Arcturian Group Message for JULY 26, 2020 by Marilyn Raffaele | ONENESS OF ALL Dear readers, during these times of so much turmoil and confusion our hope is that these messages will bring information and encouragement. Do not become discouraged for present times are the very reason you chose to be on earth at this time. The shift that so many have hoped and prayed for has begun but does not look like so many expected it to look. This is because they were imagining it with three dimensional concepts of what a perfect new world would look like. All the bad guys would be removed and all the good guys would live happily ever after with no problems. Release any remaining concepts you may still hold regarding the earth's ascension and allow the process to unfold as it must. Many old and well established three dimensional creations must first surface in order to be seen and recognized for what they really represent before the majority can be aware of, reject, and stop energetically feeding them. This is a process, but as maps point out; "You are here." This will continue for a while and there is more to come. Stand centered in your highest spiritual realization as an observer, but one who is open to helping as needed. Some are being guided to take an active role, while others are to simply hold the Light. Neither is more important than the other but both must be done without ego involvement. Follow your intuition, listen, trust, and know that you are always being guided. We see many changes coming soon and more to be revealed that is not yet energetically ready for manifestation. Do not be shocked and upset when people and issues begin to be exposed for who and what they represent. You are prepared and have had fair warning but some information will be shocking to those still living in old energy. You may be called upon to reassure and assist those unprepared for information and change. It can be a time of celebration if you allow it to be and if you are able to let go of concepts about how everything should or shouldn't look. The journey toward a higher resonating planet earth has begun and no amount of interference from those seeking to uproot the process can stop it. Much of today's chaos is the activity of those who do not want the world to awaken into a new level of awareness for that would mean they could no longer manipulate and control. However, they are running out of options for the Light has spiritual law to uphold, maintain, and sustain it, whereas false beliefs and concepts do not. As one's personal consciousness becomes more enlightened, they begin to access and resonate with previously unavailable higher dimensional frequencies because they are now in alignment with them. This in turn results in ms-alignment with some other things like certain foods. Avoid processed, junk, and false foods no matter how delicious and healthy the packaging tells you they are. This also goes for fruits and vegetables poisoned with pesticides, picked long before ready, sometimes even colored, and then displayed beautifully for purchase. Choose foods that more closely align with your energy and trust your intuition as you shop. The sky is not going to fall down if you eat something of a lower resonance, but you will feel better and your energy will be supported when you choose higher resonating foods. New energy levels will also cause some entertainments, TV shows, books, and activities to no longer resonate with you as they once did. Family and friends who remain in alignment with these things will not understand why you are choosing to no longer fully participate and may interpret your lack of interest as personal rejection frequently bringing about discord and misunderstanding. It can be a loving gesture to continue participating when something no longer important to you is very important to another but never surrender your integrity or personal power in order to please others or "fit in". Do not allow pressure from others or a desire to keep the peace cause you to slip back into places you have outgrown or cause you to believe that there is something wrong with you. It is never a question of wrong or right, it is simply a matter of energetic misalignment. Never surrender your innate power as a Divine Being, but at the same time be alert to avoid resistance on your part that can easily slip into being an ego game that becomes about the three dimensional sense of power. Walking on eggshells in order to please another must cease if a person is ever to experience their own innate power. There are situations and more coming in your life when you will simply and without regret or guilt, step away. Always stand in your spiritual integrity (power) lovingly but firmly without making mountains out of molehills in the false belief that you must stand your ground regardless. That simply gives power to some person or activity that in and of itself, has no power. Power is never personal, bestowed only on a select few. God alone is power and that power flows in, as, and through you from Source within--it is your birthright. Ego, or the sense of a selfhood apart from God never has or ever can have real power although many continue to claim it for themselves and appearances may look that way. Because a physical body is necessary for three dimensional living you are limited in some ways and often under the influence of collective thought. As truth increasingly becomes your attained level of consciousness, many three dimensional concepts will fade away allowing you to actually experience increasingly more qualities of Divine Consciousness that were previously just intellectual knowledge. Once a truth becomes your realized state of consciousness, you are no longer in alignment with commonly accepted but false beliefs about it. You will begin to notice that you often know or act without conscious thought and it turns out to be the perfect action for the situation. You begin to automatically know what foods your body needs and what activities are right for you. Synchronicity happen and things begin to fall into place easily and without effort. The right people come into your life at the right time. The harmony, completeness, wholeness, and intelligence of your own realized Consciousness, is expressing through you without personal effort. You are allowing rather than trying to make it happen. Be-ing rather than do-ing. Lecturing, preaching, or punishing the un-awakened never brings about lasting change for every person is only capable of living their attained level of consciousness until they can open to their next level which usually comes about through experiences. Jail or prison, counseling, and intense experiences all have potential to awaken someone if they are receptive, but higher awareness can never be forced on another. Never fear or resist allowing certain people to fade out of your life if they are choosing to remain in old energy and you find yourself no longer in alignment with them. It is not your job to save anyone, that is the person's own job for every person has a Higher Self and Guides Your work is to have your hand out and available at all times should another choose to grab it, but it is never to reach down into someone's personal gutter and pull them out without their consent or desire. Their situation could very well be a planned part of their evolutionary journey. Always allow intuition to guide you in these situations for a person may actually be seeking help but not seem that way while another may simply want you to further enable them. Awakening happens when the Higher Self determines that a person is ready and high frequency energy and current events are serving to shift many into readiness. A new wave of energy is coming very soon, one that will expose and change many things. Your awakened consciousness will draw to you those ready to hear what you can tell them about what is happening personally and globally. Love is the core and essence of all things because it is the energetic connection of the many within ONE. This interconnecting energy exists between all living things but has been falsely interpreted by the three dimensional mind. The result has been a multitude of commonly accepted beliefs about love--attraction, emotion, sex, possession, as well as some very negative ones. Current conditions are forcing many for the first time to begin experiencing a sense of oneness. You are witnessing the birth of a higher sense of love in collective thought as the virus and isolation puts everyone in the "same boat" so to speak. Because there is only ONE, Love embraces all life regardless of skin color, sexual orientation, age, race, wealth, looks, or anything else that has throughout history served to separate people. Love is the innate knowing (consciousness) that all things are connected. Relationships of all kinds start with some sort of sense of oneness (goals, likes or dislikes, interests, attraction etc.) but are experienced according to the state of consciousness of those involved. Frequently a sense of oneness comes from having been connected in some way to another person in previous lives which then manifests in this life either as attraction or repulsion depending upon previous relationships. Most heterosexual as well as homosexual partnerships take place between two who have become very close through previous shared lifetime experiences. As the reality of pure Love integrates and becomes a person's attained state of consciousness, they automatically and without thought or ego driven goal begin to respond to all life situations from a place of love because they have become Love. Always remember, you are Consciousness. All is proceeding according to plan. Trust. Allow. Love. The train has left the station. Christmas day, my birthday, is approaching rapidly, so

CELEBRATE!

Enormous changes are occurring all across the planet as the moment of your awakening approaches.  And that is reason for celebration.  Yes, there are many who are in pain, and many who are suffering, and a very effective way to assist and support them is to set the intention to send them love and healing.  For many of you that is the most effective thing you can do because you are not physically in their presence.  If you are in a position where you can be physically present for someone who is in pain and is suffering, and your intuitive guidance is to attend to them, then do so, even if you fear doing this.  Fear is of the ego, so tell it that you understand its concern and that you know that this is what you need and intend to do, and the fear will greatly decrease in intensity, or fall away altogether.

This is the season of giving, and while many of you will obviously engage in material gift-giving – and that is good – to give of yourselves, your presence, by communing with friends, family, and loved ones is the most important and perfect gift that you can possibly offer to anyone.  And, because intimate family relationships can be very stressful, set the intent very firmly to engage only lovingly, along with the intent to acknowledge any anger that arises without projecting it outwards.  If anger arises in the presence of others, then discretely, and as soon as possible, remove yourself to the bathroom or other suitable place where you can be alone for a few minutes to take a “time-out.”

There is no one who has not reacted angrily when their buttons were pushed, and who has not later had plenty of time to suffer the intense pain of enormous regret.  So, before visiting with people who you love and who can cause you stress or anger, take at least ten minutes in quiet meditation with the intent to be only loving whatever arises.  You will find this is an enormously effective way to ensure that when you arrive at their home, or greet them when they arrive at yours, that your warm greetings are then completely heartfelt, and because they will feel the peace of your welcoming presence it will dissolve any stress or anxiety that they may be feeling.

If someone “misbehaves” over the holidays, cut them some slack, because it is at times like this that most people’s insecurities or lack of self-worth arise most powerfully and are likely to drive them, from shame or fear, into saying or doing something offensive.  Remember you are LOVE!  And Love accepts without judgment, offering comfort, compassion, and heartfelt support.  If you have had experiences of very painful get togethers and are concerned that one of your get togethers this Christmas season could deteriorate into a painful blame game, then it is absolutely essential that you prepare yourselves in advance by taking that ten minute “time-out.”  You will find it very helpful, and it will bring some, possibly unexpected, peace and joy to meetings to which you were not completely looking forward.

This time of the year is a time for celebration, and most of you go to great efforts to make it so for your children or grandchildren, while clinging to grudges that you hold against various adults with whom you interact – spouses, parents, siblings, bosses, associates, etc.  So, this Christmas season, as you move rapidly towards awakening, be conscious of grudges and resentments to which have become attached or even addicted, and set the intent, as firmly and powerfully as you can, to forgive everyone you see as an enemy or as an untrustworthy friend or relative.  As Gandhi said: “Be the change you want to see in the world.”

You have very frequently been reminded that you can only change yourselves, and this is absolutely true, but as you do so others will also change.  That is your mission on Earth at this time.  You chose to incarnate to assist in humanity’s great awakening, and when you made that choice you were fully aware that you had human lessons to learn, namely, to forgive unconditionally all who hurt or offended you and to offer them unconditional love.  That is what our heavenly Father does, always has done, and always will do.

AND, as you all well know because you have been told so often, and because deep within yourselves this divine truth is eternally present, you know that God created you like unto Himself.  There is no other way that He could create you.  This does not mean similar to himself.

You and God are One, and therefore you and every other sentient being are One.  There is only One.  Therefore to judge, blame, condemn, or shame another is in fact to do that to yourselves.

To awaken is to consciously know that you are Love, One with Source, and to live that divine truth joyfully in every moment regardless of what may arise.  The answer to every issue or problem, as you are always being reminded, is always LOVE!

And where can you find Love?  Nowhere but within your beautiful selves.  We are not talking here about beauty in form, but about beauty in the One, and that is, without exception, everyone of you.


Wherever you see or experience ugliness – in nature, in other humans, in behaviors, attitudes, thoughts, words, or actions – you are but seeing images of yourselves.  Unreal images that you constructed within the game that is the illusion, and with which you engage whenever you find yourselves in any kind of conflict.  All conflict is with yourself, because there is no one else!

So, this Christmas season, remember that.  Remember that you are One, and that you are the one or the many with whom you are in conflict, or with whom you are in love.  It is always your choice – conflict or Love.  And you know, consciously, that the only way forward is through Love.  The trouble is that you have been waiting for others to demonstrate this.  You did not want to be the first because you feared you would be making yourselves vulnerable, which you see as an invitation to pain and suffering, as others would choose to take advantage of you.

Well, some, a few, will take advantage of you.  However, the vast majority will be uplifted and inspired when they experience you as totally vulnerable and loving, and they will respond in like manner.  And you will discover that to be vulnerable is completely safe because in that state you will find that you have nothing that you are ashamed of, that you feel a need to hide.  You will find yourselves feeling freer than you have ever felt.

Love is free, and in Its vulnerability It is utterly invulnerable.  And that is who and what you are, always have been, and forever will be!

Many are finding themselves experiencing inner turmoil at present, as the awakening process intensifies, and more “stuff” arises into people’s conscious awareness for acknowledgment and release.  It has to be released so that Love may be personally known and experienced, and as the moment for the grand awakening is approaching very rapidly, the intensity with which it is arising has intensified enormously.  For many, who are already under a considerable amount of stress, this increasing intensity is extremely unsettling.  Just remind yourselves that what is occurring is most definitely part of the awakening process, and that you all chose to be incarnate at this point in humanity’s spiritual evolution so that you could assist by being bright lights of Love shining brilliantly into even the darkest corners of pain and suffering.


You are all doing enormously important work twenty four seven, even if you are not aware of this.  Believe me, what you are doing and achieving could not be done by anyone else, and you knew this before you made the courageous decision to be incarnate and shine your light brightly so that all who interacted with you would feel the loving energy that you hold and extend unconditionally.  Yes, of course some of you are going through your own “stuff,” everyone on Earth has “stuff’ that needs releasing, whether for yourselves, or because you chose to undergo and release the “stuff” that others found themselves unable to release alone.  These ones are not necessarily people you are conscious of assisting, people you know in human form, but, nevertheless, you are doing great work in assisting them even though you are not consciously aware of them.  Doing this discretely and without fanfare, as you are doing, is amazingly effective.


This is the season of Thanksgiving in the United States of America, and the thanks that are being offered by so many in North America – Canada too – during this most wonderful holiday season are just what is called for at this important juncture, this most critical point in your awakening process.  The holiday season kicks off with Thanksgiving, and then progresses through my birthday – smile! – and on into the New Year.  The New Year is always a time of enormous hope, and 2019 will deliver in spades!  But have patience, because it will not all happen instantly on New Year’s Day, it will be spread throughout the year as numerous magnificent opportunities for changes of an amazing and essential nature occur and are availed of.


Humanity’s spiritual awakening, that has been ongoing for over one hundred and fifty years, is truly bearing fruit and magnificent blossoms now, and will continue to do so.  All that you need to do is to continue to trust in the divine plan, just as you have been doing, in spite of the mainstream media’s focus on drama of the most negative sort, fear, and alarm.  Yes, there is much wrong that needs righting, and the awakening process is all about that.  You incarnated to bring in the essential changes for the awakening, and basically those changes are to hold the intent and then practice being loving whatever arises.  And for many of you this can be very difficult because your egos are fearful, extremely fearful, and have an intense to need to judge others wrong – as individuals, within business organizations and political parties, within dogmatic religious institutions with judgmental belief systems, and within humanity at large there is egoic distrust of those who are different from themselves – in order to confirm for themselves their righteousness.


The need to be right is caused by a deep fear that a person has that they are unworthy, not good enough, and that they will therefore be harshly judged.  But every single sentient being is a divine creation who will never be judged and found wanting, because Source, Mother/Father/God, LOVE is unconditionally accepting of all without exception.  However, because so many allow themselves to be ruled and directed by their egos – that small and confused part of their minds that lives in fear – they are mostly unable to accept themselves unless they have achieved worldly success and have the material accoutrements that are judged necessary by the society or culture of which they are members.


Certain rules are necessary for a society or culture to operate.  But, although societies and cultures are supposed to operate for the benefit of all their members, they mostly do not, because the egos of nearly all involved have this burning, fear-driven need to be right.  One of the ongoing evolutionary aspects of your awakening process is the growing awareness that beliefs of every kind need to be questioned, examined in detail, and then modified or discarded if found, as most will be, to be far less than adequate for the purpose that they are supposed to serve.


Dogmatic belief systems have been part of every human culture and creed for eons.  Often they were initially established in response to the wisdom that some enlightened one has shared with friends and followers – not often family! – which is then put into words that immediately limit that shared wisdom most severely.  Later, others use those words, suitably interpreted, to establish rules and regulations to enable them to control societies by means of judgment and punishment.



When people live as and from their true nature, lovingly whatever arises, conflict is impossible.  You were created as One with Source, and as that you live in divine and harmonious cooperation, encouraging one another to develop and expand your creative abilities and talents, and as a result all flourish.  Your collective choice eons ago to experience separation was to prove that you could do this alone. But to be alone, to be separate from Source and one another, is to be separated from Love, the life force, the power of the One, which is infinite.  This leaves you feeling small, insignificant, ineffectual, useless, a waste of space without purpose of any kind.  And the pain of that sense of smallness and insignificance is intense and terrifying.  As a result, ever since then, you have been struggling to find the true meaning and purpose in your lives.


Because separation is unreal, a dream in which your Oneness is hidden from you, deep within you is the knowledge that you are Love, that you are complete, and the searching and seeking that you all engage in is an effortful and unnecessary attempt to regain what has never been lost.  However, the ego always looks outside itself for acceptance, appreciation, and fulfillment, and therefore never finds it.  There is no outside!  There is only the One that is You.  All, as you have been told so often, are One in and with Source, without any possibility of separation, and in that state of Oneness all that your hearts could ever desire is within you awaiting your engagement with it.


Over the eons a few have uncovered or rediscovered this divine truth, and they have tried to share their knowledge, but mostly people refused to listen because they were to caught up in the egoic need to protect and defend themselves from others – which is of course the One – who seem to be separate from them, and who often appear to be very threatening.


Finally, in the last few decades, awareness has started to dawn on many that separation is indeed unreal.  But for most it is only an intellectual awareness, and not a heartfelt awareness.  But that was the start of the awakening process, and as a result people started to search within themselves – meditating, contemplating, inquiring, wondering – and many have discovered that all that is necessary is for them to surrender.  To surrender is to stop searching and just allow what has always been there – Love – to embrace them and awaken them from their dreams and fantasies of separation, abandonment, and solitariness.


You are never alone.  To be alone is impossible, and the awakening process that you are all undergoing so magnificently is the coming to full awareness of this divine and eternal Truth.  So go within whenever you have a moment – you only need a moment – and you all have numerous moments every single day in which you can do this.  And in that moment intend to open your hearts to the Love residing permanently within you.  It is the Source, Your Source with which You are eternally One, always present within you, and wanting only for you to live in utter and complete Joy!  Go within and allow your Source, your divine Oneness, to make Itself known to you and show you the Glory that is You!

Humanity is on a roll!  Yes, I have said that before!  Nevertheless, as you attend to the news media, you mostly find news of disasters and catastrophes of various kinds, and mostly ones that do not directly affect you.  Don’t focus your attention there, because it just drains your energy, allowing guilt, anxiety, fear, and anger to fill your minds.  If you can help with your presence, or by making donations, then do so; but just sending love to those who are in need and who are suffering is very powerful.  Then get on with living your lives lovingly and consciously, because that is what you are in form to do.  And humanity is on a roll, because it has collectively made the decision to awaken, and that is what is happening.

The pain and suffering that many are undergoing is as a result of the decision to awaken, and is happening as “stuff” arises within them to be released.  It is an enormous and ongoing planet-wide releasing of all the attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs that stop people from being only loving.

Resentment, bitterness, hatred, judgment, and the desire for restitution are all blocks to Love.  Love is always unconditionally accepting and never judges, but humans in form have been trained to judge and to seek restitution for their hurts – and indeed many have been very badly hurt – but focusing on those hurts is to live in the past and replay endlessly from their memories the occasions that were so painful.  And doing that just brings those memories back into the present for those doing so, and repeats within them now the pain and suffering that they underwent, even though it is over.

There is absolutely no need to do that!  Dwelling on past pain and suffering totally blocks your ability to enjoy life in the now moment, the only time there is.  Let go!  Live today with love in your hearts and enjoy the experience of being alive – a smile from a stranger, children playing happily, a caress from a loved one – and be aware of the world around you, whether it be a view of city streets, mountains, lakes, oceans, or your own backyard.  There is always something in your environment in which to delight and for which you can offer thanks – even a brief respite from the pain of physical illness that you may be experiencing, or the comfort and loving attention in that situation that another offers you.

There is only Love, and if you will open yourselves to receive it you will be amazed at how many times it is offered to you.  Truly all of you, every single human being, seeks only Love.  Not conditional love – if you do this I will love you – but real Love, capital L!  Real Love is your true nature, but as humans you have shut off your awareness of this holy truth by focusing on fear.  You did this a long time ago because it seemed to be the basis of your survival in a threatening environment in which your physical bodies were, and still are, very vulnerable and can be easily damaged.  Now this survival fear no longer serves you, it only serves to separate you from one another.  And the more you believe that it is necessary the more fearful you become, expecting negative judgments from even your nearest and dearest, as well as from civil “authorities,” friends, acquaintances, and employers.

All of you, during your formative years, were judged by parents, your elders and betters, and by your schools as not good enough, not working hard enough, not doing your best – and this goes back generations, it is the culture of “civilization,” which itself is fear-based.  This was not meant to be!  As little ones you should have been loved, guided, and assisted to uncover and develop your wonderful talents, not forced to conform to rules that made no sense.  If this had happened society would be a peaceful and harmonious fellowship in which differences between people were encouraged, and your different creative abilities would be honored instead of being judged as unacceptable, and wrong, just because they were different.

Over the last few decades enormous strides have been made to address the issue of differences between individuals, cultures, creeds, colors, and ethnicities.  Now more and more people all across the world are honoring the differences they see in others.  However, there remains a very large number of people with fixed and fearful beliefs who are completely against change of any kind.  They yearn for the “good old days,” the days – as they remember them – from their childhood, but those memories are extremely selective, and in truth the “good old days” never existed.  Those selective memories were created to defend against or hide from view the actuality of those early experiences, which were often intensely painful.

Now, as the awakening progresses, all these unhappy and painful memories are arising in people’s conscious awareness to be acknowledged and released.  While they remain, and are even clung to, love is blocked or refused because people’s trust is severely damaged – nearly everyone has experienced betrayal of some kind by someone they loved and trusted.  The way forward is by releasing this “stuff,” and then opening your hearts to Love.  When you do you will experience love returned to you, because Love is all inclusive and extends and shares Itself constantly with those who are open to It.  Once you choose to follow the path of Love, and find it everywhere – as you undoubtedly will – it is possible to once more start trusting.

Of course you will still experience disappointments, because some those with whom you interact will still be clinging to fear, to their “stuff,” and will be incapable of living lovingly, yet; eventually all will.  In the meantime, by choosing and intending to be loving whatever arises, you are doing what you incarnated to do – massively assisting in humanity’s awakening process – and because the collective decision to awaken has been made and is irreversible, you will bring it about.

Whenever you feel depressed, down-hearted, or anxious, especially after becoming aware of some “new” disaster or catastrophe, go within, to your holy inner sanctuary where Love resides constantly, and just be with yourself as you allow the knowing that all is divinely taken care of to fill your heart.  You will feel the love and the peace that is your nature, and your faith in the divine plan will be reaffirmed for you.  You are One with Source, Mother/Father/God, the supreme Intelligence, the infinite Wisdom that is All That Exists, and during those quiet moments that you spend within your knowing of this will strengthen, and your doubts will fade away.  But, due to the limitations that being in form as a human places upon you, you do need to go within and open your hearts to Love at least once daily.  And you can also pay brief visits during the day while waiting in line, at traffic lights, or even when visiting the restroom.  Just KNOW that you are eternally and infinitely loved, just as you are, despite all the failings and inadequacies for which you so often negatively judge yourselves.  Stop the negative self-judgments, accept and love yourselves, and enjoy the sense of peace that will arise.

You are perfect just as you are; where you are. Anything less than this is a lie; a lie you have kept. Anything that is not Love is not who you are. This includes all the illusions you have held onto; things that you adopted that said you weren't a perfect expression of God. It doesn't matter where these falsehoods came from or from whom; embrace the Truth that you are perfect and Divine expressing Source. This is what you've come to learn and why you have incarnated onto Earth. Earth has proven to be a wealth of forgetting and then remembering. It has been a playground of Joy and of lessons. You have come here to remember who you are and this can only happen when you truly know your essence. You have come to Earth to ascend many times, going higher each time. You have come here to transcend all doubt; all self-loathing and all that told you that you were less than. As you shine brightly, you help others, for we are all One. You have made choices to be more or to be less. Source/Soul will never interfere with your Free Will and Sovereignty, for it is up to you. Yet, as you listen to your Guidance, you will know what choices to make so that you are fully merged with and as Soul/Source.


In the most pure Truth, you are Divine. Anything less than this is a falsehood. Yes, there have been many changes, yet each shift brings you closer to Truth. Your relationships reflect to you what you still must let go of and who you are. When you are authentic, many relationships will dissolve; let this be without the urge to save or fix. Be you and those who stay are meant to be with you so you may evolve; those who leave are meant to not be in your life anymore. However life goes, flow with what is.


There may be a time when you separate from others. Sometimes there is a rejoining and sometimes not. It may be during times of separation that one or the other either rises or falls...to match the vibration of the other. If rejoining is not to be, let it be and continue to be you. Stand strong in your Truth; there is no need for apologies, for as long as each being in relationship (any kind of relationship; a lover, work or friend) is being authentically true to themselves, there is no need for fixing anything (apologizing is a form of self-denial and is an attempt to minimize choice). When you are true to you, there is a great healing/wholing of past wounds (a wound is a perception that is born of victim energy). Be truthful and honest; this is the Path of the Heart; that of true Intimacy.


During this phase of Ascension, many feel a bit lost; some retreat into the old in order to have some semblance of normalcy. In the New, there is no normal, as things continue to shift according to one's consciousness. It takes a bit getting used to. Bravo/brava to those who are couragous to continue in the New. The old is made comfortable for you, as it is what you have been used to. However, it is filled with illusions. One cannot be authentic in the old. Embrace your lostness and trust that you are being led by your Soul, who takes you by the hand and leads the way. When you trust Soul (your True Self), you rise in consciousness, vibration and Intuition. Being led by Soul will never let you down. Yes, it may feel uncomfortable at times, yet it is true and beautiful. When you allow your Heart/Soul to guide you, you amplify the New. Stay in the Moment, for it is only in the Moment that you find Peace and Guidance. The past and future are illusions.


Gaia continues to mirror our own Transformation. In the coming months, there will be a lot of change, both personally and globally. Do not despair or resist; know that all is for our highest evolution. We are finally coming into true Balance. How you see yourself, others and the Earth is accentuated; you will notice without judgment the shifts. If you remain neutral, you will be able to see without attachment. It won't matter how another chooses. What you've always known or trusted to be true will shift. Just remember that you have chosen to be on Earth now and that you create everything in life. Trust yourself. If a decision arises, take your time. Feel if it resonates with you or not. Release doubt and be true to how your Heart feels. Feel first and if it resonates then act. This is the Heart-mind merge.


All that is within us is upgrading. This includes our Hearts, cells, DNA, chakras and consciousness. All are experiencing this based on wherever one is in their Awareness. Stay balanced and grounded. Balance work, home and relationships. They are not separate from each other; they are One. Are you authentically you in your work, your home and in all your relationships? We have the opportunity to align with our True Selves, which helps us dissolve duality. We are transitioning from the old to the New. It's impossible to ignore what is happening; do you find this to be true? Love/Light transcends all, so be Love in all situations. This means to embrace your Divinity and be true to yourself...this is being in your Integrity. Our Light Bodies have merged and thus we manifest what we hold in our Hearts. Stay positive, create, have Compassion and embrace your Soul Essences. Be grateful for all in your life.


Yes, we're in a new phase; that of integrating all we've been learning. Healing the old is quicker and more complete; it is easier. Do you want to change something in our life? This time is perfect for that. We can be whoever we choose to be. This is the magic of the Moment. Be aware of energy. Remember, we are energy as everything is. This means that things can shift depending on the Awareness you hold within. See the Beauty in the world. It's all around you, reflecting your true essence.


As you stay in the Moment and focus on how you want to be and how you want Gaia to be, you manifest the New. In the Moment, you are able to take one step at a time and this leads you to anchoring and manifesting the New World. Yes, there will always be challenges, yet challenges can be viewed as opportunities to raise you higher. You can choose to see challenges as something to fight against or resist; or you can choose to see every challenge as something that incorporates more Love into you and into Gaia. We are not here to save or fix Earth; we are here to help raise her vibration as we raise our own. Every time you choose to be authentic, you integrate more Light. As you shine in your Authenticity, you infuse Light into the old matrix, thus creating and manifesting the New Earth.


Wherever your focus/intention is is what expands, for all is energy. When you end duality within yourself, you end duality on Earth. When all wars of the little mind are dissolved, the wars on Earth dissolve as well. So you see, we truly are creators! Reality is nothing more than what we project outward. As our consciousness rises, everything else does too, for consciousness creates life. How do you raise your consciousness? Through meditating in the Heart, High Heart, Throat Chakra, Third Eye , Pineal or Crown Chakras. Also, when you are positive about everything, do not complain or judge, are not choosing sides (as in religion and politics) and are authentic in each moment, you raise your consciousness. You raise your consciousness by noticing the Beauty around you, through openly sharing your Love, by being of service and by truly knowing who you are.


In these last months of the year, known on Earth as 2018, there is a higher shifting. Our brains are being rewired so that the falsehoods of limitations may be dissolved, our bodies integrate Light more easily and we flow with what is more gracefully. Be in Nature often, drink lots of pure water, meditate, move, sun-gaze and keep things simple. Let go of the attachment to how, why, where, who and what and embrace the Beauty of you.

All are One!  This is not a new thought, this is a divine Truth that is forever unchanging, but, as humans living the illusion, you have hidden this knowing from yourselves to make the sensation of separation as real as possible.  Now it is time to acknowledge this Truth, open yourselves to know it, and then allow it to guide you in every moment.  There is no possibility of separation from God, from Source, because That is All That Is, and all consciousness, awareness, sentience, arises here.  When you don’t sense It, feel It, know It, then you are choosing to be unaware.


It is time now to become aware, to become fully aware of your divine nature as One with Source.  This is not an egoic feeling of pride, of importance in being what you are, it is a full knowing and awareness of your true nature in which any need to compete with or impress others with whom you interact has totally dissolved, because all fear has gone, and because there is only the permanent Presence of Love, which is unconditionally accepting of Itself and of all Others in that Oneness that is Source.


When conscious awareness of this Truth arises within you it is immediately apparent that it has always been there, and this realization is generally quite mind-blowing when it is first experienced while occupying a human form.  It cannot ever be meaningfully described for you, it can only be experienced.  When it is, you know that you are Home, that you are where you have always been, eternally present in the Presence of the One from Whom all of creation flows outwards in an ever-expanding and limitless field of Love that is All, and that contains All within It.


Life, consciousness, awareness – Love – is eternal.  It cannot age, decay, die, or be destroyed, and nor can you because you are One with It.  Your destiny, your divine destiny, is to be in joy in every moment of your eternal existence, and so you are.  Anything that is not of Love, is illusory, unreal, and cannot last, and when it is gone only Love, and the joy that it demonstrates constantly, remain.


Your body is but a temporary home for your spirit as it chooses to experience lack, limitation, separation, aloneness, and learn the lessons it chose to encounter while incarnate as a human.  Also, those presently on Earth are also incarnate in order to take part in humanity’s awakening process by assisting each other to become consciously aware of their eternal spiritual nature and learn that Love is the only Reality.  Only through Love can you evolve spiritually, and your human form has also evolved and continues to evolve because it is spirit’s intent to raise it way above the basic needs of survival so that it too may experience the joy that is Love.


Many are now growing into a realization of this and are consequently changing their attitudes and behaviors to align with this Truth, and in so doing are finding themselves in a state of peace and happiness way beyond anything they had ever imagined was possible.  You are Love, but living estranged from It, as you have been doing for eons, led you to believe that It was an unreal state that could be experienced only briefly and weakly when it was offered to you by another – your parents, family, or partners – and then dissolved leaving you back in the “normal” state of uncertainty and fear that arose because of your constant and ongoing survival needs.


Love, when you open to It, demonstrates quite clearly that survival is not an issue.  It fills your heart with the certainty, with the knowing, that you are unconditionally accepted and infinitely loved in every moment of your eternal existence, and that absolutely nothing can alter or change that Truth.  You are closer to God, to Source, to Love than you are to your own body.  When you meditate you can reach a very clear understanding that your body is something you have, it is not what you are.  It is a learning device that enables you to live physically in the world and play the game of separation until you decide you want to return to Reality, to Source, to Love.  But, having apparently played the game of separation for eons, it does take time to adjust your perspective and identify the path that will lead you out of the game, the path that will unfailingly lead you Home.


Home is where you are going, and It lies within you!  You can never not be there.  It is the Life, the Consciousness, the Awareness of being alive with which every sentient being is endowed.  It is the energy that empowers and motivates you in every moment.  Within the illusory world of form it seems to most people that life is a biological energy that has been established and is maintained by food and water within the body until it dies, either from an accident, from illness, or from old age.  And, of course the body does die, because it is but a temporary form that an entity occupies in order to take part in the game.  The game continues as long as there are willing players, but enthusiasm for the game is waning, because it too is approaching the moment of completion.


Playing the game has enabled you to present yourselves with many meaningful and valuable lessons in ways that required you to engage with them fully and attentively in order to attain the maximum benefit from them.  The major lessons have now been learned and the information gleaned from them has mostly been assimilated.  Now you are putting all that you learned into practice as you work your way through your own personal awakening processes.


Those in the spiritual realms – your guides, saints, angels, and passed loved ones – are always on hand to assist you when you call on them.  Go within daily at least once, to your own holy inner sanctuaries, and open your hearts to the Love residing there awaiting your invitation for It to embrace you.  And during the day, when you have a moment – waiting for the traffic lights to change, waiting for your bus or train or plane, or waiting for a friend, loved one, or business associate to arrive – just go within briefly and renew your intent to be loving in every moment whatever arises.  That intent, repeated throughout the day, is extremely powerful and supportive, and responds instantly, giving you an enormous energy boost when you ask for it.


You are always fully supported, so do not attempt to do anything entirely on your own.  Call on your support team; they are waiting for your call.  Attempting to do things alone is an egoic pride issue that does not serve you, its only purpose is to convince you that you are alone when this, of course, is never the case.  Whatever the issue you are dealing with, call your support team for assistance because it honors them, and then they can honor you by responding, filling you with a sense of peace as you feel their Love embracing you.  Oneness means just that, and to shut out your awareness of it hides from you the guidance and knowing available to you as you follow your earthly path toward Home.  So, remind yourselves frequently that you are One with Source and with all of Creation, and that therefore you lack nothing and need not seek the path Home outside yourselves, it is within you and demonstrates its presence there by the events and issues arising in your lives.


Nothing that occurs during your lives is accidental, everything that arises has a purpose for you!

How you deal with it or respond to it is as a result of your free will, but your egos nearly always rush in instantly with a suggested reaction, so make a point of hanging back for a moment to allow your higher Self or intuitive spiritual guidance to offer you the most appropriate response to make.  It may be an action, it may be inaction, but it will always be a totally loving response.  However, your egos hate that and try to get you to override your innate wisdom and engage in the excitement of a quick, smart, clever, or attacking reaction.  You know from experience that that almost always causes pain and suffering, so now, in this moment, is the moment to cease allowing your egos to run – that is control – and oftentimes ruin your experiences.


You are Love!  Be That, and drop the seemingly protective masks that you are accustomed to presenting to the world, they do not serve your best interests, and they do not serve you.  When you truly allow yourselves to be your divinely created Selves, life flows far more smoothly for you, and you cope far more easily with the problems and issues that arise, and any pain or suffering that may arise will be far less overwhelming.


Again, Be the Love that you truly are!  That is one of the main lessons presented to you as a human, and you have unlimited assistance from those in the spiritual realms to learn from it and move forward.  God wills that you awaken, all of creation wills your awakening, You will your awakening, so be who you truly are, and move powerfully toward that inevitable moment.

ONENESS OF ALL: ARCTURIAN GROUP MESSAGE FOR SEPTEMBER 24, 2017 BY MARILYN RAFFAELE Dear ones, the message for these changing times is an assurance that all is on track and the world has not lost its way. Rather, it is the obsolete belief system that is losing its way even as many struggle to hold it in place. False concepts and beliefs can only dissipate in the presence of ever increasing energies of Truth where there is nothing to sustain them. Change for many has been unpleasant and not in alignment with the material sense of comfort and security. However, what is taking place is necessary for Gaia as well as all upon her in order to clear the multiple layers of dense energy formed of duality and separation that she has stored and carried through centuries. Incoming souls often choose to experience some sort of difficult or life changing event during their lifetime on earth. This is a free-will, pre-birth choice made for purposes of learning something necessary for soul growth that perhaps they have long been ready for but have not learned in easier lifetimes. Soul groups as well will often choose to experience something together in order to clear and resolve a collective karma. You are witnessing this now as certain groups around the world experience great loss and pain. The very things that seem so wrong according to three dimensional thinking, are often necessary and perfect in order to tip the balance forward for a soul or soul group. This does not mean you stand back and say; "Oh well, they chose this.", but means you have a better understanding of world situations and from that place of awareness are able to send light and help without adding negative energy to the situation. The old no longer holds the power it once did because collective consciousness is becoming increasingly evolved. Individuals are awakening and beginning to acknowledge and reclaim their innate power. Those ignorant of their true identity as spiritual beings continue allowing others to take their power--governments, churches, experts, corporations, and individuals who live from a righteous sense of empowerment disguised as knowing what is best for them. In spite of appearances, love is becoming more and more prevalent on earth as individuals awaken into a new sense of connection and move beyond concepts of separation. This is the hidden gift of "disasters". Love is being felt and expressed by many who do not understand that their desire to help others is actually love. Love flows in forms relevant to the attained state of consciousness of an individual who may himself simply see his actions as practical responses to some situation. There are those who always step in where they see a need, "ordinary" people providing clothing, food, and material goods while never considering their actions to be love. Others help on emotional and mental levels, providing guidance and support. This is love (activities of oneness) regardless of what it is called. The intense needs of so many at this time is serving to draw the world more deeply into love through service which is why many choose pre-birth, to experience or be a part of some catastrophic event. As you already know, the more illumined an attained state of consciousness is, the deeper and more clear is the person's realization of love as being the connecting energy between the many within the ONE. Spiritual evolution is simply a journey in which every soul moves either quickly or slowly into increasingly higher levels of this awareness. All who in some way selflessly serve Gaia and her life forms are loving, even if they are only able to see it as; "Doing their job." or "Being practical" etc. at this point. There are some (often well known people desirous of publicity) whose present state of consciousness only allows them to perform actions of service primarily for purposes of receiving praise and attention from others, with no real concern for the recipients, be they people, plants or animals. However even this low level of service can be the beginning point from which will unfold a deeper sense of service as love. It is important to understand the difference between loving and enabling. Many still believe that loving means doing whatever it takes to make someone else happy, often at the expense of their own personal power and growth. Other individual's situations may very well be a part of their chosen pre-birth contract for learning, clearing, and moving beyond the active energies of some old cellular memory. Love is having one's hand ready to grasp the hand of another who is reaching out for additional help to their own efforts, but love is not a reaching down into the gutter in order to lift up someone out who is making no personal effort or even seeing any need to be elsewhere. Individuals must themselves choose (consciously or unconsciously) to leave a "gutter consciousness" they themselves have created. If, in self righteous zeal a person tries to force another into a state of consciousness they may not yet be ready for, they remove the lesson and become an enabler. Many students of truth remain confused on this point because in their sincere effort to become loving they try to fix, heal, or change everyone struggling and not seeing the world as they do. This is done through words (proselytizing) or actions (stepping in and changing things), or simply through sympathetic alignment--all of which will add energy to the situation. Love often requires a person to step aside and allow another to fall flat on their face which can be very difficult when the other is a loved one. Never forget that the person's true nature is Divine no matter what the appearances may be. This is the higher work and if the other person is receptive or ready for change, your loving realization of his true nature can shift his awareness, allowing him to see and be more receptive to the bigger picture. Always trust your intuition in these types of situations--"Does this person really want help, or is he simply looking for someone to ease his way back into his chosen lifestyle?". There are certain individuals who thrive on being "victims" because it brings the attention they crave with no effort other than to keep repeating and elaborating the details of their victim-hood to anyone who will listen which perfectly serves to produce more victim situations. You are creators. When another is sincerely trying to grow and change their life for the better and reaches out, that is when you firmly grasp their hand and assist them in whatever ways you are able (physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually) to where they themselves are choosing to be. It may simply be guiding them to them to where they can get the help they seek. It is difficult to determine these things strictly from observation and is where your intuitive gifts must come into play. You are Lightworkers, which means that you are evolved enough to engage with the world from levels of Light and awareness, not according to three dimensional concepts of love and service which often include a surrender of personal power. Love never means being a door mat. Love is never about attempting to mold yourselves into the holy card image of a "saint" with eyes lifted to heaven and hands folded meekly. Love often means taking a stand, and saying "No" when it is appropriate. Love allows others to experience and learn from their mistakes. Love is observant and knows the difference between a want and a need. Love is a recognition of every individual's true Divine nature regardless of how far from that they may appear. Love is being willing to step in with guidance when asked, but is also the ability to step back when not asked. Love is being firm if your child in his immaturity is making bad choices, but love also allows him to experience the consequences of a bad choice. Love is the realization of oneness on all levels-physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Love knows that all life forms express the One life. You are and can only ever be love because love is the energy that flows in, as, and through all things. Love is not an emotion although it often expresses through the emotions. Love is the Divine Engine that is God with all Its parts functioning in perfectly order infinitely by law--  manifesting in the physical as the human heart.
