This week for Starseed Mission Support I'm sharing with you this 15-minute daily energy clearing protocol that I use daily before bed and when I return to my own space after social events or outings! The world is getting crazy so it's vitally important for us to stay in our own energy and keep our space sovereign.
Often times the fear, stress, and anxiety we sense aren't even our own. As highly sensitive and intuitive individuals, it's essential for us to have a strong sense of our own soul's frequency so we can hold appropriate space and increase the light quotient of the Earth!
In this energy clearing protocol we:
✔ clear aura of all foreign energies

✔ retrieval of all my own scattered energies back to self from others
✔ clear all unconscious cords and attachments between self and others in the home / shared spaces

✔ retrieve all soul energy scattered through social media/technology use
✔ clear home of all foreign energies
✔ establish an absolute sovereign and clear space
✔ ground self completely into core soul essence
✔ build 15D aura shield of energetic sovereignty

Steve Ahnael Nobel is the author of 5 non-fiction books, the most recent is a free Ebook entitled ‘Starseeds’. He was a director of a not for profit
spiritual organisation called Alternatives (based in St. James’s
Church, Piccadilly, London W1) for 13 years, leaving on the Winter
Solstice of 2012. Subsequently, he began his own healing and awakening
work. He has created a healing system called Soul Matrix Healing for
Starseeds. He has created a library of free resources including
meditations and transmission to help Starseeds which are freely
available on his website and YouTube channel. These meditations and

Want
to know if you're a starseed? Steve explains that starseeds are not
native to this dimension on earth and come from various dimensions and
systems from other star races. Typical starseed statements growing up
are having the feeling that 'you don't belong here or in this family'.
You probably have the feeling of wanting to breakaway, and are drawn to
things like saving the planet, raising consciousness on this planet,
shifting from darkness to more light.
Still
wondering if this might be you? Steve breaks it down to explain that
starseeds are all about shedding the conditioning that has plagued our
society for hundreds of years, including moving from just left-brain
logic based only ways of doing life to connecting and trusting more with
intuition and creativity. This is a time to connect to our heart.
Remember that everything is vibration so as you shift your consciousness
(starseed or not), you are shifting your vibration.
Steve
also shared how our planet is moving from a 3D realm to 4D and
eventually 5D. To break this down (since I needed an overview as well),
here's the deal:
1.
3D is what we've been in for the last two thousand years and it's all
about fear, separation consciousness (us vs. them), shame, anger, guilt
and frustration. We can see this construct being challenged and
crumbling now as we start to look at the real racial and cultural
injustice embedded in our country and world.
2.
4D is all about the mastery of I am responsible for my reality. This is
a pivotal point in change and is based on courage. It's all about the
"I am co-creating my reality, I can shift from the inside out." Our planet moved into a 4th Dimensional realm in 2012 when we went from the age of Pisces to the age of Aquarius.
3.
5D is about an open connection to higher self and love consciousness
with reality. My favorite quote from this interview came at the end. I
asked Steve if he had a 'heart flare' to share and he said "Do not feed
the fear, focus on inspiration, being of service, love, gratitude and
what you can do to step towards that." My sacred friend, this is our
mandate right now. May we all feed the field with our own heart energy.

It’s
tough to keep moving forward after decades of working on the ascension
paradigm and for most of us, this has been lifetimes of struggle. We’re
closer than we have ever been but we need to stop looking for ‘the end’
and jumping to conclusions about when that happens.
We also need to stop jumping into
action mode without listening first for the clues and directions that
will guide us along the most efficient and least painful path. We
receive lots of instructions and support but if we are looking for the
end of this road we will miss the great information that will actually
help us move beyond the suffering. Let me explain.
When I moved to my new house in
Greensboro I also got new phone service with a new company. Now there’s
always a learning curve with technology and phones are no different,
even land lines. To record customer sessions I have to flash to a second
line and dial into the recording service. For the first few weeks when I
dialed in and it took a long time for the service to connect. I thought
my phone service wasn’t working and I was getting a little desperate. I
needed to have this option to record customer sessions. If it didn’t
work, what was I going to do?
One day, while I was waiting for the
phone service to switch over, the automated ATT voice came on and I
couldn’t dial through it, as I normally did, because I was
multi-tasking. This time I heard the entire message, which said, ‘dial
the number and press the pound key’. Press the pound key? I didn’t know I
had to do that. So I tried it, I dialed the recording service and
included the # key and was connected to it immediately.
In my haste to get the recording
started I had not been listening to the entire ATT message and had
missed an important part – using the #key to start the connection to a
second number. Instead, I dialed the number and waited, and waited, and
waited, for the connection to begin. Now I do it the ‘right way’ of the
time and it works great. The process wasn’t broken, I just had not
listened before I acted.
In our haste to be finished with a
process, whether that is a personal life challenge, or the current
craziness we’re seeing in the world and the spiritual battle it is part
of, we do not consider that listening is an important part of taking
action.
The more we listen, the easier it is
for us to hear important information that will help us. Sure it feels
better to keep pushing forward because taking action relieves the
stress, frustration, and makes us feel like we’re doing something and
moving the energy. We’re taking control while the Universe is missing in
action.
But taking action without asking the
proper questions and listening for the entire answer means we’re acting
on partial information, assumption, conjecture, and missing out on some
suggestions that may be very helpful.
I know it’s hard to keep the faith
right now and the frustration at seeing so much darkness while we have
worked so hard to expand the light is demoralizing. But remember that
we’re seeing the dark because of the light and not only are we seeing
it, so is everyone else.
Keep those lights shining and listen
for all of the instructions before taking action so you make your path
easier, your burden lighter, and can takesome time to see just how much light has been expanded in the world and how many people are awakening now.

7/21 ~ Venus (relationships & resources) ~oppose~ Pluto (purification & transformation): Classic opposition: anything with Venus is
usually softened, while anything with Pluto is always intensified, and
the opposition automatically brings up the push-pull between these two.
You are encouraged to tune into your own heart and then you can trust
what is rising from your own depths.
Also, any opposition gives you a
look back at your starting point, which can reveal something that you
may not be giving your Self credit for. Either way, this energy
intensifies experiences where your relationships & resources are
concerned. If you have focused on love, to the exclusion of money, then
your finances will probably come up at this time for a rebalancing of
sorts. If you’ve been focused on money, to the exclusion of family or
supportive relationships, then that may be your focus.
The bottom line
is your true values are up for a certain kind of renewal &
purification. What/Who is really, truly important to you? How do you
spend your resources of time, energy & money? What/Who are your real
priorities right now? Often, we operate completely unconsciously
(Pluto), being driven by deeper forces than we fully understand. And
periodically, we must allow them to come up/out so we can distill or
release them so they become compost rather than toxic to our system.
Since you may feel ‘compulsive’ in some way, you may as well use that
energy to make a deeper commitment to getting to the root or source of
any imbalance rather than let it take you away to feed some
unidentifiable famine in your life.
Often, this activation tends to make
you uncontrollably drawn to someone you know is probably not good for
you, and giving into such temptations often results in even more
problems. It can provoke manipulation, jealousy, guilt and other
negative emotions that always come when you are trying to maintain
something that wasn’t meant to be in the first place.
Again, don’t try
to force YOUR will, it can only lead to a broken heart in the end. If
you are already in an intense relationship, beware of subconscious
impulses, hidden resentments, unexpressed anger and/or frustration.
Expressing it at this time can be helpful if you present your concerns
in a constructive way, however, you will have to be personally strong
and vigilant in monitoring your own emotions in order to do that.
Ultimately, if change needs to happen in your relationship, this can be
the catalyst. This energy is only “bad” if you are unwilling to get to
the real root or source of the given conflict. Otherwise, it is like a
storm that cleanses & clears the air, making everything grow better.
7/21 ~ Mercury (communication & self-expression) ~conjunct~ Sun (core essential Self): This energy will compel you to
express yourself on many levels. Communication will be a focus, just
make sure it is reciprocated. You will have access to some powerful
energy that can (and probably will) make quite an impression on others
(if you need to). This is a good time to travel if possible too.
However, if not physically, then mentally and certainly within your own
area because you will take in more information per square inch than
usual. Pay attention! You may even gain the much-deserved recognition
from others that you have worked so hard for.
7/24 ~ Mercury Rx (ideas, thoughts & concepts) ~conjunct~ Venus (values, priorities & resources): This energy encourages you to see
the Divine Order or the unifying theme running through the events of
your life at this time ~ good, bad & indifferent as well as past,
present & future. This is an initiation of new values around
communication, self-expression and the value of your ideas. You may
finally be able to express ideas that have been percolating in your
head, which is sometimes saying “I love you” or articulating feelings in
deeper, more expressive ways. It’s really *juicy* for your Inner
Artist, this is the beginning of expressing your creative ideas in
altogether new & different ways than ever before. Allow your
Imagination to free-flow. Play with ideas with no attachment to outcome.
Take advantage and explore all that this energy stirs within you, but

7/25 ~ Mars (energy) ~trine~ Jupiter (enthusiasm): This energy is generally
positive as you are combining your energy & desires with an
expansion of consciousness. It’s especially good for anything physical
and bodes well for outcomes to any competition. You will be channeling
more energy than usual so be sure to check in with your body and stay
grounded. Jupiter often brings blessings that others may perceive as
‘luck’ but it is more of an alignment between inner & outer. Even if
things are hazy or crazy, do your best to visualize success and put
your Self in the picture ; -) You will have a great overall perspective
of the “big picture” and can plan accordingly. The only caveat with this
energy is to avoid being OVERLY confident where you feel invincible. Be
confident but not cocky. This energy is very good for knowing what you
need and being capable of making succinct decisions about the course
which will get you there. Calculated risks are the name of the game!

Greetings, friends! We are happy to have this opportunity to speak with you today.
And we see that many of you are in a state of distress over world
events—talk of war breaking out in some regions, as well as the state of
perpetual war that exists in the Middle East and other regions, climate
change, violence against women and children, the quality of your food,
air and water, and many other issues that plague your subconscious with
stress and upset even when you are more consciously attending to your
everyday lives.
And we would say, we understand your upset and your unhappiness, and
we empathize—those of us who have lived Earth lives well understand your
reactions of concern.
Yet your upset is one great reason why these very disturbing events are taking place.
It is not that you have caused them with your kindness, your
compassion, your awareness of the struggles and suffering of those both
near and far from you.
It is that your own emotional distress only amplifies the effect of
what these dear ones are feeling and experiencing—and that is one of the
main reasons why these events are taking place.
Those who perpetuate war, who profit from human trafficking and
weapons sales, who upend regimes in other countries so as to take over
those countries by installing a puppet dictator in place of a democratic
leader—they are aware that violence upsets the human condition, and
that when the sensitivity of Light Bearers is triggered in a particular
way, that dense emotion then creates more food for the systems that keep
the perpetrators active and seemingly in control.
We do not suggest that because of this, you ought to stop caring about other human beings.
We understand that you have come here to extend warmth, kindness,
caring, and support to many, particularly to those in need of aid and
encouragement.

We would only ask that you remain as emotionally neutral as possible as you view these conditions.
Understand
that though, for example, human trafficking has existed for thousands
of years, one hears of it far more often now because of the emotional
upset that comes of hearing about it.
Of course there is a degree to which that activity has increased over
the past few decades, and you would be correct in pointing that out.
Though
the motivation to end these crimes has increased, the rage and shock
felt by those objecting to them has only served to undergird the overall
aim of the old power structure.
And that objective is to keep your overall vibration as low as possible.
They
take aim at your emotions, and as human emotion can be not only
wide-ranging but unstable under certain circumstances, many situations
are created then reported on widely in the media with the aim of
discouraging, dividing, upsetting, or panicking the masses.
They work to sink your emotional vibration, in other words, because your emotions are a powerful mode of co-Creation.
And one of the easiest ways to keep your vibration low, is by
throwing off your inner sense of balance by systematically showing
examples of people suffering, while you stand unable to assist them in
any way.
The old regime’s systems also feed off of the despair and fear energy of those who are put in a position of suffering.
Certainly, you can sign petitions and write letters to your
representatives in government, and this actually goes much further to
change things than simply stressing over a situation, unhappily
discussing those situations with those you know, or swearing that you’ll
“vote for the other party next time.”
Yet we can assure you, at
present on the Earth, nearly all parties serve the same master, though
not every member of every party does so.
And that master is the same one perpetuating war, slavery,
technologically designed drought and flooding, and other situations that
cause distress on many levels.
So that once again, we are asking you to step out of the role you have played for thousands of years.

We are asking you to set down the chains that have bound
you—they are no longer locked in place, so put them down!—and accept
your sovereignty.
Accept that with your positive feeling about life, your individual
empowerment, and your vision of a far better world, you are shifting
things far more quickly and more powerfully than any political movement
or army on Earth could ever dream of.
Yes, you are that powerful.
You are able to envision Peace, calm, good health, well-being,
Abundance, and freedom for every child, woman, and man on the Earth.
And
you are able, by delighting each day in the feeling of that beautiful
vision, to actually help create it. In those moments, you command it
forth.
We are asking you, in other words, to cease dancing to someone else’s tune.
It is not yours, and it is not the only one you know—not the music of
the higher realms, or the music of the spheres, which you are
increasingly attuned to.
What you are hearing on Earth in these last desperate days of the old
regime is a cacophony; an accident falling forward into chaos.
It has nothing to do with who you are.
The passivity, hopelessness, and helplessness it is constantly working to anchor into you are also not Who you are.
You are a birther of new worlds, of planets and stars, of beauty and self-creating sustenance.
A building of bridges, and designer of cures and pathways—not a
helpless bystander on a path they never created and have no influence
over.
We are sure you can hear and feel the difference between the two!
We
would suggest that you take time off from watching or reading the news
several days each week, and take that time and invest it purely in what
builds you up as a co-Creator.
Times of reading what encourages and inspires you, spending time in
Nature, talking and laughing with a friend or enjoying a comedy,
spending time with animals or children in ways that are enjoyable, being
creative at something you can become absorbed in as if it were a kind
of meditation.
And allow those times to assure you that All is Well.

That there is no need for anger, for panic, for immediate action that appeals to the left-brain mind as the only way forward.
You are beyond the “reaction” mode of living now. You are releasing it for good.
You are moving forward into Joy, self-reliance, and knowing you are never alone.
Indeed, as we view the many millions of ships surrounding the Earth
now, full of teams of healers, and experts at assisting in Earth’s
cleansing and renewal, we see you working alongside them in your sleep
state, full of purpose and the joyful realization that you are not stuck
in the old times.
You are in a New Day, and it welcomes you with open arms, as do all of us.

3/10 ~ Mars (action) ~sextile~ Neptune (dreams):This
energy puts action behind your dreams! This is the perfect time to
reflect on what you really want and if the path you've chosen thus far
still serves your ultimate goals. Your intuition is heightened and
you're more alert and ready to act on the information you receive. This
information is trying to point you toward a more enlightened plan (than
you have right now) for manifesting your Truth and Purpose. It's also a
good time to help others realize their dreams in a more tangible way.
This energy is that of the volunteer, idealistic and committed to
change!
3/13 ~ Sun (core identity) ~sextile~ Pluto (transformation):This
is a healthy, positive, transformative energy. You will have access to
energy that will help you change your current circumstance for the
better and/or clear up an issue that has been challenging you for a
while now. It's great for purifying, cleaning & clearing your
personal space, as well as organizing your life in general. You may have
to examine the "big picture" to see where an adjustment, for the good
of all involved, is necessary. If you're not feeling up to working on
outer issues, this also gives you the opportunity to do some
introspective thinking and deep self-reflection. Superficial once-overs
will not do, you must address the root cause for where you find yourSelf
at this time in your life and decide if it is working for you or
against you.
3/13 ~ Sun (core essential Self) ~square~ Jupiter (imagination & truth):This
is a powerful energy and with that comes the necessity of discernment -
it provokes you to get lots of things accomplished and that's a good
thing, however, beware of taking on more than you can actually handle.
Having said that now, if you need that little "push" to get some things
done, this is just the energy for you. It carries with it the optimism
necessary to allow you to go beyond your norm and stretch in new ways.
Sometimes there can be a tendency toward self-righteousness with this
energy, but try to make it "self-directed" and you will benefit greatly.
Walk your talk, embody your Truth. However, if you turn it on others,
demanding they believe what you believe, you may have some difficulties.
Be open & receptive, have a don't-know mind because you never know
what you may learn along the way that could really help you, now or in
the future.
3/14 ~ Mars (energy & drive) ~trine~ Saturn (stamina & patience):This
is a delicious & potent combo! This is like a great Father/Son
working on a project energy. The Son has all the muscle, energy &
enthusiasm and the Father is the brilliant, steady man who directs that
energy and teaches in every moment. Internally, this is your Inner
Authority guiding your innate desire nature to the tangible results it
so craves. Saturn brings the long term goals to the table and Mars'
energy can fuel your efforts creating amazing results. This energy
enables you to focus longer, attend to the details, overcome obstacles,
and get more tangible results of your actions. Normally, these two get
together is more the ‘tortoise and the hare' energy, which can be
frustrating for some. However, they are in a blessed position to each
other and if there is any major project which needs your attention, now

3/14 ~ Mercury (communication & self-expression) ~conjunct~ Sun (core essential Self):This
energy will compel you to express yourself on many levels.
Communication will be a focus, just make sure it is reciprocated. You
will have access to some powerful energy that can (and probably will)
make quite an impression on others (if you need to). This is a good time
to travel if possible too. However, if not physically, then mentally
and certainly within your own area, you will take in more information
per square inch than usual. Pay attention! You may even gain the
much-deserved recognition from others that you have worked so hard for.
3/15 ~ Mercury (expression) ~square~ Jupiter (truth):This
energy challenges you to integrate your smaller vision with the larger
vision for your life. On one hand, you can see the big picture in new
ways, but on the other hand, you may not be very interested in the
details that bring it about. This is another good one for expanding your
consciousness and thinking outside the box, but as the insights come
into your conscious awareness, be mindful of the steps it will take to
make your ideas a reality. This activation is also great for
course-corrections where your ideas are concerned and will open you up
to learning something new or bring in a crucial piece of information,
just keep in mind that you will have to stabilize anything you start and
probably have to review some details down the road because of something
you overlooked in your enthusiasm for the new Truth revealed from
within.
3/16 ~ Mercury (communication) ~sextile~ Pluto (transformation): This
energy provokes the need to delve deeper into the ideas or information
being presented at this time, whether personal or professional. You will
want to dig deeper, ask the hard questions and gather insights that are
deeper and more profound than usual. In your professional/public life,
you may find yourself doing better due-diligence and in your
personal/private life, you may find yourself digging a little deeper
into your own mental patterns & personal history (that has led to
'now'). As you make these connections and begin to grasp these new
insights, they will gain traction and you will become more grounded in
your own Truth. We all get excited about those kind of ah-ha moments,
and you may find yourself wanting to share them with others who may or
may not be ready to hear such deep Truths or have the conscious
awareness to even process them, so use some discernment around who and
when you share these new-found insights.

We
have spent so much time being strong and supportive for others,
ensuring that everyone has what they need to become healed, whole, and
complete, and we wonder when it’s our turn. Many of us have had
important soul contracts to fulfill in the first part of our life and
healing has been the focus through which they are fulfilled.
Through our healing efforts we have
helped others release their past and invent the future, preparing them
for the lifetime work they had to do.
Now that this work is done it’s time
for us to ‘re-invent ourselves’ from being caretakers and supporters to
being strong, successful, and powerful in our own lives. How do we do
that and what does it mean? It is a hard question to answer because it
means re-defining how we look at ourselves and what we do with our time,
energy, and gifts.
A reader once wrote to me “I have never created anything worthwhile for me in my life. My path is to help others achieve their success.”
She wrote that she had spent her life empowering others and ensuring
their success and she wondered when she would be able to do something
for herself.
She has been doing something for
herself, finding joy in others’ success. I am sure that others have
appreciated her help but can she gain the same amount of appreciation if
she is fueling her own dreams, goals, and desires? She may also have a
fear of failure and a lack of confidence.
It will require courage to turn those
efforts to her own life where, in her mind, the stakes are higher,
success is not as certain, and she may find out what she has always
feared, that she is not capable of success or (I don’t think that’s true
but she will have to figure that out by herself).
She is like someone I knew years ago, a
woman who was a ‘re-weaver’, she fixed holes in people’s garments and
made them look new again. In those days we had to wear nice suits (and
pantyhose) to work and I owned several wool suits. One day I saw a small
moth hole in one of my wool suit jackets and I didn’t want to get rid
of the whole suit just because of one small hole.
Someone suggested that I take it to the
re-weaver, who would fix the hole for less than the cost of replacing
the suit. So I took my jacket to her shop and she said it would not be a
problem to fix the hole and the jacket would look new again.
A few weeks later I picked up my
beautifully repaired jacket. The moth hole was gone and it did look new.
I asked her how she did that and she showed me her workspace and talked
about her technique. Working with tiny needles and a powerful
magnifying glass, she took threads from the garment’s hem and seams and
used them to fill the holes, matching the pattern and weave so that
fabric looked new. She took pride in her work and had been doing it for
decades. In fact, she was very well respected and people from around the
country would send her their clothes to be mended.
But the work took its toll on her body.
Her back was hunched from many years of bending over her work, her
hands were knotted witharthritis,
and her eyesight was poor. She wore thick glasses and her skin was pale
because she spent so much time indoors. I asked her why she did this
work and she said that her father, who was a tailor, had taught her,
telling her that people would always need their clothes repaired and
with this skill she would always have work.
When I asked her if she had wanted to
do anything else her eyes got misty and she said that she had always
wanted to be a dancer. But, she added, her father did not approve of
that so she did what he wanted her to do.
She never asked people how they ruined
their garments, she just quietly fixed the damage and sent them back
looking new again. I wondered how many people appreciated her skill,
expertise, and dedication, whether they thought about how much work it
took to fix the damage they had done, whether it was careless or
accidental, or how the re-weaver had spent much of her life doing this
for others.
Who did it for her? Who was there for her when she needed re-weaving in her life?
As I got to know her she shared some of
her life details. She had never married or had children, had cared for
her father after he was widowed until he died and she had inherited his
shop. The shop, customers, and work were her life. I wondered whether
she had ever stopped to think about how she so carefully and
painstakingly fixed others’ mishaps and if she ever wanted to stand up
one day and decide that she was going to do something else.
Did she ever think about how much she did for others and wonder when the day would come that it was time to reinvent herself and start living her own life?
It may have been too late for her to become a dancer but she could still learn how to dance. Although the re-weaver has passed on,
I’ve thought of her many times over the years. One of her gifts to me,
besides fixing my suit jacket, was to remind me to pause before I take
on the task of re-weaving for others. Is this something I should do or
can I step back and let them fix their ‘holes’ by themselves? Sometimes
others need to learn from fixing their own problems even though I
believe I could do it so much more quickly, easily, and efficiently. But
is that what I want to do and while I am inventing their future or
reinventing their life, what is happening to mine?
It’s hard for us to be ‘selfish’ and
self-centered and we have such negative opinions of those concepts, but
what they really mean is to have our focus within our self, asking what
is good for us, questioning how every situation applies to our own life
path. When we allow the focus of our actions be with us first, we
consider our needs, instead of rushing in to take care of others. It’s a
great feeling to re-weave someone’s life but it can become a habit that
we fall into and then can’t get out of. We have to remember that
everyone is powerful—we all have the same source of power even if we
don’t think others are acting in very powerful ways or using their power
very wisely.
Like the comment from the person who
creates for others what she doesn’t create in her life, we can support
and encourage others for a while but must eventually come back to our
center and ask why we feel we must do for others what we do not do for
ourselves. We can be the eternal re-weavers, fixing others’ damage,
holes, and gaps, or we can reinvent ourselves and create everything we
want in our own lives and then let others light their light from ours
which blazes so brightly.
This happens when they are ready to
also shine brightly because they are ready to re-weave their lives,
reinvent themselves, and believe that they deserve and can have a new
powerful and empowered future.
