Change is in the air, in fact enormous changes and revelations are shortly to be unveiled, as humanity progresses most effectively towards the moment of its grand awakening.  Your awakening has always been God’s Will for you, and God’s Will, the divine Will, in fact humanity’s Will – your collective will since the unreal but very real seeming separation experience commenced – is One Will and It is always achieved.  There are no exceptions!


Of course many of you ask and continue to ask:  “If God is Love, and His Will is for us to be happy, then why is there so much pain and suffering in the world?”  Hard as it is for you to understand and accept, the One Will, your collective Will and God’s for all is that you experience eternal JOY!  That is Reality!  What you are experiencing, and seem to have been experiencing for eons – judgment, blame, conflict, pain, and suffering – is illusory.  Yes, the pain and suffering is very convincing, and seems totally real because your physical form, the human body, has senses and feelings incorporated within it to enable it to take care of itself and enjoy life.  And this sensitivity comes at a price – you have a saying “There is no such thing as a free lunch!” – and that price is the ability to feel pleasure and pain, happiness and suffering.  Your bodies are sensitive instruments through which consciousness experiences the unreality of separation from Source, momentarily.


The experience of separation was but a momentary sensation, but it seems to have been ongoing for thousands of millennia.  In Reality there is only Love – which includes peace, contentment, happiness, caring, cooperation, harmony – and what you experience as humans that is not of Love is unreal, even though it seems very real.  Most of you identify almost wholeheartedly with your bodies, with your human forms, and the feelings and sensations that they undergo.  However, when you go within in meditation, contemplation, or just relaxation, and your “roof-brain chatter” reduces or even ceases for a while, you do find yourselves at peace with yourselves in self-acceptance.


Suffering is due to your thoughts and the judgments and blaming that goes with them.  That is what the sense of separation is all about.  When you feel at one with another – your partner, spouse, children, in a loving relationship – fear, conflict, and distrust dissolve.  And if you are in physical, mental, or emotional pain due to illness or damage to your bodies, or for emotional or psychological reasons, being in the presence of loved ones frequently eases it.  That is what relationship is all about – being one, being lovingly supported, knowing that you are not alone.  That knowing, that inner sense of belonging, being at home, loved, and accepted is what everyone seeks.  And, of course, That is Reality!  That is where you are in every moment of your eternal existence, you have just temporarily lost access to conscious awareness of it.


To be separated from Love, from Source is unbearable.  And that can never happen.  But as separate individual humans, it does seem that you are separate, alone, isolated from everyone else.  You all dream when you sleep, and sometimes your dreams are horrific and terrifyingly real, and sometimes they are dull, unmemorable, and sometimes they can be fun, exciting, and uplifting.  Then you wake up, and they are no more because they were unreal, and very quickly you forget them totally.  Well, separation, as you are experiencing it as humans in form, is also a dream, it is unreal, and you will wake up.  And, as with dreams, all memory of separation will also fade away when that happens, and you will find yourselves once more, where you have always been, at One with Source, and in utter Joy.


You are all aware that enormous change is occurring, even though you are unable to identify quite what it is that is changing.  You feel it, and you know that it is happening.  And, at the same time, as more “stuff” arises to be dealt with both in yourselves and in others with whom you are in communication, life can be, and is for some, very uncomfortable and very unsettling.  Just accept that what is happening is a necessary and unavoidable aspect of the awakening process.


Most of you have experienced unwanted change in your lives, change that may have arrived suddenly and unexpectedly, therefore you all tend to be wary of change.  Many plan their lives to avoid change, but truly change is unavoidable in the unreal separated state that you experience as humans.  So, instead of worrying about what might happen next to upset or unsettle you in your individual lives . . . CELEBRATE, because you are going to wake up from the dream of separation into the utter joy of Oneness, and deep within yourselves you do know this.  Yes, most of you have forgotten who you are, but the veil of forgetfulness is to be removed, and amazement and joy will permanently replace that temporary but terrifying unawareness of who you really are.


Go within every single day without fail, and momentarily throughout the day as occasions allow, and connect with Love, with Source, with Mother/Father/God who is always present there waiting to embrace you and help you feel the complete acceptance that is your right and your heritage.  You are divinely loved, always, and nothing can ever change that.

Humanity’s awakening process is accelerating very rapidly, so “hang onto your hats!”  On the mainstream news you see and hear increasing numbers of stories of large scale deceit and corruption being uncovered and investigated.  Corruption is and has been endemic on Earth for eons, but until very recently all the instances that were made public were of a relatively minor nature.  That has changed, drastically.  Love is honest and open, and the Tsunami of Love is flooding the world over and over again, and more and more of you are accepting its loving embrace and choosing to engage with the world around you lovingly instead of fearfully, and that is a massive change in attitude and intent.


Those of you who read and channel this kind of spiritual material are increasing in numbers daily, and the effect of your loving individual energy fields is shared and felt planet-wide.  What you are all doing, sometimes without knowing it, is bringing into effect the essential changes that are leading to humanity’s inevitable and unstoppable mass awakening.  You collectively made the choice to awaken, you then set the intent, and that extremely powerful intent is now being acted upon.  You have every reason to be very pleased with your progress, and to celebrate this knowingness daily further strengthens and empowers it.


We want you to C E L E B R A T E !  Yes, CELEBRATE, because humanity, all of you on Planet Earth have been engaged in playing illusory games for eons but have finally chosen to awaken from the nightmare of pain and suffering that has so engrossed you.  And that, you must agree, is truly a cause for celebration.


When you celebrate you raise your energy field, the field of unconditional Love that is your unbreakable connection to Source, and which flows through you in every moment connecting you all together in an inseparable bond of Love, to extremely powerful and all-inspiring levels of spiritual awareness.  This brings you back to an awareness of those in the spiritual and non-physical realms with whom you are always in a very close associative state but whom you have closed off from your awareness while sunk within the distracting and very disempowering lower frequency energies of the illusion.


To begin to know yourselves once more as you truly are is most definitely a reason to celebrate.  Do not be distracted by the ongoing dramas and confusions of the illusion, focus on your true nature – LOVE – and on your eternal connection to Source, to us in the spiritual realms constantly uplifting and supporting you, and to one another in physical form who are but Love incarnate awakening together into the eternal joy from which you have never been separated.


Separation, as we keep on telling you, is utterly impossible.  Nevertheless, when you are experiencing life in the severely limited way that your human forms appear to dictate, separation seems very real indeed.  You are all masters, because that is how you were created, and what God creates is eternally unchanging.  You always have all the power that He gave you at the moment of your creation, but while you focus almost exclusively on the distractions from your spiritual beingness with which the illusion constantly presents you, you cannot get a full sense of this.  And, as physical beings who have a human form, you are limited, you cannot access the infinite power available to a child of God, but you most certainly can access enough to demonstrate quite conclusively to you that you are far, far vaster beings than your physical forms suggest.


To dwell in fear, and anxiously worry about disasters and catastrophes that might befall you, draws you down into the unreality of the illusion and drains your vital energy unnecessarily, leaving you feeling tired and depleted.  When you choose instead to acknowledge and accept this truth you will find yourselves delighting in the knowing of it daily as your lives start to flow far more smoothly because you are engaging with it by choosing to live lovingly instead of fearfully.  Life is an energy field, It is the Love that can and will fill your hearts if you open them and allow It to do so.  You can restrict Its flow by holding onto fear through anger, resentment, bitterness, jealousy, and other similar negative thought forms that damage you far more than those onto whom you direct those negative energies.


Love expands, welcomes, accepts, heals, and forgives, empowering those who engage with It.  It is the Oneness or the All that is God, Source, and You.  You can ignore It, hide from It, deny It, but you cannot be separated from It, because you are One with It, eternally and inseparably.  And that again is reason enough to celebrate.


You were created in Love, for eternal joy, and that divine intent can never be changed or altered in any way, so It will prevail.  You will awaken into the knowing of who you truly are because it is God’s Will, and your will is inseparable from His.  You can pretend that your wills are separate, that is what the illusion is all about, but pretense is as unreal as the illusion in which you play your games of separation, and the illusion is in the process of disintegrating.


The time for games of separation has passed, and the deep sleep of dreamers that you chose to experience is deeply disturbed.  Love is nudging you back to the state of wakefulness in which you know yourselves as inseparable aspects of God, living in joy and expressing yourselves in endless joint creative ventures where you align in harmonious and uplifting cooperation, bringing intense joy to all of creation.  Endless and limitless opportunities to delight you in every moment await your awakening.

As 2017 approaches rapidly many on Earth are anxious and concerned.  For many 2016 has been tough with much “stuff” of an unexpected nature arising seemingly unbidden into their conscious awareness, and whence they know not.  They thought that they had cleared all their stuff, the stuff that was draining their energy and dragging them even deeper into the illusion, even as they were hoping to rise above it finally by living in the world but not being of it, being more above it, observing it, being of service within it, but free of all their old baggage which they felt that they had done a very good job of discarding.

Well most of you have done a very good job of discarding what no longer serves you.  Nevertheless, you chose to incarnate this time around to assist in humanity’s awakening, and therefore you needed to be fully anchored in the world, experiencing the ups and downs, the joys and sorrows, so that you could truly relate to those whom you had come to help to awaken.  If you incarnated on Earth as spiritually evolved souls of a seemingly “higher or wiser nature” than those with whom you were interacting your ability to assist them would have been minimal.  Those whom you are on Earth to assist need to see you as humans like themselves, people who have experienced pain and suffering, and who are consequently truly able to empathize with them having yourselves been in the dark places from which they are attempting to depart.  To choose, as you all did, to incarnate at this moment in humanity’s awakening process was truly most courageous, and that is why you are so honored and revered here in the spiritual realms

You are all allowing the dark or denied aspects of humanity as a whole to arise within you individually, for recognition, acceptance, and release.  It is painful, disturbing, and confusing because you thought you had released your “stuff,” and indeed you have, BUT you are here, by your own choices, to help release the backlog, built up over the eons, of humanity’s mistreatment of itself on a massive scale.  That “dark matter” has to be released and gently discarded because it is the mismatched energy frequency that flows within and through many millions of individuals, basically a load of discordant and out of tune notes, that distort the inflowing Love that is your true and divine nature.  You are Love, but over the eons many became intensely engaged in the game of separation, so intensely engaged that they built a strong resistance to Love – the divine energy field that is the Life Force flowing through all of consciousness – and severely reduced their acceptance of what is their true nature.

Free will is free, not imposed or directed, and so those who chose separation are free either to continue experiencing that state for as long as they desire to do so, or to move back toward knowing Oneness.  Often it appears that people are miserable, suffering, in pain and wanting only to be released from that state, but in truth they are in that state by their own choosing and will only leave it when they realize that they can make the choice to do so.  They have to realize that they do have choices about how they respond to the life issues that they face and that they are not powerless victims.

Victims are those who are under the control of forces outside themselves, that is, those who are imprisoned or physically restrained, but even then they do have a choice as to how they will respond mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to the situations in which they find themselves.  Your mind is always free, but, in your freedom, you are always free to perceive it as not being free.  Over the last few decades many excellent self-help books have been published by experienced and well informed psychotherapists, psychologists, counselors, and spiritual healers to help people understand this.  There is a wealth of helpful information available that people can readily access when they are ready to make the life style and behavioral changes necessary for them to move forward.

Of course you should always treat those who believe themselves to be victims with great love and compassion while at the same time not reinforcing this belief by supporting it.

The human collective, the One Son of God who was created totally free and remains eternally so, chose to experience separation many eons ago.  Separation is an unreal state in which you experience limitations that severely restrict your ability to function as the divine being that your Father so lovingly created.  Being immensely powerful, the environment that you constructed within which to experience separation – limitation – appears outrageously real when you are incarnate within it as humans.  However, in order to ensure that you could find your way out of the entangled state of confusion that you had constructed, God immediately created your unbreakable connection to Himself, the Source of all that exists, to ensure that when you made the choice to return to Reality, Oneness, as in His divine Wisdom He knew you would, you would be able to do so.  All that is keeping you from awakening from the dream, from returning home to Reality is your utterly false but collective belief that you, all of humanity, are separate from God.

As you have been told so often separation from Source is impossible.  Nevertheless, as stated above, the illusion that you constructed appears completely real to you, and God, Source, the Supreme Wisdom, All That Is, therefore appears to you to be on an altogether different level from yourselves – infinitely good, holy, sacred, blessed, hallowed, sublime, awesome – way beyond any level of goodness or perfection to which you could ever hope to aspire.  Consequently, over the eons you have judged and condemned yourselves for your sinfulness, worthlessness, and shamefulness, and because the horror of admitting that about yourselves is so terrifying you projected it outwards onto others while denying it within yourselves, thus reinforcing the sense of separation that you had constructed.

The apparent result has been that you have found yourselves forever threatened by enemies, those onto whom you have projected your faults while denying them within yourselves.  Wars have raged for eons as you have attempted to destroy those you saw as enemies of god (the god of judgment and blame like unto yourselves that you had invented), while in fact you were but waging war on yourselves, on YOURSELF, the divine being your Father created to live in eternal joy with Him.

Finally the truth that there is only Love is beginning to permeate your conscious awareness as your scientists and philosophers, who through their experiments and their studies are realizing that separation is impossible, that everything is inseparably connected to everything else, are making this knowledge public.  Therefore you are beginning to realize that war or conflict of any kind and for any reason is totally insane!

It is this growing awareness that is nudging you toward wakefulness, encouraging you to leave the nightmare behind and join together as One in Love; that is, to remember that you are One, and that you have never been separated from your Source or from each other for even an instant.  And that is why we in the spiritual realms are in so much joy and are now repeatedly asking you to celebrate!  Celebration intensifies the Love that is your true nature, the nature you share with God, and with every conscious being that God has created.  So CELEBRATE!  You are moving to awaken.

The latest guidance from the Galactics, Earth Elementals, Ascended Masters, Faery Elders, and Angelic Beings known as the Collective:

Greetings, Light Bringers!

We are glad to have this opportunity to speak with you today.

We see many things occurring in your world that indicate not the closing of doors, but the opening of them—doors long shut and hidden from view.

You may feel that once again, the Truth of the matter has not had its day, whether it is one catastrophe or historic event or another, or something you yourself are experiencing.

Yet we are able to assure you that the Spirit of Truth has arrived upon the planet, and that the current astrological alignments, Galactic presence, and rising consciousness of Gaia and Her people, are all lining up unprecedented change and renewal, worldwide.

You hear much talk of timelines, and of change that is instigated by outer action.

Yet you do not hear as much talk of that which is entirely under your control—not the control of your subconscious or your DNA, Earth’s history, the history of your Earth family or soul family, or any governing body, of this Earth or beyond it.

Look for a moment at what is under your control—what responds to the influence of your presence, your expectations and beliefs about what is possible and now unfolding, and what you have the power to cocreate.

What you are creating now is nothing less than the renewal of your entire world.


And so there is much talk of this scheme or that, such as we discussed in a recent channeling, and much weighing in on whether one channel is correct and another misled, or vice versa.

And we wish to assure you, though it may be ironic that we ourselves are saying such, that you do not need channelings—even these we create—to tell you what direction the Earth is moving in.

We serve merely as encouragers, as reminders of that immense power and co-Creative ability you were born with.

You are at every moment creating that which you have been waiting for.

And the speed of that manifestation much depends upon your willingness to realize this, and to concentrate your thought and joyful feelings on the Truth and reality of your vision as already existing, and now coming forward.

You have long been trained into extreme passivity, one that teaches you to wait till your preferred television news program or an internet source confirms something before you will believe it is true or not.

We do not, as we have said previously, offer these messages as a way to become your authority, expert, or Wise Elder.

You are that—all of you—for your own selves, and more powerful in that respect than we can describe.

We do not desire to “do your thinking for you,” nor to step in and explain things through language, that left-brain mode of communication, that your own heart-mind’s intuitive knowing can explain on its own far more powerfully and completely.

And yet—there is the desire to know, to understand, to feel connected to others by being in a community that shares information, and we understand such.

And so we ask, in this energy-filled message, that you spend this next month or so not only taking in information in the left-brain sense of weeding out one idea or another, but also visualizing and celebrating the planet you would most love to live on.

To visualize an Earth free of pollution and excavation of any kind, a place free of wars and hunger and violence of any kind.

A place of free and open speech, of joyful creative expression, of physical wellness and ongoing youth and optimism.

A place of abundance that outreaches all things “financial” and encompasses the pure richness of Life.

A place of Peace that fills the entire being with the joy of being alive, and realization of the Life force that runs through all things.

A place that fosters the realization that you are Love itself, and that all Life, fully interconnected, constantly communicates its messages through every being imaginable, to celebrate the union and unity of those life forms.

You carry this vision within you, or you would not be upon the Earth at this very crucial moment.

And so—where is your vision, dear ones?

Say it aloud! Sing it or play it on an instrument! Dance, draw or paint it!

Proclaim it as real Now, whether it is world peace, the enactment of NESARA law, abundance for all beings, full disclosure of the Galactic presence, or all of that.

You know your vision.

You know it, because you have voiced so often to friends or family, “When will it be here, this beautiful vision I have held for so long? Will I live to see it?”

You know it well. And you know deep down, that you are waiting for nothing.

That your every action and inner resolve leads to you to demonstrate that you are not “hoping” that you are on the right timeline, or that the current one would speed up to bring you what you dream of.

You know that you are fully capable of forming the kind of belief—the particular pray of command, not passive request—that tunes and turns whatever timeline you are on until it moves fully into that horizon that you and so many others have been quietly building and investing energy in for so long.

And so we would say, at this beautiful time of renewal in the solstice, release the need for “authorities” who tell you what is what, and what will happen when.

Seek out your information if you find joy in that.

But spend at least as much focus on holding and fully experiencing the vision of that world which you have dreamt of for so long.

And then celebrate, in this beautiful season of the turning of planets and stars and momentous shifts, seen and unseen.

Celebrate, because you have brought yourselves to this empowering place of creating a new world—you, and no one else.

Any who are helping you in the higher planes could never do so without your express consent and request that they help you, and your increasing lifts in consciousness that you bring you ever closer to their levels of consciousness.

We send you Light for this beautiful season, not only for the healing and renewal of all you have experienced, but for the celebration of the new and not-before-seen expression of the Light you are becoming.

The Light and inner vision you are now using to cocreate your New Earth.

Welcome, solstice, and welcome, New Year!

“Greetings Dear Ones.


We are the High Council of Orion.


The energies of transformation abound on your planet at this time. Many of you are feeling them in a variety of ways.


There are some of you who are experiencing openings and transformation in positive ways that you have been striving for for a long time you are finally connecting with that place of success, openness and flow that you have been desiring and working towards for a long time. For that we ask you to make sure that you are in place of celebration. For when one puts a great deal of effort into visioning, manifesting and doing the things of action in your dimension that then begin to materialize, instead of being somewhat complacent and saying “Well, of course it’s happening because I’ve put a lot of effort into it.” We would ask for you to celebrate. Celebrate the support, and the additional support to all of your efforts, of the energies that are abundant on the planet at this time.


Beyond that there are some of you who are experiencing a great deal angst and upset. It might feel that the things that have been troubling you are feeling even more troubling, more stressful or more worrisome looking as if they are getting worse. You would say “But I hear that the energies are in support. Why do I feel worse? Why does this feel like it’s getting to a place that I can’t deal with it anymore? I can take it any more.” We understand.


We would ask you to look at what it is that you have a preference about, what it is the situation that you find yourself in and how you can look at it from a new point of view and a new perspective. Perhaps being open to a different outcome then the one that you see in front of you, or the one they see is, at this moment in time, the only choice as far as you’re concerned.


For now is the time with these energies of transformation to a release the need to effort and to bring in the idea, as you’ve heard us speak about many other times, solution energy. The way solution energy can come in often is by drawing your perspective back to get a bigger view of what it is that you are seeking and striving for, and looking for other ways that you can connect with the end result.


Perhaps it is money you’re lacking, for example. You feel the only way you can bring more money into your life is by getting that promotion you want. You start remembering all the times when you’ve been passed over for the promotion or whether they’ve given you a raise that ends up being very insignificant. You feel thwarted in that pathway. What we would invite you to do is to look at what other ways can you make changes? What other information can you have in that same situation to shift the desired outcome and not decide that it has to be the one pathway that you’re thinking about. In the example we’re using perhaps it’s changing departments within your same company. Perhaps it’s even looking for a different job. Or perhaps it’s deciding that that side business that you’ve always wanted to do is ready to be started. While our example could be fraught with all kinds of problems from your point of view the idea here is that we want to give you the opportunity to look at the situation you’re in from multiple points of view. This is what’s being asked energetically at this time.


If you are doing the same things over and over and over again and having a particular point of view that you need an outcome that is reasonable in your life and you’re only looking at that outcome coming from one pathway we would ask you to expand your view and what other pathways are available to you.


Now, there is one other very important aspect of the energies at this time which is this: they are asking you, and you are being energetically activated, to not ignore the unhealed parts of yourself. If you’re looking to have an outcome in a particular way that is ignoring a part of yourself that needs to be healed, that is asking to be healed, or a situation that is asking to the looked at from a new perspective that can bring about a healing and a transformation, now is the time to do it. Now is the time to dig in and really begin to work with the patterns and the energies that have been like that record skipping for you for years.


So whether it’s about personal relationships with coworkers, with family members, whether it is about a personal relationship with yourself, whether it’s about your satisfaction with your profession, where you live, your physical body, where are the things that are really asking to be changed at this moment in time? What’s that new perspective you can bring in?


In the course of all of this we ask you to not forget that all of this is about your vibration. As you shift and work with your vibration, either by changing your point of view or by actually working to heal some of those unhealed parts that are asking to be healed right now, you will be shifting your vibrational resonance, which will allow for the movement to happen in your life that you desire.


Have those quiet moments where you can be very honest with yourself and also be able to see the new points of view. Often you need to be quiet with yourself and not continue on with life exactly how you do it day in and day out, but shift what it is you do and when you do it and how you do it so that you have that time to focus on you. Focus on what else is possible within the field that you’re already in. When you ask what else is possible you are opening up your energy field for you to find new points of view and allow new energies to come in. If it feels deeply personal and hard and you have a hard time forgetting your woundings to move forward the looking at it from a higher-level perspective, as an outside person even perhaps, can give you those options. Then try them out. See what it’s like to try something different. See what it’s like to take yourself to the edge of the unknown and push that boundary. See what new can come in.


We invite each and every one of you to ask us for our assistance through the attunements, if you desire, as you work your way into a new vibration that’s being asked at this time. The attunements don’t need to be asked for just when you’re in a desperate moment, you can ask for an attunement just because you remember it, even if every thing’s absolutely perfect. For no matter what you’re in a trajectory of vibrational change. We can always assist with that.
Smile as much as you can for the way it shifts your vibration is magical! It opens you up and you carry more light. Smile as much as you can. Add laughter in as much as you can. For those give you the buoyancy to float through these changes.

“Greetings Dear Ones. We are the High Council of Orion.


For those of you who listen to our messages regularly, you know and are aware of our conversation around vibration and the energy that you carry. It’s the energy of who you are, the way you vibrate at this moment in time that influences, or effects or draws into your experiences. For that there is much to celebrate. Is there not? For you can look at many aspects of your life and think how wonderful and how great it is. You could look at significant people, perhaps your employment, where you live (whether it’s the home you live in or whether it’s the place in the world that you’re choosing to live). All of that is your evidence of vibrational stance, if you will, in the world. Yet if you are wanting to effect some change in your life, whether it’s large or small, no matter what it’s about: whether it’s about your body, your mind, your emotions, your job, your income level, your relationships, no matter what it is, when you want to begin to affect that change that you desire you put things in place to do that. Perhaps you go look for a new job, create a resume, put applications in. Perhaps you change and work with your body through more exercise, different types of exercise, what you’re drinking, what you’re eating or even how you’re thinking about your body. You could go through all the areas of your life that you’re working to effect change and see the action items, but all of those at their foundation are working with your inherent energy and your vibratory rate. As your actions and your thoughts change your vibrational rate, then your experience changes. You witness the change that you are desiring.


Understanding, at a very core level, that all of the actions, all of the things that you are desiring to change, are a result of changing at the very, very most basic level your vibrational rate. You can see that there are many ways to change your vibrational rate. Say, for example, we’ll just continue with the idea of changing your body, there’s something that you want to change about your body. Perhaps that change your body so it’s slimmer, stronger, maybe more flexible. Maybe you have a particular competition or goal in mind so you have a date of some event, whether it’s a marathon or a bodybuilding event or even events such as a celebration of some sort where it’s important for you to have your body be in a different way. As you think about those things that you would want to do for yourself to achieve your goal: maybe you’re going to change the types of food you eat, increase your exercise or change your exercise. No matter what it is as you eat those different foods, make different choices, work a little bit harder, drink a lot more water, whatever it might be, honor the vibratory change that you are affecting in your life. As you see any change that’s moving in the direction you want we ask you to celebrate your actions in the world and also celebrate the vibrational shift that is coming about because of the changes you are making!


Why are we making this big deal about vibrational changes and celebrating it? The reason is because that energy that represents who you are in the moment and then the shift in the energy that represents the change in the world that you’re experiencing is the foundation for all change and all striving and all experiences that you have. As you draw your awareness and even in celebration to the vibratory rate that you are emanating that allows you to have those certain experiences, it begins to help you become more attuned to and aware of the impact and the influence and the support that you have in the vibratory field around you. This is part of you living into that big energetic body that is and always has been here with you in this moment in time, yet within your culture and society there hasn’t been that constant awareness and reinforcement of working with those energies.


It’s a wonderful thing to begin working with your energetic body as well as the physical body; the physical body not just in terms of our previous example, but the physical body of all that you embody and all the ways that you vibrate in the world in your life at this time. You could apply our example of changing your body to any area of your life that you’re striving to improve in whether that area feels very challenging or whether it’s already great you and want to make it even better.


So enjoy celebrating your vibratory reality! We celebrate that along with you. Feel the expansion. Feel the joy and the ease with that. As you tap more and more into your energetic experience, in addition to your physical experience, your sense of creativity and empowerment can change because you are more actively engaged with the energetic field around you, bringing in more information that’s, in a sense, hovering right around you that you are beginning to access in a greater and greater way to your advantage, to your support. And as always have fun! Enjoy the adventure of the life that you chose to have.

Review


After the intensity of the last few months, I am glad to be reading a lighter energy in December!  As a year of building personal empowerment, 2014 has had some muscle to it.  Building empowerment does take muscle.  This analogy comes up a lot as I work with clients on boundaries, which has also been a focus of energy for October and November (though it is ongoing in life!).


When you first establish a healthy boundary, it is like building a muscle and it takes some effort (effort, not necessarily drudgery or pain!).  After a while, it is much easier.  It’s all a matter of perspective as to how you deal with building boundaries.  It is often not fun at first, as it only comes up when a boundary is being pushed.  But with a shift of perception, the exercise of boundaries can become just as rewarding as exercising your body.  Dance those boundaries stronger! Don’t just get on the treadmill of building boundaries with no music! ;o)

I must say that with the potency of the last few months, it has been greatly rewarded watching Lightworkers step into their power more and more.   I witnessed deep transformation in November.  There were some intense patterns releasing, especially around sexual abuse.  That courageous Scorpio energy of November clears out deep pain!  Not everyone is having the same experience or the same timing.  Did you notice any deep clearing (or surfacing) in November?

We each come here with such unique gifts, energies and paths.  The lasting, most impactful Light-work is in your day to day life.  Ascension is about empowered individuals.  That requires the self-love and self-confidence to let your Light shine, even in the quietest of moments.  Blaring it everywhere versus being it everywhere is a big difference.  When you’re being it you’re feeling it, you’re living it.  That is powerful!


Life on Earth is calling for the Lightworkers to shine their Love, rather than the fear that has been blaring at and through humanity for so many years.  Your emanation of Love, empowerment and peace looks different based on the moment.  Do you sing it, paint it, cook it, teach it, forgive it, plant it, meditate it, smile it, play it?  All of the above and more!  Which leads us to December energies…


Celebrate!


I almost always feel some celebration energy in December.  Of course!  People are celebrating holidays and/or the end of the year.  But it feels different this year.  Almost like it’s an exercise.  But like dancing exercise, not boring treadmill exercise! ;o)  The energy of celebration is a necessary part of life.  Sometimes Lightworkers get too serious.  There is a season for everything.


Some feel guilty (or would try to shame others) for laughing or enjoying life.  In this information (in-form-ation) age, it is perfect and powerful that the negativity is being exposed, released, changed and forgiven.  It is even the life path of some Lightworkers to expose or deal with some of those negative energies.  Yet Life is also always calling you toward enjoying the fruits of life, just as you can enjoy all the seasons of growth.


The balance of the seasons of life is part of your work - coming to terms with life and death, joy and sorrow, transformation through challenge or ease.  As each being becomes empowered enough to move through the full spectrum of energies, there is less and less need for humanity to experience the full spectrum of negativity, as the lessons are learned and integrated rather than resisted and repeated.


Celebrating is going to look different in the diverse moments of life.  Sometimes it is joyous and obvious, like a wedding reception or a party (woohoo!).  Other times it is reverent and peaceful, like celebrating watching a child sleep soundly or the beauty of a flower (sigh).  At times it is invigorating like a challenge that is pushing you beyond your comfort zone into improvement (bring it on!).  At other times, it is a paradox; like celebrating the death of a life that brought Love to Earth, as all lives do in different ways (tears of release).  When you’re stuck in anger, resentment, suppression or resistance, laughter and celebration seem like an abomination to life.


Not every moment is a moment of celebration.  Observe your overall experience.  Are you generally enjoying life and dealing with the challenges from a perspective of ‘moving through’ rather than resentment?  Are you finding yourself soured on life, frustrated that things aren’t working out for you?  Are you finding yourself afraid of taking the risks that can bring joy and expansion?  Maybe you’re finding that in some aspects of your life, but others are moving along.  Whatever you observe, find the positives also.  Take some time to look at your improvements, changes and choices that deserve some celebration.


The energy of celebration and appreciation put an energetic imprint on the present moment that influences your future.  Just as fear, anger and resentment do.  As you take some time to appreciate and celebrate, you are changing the track of your future.  Are you enjoying the path of your life?  Finding something funny, ironic or interesting about it?  That shifts the energy of it!


It is perfectly fine to honor the challenges with the truth of frustration or anger if you are feeling it.  That authenticity helps the emotions move through you, rather than staying stuck in avoidance or shame.  Just let it be fruitful for you and fuel you toward improvement without causing more harm than good. Forgive, let go of control, don't focus on the 'faults' of others.  There is a balance to integrating all aspects of life.  Though nature seems desolate during winter, it is actually strengthening for eminent growth.


Summary


December is asking you to Light-en UP!  Elevate your vibration with some joyous laughter, some deep appreciation and some celebration of the great changes that 2014 has stirred up!  The energy of gratitude is one of the most powerful that humanity has right now, as it opens up the flow of receiving and giving.  What are you grateful for as the year comes to a close?  Take some time to shift your perspective into one of appreciation for the things that you may have overlooked, or even the things that looked like challenge.


Life is supporting you and Life wants you to thrive.  There is so much Love flowing, but it’s invisible and its’ quieter than most of the noise of life.  Can you hear it?  Can you see it?  (Do you hear what I hear...?)  It’s whispering to you every moment.  Feel the breath of Life at your ear, calling you forward into joy.  Celebrate Life!  It really is a fascinating time to be alive!

My dear friends, we love you so very much.


Be gentle with yourselves this week. Allow yourself to surrender to all that comes up within you. Try your best to accept everything that you feel. No matter what arises in your hearts, tell yourself, “It is OK. I am allowed to feel everything. When you feel something you would normally judge - anger, sadness, jealousy - ask yourself one simple question, “What do I need now?” because all so-called negative emotions are simply speaking to you. They are your soul whispering to you, saying, “Hello, I have something important to say. You have been ignoring me.” Listen, dear ones, to the messages beneath the surface.


When you accept your own feelings you can realize that others are simply learning and growing too. Anger when projected at you, for example, has nothing to do with you. You may have triggered someone else’s anger, but in truth it is theirs, just as your upsets are yours. Each one on the planet now is being asked to own all that arises within them as having value - for themselves. Each one is being asked to dig a little deeper and look at the roots of their own feelings.


You have done nothing wrong, dear friends! Eternally you are the light and love of God having a human experience. Even in your most difficult moods and life circumstance you are nothing less. Your so-called negative emotions are here to draw attention to the illusions that have held you bound, and the conditioning and beliefs that do not serve your soul’s greatest truth. Welcome them when they arise and bring them into the light of your love. If you push them away, they will return until you find the gifts they are trying to offer you, but if you embrace them, you will not only free yourself of old illusions, but you will also allow the more painful emotions to give birth to new joy.

Message From Ann


Earlier this year I had a feeling I’ve never felt before. It lasted for only a few days but it was the most puzzling sensation, because I didn’t even know what it was! I saw someone whom I’ll never even meet, who was graceful, beautiful, and very feminine, and instead of being overjoyed as usual, I started feeling cranky and having thoughts that weren’t so sweet. I finally asked the angels, “What on earth is going on with me.” "You’re jealous,” they answered honestly. Oh my God! I was appalled. Jealousy?


I’ve accepted my anger, my sadness, my despair at times, my anxiousness when it used to get me, but jealousy? I had always prided myself on never being a jealous person! I almost always love myself, my life, and my choices. I am almost always happy for other’s success. However, since the feeling was there, I knew it had something to teach me.


I did what the angels have always told me to do. I sat down, went within myself, and said, “OK jealousy, what are you trying to tell me? I’m listening.” The answers came quickly. “I want to be more feminine. I want to be pampered. I like being strong, but every now and then I want to be softer.”


“Well that was easy,” I thought to myself. It was as simple as owning the fact that I saw someone else embracing an energy that I had neglected to acknowledge within myself. It was true! I was missing the softer side of my being. I’ve been chopping up trees, lifting heavy stuff, climbing ladders, and crawling around my attic in my spare time. After work I’ve been at the computer working on my website. I had simply forgotten to take care of the feminine side of my being. Simple, but when we neglect something within ourselves it will reveal itself one way or another. If we ignore an aspect of our being, the truth may reveal itself in a so-called negative emotion to get our attention.


I was much gentler with myself the following week. I gave myself the kindness I had wished for. I pampered myself a little more and wore clothes that made me feel more feminine. While this might seem superficial, the angels remind me that being human is part of the experience here on earth and one I shouldn’t negate! A few days ago I stood next to a beautiful, feminine, pampered woman in line at the grocery store and we had a lovely conversation. Having taken care of my own needs, it was once again easy to celebrate the good fortune of others.


So if you feel something less than loving, first of all don’t beat yourself up! We’re already spiritual. We don’t have to try to be that. We’re already good inside. We don’t have to prove anything to God. We’re already light, even when we feel dark. Instead, just go within and ask the feeling what its trying to tell you. Embrace it. Own it! Its yours and its a gift. Although it might be triggered by someone else, it comes from your soul. Celebrate. You are being given a key that unlocks the locked doorways of the soul, and releases your light into an even greater awareness, expression, and experience of life.


Embrace everything that comes up within you. When a seed sprouts, the first thing you see is the dirt being pushed up to the surface, which inevitably makes way for new growth and new life.
