Be kind to yourselves. You are all going through a period of re-birthing. It is a time upon your earth when that which lies deep within you, and your planet, is coming up to the surface for your consideration.


Just as the molten lava flows from the volcanoes – carving new channels and pathways in the land and even creating new earth itself –  your hopes, dreams, fears, and unexpressed feelings are coming up from your depths as well.


The thoughts and feelings emerging from within you are trying to guide you to make positive changes in your life, to live more in integrity with your own spirit, and more authentically with others. Love itself – the heart of the Divine, that has been lying dormant within you for eons – is making its way to the surface of your consciousness in ways you might have never experienced before.


Pay attention to your fears, your upsets, your joys, and your inspirations. Your feelings are talking to you, telling you where your energy is aligned with your desires and where it is not.


Excitement, joy, passion, and inspiration, or even subtle feelings of rightness and content tell you that you energy is aligned with your dreams. Focus on that which feels like love. Entertain the thoughts that give you joy. Pay attention to the dreams that make your heart stir and indulge in time to fantasize and feel their reality within you. • Sadness what is it we need?

Talk to your feelings as if they are little beings because indeed they are little people living energetically within you.


If you like you can even ask, “What does my joy look like? What does it have to tell me?” “What does my anger look like? What does he/she have to tell me?” Use your imagination and soon you will begin a dialogue with your own feelings that is as clear and real as the guidance you will receive from the angels. Dear ones, your feelings provide valuable guidance as to what works for you in your life and what does not. They tell you which thoughts, words, and deeds are aligned with your dreams and which ones are not.

Dear Ones,


It is a time of expansion and an amazing ability to generate new levels of activity. You are probably feeling the sense of ignition within you, like your inner motor is just beginning to run more consistently. There is a sense that you want to swing into action, but you may not be sure where that action needs to be focused.


The focus of your exploration at this time is to expand on any ideas that come upon you. Offer all that you do to the Divine working in and through your life. You have divine partners who are totally invested in what you create in your life. They want to participate with you in the new birth of ideas and creative expression that give your life more meaning and purpose.


Without having a clear purpose there is a rudderless feeling inside. There is energy to put forth but no direction. Most people are looking for something that has great merit and benefits the world in beautiful ways. However what if your purpose is as simple as bringing higher light frequencies into the world? This may seem minimal but we promise you it is the basis of what everyone needs to do to bring greater purpose and more beauty into the world.


With that in mind, what can you expand on that will bring you a sense of fulfillment? You may have been gifted with fleeting ideas from your guidance. These small avenues can become the creative flow working through you that calls forth manifestation of the guidance working with you in this special time.


You might even have tried some of those ideas before and they did not work out the way you had hoped. In this new time of deeper communication with your Higher Self, these ideas may need to be brought out into the light, dusted off and reformatted for a new, empowering enterprise.


It is a time when what is hidden is being brought into the light. This includes your deepest dreams, hopes and wishes. You have tremendous levels of nonphysical support during this time of the year. It is the last Gate of Power before the end of the year. It is in some cultures the beginning of the new year.  Call your support team into action to bring into fruition your greatest dreams and abundant ideas.


There are aspects of your life that are ready to come into fruition for you in new ways. There is a passion running through your energy system that allows you to create in harmony with your Highest Soul’s reality.


Without the patience to truly explore the ideas streaming through your heart, you will miss the opportunity that may be presenting itself in perfect divine timing.


Have faith in yourself and the guiding light working through you. Become personally involved with the energies of the masters, ancestors, guiding spirits and angels that are supporting your growth and ascension at this time. Invite them in. Give yourself time for communion. Have a meeting if there is an idea that inspires you. Record the meeting or keep notes of what transpires. Sometimes it is just a small moment of insight that can transport your idea into the realms of abundant fruition.


Be free to explore the avenues within yourself that are opening for you right now. Let yourself be in the childlike space of wonder, openness and exploration. Nothing is as it was. But know that all is well.


And so it is.

Balsamic Moon Phase:  release the old to prepare for the new

SUN:  29 Cancer - "a Greek muse weighing newborn twins in golden scales"

     Higher Expression:  choices or alternatives, seeing commonality, birth of ideas, hopes and wishes

     Lower Expression:  comparing to others, splitting, out of balance

EARTH:  29 Capricorn - "a woman reading tea leaves"

     Higher Expression: seeing patterns and symbols, information about course or direction, portents of the future

     Lower Expression:  lack of trust in self and intuition, hopeless, unable to accept the truth or reality

Mars has moved into Leo, preparing the way for the New Moon on Sunday as it discharges the energetic of the New Moon, "under emotional stress, blood rushes to a man's head."  It is extra-important today to not be resistant or inflexible.  Essentially, with this energetic we have to slow down and "go with the flow" to avoid a head rush (and other headaches).

This comes today on a Black Moon Day.  Recall from yesterday's report with a few additions:

The Moon has entered Gemini, transiting opposite the Black Moon in Sagittarius.  This makes the next couple of days what I call "Black Moon Days" -- the twice monthly opportunity we have to make friends with our "shadow sides" and birth a new version of ourselves.  Though Black Moon Days always bring us to a more enlightened place, the wisdom is often hard-earned.  We tend to project our shadow sides (what we fear we lack in ourselves) onto others.  People's tempers can become heated, and what one feels about oneself is mirrored in what one accuses another of being or doing.

Those with the Sun, Chiron, or Black Moon in Gemini or Sagittarius are experiencing the rebirthing effects of the Black Moon more sharply than the rest of us.  Remember that a newer version of you is being created from the old you that is falling away (or purging or burning away).  This process will end in early November.  It is a temporary, but highly potent time -- one of the most transformative of your life.


The often-forgotten part of Black Moon transits is that they bring great blessings.  This is even stronger when Venus becomes involved, as it is right now.  The Moon will conjunct Venus at 7:38 am ET/11:38 am UT and Venus will make exact opposition with the Black Moon at 1:19 pm ET/5:19 pm UT.  When Venus and the Black Moon combine, relationships come under focus. When the Moon is in Gemini, the relationship with OURSELVES undergoes revision.


Core issues of rejection, acceptance, approval, meaninglessness, truth, and lies are in effect for the next two days.  The objective is self-approval, self-acceptance, and the search for meaning.  This is where we aim.

Things will progressively "fire up" as the New Moon approaches.  Since Mars, which rules our energy, will be in close range (conjunction) with the New Moon, it will energize things throughout the next month.  Let's identify or get ahold of any angry feelings (feelings of personal failure or disappointment or loss) now and release them during this Balsamic Moon phase before the New Moon phase begins.  This will set us up in a much better place for the upcoming month.  Today's energy of the "twins being weighed" tells us to balance out.

The New Moon Solar Eclipse falls in the intuitive and watery sign of Pisces on February 26th.


This Solar Eclipse is the first of the year and is going to set the tone and energy for the months ahead. In fact, whatever energy transpires on this Eclipse is likely to create a theme that will last until the next Solar Eclipse on August 21st.

Earlier this month on February 11, we had a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, which was all about endings, letting go and clearing out the past. This energy has still been lingering but will shift as the New Moon Solar Eclipse energy takes over.

If Lunar Eclipses are all about endings, Solar Eclipses are all about new beginnings. Whatever emotions or events were stirred earlier this month are likely to melt away and shift in a new direction as February draws to a close.


Energetically, the Universe has been calling on all of us to move through a process of endings. To some extent, we have all been called on by the Universe in different ways to shed the old in order to make way for the new.


Perhaps you have even noticed this constant theme of “death and rebirth” through the last 12 months and the breaking away of old thoughts, beliefs and ideas.


The Lunar Eclipse earlier this month was in many ways the tipping point of all of this energy.


Whatever needed to be cleared from your life has likely already started to melt away and perhaps, even through the chaos of it all, you are starting to feel a certain amount of relief.


The New Moon Solar Eclipse on February 26, is definitely going to be something to look forward to. This Eclipse is going to bring a wave of new energy that will help all of us to start looking ahead to the new.


Whatever has been cleared from your life in recent months is now dissipating and the New Moon Solar Eclipse will help you to get an idea of what new chapter lies ahead.


For this reason, the Solar Eclipse is the perfect time to start writing down your hopes, dreams and wishes. The energy for manifesting is going to be extremely high at this time, so definitely use this to your advantage.


When it comes to manifesting however, sometimes it is best to focus on what feelings you want to create for this new chapter, rather than physical or material items.


While there is nothing wrong wishing for something material or physical, there is greater power in manifesting feelings or states of being.


For example, instead of trying to manifest the perfect job, perhaps try to focus your energy on manifesting the feelings that this perfect job will give you. When you work from this place, it allows your energy to stay open to the Universe and open to the opportunities that come your way.


When you manifest openly, it also allows you to surrender to the flow and to be directed naturally and organically towards your highest path.


Of course, there are no limits or rules on what you can or cannot manifest, so don’t be afraid to dream big, especially on the night of this Pisces New Moon Eclipse.


Pisces energy is all about inner reflection, intuition and higher consciousness. This is a wonderful energy that will join us for the months ahead, making it a perfect time to think about your spirituality and the deeper meaning behind your life.


In many ways, this Pisces energy will not really allow you to move forward unless you have considered the inner stirrings of your heart and intuition.


Use this time now in order to get clearer about what you truly want and why you truly want it. Perhaps it is also time to think about what you want to work on and give your attention to for the year ahead.


The energy of this New Moon Solar Eclipse is also going to lead all of us into the starting of the astrological year, which happens on the Equinox, March 20th, 2017.


The Equinox is going to be the highest point of rebirth on a long cycle of letting go and shedding and the Solar Eclipse is going to open a pathway that will lead us straight to the doorway of the new.


Whatever new energy is waiting for us in the new astrological year is going to slowly start to be presented to us after the Pisces New Moon Eclipse.


This New Moon Eclipse is going to open a doorway and light up a pathway that is going to lead us to where we need to be for 2017. This is an extremely powerful time and one of the most significant turning points of the year.


In the coming weeks, allow the old to be stripped and melted away and start looking ahead into the new.


It has been a long cycle of endings for many of us, but this is now coming to an end and the energy to create the new is now here.


The February New Moon Solar Eclipse is going to be sending all of us waves of positive energy that is highly motivating, eye-opening and directed.


Stay open to whatever flies in around this time and stay open to any inspiration that moves you.


February 26th is a day to look forward to and a time to truly celebrate and honor yourself for all that you have been through.

Third Quarter Moon Phase: reorientation

Negative Imprint: hierarchy, denying happiness, consciously manipulating others, immaturity, projection of negativity, militaristic aggression

Positive Imprint: devotion, good fortune, common good, power for good, calm, rewards, reverence, independence, integration


For the first time since November 15, yesterday the Sun released a solar flare with coronal mass ejection.  The M1.6 flare and resulting CME occurred at 2:33 pm ET/7:33 pm UT.


Solar flares shoot packets of light (information) to us with specific intentions in mind.  The specific intention or mission of a CME can be discovered by looking at the Sabian symbol, or energetic description, of the degree of the Moon at the time of the CME.  The Moon was located at 26 Virgo, in exact square to the Galactic Center, at the symbol of " a boy with a censer (covered incense burner that swings from chains) serves near the priest at the altar."


When the Sabian symbols "returned" to consciousness in the 1920's, the symbol of a boy at an altar with a priest had a different connotation than it does today.  A deeply negative imprint has twisted into this symbol.  But at the highest level, this symbol is about renewed hope.


This CME happened as powerhouses Uranus and Pluto were moving into exact square once again this year.  They came into exact astrological aspect at 7:46 pm ET/00:46 am UT, but the effects were being felt for days in advance (and will continue to be felt for a few days as the planets move off from their dance).


Perhaps another intention of the renewed hope that comes from this energy is for the priest at the altar to return to the original idea of serving the highest interests of the boy - of all children?  Perhaps the boy has now grown into a man and stands in front of the priest, holding him accountable to the Laws of Life?  Perhaps the waves of sea change that are coming ashore with the Sacred Masculine are beginning to rectify wickedness and return sanity?


This symbol also images the idea of the simplest elements being vital.  Burning incense shifts the time-space/space-time of the altar and anyone focused on what's going on at the altar.  In this way, the incense, and the boy who is swinging the incense burner, are the simple but necessary parts.  In kind, we may feel like we are one small part of the big picture, playing our role in the divine dream, but wisdom tells us that all are parts are necessary.  Without each of them there would not be a collective.  Sabaoth the Sun reminds us that we are all important and that the smallest elements are critical to the overall purpose.


Additionally today, our friend the bluebird of happiness returns to stand at the door of our inner house with the Sun reaching the degree of this Sabian symbol.  If you have been following the Oracle Report this month, you know that the bluebird of happiness has been flying in from time to time.  Today the bluebird is serious about bringing good fortune and magnetically drawing us toward people of like mind, heart, and spirit.  The energy helps us make progress and move forward with less resistance, enabling us to continue "nexusing" with others and implementing plans for the future that were made eons ago.  This month is a homecoming of soul families to reorient the world and bring the Second Renaissance.


This month has been a spiritually-busy one, with the Full Moon pouring down cosmic rain to uplift consciousness.  Tangible, external representations of hopes, wishes, dreams, and plans become visible as consciousness is expanding.  The things that we've projected from our minds begin to manifest in the grand dream we are all dreaming.  The dream is getting bigger and becoming even more alive.


All of this brings a new sense of being, an enlarged perspective about our lives, and an enhanced journey through deeper spiritual levels.  Today is about reorienting - shifting from one state of mind or being to a higher one.  Respond to the energy with high hopes for the promise of happiness.
