Humanity’s progress towards awakening is quite phenomenal!  God’s divine plan is for you to awaken, and it always has been since the moment that you chose to experience an unreal state of separation from Source, the Source with Whom ALL are One.  Therefore it is inevitable that you awaken, and all that you can do is choose when this will be by choosing when to open your hearts to let Love enter.  Here in the non physical or spiritual realms we are fully aware of the plan and have been observing its progress from the beginning, knowing that it would be totally successful, but we did not fully understand how incredibly rapidly it would be brought to completion.  Completion is now very close indeed, far closer than we realized, and for this all of you in form are to be most heartily congratulated!  You are all doing phenomenal work.


At this moment much is arising worldwide that is very unsettling for all of humanity, indeed it is very painful and frightening for many of you.  Hang in there!  You are all, without any exception, most fully and lovingly supported as your awareness of your divine nature intensifies and, along with that, your feelings of unworthiness, of not being good enough, even of being sinners deserving punishment also arise into your conscious awareness.  These are thoughts of a negative and very self judging kind that are utterly and completely invalid!


Over the eons, as you have entered and exited the dream of unreality to learn lessons that, with much loving guidance, you had chosen to place on your life paths, you have – of course – made mistakes and errors because that is part of being a human in form, seemingly separated from Source.  But they are all unreal!  They only seemed to happen, as things do in dreams, and, there in the dream, they do seem totally real, even though they never happen because dreams are unreal.  And in Reality they most certainly could never even be imagined let alone happen!


You are all going to remember that you are perfect divine beings, permanently and eternally One with Source, just as you were created.  You are Love, and Love is always wholly, utterly, and most joyfully loving of Itself in every moment – in that It is COMPLETE – and as there is nothing other than Love, nothing else is possible.  Consequently there can be no blame, disapproval, judgment, or punishment of any kind, because those states are unreal, and thus cannot and do not exist.


What is occurring now is the arising into your awareness of all the seeming mistakes, errors, and sins that it appears that you collectivelycommitted during all of your previous life times in the unreal dream environment that you built for yourselves so very long ago.  You have been clinging to them, although they are hidden deep within yourselves – denied, buried out of sight, made invisible and inaccessible – because to acknowledge them would have caused you unhealable and relentless pain and suffering of an order of magnitude so enormous that you firmly believed that it would have destroyed you.  Thus you buried it deeply and denied it.  However, it was/is UNREAL!  Consequently you remain Perfect just as you were created.


But because you have you have held all this fear, hatred, resentment, and bitterness buried deep within yourselves it has blocked out Love.  When you hold onto any of those feelings you are effectively choosing not to be Love.  To be Love means that you totally, utterly, and completely, without any exceptions whatsoever, unconditionally accept and Love yourselves and all sentient beings.  But when you attempt to set conditions for being Love, for offering Love, for being loving, you are blocking It out because there is no such thing as conditional Love, there is only Love!


The awakening process is the arising into your conscious human awareness of all these sins and errors it seems you have collectively committed over the eons so that you may acknowledge them, realize that they are unreal, that in Reality – your eternal state of joyful existence – they never happened and never could happen, and in that full awareness release those overriding and utterly invalid feelings of shame, guilt, and unworthiness.


How could even one of you, who are all without exception of any kind, the perfect divine creations of God – the beloved children of God, Beings of infinite perfection created like unto that Source, which is LOVE – be in any way unworthy of the Love from which and in which you were created?


Being One with God you are perfect, and therefore all that you have to do is to let go of any sense of guilt or shame, and allow your hearts, which are always totally worthy of Love, to open to receive It, delight in It, and share It with all with whom you interact in any way at all.  Doing just that brings all to awakening, to full remembrance, and to full participation in the Oneness that is God.  The infinite joy of that most wondrous moment awaits you.

Changes of great magnitude are occurring all across the world as the human collective moves at an ever accelerating pace towards awakening.  There is hardly anyone on Earth at present who is unaware that something of enormous significance is happening.  The mainstream media is reporting, as usual, on chaos, confusion, and catastrophe in various areas of the world, or more locally on dramatic neighborhood events that encourage fear, but these are not the changes to which I am referring.  All over the world people are being nudged and prodded by their spiritual guides to remind them of the intentions they set before incarnating to take up human form in their present lifetimes.  The state of spiritual amnesia that occurs when a soul chooses to take human form causes intense confusion because, while realizing that life as a human must have a purpose, for most people that sense of purpose appears to benon-existent, missing, or cannot be accessed because it is so deeply hidden within them.


Until very recently the majority of humans, mainly due to this state of amnesia, believed that their survival as humans and their ability to obtain pleasure through their human senses was the sole purpose of life.  However, in the last few decades, more and more people have been seeking a deeper meaning to life, a loving and compassionate meaning, and there is abundant evidence for this change in attitudes all across the planet where groups have been forming to raise awareness about issues that concern them – for instance, ongoing industrial processes causing immense damage to the environment, health concerns, the poverty in which so many are forced to live, and the elimination of so many animal and insect species due to insensitive application of commercial fertilizers and pesticides.  This is a very positive indication of the acceleration of humanity’s awakening process.  Your awakening is happening right now!


Yes, there is chaos and confusion on an unprecedented scale, but this is because people are changing as they evolve spiritually; they are growing in their awareness that everyone without exception has an intrinsic right to the necessities of life, and all over the world they are demanding that these necessities be provided by the governments that are supposed to be representing them.  The old ways of governing a subservient population are no longer acceptable and are being dismantled.  The new ways that will replace them have not yet been fully developed, but much intelligent and wise discussion is producing some very effective ideas that will be most fruitful in resolving these basic social problems that have been ignored or dismissed by governments for a very long time.


As the saying goes: “Change is in the air!”  And this is wonderful news.  This is the news that so many have been waiting for, it is ongoing and unstoppable: humanity is awakening, NOW!  Trust your intuition to guide you with integrity safely and honestly forward.  You need to move forward, you want to move forward, and it is your human destiny to move forward.  It is what you incarnated to do.  The time for egoic power struggles is coming to an end, and even those with the most egotistical intentions are being nudged toward awakening, and are beginning to come to an awareness that the manner in which they have been living, while striving to control and manipulate others, is not only no longer acceptable, but that it is a way of life that they no longer wish to engage in.  Many who have held political positions and ambitions for many years are stepping down, and this is being reported in the mainstream news media.  Much more of an extremely uplifting nature is also occurring, as humanity’s spiritual evolutionary intent strengthens and intensifies.


Wherever you are living and whatever you are doing, you are on your spiritual path, every human is on their spiritual path, even though it may seem to you that you yourself, or others, are just stumbling blindly along; this is not the case.  It only seems like that because so much is arising for you that needs to be acknowledged and released, stuff that has lain dormant, buried, hidden, denied, or ignored for many lifetimes, and which, as it comes into your awareness, shocks and horrifies you.  Thoughts are occurring to you that you imagined were only present in the minds of those who were utterly insane.  How could they be arising in your minds when you believe that your purpose and intent is to be only loving, you ask yourselves in horror?  Well, you are all part of the human collective, and so the thoughts that one encourages or engages with affects everyone else.  That is why the awakening process is so necessary and so intense.


There is only One Consciousness, Awareness, Mother/Father/God, Source, and It is You, and within It all thoughts arise.  Therefore all can and do access them, very frequently quite unintentionally, and the results in your individual thought patterns can be very shocking and alarming.  Just let them go!  Do not engage with them or try to correct them because there is no need to, they are unreal and will just dissolve or disintegrate when you release them by refusing to focus on them with intent to change or eradicate them.


Your task in the awakening process remains the same, namely, set and hold the intent to be only loving whatever arises.  Do not engage in conflict because doing so only strengthens and intensifies it.  If you do not engage with it, it remains contained within the originators, waiting for them, when they are ready, to release it.  Conflict has never been used successfully to resolve conflict, it just replicates itself, leading to further conflict.  Therefore be only peaceful and loving, and do not attempt to show others how right you are or how wrong they are.  No-one is wholly right or wrong, ever.  People are just misguided, and they can only move out from that condition when they themselves are ready, and when they are, you can lovingly and peacefully support them.


You incarnated to offer and provide that loving and peaceful support, and as you do so you are never alone, because you have us, a wonderful support team in the spiritual realms, that is constantly available and on call to assist you in every moment.  When you feel overloaded, overwhelmed, fearful, anxious, or doubt-filled, call on us and we will respond instantly because that is our task in the awakening process.  We want to help you, we love to help you, and you can help us to help you by allowing yourselves to listen to us, your intuitive inner guidance, your higher Self, instead of listening to and acting on the fearful panic responses of your egos.


Going daily within, to your holy inner sanctuaries, is essential for your well-being so that you have the strength and motivation to live as you planned before incarnating, by being loving, accepting, and peaceful in every situation.  You do that by being true to your true and divine nature.


You, every sentient being without any exception, are beings of pure Love, but, as humans, your access to that state absolutely requires that you take time out daily to be alone and at One with your divinity, strengthening and intensifying the flow of Love into your human hearts by opening to It and inviting It in.  Unless you invite It in It cannot enter because you are sovereign beings, and Love always honors your individual sovereignty, It will never impose Itself upon you.  When you set the daily intent to allow It entrance to your hearts you will feel Its Presence, and this will give you the strength and motivation to do what you incarnated to do:  Support the awakening process by Demonstrating Love In Action.

Humanity is in the process of awakening from a very deep sleep, filled with myriad dreams and nightmares.  Some of the dreams have indeed been enjoyable, but the nightmares have left many in intense pain and suffering – and they seem intensely real.  When you awaken the memory of them will fade rapidly as you settle back into the divine and infinite field of Love, Reality, the state of perfect peace, joy, and harmony that in truth you have never left.  It is your HOME!  And there is nowhere else.


What you have been experiencing as humans for eons – in truth only momentarily – is unreal, illusory, even though the moments of joy and happiness you have had are experiences you would, as humans, want to remember, and probably repeat.


When you awaken, as you will, realization will dawn on you that there is nothing from the illusory experience that you would wish to re-experience or to hold vividly in your memories, because what you will experience when you awaken is way beyond any joy, happiness, or pleasure that you have enjoyed while you have been asleep and dreaming.  As humans, living the illusion, you have had joy-filled dreams, but on awakening they have faded away and been seen as very inadequate, because they were unreal, when compared to the joys and pleasures of the illusory reality that you are experiencing as seemingly fully awake humans.


Your Real awakening will fill you with joy so deep, so intense, that all memories of the dream will fade away instantly as you embrace Reality, Love, Oneness with your divine Source, the state in which you were so lovingly created to experience infinite and eternal joy.


You are, each and every human who has ever lived on Earth, awake, alive, joyfully, eternally, and fully consciously aware in every moment of your Presence in the Presence of God, your divine and infinitely loving Creator – Source, Father/Mother/God . . . whatever words work for you to name, define, or describe the Supremely loving and infinitely wise Intelligence that is All, that is Creation, that is YOU!  There is no separation, you are One with God in every moment of your eternal existence.  You are an endless state of pure joy.


As humans, to awaken is your purpose and, as all are One, that includes assisting everyone else to awaken.  When you go within, to your holy inner sanctuary where the Light Of God’s Love is always present – even though you placed a flimsy and tenuous veil between yourselves and the Light to hide you from It – your intent to be only loving and to assist in humanity’s awakening process is enormously powerful and effective, even though you do not sense or feel that.  Your loving intent pierces the veil and becomes one with the divine intent that humanity shall awaken.  Do not underestimate or disparage the power of your loving intentions, because when you do you effectively sabotage those same intentions.


You are all infinitely powerful beings, the perfect children of God, but you have, temporarily, hidden your knowledge, your awareness of this factual information from yourselves.  When God created you He gave you everything that He had just by creating you One with Him.  Everything that He is He shares or extends completely unconditionally with all of creation.  You are all all that He is, in no way are you less than anyone else or less than God Herself, because God only creates perfect extensions of Herself.


It is not arrogant let alone insane to recognize and accept that you are not less than your divine Creator, because the Light, the Love, the Wisdom, the Intelligence, and the Power, in fact all that is God is also You.  When you awaken this will be instantly and abundantly clear to you.  However, in your apparently separated state as humans, that truth makes no sense at all, because your intelligence, your ability to understand divine truth is most severely curtailed.


While you are going through your awakening process all that you need do is open your hearts fully to the field of divine Love, in which all exist, and allow It to permeate your entire being.  Do not block It for fear of not being worthy, not being good enough, or because you believe that God will judge, condemn, and punish you for the faults and sins that you believe you have committed.  Those negative self-judgments are part of the illusion, they are judgments of what has occurred while you were asleep and dreaming and, as you know from your experience as a human, what occurs in dreams is unreal!  You wake up and find that nothing has changed, and the dream fades away.


Remember, GOD IS LOVE!  That is where you need to focus your attention, because Love is unconditionally accepting of all of creation, which is what It is, and therefore, neither can you nor will you ever be excluded!  God is your eternal Home from which you have never been been refused entry or turned away, you just chose to experience something other than God, and built the illusion in which to have that experience.  It is an unreal dream state from which you cannot avoid awakening.
Celebrate!  You are now in the process of awakening into the Reality that is your permanent and eternal Home.  Without your presence It is incomplete, but It can never be incomplete, therefore you must be there already!


To awaken is your human task, a task that you cannot fail to complete, perfectly.  So, go within daily and commune with the Light of God’s Love that is ever-present there, as are You, and feel the Love that enfolds and embraces you in every moment, encouraging you to wake up.

THE LUNAR CYCLE that began with the Solar Eclipse/ New Moon on August 21 reaches its crescendo this week. The Full Moon occurs on Wednesday at 12:02am PDT (7:02am GMT), at 13°53' Pisces.


We've expected that major events would take place around the time of this Full Moon, and recent news headlines appear to confirm that assumption. And yet the higher purpose of the lunation may be different than we anticipate, given that unifying Neptune is closely aligned with the Moon at the time it occurs.


WE BEGIN TO WORK with the intentions of the Full Moon as early as Monday, when the Virgo Sun is exactly opposite Neptune. Methods and solutions that might have worked in the past prove to be ineffective now. We can feel disillusioned or even hopeless as we wonder how to resolve current problems. This stalemate requires us to expand our perceptions and to open our hearts and minds to new options that heal rather than wound, that unify rather than separate.


Two planetary events that occur on Tuesday should start to assist us in our efforts to find new solutions. Mars, the god of war, leaves dramatic Leo and moves into pragmatic Virgo. Hopefully, this means that "cooler heads will prevail" in situations of conflict.


And, thankfully, Mercury goes direct the day before the lunation, completing its retrograde phase that began on August 12. Over the past three weeks, we've retraced our steps back to gather insights and information we missed the first time around. We now have more substantive research to support our process moving forward. As Mercury picks up speed over the coming days and weeks, we will see more progress being made.


THE PISCES FULL MOON on Wednesday is closely aligned with Neptune, putting even greater emphasis on the need to release patterns of denial, avoidance, victimization, and addiction. When we consider our dream of an ideal world where everyone lives in peace, we must look at those places where we hold the opposite energies in our beings.


Polarity has greatly increased its angry voice recently. On the one hand, there are higher reasons for this: With the North Node now in Leo, we are being asked to evolve from apathy to involvement. Outrage can be a great motivator in that regard.


And yet, if animosity is the stick that successfully gets us moving, we ultimately need to find and focus on the carrot that inspires true change. Otherwise, we continue to feed the very beast that have we have ridden to these places of discord.


PLUTO'S INFLUENCE is activated toward the end of the week. This dynamic "dwarf planet" is rarely subtle in its effects, so we'll want to monitor our critical or confrontational tendencies on Friday when a hard Mars-Pluto aspect occurs. 


Also in effect on Friday, but perfecting in the very early hours of Saturday morning, a hard Venus-Pluto aspect challenges us to find agreement with those whom we have learned to distrust. With this aspect, we realize both sides must make adjustments if we are to work together to reach common goals. 


If we succeed in making that attitude modification, we can take better advantage of the supportive Sun-Pluto aspect that also occurs in the dark hours of Saturday morning, but will still be in effect as we get started on the weekend.


THE MAIN CHALLENGE on Saturday appears in the form of an opposition between Jupiter and Eris, the dwarf planet named for the goddess of discord. This is the third such aspect between the two planets this year -- the first occurred on January 17, and the second was exact on February 22nd.


To help us understand the purposes behind this planetary event, here are quotes from two other astrologers I hope you will find useful.


First, from Emily Trinkaus, in her article about the Full Moon in the August-September issue of The Mountain Astrologer: 


"What others are reflecting back to us may be aspects of ourselves that we've rejected as unacceptable, not fitting in with who we think we should be."  


And a lengthy excerpt from an article called "Fierce Love Born of Awe-Full Grace" by Sara Varcas. The article describes both the Jupiter-Eris opposition and the Jupiter-Uranus opposition (exact for the third time on September 28):


"This opposition reminds us that faith in the process of change, even when it looks alarmingly like unbridled chaos, can be the secret ingredient which unlocks the alchemical force of life’s desire for its own fulfillment. We discover just how much courage is required to live an awakened life, for conscious living is not unending bliss amidst pink clouds but a visceral, face-to-face encounter with life in the raw, both bloody and beautiful in equal measure.


"While Jupiter opposes these two celestial giants, we must stand tall and strong for what matters whilst embracing all that seems ‘wrong’ about this world, recognising that anything else creates yet greater division. This is not a passive rolling over to allow our planet to be plundered and the corrupt to claim power, but instead a demonstration of great bravery which honours the Unified Heart and recognises each and every power struggle as a desperate demand for love. It is time to decide, once and for all, whether to be part of the problem or part of the solution, for only a fool still believes we can sit this one out."

IF YOUR BIRTHDAY IS THIS WEEK: You are moving into a new perception of reality this year, as you expand beyond the limitations of seeing life through only your physical eyes. Your choice to surrender to this process brings great benefits; you surprisingly become more empowered, not less, as you open your heart and let go of needing to figure everything out. This is a year of great insight and self-awareness, balanced by a greater acceptance of your spiritual connection with All That Is.

While eclipses are powerful for change, I honor the Simplicity of it. I do not buy into the hype and I see there is a lot of that, and I don't follow the crowd...yet, I do honor everyone's choices. In this Ascension Note, I won't be spending time glorifying the upcoming solar eclipse, but rather speak to the underlying energy of it. This eclipse and any labels we use detract from the message. Any time we use labels, whether describing ourselves or defining something, we only touch the surface, rather than going deeper.


As you know, we have been powering through our unique ways of keeping the old 3D matrix alive by holding onto old beliefs, patterns and other ways we believed were true. We've been moving through illusions by questioning everything. This is not so much intellectual questioning, but a feeling into something we've been told and realizing that it may be a lie to cover up the truth of something. As our Intuition has strengthened, we see and feel through any given illusion so that we may free ourselves from the old matrix. This includes history and current events, whether within us or around us.


We have also been releasing through our physical bodies. Not fun, yet necessary. In my meditation I asked if the “on-fire” nerves on the lower left side of my body were indeed a Transformation to being crystalline. The answer was “yes.” It has also been a release of old toxins as my body adjusts. I know each being is experiencing some sort of physical adjustment; created by you, for you. It is best not to try to lump yourself into some sort of generalization, but honor your own process, for we each are unique in how we express our Divinity and all that goes with it. Perhaps it can also show us old beliefs like “I am ill; I'd better see the doctor;” or “I want to see if what I'm experiencing is what others are experiencing” (the need to belong); I know there are many beliefs that this adjustment can bring up. Take a deeper look beneath the physical manifestation.


Take a breath and ask these questions:


Do I see Divine Justice in all situations?
Do I take Responsibility for all in my life (not for others; for your own life situations)?
Do I still separate by blaming others, whether that is in my own small circle or on the global stage?
Do I realize that I create my circumstances through my own consciousness?
Do I truly know that I am not a victim?
What outer event(s) mirror what I still hold onto within?
What is the truth in every situation I experience?
How am I seeing or not seeing the bigger picture?
Do I trust Divine Order/Divine Justice or am I still practicing and holding duality within through judgment?


Answering these questions may help you fully disengage from the 3D matrix. Of course, this is not all it takes. We must fully let go of anything that holds us back in the old. We must be absolutely willing and committed to being in the New and trust our journey of “no-destination.” We must be willing to allow our lives to be completely different. Realize also that when you let go, those in your life who want to keep you in your old role may resist your path; and it may not be pleasant. You aren't here to please others. However you create your life, be open to the ups and downs of change. It is a beautiful way to be if you are committed to your Path of Ascension.


Can you flow with the changes or are you feeling as though you're kicking and screaming, as if you're  being dragged somewhere you don't want to go? Remind yourself that you have chosen this. Any resistance surely creates a push-pull energy within you, so either commit all the way or not at all.
Many of us have walked or do walk a Labyrinth...whether inner or outer or both. The Labyrinth was first created by King Solomon as a Commitment to Source. Walking it, one is reminded that they/we embody both Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine and that we are not separate from Source or anything else. In the center of the Labyrinth, there is a full Awakening, realizing that our physical body is a sacred temple. Walking the Labyrinth is bringing Heaven to Earth; creating the New Earth. Only Love exists here, within us. The Labyrinth symbolizes our life and we are asked to venture to the center (Heart) for complete communion with and as Source. We must see that we are Divine and nothing less. Divinity=Love.


The energy of this entire month is to help push us over whatever we perceive to be a limitation. We may use the energy of this month to move beyond the old and empower the New. Where do you hold yourself back; where do you limit yourself? Know that you may transcend any small, limited way of experiencing life into living large. Each time you meditate, you strengthen your resolve to shift into a higher gear. You need not wait; do it now.


Our own New Body Grid is in place now. It is created and activated every time we focus and integrate a Soul Essence such as Love, Joy, Peace, Responsibility (for self), Abundance and many more. Focusing on one or more Soul Essences within our Body Grid creates life that is built from these essences. It is the same with the New Earth Grid, which is anchored onto Earth. Each time we integrate a Soul Essence, we empower the New Earth Grid, so that there is a continuous strengthening of us and of the New through our choices.


An important practice to help you integrate more Love into you as you is to drop the dualistic thinking of “I'll like you if you are just like me.” If you judge another as “bad,” where in you do you hold “bad?” All beings are Love. Do not withhold your Love from them just because you might see them with eyes of disdain. Perhaps these beings are ones who need to be loved more; not admonished or judged. See Love in everyone. As the old transforms, it may seem as though it is becoming stronger. This is an illusion. You help strengthen the old by practicing any sort of duality, which is still within you if you are in any judgment or fear whatsoever.


While we see and feel the many changes within and around us, we still have a long way to go till we are nothing but Love. You may hasten this by committing and aligning yourself with the New; with Love. Open your Heart, for it is here that Soul/Highest Self connects with you. Merge with Soul so that there is nothing but Love within you. Surrender any resistance or stubbornness or insistence that you're “right” (as opposed to “wrong?”) to Love.


If you have plans, let them go. Replace them with Heart-intentions (not head-intentions). Plans take you out of the Now. Realize that plans are illusions; they are of the old. Only being in the Now Moment helps you move forward, moment by moment. Keep your focus on how you want to feel. This alone creates the future. Let go of the details and simply follow your guidance in each moment. Source has no plans, for plans create a box of limitations. Source is nothing but Love and will never interfere with your Free Will. Source guides and does not direct or control.


Continue to allow any emotions to bubble up so that you may transform them to Love. In other words, don't stuff them back down into their hiding place. They may hide and erupt at perfect times, as each emotion leads you to a deeper belief. These emotions also hide who you truly are by putting a layer of forgetfulness around you like a blanket. One big emotion for most is fear; fear of not having or being enough, fear of not doing enough, fear of the unknown, fear of being out of control, fear of being alone...and the list goes on. Release all your fears in the Sacred Rose and then fill up with Source Love...to replace what you release. This transforms fear and other emotions to Love.


Remind yourself that all is vibration. What you are within is what you attract from outside yourself. As above, so below; as within, so without. Remind yourself also that it is not about doing as much as it is about Being. You do through Being. Everything you experience increases your Awareness and when you are fully awake and aware, you make choices that are aligned with who you are.

Humanity’s awakening process continues to accelerate, and for many this is very unsettling, even disturbing.  The pace of technological change worldwide has increased enormously over the last one hundred and fifty years, and is continuing to do so in an exponential curve, and again, many are wondering how long this can continue and how people will be able to cope with it.  You have experts in various fields who are very knowledgeable, but most people have practically no understanding of how modern technology works, but everyone understands that if your electric grids break down almost all of your modern technology ceases to function, and that is a very worrying thought.


Will humanity be thrown back into the dark ages when all “technology” was hand-driven?  How could you survive such an eventuality?  Is the collapse of the illusion going to be an enormous step backwards technology-wise?  So many worrying questions and so few meaningful answers.  How can Love possibly resolve all of humanity’s major issues – disease, wars, poverty, cultural and religious disagreements – and the resultant pain, fear and suffering?


Love resolves all issues, Period!  Many doubt this and have great difficulty in believing that such a thing might be possible.  But only Love is real; all that is not of Love is illusory, unreal, and will fade away.  If you truly engage with Love you find yourselves able to deal with whatever arises in your lives.  It does not remove sickness, pain, or suffering, but It assists you most powerfully in dealing with them.  These issues, as they arise in your lives, are lessons you planned for yourselves before incarnating as humans, presented to you at the most appropriate moment so that you may learn them and release the underlying need for them.


Nothing in your lives occurs by chance, everything is planned, even the apparent chaos and confusion.  As the moment of your awakening draws closer, these lessons are arising rapidly one after another to be learnt and cleared, and you have great help available from all of us in the spiritual realms if you will but call on us to ask for it.  Separation never happened because to separate from Source, Mother/Father/God is impossible, as there is only the One.  You are never alone!


When you feel alone, abandoned, lost, with no one to whom you can turn for help and guidance, Please, go within, to your own personal and holy inner sanctuary where Love dwells within you eternally, and ask for help.  We long to help you, but help has to be sought and asked for, then you have to remain quiet and listen.


So often people call on us seeking help and then their egos rush in to offer advice which distracts them from that essential listening.  And what egos offer are methods for you to use to prove to others that you are right and that they are or were wrong.  That gives you a feeling of justification and self-righteousness which, if expressed, offends the others involved and deepens the rifts dividing you.  You then think – ego thoughts having arisen rapidly in your minds in response to your call for help – that your inner guidance does not work.|


Love, as you have so often been told, while being infinitely powerful is also infinitely gentle.  It is like water flowing – soft, smooth, and extremely persistent – it never ceases, but flows unceasingly washing away and dissolving all obstructions in its path.   Water has been rightly described as the ultimate solvent, and, as with Love, nothing can withstand its endless and gentle smoothing and polishing effects.


Humanity is being called Home to Love.  Love is your nature but you have hidden from It and pretended that It is unavailable, unreal, or that you personally are unworthy of Its utter and total acceptance of you just as you are.  Love wants nothing and gives everything, always.  There is no accounting or measuring, It is free and gives Itself completely to all of you, to all whom God has created, constantly and ceaselessly.  As you have been told so often, all that you need do is open your hearts and allow It in.


So many have been severely hurt and abused through many lifetimes that they are afraid to open their hearts, fearing further abuse or betrayal.  But I am telling you that Love is within you, always, awaiting only your acceptance of It, and that absolutely demands your own complete self-acceptance!  You are all divine beings, created in Love and from Love, but you have hidden that truth from yourselves by embracing self-doubt – often strongly encouraged in you as children by the adults in your lives – and intense anxiety as to whether there is anything of value at all about you or within you.  This then leads to resentment, bitterness, and hatred, all of which are fear based, causing you to erect a string of defenses to protect you from further pain and suffering.


But those defenses only lock the pain within you!  That is why I keep telling you to open your hearts and allow!  When you truly open your hearts all that is unloving falls out, and Love sweeps in to embrace you and melt away the last residues of fear to which you might be clinging.  Love is your nature, and when you choose and decide to allow It entry your life experience changes dramatically for the better.  You all know or have met or heard about people who are truly loving, and you are therefore aware that they are always at peace and offer only Love and Peace to all with whom they interact, regardless of what others may offer them.  And doing this always disarms any unloving ones with whom they interact.


Truly, Love is the answer to every issue, to every problem, to every situation in which you find yourselves.  But you allow fear to rule you.  You live with the question “What if?” almost constantly running through your heads, and as displeasing or painful events arise in your lives it further convinces you of the importance and validity of this ever-present question.  But where you focus your attention is the decisive and critical factor in bringing events and situations into your human lives.


Often you may think that you are focusing only on the positive, but because you have powerful underlying doubts and fears that you attempt to deny or bury – “How are you today?” “I’m wonderful, I’m great!” – what you fear or worry about often arises.  Then you respond with “I knew that would happen!”  Well you did, and you were right!


Recognize and release those aspects of yourselves that effectively sabotage your daily lives, those deep feelings of unworthiness and unacceptability.  Then intend to open your hearts to Love, and allow It to flow into you and through you, healing you and those with whom you interact.  As you keep being reminded: “Love is your nature.”  When you allow It and accept, instead of hiding from It, and from yourselves, life will flow more smoothly and beneficially for you, just as you and God intend.


Just remember that doubts lead to fear, and fear shuts down your awareness of Love.  Fear builds defenses, sometimes enormous ones, and you do not need them – once you make the decision that you do not need them.  So make that decision, knowing, as you do, that you are always divinely supported, and expect Love to guide you, and It will!

The week begins with you releasing a pattern which has been troubling you. You realize that the pattern has its basis in your karmic past.


This includes healing troubling relationship patterns, by looking at how you and the other person involved had a past-life connection that needs forgiveness in this life.


Your heart opens to the Divine oneness that you share with others, which helps you to rise above the earthly illusions. Your epiphany insights brings spiritual healing to your relationship, and helps you to break negative patterns and troubling cycles.


As you heal and open your heart, so do you also help others to heal and open their hearts.

"The New Year, 2015, has arrived.  Another demonstration of time in motion, movement on a linear scale that is quite unreal but which, nevertheless, seems very real to you.  You, the human collective, made time one of the major limitations of the illusion when you constructed it, and it seems quite impossible to you that you could exist without it.  You have become addicted to its seemingly constant and uninterruptible flow.  And at the same time every single one of you experiences it differently, so although you think of it as a constant it most certainly is not.


Within the illusion nothing is constant, nothing stays the same, all that is constant is change, and that constant change is volatile, erratic!  You have all had experiences where time seemed to speed up or slow down.  It does not, as there is only the now moment, but over the years your scientists and inventors have built first mechanical and then electronic devices that claim to measure it, very precisely.  For you it is a paradox, because your quantum physicists have shown that it is an illusion, and yet you experience it constantly in many conflicting ways – passing slowly and leisurely, racing by, waiting for it to pass, wishing you could stop it – and it seems to rule your lives as you watch things deteriorate, decay, and die, all in due time.


And now another year has passed and a new one is born, yet nothing has changed, there is only now.  You may regret the past, you may fear the future, but the past has passed and cannot be altered, and the future does not exist, so do not worry about what has been or what might be, live in the now, accept it as it appears, and enjoy the peace that that provides.  When you do you will find that you have all that you need to deal with each now moment as it arrives, including enough time.  We, here in the spiritual, timeless realms keep reminding you to focus on the now moment, to live in the now moment, and that is confusing for you because each moment that you experience is replaced instantly by another, and another, and another.  What can you do then?


Live!  It really is that simple.  Whenever you get caught up in and truly attentive to the moment you are living, when you worry about the past or the future you miss the opportunity to live fully, because you are allowing yourselves to be distracted.  When you watch a small child eating ice cream you are observing life in the now moment as the child is totally absorbed in experiencing all the delightful sensations of joyful eating.  Or when she first rides a bicycle totally unaided, you again see joy being lived.  So many of you have lost that spontaneity because you allow distractions to come between you and what you are doing – “I must do this quickly or else I will be late.”  “I really should not be doing this now, I don’t have the time.”  “This would be fun, but I must not indulge myself, as I have important work to do” – you can and do invent an endless supply of reasons or distractions that take you out of the now moment, the moment when your life is happening.


For this New Year, 2015, do not make New Year Resolutions, they always get forgotten, very quickly . . . until the next New Year when you remember that you forgot to put them into practice!  Instead just remind yourselves frequently that your life is happening now.  Then savor the moment, there is almost always something to savor in this now moment, and when you don’t savor it and give thanks for it, life once again passes you by.  You tell yourselves that you do not have the time, and that is true, you do not, because there is none.  So, savor every timeless moment and enjoy the peace and contentment it brings you.  The distractions, your worries and anxieties, will become less intrusive, and you will find that you are getting a lot more enjoyment as you notice each moment, moment by moment, living life to the full.


So for this New Year of 2015 make a point of just living, moment to moment, be present in the flow with which your lives present you instead of struggling against it.  When you do, problems or issues that you feared might disrupt your plans or cause you pain may well not occur.  Remember the law of attraction which brings into your lives whatever you focus your attention on.  And very often you focus your attention on negative possibilities, events that you most definitely do not want to experience.


You all incarnated with life paths prearranged to present you with the lessons that you wished to learn at the precise moment that would enable you to deal with them most satisfactorily.  But that path presumes that you will allow life to flow freely for you.  Then amnesia sets in, you lose sight of your purpose, often by searching too intensely for it, and it seems to you that you have been dealt an unreasonable or even an impossible task with inadequate tools.  When that seems to be the case stand well back, relax, go to your holy inner sanctuary and ask your guides for assistance.  They are always on hand to answer your call.


And of course the trick here is to quiet that roof-brain-chatter – “I don’t know what to do.”  “This is an absolute disaster.”  “How could this have possibly happened, I was so careful!” – so that you can listen for your guides response.  And that response could be as simple as “Don’t worry, things will work out.”  Responses from those in the spiritual realms tend to be simple, because the issues you are seeking assistance with generally are not too complex.  You tend to make them complex and confusing by all your anxious “what ifs.”


So, in 2015, remember that you are lovingly supported in every moment, and trust that what you are dealing with will be resolved when you allow it to be resolved.  The outcome may well not play out the way you expect, but if you allow, behave lovingly, and accept each moment as it arrives, your lives will flow far more smoothly and easily, as you planned before you incarnated.


Intense suffering is not part of anyone’s life plan, it generally occurs when you lose your focus on the now moment, and instead of trusting your intuition to help you with whatever situation is causing you pain you try a quick egoic fix which causes a short circuit, and you get burned.

You are infinitely loved in every moment of your eternal existence, open your hearts to receive that ever-present offering of abundant Love, share and extend It as you receive It, and enjoy the peace that results.
