Daily OM:  Judgment Versus Opinion Staying Open And Fluid

by Madisyn Taylor Judgment closes us down and is final, whereas opinion leaves us open-hearted and open to change. Most of us understand that when we judge someone, or someone judges us, it is a negative emotional experience. As a result, we naturally want to avoid being judgmental, but this gets confusing when we feel we have to suppress thoughts that could actually be offering us guidance. For example, we may meet someone new and suppress a negative feeling about them, thinking that we don't want to fall into the trap of being judgmental. Later, though, it may turn out that paying attention to that thought could have helped us take care of ourselves or someone else. It is important to learn to distinguish inner guidance, and having an opinion, from judgment, otherwise we run the risk of not listening to our intuition and not allowing ourselves to form opinions. Inner guidance and opinions both help us to interact more intelligently in the world, so we don't want to throw them out in an effort to avoid being judgmental. Our intuition usually makes itself known to us in a flash, and often has a physical component--a flutter in our stomachs, sweaty palms, or a chill. When we use this information to help us navigate a situation, we always benefit. Similarly, having an opinion about a person or an idea allows us to converse about it in a focused way with intention. Listening to our intuition and forming opinions are both positive outcomes of our ability to interpret the information that comes our way. When we make a judgment, on the other hand, we attempt to have a final say on whether someone or something is inherently good or bad. Judgments close us down instead of opening us up; opinions have a lighter quality and are amenable to change. Once a judgment has been made, there is no more conversation or consideration, whereas opinions invite further debate. Intuition guides us from moment to moment, but, unlike judgment, never makes a final decree. In other words, it is only healthy to be open to the information we receive and to allow ourselves to process that information. As long as we stay open and fluid, we can trust that we have not fallen prey to the trap of judgment.

We, all of the divine creation, are on a path of spiritual evolution that is eternally ongoing.
You may ask “Why?  Are we not all already perfect divine creations?”  And, yes, of course we are, but, being creative beings, there is always more to create, infinitely more, and that is one of the joys of being One with Source, there is always the joy of discovering more to create. Quite a paradox!


Thus joy never ceases, it just expands and intensifies.  However, words – verbal or written language as used by beings in form – are a totally inadequate means of communing.  All are in divine relationship, and relationship is a state of communing.  Humans, as social beings, understand this very well, although, of course, there are times when you wish to rest from relationship, to have quiet time within, at your holy inner sanctuary.  However, when you awaken and find yourselves fully aware that you are One, in every moment, then relationship is constant but unintrusive, a peaceful state which is always present if you choose to engage, offering Love and making no demands.  A state that is difficult for most of you to imagine because you have all experienced many demanding relationships.


As humans, your relationships are most often founded on need, and are not free from commitments of one kind or another, although of course love of others is very frequently part of them.  However, Love, capital ‘L,’ is neither a commitment nor a demand, It just is, always present, always available, ubiquitous, and, when you open to It, It embraces you immediately in total acceptance and without conditions of any kind.


It is your nature, so unless you block It out or refuse to accept or acknowledge It, It is everything you are.  The only reason that you do not feel It, or that you remain unaware of It is because of choices you make, and one of the major ones is the choice to believe yourselves unworthy of God’s Love for you.  God never judges you, all negative self-judgment and self-blame that you experience is ego-driven.  Egos are fear-driven, believing that they need to protect you at all times from the constant, and sometimes seeming all-consuming threats of the environment that you inhabit as humans.


To awaken is to let go of fear because you become fully aware that there is nothing to fear.  You are divine and eternal beings created from and existing in an eternal state of Love.  BUT, you chose to experience life in form as a human, and your human bodies are subject to fear, suffering, and pain. Then again, the events and relationships you experience or encounter as humans are part of the life paths you planned for yourselves before you incarnated for the lessons that you wished to learn.  There are no accidents or coincidences – at a higher level you chose them – they are all opportunities for you to learn, and the lesson is always that there is only Love.


The more you can hold and manifest the intent to be only loving, regardless of the circumstances in which you find yourselves, the less you will suffer.  Yes, you may, and most likely will, experience illness and damage to your human form as you are nudged to pay attention to the lessons being presented to you.  But you cannot understand the lessons through intellectual reasoning and analysis, you have to go within, to that holy inner sanctuary, and rest there quietly with your mind/brain as still as you can manage, so that then you can become aware of your intuition, your guidance which will lead you through whatever experience you are undergoing until you get that ‘Aha’ moment, and the lesson presented will become will become clear and meaningful to you.


And the lessons with which you are being presented are not for you alone.  As you live through them, those with whom you associate in any way will find lessons there for themselves.  Remember, you chose to incarnate at this pivotal moment as humanity blossoms spiritually, because you were keen and willing to assist in the process.  It is an enormous challenge for all involved, very demanding of your patience and acceptance as you deal with all that arises for you.  And you all, without exception, have what you need to succeed in this magnificent venture – constant and limitless support from those in the spiritual realms, which, of course, include your own higher or spiritual selves.


What you incarnated to do, and are doing, is absolutely essential, and cannot be done by anyone else, you each have your own individual parts to play, and you will each achieve what you incarnated to accomplish.


But, of course, as humans your awareness of the unfolding of this divine plan is severely limited, so that it often seems that you are struggling in the dark without even a small flashlight to light your way.  Therefore, go within at least once daily, and preferably more frequently – waiting in traffic, waiting in line, waiting for someone to arrive.  A moment here and a moment there adds very powerfully to your ongoing intent to be loving whatever arises, even though you may get no sense of it.  Just renew your intent, in the moment, and then continue with whatever you were doing, knowing that you are making an enormous difference.


You are all dearly loved and highly honored as you follow your seemingly individual paths toward awakening.  Your awakening is divinely assured, and when it occurs you will awake into amazing joy.  Truly the brilliance of God’s divine plan for His creation is utterly beyond meaningful description, it can only be experienced, and you will all experience it because it was designed with you in mind, in God’s Mind, where you all have your eternal existence.

Be kind to yourselves. You are all going through a period of re-birthing. It is a time upon your earth when that which lies deep within you, and your planet, is coming up to the surface for your consideration.


Just as the molten lava flows from the volcanoes – carving new channels and pathways in the land and even creating new earth itself –  your hopes, dreams, fears, and unexpressed feelings are coming up from your depths as well.


The thoughts and feelings emerging from within you are trying to guide you to make positive changes in your life, to live more in integrity with your own spirit, and more authentically with others. Love itself – the heart of the Divine, that has been lying dormant within you for eons – is making its way to the surface of your consciousness in ways you might have never experienced before.


Pay attention to your fears, your upsets, your joys, and your inspirations. Your feelings are talking to you, telling you where your energy is aligned with your desires and where it is not.


Excitement, joy, passion, and inspiration, or even subtle feelings of rightness and content tell you that you energy is aligned with your dreams. Focus on that which feels like love. Entertain the thoughts that give you joy. Pay attention to the dreams that make your heart stir and indulge in time to fantasize and feel their reality within you. Listen to the subtle inspiring urgings to act when they arise from within.


Honor also your upset, fear, anger, jealousy, discontent, and other unpleasant feelings for these are telling you where your life and your thoughts need to change. If you don’t know how to change yourself or your life, start with a prayer, and a commitment to sit with your angels asking for help while you sit, breathe, and receive. Start by envisioning a better reality and allowing yourself to feel its presence within you.


Don’t push your feelings aside because it is nearly impossible to do so, given the energy upon your planet earth. Instead look at them, listen to them, and learn from them.

• Joy what are you trying to tell me?
• Anger, what are you trying to tell me?
• Sadness what is it we need?

Talk to your feelings as if they are little beings because indeed they are little people living energetically within you.


If you like you can even ask, “What does my joy look like? What does it have to tell me?” “What does my anger look like? What does he/she have to tell me?” Use your imagination and soon you will begin a dialogue with your own feelings that is as clear and real as the guidance you will receive from the angels. We will help and assist you if you ask.


Dear ones, your feelings provide valuable guidance as to what works for you in your life and what does not. They tell you which thoughts, words, and deeds are aligned with your dreams and which ones are not.


Use your God given right to change your thoughts and feelings when they don’t uplift you. If you do, you will begin to create new opportunities and new life as surely as the lava flows which emerge from the depths of your Mother Earth are carving new pathways and laying down new land.

Many more are awakening now. Those awakening are more inclined to listen and follow their inner guidance. Those who have already awakened are having the Awareness that their new Blueprint is being activated as they receive not only downloads of high dimensional Light, but the propulsion to make changes of those things that are not aligned with their Soul-Awareness. These changes come with the Willingness to let go of their “comfort zone” and the Willingness to be in that space of discomfort and unfamiliarity of the New with total Trust. This takes letting go of popular beliefs, even those that seem “spiritual.” It is a letting go of hopes and wishes and instead, being grounded in the Now Moment, regardless of what anyone else is doing or saying. You see, each being is on their own trajectory path. To ascend is to not be on someone else's path, for each being is unique and it is important to follow one's own guidance, for no-one else can possibly know what another's path is.


For extra Courage, be sure to let go of all fear and spend some time in your Sacred Temples, which help you evolve. There are four temples: Wholing/healing Temple. Expanding Consciousness Temple, Creativity Temple and Connecting with Ascended Masters and Archangels Temple. The purpose of the Creativity Temple is not necessarily for developing an artform, but may also be used to expand your Power to create and manifest. Visiting this Temple, you access the highest Creative Force; that of Source. Any time you visualize or intend from your Heart, you empower the Light you receive from this Temple. Likewise, you receive upgrades from each Temple you connect with. Simply allow yourself to be guided to one or more Temples. Where are they? They exist within you.


It does not matter where you are on your Path of Ascension; however know that you are moving more into being a Warrior of Light. Each of you play a part in helping Earth evolve. Only you know what that is. Some are Angelic communicators, some are working with Earth's flora and fauna, some are working to upgrade and stabilize leylines of Earth and there are many other roles each of us have agreed to take part in. This is your true mission. Your mission is not necessarily a paid career, although it can be, as there are no rules in the New nor are there “shoulds,” “musts,” “supposed-to's,” or labels. Some do not know consciously what their mission is, yet this does not preclude them from the work they are doing unconsciously. It may be that knowing what one's mission is interferes with their work or that their separate ego decides they are more evolved than others (comparison is an old energy). One's mission is done quietly and humbly. There is no need to brag or tell the world what you are doing or who you are. When one feels compelled to tell even a single person what they do or who they are, as well as “who” they channel, that being has stepped into the self-exploitation of separate ego.


As an awakened one, even though there may be much fear, chaos or confusion around you, you stay centered in the Peace that is within you, much like being the eye of the storm. When you are peaceful within, that energy radiates outward touching others; whether they are aligned with your energy or attached to the fear; it is their choice. It does not negate the fact that you serve as a lighthouse. You needn't be concerned whether others receive your Light of Peace; simply shine. Also know that you continue to balance within. Balance is the marriage of the Divine Feminine and Masculine. This balancing helps in transforming the old “men against women” matrix that has long been established on Earth. That time is over as you merge both the Goddess and the Divine male energies as One within you. What is within you is pojected outward. This Balance also blends Heart (Intuition, Receptivity, feeling, Gentleness, etc.) with the mind (doing, thinking, analyzing, etc.) so that feeling is merged with thinking and Intuition is supported by action. As you come into Balance within you also heal many lifetimes of abuse, betrayal and death of a loved one.


We, as awakened ones, are bringing/channeling more Light into us and into Gaia. This Light brings up any so-called darkness to be transmuted. This year is an eleven year and as always, there is much Angelic help in our Transformation, only more so. You need not be concerned whether others get this or not, just attend to yourself, for as I mentioned, whatever is within you radiates outward. If you are nothing but Light, that Light helps transmute darkness within you and beyond. If you are fearful, that energy goes out as well, increasing fear. The eclipse on the 15th helps accentuate whatever you carry within you. The eclipse also helps you take inspired action (the Balance of Divine Male and Female). Inspired action is an action based on your intuitional guidance and then taking a step to manifest that Intuition. How do you balance Intuition (Divine Feminine) with action (Divine Masculine)? By loving and accepting yourself unconditionally and trusting yourself completely. This expands your consciousness and it is your consciousness that attracts others and desired outcomes to you.


You also may let go of the past through Forgiveness. Simply use the Ho'oponopono prayer/mantra: “I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you;” if this resonates with you. You may also go into your Wholing/healing Temple to empower this if you choose to. You may choose to use the Violet Flame of St. Germain to also neutralize any “darkness” within. Do whatever you are guided to do.
You may notice that your relationships are shifting from “what can you do for me?” to an Agape Love, which is loving unconditionally yourself and others. There may be some friends and family members who are not ready for this and may distance themselves from you. Let this be all right; you need not fix or rescue anyone now. Just be all of who you are.


There is a global belief that most cling to fervently and that is the belief in death, even though most have been told that there is no death; only a shift of form. When someone you love “dies,” you grieve the loss and yet, there is no loss. This is just one belief that needs to shift. It is a deep, deep one for sure. We are willing to let some things die so they may transform, yet physical death of a beloved person or pet is one belief we are very attached to. You can begin to transform this belief as deep and ongoing as it has been. When it is transformed to infinite life, there is a huge burst of Freedom. Just let this sit for awhile; you needn't do anything right now. Let yourself ponder the idea that there truly is no death; feel it, for it is easy to intellectualize it (which keeps it separate from you), yet it is a deeply wound and a deep wound most everyone carries within themselves, which puts true evolution to complete Wholeness and Unity on hold.


Fear nothing; fear no darkness, for in the darkness there is great Light and Love. Perhaps meditate in the Void. It is a place of nothingness and a place of all potential. Feel the Joy in this place of nothingness and know that the Great Void is within you, for it is you who holds the key to be the most Divine Love, your essence.

Life is GOOD!  There is only Life/Love/Source/God.  Pain and suffering, while feeling intensely real, are of the illusion, and will pass.  You can ease your pain and suffering enormously by accepting whatever arises and dealing with it in the now moment!  That may well sound insane to those of you who are suffering and in pain, but if you truly open your hearts to Love, releasing your attachment to any of your attitudes that cause you pain – judgment, blame, resentment, bitterness, hatred – you will find joy, peace of mind, and contentment.  And I can assure you that those attitudes are the cause of your suffering and pain.  When your mind ceases to dwell on hurts you have experienced that were inflicted by others, or by yourselves, your pain and suffering will and does ease.


You hold onto pain and suffering by frequently or constantly dwelling on the wrongs others have done you, or on the sins that you yourselves believe you have committed.  You know this, because when you are in that mode you feel BAD!  Then, when you are distracted from those thoughts by something pleasurable, your pain and suffering are gone, even if only momentarily, before you quickly return to that egoic indwelling state (me, me, me,) of being abused or mistreated.


You established the human condition to experience separation because you thought that to be independent of God would be freeing.  But what actually happened was that you discovered that being alone, isolated, and without support was terrifying.  However, you had forgotten that your natural state, which is Love, envelops and embraces you in every moment, and so you then started to seek Love quite desperately from others.


You are Love.  You cannot therefore find it elsewhere!  You may look and look and look, but you will never find outside yourselves what resides eternally within you.  You have all experienced losing or mislaying something, have gone hunting for it to no effect, and have become increasingly incensed or anxious only to discover, eventually, that it is in your pocket or your purse.  Well, Love is always that close to you!  And you can never “lose” It!


You are never alone!  Why?  Because separation from Source is impossible.  However, you can pretend that you are separate, alone, unsupported, lost, and even abandoned.  Then, when the pain and suffering becomes too intense, you go within to complain bitterly and vociferously: “If there is a loving God, how could He allow me to be suffering so horribly and for so long?”  But with all the noise you are making you drown out the gentle and soothing voice of Love which is forever responding to you when you feel alone and lost.


Once you open yourselves to listen and to hear you do experience a sense of the Love that envelops you constantly, and the more space you make in your human lives to hear the Voice of Love the more effectively and frequently will you become aware of Love’s Presence in your lives.


However busy your lives are with work, family, bill paying etc., it is essential that you take time every day, even if only for a few minutes, to go within to your holy inner sanctuary or altar, and sit quietly with Yourself, the flame of Love that resides there and burns constantly with endless Love for you.  You are One with the little you that you experience in daily life as a human, so allow Yourselves to meet each other daily in that holy inner space where the infinite power of Love is always present and ready to empower you.  That is the most effective, in fact the only way to find peace and contentment, along with the ability to deal competently will all the issues that arise in your daily human lives.


Truly, you’ve got what it takes to live successfully as a human because you are a divine being, even though you are presently choosing to be unaware of your immense power and divine status.  It is not the “me, me, me, me first” power of the ego, it is the calm, vast, and spacious power of the divine being that you are.  That power arises within you as you hold the intent to be only loving, regardless of what is arising in your life in any now moment.  You are powerful because you are one with Source.  Frequently, however, far too frequently, you give your power away to others by seeking to align yourselves with their beliefs and opinions in order to receive their acceptance and approval.


But, as you are very well aware, it does not work.  You can never receive complete acceptance or approval from others because they will always judge you and find something, or many things, amiss, wrong, or objectionable about you.  It’s a “Catch 22” situation, and you are wasting your time and your energy.  Yes, you will get occasional approving smiles of acceptance, but they will always be temporary, even just fleeting.


Your path to sanity, to happiness, to contentment and peace lies within.  It always has and it always will.  Why?  Because you are a child of God created in His likeness and to whom He has given everything of Himself because you are like unto Himself being One with Him, eternally.  The human phase of existence is a minor and very short term excursion from Reality into an unreal world of dreams and nightmares that cannot and will not last.  So, go within daily and find the peace and the Love that you so desperately desire, It awaits you there constantly to soothe and comfort you by melting away the pain and suffering of the unreal dreams and nightmares that seem to assail you from all sides.


Within is peace, without there is frequent chaos and confusion, suffering and pain, an insane environment in which conflict rules and no one wins.  What appear to be “wins” do not last because there is always another who will steal the winner’s crown.  Cease chasing fantasies and settle into the Peace of God that lies within you awaiting your acceptance of It.  The “Thrill of the Chase” is a false concept that leads you away from Reality and into the miasma that is the illusion.


You can awaken from the illusion, you will awaken from the illusion, in fact you are awakening from the illusion because more and more of you are choosing Love instead of fear, and finding how over-rated fear is and has always been.  Go within and accept with joy the Love that calls to you there in every moment. That is Reality!

My dear friends, we love you so very much,


While there is nothing wrong with being a “creature of habit,” it is your habits that either enliven you or slowly cause your energy to withdraw from life. Life is meant to be lived openly, as an adventure and an exploration of self.


Life is a never ending series of present moments in which you get to choose your experience, based on your God given guidance and soul-level desires.


Your desires inspired you to grow. Your guidance tries to help you grow gracefully and kindly.


For example, say you desire a relationship. That is wonderful. The desire itself begins to draw life force through you. Suddenly your mind starts to take over. “It must be this kind of person and not that. He/she must look like this and not that,” or sometimes worse, “Forget it. Relationships hurt. Better to avoid them!"


Then you meet someone. Your instincts tell you that you want to get to know them better, but the mind starts chattering, “They don’t look like what we expected. What if they’re not ’the one’? You know relationships hurt, just give up!" You talk yourself out of your natural instinct to get to know them better. In doing so you rob yourself of the gifts life has to offer.


There could be a whole variety of reasons you are guided to get to know this person. Perhaps they could help you with career. Maybe they would become a friend who would help you feel safe in the world. Possibly they would be exactly the type of person you've been with in the past and this would give you a chance to trust yourself, and leave, when you see the warning signs a few weeks into the relationship. Maybe they're a potential love. The possibilities are endless.


Perhaps you have a desire to try something new - a class, a food, a career, or a hobby. Your heart feels excited. Your mind starts to offer all sorts of reasons why you should ignore the heart, “You’re too old. You don’t have enough time. You read an article on the Internet that says this isn't good for you. What makes you think you could that?” Your mind make excuses and you give up before you even give your heart a chance.


Maybe you would not have liked the new food, but you would have learned something useful from someone in the grocery store or restaurant. Maybe you wouldn’t have maintained the hobby, but you’d meet a dear friend along the way. Maybe you're guided into a new career and then fired, only to discover this is a stepping stone to your dream job.


If you don’t listen to the heart, you may never discover its reasons. If you don’t remain open to life and your instincts in each moment, you might miss the fullest life you could be living.


Dear ones, we honor your need to grow on earth but we always attempt to guide you to grow in the most kind and loving way possible. We attempt to guide you to grow in ways you wish to grow when possible. We attempt to help you grow in love.


Use your minds, by all means, to review the past, but always pay attention as well to how you feel right here, right now. While the mind may argue against the heart, the heart always knows the kindest and most loving path... in each moment.

Message From Ann 

This has been the year I’m challenging myself to “Try something new.” When a thought doesn't make me happy, I remind myself to "try something new." For example, earlier in the year when I created a health challenge, I caught myself saying, "How many more times do I have to do this to learn!" The thought didn't make me happy so I changed it. "Thank God I've learned and I'm done with this!" I could feel my energy rising immediately and my entire body relaxed.


I caught myself one week, dipping into a very, very old whine, "No one cares about me," and immediately changed it to a better thought, "Life loves me!" I got the sweetest outpouring of thank you notes and kindnesses shown to me within days!


I've been challenging myself to give up old stuff in the house that is past its prime and treat myself to upgrades. I've been trying new foods that appeal, new books... and it has been fun!


Change breathes fresh air into our minds, hearts, homes, bodies, souls, and lives. But it isn't always easy. I may want new towels, but giving up my old ones was like giving away old comfy friends! I may want new thoughts but giving up my old ones requires some willpower and dedication. I may want to try new foods but that meant I have to branch out a bit and risk a little failure here and there. Change requires letting go.

I was pondering the joy of being like a child and "trying something new” on Monday, while making hard boiled eggs for snacking this week. They're really yummy with a drizzle of olive oil, a dab of Dijon & Dill, and a sprinkle of Hawaiian black salt!


Back to the point, the eggs were cooked and I was carefully dumping them into a strainer in the sink, trying not to crack them prematurely, when I heard the most delightful voice in my head…


“See how gladly the eggs jump out of the pot, releasing themselves from the boiling water, joyous about being cracked open and released unto their new life!”

The language was quaint but the message was clear and beautiful! The angel in my head was reaffirming my desire to release old patterns, habits, etc… to leave the "shells" that had both protected and confined! Sweet!


See how gladly we can leap from situations that are behind us, and no longer work. See how gladly we can release the shells of our old past programming and release ourselves into delicious new thoughts, new circumstances, and new life. See how gladly was can embrace change!


I felt the familiar angelic warmth embrace me and radiate from my heart with an exquisite tenderness. To the angels every single moment is new, never before experienced, and never to be seen again. Change is exciting, an opportunity for a new experience, a new joy!


I smiled, thinking of all I wish to create this lifetime, all I wish to experience, and all the change that will required. Gladly, in God’s time – just like those eggs – I will jump!


Here are a few tips to help you "gladly jump" this week...



1. Pay attention to your loving desires


When you feel a desire in the moment to do something, say something loving, or try something that appeals and feels wholesome (because your guidance is always loving), say it, do it, try it.


Pick up the phone and call that person you are thinking about. Write the email. Sign up for a class. Get outside and take a walk. Take a ten minute nap. Look at that new career online. Go up to that stranger and compliment them! (You know you want to!) Get the food that sounds appealing and healthy. Politely bow out of a conversation that is annoying or boring you.


I rarely call clients because I have a wonderful assistant, but once I had an urge so strong to call a particular person that it was positively urgent. I picked up the phone and dialed... and interrupted a suicide in progress. This person is still alive today due to that guidance.


When you feel something that sounds loving, wholesome, appealing… say it, do it, try it. Trust. The heart has its reasons.



2. Use Your Mind, but Don’t Let it Rule You


Sometimes we’re disconnected from our hearts. We’ve ignored them for so long we can’t hear our true desires. Instead you hear secondary desires that don't really satisfy.


For example, say you’ve ignored your desire to eat food that nurtures you for so long that you are now low on energy. Now your body wants sugar, carbs, and things your mind already knows from past experience don’t feel so good. Thank the mind for reminding you. Now sit quietly and ask your heart… Heart what does my body really want right now? You’ll get the answer.


Suppose you have ignored your need for joy. You meet someone. Your heart really wants this person to be “it” because you're lonely. The mind tells you, “You’re seeing red flags, things that aren’t right. Be careful.” Thank your mind for pointing out the warning signs. Next, ask your heart, “What do I want in life for my own joy? What do I want in relationship.” Listen. Then use the mind to see if your true desires are being met in this current situation or not. Be honest with yourself. Askyour heart, “What next?”


Your mind is a useful tool for analyzing current situations against knowledge, past experience, and desired outcomes. Used correctly, it can inform you and let you know whether or not something is in alignment with your heart.



3. Every now and then have a little “heart time”


In this age of so much information, we all need a little time to get back in touch with our hearts. We know when we’re disconnected. We feel stressed, tired, angry, upset, ill, etc. At these times it is important to spend some quiet time alone.


Journal, ponder, walk in nature, listen to beautiful music. Ask your heart, “What do you need? Where am I listening? Where am I ignoring you? Given my desires, what next?”


Have a beautiful week listening to your beautiful hearts, and may you “Gladly jump” when the time is right for delightful change!

Beloved Friends,

It is easier for you to know yourself when you are still more often. Spending a little time in stillness, regularly, can greatly assist you in coming into sovereign alignment.

When you are still, you allow yourself to settle in a very deep way. So we’re speaking of being still, without agenda, without things to do. Letting yourself be present and notice what is around you and yet kind of merge with the moment with no ideas about later or next, or before or anything other than just being still.

To be in stillness like this is a living meditation. To be in a moment like this and in this way, you can tune to the vastness you are. In this way, you become receptive, through your alignment and you are deeply nourished like when you sleep.

Now then,

The time is here for those of you ready to step into your divine identity as Creator Gods.

You came here because you knew this would be a time of transformation and you wanted to participate. All of your experience has led you to this perfect now. Now you have all that you need to do this, you simply embrace your innate abilities and step into them.

The world around you is thriving. A lot is happening all the time and the variety in play is only going to expand.

What you notice, what you include in your sights, your attention is entirely up to you and this choice is your freedom.

As a Creator God, you understand that all you pay attention to continues. You further all you pay attention to because you support it, energetically, with your focus. As you live, you discover your capacity to be in and with life, as consciousness. You find your ability to be in life as consciousness.

There is an expansive wisdom to you.

A vast and knowing aspect within your wholeness integrates everything and holds it all in knowing as unity. This Unity gives rise to the experience of harmony.

This vast intelligence that effortlessly arranges all diversity organizes the connections and correspondences within infinite levels and spheres of creation in ways that are beautiful. This orchestration is a natural aspect of the innate intelligence of Life.

It requires no effort, no work to create this harmony. There is only expansive intelligence knowing and creating, and unity expressing over and over again creating endless variations of beauty, everywhere.

So you see, you can tune to this underlying stability, the unity the at is intrinsic in the way Life is, and orient to the harmony and see the beauty of it all. It’s here. Each moment is abundant and resplendent with this innate unity that can be felt as beauty, like harmony, as the poetry of the moment displaying itself to you, gloriously.

So there is that experience of life, and there are countless others. That experience - feeling the innate radiant well-being of all that is - can also become personal as you notice too, that which you love. Your love of particular things, enriches this intelligence and gives the expansive presence of Life a new consciousness, expanded consciousness; through your perspective and felt experience.

Expansion drives all of creation. All of life is compelled to develop and further itself, and this drive is innate in everything. All manifestations of life are temporary, but the expansion of consciousness is eternal. So you see, when you live, knowing yourself to be consciousness then you anchor into the eternal. Once you do this life becomes a flow within you and around you that you can experience and expand with and from. You co-create with Infinite Intelligence, the expanding experience of your incarnation.

Now, at this time, you have a choice before you. All humans do. The remembering of your eternalness, your divinity, is grounded in the reality in which you are focused.

The truth about your true nature is available to you, and knowing this is a game changer. Think of how things changed when the discovery that the Earth is round became a given. Or the invention of penicillin. Changes like this can liberate you from things that you felt before were not possible, or were sure to kill you. This knowing of your true eternalness that we are talking of here is exponentially more transformative.

There is no need to believe any longer in any way that life is not plastic.

Life is plastic; it is malleable, supple, easily changed. Your attention is the way you shape and mold your experience. More there, less there - this gives form to the unfolding of your experience which you think of as your life. To live this and to know you are Divine, eternal, perpetual and in no need of fixing, healing, cleaning yourself out of anything, or making yourself better, is to claim entirely new potentials for embodiment.

A lot of people might have heard this information and might even believe it is so. It is only those of you who live from it and allow that choice to simplify your experience who will pave the way for the New Reality by creating it through your lives and your energy presence.

All of this, like all things, becomes very clear and simple once you’ve gotten it. Like all great dilemmas in life, there is a simple insight which then makes everything else just go, “poof.” It all disappears. If you let yourself live the knowing.

If you do, once you begin to live from this pure knowing you discover what an uncomplicated life of immense creativity, love, expansion, and joy your embodiment is. You then realize how incredibly resourced and stable the world is.

In this new state you view life differently. You may still be aware that around you there seem to be storms, and people living in drama and what to them feels like a crisis. Some will still portray life as awful and declining. In this more direct, clear relationship to your life here, you will recognize the disorientation of these experiences.

In its straightforwardness and thriving, your presence and your life can wake them, and shake them free of the belief that nothing else is possible. That liberation which feels like hope is a great gift.

Let that be in your knowing as you carve out new pathways and a happy beginning in the light, as the Creator you truly are.

This is a great energy for being imaginative and intuitive. This is not an intellectual energy, you will have to rely on other senses, like feeling (intuition). You may be very perceptive as to what others are thinking or feeling. Try to avoid work that requires any attention to detail.  Allow your creativity to flow freely without censoring what comes through you at this time.  You can organize it later.  This is the energy to CREATE!


4/19 ~ Venus (art & beauty) ~square~ Neptune (vision):


This energy is great for creative flow. If you are artistically inclined in any way, you will have access to an energy that will allow you to create something amazing. This energy is not so good for relationships. There may be a tendency to idealize your partner, only to be let down by the reality of the situation. If your relationship happens to end under this influence, it's not necessarily a bad thing because it suggests that it was never on solid ground to begin with. Be thankful and move on.


4/20 ~ Mercury (expression) ~square~ Jupiter (truth):


This is usually a good energy, making you optimistic and positive. You are probably going to feel like setting some long-term goals. The only challenge with this energy is a tendency to overlook the details if they are not in line with YOUR plans. Just plan carefully and remember the big picture. Remain open and receptive to information that could help you down the road.


4/21 ~ Mars (energy) ~trine~ Pluto (transformation):


This is an active, transformative energy that will help you to change your life in a healthy, positive way. You may be especially focused on what needs to be DONE in your life at this time. You will want to take action and the Universe supports that decision, as long as it is righteous and not totally self-serving. This is a good time to get moving, take action regarding your long term goals - and you will be able to create momentum. You may realize some of your recent actions or choices do not necessarily support your deepest drives or desires. You must align within and without. Be creative ~ be brave!


4/22 ~ Mercury (inner-voice) ~trine~ Pluto (deep connection): 


This energy provokes deep delving WITHIN. You will be most inclined toward learning the meaning "behind the meaning". You will want to explore your inner Self and try to understand it better. It is best to be alone for such research. Take a day or a weekend and grab your most powerful books and music and get somewhere beautiful if you can, if not your bedroom will do just as well - and dig deep! You are finally ready for the deeper truth, and you will be transformed by what you learn. If you must communicate with others, plan on that being deep as well. Nothing superficial today. The only warning with this energy is not to become obsessive about one particular idea - and certainly don't try to force your particular opinion on others. If you feel the deep need to focus on one particular thing, that is fine but try to keep some perspective or write down all your revelations so you can reflect on them at a later time when you are more objective.


4/22 ~ Venus (relationships) ~sextile~ Jupiter (optimism):


This energy may help balance out the rest of the things happening this week (hopefully).  Try to tap into it if you can, but it is up against some major movement so don't be surprised if you miss its influence altogether.  It is usually an easy energy to deal with, usually involving friends and social activities; optimism and new friendships or relationships that help you be the best person you can be.  You will want to deal with positive, uplifting people under this influence.


4/22 ~ Mercury (thoughts) ~conjunct~ Mars (energy):


I have to preface this with two things: (1) is when Mercury is involved, it is a relatively fast-moving energy.  (2) is when Mars is involved, being the lower version of power (Pluto being the Higher version), reminds us that with power, also comes responsibility.  Now, that all said, the positive expression of this energy is that you can control your mind and direct it with passion, getting tangible results.  This heightens your intellectual ability and mental capacity (for better or worse).  You will be able to clearly articulate your thoughts and you should have quick, effective responses.  If you maintain your integrity, this is an excellent time to ‘fuel' major creative expression.  If this energy manifests is negative side, it can make you petty and combative, arguing over nonsense and wasting precious time and energy in ego control-dramas.  And if it is not coming FROM you, it is just as possible to be coming AT you (from others).  This is the best time to put your energy (Mars) behind your thoughts, ideas and words (Mercury).  The power of this pairing is that they are occupying the same space, essentially energizing each other.
