Welcome dear readers of the Arcturian Group messages.

Increasingly high frequency energies pouring to earth at this time are serving to bring up deeply buried personal and global fears on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels for many already awakened as well as for the un-awakened.

Much of this fear has its root in the programing that has taken place for everyone on earth throughout their hundreds of lifetimes. Mankind has been taught that if they are "good", obey the ten commandments, go to church, and follow the laws and rules of those in charge, God will reward them--if not on earth then in the afterlife.

These teachings epitomize the myth of separation, one in which spirituality consists of pleasing a male God made in man's image and likeness that resides somewhere up in the sky and who spends his time watching each person's every move in order to assign them to his naughty or nice list for future placement in heaven or hell. You who read and understand these messages have long moved on from this myth, but sticky remnants of it can and do often pop up to effect even the most evolved.

Intense higher dimensional frequencies of Light are exposing these still active lower resonating energies. This in turn is causing issues to surface through one or more areas-- physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Rather than reacting with shock, resistance, or denial if or when this happens, rejoice, for it indicates that you have attained the spiritual readiness necessary to acknowledge and clear these obsolete energies.

Occasionally the energy of some past life trauma or disease will physically or emotionally re-manifest for a short time as their clearing takes place. It is fine to seek some basic relief if a clearing becomes painful or intense but avoid remedies that obliterate the clearing process (heavy drugs).

As uncomfortable as some clearings may be, they are a necessary part of the ascension process as low resonating energy cannot exist in the higher frequencies. Do not assign power to uncomfortable clearings but rather simply allow the process to unfold and you will find that it soon completes.

Some believe that by clearing all old energy, they lose their individuality and become spiritually "neuter". Nothing could be further from the truth. Every life experience serves to create individuality. Energetic clearing removes energies of attachment, fear, and power accumulated from certain experiences, but not the lessons learned or the joys experienced which become a part of one's state of consciousness and unique soul signature.

All is proceeding according to plan. Have no fear for the success of Gaia's ascension process because the "train has left the station" and cannot be stopped at this point. Because the third dimension is under the influence of time and space, ascension can only take place as a process and that process is activated and governed by the collective consciousness of the people on earth.

No matter how many evolved galactic, Higher dimensional Beings of light, and spiritual Guides stand ready to assist, under the law of free will they cannot step in with their advanced technologies and higher ways to change and "fix" earth's problems. Change can only manifest from the consciousness of the people because consciousness is the substance of all form.

This is why so many Starseeds and highly evolved souls are presently incarnated on earth while more continue to come. They have chosen to be on earth at this powerful time in order that the Light of their evolved consciousness can become a part of the collective thus helping to shift world consciousness.

You are them.

Love is the frequency of ascension. When an individual evolves to where they understand and accept love to be the interconnectedness of the many within the ONE, they begin to experience this state of consciousness throughout all aspects of ordinary daily living where peace manifests and flourishes.


Love is continually preached, sung about, written, and filmed but usually in accord with three dimensional beliefs of blame, judgement, conditions, and concepts. Unconditional love is an attained state of consciousness that is able to see through appearances to the Divine that lies hidden within every person or situation.

This is not easy to change one's way of seeing the world because throughout eons of time and hundreds of lifetimes everyone has been three dimensionally programmed. This is what you are in the process of moving beyond at this time which doesn't mean you ignore or remain uninformed regarding personal and world events, but rather means that your daily agenda is no longer based in three dimensional values.

In the beginning, most students of truth continue to respond to certain people and events with "knee jerk" reactions. This is normal. Never judge, criticize, or feel yourself a spiritual failure for reacting in some old habit because this reaction is your first step toward recognizing old beliefs still being carried in consciousness. Ask yourselves; "What am I believing that is making me feel this way?"

As you begin to recognize and acknowledge old programming, you initiate the process of sweeping out the little hidden corners of your belief system that were not previously a problem. This in turn allows unconditional love to become natural and easier. You begin to meet situations, personal or global, from a higher sense of love, one not based in emotional attachment to someone or something but based in the realization that only God is.

Life gets easier as you attain a consciousness of Oneness. The I that I am flows ITself through energies of harmony, orderliness, wholeness, balance, cooperation, cohesiveness etc. An attained consciousness of Oneness cannot help but manifest as Divine harmony without personal struggle or thought. Solutions to even the most mundane of problems often simply appear and synchronicity becomes the norm.

This is how many master musicians, scientists, inventors etc. created their masterpieces--somehow and often without conscious thought they opened themselves to receiving original and high resonating ideas from within as well as from High resonating Beings there to help them bring original and often necessary ideas into form from the other side.

Some learned to be silent for a bit which allowed those never before manifested ideas in alignment with their profession or talents to flow into conscious awareness. Some believed that these ideas came from their mind but others began to recognize that there was a Source other than themselves.


Truly original ideas and solutions can never flow from the human mind but rather flow through it because the source of all knowledge and creativity is only present within just awaiting recognition. The human mind on its own is only able to access information already present in the collective.

Love is the key dear ones, for absolutely nothing exists but the one Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Omniscient Consciousness you call God and therefore of which, in which, and from which everything must be formed. There is nothing else--period. It is false, conditioned, and erroneous states of consciousness that form the world of duality and separation mankind has come to accept as reality.

All are brothers and sisters within the Infinite ONE, made of the same Substance and therefore embodying all the qualities of that Substance. Attaining the consciousness of this truth is to remember, live, express, and forever be the fullness of what in reality you already are. This is the goal of evolution.

Beings living on already ascended planets live their lives in the higher dimensional energies of oneness. Earth is being observed and assisted by these beings who understand because they too have experienced an ascension process although most planets did not begin at the density levels of earth.

Humans are not alone in the universe as so many continue to believe, nor are they the most intelligent species as you have been taught. Humans are an integral part of the vast collective of Divine consciousness manifesting Itself in infinite form, variety, and individuality. Those who continue to believe that they are alone in the Universe and that the human mind is the pinnacle of intellect are in for a great surprise.

Be not impatient with the process, for there remain many just beginning to become aware of the bigger picture behind world events and personal experiences. All will continue to move forward dear ones, for evolution can be ignored, denied, and avoided but cannot be stopped.

You are spiritual beings made of Divine Consciousness and can therefore change form but will never cease to exist. You are God individualized and not lowly beings subject to and needing protection from every three dimensional belief floating about in the universal collective consciousness. This is the reality of you, your essence, your soul, your real selfhood.

Never forget this and once and for all stop allowing others to persuade you otherwise regardless of how many college degrees they may have attained or what three dimensional positions of power they hold.

Claim your Christhood for that is the reality.

A Message to Lightworkers – August 23, 2019

This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angelic legions, and Archangels known as the Collective:

Greetings, friends! We are very glad to have this time to speak with you today.


Our writer [channeler] has asked that we address the fires burning in the Amazon Rainforest—what it might mean, and how the average person can help to preserve human, plant, and animal life in that region.


And we would say, that it is a shock to see so many acres of beautiful green going up in flames, so that if you feel a range of emotions—anger, sadness, or feelings of helplessness—that is understandable, and an indication of your empathy both for the people and animals who live there, and for the green plants and trees, air and soil of that region.


We would say, go beyond those emotions when you can, to a place of clarity and Peace, so that the recipient of your thoughts and feelings about that part of the world—the forest itself and all her beings—receives the reassurance and calm of your vibration, more than the density of it.

This is similar to what we have been saying over the past month or more, in that there are numerous plans taking place (many squashed before they can occur) that mean loss of physical life to people, animals, and/or trees and plants, as well as contamination of soil, air, and water.


And these appear at times to be entirely accidental, or entirely planned by those who prefer to see Earth and Her beings destroyed before they will be free.


And yet, there is far more to it than that.


Some of what is taking place is a purification and a rebirth of old Earth energies, so that as the New Earth emerges, yes—there will be a difference in terms of where coastlands end and begin, and in terms of what forests are planted and which are brought down, and the forms of living that certain tribes and nations have sustained for thousands of years.

None of this will make sense at times. None of it will appear preferable to you, because you have been carefully trained to expect life to carry on as it always has.


So that even shifts such as children leaving for college or to live on their own, or an elderly parent being moved to an elder care facility, or certain political or social regimes shifting over time, will feel unnatural and an opportunity to feel rattled, sad, or displaced in some way.


We would say, that is understandable given the old Earth stance that things should always carry on as they have in the past.


But that old perspective will no longer work now.


It cannot flow easily and happily with life as it is becoming on an increasingly fifth dimensional planet.


Now, we do not say that trees burning so that that region may be used for mining or any other destructive activity is a good or pleasant thing.


What we do say, is that those planning destruction for the sake of their own gain, or to maintain a psychological hold over a population, are planning their own demise, on one level or another.


In these times of increasingly faster manifestations in forms of higher Light the Earth has not seen for millennia, there is no planning of the old density with assured success.


Even that which occurred in September of 2001 did not go off entirely as planned by those who created the events of that day.



Rather than lowering the vibration of the planet, the entire world came together to express Love and support for those who transitioned, and for the families of those whose loved ones had moved on.


In that moment, the entire planet shifted to a higher vibration, in which Love was more easily expressed and more highly valued than it had been for millennia—and that vibration of interconnection and compassion continues to this day.

And so we look at the fires of the Amazon, a region of green and brilliant Life upon which at least some of the planet’s well-being has depended, and we see human beings more aware than ever of the precious, invaluable presence of that green luminescence which is also your own Spirit life, infused in the living beings around you.


We see you reaching out from a Spirit and soul level to comfort the indigenous peoples, animals, plants, and trees of that region, as well as its soil, air, and waterways.


And we see you determined to bring in the rains by your own visualizations, etheric commands, and all other forms of intervention your own Divinity is fully capable of enacting.

There are ways to regrow forests far more quickly than what you saw in third dimensional Earth, as there are ways to purify water, air, and soil that you have not yet tapped into in a mass movement. 



Yet that is not to say that you cannot or will not reach those solutions and forms of healing for yourselves and your Earth.


We would ask, that as you pray in Angelic and other higher forms of healing and assistance, not only to stop the fires and preserve life in the region, but to protect it from further dense interference, that you visit the region etherically and move the energies of calm, Peace, and healing to that place where outwardly you may only see aggression.

We assure you, nothing is out of control on your planet that you cannot resolve in ways that bring the current forms to a higher level than they were previous to the emergency.


There are numerous ways to heal the ravages of illness, flood, contamination, or fire.


One form would be to first anchor within your own energies the Love and calm of the higher realms, calling on your higher self to enter your being as much as possible, so that there is as little space as possible between you vibrationally.

Then go into the vibration of the unrest, whatever and wherever it is, and lift the vibration of that situation to the one that you are carrying from your higher self and/or the higher realms.

Go into the flames, in this situation, and calm them as if you were rain falling on them, or simply as flames dampened by the vibration of quiet and release.


We would say, that as the Earth releases much that has plagued Her over many, many centuries, She will indeed appear at times to be unleashing an agonizing pain or self-destructive expression that does not look to be positive or helpful to Her overall transformation.


And yet—has your own Ascension journey been so simple, so free of discomfort and rebirthing pains, that this would surprise you?


You are aware of the shock of energetic lifts that occur all at once, and the uncomfortable releases that result.


These can feel like a tearing away of what you have known for so long, and which seem to be utterly illogical, unhealthy, strange, and unplanned.


We would say, release the need for “business as usual” in Earth life, and in your own life, and with every single shocking event or ongoing situation, say, “I Am here to assist in this.”

We do not mean by this that you and your fellow Light Bearers have planned violent events or situations simply to grow from them.

Rather, you have come in at this time, to a planet in turmoil, precisely because for one, you knew She required your help and you answered that call, and for another, because you desired to remember your mastery and your Divinity—the Oneness of all Life—in the context of human passivity and victim consciousness.


Is that too great a challenge for most? For some, perhaps, but not for you.


You would not be unhappy about the developments of one situation or another if you were not here to address it with your fellow Light Beings in ways that transform it from the inside out.


And so we encourage you to take a moment right now—to call in your higher self fully and to feel the presence of him or her fully with you.

You may not feel very different physically or emotionally, and that is all right.


Call them in, and require that their presence, their mastery, and their vibrational capabilities come in to you in ways that your physical and mental/emotional aspects can integrate easily yet fully.


Then travel inwardly to those situations of unrest, suffering, or shock being felt by so many on the Earth now, and shift the resonance of those situations to a far higher level—one of Peaceful outcome, resolution, and Earth’s and humanity’s higher good.

Be willing to release all to their higher good, without demanding that all flow as only you would prefer.


Simply move the atmosphere of Peace and well-being into each situation, and require your higher self and Divine Self to revisit that area periodically, to re-instill those higher vibrations until they naturally resonate on that frequency on their own.


You may wonder whether this is the kind of intervention that is allowed, and whether it interferes with another’s free will choice.


Ask yourself, Is this my planet? Did I come here for a reason?

Did I come merely to observe, as so many are doing now in their ships surrounding the Earth?

Or am I here to fully participate, and reclaim the sovereignty and Divinity that are naturally mine, which have been denied me for so long?

That is your own question to answer, dear ones—we leave that journey to you now.

Evolving Conscious Creators

So much has changed energetically since the December 21, 2018 Solstice it’s dizzying, and it’s still happening. Then more changed via the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon. These changes will only be followed by nearly constant changes throughout 2019 so, eyes and HighHearts wide open transmuters.

The night of the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon—which feels like it happened six months ago instead of only days ago—I checked it repeatedly throughout the evening and felt other humans reacting to it. It was visually beautiful and I was grateful for the clear night sky so I could watch the entire process unfold from the privacy of my backyard. What surprised me about it however was once it reached its peak, the energies changed dramatically and instantly. Another LARGE chunk of old lower things were suddenly gone the moment this eclipse peaked and I felt an explosive removal of the old and instantaneous insertion of NEW energies and codes. Remember back in April 2017, how Saturn got hit by seven solar flares to energetically free it from old lower things? The January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse had a similar energetic transformation, freeing the Moon of all past lower energies, negativity and distortions and has embodied the NEW energies.

This January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse energy swap-out was blatant, intense and took a split-second. As I stood there watching and feeling this, I was simultaneously saddened in a nostalgic sort of way and ecstatic, surprised and not surprised at the speed of this, and empty and full too. Empty of the old and full of more NEW. Another strange sensation and knowing about the ongoing removal of old energies and distortions and what remained of them and their etheric structures.

There’s been a great acceleration of the removal of old lower energies and instantaneous insertion and embodiment of more NEW higher Light energies and codes etc. since mid-December 2018. This quickening will continue during 2019 so be prepared to feel, I repeat FEEL, not think but feel the old world and its energies and intentional and unintentional distortions suddenly disappearing energetically more and more and more. This process has been happening all along but it has greatly accelerated since 2017, because we and Earth are capable of much more far more quickly being removed and replaced and not be injured or destabilized by these big evolutionary shifts and  processes.

As great as all that always is every time it happens the fact remains that many of we Forerunners, Blue Rays, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Embodiers, Transmuters, Gridworkers etc. have to physically go through these cosmic energy changes in our physical bodies. Not every Forerunner, Blue Ray, Starseed, Lightworker, Embodier, Gridworker etc. does however. This has always been a big confusion in the Ascension Community since the beginning.

Over ten years ago I wrote about this at TRANSITIONS and said that not everyone, meaning every Forerunner, Lightworker, Blue Ray, Starseed etc., was a framer in the Ascension Process construction crew. Nor were they all plumbers or electricians, stone masons or painters, concrete foundation layers or roofers. They all were and still are Ascension Process “construction crew members”—aka Volunteers—but they all, we all do NOT have the same specialties. One of my specialties is Transmuter, another is Lightworker, another Lightwarrior, another Gridworker etc.

Where I’m going with this is to say that not every Volunteer has the same abilities and specialties, which is why there are a lot of “construction crew members” that have not and will not experience personally transmuting old negative energies and all the physical body pains that goes with doing that. This is why there’s always been these huge discrepancies between all of us Volunteers; not everyone has the same capabilities and because of that they, we don’t all have identical Mission Work or jobs to do while incarnate on Earth in these bodies. The roofer isn’t better than the plumber and the plumber isn’t better than the painters and so on. Each is incredibly valuable because each has different abilities, specialties and jobs to do for All. There are far too many in the Ascension Community that do not know or understand this and look down on other Volunteer “crew members” because they are still experiencing physical body pains in 2019 and they are not.

My point is that due to the December 21, 2018 Solstice Earth core change that took place then and continues to today, and due to the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse, those Volunteer “crew members” that specialize in being able to transmute old negative energies and Embody and anchor the NEW energies in their physical bodies have been doing this again increasingly since mid-December 2018. The January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse pushed this process to another level for those Volunteers that are Transmutors and Embodiers and anchor the NEW Light energies on, into and around Earth.

I’ve tried to get this article finished since the day after the Lunar eclipse, but earlier this month my physical body started to, once again, do this very painful thing it’s done off and on since the start of 2017. I’ll have one physical body part suddenly become very painful and not work or be able to be used normally such as an elbow joint, a shoulder joint, hip(s) joints, bones in one or both feet etc. and the next day another area will start hurting and the next day another area and so on for a couple of weeks. It eventually gets so bad and painful that I can barely walk or stand and put my weight on my feet, and this has been the case again for most of January 2019. I’m going into detail about this because I know that many of you reading this (not all but many) have been experiencing the same amplified cascade of body parts and areas suddenly and for no clear reason go super painful day after day all month.

The reasons for this amplified physical body pains that many of us have dealt with in January 2019, is due to the December 2018 Earth core energy change, and then the January 2019 Lunar eclipse that removed abundant old negative distortions placed in the Moon long ago by Team Dark. What happens to the Sun happens to and in our physical bodies. What happens to the Earth happens to and in our physical bodies. What happens to the Moon happens to and in our physical bodies and so on. Every time old negative energies and distortions are removed from any cosmic body, the same happens to our physical bodies because those old distortions were in our physical and energetic bodies too. So as we get excited over more old lower energies, distortions and their structures getting removed, many of us (but not all of us) also have had the same process take place in our physical bodies and it freakin’ hurts! I’m sure we experience this in our own unique ways too but pain is pain and transmuting dense negativity is transmuting dense negativity so do NOT feel bad for feeling bad. Why? Because you are the only ones who can do this type of Volunteer Transmuting and anchoring Work for All. Let the other Volunteers play on the beach or go to meetings and do their things, the things we can’t do but know that they’re able to do things like that because you and I are specialists at transmuting the old and Embodying more NEW. Plumbers, carpenters, roofers, framers, electricians and more are all needed to make the whole thing happen and get built.

ONENESS OF ALL: ARCTURIAN GROUP MESSAGE FOR SEPTEMBER 24, 2017 BY MARILYN RAFFAELE Dear ones, the message for these changing times is an assurance that all is on track and the world has not lost its way. Rather, it is the obsolete belief system that is losing its way even as many struggle to hold it in place. False concepts and beliefs can only dissipate in the presence of ever increasing energies of Truth where there is nothing to sustain them. Change for many has been unpleasant and not in alignment with the material sense of comfort and security. However, what is taking place is necessary for Gaia as well as all upon her in order to clear the multiple layers of dense energy formed of duality and separation that she has stored and carried through centuries. Incoming souls often choose to experience some sort of difficult or life changing event during their lifetime on earth. This is a free-will, pre-birth choice made for purposes of learning something necessary for soul growth that perhaps they have long been ready for but have not learned in easier lifetimes. Soul groups as well will often choose to experience something together in order to clear and resolve a collective karma. You are witnessing this now as certain groups around the world experience great loss and pain. The very things that seem so wrong according to three dimensional thinking, are often necessary and perfect in order to tip the balance forward for a soul or soul group. This does not mean you stand back and say; "Oh well, they chose this.", but means you have a better understanding of world situations and from that place of awareness are able to send light and help without adding negative energy to the situation. The old no longer holds the power it once did because collective consciousness is becoming increasingly evolved. Individuals are awakening and beginning to acknowledge and reclaim their innate power. Those ignorant of their true identity as spiritual beings continue allowing others to take their power--governments, churches, experts, corporations, and individuals who live from a righteous sense of empowerment disguised as knowing what is best for them. In spite of appearances, love is becoming more and more prevalent on earth as individuals awaken into a new sense of connection and move beyond concepts of separation. This is the hidden gift of "disasters". Love is being felt and expressed by many who do not understand that their desire to help others is actually love. Love flows in forms relevant to the attained state of consciousness of an individual who may himself simply see his actions as practical responses to some situation. There are those who always step in where they see a need, "ordinary" people providing clothing, food, and material goods while never considering their actions to be love. Others help on emotional and mental levels, providing guidance and support. This is love (activities of oneness) regardless of what it is called. The intense needs of so many at this time is serving to draw the world more deeply into love through service which is why many choose pre-birth, to experience or be a part of some catastrophic event. As you already know, the more illumined an attained state of consciousness is, the deeper and more clear is the person's realization of love as being the connecting energy between the many within the ONE. Spiritual evolution is simply a journey in which every soul moves either quickly or slowly into increasingly higher levels of this awareness. All who in some way selflessly serve Gaia and her life forms are loving, even if they are only able to see it as; "Doing their job." or "Being practical" etc. at this point. There are some (often well known people desirous of publicity) whose present state of consciousness only allows them to perform actions of service primarily for purposes of receiving praise and attention from others, with no real concern for the recipients, be they people, plants or animals. However even this low level of service can be the beginning point from which will unfold a deeper sense of service as love. It is important to understand the difference between loving and enabling. Many still believe that loving means doing whatever it takes to make someone else happy, often at the expense of their own personal power and growth. Other individual's situations may very well be a part of their chosen pre-birth contract for learning, clearing, and moving beyond the active energies of some old cellular memory. Love is having one's hand ready to grasp the hand of another who is reaching out for additional help to their own efforts, but love is not a reaching down into the gutter in order to lift up someone out who is making no personal effort or even seeing any need to be elsewhere. Individuals must themselves choose (consciously or unconsciously) to leave a "gutter consciousness" they themselves have created. If, in self righteous zeal a person tries to force another into a state of consciousness they may not yet be ready for, they remove the lesson and become an enabler. Many students of truth remain confused on this point because in their sincere effort to become loving they try to fix, heal, or change everyone struggling and not seeing the world as they do. This is done through words (proselytizing) or actions (stepping in and changing things), or simply through sympathetic alignment--all of which will add energy to the situation. Love often requires a person to step aside and allow another to fall flat on their face which can be very difficult when the other is a loved one. Never forget that the person's true nature is Divine no matter what the appearances may be. This is the higher work and if the other person is receptive or ready for change, your loving realization of his true nature can shift his awareness, allowing him to see and be more receptive to the bigger picture. Always trust your intuition in these types of situations--"Does this person really want help, or is he simply looking for someone to ease his way back into his chosen lifestyle?". There are certain individuals who thrive on being "victims" because it brings the attention they crave with no effort other than to keep repeating and elaborating the details of their victim-hood to anyone who will listen which perfectly serves to produce more victim situations. You are creators. When another is sincerely trying to grow and change their life for the better and reaches out, that is when you firmly grasp their hand and assist them in whatever ways you are able (physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually) to where they themselves are choosing to be. It may simply be guiding them to them to where they can get the help they seek. It is difficult to determine these things strictly from observation and is where your intuitive gifts must come into play. You are Lightworkers, which means that you are evolved enough to engage with the world from levels of Light and awareness, not according to three dimensional concepts of love and service which often include a surrender of personal power. Love never means being a door mat. Love is never about attempting to mold yourselves into the holy card image of a "saint" with eyes lifted to heaven and hands folded meekly. Love often means taking a stand, and saying "No" when it is appropriate. Love allows others to experience and learn from their mistakes. Love is observant and knows the difference between a want and a need. Love is a recognition of every individual's true Divine nature regardless of how far from that they may appear. Love is being willing to step in with guidance when asked, but is also the ability to step back when not asked. Love is being firm if your child in his immaturity is making bad choices, but love also allows him to experience the consequences of a bad choice. Love is the realization of oneness on all levels-physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Love knows that all life forms express the One life. You are and can only ever be love because love is the energy that flows in, as, and through all things. Love is not an emotion although it often expresses through the emotions. Love is the Divine Engine that is God with all Its parts functioning in perfectly order infinitely by law--  manifesting in the physical as the human heart. Dear ones, we come today to speak of love and the ramifications of its denial and suppression. Love is the cohesive energy of all things and is omnipresent, but until realized and acknowledged as such, can appear to be nonexistent. Never forget that you are creators.

The world holds a multitude of concepts regarding love, all reflective of varying belief systems. However, even the most dense and unawake state of consciousness cannot change the fact that love is and can only be all there is. Love is the energetic glue that binds all living things together within ONE whole.

This is the reason love is sought on all levels by all souls even in its most distorted forms and often through any means. Even the terrorist believes he is making the world a better place for those who agree with him. Everyone seeks the acceptance and love of oneness that lies innate within, but is only able to interpret this inner yearning according to their attained level of awareness.

Gaia is ascending along with all who are prepared for the shift into higher dimensional energy that has begun. Gaia is a living soul, consciousness, who has lovingly served all upon her with gifts of beauty, abundance, and love. Because much of mankind continues to consider Gaia to be simply dirt, with resources to be misused and abused for personal gain, she has chosen and is ready to make her own ascension.

Fires and floods are some of the ways Gaia has of clearing many layers of old dense energy reflective of spiritual ignorance. She has carried them for eons and is choosing to release them. She, as well as all upon her, cannot carry old and dense energy into that which is higher and lighter, thus the need for the releasing and clearing of cellular memory so many are experiencing at this time.

All mankind must realize that the planet was never created for people to selfishly use and abuse. The idea of "dominion over" was the result of many mistranslations of the word "shepherding" long ago. It is time for all to understand that everyone, all life forms as well as Gaia herself, are in and of the One Divine Consciousness while never excluding self from this totality through some false sense of unworthiness.

It is a time of change for everyone, for the awakened as well as the un-awakened. Long established manifestations of duality and separation are being exposed and dissolved by the ever increasing presence of high dimensional frequencies. Light will always serve to expose the shadow much as the shining of a flashlight into dark corners illuminates what was previously unseen.

Personal tragedy is often the only way some people will wake up and shift out of a comfortable but un-aware state of consciousness. You are witnessing this with the the fires and floods. Weather events need not always be so destructive, but because humans are ignorant of their creative abilities, they elaborate, discuss, and fill the atmosphere with fear and dire predictions whenever these occasions arise. Remember always--you are creators.

There will be no destructive weather conditions once universal consciousness is enlightened with the truth of oneness between each other and God for the energetic source and substance of these things (the belief in separation from peace, harmony, completeness etc. ) will no longer exist. The idea of destructive weather does not exist in Divine Consciousness.

All spiritually ready must let go of their outmoded but comfortable false belief system. Wake up calls can be very painful, but are often necessary in order to rouse a reluctant soul into the next phase of his spiritual journey. All on earth came to learn, spiritually grow, and assist in the world's ascension not to simply rest back in the illusions of personal sense.

Some (not everyone) presently suffering from great loss lived from a sense of separation believing themselves to be better than, less than, more evolved, more worthy, etc. than everyone around them. To suddenly find themselves in the same situation as those they felt superior or inferior to, is providing profound attitude adjustments and spiritual growth for those who would not of otherwise been receptive to ideas of connection and oneness.

You are witnessing the dissolution of many forms of old energy and are beginning to understand and accept that only by allowing change can the world ascend into its higher reality. We speak of these things in order that you can more fully understand that everything taking place on earth right now is a part of this process.

Hold your Light and flow this Light to Gaia and all who live upon her, for Light is the frequency that dissolves the shadow. Be the Light.

What is this Light we speak of and how do we send it? Light is the manifestation of high frequency energy. Divine Consciousness, Source, is pure diamond Light unable to be viewed with human eyes. The closer a soul gets to vibrating as its Divine Self, the faster and higher (lighter) the vibration. As you become ever more enlightened, your whole energy field begins to vibrate with lighter and brighter colors.

As your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies begin to vibrate with increasingly higher frequencies, the slower, heavier, vibrations become easily recognizable in comparison which is why certain places, people, books, films, foods, etc. that you may have always enjoyed, suddenly no longer resonate in the same way.

To send Light means acknowledging the true nature of another no matter how deeply it may be hidden. To hold the Light means resting in the Light of your true self. When you do this or send Light to a person or place, visualize golden/white Light. Have no specific purpose other than to send and enfold another with high resonating Light because Light is conscious and knows what is needed far better than some human concept. Light is not sent to fix something but rather to illuminate and release the hidden perfection already present.

Be open and receptive. You may become aware of colors or a crystalline effect. Different energies appear with different colors. If more love is needed you may become aware of rose, pink colors. If healing of some sort is needed, you may become aware of aquamarine/greens. Allow the visualization to unfold without trying to "make something happen" and always with the intention to serve in the highest and best way for all involved.

Send Light to the so called "leaders" and authority figures of the world. Send it to all those who are suffering whether it be of their own making or from circumstances seemingly beyond their control. Visualize and send Light to Gaia and all her kingdoms, recognizing and acknowledging their Divinity.

Be the Light in every conversation and activity regardless of how seemingly mundane through the realization that all activity is spiritual activity, none more spiritual than another. Live, move, and have your being in and as who and what you really are. This is healing work and is how you bring more Light to a world hungry for it.

Light work does not require you to engage in rigorous activities and thought taking other than pure intention and an active resting in a consciousness of truth. Rites and rituals were necessary at one time and still are for those new to energy and awakening, but you who are drawn to these messages have arrived. Rites and rituals only serve to keep one in a sense of separation.

There is no harm with the small rituals you love, like lighting candles, holding favorite crystals etc. but a false sense of separation is kept alive when individuals believe they need these things in order to be spiritual or to do their inner work and that it cannot be accomplished without them.

The head of an arrow often generates heat and burns. Regardless of appearances in your lives hold fast to that which you are, will be, and always have been-- Divine Beings having human experiences. This is why you are on earth at this sacred and powerful time.

This is the work and you are ready for it whether you feel you are or not. You are the hope, the first wave of ascension preparing the way for those following.

Understanding what is taking place with the Earth Changes

I received this question and I know it is on many people’s minds so I will share the answer here for all of you as well.

Jenny – what is going on with all these natural disasters – hurricanes back to back and now an earthquake in Mexico?? How do we stay out of fear??

 

Answer:

Think of it as clearing. As we are clearing our density we go though so many emotions, temper tantrums, floods of tears. Earth has to clear her density too. I have been told that these 2 hurricanes were not man made (I know there is much argument with this, but I trust what I receive) and all the kingdom’s: human, plant, animal, mineral have contracted to take part in this clearing. 

On a human level it can be very hard to watch people struggling and the loss of life. The only way to stay out of fear and grief is to see it from a soul level.

 When I tapped into the energy of Harvey, I was directly told that I was not to attempt to lessen what needs to happen. With Harvey I was able to help open portals for plants, animals and humans to cross easily and with grace.

 With Irma, I was again told no, however I was given permission to remove where fear & propaganda had added strength to this storm.

 It’s an important reminder that while we are very powerful beings that can affect these things, we still need to ask for permission when we attempt to heal – doesn’t matter if it is a storm or a person. We can not always see the higher plan, so we must ask and trust what answer is given.

 None of this negates the need for compassion and caring for all that are going through these disasters. While on a soul level we can understand that these events are for clearing, the human does not. So we are called to act in whatever way fits us. I know some have adopted animals to free up space for the ones affected in storms. Some are gathering food and clothes. Some are donating money and some are sending energy to all affected. All of this helps and all of it matters.
