Hold the Light

Light Forces have begun to clear the innermost layer of the etheric and astral dark force matrix with still tens of billions of Reptilian entities present. This practically means that the battle for the planetary surface on the non-physical planes is now reaching its peak. Dark attacks in the last few weeks have collapsed about 40 percent of the Light grid on the surface of the planet, and thankfully the grid is slowly recovering in the last few days.

Non-physical dark forces are using their scalar technologies and entity possession to keep the surface population in a state of fear and induced mass psychosis:

This fear is like a cloud around the planetary surface and even most of the Lightworkers have succumbed to it.

Light Forces have communicated that it is of the utmost importance to go within, connect with the Light and hold the Light no matter what happens in the outside world in the next few weeks and months. If enough people hold the Light, this will ensure the most positive possible outcome in the current challenging situation.

There are many scary news in the media but ultimately there is no reason to be afraid for the vast majority of people reading this blog. The vaccines are NOT being used to depopulate the planet, and vast majority of people taking the vaccine will NOT die. After the Event, the Light Forces will be able to reverse and heal ALL negative side effects of the vaccines with their technology.

Light Forces have also communicated that it is very good for people to minimize their exposure to mainstream and alternative media and rather spend more time in nature, meet each other in small inspiring groups, listen to the music or do whatever it takes to keep the vibration high. If you feel so guided you can also meditate and clear the energy of Lightworkers and of the planetary energy grid with the violet flame.

The only positive aspect of the Afghanistan situation is that Russian special forces were able to rescue several Pleaidian hostages that were kept in secret prisons in Afghanistan by the US military since late 1990s.

Next country the Chinese want to subjugate is Taiwan. China wants to secure its semiconductor and microchip industry. For that purpose, since March they have killed some key positive Dragon members in mainland China and arrested some others. This has weakened the Red Dragon forces in mainland China who have until now been keeping the invasion of Taiwan at bay, as now they have to keep a very low profile in order to survive. This situation is finally being addressed and the Light Forces are taking action to resolve this.

On that day, many protests against coronavirus restrictions are scheduled worldwide and according to intel sources they might turn violent. Light Forces are asking those who feel so guided to meditate and to clear the energy of the protests with the violet flame in order to remove the negative violent energy and to encircle the protesters in white Light to protect and support them. If the critical mass of 144,000 protesters gathers worldwide on that day with a unified message, this can begin to turn the tide in the battle between the positive and negative timelines.

I find this highly disturbing..but then we continue to do Mass Meditations to shift the timeline of potential futures to our highest and best outcome. His first dream came true, but that doesn't mean the other 2 will. Intention is everything, so the best way to frame this is as a wake up call for us to prepare and fight. Hopefully spiritual warfare will be enough, and we won't have to endure Civil War. Pray, Meditate, prepare for change, and intend for it to be positive. Today we would like to focus your attention upon a concept humans have surrounding mistakes. From our perspective there are never really any mistakes, only different choices which lead you to different paths to enlightenment. Remember that you cannot see where the other paths would have lead you.


Perhaps you would not have met the people who you find to be most important in your life, or perhaps you would not have gained the valuable lesson that was so imperative to you being able to push through an unforeseen obstacle, or perhaps you would have escaped one “bad” decision only to make a far more devastating one later on.


So many of you continue to relive these “mistakes” in your minds forcing yourselves through the trauma, because you believe that if you would have made a different choice it would have been free of challenge. This is not necessarily so, remember that things are not always what they seem to be. It is the times in your life that you feel your dreams and wishes are being squandered that you are actually being redirected to one far greater.


Many think that a life free from any challenge would be the ideal life, though we assure you, you have all already experienced this and you found it to be quite boring; and so you have eagerly volunteered to incarnate within this illusion just for the “fun” of it.


You didn't come here to manifest problems, challenges and difficulties, however you knew that the duality that you would encounter would allow you to quickly determine whether you liked something or you didn't. We see your reality as a catalyst for creation. Because there is so very much to choose from, that there will always be more for you to create going forward. You are constantly innovating upon the experiences you have manifested up to this point.


Nothing is inherently good or bad, it is the perceiver that determines the nature of the experience. You really can't make a mistake, you are only making one decision instead of another and either way you will be able to determine what you would like different moving forward.


We realize that many of you yearn to release yourself from the challenges that you find yourself within, but the goal was not to not have challenges but rather to be unaffected by them. To use the experience as a catalyst for a new and improved creation. What one perceives as challenging, another may perceive as fun; your perception is what makes something challenging not the circumstance itself.


You see many look to the reality outside of themselves to determine whether they can be at peace or if they must feel stress, but you will only truly find ever lasting peace when you realize that it is a choice that comes from within. Nothing outside of you has the ability to disrupt your harmony, your balance, your peace of mind but you.


We hope that you have found this message to be helpful in someway, and we ask that the next time that you are faced with a challenging situation take a step back and remember that it is only challenging if you say it must be, you are the center of peace. So go in peace and hold your light so brightly that it cannot be disrupted regardless of what events are seemingly swirling around you.

Arcturian Group Message for JUNE 17, 2018 by Marilyn Raffaele | ONENESS OF ALL Greetings once again dear ones. We are well aware of the troubling activities and chaos tempting many of you to fall into fear and doubt. Always remember that in spite of appearances, what you are witnessing is the exposure of old programming, secrets, and three dimensional creations. High resonating energies of Light are illuminating and paving the way for their removal because denser energies cannot exist in the higher more refined ones. All is well in spite of how things may seem. The world needs to become aware of these things before it can change. Do not lose hope dear ones, for you are creating a new world with your awakened consciousness as you bring in and hold the Light, assisting those now ready to awaken and creating space for the many evolved souls now arriving. Some are coming as walk-ins and some as newborns, but a large number are already here as children and teens who have come specifically to assist in the ascension process of Gaia and mankind through their evolved levels of consciousness. Most of them are not yet aware of their mission, but see and understand the world from a more evolved state of awareness than most. Do not force these young ones into box's of conformity in the belief that there is something wrong with them. They are very old souls in very young bodies. As more and more individuals awaken, Light frequencies automatically become stronger and more dominant. Understand that much of the suffering you are witnessing at this time represents pre-birth choices made by individuals for the purpose of changing world consciousness through exposing how many commonly accepted beliefs serve only a few while bringing pain and suffering to others. Many who up to now have lived fully enmeshed in beliefs of duality and separation, are beginning to awaken and recognize the suffering brought about by some commonly accepted beliefs and laws many of which were created brought about by nothing more than self righteous moral authority. Mankind is beginning to awaken. Know that a great deal is going on behind the scenes that the general public is not yet aware of. Your news sources do not give you the whole picture, so keep that in mind when you tune in. Your job as awakened ones is to hold the Light within and without at all times in spite of appearances which does not mean sticking your head in the sand while shouting "God is all", but rather simply doing what is necessary from a higher state of awareness. There were and are many desirous of being on earth at this time but who were not permitted. Only those with something to offer the ascension process and the strength to do it have been permitted during these powerful times. But... "What about the terrorists, the troublemakers, the violent and un-evolved ones?" The terrorist state of consciousness is one that is fully enmeshed in the energies of duality and separation. Many of them have had limited experience on earth and are only able to live out from the three dimensional belief system which is all they know. It is their state of consciousness. However, these dear ones are necessary at this time in order to bring about and expose issues of duality and separation. Know that every one of you has been the "villain" in one or more lifetimes during your journey of awakening. You are right where you need to be at this time, doing what you need to do, and doing a fine job of it even if it seems as though you are doing nothing. Being the truth while not allowing outer appearances deflect you, creates an atmosphere in which change can happen. Know that all is proceeding according to plan. The spiritual journey is now a matter of be-ing rather than do-ing. Doubt is always based in the belief of separation and has been dominant on earth throughout your hundreds of lifetimes. Doubt has become a habit that is ingrained in almost everyone until they consciously decide to move beyond it. When doubt arises, remind yourselves that since there is only ONE, you can only be in and of that ONE for nothing else exists. Therefore, every quality embodied within IT, must also be yours regardless of appearances to the contrary--order, harmony, abundance, intelligence etc. etc. simply forever are--held in place by Divine Law. We wish once again to speak of love, for love is the foundation of all that is--the connecting energy between all living things within the ONE. Love is the glue of life, unfolding and revealing itself on new levels as an individual evolves. In the third dimension, love as well as everything else, can only be understood and interpreted according to the attained consciousness of the individual. Love, the energy between living things, is often felt, interpreted, and then acted on by the un-evolved consciousness through actions of violence, rape, war, and abuse. However, the reality and cohesiveness of ONE expressing ITself in infinite form and variety never changes or is affected by these false interpretations. Those who ask; "How could God allow this?" do not understand the God knows nothing about illusory dreams. Atrocities do not exist in Divine Consciousness. This is what waking up is all about, the understanding and living of this truth. We see many struggling to attain a deeper understanding of love, but seeking it through the many false ideas about love that flow from three dimensional concepts and beliefs regarding love. Love is and can only ever be selective, conditional, and limited when understood through beliefs of duality and separation. "How do I love a government that seeks to torment its own people? How do I love those who kill and maim and believe that their position of authority is a free pass to cause harm and suffering for others? How do I love the drug or alcohol addict who selfishly causes so much hurt and pain to everyone around them? How can I love what I see happening in the world? How do I love?" Dear ones, these questions are asked at some point by everyone seeking spiritual awareness. Allow yourselves to let go of the hundreds of three dimensional concepts of love, and especially the one that says love is always emotional. Shift into understanding love as the law of oneness. Yes, emotions are often involved with the many forms of love, but the reality underlying love in all its forms is Oneness. You are the energy of love every time you do or think expressions of oneness, no matter how seemingly small or insignificant that expression. It may be as simple as helping a suffering animal, opening the door for another, making someone's life a bit easier in some way without being asked, or recognizing the true Divine nature of an un-awake and obnoxious person. Love can be as simple as courageously saying "no" if and when it is appropriate. As you attain an ever deepening consciousness of what Love really is, your thoughts and actions will automatically begin to reflect it. You become Love because in reality you are consciousness and not just a physical body. This is what makes a spiritual master appear to be different or more blessed than ordinary humans. No, the masters are only different from everyone else in that they know who they are. They are awake. Love does not and must never exclude self for how can anyone be outside ONE? Many serious truth students exclude themselves when they experience the arising shame and regret of past actions in the light of their new state of awareness. Never resist, but rather allow these emotions to come up for you to acknowledge, but not give power to. They are a part of your awakening process now ready to be released from cellular memory. For example; "I was hurt because someone did not include me in some thing I felt I should of been a part of and I responded with angry words and actions and feelings of resentment. Now I am ashamed. " Ask yourself; "What was I believing at that time that caused me to act this way?" You will quickly discover that most of these experiences were based in beliefs of separation--"I am not loveable. I am always on the outside looking in." Now ask yourself; "In the Light of what I now understand to be the truth, could this possibly be true?". The energy upholding the third dimensional belief system is always; "You will never be good enough. Feelings of guilt and remorse often linger long after being recognized for what they are. Do not resist or panic in the belief that somehow you have failed, because resistance simply endows something with power. Rather, allow these emotions to flow, experiencing them without labels of good or bad. Thank them for reminding you of what you may still be holding on to, send Light to your cells telling them that it is time to release all old and finished three dimensional energies, and then simply move on with your day. It is a process. Old energies recede as you are able to move beyond giving them importance or power over you. At some point these things simply dissolve into the nothingness that they are because you are longer feeding them with your energy. In a quiet uninterrupted time, visualize each undesired aspect of yourself as a small girl or boy standing back awaiting recognition and acceptance. You may not even realize that you have rejected some part of yourself, but will discover it when you see the child come forward or hide awaiting acceptance. Invite each child to you one at a time and allowing yourself embrace, love, and accept him/her. Until you can unconditionally love and accept all parts of yourself as simply being facets of who you were along the way or even now, you will not have the fullness of love to flow to others. Learn to love and accept all of yourself no matter how obnoxious or unloving you may now see your actions or words to have been. Apologize if you are guided to, but do not waste an inordinate amount of time reliving or trying to fix some long ago experience. Know that very action taken and every experience experienced in every lifetime, has been a step along the evolutionary highway for everyone involved Nothing is or ever can be random within ONE. Old memories have no power over you other than the power you give them. Life on earth is about learning and evolving through experiences until such time as one's spiritual evolution is able to flow from within. All is well, nothing is ever wrong. Everyone in your life, so called enemies as well as friends, are a part of your and their evolutionary plan. Your Higher Self knows exactly what you need, when you are ready for it, and how to guide you through it if you allow, trust, and do not choose some form of resistance. This blog has been a long time coming because I’ve been searching for the words to help memorialize this time. The only way that I can describe this time accurately is to say that it is one of surrender. We have never experienced this type of energy before and it is literally changing everything. It is simultaneously asking us to let go and receive all that we are, all at the same time. It is asking us to let go of how we think things should be in this process; how they should feel and how they should look (particularly out there).


Reaffirming and creating boundaries.

Since the eclipse in August so much has opened up, there is greater contact and higher frequencies. The changes that these frequencies are making within us and within our Earth are astronomical.
It can feel like you’re being bombarded by 1000 different streams of energy all at one time. If we don’t have boundaries and we allow all of it to come into our field we are going to feel very ungrounded and out of sorts. Not only do we need boundaries in our waking reality but we need boundaries in the unseen reality as well. Part of this is so that we practice our boundaries and come to realize what frequencies match our personal soul vibration. No longer do we have to take in other people’s frequencies, we may be aware of them so that we may assist but it is not our job to take them on. No longer do we have to allow the energy blasts to knock us off our feet and make it so that we cannot function. What my team has told me is that it is okay for any of us to say I can’t handle this. That if I cannot handle these upgrades with EASE and GRACE then they need to be slowed. This is what it means to walk in your mastery.


It is important to note that upgrades are different than clearing. And when one is going through deep emotional clearing they can feel completely overwhelmed and beg for it to stop and yet it does not because it can not. If any of us have frequencies within that cannot stand in the higher timelines they will come up again and again and again until they are resolved and released. This is so that we can match the vibratory frequency where we are presently resting and find comfort.


If you’re finding yourself completely overwhelmed with body pain, emotional pain and the mental mind going round and round this may not be a function of the upgrades, but rather the body clearing itself. When one is feeling slammed by clearing it is a good time to really dig in and see what is it that is needing to be seen. Then look and see where that line of thought, programming or belief started. If it started from the moment you were born, then it must be healed from that location and not simply how it affects you in this now.


Anchoring in the new

Many are in the process of detaching from one reality and anchoring into another. Here is a link to more info (Temporary 5D timeline now available) on the timelines shifting. During this phase, things can get really convoluted. Items can go missing, transactions can disappear including emails and phone numbers. We just have to laugh at the confusion and surrender to the process.  Physically within the form, this can be quite challenging. This is where we get the dizzy spells, the feeling of not quite being on Earth and with this can come injuries. So if you’re finding yourself stumbling, twisting your ankle, having hip and knee pain these are signs that you really need to anchor in and ground. Many people are using crystals and earthing to help ground into their new location.


Just as one must disconnect from one reality, they must anchor into another. What I found to be the best for me is to take a deep breath in from the top of my head, as if my crown chakra has lungs. Really taking a deep breath, breathing in all that is there and then exhaling out the bottom of my feet with the intention of grounding solidly into the timeline or reality that fits me best. Whatever way works best for you is perfect, just know that we are easily ungrounded now with all the changes taking place.


Holding the light

Many are finding new assignments, new roles & abilities coming in and with this comes so much excitement and some confusion. As we walk in our power and embody all that we are, we are finding that our world is changing greatly. There is a sense of being done with this phase. A sense of no longer needing to strive to obtain something, but rather that it is all within just waiting to be unboxed. Trust in the process and is an absolute must but this is also a time to be strong and exercise wants and needs. Holding the light is no longer an expression but a requirement in these energies. Anything less and one can feel quite tangled in the emotions of other densities.


I want to share a personal experience that helped me to understand the importance of holding the light and keeping my vibration.

I was in mediation when I saw myself walking on a road and was joined by my Highest Self. We were chatting and came up on a giant ravine. There was no way I could cross it, but my higher self urged me to take the leap and walk across. In my mind, I was thinking it would be an experince like Jesus walking on water lol. So I took a step and fell… fell completely to the bottom of the ravine. After I got over my shock, I realized that the bottom held all these painful emotions and people struggling: pain, trauma, greed, lack, war, rape… you name it, it was there. I could feel it seeping into me, lowering my vibration and my physical body was aching. I started to panic and heard my higher self say “Do what you do best.” I realized she meant for me to shine my light. I began to send waves and waves of love from my heart chaka. It didn’t matter if it was received or if it helped as each person has their own journey. I was simply sending without attaching to an outcome. I found that the energies were no longer seeping in, my body stopped hurting and was amazed to find myself slowly rising out of that ravine. When I got to the top, I was on the other side and my higher self told me congratulations. Then she told me to look down into the ravine. Some of the souls had wapped themselves in the light and unconditional love and were using it as a rope to pull themselves forward.  She then said “If you had become lost in those frequencies, you would not have been able to help anyone. Above all, do what you do best and don’t feel guitly for not getting lost in the emotions.”

It was a very important lesson told in a way that I completely got it. 

It’s also a time to look at everything and determine what you don’t want. And this can be important especially if you’re not sure what it is you do want. Being able to define what no longer fits in your reality is very, very important. Then once what no longer serves has been determined, take the steps to move beyond it. What I have witnessed with my clients and myself is that once the commitment is made and action steps are taken doors begin to open and the energies push us forward.


It is also understanding that even if things don’t appear in the flow, they are in fact flowing. I recently had a client who followed guidance to make a big geographical move. She found an apartment that she thought fit, but upon moving in, found that it was horrible. The apartment had environmental issues that would have caused trouble on her sensitive system. She then demanded the realtor find her a new apartment and was able to find a suitable one but there was a 2-week hold that would have had her living in a hotel. Her guidance system told her to go on a road trip and enjoy since she would be in a hotel anyway.


As you can imagine, the human is wondering where she went wrong. How did she miss the guidance? How did she get out of the flow? Spirit, on the other hand, was ecstatic. They were thrilled she refused to compromise herself and stay in a crappy apartment. I can’t begin to tell you how many times lightworkers have stayed in less than ideal situations because they feel they must be there to inject light. This is walking in self-sacrifice and not mastery. Spirit was also happy that she chose this outcome or passed the test if you will because they had a greater purpose for her on the road trip. Not once during the entire event was she out of the flow. It is only the human perception that feels that way.


Spirit tells me that one can be in the flow and still have events that are deemed undesirable. Think on the flat tire that kept you from being in a nasty accident 5 miles up ahead. The only time we get ourselves out of the flow is when we don’t honor ourselves. This is where trust and faith come in that all is happening for your highest good. This is surrendering to the fact that we don’t know the bigger picture.


Honoring the body as it comes online.

The body is also asking for a greater role in our lives. For so long we were told that we are not the body that we are so much more and this is true. However, the body is an essential part of this – we are ascending with the body, a point which cannot be forgotten. It is the body that holds the ancestral DNA and the past life lessons. Our cells hold the traumas from this and other lives. It is the body that has been discarded, judged and abused too many times on the earth journey. Our soul simply observed the lives, the body actually lived it. It is the body that is being asked to change as we become more crystalline and less carbon. It is the body that is going through it as we embrace more of our soul and what that means physically.


We are being asked to unite our consciousness with the consciousness of the body. We are being asked to listen to the body, honor it and help it release in whatever way it sees fit. We have a tendency to be upset over the body bloating, all the ascension symptoms, the aching, and feeling off center during these intense upgrades. This is no different than when we get outraged or fearful over the earth clearing herself with hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, and fires. It is the time that we start to connect, to listen and to allow ourselves and the earth to experience what needs to be experienced with full trust.


Take a moment, get quiet and simply ask “Body, what do you need?” and then allow that answer to come as a voice, an image, a feeling or emotion. The first time I did this I heard a voice soft but so clear: “I need you to love me and I need more water.”


When I started working with the energy of my reproductive organs, as I was having hormonal fluctuations, I immediately saw Satan, Lilith, and a red apple. It took me a moment but I realized these were symbols for the “original sin”. Essentially, my Catholic upbringing and the indoctrination that women were what caused the fall of man had set up in my body. As we are anchoring in the Divine feminine more and more it was very important for me to work with the body and what had been stored within the cells.


To neglect this aspect of my journey by either not wanting to be in the body or by not seeing the body’s contribution and value would hinder my process. My hormonal fluctuations were a clue that this area needed attention, love, and healing. Never in a million years did I think a part of my form held conditioning from my earlier years, this is not something that my mind would have come up with. I, therefore, relied on the body to show me the dysfunction.


It is coming to the understanding that pain, anxiety, and depression are not your enemy. They are in fact friends that help steer us in a direction. Our job is to understand the why behind the way we feel the way and act to correct the situation through actions or changes in perception.


As we go forward, the body will need to be front and center as it is the Divine vessel for your soul.

Dear ones, we come today to speak of love and the ramifications of its denial and suppression. Love is the cohesive energy of all things and is omnipresent, but until realized and acknowledged as such, can appear to be nonexistent. Never forget that you are creators.

The world holds a multitude of concepts regarding love, all reflective of varying belief systems. However, even the most dense and unawake state of consciousness cannot change the fact that love is and can only be all there is. Love is the energetic glue that binds all living things together within ONE whole.

This is the reason love is sought on all levels by all souls even in its most distorted forms and often through any means. Even the terrorist believes he is making the world a better place for those who agree with him. Everyone seeks the acceptance and love of oneness that lies innate within, but is only able to interpret this inner yearning according to their attained level of awareness.

Gaia is ascending along with all who are prepared for the shift into higher dimensional energy that has begun. Gaia is a living soul, consciousness, who has lovingly served all upon her with gifts of beauty, abundance, and love. Because much of mankind continues to consider Gaia to be simply dirt, with resources to be misused and abused for personal gain, she has chosen and is ready to make her own ascension.

Fires and floods are some of the ways Gaia has of clearing many layers of old dense energy reflective of spiritual ignorance. She has carried them for eons and is choosing to release them. She, as well as all upon her, cannot carry old and dense energy into that which is higher and lighter, thus the need for the releasing and clearing of cellular memory so many are experiencing at this time.

All mankind must realize that the planet was never created for people to selfishly use and abuse. The idea of "dominion over" was the result of many mistranslations of the word "shepherding" long ago. It is time for all to understand that everyone, all life forms as well as Gaia herself, are in and of the One Divine Consciousness while never excluding self from this totality through some false sense of unworthiness.

It is a time of change for everyone, for the awakened as well as the un-awakened. Long established manifestations of duality and separation are being exposed and dissolved by the ever increasing presence of high dimensional frequencies. Light will always serve to expose the shadow much as the shining of a flashlight into dark corners illuminates what was previously unseen.

Personal tragedy is often the only way some people will wake up and shift out of a comfortable but un-aware state of consciousness. You are witnessing this with the the fires and floods. Weather events need not always be so destructive, but because humans are ignorant of their creative abilities, they elaborate, discuss, and fill the atmosphere with fear and dire predictions whenever these occasions arise. Remember always--you are creators.

There will be no destructive weather conditions once universal consciousness is enlightened with the truth of oneness between each other and God for the energetic source and substance of these things (the belief in separation from peace, harmony, completeness etc. ) will no longer exist. The idea of destructive weather does not exist in Divine Consciousness.

All spiritually ready must let go of their outmoded but comfortable false belief system. Wake up calls can be very painful, but are often necessary in order to rouse a reluctant soul into the next phase of his spiritual journey. All on earth came to learn, spiritually grow, and assist in the world's ascension not to simply rest back in the illusions of personal sense.

Some (not everyone) presently suffering from great loss lived from a sense of separation believing themselves to be better than, less than, more evolved, more worthy, etc. than everyone around them. To suddenly find themselves in the same situation as those they felt superior or inferior to, is providing profound attitude adjustments and spiritual growth for those who would not of otherwise been receptive to ideas of connection and oneness.

You are witnessing the dissolution of many forms of old energy and are beginning to understand and accept that only by allowing change can the world ascend into its higher reality. We speak of these things in order that you can more fully understand that everything taking place on earth right now is a part of this process.

Hold your Light and flow this Light to Gaia and all who live upon her, for Light is the frequency that dissolves the shadow. Be the Light.

What is this Light we speak of and how do we send it? Light is the manifestation of high frequency energy. Divine Consciousness, Source, is pure diamond Light unable to be viewed with human eyes. The closer a soul gets to vibrating as its Divine Self, the faster and higher (lighter) the vibration. As you become ever more enlightened, your whole energy field begins to vibrate with lighter and brighter colors.

As your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies begin to vibrate with increasingly higher frequencies, the slower, heavier, vibrations become easily recognizable in comparison which is why certain places, people, books, films, foods, etc. that you may have always enjoyed, suddenly no longer resonate in the same way.

To send Light means acknowledging the true nature of another no matter how deeply it may be hidden. To hold the Light means resting in the Light of your true self. When you do this or send Light to a person or place, visualize golden/white Light. Have no specific purpose other than to send and enfold another with high resonating Light because Light is conscious and knows what is needed far better than some human concept. Light is not sent to fix something but rather to illuminate and release the hidden perfection already present.

Be open and receptive. You may become aware of colors or a crystalline effect. Different energies appear with different colors. If more love is needed you may become aware of rose, pink colors. If healing of some sort is needed, you may become aware of aquamarine/greens. Allow the visualization to unfold without trying to "make something happen" and always with the intention to serve in the highest and best way for all involved.

Send Light to the so called "leaders" and authority figures of the world. Send it to all those who are suffering whether it be of their own making or from circumstances seemingly beyond their control. Visualize and send Light to Gaia and all her kingdoms, recognizing and acknowledging their Divinity.

Be the Light in every conversation and activity regardless of how seemingly mundane through the realization that all activity is spiritual activity, none more spiritual than another. Live, move, and have your being in and as who and what you really are. This is healing work and is how you bring more Light to a world hungry for it.

Light work does not require you to engage in rigorous activities and thought taking other than pure intention and an active resting in a consciousness of truth. Rites and rituals were necessary at one time and still are for those new to energy and awakening, but you who are drawn to these messages have arrived. Rites and rituals only serve to keep one in a sense of separation.

There is no harm with the small rituals you love, like lighting candles, holding favorite crystals etc. but a false sense of separation is kept alive when individuals believe they need these things in order to be spiritual or to do their inner work and that it cannot be accomplished without them.

The head of an arrow often generates heat and burns. Regardless of appearances in your lives hold fast to that which you are, will be, and always have been-- Divine Beings having human experiences. This is why you are on earth at this sacred and powerful time.

This is the work and you are ready for it whether you feel you are or not. You are the hope, the first wave of ascension preparing the way for those following.
