More Out With The Old & In With The NEW

So much has changed energetically since the December 21, 2018 Solstice it’s dizzying, and it’s still happening. Then more changed via the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon. These changes will only be followed by nearly constant changes throughout 2019 so, eyes and HighHearts wide open transmuters.

The night of the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse supermoon—which feels like it happened six months ago instead of only days ago—I checked it repeatedly throughout the evening and felt other humans reacting to it. It was visually beautiful and I was grateful for the clear night sky so I could watch the entire process unfold from the privacy of my backyard. What surprised me about it however was once it reached its peak, the energies changed dramatically and instantly. Another LARGE chunk of old lower things were suddenly gone the moment this eclipse peaked and I felt an explosive removal of the old and instantaneous insertion of NEW energies and codes. Remember back in April 2017, how Saturn got hit by seven solar flares to energetically free it from old lower things? The January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse had a similar energetic transformation, freeing the Moon of all past lower energies, negativity and distortions and has embodied the NEW energies.

This January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse energy swap-out was blatant, intense and took a split-second. As I stood there watching and feeling this, I was simultaneously saddened in a nostalgic sort of way and ecstatic, surprised and not surprised at the speed of this, and empty and full too. Empty of the old and full of more NEW. Another strange sensation and knowing about the ongoing removal of old energies and distortions and what remained of them and their etheric structures.

There’s been a great acceleration of the removal of old lower energies and instantaneous insertion and embodiment of more NEW higher Light energies and codes etc. since mid-December 2018. This quickening will continue during 2019 so be prepared to feel, I repeat FEEL, not think but feel the old world and its energies and intentional and unintentional distortions suddenly disappearing energetically more and more and more. This process has been happening all along but it has greatly accelerated since 2017, because we and Earth are capable of much more far more quickly being removed and replaced and not be injured or destabilized by these big evolutionary shifts and  processes.

As great as all that always is every time it happens the fact remains that many of we Forerunners, Blue Rays, Starseeds, Lightworkers, Embodiers, Transmuters, Gridworkers etc. have to physically go through these cosmic energy changes in our physical bodies. Not every Forerunner, Blue Ray, Starseed, Lightworker, Embodier, Gridworker etc. does however. This has always been a big confusion in the Ascension Community since the beginning.

Over ten years ago I wrote about this at TRANSITIONS and said that not everyone, meaning every Forerunner, Lightworker, Blue Ray, Starseed etc., was a framer in the Ascension Process construction crew. Nor were they all plumbers or electricians, stone masons or painters, concrete foundation layers or roofers. They all were and still are Ascension Process “construction crew members”—aka Volunteers—but they all, we all do NOT have the same specialties. One of my specialties is Transmuter, another is Lightworker, another Lightwarrior, another Gridworker etc.

Where I’m going with this is to say that not every Volunteer has the same abilities and specialties, which is why there are a lot of “construction crew members” that have not and will not experience personally transmuting old negative energies and all the physical body pains that goes with doing that. This is why there’s always been these huge discrepancies between all of us Volunteers; not everyone has the same capabilities and because of that they, we don’t all have identical Mission Work or jobs to do while incarnate on Earth in these bodies. The roofer isn’t better than the plumber and the plumber isn’t better than the painters and so on. Each is incredibly valuable because each has different abilities, specialties and jobs to do for All. There are far too many in the Ascension Community that do not know or understand this and look down on other Volunteer “crew members” because they are still experiencing physical body pains in 2019 and they are not.

My point is that due to the December 21, 2018 Solstice Earth core change that took place then and continues to today, and due to the January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse, those Volunteer “crew members” that specialize in being able to transmute old negative energies and Embody and anchor the NEW energies in their physical bodies have been doing this again increasingly since mid-December 2018. The January 20, 2019 Lunar eclipse pushed this process to another level for those Volunteers that are Transmutors and Embodiers and anchor the NEW Light energies on, into and around Earth.

I’ve tried to get this article finished since the day after the Lunar eclipse, but earlier this month my physical body started to, once again, do this very painful thing it’s done off and on since the start of 2017. I’ll have one physical body part suddenly become very painful and not work or be able to be used normally such as an elbow joint, a shoulder joint, hip(s) joints, bones in one or both feet etc. and the next day another area will start hurting and the next day another area and so on for a couple of weeks. It eventually gets so bad and painful that I can barely walk or stand and put my weight on my feet, and this has been the case again for most of January 2019. I’m going into detail about this because I know that many of you reading this (not all but many) have been experiencing the same amplified cascade of body parts and areas suddenly and for no clear reason go super painful day after day all month.

The reasons for this amplified physical body pains that many of us have dealt with in January 2019, is due to the December 2018 Earth core energy change, and then the January 2019 Lunar eclipse that removed abundant old negative distortions placed in the Moon long ago by Team Dark. What happens to the Sun happens to and in our physical bodies. What happens to the Earth happens to and in our physical bodies. What happens to the Moon happens to and in our physical bodies and so on. Every time old negative energies and distortions are removed from any cosmic body, the same happens to our physical bodies because those old distortions were in our physical and energetic bodies too. So as we get excited over more old lower energies, distortions and their structures getting removed, many of us (but not all of us) also have had the same process take place in our physical bodies and it freakin’ hurts! I’m sure we experience this in our own unique ways too but pain is pain and transmuting dense negativity is transmuting dense negativity so do NOT feel bad for feeling bad. Why? Because you are the only ones who can do this type of Volunteer Transmuting and anchoring Work for All. Let the other Volunteers play on the beach or go to meetings and do their things, the things we can’t do but know that they’re able to do things like that because you and I are specialists at transmuting the old and Embodying more NEW. Plumbers, carpenters, roofers, framers, electricians and more are all needed to make the whole thing happen and get built.

A Message to Lightworkers – August 17, 2018

The latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:


Greetings, friends! We are very pleased to have this time to speak with you again.


And we are aware that you are unconsciously picking up on the many powerful, deliberate movements forward, to free and empower humanity and Earth, yet are unclear for the most part what those movements are.


In the meantime, you are juggling a great deal—astrological movements that affect your heart-mind and body, cellular shifts and etheric ones that, while they are enlightening and empowering overall, can feel cataclysmic or strange many days.


They also bring up powerful emotion at times—old struggles, grievances, anger, or feelings of loss or betrayal that have been buried in some cases for centuries, and now demand to be heard, and healed or released.


We would say that any quiet time you can give yourself is invaluable now, and is the key to your retaining your calm and equilibrium.

Any time in Nature, any quiet time in your home where you concentrate purely on your breathing, or image receiving Divine Light though your crown chakra, or any time you speak with your Spirit team of guides, Angelic guardians, and higher self, asking for whatever wisdom you are in need of now—any of that is more valuable than any other respite, including physical rest or nutrition, or entertainment or other distractions can give you.


We would go so far as to say it is as crucial now as the air you breathe.


This is because it is very difficult for the heart-mind and body to adjust to living simultaneously in a number of dimensions without the dimensional bridge and supportive help that quiet time, time in Nature, and conscious connection to your Spirit team can give you.


Some stay calm and centered by playing a musical instrument, writing, painting, dancing, or practicing yoga or other pursuits in which you are highly focused and pouring out your life energies creatively.


These moments gather your energies and lift them to a higher level, rather than allowing scattered, distracted, unhappy thoughts and wayward emotions, dogged by centuries-old pain and confusion, to run the day.


We will also say, that you are largely unaware of what is happening within the Earth Herself, and need to know that a great deal is happening.


Many of you travel etherically to Inner Earth to observe or take part in what is occurring there while in your sleep state, and while we cannot speak on this at present with specificity, we will speak in general regarding what is occurring there.


We have mentioned before that there are Dragon clans and families, and also Faery clans, and Inner Earth Angelic legions in Inner Earth.


Some of these work with, and others work against, certain factions of Dragons, both those given to density and those serving the Light.


The Earth’s own vibration has become such that it is increasingly difficult for the denser beings who support and gather their strength from the dark realms, to remain on the Earth.

This is why you see violent acts carried out on a large scale, whether via armed conflict, single incidents, the weather or environment, or political actions.


The emotional reaction of those present and those watching or hearing about these dense events are such that the density of their reactions creates a dark energy source for those needing such, and finding it increasingly harder to find or create.


As more human beings turn toward Peace as the only logical form of living (and many millions are—even those formally trained to live by the gun), these energy sources dwindle all the more.


So then attacks must be made on economies, or on the oceans, or on great expanses of land, such as in the fires being endured by Californians and their forests and wildlife once again. Or on specific populations, such as immigrants to the United States.


We would say, that though these moments are difficult to see or hear about, they are not the final say on what is occurring in the world at present.


This is what you are given to concentrate upon, but this is only the small percentage of the entire picture.


For one, new infusions of Light-filled Angelic legions and Galactics into Inner Earth as well on Her surface have raised the vibration not only of Earth events and the planet’s physical well-being, but of plant, animal, and human life.


The increasing amount of Light coming into the planet, particularly in this current month, have rendered many dense life forms and technologies unable to continue functioning and performing their role in Earth’s subjugation.


There is also increased positive intervention on the part of the Ascended Masters, Archangels, and those supporting them as Light Beings, to infuse humanity with new hope and to rinse Earth free of the old oppressive systems She has labored under for eons.

These energy waves affect your being powerfully, as well as those given to Service to Self.


So that increasingly, not only your minds but your very cells will understand less and less why polarity, conflict, division, and dense emotion are necessary to life on Earth, or to your own life.


Higher and higher infusions of Light and your own soul presence will call you to become your higher self, with increasing regularity.


You may notice some heightened activity in your dream state, as you do more work on your spirit and psyche in these days, in ways that also affect your physical well-being.


This can be a demanding process!


You may have many days when you feel like not speaking to others, wondering why telepathic communication is not enough, and noting that telepathy is taking place in clearer and more easily detectable ways.


You may increasingly wonder why you eat heavy foods, and instinctively move away from them, not craving them or sweets or caffeine as you once may have done.


You may increasingly need and desire more time with children or animals, more time with plants and trees—more time in Nature, in the No-Time that is “time” in the higher realms.


And you may feel at times that there is a strange blend between your waking and sleeping self—that one is not nearly so “unconscious” as you have been told, and that the other is not nearly so definitely present in only one place at a time as you had previously thought.


And so we encourage you to release the idea that things should be the way they have always been, for they never will be again.


And yet, besides the discomfort, tiredness, and confusion of these days you are in—is this not the Great Shift you requested and required all your life, and before incarnating?

Is this not the time you desired to be in—many of you, for your final Earth life—so that you could not only witness firsthand the changeover from usurper control to human sovereignty, but actively contribute to it?


Is this not the chance you were champing at the bit to experience—the adventure you looked forward to with joyous excitement? (While your Spirit team sighed, “Oh dear,” knowing what challenges lay ahead. And yes, they did warn you.)


Yes, in answer to all of that, and more!


None of this is accidental, and if you feel that life is chaotic and out of your co-Creative influence, allow us to assure you: nothing of the sort.


You came, as one beautiful Light Being said long ago, “to have Life, and to have it Abundantly.”


And so now, instead of feeling only the weight and the pressures of the Ascension process for yourself and your beautiful planet, ask the question your logical mind will find surprising:


“How do I find Joy in the midst of all of this? How do I create Abundance, and Love, and no end of fulfillment?”


Dare to ask this!


Because dear ones, even in the midst of the greatest, most strenuous climb up the tallest mountain, your task is ever to find the one song to sing that reminds you of the power of your own soul, and to sing it.


And for that beautiful journey, and all your bravery and beauty, we thank you, and flow our Love to you—more than you could ever know exists.

The latest guidance from our friends, the Galactics, Earth Elementals, Ascended Masters, and Angelic Beings known as the Collective:

Greetings, friends and fellow Light Beings!

We are very pleased to have this chance to speak with you today.

Our writer has asked that we address several issues that have arisen in response to a number of our posts concerning current political events, and the impending changes to be brought about by NESARA law.

Emails will occasionally come in, in which a reader of our channelings is angry or confused about what seems to be one political affiliation or another on our part.

Understand that our comments regarding the dinar/dong scheme, the US election, and other issues around the world go well beyond what you consider to be a political commentary.

And that that which you call “spirituality” is far greater than what you have been taught.

The Divine Love of Creator God/Goddess, and of all beings who serve humanity’s Ascension, extends to every single corner and particle of Earth life.

There is no aspect of life on this planet that is not a part of the etheric realities of higher Light and energy patterns.
You were aware of this when you agreed to work within this realm before incarnating.

There is no part of human life or Earth life anywhere, on any level, is not “spiritual” enough to be spoken of in spiritual venues, such as our channelings here.

We assure you, that all of Earth life, including the political, the governmental, the physical, the economic, the creative, and the religious, whatever its expressions, actions, uses—all of it is the stuff of energy and Light (or shadow, which is only lesser levels of Light).

None of you came into this Earth life to avoid caring about other human beings, whether you term that as “spirituality” or “activism” or “economic responsibility” or “voting rights” or any other area that you quite purposely came to shine your Light into.

Now, there is a slight conundrum here, because you read blogs such as these—called “channeled information”—for a number of reasons.

You are seeking enlightenment, and that is a fine and brilliant thing.

Yet many Lightworkers still tend to process information as they have been taught by their Earth culture, which is usually a mainly left-brain experience, rather than a Spirit-centered experience that is directed by the Love and wisdom of your own guides, Angelic guardians, and higher selves.

Words and ideas are taken in, and handed to your left-brain aspect, which then sorts through the information, decides what is most pertinent, and what seems to be all right, and what is not.

That information—your agreement or disagreement with it—is then added to your store of information.

Most assuredly, you have all been trained to think and behave in this manner. And yet we would say, that the time when all can be answered by “what you know” is well over.

In our October 13 channeling, we answered a Lightworker who asked whether they should make a large payment to their mortgage, or carry on with the minimum payments, as the bank would probably only use the larger payment for irresponsible things such as war.


This was an excellent question, and we were glad to receive it, yet some took our reply to mean that one shouldn’t pay one’s mortgage or bills.

This would never be our stance—not that particular outlook, and not the definitive Yes or No answer.

We encouraged the questioner to do what we ask all Lightworkers to do each day—to sit quietly with their Spirit Team of Angels, guides, and higher self, and ask, “What do I need to know about this issue?”

To ask, in other words, “What is the wisest way to proceed, for the good of all concerned?”


You have been programmed from childhood by a dark agenda “educational” system to forever look for an authority that will tell you what to do, rather than being empowered by with the tools of an awakened intuition, and the inner realization of your own Light and Divinity.

This is the paradigm that you were raised with, and that were told was “normal.” It is not.

It is the average situation for most of humankind. But it is exceedingly dysfunctional, and can be soul-fracturing.
It separates you from your own amazing Mother Earth, from one another, and from your own higher instincts.
And it does so in ways that are not only disempowering, but dehumanizing, for it denies that you and all of humanity are sovereign beings.

And yet you came to be born in this time to witness and help create human sovereignty on your planet once again, as you knew it in the days of Atlantis and Lemuria, and shall know it again.

And so when we offer ways to tap into your intuition, such as the muscle testing we described in a recent channeling—to hear the voice of your guides and higher self—we do so because you yourselves have decided to no longer follow the old Earth paradigm.

You have decided to claim your power—to reclaim your Individuality, reclaim self-sustaining Community, and reclaim your Divinity.

That does not happen, dear ones, when you read every word of a channeling or other article and your left-brain aspect is busy deciding what portions of it come from the Light and what comes from the dark, according to what you have already heard elsewhere.

Most assuredly, the left-brain and the ego-mind can be very helpful tools in sorting out and storing information.
But you have reached the point in your evolution where the fears, preferences, and programmed patterns of those tools can no longer run your lives.

We have always asked that you take these insights we offer, and the higher energies that accompany them (which is 97 percent of our work), and accept what feels intuitively to you to be right for your path.
Then, as our writer says, “leave the rest.”


We are not here to tell you how or what to think. We are here to remind you of how powerful you already are.
So that if we point out some bizarre oddity in the shape of the being known as Trump, that does not automatically mean that we have ignored or allowed the crimes of the one known as Clinton.

Those such as Ms Clinton and the queen of England and others, who are now only computer images, are mere representative symbols. They are nothing for you to worry about.

When the time is right, these and other images will be “switched off,” as the lady master of the 2013 Rainbow Roundtable said in one of their recent radio shows.
That will occur when Mother Sekhmet, St Germain, and others overseeing Earth’s progress, decide that that moment has come, in perfect balance with their overall role in Earth’s Ascension.

Understand that the person we are asking you to vote for is you—yourselves, and one another.

And we are asking you to stop viewing world events as having some deep, magical power over you, under which you are powerless.


You are anything but!

We have come forward at this time, speaking often through this particular channel, with that very message.
When we warn you of the ties to the dark matrix that are represented by the dinar/dong/GCR/reval scheme, it is to send you not mere information, but empowering energies that help you rise above the smoke and deception of this last gasp of the old Earth power structure.

We ask that you stop waiting to be rescued.

Rescued from the Earth you came here to honor and assist? Why on Earth would we do that, when you are one of us?

We see you each day becoming increasingly more powerful, more Light-filled, more fully aware of every area of your heart-mind that needs to be healed, raised to a higher level, loved more completely.

You need no guru, no group of experts. Your own higher aspect is all the authority you need to proceed with inspiration and higher wisdom.

And for those days when that seems not enough, we are here—the combined strength of the forces of the higher realms—the Angels and Archangels, your Galactic family, your soul family, the Ascended Masters, the Faery Realm, and others, too many to mention.

Most assuredly, dear friends and beloved family, we are here, at your side.

So call upon us for, but glean those answers from within. And release the need to judge this or any other collection of words and ideas as being the full and final Truth of any matter.

For all is constantly evolving in your Universe. Even Divine Love—and our Love for you—grows brighter and more powerful at every moment.

As a dear lady master, Méline Lafont, has said:


“I am not claiming that what I share with you now is THE only truth and understanding of it. There are many, and this is mine, what is shared through my heart and vessel.”

And we wish to say, amidst the worry and stress that so many feel now:


You are not headed toward disaster. You are creating an Ascended Earth.

One of human sovereignty, of Divine government by way of NESARA law, and of equal and just and fair treatment of all, on every level of life.


You are here to anchor human sovereignty for future generations. And so—follow your path! Release the need to make another your authority.

Know the voice of your higher self. Learn to listen from within, and learn now how to discern what you read and hear.


Seek actively the inner awareness and consciousness that frees all persons from outer situations, and which transforms all, from the inside out.

You are capable. You have come here for this.

There is no taking up the sword or the light saber only in part. You came to take up your role and to claim it fully.
Namaste! We, your fellow travelers in this realm, are with you, always.

Assembling Your Light Team: A Call to Action

Those on the other side of the veil want to be put to good use and help you.


Each of us, whether we realize it or not, moves through life in the company of beings whose task is to watch over us. These ancestors, spirit guides, angels, guardians, and ascended masters designated to serve as protectors and guides take pleasure in their roles yet cannot assist us without first being asked. Since the origins of our sacred sentinels differ, we may choose whom we call upon for help based on the situation at hand. However, in certain circumstances, particularly those in which time is of the essence or there is the potential for harm, we may feel the need to surround ourselves with our entire complement of benevolent, watchful guardians at a moment’s notice. To do so, a great shortcut is to create and assemble a light team—a group of spirit helpers who will come to our aid when we utter a simple word or phrase.


The creation of a light team begins with the dedication of the words that will serve as a shortcut in your time of distress, signaling to your sentinels that you are requesting their support. Meditation, at an altar or otherwise, can help you attract their attention, affording you an opportunity to articulate your desire that they work in tandem in certain instances. Creating a short ceremony in which you surround yourself with objects you associate with the helpers you wish to assign to your light team can ensure that those beings are in attendance as you designate your shortcut. Creating this shortcut is simply a tool. You can employ “light team” as your rallying cry or any other words you feel comfortable using. The numerous guides and guardians that see to your welfare will accept your choice gladly and respond instantaneously when called.


Your light team will be there to assist you in those dangerous, chaotic, or confounding moments when you don’t have the time, energy, or opportunity to center yourself and meditate on individual sentinels. You can also call upon them when seeking guidance that originates from a variety of perspectives. Whether the support they provide comes in the form of guidance or wisdom, their combined presence will give you a sense of security that strengthens you and reminds you that you are never alone.

By now, most of you have discerned that the forward momentum has yet again been increased, and this time, it is not by a small increment either. Rather, the surge is such, it is apt to sweep more than a few of you off your feet. And when we say this, it is not to imply that this will be detrimental in any way, simply to say that whether you like it or not, this time you will all be literally swept up in this oncoming surge of light, and it will serve to pry loose many a grasping hand still trying so hard to cling on to yesteryear. You see, this upcoming increase in incoming light will help to sever some of the last straws that so many have been clinging to, the straws that for them symbolize the last link to the known. In other words, the old illusion, the one that feels slightly more comfortable than the seemingly unknown void that looms ahead, and even if this old illusion in more ways than one can be described as a less than beneficial place to inhabit, to some it is still preferable over the choice of stepping away from it to fully enter the New.


For the New feels so overwhelmingly new, it is apt to trigger any residual pangs of fear that your system still harbours, and so, you try to test out these New waters by stretching out to your full length to dip the tiniest tip of your toe into it while still holding tenaciously on to the chains that secure you to the old. Well, let us just say that now there will be no more room for these balancing acts of over stretching, for now, you will all find that your grasp on the old illusion will crumble away between your fingers, and if you still choose to try to maintain contact with it and turn your back to where this flood will be taking you, we think you will find your position an extremely untenable one.


For then, you will try with all of your might to go against the wishes of your heart, for remember, anyone who has already stepped forward into the light has done so at the behest of their heart, not of anyone or anything else. For in this, you are and will always be sovereign beings, and so all the ones connecting to this very space and reading these words, you are here because you have elected to be amongst the pioneers, the first ones to literally take the plunge, and so, going back against your own decision is not something that is feasible. For all you will succeed in doing, is making your own journey a much more challenging one than what was intended in the first place, for then, it will be like trying to literally go against the flow in a way that will have a profound impact on you, and not in a positive way.


Again, these words are not given out to try to intimidate any of you, merely to try to remind you all that you are here of your own volition, and this journey, no matter how intense and at times challenging it may be, is one that you have opted for with everything that you are. And so, you came to this planet to put your soul into this work, and you have done more than admirably so far, so never fall for the temptation to think that you are or will be a failure in anything that stands before you. For you have come so far and the challenges have already been many, but you have literally grown with each and every one of them just as you knew beforehand that you would do. And remember, that is why you came, to make this whole planned progress come alive in every sense of the word, by embodying this change every step of the way. And now, after what may seem an almost endless traipse through the densest of jungles, you stand before what can only be described as a superconductive journey through a channel of infinite light that will strip away the last shreds of detritus, flushing out your internal channels in such a way, they will be back to near pristine condition.


Again, this is a process that will seem to be overly convoluted and perhaps unnecessarily cautious at times, but that is simply because it needs to be so in order for you to be able to fully shine your light in the way it was intended for you to do, while still ensconced within this bodily vehicle. For that is indeed the crux of the matter, the whole idea on which it all hinges. You are doing a transformation on such a vast scale, from one set of existence to one that is so fundamentally different from the old one, it all needs to be done just so in order for everything to come together full circle. And now, what awaits you all is indeed something that will literally shift you a large sector of this circle towards full completion in the sense of becoming that much closer to full capacity.


In other words, during the next few days a flow of light will come in that will fill you all to the brim and then some, and it will bring you all along on a journey towards perfection to use a word that is much maligned, but in this context simply means removal of old impurities, impurities that have made your evolution as a species so inhibited because of the contamination it imposed on you, but which will now be rendered null and void in such a way, very little of the old inhibitors will be remaining. And as a result of this, you will all become cleared and ready for that huge surge of galactic cleansing that will arrive sometime later this month, and in its wake, you will all feel the freshness of imbuing pure light through your newly purified channels.


As usual, we refrain from giving out any details, but we will say this, no matter how hard the winds may blow, and no matter how intense the pressure from this light may be, it will be here to help you to fulfill your dream of completing this journey you have come here to do, and to do it in this incarnation. For this is it, this is the lifetime you have been waiting for, the one where it will all come together, and you will come together to secure the ties to the New world by severing all of the detrimental connections that only served to sap you of your powers in the old version of humanity. But now, you stand before a veritable Niagara of floods, a force of light that will at some point sweep you all off your feet and hurl you over that edge that stand between you and your future. And just like any such attempts to hurl yourself voluntarily off a cliff and into what may seem almost an overwhelmingly challenging feat of trust, know that your heart knows what it has in store as soon as it finally lets go of the fear of flying. For you will not go crashing down, instead, you will feel how the winds finally will be able to fill your wings to such a degree, you will be able to begin to soar freely yet again.


So once again we say know that all is well, and know that you will know just what to do and when to let go, and if you insist on holding back, also know that this will not diminish the pressure in any way. Rather, it will only serve to push you that much harder. And if you try to entice others to take this leap of faith with you, and they react by digging in their feet even deeper, know that it is not your task to hold back to help them to find their way over this demarcation line. For your task is simply to allow your wings to become fully unfurled, and the only way to help others to pick up the courage to do the same, is if they can see how freely you are able to soar. For if you insist on hanging on to try to wait for them to be ready, know that your prolonged hesitation will not benefit any of you, least of all you. For then, you will not lead by example as you are here to do, instead you will be holding you all hostage to the drag of the old and it will be enough to make you and those you are trying to lift up only mire yourselves even deeper into that old mud.


So lift your eyes to where it is your heart wants you to go, and that is when this incoming flood of light will have the very best effect on you all. For then, you will already be in the perfect position to take advantage of this powerful push, and you will be able to use it to propel yourself out into the lofty heights in a way that will not only elevate you, but also the collective. For remember, you are all individuals, but you are also part of something much, much bigger, and so, as soon as you allow this wave of light to lift you up and away from the old ideas of solitude and density, you will bring on an increase in the combined effects of this energetic field that in turn will help to elevate you all just that much higher. In other words, your single decision to act will have far flung consequences, for it will literally ripple out into the ethers and magnify the effect of the single decision to fly that will be taken by countless of your brothers and sisters. And together, you will in a very short time bypass the limit for critical mass and through that, initiate another huge surge of light that will add on to this chain reaction. And do not worry dear ones, this is already a fact, for you have already accomplished this, but as usual, it needs to be done on a level of consciousness that is available to the human in you as well in order to be fully integrated into your system, and that is what you stand before now.


So do not hesitate when you feel the incoming wave of light coming your way, for you have already taken the plunge, but this time around, you get to do it with those parts of you that still think of themselves as merely a human, and that is when it will all come to pass. And come to pass it will, for no matter how many it is who think they will balk at taking this plunge, they are far, far outnumbered by the legion who have already decided to do so. For that is what has been done, and now, it will finally come fully to pass, and for that we cannot thank you enough. So set your sails for tomorrow, and know that the wind in your back may blow hard, but it will definitely be carrying you towards that destination you have come here to reach. So sit back and let your heart set the course, and then, the wind and you will become an inseparable team, united by the light, united for the New, making headway for that distant shore that will no longer be distant but is already within reach.

Some light workers don’t want to admit that there is any negativity in the world, within themselves or around them. Others focus on it perhaps a little too much, which is a stage of coming more awake and aware of the world we live in presently.

Those of us who have stepped forward, through spoken or written word, will and do suffer from occasional attacks from Team Dark, as Denise LeFay calls the opposition forces.

This morning, I woke up abruptly out of a troubled sleep, to hear the usual telepathic banter going on, but this time it was different. There was a negative cast to it. In short, I was being “told” that my ascension date had been moved back, that I was being kicked out the council… etc., etc. Team Dark was pulling all the stops to make me feel like I had disappointed my mentors and brought shame upon myself. They WANTED me to be fearful and to take the blame for whatever…

In waking up and listening to this conversation but briefly, I “told” them out loud, “I AM withdrawing all permission to receive telepathic messages!” And went into protective mode, calling upon Archangel Michael to shield me, requesting the presence of my assigned Eagle to be with me… etc.

Next, I went to the laptop and messaged my friend, T, to verify or not what was going on.   After checking with HER angels and a couple of our shared mentors, she let me know that it was an attack from Team Dark. She had also woken up feeling sick and being threatened by images of vicious black dogs, etc. Team Dark will chose anything that might get you upset, angry, fearful or ashamed, just so they can get you, the light worker, to withdraw from their work.

My friend, T, also told me that most attacks do occur at night, when you might be unprepared or go into fear due to experiencing a nightmare or difficult dream.  As you pass from the higher dimensions where most of you go during sleep, through the lower astral planes just before waking up, you are at your most vulnerable.  Attacks can and do take place there… sometimes remembered just as waking as a “bad” dream.  Wake up a little, call on the Violet Flame and give yourself a brief “light” shower to cleanse your auric field and remove any “ick” that might be lingering there.  If you don’t practice this kind of spiritual hygiene as a matter of course, you might be leaving yourself open to whatever or whoever comes along to test your boundaries and resolve.

 Once I had established that this was an attack, I could then shield appropriately and be on guard for any future “attacks” like this one. And I was thankful to have someone who understood exactly what I was dealing with, as T has experienced a lot of attacks while being here, simply for being who she is.

When you announce your presence and spiritual heritage to the world (or at least a very small part of it) you can be assured that you will, at one time or another, receive such an attack, and so be ready for it. Know how to ground and shield yourself, your house or dwelling, your family, your car and work space. Build up your Merkaba Body and reinforce your auric field. Do not pretend that it’s all light and love out there, for right now, there are still plenty of dark entities who can and will attempt an attack.

Why was I the subject of an attack? Well, recently I have divulged some bits about my being a walk-in light being, a blended Pleiadian – Venetian (from Venus) from 6D. In short, in just being here I carry and anchor a lot of light for the planet and the ascension process for humanity. Most of my life, I have operated in sleath mode, for my own protection and safety… and simply because I wasn’t aware of my real origins. Sometimes the dimensional amnesia or “Veil” that we receive when coming into incarnation or even as walking in, can act as a protective device for us until we are prepared to withstand attacks of this ilk.

All the attack this morning managed to do was to wake me up a bit to the need to reinforce the crystalline dome that I put over the house when I sleep at night. These things, such as grounding and shielding, are not done out of fear, but being prepared. I don’t dwell on the possibility that I might be attacked, for that would drop my frequency level right down.

Until the astral and emotional bodies of the collective consciousness are fully cleansed and clear of all remaining negative thought forms, this kind of thing can occur, at any time and to anybody who shines a little brighter than the people around them. I’ve been told by several people that my Higher Self is a high level light being, so this is not a matter of ego for me. I am simply stating a fact that has been presented to me over a matter of 30 years or more.

All those who are intent in ascending with the planet, will have to do their own work in clearing their astral, mental and emotional bodies. That means accepting responsibility for doing the work yourself or with some assistance from qualified spiritual healers. I’ve been working on this process for over 20 years, while partly conscious of what I was doing.

It’s not important to learn from whence you came, just that you are here to do something. Everyone on the planet is meant to be here whether or not they are currently enjoying the experience. All light workers volunteered and/or were sent here as emissaries and because they had specific talents and abilities that could be utilized to the benefit of the collective. It’s up to you to discover your own talents and gifts. If you wait around for someone to tell you what they are, you may be waiting for a long time.

I’ve been consciously working with Archangel Michael since 1986, when I first encountered the Ascended Master teachings. I took Him immediately to my heart and learned how to speak His name even when in the midst of a difficult dream. His energies and love have carried me through many difficult times.  I have had a light team working with me as well, changing as I have grown and taken on more responsibility for my own process.  I haven’t known the names of my guides and mentors, at least until quite recently, but I did learn to recognize their “energy signatures.”

Learn your own energies and that of the Lighted Ones who work with you. By their frequency and vibrational “tones” you will know whether or not a message that you are receiving is truth. If you have doubts or want verification have someone you trust who can check in for you, but depend first, always, on your OWN intuition. This is the VOICE of Spirit working through your own physical vehicle. It is subtle, but always right on target; however, it’s up to YOU to listen to the subtle voice inside.

If you are subjected to an attack, spring into protect mode and then sort yourself out. Do something to calm yourself and then assess the situation. Don’t act from impulse as I was being urged to do… For instance, it was being subtly suggested that I close down the blog and my Facebook page… effectively cutting off communication with other people. Wouldn’t that just delight Team Dark to push someone off balance and plunge them into all kinds of woe. Sorry; been there, done that. I remember my experience with entity-induced psychosis. It was NOT a pleasant experience, although I learned a lot about how resilient the human spirit can be.

Well, I’m fine now, relaxed and determined. Lord Adrigon assures me, through T, that the date has NOT been changed and that the Light Forces were not behind that little energetic confrontation this morning. Still, I have remained closed to all telepathic communication through the day… just for drill. Remember, you ARE a sovereign being; you can “turn-off” communication with ANY unseen entity if you feel uneasy about it. And they have to respect your wishes as this is Cosmic Law, whether you are a Light Entity or from Team Dark. In truth, once beyond the realms where duality exists, these sides are non-existent, but that is currently a concept that few seem willing to understand such is the heavy conditioning that humans have received regarding “bad” and “good”.   Another time, perhaps…

All that exists emanates from the Divine Father through Divine Mother. The Mother is the highest aspect of ALL sentient beings, which includes planets, galaxies, moons, stars, the soil beneath your feet, the birds in the sky, the elemental beings, devas… etc., etc.

As all things emanate from the One Creator, there is no separation in the beginning. What people call the “Devil” is simply a dark reflection of the “Angel”, as it exists in duality; the Yin and the Yang. Another time, perhaps…

My friend, T, assures me that I passed a major test. If you have not encountered such a test, begin preparing now, for if you mean to ascend, you will be tested along the way.

I would like to add, for my faithful readers, thank you for your comments and emails. As for questions that are not on topic, save them for someone else. I am not a spiritual encyclopedia. What I know now has taken me years to absorb and comprehend. The ascension process is not the evening news, filled with sound bites. It takes dedication, effort, time and focus. Of course, the efforts of the ones who are leaving now, the First Wavers, has made it easier for you; still, there will be challenges and tests. Buck up your courage, open your heart and mind and go for it.
