to uphold the comforts and conveniences that scaffold your lives.
But the foundation is giving way,
buckling under the weight of your needs and desires.
We will help you.
We will bring the firestorms to your body
We will bring the fever to your body
We will bring the burning, searing, and flooding to your lungs
that you might hear:
We are not well.


Despite what you might think or feel, we are not the enemy.
We are Messenger. We are Ally. We are a balancing force.
We are asking you:
To stop, to be still, to listen;
To move beyond your individual concerns and consider the concerns of all;
To be with your ignorance, to find your humility, to relinquish your thinking minds and travel deep into the mind of the heart;
To look up into the sky, streaked with fewer planes, and see it, to notice its condition: clear, smoky, smoggy, rainy? How much do you need it to be healthy so that you may also be healthy?
To look at a tree, and see it, to notice its condition: how does its health contribute to the health of the sky, to the air you need to be healthy?
To visit a river, and see it, to notice its condition: clear, clean, murky, polluted? How much do you need it to be healthy so that you may also be healthy? How does its health contribute to the health of the tree, who contributes to the health of the sky, so that you may also be healthy?


Many are afraid now.
Do not demonize your fear, and also, do not let it rule you. Instead, let it speak to you—in your stillness,
listen for its wisdom.
What might it be telling you about what is at work, at issue, at risk, beyond the threats of personal inconvenience and illness?
As the health of a tree, a river, the sky tells you about quality of your own health, what might the quality of your health tell you about the health of the rivers, the trees, the sky, and all of us who share this planet with you?
Stop.
Notice if you are resisting.
Notice what you are resisting.
Ask why.
Stop. Just stop.
Be still.
Listen.
Ask us what we might teach you about illness and healing, about what might be required so that all may be well.
We will help you, if you listen.

These are my thoughts regarding the current situation in the world. It is very important indeed to remain as positive as possible throughout these difficult times.

--We need to return to work so we can care for the sick people better.

--We need to return to work, they are trying to crash our economy.

--They do not care about us, they want to crash the economy

--We need to stay optimistic no matter what, it is very important

--We are placed in our own little prisons, without realizing.

--As soon as we return to work it will be better.

--People are going to be depressed. they need to get out they need to exercise...they will be suicidal, getting outside and back to normal

--turn off your wi-fi and keep it and your phones far away from your bed when you sleep

--take high does of vitamin C -Organic Acerola Cherry Powder

--take Natural form of Vitamin D and go outside and exercise

--We are going to go through this together, we are going to get stronger, you need to understand those who push for the world being closed and create distraction, they want to divide us, make us scared and make us obey, wake up, we need to come back to normal and back to reality.

--The best way we can help each other is to make the economy stronger and take care of each other, We have to head back to functioning so we don't head into depression.

Humanity is approaching a moment of change, a moment of enormous change, and as you all move forward through it there will be much uncertainty and disturbance.  You know that God’s Love for everyone of his children is infinite and eternal, and that His Will for you is eternal joy.  However, as you move through these times of uncertainty there will be moments of intense disagreement and some conflict will result.  The way forward is to fully embrace your true nature – Love – and engage with life and with others in every moment from that state.  This is a time when your trust in God’s Love for you, for all sentient life forms, is essential so that you most firmly reset and reset – every time doubts or anxieties arise – your intent to be only loving whatever arises in your daily lives.  Because to do that is to be who you are, and doing so will help you to remember your divine heritage.

Life in form has been a long and often disturbing interlude in which you have forgotten your true nature, and in which a powerful sense of separation from that true nature seems to have enfolded you.   As you have been told so often : There is no separation.  Nevertheless, the dream or nightmare of separation that you chose to experience has seemed intensely real for you, as your bodies, with which you almost completely identify yourselves, have undergone enormous turmoil through pain and suffering, both physical and emotional.  Because of that you have taught yourselves to disregard it by projecting it out onto others – humans who appear to be totally different from you for any number of utterly invalid reasons – and turning them, in your imagination, into enemies who are forever threatening you.  Needless to say those others see you in the same manner.

Over the eons this has led to innumerable wars in which winners and losers are constantly changing places, and during which much suffering is endured as ordinary people, those who are not directly involved in these ongoing conflicts, struggle to support their loved ones and survive in regions where conflict has become endemic.  Conflict is the result of massively egotistical behaviors on the part of a small minority of severely abused and damaged individuals as they attempt to escape from or deny their own intense inner turmoil, and who gather around them other damaged ones who will support them.  Often that turmoil has been deeply buried because to remember it would cause them further intense suffering.  When you find yourselves in situations where people like these are operating from a behavioral pattern of “suppress and control,” it is best to avoid engagement if possible, while intending to reflect back to them the love that is their nature, and which they have never been able to express.  This is the most effective thing that you can do.  Doing this is what awakening is all about, and it is this that will bring about the changes that are so desperately needed nearly everywhere on Planet Earth.

Engage with Love, and allow It to dissolve your fears and anxieties as you make a point of meeting with and associating with other awakening ones.  There are far more of you than you might think, because this is the moment for your awakening, for humanity’s awakening, and many have become crucially aware of the need for a massive Love flow, a “Tsunami of Love,” to envelop the planet.  And It is doing that now!  Your engagement with It in every moment of your daily lives is an absolute prerequisite.  You chose to be incarnate now to engage with Love, and if that does not resonate with you now, because, like so very many, you have forgotten your life’s purpose, then do seek out others who are engaging with Love, so that the flow from their loving energy fields awakens within you your own true and unchangeable nature.

This is the moment for which all have been longing – the Second Coming.  But it is not an outward or physical event with people rising up in revolution against oppressors.  That is what has been occurring for eons and plainly it does not work.  No, the Second Coming is the arrival of an intense inner knowing, that is experienced within the self, a knowing without the slightest doubt that the self and Source are One.  Over the eons, every now and then, a few have experienced this state and have shared the knowledge of it with others, and so although it was an individual experience, knowledge of it was shared, and religions were founded on it.  Of course each one experiences it in his or her own individual way, so when only a few, from different lands and different cultures, had this most wondrous and uplifting experience, they described it in different ways. This has led to conflicting opinions about what the Second Coming truly is.

Now, with so many being nudged towards their awakening, it is finally becoming apparent that each individual experience of the Second Coming is completely valid.  Another expression or definition for the Second Coming is to enter into Christ Consciousness.  Your original state, before the separation seemed to occur, was Christ Consciousness, which is your natural state of pure Love aligned with and at one with Source.  Love is unconditional loving acceptance of every sentient being, and to be in that state is to have experienced your own Second Coming and know yourself as Christ at One with your Father.  It is a state from you have never been separated, but which you had hidden from yourselves behind what could perhaps be most aptly described as a thin diaphanous veil.  That veil is now disintegrating.

Now is the moment to throw caution (an aspect of the illusion) to the winds and engage fully with Love, and thus reap the endless and most wonderful benefits that doing so provides.

You are, each and every one of you, eternally inseparable from God, and now is the time for you to remember that and to awaken.  Therefore, BE the LOVE that YOU ARE, and assist all your brothers and sisters to awaken into their true nature so that they too can share in the eternal joy that is your divine inheritance.

THE ARCTURIANS: AN IMPORTANT TEST FOR HUMANITY

MESSAGES FROM THE REALMS OF LIGHT

Many of you are asking  about the meaning of the Corona Virus outbreak for humanity and the plan behind it. From the point of view of Spirit, it is an important test for humanity how much they give in to fear and mere materialism and how much humanity is willing and able to return to .

From a mere worldly point of view, as you might know, the virus is part of the intention, to eliminate humanity. It is a precursur of a much worse pandemic und mass destruction, nobody will be able to avoid later. That's the plan. But know,  although this is the plan, this plan is no longer going to work.

There will be light forces ready to stop this disaster, and all that which has been planned for the coming years, as far as those of you who are able to, cooperate with them!

Look at the Corona Virus pandemic as a warning for all humanity, or better: it is about waking up as many as possible of those who are still sleeping. The confrontation with illness and death on such a great scale brought to public awareness is a chance to awaken from the spirit's deep sleep in the dark womb of materialism, to aim again for higher spiritual values.

Insofar the Corona Virus Pandemic is also a blessing, a Divine means and grace so that more people starting asking questions, starting to open their eyes and to turn to deeper meanings of existence than just limited 3dimensional life, its superficial pleasures and sufferings and its shortness.

For you, who are seeking the light, it is important to maintain this higher understanding, because it raises your view up, out of the illusionary dark matrix,  increasing your own light quotient and lifts you thereby out of the plane of a possible infection and other negative influences.

Be and stay in this vision, in the joy, in the love and the light. And nothing can happen to you, to what you are not destined for and to which you already agreed to.

This all is a call to mankind to turn again to the Divine Reality. Sometimes it can only happen through difficult situations, through distress, where people no longer know what to do, because their ususal methods of survival no longer work for them.

The challenges may by necessity motivate them to seek for new states of consciousness, new solutions, and true solutions are being found always only on the spiritual level. And be it to begin to explore the power of their own mind und to use it consciously, e.g. with intelligent discrimination.

The next step then would be, to activate the soul, if it has been neglected in a material life, and to allow the quest for the Divine and the true Source of Existence again to flame up. It is your soul that carries you to God.

Therefore you need to cultivate your soul by loving it, and loving God, your real and true Nature and then further, by serving others selflessly. This service is God's free move in your heart.

It brings forward the fullness and beauty of your own Divine Beingness, in which applied negativity doesn't have a place any longer.

That's how you stop every disaster, each epidemic, every ill intent, aimed against you. And in this way it will be quite naturally hurled back to the senders, or even being dissolved in the best case.

It is up to you, but the more you align with the Divine, the more the Divine will come to you, exponentially!  - to allow a new life on earth that is increasingly natural, whole and blessed!

And so all will be well from our highest perspective! If you are wise you participate  in it, living with love your highest possible frequency!

We bless you for your courage and your inspired heart!

Never forget your Vision and the Joy in it, and the Joy That Is The Radiant Source. Therein lies the power and the strength, you need to stand protected in these endtimes.

Changes of great magnitude are occurring all across the world as the human collective moves at an ever accelerating pace towards awakening.  There is hardly anyone on Earth at present who is unaware that something of enormous significance is happening.  The mainstream media is reporting, as usual, on chaos, confusion, and catastrophe in various areas of the world, or more locally on dramatic neighborhood events that encourage fear, but these are not the changes to which I am referring.  All over the world people are being nudged and prodded by their spiritual guides to remind them of the intentions they set before incarnating to take up human form in their present lifetimes.  The state of spiritual amnesia that occurs when a soul chooses to take human form causes intense confusion because, while realizing that life as a human must have a purpose, for most people that sense of purpose appears to benon-existent, missing, or cannot be accessed because it is so deeply hidden within them.


Until very recently the majority of humans, mainly due to this state of amnesia, believed that their survival as humans and their ability to obtain pleasure through their human senses was the sole purpose of life.  However, in the last few decades, more and more people have been seeking a deeper meaning to life, a loving and compassionate meaning, and there is abundant evidence for this change in attitudes all across the planet where groups have been forming to raise awareness about issues that concern them – for instance, ongoing industrial processes causing immense damage to the environment, health concerns, the poverty in which so many are forced to live, and the elimination of so many animal and insect species due to insensitive application of commercial fertilizers and pesticides.  This is a very positive indication of the acceleration of humanity’s awakening process.  Your awakening is happening right now!


Yes, there is chaos and confusion on an unprecedented scale, but this is because people are changing as they evolve spiritually; they are growing in their awareness that everyone without exception has an intrinsic right to the necessities of life, and all over the world they are demanding that these necessities be provided by the governments that are supposed to be representing them.  The old ways of governing a subservient population are no longer acceptable and are being dismantled.  The new ways that will replace them have not yet been fully developed, but much intelligent and wise discussion is producing some very effective ideas that will be most fruitful in resolving these basic social problems that have been ignored or dismissed by governments for a very long time.


As the saying goes: “Change is in the air!”  And this is wonderful news.  This is the news that so many have been waiting for, it is ongoing and unstoppable: humanity is awakening, NOW!  Trust your intuition to guide you with integrity safely and honestly forward.  You need to move forward, you want to move forward, and it is your human destiny to move forward.  It is what you incarnated to do.  The time for egoic power struggles is coming to an end, and even those with the most egotistical intentions are being nudged toward awakening, and are beginning to come to an awareness that the manner in which they have been living, while striving to control and manipulate others, is not only no longer acceptable, but that it is a way of life that they no longer wish to engage in.  Many who have held political positions and ambitions for many years are stepping down, and this is being reported in the mainstream news media.  Much more of an extremely uplifting nature is also occurring, as humanity’s spiritual evolutionary intent strengthens and intensifies.


Wherever you are living and whatever you are doing, you are on your spiritual path, every human is on their spiritual path, even though it may seem to you that you yourself, or others, are just stumbling blindly along; this is not the case.  It only seems like that because so much is arising for you that needs to be acknowledged and released, stuff that has lain dormant, buried, hidden, denied, or ignored for many lifetimes, and which, as it comes into your awareness, shocks and horrifies you.  Thoughts are occurring to you that you imagined were only present in the minds of those who were utterly insane.  How could they be arising in your minds when you believe that your purpose and intent is to be only loving, you ask yourselves in horror?  Well, you are all part of the human collective, and so the thoughts that one encourages or engages with affects everyone else.  That is why the awakening process is so necessary and so intense.


There is only One Consciousness, Awareness, Mother/Father/God, Source, and It is You, and within It all thoughts arise.  Therefore all can and do access them, very frequently quite unintentionally, and the results in your individual thought patterns can be very shocking and alarming.  Just let them go!  Do not engage with them or try to correct them because there is no need to, they are unreal and will just dissolve or disintegrate when you release them by refusing to focus on them with intent to change or eradicate them.


Your task in the awakening process remains the same, namely, set and hold the intent to be only loving whatever arises.  Do not engage in conflict because doing so only strengthens and intensifies it.  If you do not engage with it, it remains contained within the originators, waiting for them, when they are ready, to release it.  Conflict has never been used successfully to resolve conflict, it just replicates itself, leading to further conflict.  Therefore be only peaceful and loving, and do not attempt to show others how right you are or how wrong they are.  No-one is wholly right or wrong, ever.  People are just misguided, and they can only move out from that condition when they themselves are ready, and when they are, you can lovingly and peacefully support them.


You incarnated to offer and provide that loving and peaceful support, and as you do so you are never alone, because you have us, a wonderful support team in the spiritual realms, that is constantly available and on call to assist you in every moment.  When you feel overloaded, overwhelmed, fearful, anxious, or doubt-filled, call on us and we will respond instantly because that is our task in the awakening process.  We want to help you, we love to help you, and you can help us to help you by allowing yourselves to listen to us, your intuitive inner guidance, your higher Self, instead of listening to and acting on the fearful panic responses of your egos.


Going daily within, to your holy inner sanctuaries, is essential for your well-being so that you have the strength and motivation to live as you planned before incarnating, by being loving, accepting, and peaceful in every situation.  You do that by being true to your true and divine nature.


You, every sentient being without any exception, are beings of pure Love, but, as humans, your access to that state absolutely requires that you take time out daily to be alone and at One with your divinity, strengthening and intensifying the flow of Love into your human hearts by opening to It and inviting It in.  Unless you invite It in It cannot enter because you are sovereign beings, and Love always honors your individual sovereignty, It will never impose Itself upon you.  When you set the daily intent to allow It entrance to your hearts you will feel Its Presence, and this will give you the strength and motivation to do what you incarnated to do:  Support the awakening process by Demonstrating Love In Action.

There are so many things to forgive.


As our social media feeds light up with validation of what we have suspected for many years, we become outraged, horrified and so, so saddened.


Our worst suspicions are now trending.


We are told they are but tips of deeply hidden icebergs.


This may feel like a sinking Titanic, yet it will not go under.


It is being held afloat by angels. It is being propelled aloft with powerful emanations from light beings. It is lit up with the seeds of the stars, here to carry it through.



We see the iceberg this time. It is not a surprise for us; not crashing into us in the dead of night.


We’ve been broadcasting its location for
decades.


Some of us, those early trail blazers, have already gone on. They left a trail of warning lights for us, lighting our way.


There will be calls for executions. These will seem, at first, to be the only solution.


Yet, and remember this part, the energy we conclude this era with, now becomes the soil for our next season of growth.

Our new world will not be built on blood-soaked streets.


The reason for this post is easily explained now...


This is a call to exercise caution in the days ahead. It is a plea for wisdom in our responses. It is a reminder to hesitate before condemnation and instant solution.


He who hesitates is not lost. He who hesitates, instead finds time to discover answers that promote growth. We cannot just kill what we don’t like. We are here now seeking transformation, not merely destruction.


We have come to create something new.


This new world rests in our hearts, not our heads.


Our eyes and ears are stuck now – like deer caught in headlights – unable to look away from the horrors committed against humanity. Announcements are everywhere, begging for reaction.


Remember, you are weakest when you react.


Caution will enable a more reasoned approach. Soon it will seem that EVERYONE is implicated. How deep does this corruption and evil and greed and horror go???


There are reasons for actions. Whether we know of them our not, they exist.


The truly evil will be evident to us all, and yes, it is time for their exit. Those who acted to save their own lives, or the lives of their families, are guilty as well. There are levels of cooperation though; actions committed from desire and then actions taken out of fear. Discernment is needed in each case.


The perpetrators need calling out, for certainly the time for secrecy has long passed.


Fellow light carriers and star seeds, you are here to show the way.

To offer hope and guidance in all aspects of disclosure, during every part of this shift and in each corner of our world; to lay a strong and stable foundation for a new and compassionate planet.

You must get out there. It is time for you to show up. Share your hearts. The world needs you now.


You ARE the ones.


You have anchored the light.


It is done.
