So much has changed energetically since the December 21, 2018 Solstice it’s dizzying, and it’s still happening. Then more changed via the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon. These changes will only be followed by nearly constant changes throughout 2019 so, eyes and HighHearts wide open transmuters.

The night of the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon—which feels like it happened six months ago instead of only days ago—I checked it repeatedly throughout the evening and felt other humans reacting to it. It was visually beautiful and I was grateful for the clear night sky so I could watch the entire process unfold from the privacy of my backyard. What surprised me about it however was once it reached its peak, the energies changed dramatically and instantly. Another LARGE chunk of old lower things were suddenly gone the moment this eclipse peaked and I felt an explosive removal of the old and instantaneous insertion of NEW energies and codes. Remember back in April 2017, how Saturn got hit by seven solar flares to energetically free it from old lower things? The January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse had a similar energetic transformation, freeing the Moon of all past lower energies, negativity and distortions and has embodied the NEW energies.

This January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse energy swap-out was blatant, intense and took a split-second. As I stood there watching and feeling this, I was simultaneously saddened in a nostalgic sort of way and ecstatic, surprised and not surprised at the speed of this, and empty and full too. Empty of the old and full of more NEW. Another strange sensation and knowing about the ongoing removal of old energies and distortions and what remained of them and their etheric structures.

There’s been a great acceleration of the removal of old lower energies and instantaneous insertion and embodiment of more NEW higher Light energies and codes etc. since mid-December 2018. This quickening will continue during 2019 so be prepared to feel, I repeat FEEL, not think but feel the old world and its energies and intentional and unintentional distortions suddenly disappearing energetically more and more and more. This process has been happening all along but it has greatly accelerated since 2017, because we and Earth are capable of much more far more quickly being removed and replaced and not be injured or destabilized by these big evolutionary shifts and  processes.

As great as all that always is every time it happens the fact remains that many of we Forerunners, Blue Rays, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Embodiers, Transmuters, Gridworkers etc. have to physically go through these cosmic energy changes in our physical bodies. Not every Forerunner, Blue Ray, Starseed, Lightworker, Embodier, Gridworker etc. does however. This has always been a big confusion in the Ascension Community since the beginning.

Over ten years ago I wrote about this at TRANSITIONS and said that not everyone, meaning every Forerunner, Lightworker, Blue Ray, Starseed etc., was a framer in the Ascension Process construction crew. Nor were they all plumbers or electricians, stone masons or painters, concrete foundation layers or roofers. They all were and still are Ascension Process “construction crew members”—aka Volunteers—but they all, we all do NOT have the same specialties. One of my specialties is Transmuter, another is Lightworker, another Lightwarrior, another Gridworker etc.

Where I’m going with this is to say that not every Volunteer has the same abilities and specialties, which is why there are a lot of “construction crew members” that have not and will not experience personally transmuting old negative energies and all the physical body pains that goes with doing that. This is why there’s always been these huge discrepancies between all of us Volunteers; not everyone has the same capabilities and because of that they, we don’t all have identical Mission Work or jobs to do while incarnate on Earth in these bodies. The roofer isn’t better than the plumber and the plumber isn’t better than the painters and so on. Each is incredibly valuable because each has different abilities, specialties and jobs to do for All. There are far too many in the Ascension Community that do not know or understand this and look down on other Volunteer “crew members” because they are still experiencing physical body pains in 2019 and they are not.

My point is that due to the December 21, 2018 Solstice Earth core change that took place then and continues to today, and due to the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse, those Volunteer “crew members” that specialize in being able to transmute old negative energies and Embody and anchor the NEW energies in their physical bodies have been doing this again increasingly since mid-December 2018. The January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse pushed this process to another level for those Volunteers that are Transmutors and Embodiers and anchor the NEW Light energies on, into and around Earth.

I’ve tried to get this article finished since the day after the Lunar eclipse, but earlier this month my physical body started to, once again, do this very painful thing it’s done off and on since the start of 2017. I’ll have one physical body part suddenly become very painful and not work or be able to be used normally such as an elbow joint, a shoulder joint, hip(s) joints, bones in one or both feet etc. and the next day another area will start hurting and the next day another area and so on for a couple of weeks. It eventually gets so bad and painful that I can barely walk or stand and put my weight on my feet, and this has been the case again for most of January 2019. I’m going into detail about this because I know that many of you reading this (not all but many) have been experiencing the same amplified cascade of body parts and areas suddenly and for no clear reason go super painful day after day all month.

The reasons for this amplified physical body pains that many of us have dealt with in January 2019, is due to the December 2018 Earth core energy change, and then the January 2019 Lunar eclipse that removed abundant old negative distortions placed in the Moon long ago by Team Dark. What happens to the Sun happens to and in our physical bodies. What happens to the Earth happens to and in our physical bodies. What happens to the Moon happens to and in our physical bodies and so on. Every time old negative energies and distortions are removed from any cosmic body, the same happens to our physical bodies because those old distortions were in our physical and energetic bodies too. So as we get excited over more old lower energies, distortions and their structures getting removed, many of us (but not all of us) also have had the same process take place in our physical bodies and it freakin’ hurts! I’m sure we experience this in our own unique ways too but pain is pain and transmuting dense negativity is transmuting dense negativity so do NOT feel bad for feeling bad. Why? Because you are the only ones who can do this type of Volunteer Transmuting and anchoring Work for All. Let the other Volunteers play on the beach or go to meetings and do their things, the things we can’t do but know that they’re able to do things like that because you and I are specialists at transmuting the old and Embodying more NEW. Plumbers, carpenters, roofers, framers, electricians and more are all needed to make the whole thing happen and get built.

We have been in a major period of receiving high dimensional Light. This Light shines on childhood patterns, which have had a way of creating separation. However, there has been a clearing, which also may have had the effect of letting go of certain family members as well as the patterns set up then. Old emotions and beliefs of abandonment, invisibility, feeling unloved, as well as energies of anger, frustration, judgment and hate also are shown to you so they may be released and transformed to Love. These energies may also overflow into other areas of life, yet they began in childhood (as well as in other lifetimes). When released and transformed you may experience more Peace, more Joy and more Freedom, as if a weight has been lifted from you. All of this helps pave the way to the Solstice.

Also know if you have been feeling a sense of separation, depression, sadness and/or lethargy as well as wanting off the planet, it is the continuous wave of Light that helps see these clearly. Shame and unworthiness may surface as well. Whatever you experience can be seen in a variety of ways for as you are multidimensional, so is everything else. Whatever and however you are, will or have experienced what I have shared or other issues not written here, it is all for your transforming to be more Love.

Remind yourself that you are not alone in this, even while it may feel like it at times. Whatever you are experiencing is for your highest evolution, which requires a great healing/wholing within you. You may feel as though you're stuck or even retreating at times; you are never doing these things. If you find yourself blaming circumstances or others for what you are experiencing, release it; you have chosen all you are experiencing. Be open to all of it; accept what you feel. Do not try and move beyond anything, for that is a clever way your separate ego holds onto it. You may experience discomfort until you honor it, release it and transform it to Love. If you experience pain anywhere in your body, it may very well mean that that is where you hold onto the past. Be sure to rest, reflect and be compassionate with yourself. Take care of you; love you. Breathe and stay balanced.

The energy is shifting and expanding. We are vibrating at ever-higher levels as we merge with our Souls. This is not necessarily comfortable, as it calls for a great change in how we perceive ourselves, others and the world. As we shift, our Love and Light is greater and so we shine brighter and inspire others. Accept and allow. As we come into alignment with who we truly are, we also make everything easier, as we are flowing rather than resisting.

We are also in another phase of our bodies changing. Our food choices may shift yet again. As our cells and DNA change, we may eat less and choose different foods and drink; follow what the body wants; it guides us perfectly. We may find ourselves eating less; this is because our main diet is Light. Notice that what you once loved, you may not want anymore. Our vibration is shifting higher. How we eat not only affects us; it affects the planet as well, for there is no spearation between us and Gaia. The shifts in eating and drinking help to strengthen and energize us.

Not only are you connected to everyone and everything (Oneness), Oneness also means that whatever you think, feel and do, others feel it too; just as you feel what others are doing or not doing. It doesn't take being in a person's physical space, for energy knows no distance. If you have loving thoughts, those thoughts touch all. If you have judgmental thoughts, those radiate out as well. You need not send whatever energy you choose, for just being that thought or feeling or action touches all. Energy is vibration. What you think, say, feel or do creates a particular vibration. What vibration are you creating? If you complain or gossip, that energy flows out and attaches itself to whomever you are complaining or gossiping about. If you have loving thoughts and feelings, you create a vibration of Love.

When your actions are congruent with your thoughts and feelings, you manifest. And as always, what you attract is connected to who you are within. If you are not congruent, you will not manifest. This could explain why many are not manifesting currently. We each have the Power to change anything in our lives. First we release, then what we release transforms, then we can put our focus on what it is we wish to shift. It's quite simple. If you want more Love, be more Love. If you want more Abundance, be Abundance. This means to act as if...take that trip if guided, replace the old clothes with new ones if guided. Money is only energy; besides, Abundance is not only money; it includes all aspects of life. Realize too that we are all in different stages of Ascension. We are all on a “continuum of Light.” Therefore, to compare ourselves to another is meaningless. Being on a continuum also means that we constantly shift non-linearly. There is no such thing as A to B to C. You may experience great ebb and flow, depending on what helps you evolve. Regardless, be congruent in body, mind and Heart.

The Solstice occurs on June 21 at around 4 a.m. (MST). As we are in the Solstice energy, there is a great power surge, which we have been preparing for. This Solstice energy increases the pace. You may experience more things to release as well as the Power of Love. One is not separate from the other. You may release and feel Love at the same time, for we are multi-dimensional beings. There is a push to be who you are and to share your gifts; however and whatever they are. It is a push to see Love in everything. You may notice where you don't have much Love in certain areas. Amp the Love up.

Also, there is more merging of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine (Be-Do-Be-Do). There are electro-magnetic charges, which affect both ourselves and Gaia. The electro-magnetic energies sumbolize the union of both the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. The union of both helps us be more balanced in our being and doing. The Divine Masculine supports the Divine Feminine and propels us to take action on our inspirations and aspirations.

The timing of the Solstice is not limited to a certain date, as there is no actual time in the higher dimensions; there is only Flow. Be in Allowance with however the energies flow within you. What has been hidden from you will certainly reveal themselves to you so that you may choose to release what has been hidden or not. Much is revealed personally and globally. Just don't get distracted by what is occurring globally. Focus on self, for in doing that, you help the Earth. You may see and understand how life is changing one step at a time. The Power of the Solstice continues to help you be more conscious and aware and certainly many more will be awakening. Don't be attached to how this looks though; everyone has their own way of waking up.

During this non-time of the Solstice, you may experience some physical changes as well, including sleeplessness, headaches, louder ear ringing and in different tones. It is a time of assessing where exactly you are and what you focus on will definitely be manifest in your personal world...more than before and as you maintain congruency in body, mind and heart. There is and will continue to be much flux as you ebb and flow. Do not be concerned if it feels you ebb for a bit; you will flow again, as everything shifts. Focus on how you want to feel. If you do not like what you see, change your perspective. Integrate into your daily life how you want to perceive and feel. For instance, if you want more Patience, be patient. If you want to be more Compassionate and tolerant, be these.

Know too that by accepting exactly who and where you are is the key to moving forward. Hoping and wishing things were different is not not way forward. Embrace yourself as is while you, at the same time, focus on how you want to feel in the future. Of course, what you focus on in the moment is what you create in the future...one step at a time.

What to expect from the energy of the summer/winter solstice


Today we would like to focus your attention upon the energies of the winter/summer solstice now streaming heavily upon you, many of you will now begin to feel urged to once again move toward manifesting your dreams and desires. Many of you have felt as though you were stuck within a holding pattern that left you feeling unmotivated, uninspired and for many quite physically tired. As we have said time and time again, there is a time for integration and there is a time for acceleration. You are now entering a period to rapid acceleration. This is what we would like to further discuss at this time.


For some of you the thought of rapid acceleration may seem daunting, however there are still very many others who will welcome this period as they will be delighted to once again feel inspired, motivated and even compelled to begin to take the steps necessary to ground their dreams and desires here in the physical. For many of you, you will find that very large chapters are closing at this time, however with every proverbial door that closes another one is soon to open. Galactic cycles, collective cycles as well as individual cycles are in the midst of coming to a close; which of course will welcome new cycles, patterns and energy to begin.


As you all have passed through a strong integration and release period you are now ready to once again move forward. We do realize that it may seem as though you are continually met with similar obstacles that you cannot seem to escape, but we assure you, you are releasing in a much greater capacity than you currently realize.


Several months ago we encouraged you to choose your dreams and targets wisely as there will soon come a time where you will see your thoughts and focuses manifest into form in the not too distant future. We said:


“We remind you to choose wisely what you wish to plant, as you will find your harvest to be stronger and larger than years before. If you wish to plant your desires you will witness your dreams come to life. Do not let your fears get the best of you because you do not see how your dreams could possibly manifest, we remind you, things are not what they seem to be. This is why we say, plant your seeds wisely, for in a few months time you will reap the harvest of your seeds.”


The time has now come. You will begin to see the beginning manifestations of all that you have tirelessly worked on in the beginning months of this year. For those of you who have worked diligently on releasing all that no longer serves you, you will soon reap the benefits of carrying a “lighter” load.


Though you will likely begin to feel the sudden bursts of energy, insights, motivation and determination that seemed as though they had escaped you these past several months, we would like to remind you that force is not necessary in order to manifest your dreams and desires. Certainly effort is still required though force will only further delay what you wish to create. When you feel the urge to force the outcome that you wish to manifest, remember to take a moment, step back and allow for the path of least resistance to be presented to you.


You will witness the seamlessness of divine timing and synchronicity in your lives. We encourage you to keep your minds and your hearts open to the boundless opportunities, blessings and gifts that will soon be presented to you with greater ease than ever before. This is to be expected. Place your trust in yourself, in your ability to create all that you have dreamed of.


We encourage you to place your feet upon the path to creating the world you have yearned to live within. A full leap of faith is not required; all you must do is begin to take the first step to creating your dreams. And so we remind you, believe, allow and accept.

This is where each takes their power back, to unify and FORM our NEW Earth HUmanity through truly caring about what is truly important. A thriving, just and supportive society that is created and contributed to by each one of us. All of this starts within. The truly caring, the believing, the knowing and the "work" to make it happen. It takes everyone ready for NEW, ready for all to change and disclosing/sharing that which was hidden, bringing it all into Light, opening up to realize that the old systems do not work, have not worked and NEW ONES are necessary for where we are going now. You are the systems, the ones who make a difference here. You are the NEW. You are the one that opens your heart to connect with each other. We all are. You are the one that holds all, that must choose and be ready to anchor a whole new reality through your own higher consciousness here. You are the one... that must release every one of those old beliefs by holding on, while embracing the wonder, the brilliance and the magic that's available when your heart is wide open and fully connected to your own SOUL from inside and everything around you that's beautiful and wondrous too. You are the one that must respect, honor and love you, that must care about you enough. You are the one that matters and is more than enough, holds the KEY to the entire Universe, Galaxies and Gaia inside of you. You are the one that is CHANGE, the ONE that has the ability to CREATE, the ability to do anything you desire and can see with your heart. Getting your human on-board is your "job". Only you can. All of your dreams and desires are available, when you re-unite with your purest you from within. All the magic and wonder, the beauty... is an essence, and energy that you re-connect with. All of the amazingness emanates from within you, when you are ready to shift your mindset from "less". When you decide that you are ready, truly ready, to be happy beyond your wildest dreams. You can. The "circumstances" of awakening from a deeeeeeeep sleep (slumber), make you shake your head, rub your eyes and blow your human mind. The experience of being "shaken awake" or "shocked awake", of feeling discomfort, is all a part of the process of realizing what you could not see/was not fully visible before. The abruptness occurs when the vibration has raised high enough for your Higher Consciousness DNA to "turn on". Returning to Full Power within yourself means no longer accepting less that love in your own reality world, no longer accepting what does not support humanity, what divides, separates and forces one into submission through fear. This is the 3rd/4th Dimension, an illusion that each believed .... before... The Grand Awakening is changing this, as all are faced with their own HUmanity and more. To transition from a society (Earth) that's divided, in chaos to awaken, shaking up realities to open hearts, presenting the opportUNITY for each to reclaim their own power through Unity as Love, the opportUNITY is always there. Each has to take it, accept it, choose it and make it their "new reality"/world. Suffering is a mindset, it's the energy of your/the ego being experienced/played out. It represents attachment to an outcome, a need, a lack of power and love for self and each other too. It's a mentality, a old program/unconscious belief and energy that must be cleared from the cellular body.... how one experiences this is determined by many things. Mostly when each is ready not to suffer anymore and chooses a different experience, WHILE the ENERGY clears.... Bliss, magic, peace and love ... these are mindsets that create energy to be FELT and EXPERIENCED too. These too are a choice of raising our own vibration OUT OF THE OLD UNCONSCIOUS PROGRAMMING HELD and shifting all ourselves. This is each's ability and responsibility too. Others can assist, yet the ONE must be ready, or they hold themselves to EXPERIENCING less, because it's safe, habit or feeds a lack/need within where each prefers to put responsibility on others... this way is ending, the ability to not stand in your power dissolves with the veils of amnesia and all around you who become conscious too. :) Those who are conscious, realize that each have a choice on HOW THEY EXPERIENCE all, that each reality is a response and also understand that THE EXPERIENCE is what TEACHES our HUMAN ASPECT and wakes us up. We don't intervene to save, impose or try to change the experience that each chose to wake themselves up/open their hearts. We honor their SOUL's choices, while BEING THE LIGHT, SHINING THE LIGHT and opening up OpportUNITY for each to go inward to re-connect with their own Light and self-love too. As sleeping collectives awaken to EGO SEPARATION, it can get intense, because the ego aspect will do anything not to take responsibility, not to open their hearts, to impose, insists and keep things the same, out of fear.... which is no longer an option for anyone anymore. Your ability is to recognize, when the ego is present, when the heart is closed, to see the patterns, the programs, the habits, the fears, the separation and dissolve it yourself as Love. Dissolving it by not participating, not supporting, not allowing it to continue... this is just one your higher consciousness responsibilities as LOVE for all of us here. To not re-enter the old realms of amnesia and go unconscious too. YOU become the Guide, the one who shows the way, with your actions, your caring, your honor, your integrity, your respect, your kindness and your UNITY that you hold within. You are the one that is the center of Your Universe, the one that dictates which dimension you experience here. You are the one that created everything to experience, by what you held in your body, DNA and cells. As your body moves into RAPID ACCELERATION and release of all to raise it's vibration high enough to PHYSICALLY ASCEND FULLY, where NEW Earth is the reality that you experience every moment too, you will have to choose to honor your body, as it determines the Earth you walk on, the Vibrational Dimension you EXPERIENCE, the realities that present to you. As your Consciousness expands beyond your body, your body serves all new purposes and NEEDS you to listen to, love and respect it. Your body SPEAKS and tells you what it needs and what it's trying to do in order to evolve as a Multi-Dimensional Body for you. NEW Earth is all United, working together as Love. It's all of US sharing, holding the Light and making a difference in small ways, in huge ways... in every way... by not going unconscious/asleep anymore. It's each sleeping enough to dissolve the heavy duty veils. It's each ready to embrace a MUCH HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS EXISTENCE and make it reality here. Compassion is holding a SPACE for each to work through on their own, for each to transcend duality and struggle inside, it's providing an opportUNITY for each to step into their own power and return to loving themselves, so that they can love each other/all of humanity too. It's where each no longer accepts separation as a way of existing/living anymore. That was the way of the old. You, me, us... we all experience exactly what is necessary to bring each one of us into a higher consciousness existence through opening our hearts, so our higher mind consciousness can come on-line too. It's each's higher heart-mind consciousness that makes the impact, because of the power and strength held by each as we do. The Accelerated Timeline has been Chosen

We come with the exciting news that indeed the accelerated timeline has been chosen. Each of your higher selves were questioned and the consensus was that as a whole, humanity is ready for this big step. The higher energies have begun already and those most sensitive among you are already feeling the shift.  It is important that each of you bring forth the highest possible reality within your own personal being. To consciously make sure that all of your being, your thoughts, words and deeds reflect the highest timeline, one of full embodiment.


The greatest concern at this time is the amount of fear based information that is circulating. Understand that this information can be helpful in that it triggers within you what needs to be healed and changed. However, it can also serve to keep your vibration lower as the feelings of powerlessness will keep you locked into a pattern of victimhood. You must know that nothing can harm you as there are none that have dominion over an embodied soul. Your task is to embody all that you are. In the moments that you are presented with information regarding imminent doom whether it is financial, political, or environmental realize that you are safe and all is happening as it should. Throughout earth’s history there have always been rises and falls in cultures, economics, and great changes within the earth’s form and yet man has always persevered. As a fully embodied soul, you will do more than simply survive. You will find that while things still happen around you, you are able to maintain a calm knowing that all is fine and you will be provided for in each moment.


The acceleration will put all through tests to see who can lead by example. Who can maintain their vibration when all around seems to become more extreme?  Who will be able to alter another’s frequency by simply being the calm in the storm? These are the skills that will be tested and are greatly needed as all of humanity is now on an accelerated awakening course. This more intensive course does not mean that awakening will happen in an instant. It simply means that the energy will be increasing steadily and in turn it will pull forth all that cannot survive in the higher light at a rate faster than the previous collective timeline.  There will be those who choose to leave the planet and there will be those who will receive walk-ins (other souls) to continue the journey. This will be a welcome reprieve for those who have become utterly exhausted, yet their form is still strong.  For some the walk-in will simply assimilate the life and memories of the previous soul and it will look as if the person has had a new burst of energy and outlook on all around. For others the walk-ins will come in completely aware that they are a transplant and will use this to help awaken others.


An accelerated timeline also means that restrictions that were in place regarding assistance from the higher realms will be slowly lifted. However, at any moment you can supersede these restrictions and speed up assistance by simply connecting within yourself to the guidance that is available. When one goes within and strengthens the channel of communication, it allows for more aid to be given. It is not a higher being imposing their will on yours but you seeking help from your soul and giving the permission to be helped accordingly. The key is you walking in your power and understanding what is at your fingertips. It is understanding that you are the creator of your hologram and as a creator, you ensured that there would be those that will assist you on your mission.


Many more things will be uncovered within your world that have the potential to bring you sorrow. Do not let it. Instead, send forgiveness and love to those involved for the role they played within duality and send gratitude that all is coming to light. This is a much different frequency then anger and betrayal. One allows the discordant energy to simply leave your field and the other attaches you to what you find horrendous.  As that which is not a frequency match will become obvious, new technologies will become known that do resonate with the highest possible frequency. As more and more of you shift into embodiment, more of this information will flow.


It is imperative that all who are able, help to stabilize the energies that are coming to your earth at a greater pace and velocity than ever before. This can be done by simply envisioning your earth and its people accepting the energies freely, with little resistance and it altering all in existence.

Personal Note:


About 5 days ago as I was getting ready for bed I felt their presence (The Council) and their need for my attention. I found myself in a meeting where I was being asked questions regarding the acceleration, not only personally but my opinion on the collective.  The biggest question was if humanity was ready to let go of right vs wrong and to be able to see things from all sides. Could we begin to forgive what we may deem unforgivable? Can we begin to understand that we are indeed all one and that to forgive another is in fact forgiving ourselves? Can we release the fear of the unknown and step boldly into the realm of full embodiment?  Can we handle the acceleration of the energies in our form?


Two days ago, I was told that the Accelerated timeline has been chosen in the collective. However, just as there were those on an accelerated timeline while the collective was on a slower pace, there will be those who will opt for the slower growth in their personal timeline. Each soul knows exactly what they can handle. My hope is that as higher and higher energies stream into the planet that it becomes a more comfortable place for those that vibrate high, like the children.


I did ask to be shown the way through the energies and they showed me a life raft in the ocean during a huge storm. Our job is to stay on the raft (which represents maintaining calm and in our center) and that if we did fall off to quickly return to the safety of the raft. To stay out of the raft for too long could cause us to be injured by the rocks below or to be caught in the waves and pulled further and further from the raft.  As the world gets louder and louder so that the things needing changing can be heard clearly we need to stay stable and anchored within ourselves. What I did find very interesting is that the raft was not out in the middle of the ocean but close to the shore where there are rocks, breakers and under currents that threaten to pull one out to sea. We are almost there and the most tenuous part of the journey is at hand.


For many they will find that things they thought were coming will come faster and for others what they felt was around the corner has shifted and is no longer in the highest interest. The more work you do within to clear the beliefs, the more you will resonate in the higher frequencies and call forth the highest possible timeline within your life. They have also showed me that when each person is ready the original DNA will be restored and the crystalline body will be activated even stronger.


It can’t be said enough that self-care is very, very important. The biggest hurdle to self-care is really connecting and listening to the body. Can we listen to the nuances of what it needs as far as nutrition, rest, exercise, supplements, and most importantly love. We can talk all about what the body physically needs to get through this process, but where we tend to neglect ourselves is in the mental and emotional categories. This component cannot be ignored.


They have also expressed to me how important it is to COMMIT fully to this venture. When I asked for an explanation, as I feel many I know have committed everything to this journey, they explained that it is the mindset that must be changed. That we have to not only rejoice on the days when we feel good, but on the days when we feel rough. That to have in the back of the mind “I want off earth as soon as possible” is not committing fully. We have to be all in. That means being committed to connecting deep within ourselves, forgiving others and self of ALL – no matter how ugly, and in every moment expressing gratitude. It also means loving ourselves and others fully; seeing them in the highest light possible, seeing their soul. It is understanding that it is OK to not like what people do, how they hurt one another and forgive them anyway. It is having boundaries and leaving behind all that no longer serves, walking away but with forgiveness and thankfulness for their role in your growth.  Loving and forgiving another does not mean that we condone what happened nor that we need to play in the same sandbox; it is simply acknowledging that under all the layers and roles that they are a soul of pure light, just as you are.


It is also committing to leaving victim hood and all the ways we dis-empower ourselves behind. Often it is not the outside world that dis-empowers us the most, but our own inner talk. It is stepping into our power and really understanding to our core that we are the creators. It is understanding that when we find ourselves with things to be extracted (negative energy), it is because we were not whole and complete within ourselves.  Our job is to become whole and complete so that we don’t have space for anything that does not belong to us. Nature abhors a vacuum and when we have holes, it will be filled. It is thanking the things that attached for showing us that there is more work to be done within to be complete.


We are human and we have programming and filters that we have to work through and overwrite. There will be times that we are not happy, that we feel frustrated and times when we are our own worst enemy.  Commitment means that we become fully aware of it and change it as soon as possible. Commitment means actively seeking the awe and joy in each moment and understanding that our task is to fully embody our soul.


We are in for an amazing ride. The veil is thinning more and more, contact is being made in dreams, meditations, visions and through all the resources available (angel numbers, animals, songs etc.). The inner knowing within all is getting stronger and it is simply amazing. What a great time to be alive!

April Energy Report 2015

It’s a new month and one that will be a little quieter than March, I can already feel the energy shifting as I’m writing this, with two more days left in the month. We can take a big sigh of relief now, because we got through one of the most powerful power periods that we have had in a long time. But don’t get too comfy because April has an eclipse and it’s time to sift through the ashes of the Phoenix to decide what we’re going to resurrect, what is well beyond its ‘use by’ date, and what has made its own exit out of our lives.


The total lunar eclipse on  April 4th is the partner to the October 8, 2014 eclipse and it activates the Uranus/Pluto square #7 of March 17, 2015. This was the one that corresponded with the 7th chakra or energy center, our divine source connection. That doesn’t mean that all we have to do is stand on the corner and wait for the savior bus to come by and rescue us. It means that we are activating our divinity, the powerful, connected, masterful part of ourselves that we need to access if we are to live in our highest frequencies and through our greatest potential.


We are in an evolutionary ascension pattern that is increasing in intensity as we are able to integrate more energy. The more we open up to energy, the faster it comes in. Sometimes we’re tempted to wait until the flow ends, so we can see what we’re facing, but that doesn’t work. As soon as we open the door to receiving energy, it rushes in and the more we receive and raise our frequencies, the  more we can receive. It can be a little overwhelming, which is why we need to make room for it by clearing out our current energy space.


If you follow me on Facebook, I share that I know when a lot of energy is coming in because I have the urge to clean my house, to clear space, to re-organize my cabinets, and get rid of things. While my physical space benefits from the re-organization, on an energetic level I am clearing space for new energy. “As above, so below, as within, so without.” The urge you have to suddenly clean out every closet in your house, or go through twenty years of old papers and photos, is your confirmation that you are creating space for new and different energy to enter your life.


But what do you do with everything that is being shuffled around in your life? There are three choices you can make now, to organize your energy space and make choices that serve your intentions. The Phoenix, the mythical creature that destroys itself so it can rise from its own ashes,  has burned, now it’s resurrection time.

1. What do you want to resurrect or create a new version of? Anything that ‘doesn’t work’ has run out of energy road for you. The dream may still be valid, it just needs new energy, a new intention, and maybe even a bigger purpose. Sometimes things don’t work because we don’t set a high enough standard, don’t dream big enough, block our own progress, or don’t allow things to expand to their full potential. If it’s something you still want, you can resurrect it by creating a bigger, more fulfilling outcome for it. And be open to different versions of that outcome too, allow some room for miracles.
   

2. What is beyond its ‘use by date’? You know when something is simply over because you have lost your energy around it and while you may be putting energy towards it, there is a lot of obligation, commitment, and responsibility, with very little fun and ease. If you’re hanging onto something that may get better one day or later, it’s probably time to let it go now. Everything in your life occupies energetic space and anything you’re hoping will eventually change is occupying the space of something else that is ready for you right now.
   

3. What is making its own exit out of your life? Some things, people and situations, quietly walk out the door under their own energy and we’re didn’t do anything to cause it, at least not directly. All of our connection points change when we make an energy shift. Then everyone and everything in our life has to decide whether they can, will, or want to connect with us at these new levels. They may not be able to and so they leave. Sometimes that departure is graceful; at other times, when they don’t have the courage to say “I can’t”, they will do something foolish like have an affair, disappear, create a huge argument that ends in a tearful good-bye, your job ends, your landlord tells you they’re selling the house you live in, there are lots of ways this manifests. It can be upsetting and disruptive, but it’s just something that is disconnecting from you because it cannot meet you at your new and different frequency.
   

It is tempting to believe that we could have done something more or different, but everything and everyone is choosing right now and they don’t choose ‘against us’, they choose for themselves and what is right and best for them. Your shifting energy faces them with a powerful choice — shift their energy too or find someone who is at an energy they can be more comfortable with. But they’re helping you create space in your life for things that resonate at your energy, so it all works out.


You may feel like your entire life has been turned upside down and inside out now, that nothing is stable or secure and in a way it isn’t. We have limited ourselves in many ways for a long time and now we need to expand our frequency, vibration, and consider new levels of potential. To do that we need to clear out what’s occupying that space in this moment. Once the dust settles, everything that serves us and resonates with our intention will be with us and everything else will not. But, since we have cleared space, we have made room for new energies to enter our lives. And this is what we will see in April. So be ruthless in your house and self clearing, create your most powerful intentions, and let new energies in. They’re available for you now, all you have to do is open the door, invite them in, and make sure there’s room on the couch so they can get comfortable. Have a wonderful month.

This entire month is preparing us for an even more powerful next year. The 12-12 Gateway is just one more step of Power into being our Authentic Selves. Actually, there is no break between portals and gateways, yet they do offer a time in which to place our intentions and focus. Depending on where you are in your Ascension, this feels either freeing or challenging. The ‘freeing” is for those of us who have done the work along the way. The “challenging” may be for those who are resisting change. Of course, it is all up to one’s perception as to how it feels and perhaps it is a bit of both. When you perceive challenge, look and see where you might be holding on.


This Gateway will feel intense, either in its Freedom or in its challenge. Through all the work we have done, both inner and outer, we have been dissolving 3D/4D duality. That is such a relief. Most of us have done this by placing our focus on Unity Consciousness and Love, rather than being seduced by the worldview of duality and struggle. October and November were huge gifts for this very purpose, so December may feel lighter and this is because we see, feel and are experiencing more Light and more real Love. Many will breathe a big sigh of relief as 2014 comes to a close. We realize we truly are Divine and that we truly are creating our New Lives. With this Gateway we are expanding and filling up with even more Love…to Be and to share. We are more optimistic about life and we see how the many changes we have made have been beneficial for ourselves, Gaia and all of life.


We have been and are being gifted by tools for our mastery, which help us create anew; not just put a different face on old patterns. This is key. Don’t fool yourself by recreating the old in a different way. Be strong and see where you can step into uncharted waters to try on your new clothes. We will continue to restructure and anchor more firmly these gifts of mastery. The eclipses of October, which we are still in the energy of, did a great deal for us. As we look within and around us, we see how much has shifted. As you observe, you will notice that you are less attached to things you used to be so concerned with. Your body has changed, your habits are infused with choice and you might wonder where your “normal’ life has gone. Many are still letting go of their past by having memories of things that happened years ago and rather than assigning an emotion to them, we can view them dispassionately, which helps to release any pattern, belief or wound that was created then.


When we choose to jump backward into the 3D illusion through attaching to drama or the chaos of the world or by seeing things with 3D eyes, we wake ourselves up out of the illusion of doubt, confusion, dismay or disgust and realize we are much more than the little puppets we once were. What fun it is to have such Awareness!


I hesitate to use the term, that many have adopted, “the new normal.” Nothing is or will be normalized again. We will continue to grow, expand and evolve so that each day is a brand new opportunity to Be More. Each day of purposeful choice brings us closer to Soul-merge. We may discover that we have universal beliefs such as death, illness, aging, lack, work for a living and others that have been hard-wired for eons. Do you suppose that these are illusions? That may seem impossible, but is it? Aren’t we moving  from what we thought was impossible and into a time of anything is possible? Are you willing to see where your hard-wired beliefs are and begin to loosen your grip on them, allowing them to transform into possibilities and probabilities? Does God age? Aren’t we God-beings?


For years we have mentally dallied around with our Power. Now it is time to Be It! This means to stop doing meaningless things. If you don’t have Joy, Passion or energy-expansion for something, it is not for you. Be true to who you say or think you are. Rise up and Be More. See that every conscious and unconscious thought creates the next moments. We have transcended separation and that means we have stepped into our Power to decide and choose how we want to live.


Our journey is being greatly accelerated. This is not etheric only. This is real as it affects us mentally, emotionally and physically as well. In other words, it is time to get real and act from your highest knowing. If you are meditating and receiving the varied spiritual activations, it is important to walk your talk even more so. There is no avoiding the fact that we truly are the creators of our lives. No-one or no-thing is doing anything to or for us. We are in charge. This is another step into mastery. We are responsible for all in our lives, as well as for the energy we give off to others. We have awakened from the inside out.


Ask yourself, “Where am I going?” This isn’t to be answered in detail, because we don’t really know what lies ahead…or do we? In each moment we create the future. And it is not through our intellect that we do this; we do it with every feeling, thought and action we take in each moment. We are in a vulnerable place now; it takes great resolve and Awareness to keep our focus on the Now Moment, rather than being lulled back to sleep and stepping into auto-pilot. So it may help you to have some boundaries. What is it that you are willing to accept and what is it that you are unwilling to accept? Being loving and compassionate doesn’t mean that you are “supposed” to say yes to everyone that wants you to help them. You serve based on your Joy and Passion. It helps others know where you stand and helps them have Balance and Authority in their own lives. Some folks have not let go of their neediness or their refusal to empower themselves, so by you having boundaries greatly helps them as well, In fact, in most situations, it is more loving to toss the Power back to them, rather than have them give it to you. Stay balanced and put yourself first and then when you give, it will be from a full cup of Love with no resentment or the stress of “supposed-to.” Do you still feel that to be loving means you put yourself last and take care of, save, heal, rescue everyone else? This is of the old and is of separate ego. Ego then gets to say, “Look at me; see how many people I help?” And meanwhile you suffer from illness, stress, imbalance or however it manifests when you are out of Balance.


As you take care of yourself, you have more to give and are able to be a part of the Plan in a much bigger way, for you were born to serve Source. Your gifts help you and others. Others look at you as a role model. How you live your life is more important than all the words you teach. Do you flow with change or resist it? Do you share positively or vent your issues of victimhood onto others? Remember that everything is vibration. You are vibration. What are you sending out? One of our biggest jobs, that shifts so much, is to stay positive. This keeps your vibration high and affects all others as well.


During this 12-12 Gateway, be clear in your intentions and energy. And realize that this Gateway is not just occurring on December 12th. It is occurring now and the power of it goes to the next gateway of the Solstice.


You have reached a new level of integrating the high dimensional energies. With these energies come new information, new Awareness and an activation of the higher chakras and DNA. And while this seems etheric and esoteric, it is real and encourages you to step more deeply, purposefully and strongly into your Soul for your desired Soul-merge. Be patient with others (and yourself) for each is experiencing whatever they are ready for, as each of our paths are unique to us…based on where we’ve been and what we’ve agreed to before coming to Earth. Just know that we each have gifts and we each have a sacred path. Some know what their mission is and for some, it isn’t time to know. Remember, where you are is in Divine order and everything occurs in Divine Time.


Walk your talk, speak your truth and be all you have come to Be in this Moment. Let go of the outer worldview and know and Be the Truth.
