OUR GOD-SELF: TRANSCENDING YOUR BONDAGE TO THE LOWER WORLDS

I have Spoken to you many times with My Love, Radiating the Fullness of My Light. Embracing you with My Eternal Presence.

But you keep feeling alienated from Me, distant from Me. And I say to you why (!) you have not really responded to Me, allowing yourself to Feel Me, to Know Who I Am. Who You Are.

Because, if you did, you would never, never leave Me again or miss My Unequaled Bliss and Beauty.

Don't you know that all your experiences in your world, from morning to night, and even during your sleep are not worth of your true Divine Nature? That you play "happy“ with much less than you Are? That you imprison yourself day and night, living the life in a sometimes glittery, but always unhappy underworld, instead of enjoying My Divine Palace of Freedom and Eternity.

What is it that keeps you bound to the lower worlds which you do not recognize as what they really are: second rates realms of inhumane existence.

Your true hue-man nature is a Divine State That Is Me, but you seem not really to be interested in your own Truth. Consider: Did you really explore the the true nature of life? Do you use your higher intelligence to live your life up to your best and highest options?

If your answer is honest, you must admit that you do not really care about yourself, that you somehow go along with your daily suffering, with your just mediocre contentment, not knowing that you inhere in Me, gifted with all My Divine Qualities and Blisses, if you only would ask for them.

Instead, you are constantly busy with thinking & thinking and your boring daily activities, just engaging your 5 senses and your physical body, and its associated play of mind. And even if you have been busy with the games of your subtle bodies, even your light-body and all the dreaming involved in that, what has this to do with Me?

Why the acceptance of all these limitations, this obsession with this programmed self-fulfillment within circumstances that keep you in the underground of endless loops of repetition and predictability? There is no way out of this goal-house, if you are holding on to it, not aware about what it is.

Amazingly enough you consider your constriction even as freedom, with the conviction that you have a free will. Tell me: WHAT free will? Free will as a conditional program within the labyrinth of Me-forgetfulness? Free will to decide whether you would turn left or right, up or down, or whether to eat green or red vegetables for lunch? What a tragic misunderstanding, My Beloveds!

There is only one True Free Will: the Will to leave your bondage to slavery and the illusion that you ever would be truly happy there! The illusion that you would be really fulfilled, finally. The illusion that you would achieve Freedom, that you would realize what Love Is.

Breath-less you are hunting opportunities after opportunities in your world. And while they always (ultimately) fail, you are in constant hope about the next opportunity, to find what your true heart desires. But you NEVER find it, cannot find it there, in the underworlds, you: that much deceived !, considering them to be heavens as you lack discrimination between false light and My Light.

Still you haven't yet made true intelligent decisions, as you continued with what you always did, just running after the proverbial carrot before your nose. But you never ever arrived! And you will not in the future. Because where you are, there is no arrival point ever. But you did not figure it out yet.

That's why you choose illusion, whereas you also could choose Reality. What holds you back from What Is Real and thoroughly heart-satisfactory, why would you be content with lower choices, why do you reach not out for what is yours?

My Beloveds, It Is Me Who Desires to Fill your heart and world with Me, to Deify your life, your body and mind with My True Light and Love, with My Freedom and Eternal, Sublime Stillness.

Is it not that you want to respond to My Call, because your life is not truly satisfying? You never can work it out, because of the nature of this place! It is not created to be satisfying. Don't you know? You can try and work hard and give all your sweat and energy into it: you will never achieve true fulfillment. Because there, in the underworlds, below my Divine Realm, it is about you figuring out what they really are: Limitations, endings and suffering, as long as you deny your True Divine Nature That is not at home in any dimensional realm.

However many of you are limiting yourselves by desiring only the illusionary dreamworlds of the higher dimensional realms. And eventually you will even there come to the conclusion, that you are not ultimately satisfied within these dreamworlds. You want to wake up!

You can wake up to Me, Your True Nature, even here, right in your world, where you are, with My Help. Why all these unnecessary deviations through the subtle worlds?

Many of you even do not know that I Exist! They believe the higher worlds is all there is. And you do not know My Bliss, My Purity, My Freedom prior and beyond these dimensions, beyond and prior to even Christ-Consciousness. You do not know My Freedom that you never find there, in these dimensional illusions in which you are so interested.

Beloveds, it is your life, your existence! You have been given the freedom of this fundamental choice. I remind you to choose with wisdom from your heart, considering everything I Said to you.

But know that I Am Unwavering Love, whatever your choice will be. And You ARE That Love too, when you choose Me. It is the Unconditional Power of Love beyond the worlds and universes but Who Keeps them all together.

I AM. I Am The God-Self of all beings and worlds, I AM.

Dear readers, welcome to these times in which the birthing of a new consciousness both personally and globally is taking place. You are ready. It is time.

You have paid your dues in preparation and were aware that a great deal of chaos would be taking place, yet you chose to come because you wanted to be here and be a part of it. Many others wanted to be on earth as well but were deemed not sufficiently prepared for the shift of consciousness now taking place.

You came into this lifetime with the intention of completing anything unfinished from other lifetimes and tie up loose ends with regard to people and belief systems. Completing something left unfinished from another lifetime is often the reason two people marry only to discover that they have nothing in common. Relationships of this sort frequently represent the pre-birth intention of one or both to bring closure and resolution to something unresolved involving the person who is now the partner or others in the family group.

When an individual feels spiritually prepared, he/she often chooses to be born into a family or situation that is enmeshed in the particular belief system or issue that he feels ready to clear from himself. By doing this, the energy of the issue that he still carries (strict religious beliefs, male domination, abuse,etc. ) is reactivated, and the person once again finds themselves a part of the particular negative pattern.

However, now, having attained a higher level of awareness, he/she is able to see it from a new level, rise beyond it, clear it from cellular memory, and once and for all be free of something that may very well have plagued him/her through lifetimes. When some negative energetic situation that has been carried through family lineage for lifetimes is finally healed and dissolved in this higher way rather than just humanly repressing it, the lineage is broken and descendents will no longer inherit it.

The particular issue or belief system can no longer exist in his/her experience because his/her awakened consciousness no longer holds the substance from which the issue was formed in the first place and so is no longer being created. This is why the best people to help others with some particular problem, are those who have been through and risen above that same problem. It is not unusual for an evolved soul to choose to experience and then rise above some three dimensional issue such as alcoholism in order to serve as a light for others.

Remaining stored cellular memory from intense experiences of both good and bad are and have been clearing from your energy field for some time. A great deal of clearing takes place as you sleep and is often reflected in dreams. Some energy clearings manifest physically as unexpected aches or pains which can be intense and traumatic if the person is unaware of what is happening. Clearings of this sort usually just fade away (some more quickly than others) as their frequencies shift to new and higher levels.

You knew and were prepared to do the required inner work before incarnating--work that would enable you to add the Light of your awakened consciousness to the universal three dimensional consciousness that holds mankind in bondage. Never doubt that you knew what you needed to do before coming and that you were also aware that some of it would be difficult.

Experiences judged to be failures according to third dimensional thinking are more often than not graduations for the serious student of truth--experiences that are necessary in order to better recognize some false concept or belief they may still hold. Consider any so called "failures" to be simply notches on your awareness belt.

If you are living the truth, then you are doing the work dear ones. Trust that you are right where you are supposed to be and that everything is proceeding according to plan because you as humans are not really running the show. Try not to despair or fall back into the hypnotism of three dimensional appearances, becoming enmeshed in the games of duality and separation that are being played out at this time even if those around you say you must be more practical. (According to their belief system).

The real essence of every individual regardless of appearances, is and can only ever be Divine Consciousness because that is all there is. Those who do not yet know this live their lives according to the false concepts and beliefs that make up third dimensional consciousness. Your job is to silently acknowledge the reality behind all appearances at all times and in all circumstances. A consciousness imbued with truth can actually shift another out of their illusions if the other is receptive. This is Light work.

ONE WITH GOD IS A MAJORITY

Many still think of Light workers as being only those who channel, are active in one or more healing modalities, or teach classes of spirituality, etc. Light work is nothing more than living out from (be-ing) your highest awareness of truth in each and every mundane and seemingly ordinary activity of the day.

You are a Light worker when you silently and secretly acknowledge the Divine nature of the person serving your table at lunch, the person collecting your garbage, and your child's teacher, as well as the CEO of some large and possibly corrupt corporation or your nosy neighbor. No one is more Divine than another in spite of appearances to the contrary, some are simply more awake than others. It is folly and separation at its finest to worship some person from the past or present simply because they know and live realities that are fully present within all.

Like it or not, you become a Lightworker the moment you awaken to truth and cannot go back to the seemingly more easy life you think you had when spiritually asleep. The Genie of awareness can never be put back in the bottle although many try when life becomes difficult. Have you ever attempted to once again be the old you, the one you were when you simply believed what you were told and had many like minded companions only to have an annoying little inner voice say; "You damn fool."?

Everyone chooses to live on earth in three dimensional energy in order to gain wisdom and eventually remember their Divine nature through experiences of duality and separation. In order to do this, an individual must experience all facets of third dimensional living--being male, being female, being a warrior, being a king, being beggar, being black,white, red, brown, being homosexual, being heterosexual, being smart, being dumb etc. etc.

The retarded person you feel sorry for may very well have chosen the experience and is not atoning for anything done in the past, as many believe. Experiencing a mentally handicapped life may well have been on the soul's "bucket list" so to speak. Difficult lives are planned before incarnation with the help of Guides and input from those around the person who will be affected as well because they too will learn and evolve from the experience of being the parent, sibling, teacher, caregiver, etc.)

Never categorize a person or situation because the reality behind appearances can never be fathomed. Even the most intelligent human mind is by itself very limited. There are the accumulated energies of hundreds of lifetimes and interactions playing out in most all human situations, much more than can ever be analyzed with three dimensional thinking.

It is difficult not to judge and become angry as the darker side of humanity continues to be exposed. These times are especially problematic for those who have believed in and relied on falsehoods promoted by ignorant and un-awakened governments, religions, experts, friends, and family. At this time, the world of illusion is collapsing for many and they believe they have no where to go.

Lightworkers do not ignore world problems nor does it mean they cannot assist those who find themselves floundering in the midst of their collapsing belief system. Rather, this is where and when Lightworkers silently, secretly, and sacredly do the work. Often the action of simply throwing out a tiny seed of truth, nothing more, along with love and gentle support, will serve to open a tiny crack that allows the suffering one to begin seeing life on a higher level. Some will plant the seed they have been given and others will not, but that is not your concern.

Learn to live as an observer in these chaotic times, simply doing whatever it is you do from a level of consciousness that has learned to be detached from outcomes and does not give the power of spiritual reality to appearances.

At this point you are aware that there is no death and that three dimensional situations can only exist as long as they are energetically fed. The material world you see and experience with your physical senses is in reality, the very real spiritual world being interpreted and viewed through the limited awareness of a third dimensional consciousness that consists of concepts and beliefs in duality and separation.

Man, as an expression of the one and only Power and Reality, is a creator. What are you choosing to create? We have brought this up many times, but it must be reiterated because many, even some considered to be spiritually awake, believe themselves to be at the mercy of outside people, places, and things, and until they allow the truth they know to become their attained state of consciousness, they will be.

Lower, denser, and heavier frequencies are unable to align with and enter into Light. Your defense and shield is always your enlightened consciousness. Trust your intuition always, and know that we are not saying that you can walk down some dark alley in an unsafe part of town with only an intellectual knowledge of this truth and expect no harm to come. We are saying that your state of consciousness appears outwardly as form.

Never doubt that you bring your state of consciousness with you wherever you go because it is you. Entering a convent or monastery, or moving to another state or home simply to avoid some unpleasant situation will not eliminate the experiences. They may take a different form, but if the energy of them is still present, it will manifest. Consciousness always expresses itself.

Learn to be the consciousness you are (I AM) rather than just bearing witness to it outside of yourself (separation).

As you live each day from your highest level of awareness, more will be given. Truth flows energetically and increases as you allow what you already have to flow out. Consciousness can not exist as empty space, and the truth you live and allow to flow out immediately fills in with more.

Truth is infinite.

All third dimensional situations are temporary and many of you have reached a readiness to leave behind the things that may be holding you in bondage to something finished. You are ready to be free.

It is time.

Humanity is in the process of awakening from a very deep sleep, filled with myriad dreams and nightmares. Some of the dreams have indeed been enjoyable, but the nightmares have left many in intense pain and suffering – and they seem intensely real. When you awaken the memory of them will fade rapidly as you settle back into the divine and infinite field of Love, Reality, the state of perfect peace, joy, and harmony that in truth you have never left. It is your HOME! And there is nowhere else.

What you have been experiencing as humans for eons – in truth only momentarily – is unreal, illusory, even though the moments of joy and happiness you have had are experiences you would, as humans, want to remember, and probably repeat.

When you awaken, as you will, realization will dawn on you that there is nothing from the illusory experience that you would wish to re-experience or to hold vividly in your memories, because what you will experience when you awaken is way beyond any joy, happiness, or pleasure that you have enjoyed while you have been asleep and dreaming. As humans, living the illusion, you have had joy-filled dreams, but on awakening they have faded away and been seen as very inadequate, because they were unreal, when compared to the joys and pleasures of the illusory reality that you are experiencing as seemingly fully awake humans.

Your Real awakening will fill you with joy so deep, so intense, that all memories of the dream will fade away instantly as you embrace Reality, Love, Oneness with your divine Source, the state in which you were so lovingly created to experience infinite and eternal joy.

You are, each and every human who has ever lived on Earth, awake, alive, joyfully, eternally, and fully consciously aware in every moment of your Presence in the Presence of God, your divine and infinitely loving Creator – Source, Father/Mother/God . . . whatever words work for you to name, define, or describe the Supremely loving and infinitely wise Intelligence that is All, that is Creation, that is YOU! There is no separation, you are One with God in every moment of your eternal existence. You are an endless state of pure joy.

As humans, to awaken is your purpose and, as all are One, that includes assisting everyone else to awaken. When you go within, to your holy inner sanctuary where the Light Of God’s Love is always present – even though you placed a flimsy and tenuous veil between yourselves and the Light to hide you from It – your intent to be only loving and to assist in humanity’s awakening process is enormously powerful and effective, even though you do not sense or feel that. Your loving intent pierces the veil and becomes one with the divine intent that humanity shall awaken. Do not underestimate or disparage the power of your loving intentions, because when you do you effectively sabotage those same intentions.

You are all infinitely powerful beings, the perfect children of God, but you have, temporarily, hidden your knowledge, your awareness of this factual information from yourselves. When God created you He gave you everything that He had just by creating you One with Him. Everything that He is He shares or extends completely unconditionally with all of creation. You are all all that He is, in no way are you less than anyone else or less than God Herself, because God only creates perfect extensions of Herself.

It is not arrogant let alone insane to recognize and accept that you are not less than your divine Creator, because the Light, the Love, the Wisdom, the Intelligence, and the Power, in fact all that is God is also You. When you awaken this will be instantly and abundantly clear to you. However, in your apparently separated state as humans, that truth makes no sense at all, because your intelligence, your ability to understand divine truth is most severely curtailed.

While you are going through your awakening process all that you need do is open your hearts fully to the field of divine Love, in which all exist, and allow It to permeate your entire being. Do not block It for fear of not being worthy, not being good enough, or because you believe that God will judge, condemn, and punish you for the faults and sins that you believe you have committed. Those negative self-judgments are part of the illusion, they are judgments of what has occurred while you were asleep and dreaming and, as you know from your experience as a human, what occurs in dreams is unreal! You wake up and find that nothing has changed, and the dream fades away.

Remember, GOD IS LOVE! That is where you need to focus your attention, because Love is unconditionally accepting of all of creation, which is what It is, and therefore, neither can you nor will you ever be excluded! God is your eternal Home from which you have never been been refused entry or turned away, you just chose to experience something other than God, and built the illusion in which to have that experience. It is an unreal dream state from which you cannot avoid awakening.
Celebrate! You are now in the process of awakening into the Reality that is your permanent and eternal Home. Without your presence It is incomplete, but It can never be incomplete, therefore you must be there already!

To awaken is your human task, a task that you cannot fail to complete, perfectly. So, go within daily and commune with the Light of God’s Love that is ever-present there, as are You, and feel the Love that enfolds and embraces you in every moment, encouraging you to wake up.

Freedom Present

The Core of Ascension is adaptability. It is merely a time of rapid evolution as humanity shifts into a blended focus of the subtle and physical realms. This focus accompanies a physical shift as the cellular structure must flow and adapt to a higher frequency, or expanded bandwidth of interaction.

To accommodate this physical shift, your mental and emotional focus (your subtle bridge) must change into a more fluid openness. Rather than rigid dependence on facts, it is a blending of factual and intuitive data. One does not polarize toward the limitation of either/or, one balances factual observance with intuitive potentials.

Freedom is an internal state of being. It is a learned behavior of letting go of unhealthy control and opening to the flow of Life. Jesus spoke of this as "the peace that passes all understanding." As you move past fear, you create a new safety in your data bank of understanding life. You become more open to new experiences, less imbalanced by criticism or opposition, more patient with timing, more loving with others and yourself—it is an evolved state of being. It begins within.

Past Released

Trauma is a relative term. It denotes a huge event, but to define trauma actually depends on one’s perspective and sensitivity. Children have the perspective of being smaller than most of those around them. Empaths have the sensitivity to deeply feel the emotions of others. What is traumatic to one person, may just be an annoyance to another, but the effect can be just as real.

PTSD

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is an epidemic in my opinion. We are familiar with veterans or victims of war being diagnosed with this disability, yet I see this disorder affecting many.

Many adults have lived through a stressful emotional environment as a child and have developed life-long coping mechanisms to manage past trauma. Sometimes an adult will develop PTSD from a stressful relationship with a spouse, a co-worker/boss, an unstable neighbor or stranger. Trauma such as a home robbery, even where no harm was done or there was no interaction with the robber, can cause PTSD. The death of a loved one, divorce, financial loss—the list is endless.

The human psyche is prepared to deal with stress, some of it can even be useful. But in general, our societies have developed to create a constant stress of survival, competition, and fear. There is a foundation of domination/suppression that expresses in varying degrees throughout the world. This pattern of domination/suppression creates a vague (sometimes obvious!) stress that keeps humanity from their internal power. I'm seeing some deep patterns of domination/suppression beginning to shift in a new way. This is a powerful time of change.

Recognizing Trauma

The body has a natural mechanism of compartmentalization that can be helpful when one is not strong enough to deal with the truth, so honor your pace.

Begin by looking broadly at your response mechanisms. They may feel vague at first, they may feel as if they apply to something outside of you like the economy or societal norms. This process of observing will open you to allow healing and resolution.

Do you feel impending danger often?
Do you find yourself feeling held back, unsure, or incapable?
Do you find yourself afraid to speak up, worried often, or overwhelmed by “normal” things like being around a family member?

Digging Deeper

If you notice a response to a previous question, ask yourself why. Why do I feel [afraid to speak up]? Notice what thoughts surface. If you find nothing coming, let it go. Know that your answer will come at the appropriate time. It can be a subtle experience of someone popping into your mind.

Recognize and affirm your safety in the moment. If needed, seek help from someone that feels appropriate.
Let yourself express verbally—whether written in a journal, or shared with a counselor or friend—so that you can mentally understand yourself. Understanding is a bridge.

Let yourself express emotionally. Let your emotions evolve into strength instead of suppression. Emotional resolution/transformation is the “new shores” after you actively cross the bridge of understanding yourself. I often recommend having a variety of supports to release/resolve emotions. Some examples are friends/family, music, movies, nature, journaling, movement/dance, etc. Teach yourself that you are safe feeling an emotion.

To feel angry about something can be a healthy first step. It does not define your future, define your identity, or define your actions. It is merely allowing your human self to be loved and honored into a new wisdom. You will not stay there as you focus on changing yourself. You will merely learn to understand (mental body) and Love (emotional body) yourself into a new freedom and safety (physical body) on Earth. You are anchoring unconditional Love for yourself (spiritual body) and that will begin to shift how you interact with All Life.

Activate Your Divine Nature

Every time you release something, you activate something and vice versa. The invisible engine of life fills every space. As you release a trauma, you are slowly filling yourself with (activating) new information—the information of your safety, your capability, your strength, your freedom.

It is the work that creates a real change from within. It is the work that changes the human condition. A “trauma” can be a small thing, too. If you’re not feeling any connection to trauma (or fear, stress, etc.)—congratulations! The freer you are within, the freer Life will be to flow through you. You are so worth the effort. The rewards of internal freedom continue to expand—you and Life on Earth.

It’s a new month and one that will be a little quieter than March, I can already feel the energy shifting as I’m writing this, with two more days left in the month. We can take a big sigh of relief now, because we got through one of the most powerful power periods that we have had in a long time. But don’t get too comfy because April has an eclipse and it’s time to sift through the ashes of the Phoenix to decide what we’re going to resurrect, what is well beyond its ‘use by’ date, and what has made its own exit out of our lives.

The total lunar eclipse on April 4th is the partner to the October 8, 2014 eclipse and it activates the Uranus/Pluto square #7 of March 17, 2015. This was the one that corresponded with the 7th chakra or energy center, our divine source connection. That doesn’t mean that all we have to do is stand on the corner and wait for the savior bus to come by and rescue us. It means that we are activating our divinity, the powerful, connected, masterful part of ourselves that we need to access if we are to live in our highest frequencies and through our greatest potential.

We are in an evolutionary ascension pattern that is increasing in intensity as we are able to integrate more energy. The more we open up to energy, the faster it comes in. Sometimes we’re tempted to wait until the flow ends, so we can see what we’re facing, but that doesn’t work. As soon as we open the door to receiving energy, it rushes in and the more we receive and raise our frequencies, the more we can receive. It can be a little overwhelming, which is why we need to make room for it by clearing out our current energy space.

If you follow me on Facebook, I share that I know when a lot of energy is coming in because I have the urge to clean my house, to clear space, to re-organize my cabinets, and get rid of things. While my physical space benefits from the re-organization, on an energetic level I am clearing space for new energy. “As above, so below, as within, so without.” The urge you have to suddenly clean out every closet in your house, or go through twenty years of old papers and photos, is your confirmation that you are creating space for new and different energy to enter your life.

But what do you do with everything that is being shuffled around in your life? There are three choices you can make now, to organize your energy space and make choices that serve your intentions. The Phoenix, the mythical creature that destroys itself so it can rise from its own ashes, has burned, now it’s resurrection time.

What do you want to resurrect or create a new version of? Anything that ‘doesn’t work’ has run out of energy road for you. The dream may still be valid, it just needs new energy, a new intention, and maybe even a bigger purpose. Sometimes things don’t work because we don’t set a high enough standard, don’t dream big enough, block our own progress, or don’t allow things to expand to their full potential. If it’s something you still want, you can resurrect it by creating a bigger, more fulfilling outcome for it. And be open to different versions of that outcome too, allow some room for miracles.

What is beyond its ‘use by date’? You know when something is simply over because you have lost your energy around it and while you may be putting energy towards it, there is a lot of obligation, commitment, and responsibility, with very little fun and ease. If you’re hanging onto something that may get better one day or later, it’s probably time to let it go now. Everything in your life occupies energetic space and anything you’re hoping will eventually change is occupying the space of something else that is ready for you right now.

What is making its own exit out of your life? Some things, people and situations, quietly walk out the door under their own energy and we’re didn’t do anything to cause it, at least not directly. All of our connection points change when we make an energy shift. Then everyone and everything in our life has to decide whether they can, will, or want to connect with us at these new levels. They may not be able to and so they leave. Sometimes that departure is graceful; at other times, when they don’t have the courage to say “I can’t”, they will do something foolish like have an affair, disappear, create a huge argument that ends in a tearful good-bye, your job ends, your landlord tells you they’re selling the house you live in, there are lots of ways this manifests. It can be upsetting and disruptive, but it’s just something that is disconnecting from you because it cannot meet you at your new and different frequency.

It is tempting to believe that we could have done something more or different, but everything and everyone is choosing right now and they don’t choose ‘against us’, they choose for themselves and what is right and best for them. Your shifting energy faces them with a powerful choice — shift their energy too or find someone who is at an energy they can be more comfortable with. But they’re helping you create space in your life for things that resonate at your energy, so it all works out.

You may feel like your entire life has been turned upside down and inside out now, that nothing is stable or secure and in a way it isn’t. We have limited ourselves in many ways for a long time and now we need to expand our frequency, vibration, and consider new levels of potential. To do that we need to clear out what’s occupying that space in this moment. Once the dust settles, everything that serves us and resonates with our intention will be with us and everything else will not. But, since we have cleared space, we have made room for new energies to enter our lives. And this is what we will see in April. So be ruthless in your house and self clearing, create your most powerful intentions, and let new energies in. They’re available for you now, all you have to do is open the door, invite them in, and make sure there’s room on the couch so they can get comfortable. Have a wonderful month.

Beloved Ones,

As you let go of all your old ideas and expectations of how things should be and open yourselves to the new dimensions of reality that are coming forward, you are individually, and collectively, being given the direction of the next step on your path and the greater part you are playing in the overall plan for humanity’s evolutionary journey. Pay attention to the trends that come up through the words in conversations with others, books that you are now reading, the stories on the news media and the movies that you are watching. Quite often, Spirit works through these avenues to bring awareness to you of the direction each of you and the greater collective are now traversing. These all offers hints and clues of that which comes forward at this time to give guidance and direction. You will know the way forward by being still and listening to still small voice within you. As you make connection with the higher aspects of your being, you tap into the eternal source of the divine which is the true source of your power. As you align with divine will, it invites the resolution and manifestation of all that you need to realize in the understanding of your true purpose for being on the planet in this moment of now.

All that you have been visioning and intending is now coming together to create the reality you have been seeking but you must let go of any preconceived notions of how this should be and just let it happen. By always intending the highest good and the highest outcome for all, you activate the invisible universal forces that work in unison with you to bring into manifestation all that you desire. Allow this new impetus to do its work in your lives and go with the flow of the events as they come forth. Have faith that you are on the correct path to bring to you the highest and greatest good that you have desired. Accept all that you are offered and open the gates of gratitude so that the flow continues. As you release your attachment to the outcomes of that which you have envisioned, you open the floodgates of the true measure of the essence of what you have been seeking and it will surely come in divine timing, bringing success in all of your aspirations.

Your creative projects will bring success as you align with the divine consciousness of all life in the cosmos and which brings to you the manifestation of your higher destiny and highest outcomes. Accept all that is surfacing with love and discernment within your heart. You are exactly where you need to be on your spiritual journey and all is unfolding with grace and ease. It is a good time to be proud of your accomplishments in your individual and combined efforts and to allow your greater light to shine. Be alert to the possibility of picking up the energies and the feelings of others. Reset your boundaries should you see that this is occurring. Maintain a healthy self respect and self esteem as you remember that you are as unique and as worthy as any of your sisters and brothers who are also co-creating their realities. It is the commonality in mutual goals that must be focused on and how best to serve in that respect rather than allowing others to override your own inner knowing of the path you should follow. Stay true to yourself in all things.

Recognize the truly divine being that you are and the perfection of your path in life so far. It is through traveling that path, with all its challenges, obstacles and experiences that you are now in this new place which beckons before you. Explore this new place and begin to discover all the limitless possibilities that your expanded consciousness, awareness, connection and purpose brings to your inner knowing and make the most of that knowing in creative and loving ways. Look upon your sisters and brothers in the highest light, love and compassion and in this way you empower each of them to be all that they can be. Move through life with more strength, courage and confidence in the direction of your goals, to achieve all that you desire and be not afraid to express your individuality. Speak your truth when needed, with honesty and integrity when you communicate with others and know that you are worthy of being listened to and heard. From this place of empowerment, you will always feel happy and content, just by being you.

Whatever it is that you wish to create in the world, it must first be cultivated from within in a clear vision of what you truly desire. The picture you hold in your mind of how you see yourself serving and creating, working and living will bring the needed support in manifesting this into your reality. See and feel this vision clearly, acting as if you have already manifested and received it. Visualize yourselves in your desired situations as though it is already real. Spend time in experiencing how it feels to be there, what it looks like and what it tastes like. Start thinking and acting as though it is already manifested in your daily existence. Love whatever it is that you do and celebrate your creations as they come into fruition. Experience how good it feels to have your true inner light moving through you into the world. It is time for you to shine!

The recent Eclipse Cycle was truly a gift. So powerful. So clarifying. I've noticed through private channeling sessions and posts in our private Legion of Light Facebook group, that many are feeling a complete rebirth taking place in their lives. I know I am.

Of course, there are other experiences as well.

There are diverse ascension pathways unfolding in our world. You get to choose what timeline you're on, and you create your moment to moment state of mind and energetic frequency. You decide what you encounter is true and will be integrated into your life and the way you see things.

In the transmissions I'm receiving there is a very subtle, and clear feeling of return and coming home. It's a coming back to our human lives, informed by the wonderfully new way that we now understand life.

As I'm shown this, I see this long arc of expansion and clarification. This will continue as Earth is in an ascending energy flow.

As this expansion occurs in our lives we get more oriented to the fullness of our being and the non-physical realms. The purpose of this is not so much to having unusual multi-sensory experiences, but to facilitate our remembering.

We are awakening to the truth of our divine nature, our Godhead. As we begin to understand and claim our divine true nature, we are transforming. A lot of this change happens first in an inner experience. It happens within our meditations and our inner sight. For many of us as we awaken and experience a metamorphosis, just like the butterfly there is a time of withdrawing from our prior life. We step out of the stream of what was. To one degree or another we break out of old energy patterns there were the habits of our old lives.

At some point there is a deep integration and return. I see that happening in many lately. Although some of us are living the integrated truth of our inner spiritual knowings, and the demonstrated manifestation of what we know to be true, many are not yet.

For many the inner experiences and outer manifest world still feel very different and very separate. For example, -- work that displeases and is unsatisfactory, yet a spiritual practice that feels rich and acknowledging. Health that is low-energy and fraught with pains and illness, yet an inner knowing that you are perfect and divine.

There is an option to claim your own integration and experience true blended being. How do you do this? You follow your heart's desires and through that path, you discover how to live as the blended being you've become and are in your home and in your inner meditations and knowing, in all parts of your life.

As we apply our inner knowing, from a sovereign perspective, we begin to truly blend our being. Living our truth fully, and doing so in human life, HERE on this planet, with what IS for us, is how we open up our new expanded capacities. It's the path of living our truth that blends the absolute and relative energies that make up who we know now ourselves to be.

We integrate the insights and rememberings of our true nature, the glimpses of the absolute that we have felt and sensed as true, into our relative, beautiful human lives. It's the way we create on Earth our human and divinely inspired version of heaven. Again and again, continually revising, expanding, learning, discovering, growing in practical human ways and in expansive spiritual ways.

For each of us, this integration will emerge and balance differently; expressing our uniqueness. Yet for all of us it will involve a deep embracing of our humanity and grounding fully into this life experience. The energy of our focus will concentrate more fully on a sovereign expression of our human life. A cultivation and joyous creative flow day in day out as we continue to open up the gifts of our being, here.

Flipping the Mirror to Liberate the Godhead Within

"Beloved friends, let us start today by inviting you to turn further inward. To intentionally open you heart by placing your attention there. Attention remember amplifies. It also opens. Then with your attention on your heart gradually allow that focus of your awareness to extend so that you become aware gradually of the field of light that you are, present here.

As your awareness is expanding and encompassing the field you are, feel your way into this energy field, this human energy system that is your life. How does it feel to you? What do you notice?

Can you sense the rate of vibration in your field? The movement of the very energy that is you. As you imagine and feel this, using your psychic capacities to notice and perceive whatever you notice and perceive, what if you just turn it up right here right now? What if you just turn up the rate of vibration? What if you turned up the frequency of your energy? Do that now and raise it at whatever rate you feel comfortable to. Whatever speed appeals to you as a new state of being. Take a moment now and intentionally accelerate the vibration of your energy just as if you were turning a dial and tuning upward your frequency because it is truly that easy.

Play with this a little bit. Like directing the body field to speed up. As you do this notice the emotional changes. Notice the way your mood changes a little bit or a lot depending on where you begin and where you go. Dare to turn your frequency up even higher than you really want to just to see what it feels like and then choose and settle into a frequency that is higher than you began that feels good for right now.

As you do this we invite you to enjoy realizing how much control you have over your own state of being. We want to point out one very clear and obvious thing for you to take in. Your body changes your mind. As you change the energy of your field you change the energy of your body and your body in turn changed your mind and all of this changed your mood or your state of being which is perceived in your mind.

Over time if you stayed in this upward pitched energy you would become more accustomed to this higher state of being. It would become more familiar and as we spoke of yesterday familiarity is important because human beings are inclined to find more attractive and to move towards and to stay with that which feels familiar and comfortable. So becoming more familiar with an uplifted state of being will help you to go into an uplifted state of being and stay there more often and longer. If you were to do this, which we would suggest you do for two minutes, all kinds of hormones would be released in your body and chemical changes would take place. This would help you to cultivate your mood and your state of being. It’s like you could get up in the morning and just turn your frequency up if it’s not already up and if it’s already up you can turn it up higher and find intentionally the way you want to feel. Pretty nice isn’t it.

These are simple little things you could do for two minutes once or twice a day that would really help you to feel better. If you care about yourself, you will let life be easier, and so we are suggesting this as a way you might do that.

Caring about yourself is an essential aspect of awakening and it is through caring about yourself that you create your presence in a way that really works for you. It is that attunement to your own well-being which helps you to have the capacity as well as the feel good courage to be who you truly are. It’s important that you let yourself feel good.
In feeling good you let more of you come forth and more of you coming forth is integrating more light into form which is the whole method of becoming the New Human and it’s the reason that we are here.

New Human there are so many ways that the world and your bodies are changing and so many people have spoken of the awakening of dormant DNA within your body and the fact that the light is opening up these dormant structures and opening them to activate a fuller expression of you. You have also heard that thoughts are things and that negative thoughts create congestion and eventually lead to illness or disease. You are well aware of how light can change things and how your thoughts can change things. What we want to point out today is that it works in reverse too. That you change the quality and the nature of light and that your body for example can actually change your thoughts.

What does all of this mean? It means that you can begin anywhere. You can begin anywhere and open up more of your life to light and love, to feeling good while doing so. It means you are affecting the nonphysical. We know that you know this but we don’t think you really fully see the deepest implications of all of this, the truth of your being, your Godhead. You are affecting all of us in the nonphysical family of light. You are uplifting us, inspiring us. You are helping us expand and open more fully to our own light and expression. We are dancing together in powerful ways and it’s important for you to know that we are paying attention to you and you are paying attention to us and this is amplifying and expanding everything.

We are choosing, we are choosing to pay attention to you. We’re not paying attention to you because someone told us to. We’re not paying attention to you because it’s our job. We’re paying attention to you because we want to. We’re not paying attention to you because you need our help. We’re not paying attention to you because you are weak and we are here to be strong and to protect you and make sure you’re okay. This is all very important. We’re paying attention to you because we’re fascinated by your experience. We’re fascinated by what you are doing and being and becoming and creating in the material. We’re playing our part in the material being changed by you and we’re fascinated by all of this and impressed and inspired.

You are well aware in your world of how paying attention to the outer world, the material, can be beneficial or not. Remember that if you are paying attention in ways that your perspective is in alignment with all that you are then you feel good. If you’re paying attention to things with a perspective that is not in alignment with the fullness of your being you feel less good or even awful. Feelings remember in your realm of focus are indicators of alignment. You are aware also that paying attention to things amplifies them. We want you to see how amplified we are by you paying attention to us and how amplified you are by us paying attention to you and together we are all enlarging and expanding our creative influence and our potential and we’re focused together on very particular topics. On very particular qualities of energy and those are the qualities of energy we are inspired in a shared way. We have a shared interest in these qualities of energy and so we are enlarging and expanding them. As we do we are also enlarging and expanding our creative influence and our potential. When I say our I mean all of us physical and nonphysical. It works both ways.

In this realm of focus in which you are playing it is so absolutely important for you to feel powerful and confident in order to express yourself as the New Human.

We want to speak very pointedly about this today and to ask you to consider your relationship to yourself.

We invite you to know really that you are God. You are divine beings descended into a realm of physical focus with the aspiration of the joy of it. You came here knowing your presence would transform this realm through your remembering and your awareness.

You are divine. You are immensely creative and powerful and it is important that you fully claim this. The awareness of this is available to you and we are stressing it today and showing you the way that things work on so many levels because you have to claim this to live it.

We have been talking quite a lot about the fact that there are realizations for many of you which are now being integrated in ways that are approaching knowledge, approaching the capacity to live in an integrated fashion from what you have heard, resonated with, recognized as truth and understood.

The first step of all of this is really to claim this.
I am a God.
I am a divine being.
I am as good as it gets.

I…am…as…good…as…it…gets! I am as good as any being there is – physical or nonphysical. Does it surprise you that we say this? We have to say this for it is not only so but in an essential aspect of realizing your awakening.

Another component that we want to point out with regards to claiming your awakening: the Earth realm is not less than the nonphysical.

Dying and coming into the fullness of your being once again is not preferable to being where you are now. It is definitely not preferable to being where you are now when you’ve accomplished your remembering. It is just an ending of the game. That’s all.

When you’re playing a really good game and you cannot quite figure out what the solution is or how to win in whatever way that is defined, or if you’re creating something you’ve envisioned and you’ve almost got it what’s the most fulfilling thing? To get it, to win it, to discover it.

When you were young and you were playing a really fun game the last thing you wanted was for your mother to call you in the house to eat dinner. You wanted to finish the game and to have many moments where you discover your own capacity to win. Living this way is the way to feel your life in a fulfilling way. It is the capacity to do well on Earth, to be skillful in living as human beings, to have beautiful lives and relationships, to have beautiful experiences and ways to express yourself, to have abundance and physical vitality and hope and love and laughter and sharing. To define success on your own terms and winning on your own terms and then to achieve it and then to expand it and then to achieve it again and then to expand it and then to achieve it again and then to expand it.

This is the point of it all and in having this and being this radiantly happy then it all comes together and by this we mean you -- the nonphysical you and the physical, it all comes together. This is how you realize the awakening, your experiencing. It’s realized through and in this vehicle of your human life.

It’s simply up to you to claim it, your Godhead, your divine nature. To realize deities are not separate from or better than you. They are not more knowledgeable. They are not more capable. They are just aspects of the One just as you are. In this particular moment you are presently aware of any deities you know of as they are present in another realm. That’s it. That’s all. And it’s time beloved friends to demystify all of this quite explicitly so you can claim your true nature and do your thing here. So consider your Godhead today and truly sit with this. Truly sit with this.

One way to open this up more fully is to consider who do you think is better than you? Who do you think is more accomplished than you? Who do you think is more successful than you? Who do you think you need help from? Who do you think you’re dependent upon?

We dare you to stare that down until it shatters into clarity. Then we encourage you to claim this Godhead fully and entirely. To embrace it so passionately, so entirely that you allow it to emerge as it really is: as the core of your being.

And in this expanding inner knowing, all that is at odds with this will shatter and dissolve. Claiming this will shake out and spin off all the distortions of any kind of worship of others – physical and nonphysical. It will liberate you from any way in which you make yourself less than, wrong or not enough.

As this happens in layer upon layer what you’re left being and what you’re left with is the shimmering light of love that we already know as you.

Most people consider mushrooms to be the small, ugly cousins of the plant kingdom, but theirs is a surprisingly beautiful and wonderful world waiting to beexplored. These beautiful mushrooms, captured by enthusiastic nature photographers, are a far cry from the ones you find in the woods or your local grocery store.

Most mushrooms, as we know them, are actually just the reproductive structure of the
fungus they belong to – their fungal networks expand far further underground, and some fungi don’t even sprout the sort of mushrooms that we’re used to seeing. In fact, depending on your definition of
“organism,” the largest living organism in the world is a fungus – there’s a honey mushroom colony in Oregon that occupies about 2,000 acres of land!
