As you wait expectantly and confidently for humanity’s Grand Awakening, continue to hold your Light on high, and continue to hold firmly to your intent to be only loving whatever arises.  Doing this is very powerful indeed because your intent combines with similar intentions held by others resulting in an exponential increase in the intensity of the field of Love in which humanity is firmly held, even while choosing to remain asleep within the illusion. It is the Light and the Love from you, the Light bearers and Light workers, seeping steadily and constantly into people’s awareness that is nudging them toward their moment of awakening.


You have all experienced being in the energy field of someone who is truly loving, and enjoying the feeling of warmth and acceptance that it provides.  Well, you are each “a someone like that” when you choose to be consciously loving whatever arises.  So be consciously loving every day as you go about your daily activities, because you incarnated to do this, because it is what you contracted to do, and because you are very good at it.


God is relying on you to bring humanity to its moment of awakening, not on your own of course, as you have limitless support – when you choose to ask for it.  However, you are in the forefront as the awakening process moves forward most purposefully, and your leadership and guidance are essential aspects of this hallowed process.  All of you who read and resonate with this and similar channeled messages do recognize and acknowledge the spiritual realms, but the vast majority of humanity chooses to remain unaware even of the possibility of their having a spiritual nature, let alone that it could be more real than the physical world with which they are so fully engaged.


The physical world seems very real to all within it, no matter how spiritually developed they may be, but those who are aware that their spiritual path is their primary purpose – Light bearers and Light workers – are far better able to deal with the stuff that is arising for all on Earth at this time in its evolutionary journey.  It is essential, therefore, that you do your meditation, contemplation, praying, chanting, or whatever spiritual practice in which you have chosen to engage, daily.  Do not spend time seeking the “right path,” because there are no wrong paths, stick with what you have chosen to use and allow it to grow and develop through your daily practice.  It is consistency of purpose that counts, not the particular path you have chosen to follow.  Know that whatever path you choose it is always in alignment with the divine Will, because that is your intent.  The fact that you seem to get very little if any feedback confirming this is immaterial.


Just remind yourselves at least daily, and if possible every waking hour, that you are each a perfect child of God, infinitely loved and completely acceptable in every moment.  Allow awareness of that to arise within you because it will indeed comfort you, and in feeling its comforting warmth you will know that you are indeed fully supported in every moment of your eternal existence.  There is no way you could not be because you are always, and without interruption, One with Father/Mother/God, the divine Source that is all that exists.

It often seems that you are alone, abandoned, but that is the nature of the illusion, it is, by its very nature, which is utterly unreal, divisive and separating.  But you are never alone because to be alone is impossible when all are One.  Don’t be fooled, don’t allow your piteous little egos to convince you otherwise, they depend on your separateness for their very survival.  When you allow yourselves to enter into awareness of your state of eternal oneness, even though you do not feel it strongly, you are choosing to reintegrate your egos with your higher selves and therefore with the One.  There is only One, and your egos are just tiny frightened aspects of your Self that are having a nightmare, and they will awaken into joy, where all have their sublime and eternal existence.


Your egos are a necessary part of being human, they can attend to your bodies and remind you of physical activities that your bodies need to engage in, such as eating and sleeping, to keep them fit, well, and healthy, for as long as you choose to occupy them.  Even though it often probably seems to you that you are for the most part just physical bodies struggling for survival in a hostile environment, where a moment’s inattention might cost you your lives, you are far more than you can possibly imagine, and truly you are fully engaged at all times in doing and being the Self you were created to be.


Sunk in the mists of the illusion, as you are, it is basically impossible for you to see and understand what magnificent beings you really are.  Its whole point is to hide this from you, and it seems to do this extremely well.  It was not meant to last, and it will not, being unreal, but while it seems real to you you must continue to develop your spiritual side, i.e. follow your homeward path to awakening and Reality.  And because you have more awareness of this than so many others, the onus is on you to maintain and strengthen your spiritual practices, thus assisting all to awaken, as you volunteered to do prior to incarnating.


You all have a very important divine purpose which you cannot fail to achieve.  You can slow down your progress by not attending to it as dutifully as you intended when you chose to incarnate.  We constantly send you messages through various uplifting and inspiring channels in order to help you stay on your task, and on the whole you are doing this very well indeed, as our reminders and encouragement spur you onwards by reminding you that you are invincible because you are the perfect and divine children of God.


So, I offer you one more reminder: “You are divine beings, at One with Source, permanently and infinitely supported, and you cannot fail to awaken because it is your will and God’s that you do so.”

Arcturian Group Message for June 4, 2017 by Marilyn Raffaele It is our loving work to advise and assist everyone awakening into a new and truer state of consciousness. You are doing a fine job of it, in spite of the confusion often resulting from the discovery that many tried and true beliefs were nothing more than concepts accepted as reality. The first step of all change is awareness. Gaia and all her people are experiencing the energies of a massive shift into higher and truer ways of understanding. The blinders are coming off and this can be traumatic for the un-prepared because everyone has lived hundreds of lifetimes in the dense three dimensional belief system, embracing it as reality. Opening to and accepting that it was formed from illusory concepts of duality and separation can be very difficult to accept. The early stages of awakening often bring about emotions of guilt and shame. This is because when certain past actions are remembered with new awareness, they are recognized as having been negative and selfish. When and if this happens, lovingly accept that that you were acting from your highest sense of right at that time which is all anyone is required to do, and call to mind that guilt and regret are emotions based in identification with a false sense of self. At the same time, be aware that many of those past experiences now causing shame or regret were actually pre-planned interactions, opportunities important for the spiritual growth of all involved. Be alert to emotions as they arise, not resisting them but seeing them as perfect signs pointing to lingering false beliefs--"What am I believing that is making me feel this way?" It is time to begin thinking of, believing in, and accepting yourselves as Divine Beings, as I AM instead of the personal sense of self as Mary or Jim. Yes, the world will continue to see you as human and you will continue to go about your human activities, but until you can accept and know yourself as I AM, you will forever be on a journey of seeking. Journeys are meant to lead somewhere, not meant to go on indefinitely. Continuing to hold only to the personal sense of self blocks the attaining of higher states of consciousness. Many intellectually accept the idea of oneness, but continue holding tightly to a false sense of self that believes itself to be only human, separate and unworthy of being One with God. Many, especially those steeped in religious doctrine, still consider the idea of oneness to be sacrilegious--the same unenlightened beliefs that resulted the crucifixion of Jesus. Identification of self as SELF, one with Source and all that Source is, is the next level of spiritual evolution, and until a student of truth is willing to take the step of accepting that all life is an expression of the ONE Divine Life including themselves, they can go no higher in spiritual awareness, but instead remain on a wheel going nowhere, and perpetually seeking. As you go about your day, use every experience to practice knowing "I AM". For example, when you look into your wallet and find nothing there, instead of saying to yourself; "I have no money" which will serve to perfectly create that exact thing, say instead; "Yes, I see and acknowledge the appearance of lack, but I know that the I that I am is self- sustained and self- maintained and therefore I am the very substance of abundance." Then get the flow going, living out from "I have" instead of "I don't have" in the realization that you are powerful creators. The flow can take place on all levels, physically giving away those things you no longer use or need and donating money, even a penny. Emotionally taking time to listen to someone who needs an ear, and mentally knowing the truth about another. The key to shifting awareness from "I lack" to "I have" with regard to all things (not just money), is to realize that all good flows through you, not from you. Personalizing good caps the Divine well within. Do not expect a basket of money to suddenly drop from the sky, but know that you are on your way to shifting into and experiencing the fruitage of your realization of Oneness, a consciousness that knows God does not give abundance, rather God IS abundance and therefore "I am abundance" in all its forms--(ideas, creativity, wisdom, peace etc.) A consciousness that knows the substance of everything needed is already present within SELF. You are spiritually ready to separate "seeking" from "being" and move into the realization that "I am everything I seek". You have done the work and are ready to move beyond; "If I can just know enough truth good will come to me". Think upon these two statements for there is a subtle but very important difference. It is the ability to live every situation as best you can (even when needing to take some very human footsteps) from a place of; In spite of appearances, I stand in the truth that I am the very substance, energy, and reality of completeness and wholeness in all its forms because the I that I am is Divine, God, Source manifesting and expressing Itself as me. Truth always seems ignorant and naive to the un-awakened, but you who are ready, must begin to come out and be separate, living your awareness. This does not mean that suddenly there are no more discords because you have not yet fully attained, but does mean you have begun the process of being "in the world, but not of it". As old energies carried through lifetimes are seen through, cleared, and released and you start to trust and rely more and more on the reality of who and what you are, this will begin to be reflected in the outer scene. Continually translating the seemingly ordinary things of daily living into the truth they represent opens and trains the mind to new ways of interpreting. Left on its own, the human mind simply draws upon what is already present in personal and consensus consciousness. Mind is an avenue of awareness. Most of the experiences of those who live fully in the third dimensional belief system are expressions of habitual and unenlightened thinking--mind chatter translated into manifestation. You are Divine Beings. You are One with Source. You are complete and whole-- NOW, not after more years of study, classes, books, and ceremony. Evolution is simply the journey of moving from an unawareness of ONEness, into the full awareness and experience of IT. This does NOT mean you can never take a class, read a book, or do specific meditations you may be guided to do, but rather means you do these things with the understanding that they can not make you spiritual, but may instead awaken you more deeply into the realization that you already are spiritual. Spiritual evolution must a process because the physical body could not withstand the fullness of Light energy all at once. There have been instantaneous shifts, but these are rare and occur when an individual has been fully prepared from other lifetimes, or when an already fully evolved spiritual Being takes on human form in order to assist the world. Every cell of every organ in the physical body carries cellular memory associated with that organ or function from other lifetimes. These old energies are based in illusion but nevertheless still resonate and effect an individual until seen through and released or a state of consciousness is attained in which they simply dissolve into the nothingness that are, freeing the person from their physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual influence. The energies of truth are the reality but energies of illusion still hold dominant sway for most of the world because unenlightened beliefs are manifesting outwardly as form and are what the physical eyes can see. Enlightenment comes by Grace when a person is evolved enough to understand and embrace truth. You who read these messages are ready or you would not be reading or even understanding them. The time is now to move into truth, not simply thinking about it, talking about it, and seeking it, but be it. When an individual continues to seek outwardly after knowing that everything they seek is already within, they hold themselves in old energy that will continue to manifest as duality and separation, often questioning why. Because everyone has free will, choice is always honored. Do you believe in ONE and that ONE manifesting Itself as you or not? Avoidance can go on for lifetimes because in many respects it is an easier. There is the presence of the consensus consciousness supporting third dimensional choices. Living truth is difficult in the beginning because it takes constant alertness to shift one's thinking throughout the day and often there comes a sense of disconnect from those around leading to feelings of loneliness. "Am I the only person who sees things in this way?" This sense of disconnect is temporary because it has no law to hold it in place, and is simply the expression of old energies of separation still resonating. The beginning stages of living truth are more often than not thinking and acting out of habit in the comfortable but illusory ways you are accustomed to with a great deal of effort toward correcting ones thought processes. With time, persistence, and serious practice (as well as a good sense of humor), living as "I" instead of as just Mary, Joe, or Jim, will gradually becomes an attained state of consciousness lived without effort. Life is GOOD!  There is only Life/Love/Source/God.  Pain and suffering, while feeling intensely real, are of the illusion, and will pass.  You can ease your pain and suffering enormously by accepting whatever arises and dealing with it in the now moment!  That may well sound insane to those of you who are suffering and in pain, but if you truly open your hearts to Love, releasing your attachment to any of your attitudes that cause you pain – judgment, blame, resentment, bitterness, hatred – you will find joy, peace of mind, and contentment.  And I can assure you that those attitudes are the cause of your suffering and pain.  When your mind ceases to dwell on hurts you have experienced that were inflicted by others, or by yourselves, your pain and suffering will and does ease.


You hold onto pain and suffering by frequently or constantly dwelling on the wrongs others have done you, or on the sins that you yourselves believe you have committed.  You know this, because when you are in that mode you feel BAD!  Then, when you are distracted from those thoughts by something pleasurable, your pain and suffering are gone, even if only momentarily, before you quickly return to that egoic indwelling state (me, me, me,) of being abused or mistreated.


You established the human condition to experience separation because you thought that to be independent of God would be freeing.  But what actually happened was that you discovered that being alone, isolated, and without support was terrifying.  However, you had forgotten that your natural state, which is Love, envelops and embraces you in every moment, and so you then started to seek Love quite desperately from others.


You are Love.  You cannot therefore find it elsewhere!  You may look and look and look, but you will never find outside yourselves what resides eternally within you.  You have all experienced losing or mislaying something, have gone hunting for it to no effect, and have become increasingly incensed or anxious only to discover, eventually, that it is in your pocket or your purse.  Well, Love is always that close to you!  And you can never “lose” It!


You are never alone!  Why?  Because separation from Source is impossible.  However, you can pretend that you are separate, alone, unsupported, lost, and even abandoned.  Then, when the pain and suffering becomes too intense, you go within to complain bitterly and vociferously: “If there is a loving God, how could He allow me to be suffering so horribly and for so long?”  But with all the noise you are making you drown out the gentle and soothing voice of Love which is forever responding to you when you feel alone and lost.


Once you open yourselves to listen and to hear you do experience a sense of the Love that envelops you constantly, and the more space you make in your human lives to hear the Voice of Love the more effectively and frequently will you become aware of Love’s Presence in your lives.


However busy your lives are with work, family, bill paying etc., it is essential that you take time every day, even if only for a few minutes, to go within to your holy inner sanctuary or altar, and sit quietly with Yourself, the flame of Love that resides there and burns constantly with endless Love for you.  You are One with the little you that you experience in daily life as a human, so allow Yourselves to meet each other daily in that holy inner space where the infinite power of Love is always present and ready to empower you.  That is the most effective, in fact the only way to find peace and contentment, along with the ability to deal competently will all the issues that arise in your daily human lives.


Truly, you’ve got what it takes to live successfully as a human because you are a divine being, even though you are presently choosing to be unaware of your immense power and divine status.  It is not the “me, me, me, me first” power of the ego, it is the calm, vast, and spacious power of the divine being that you are.  That power arises within you as you hold the intent to be only loving, regardless of what is arising in your life in any now moment.  You are powerful because you are one with Source.  Frequently, however, far too frequently, you give your power away to others by seeking to align yourselves with their beliefs and opinions in order to receive their acceptance and approval.


But, as you are very well aware, it does not work.  You can never receive complete acceptance or approval from others because they will always judge you and find something, or many things, amiss, wrong, or objectionable about you.  It’s a “Catch 22” situation, and you are wasting your time and your energy.  Yes, you will get occasional approving smiles of acceptance, but they will always be temporary, even just fleeting.


Your path to sanity, to happiness, to contentment and peace lies within.  It always has and it always will.  Why?  Because you are a child of God created in His likeness and to whom He has given everything of Himself because you are like unto Himself being One with Him, eternally.  The human phase of existence is a minor and very short term excursion from Reality into an unreal world of dreams and nightmares that cannot and will not last.  So, go within daily and find the peace and the Love that you so desperately desire, It awaits you there constantly to soothe and comfort you by melting away the pain and suffering of the unreal dreams and nightmares that seem to assail you from all sides.


Within is peace, without there is frequent chaos and confusion, suffering and pain, an insane environment in which conflict rules and no one wins.  What appear to be “wins” do not last because there is always another who will steal the winner’s crown.  Cease chasing fantasies and settle into the Peace of God that lies within you awaiting your acceptance of It.  The “Thrill of the Chase” is a false concept that leads you away from Reality and into the miasma that is the illusion.


You can awaken from the illusion, you will awaken from the illusion, in fact you are awakening from the illusion because more and more of you are choosing Love instead of fear, and finding how over-rated fear is and has always been.  Go within and accept with joy the Love that calls to you there in every moment. That is Reality!

  Jesus Audio Blog # 240 for Saturday December 6th As so many of you have issues of personal unworthiness and unacceptability I would like to address that – John, this channel, and I have been talking about it, because it has been an issue for him as well.


God, our divine Source, yes, F/M/G if you prefer, is pure and infinite LOVE.  BOUNDLESS LOVE!  There are no limits to God or to His Love for all sentient life, which He created within that Love for eternal joy.  Your separated state would have you believe otherwise because it is a proud egoic construct, and if you allow it to dissolve, as you are now doing most successfully, the ego will also be gone.


The ego is your separated self, an infinitesimal part of the real and eternal You, the You that you align with in moments of deep meditation or momentary ecstasy when you disconnect from or forget your ego.  You cannot forget the real You because It is the only You, but you can hide within your ego and pretend that the real You does not exist.  And that is the cause of all human conflict, confusion, and suffering.


Your ego needs to be right, and it does all in its power – which is tiny – to appear to be right whatever the cost.  But it knows that it is not, and that terrifies it.  Being wrong is unacceptable, and so it fools itself and attempts to fool others by lying and cheating to present a mask of honesty and integrity which is easily recognized by other egos as utterly false.  Fear underlies all its thoughts, words, and actions.  When you feel fearful you are engaging with your ego.  Love does not and cannot experience fear, not even fear for another’s well-being, because Love knows that all is eternally well.


Within the illusion the ego does have a purpose, and it believes that its purpose is the right purpose, the only purpose, and it pursues that purpose with all its energy – being right – frequently leaving you tired and dispirited as a result.  Your purpose is Love, there is no other, that is what You are, a loving purpose or intent that embraces and extends Love always and constantly, but your ego would hide that purpose from you (the little you that identifies itself with your human body) as it tries to dominate and be right by any method that seems to work for it – bluster, bluff, shaming, bullying, and force of arms.


Humanity is becoming rapidly and increasingly aware of the falseness and duplicity of the ego’s intent, hence the collective dissatisfaction with all large organizations which at the root are always ego driven – whether religious, political, military, or commercial – and so are the protest movements against these large ego driven groups!  Small is beautiful.


When organizations of any kind expand beyond their original creative and loving purpose power struggles ensue – who is the best to lead us forward?  ME, ME, ME!  And this ongoing self-aggrandizement, that so many appear to embrace, is due to their underlying sense of inadequacy, unworthiness, or unacceptability; these ego aspects of yourselves are constantly attempting to make themselves feel safe and secure in the utterly unsafe environment that the illusion provides.


Your egos are an aspect of the illusion that you developed more and more fully over the eons to cope with the intense sense of terror that separation from your divine Source evoked.  But you are not separated from your Source, and you never have been because that is an impossible and unreal state.


You were created in Love by our loving Creator, and you are eternally and uninterruptedly being loved by Him in every moment, because that is the life force that flows within you and through you in every moment of your eternal existence.  The Tsunami of Love that has swept across the planet, and which continues to do so, is being experienced by more and more of you daily and is an indication of that infinite divine Embrace in which you are all held in every moment. 


Unacceptability, unworthiness, inadequacy, worthlessness are all unreal states for any sentient being, any conscious being, because all were created eternally perfect, and no improvement on that state is possible.


When you experience any of those sensations you are coming from your ego which, as we have often told you, is unreal, but it desperately wants you to believe in it and it uses fear to manipulate you into so doing.  When it succeeds your human mind, your egoic mind, goes into overdrive in its attempts to protect you from all the terrifying things that constantly appear to threaten your safety.  The real You, the You that is mostly hidden from you by your egoic fears and distractions is amazingly powerful.  It is the one You that in an insane moment built the illusion, and which the egos of your many separated selves (the human collective) now maintain by keeping you in fear.


Over the eons various wise ones among you discovered this and released themselves from its bondage, and attempted to show you how to do the same.  Their wisdom is often referred to as “The Perennial Philosophy” because these sapient ones, coming from every religious faith and none, use it to point all aspirants in the same direction, and even though the paths they offer appear to differ significantly the destination remains constant and the same, namely an individual discovery leading to a deep inner knowing that all are one and that all are eternally loved.  Enormous peace then replaces all fear and anxiety.


To awaken into your natural and fully conscious state is to know without the slightest shadow of a doubt that You are One.  It is not a belief it is a knowing, and the path that each one of you is following is leading you inevitably towards your inescapable destiny – full and constant awareness of your Oneness with your divine Source, and therefore with one another.


You have free will, you always have free will because it is a God-given gift to you at the moment of your creation, eternal, everlasting, and never withdrawn.  Love gives and receives, It never takes or removes.  To do so would be in opposition to Love, but of course there is nothing that is in opposition to Love.  You can therefore choose freely to awaken into Reality now, or later.  All you need do is nothing.  Doing is a distraction from being, and being is Love.


Being, in your quiet inner sanctuary, in prayer – which is thanks and acceptance of God’s eternal Love for You – or in meditation – just stillness as you open to receive the Love that is offered to you in every moment – is your path to awakening and once again knowing Yourself One with Source.  The joy of that knowing is beyond description in words, beyond imagining, it can only be experienced.  You will experience that joy – just allow, and let your allowing be now.
