How to Create New Experiences: Expanding Our Options

Morning Reflection, 17 April 2018


Lately I'm learning how to believe in some new desires. Desires that feel to me that they're showing me how my life could be more fun, more abundant, more an echo of how I want to feel. Desires which I love the idea of, but which feel in many ways far away, out of reach, or even, truth be told, highly unlikely.


I realized that the first thing to do, which I hadn't done, was to decide to embrace these desires.
Willingness to receive, allow, embrace our desires is a key to them being realized. Until we embrace them, we're often in resistance to them.


I've been all over the place with regards to these desires. Resisting them because I couldn't yet believe that I could succeed in allowing them.


Today that began to change in a significant way. I tuned in to all that I am and expressed my willingness to learn how to believe in these new experiences I feel I want. I spent some time thinking about these desires and reminding myself that:

- I've learned to allow other things that were new and initially seemed impossible;
- I know how this works - conscious creation - and I can bring that skill to this part of my life;
- I have allies (Smile) I have the non-physical world supporting me, loving me, willing to assist me in allowing this and I can allow support in this new life coming to be, too.


Having done this, now, I'm focused on feeling good and feeling relaxed. I want to notice early signs of tension and soothe, breathe, shift - not let that momentum get going too much. And when it occurs to me, I want to deliberately think about what I want - instead of what I don't want - and aim to think about it in ways that expand what I am willing to believe I can allow. Meaning - for starters - I am going to be rather general about all this and also pay attention to how I think when I feel it.


I can use the simple general statements I've used before for other things. I don't have to reinvent stuff, I can go general, as I've reliably done before. I can allow myself to think things like:

- I want to expand. I love expansion. It feels good to me when I experience new and wonderful things. I can let more of that happen in my life. Expansion is natural and feels good.
- I love feeling good. Feeling good is pleasure in and of itself. If I focus on feeling good this day will be easier and nicer and fun things will happen. 
- I am doing extremely well. I am on the right track. Look how far I've come?
- Many things I used to think were not possible, are now normal and natural for me. I am flexible and I am excellent at creating my reality more and more to my liking.
- I can handle this. Nothing is really a big deal here. I can start where I am and gradually discover new ways to feel and think that serve me and shift me into resonance with what I want to know next...
Etcetera.

It never goes away, does it? The importance of noticing how we feel and cultivating thoughts that serve our aims. Because we're creating our lives actively in the present, expanding into new beliefs about what's possible takes deliberate focus.


Creating new connections in our brains between thoughts that are in sync with what we want, requires active focus on what we want and thinking thoughts that can make that real for us. This can get to a point where it feels good and release endorphins and then we can think we've done it. But I know from experience that is just the first step. The real change happens when I build new pathways in my brain, establish new ways of thinking about myself and my life, as beliefs. To establish new beliefs, beliefs that serve what I want, I have to repeatedly think about what I want in ways that feel good, possible, easy, available, and do this until it feels natural and fun and easy and until I feel deeply satisfied and joyful in the thinking of it.


When we start thinking about the new possibilities and feel eager, excited, happy and as if they're the most natural thing because it's simply more of how we're already feeling? Then we've succeeding in changing our mindset and expanding our options for experience. We get to enjoy the feeling of that, and it is reliable as the sun coming up, at that point, that new experiences will begin to show up to echo that inner shift. <3

We are in the middle of the bifurcation of timelines and realities shift. Old timelines collapse and there is no way back. While many of the early adapters are still feeling huge bi-polar shifts between the two realities and between love and fear, first movers are now entering more and more an energetic state of being that is called zero-point. The place where we are only observing, allowing and are moving along with the energetic flow without being entangled with any of the drama, stories and illusions of the old paradigm. We enter these points shortly before big energetic shifts – individually and collectively.

We have reached the critical mass now. The amount of people that went through their awakening process and have anchored themselves on higher frequency levels. The critical mass to cause a ripple effect to cause the grand awakening of the human collective. The evolution back from Polarity Consciousness into Unity Consciousness.

Transitioning is not easy. Transitioning means to let go of a lot of things and people we had developed an attachment to. And yet, attachment is not a natural state of being. It is an ego construct. Just as linear time is. We had developed these constructs to experience a life out of balance as far as possible. An experiment to see how far we could move away from our collective center. From Oneness. From Unity Consciousness. Our origin. The Source of all that is. The organism humanity went into collective amnesia and developed the concept of linear time, to give fear an artificial space to exist. To then create fear, it was necessary to cut off the conscious energetic connection to Spirit/Source (which caused the amnesia) and withdraw the feminine energy, creating the necessary misbalance. The masculine energy alone, without the balancing counterpart, experienced separation, lack and darkness. The energetic frequencies of fear were created. That was the fertile ground for the ego mind to evolve and grow and with it the illusion of duality. Further ego constructs evolved based on these concepts: Loneliness, danger, the need to survive, the need to be better than others etc. All of these were necessary to create the illusion humanity has been experiencing for eons (although also that is an illusion, as linear time does not exist). Humanity created its own auto-immune disease, fighting itself to move further and further out of balance, while living in this illusion. Now that we have reached the point of being furthest away from that inner balance of the collective before complete destruction of the organism humanity, it was time to end that experiment.

The Construct of Linear Time and the Ego

Now that we have more and more re-established our conscious connection to Source/All that is and have re-invited the mature feminine energy in, we entered that zero zone, where we experience the breakdown of the construct of linear time. And that means: Those that experience it are transforming the last bits of ego. And with it: The return of the mature masculine, the energy of doing, manifesting without any need of control.


The ego cannot exist in the NOW. The place where there is no linear time. The ego always needs the artificial space of linear time to project its illusions. Now that this space drops away, fear has no fertile ground. We remember enough now to not buy into these artificial programs any longer. We are not even able to relate to all the human drama, all the stories, as we can see right through the illusion. It feels like white noise, a frequency of a radio station, we are no longer able to receive.

We notice that we are completely in the zero point field/NOW moment, when uncertainty does not upset us any longer. As indeed it is our natural state of being. We are not able to create expectations, impatience, control, mistrust, conditions…, as they need a concrete reference point in the future. All we can be is unconditional, trusting and open to whatever comes, knowing it is perfectly in the flow. Human artificial structures such as schedules, appointments, daily routines become impossible to stick to, as they are not synchronizing with the Universal Flow. When linear time drops away, we automatically get access to the bigger picture. We align with unity consciousness and remember more and more of our essence and truth. All of a sudden we know things, we did not know before. We see and understand this all connecting energetic field, and how we incarnate into experiences in the physical. We are re-establishing the holy trinity. And with it, the full embodiment of Spirit, Soul and Body. Everything happens at once in the NOW as all possibilities are available, always. Linear time was helping to create the illusion that there were sequences and with it memories – that helped to keep fear projections alive. But what about past live memories, might the ego mind ask? All we do is choosing one or parallel experiences in a physical existence. Depending on where we tune in with our consciousness, we get flashes of information that feel like a past life memory although it is just a parallel reality we chose to access.


Those that are in the middle of this transition, will more and more have that experience, that even what happened yesterday feels like a past life memory. The truth is, we create every moment anew, nothing is solid. When we become multidimensional again, anything becomes possible.

Multidimensionality

Multidimensional experience is a super confusing, but also fun thing to experience. As we create moment to moment anew, we can also shift our realities quite easily. From the energetic frequency levels of the fifth dimension and onwards, we have all these different parallel timelines and realities available to access. And we choose our access point(s) into the field of all possibilities from moment to moment. And can alter as we wish once we are fully aligned. So what happens quite often while we are not yet fully stable and anchored in one frequency, is that we have to deal with multidimensional versions of other people, too. For example a 3D and a 5D self of a person. These seem to be completely bi-polar, do not remember what they had said before, or say even the complete opposite.

The Mandela Effect is exactly this. We are switching between different realities – collectively and individually and we remember things differently than they are in our current timeline we chose to access. Our limited, fear driven ego mind was not able to understand any of this. Only now we are entering the process of transcending it completely into a free spirit mind. A mind that is connected to all that is, is able to connect all dots, comes up with brilliant ideas to set intentions: The basis for all creation. Now that the mature masculine comes back and balances within us with the mature feminine, we have set the foundation for co-creation with others. We are back in the field of unconditional love within.

Embodiment

In order to create, we need to be able to embody our connection to Source (the open heart-center) and Unity consciousness (the mature mind) in our physical vessel (the evolved body). We need the physical existence to be able to create. It is our physical body that lets us follow the energetic impulses we receive from the universal flow. The intention of the mind causes a feeling from the heart, which sets the energetic vibration that we emit into the field. We synchronize with frequency matches in the field (people, situations,..), we resonate and that creates our outside reality. The more we learn to read and “speak” energy (by feeling it), the more we are able to follow the natural impulses we are receiving constantly with our physical body: Our intuition. The deep knowing, this is what I have to do next, because it feels right. No matter what the rational mind might have to say about that to protect us. Once we have embodied the balance of the mature feminine and the mature masculine within, we are ready for the next phase: Co-Creation.

Next Stage: Co-Creation

Just as cells in an organism pair up to work together to create something, we are now more and more pairing up with like-minded and like-hearted people that have also found their balance within. This will be happening in all areas of life. Friendships, “Relationships” (much more a relatedness now, based on freedom), work, and activities of all sorts. First, we mainly feel drawn to co-create in pairs – members of our tribe that we have met while finding our true self in our process of awakening to practice balancing energy between two people/physical entities. They might remain in our experience as partner or will move on, and both will feel absolutely fine.

That – on a sidenote – was one very important part of our journey. To find our people all over the planet, anchor the grid and activate it to build all these little centers for the ripples we are now creating for the big shift. Co-creating in pairs will help us to learn how to balance energy between two physical entities (people) before we will take the next step to create something even bigger, pairing up with other pairs that have gone through that process. Returning to community, oneness, completely new models of living based on love and abundance. This is the way how New Earth will take form quickly. We are all creating this together. We are passed the point of having to walk it alone. NOW: How perfectly organized and how exciting is this?!?

July 2017 Energy Report

Here we are in July now and if this year has seemed both extremely long and also very short it is because it has been, so far, a series of back and forth and up and down movements that have made it hard to stay focused on the present as we’re moving in every direction. We’re releasing the past as we set intentions for the present and future, while also integrating vast amounts of energy to fill the gaps created by the 3D dis-integration. Are you tired yet? Don’t give up because this month we begin to see progress that will carry us through to September. The next 3 months will be very active, so keep those intentions strong.


July opens with a definite shift in energy as we enter the second half of the year and activate the power of 8 for the month (July is the 7^th month and 2017 is a ‘1’ year). Now we can start seeing some motion and movement but this is an ‘inside out’ action where the change and transformation are internally centered so that outward action is grounded in confidence and intention. The theme for July is ‘energetic significance and relevance’ and that is our guide for how to use this month’s energy.


We have to think of July as part of a 3 month period because July’s energy events lead up to the  August 21 eclipse and the September 23 big Virgo event which is described in Revelation 12 of the Bible. In  September we have the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars in Virgo, a rather large and unusual concentration. What does it mean? Virgo is the sign of the servant but it’s also the place where our humanity meets our divinity, where we become of service in powerful ways instead of in service as Martyred Healers.  September is another big turning point on the 3D/5D integration timeline and I’ll talk more about that in September. Right now, we need to look at July’s energy and how it contributes to the energy mix in these next 3 months.


The July 8 full moon is another one of those that activates so much energy of transformation. Powerfully aligned with Pluto, the planet of deep transformation, and with numerous stressful aspects, it brings up a lot for us to think about and to decide what we will choose to do. Will we react with anger or respond with empowered consideration? That is the key theme in July which looks at the energetic significance of events and energies relative to our intention and how we want to experience our life.





Everything in our life has an energetic significance – it all relates to the energy of a lesson or issue that we are healing and completing and a soul and karmic cycle that we are involved in. When we look at the energetic significance of every situation we see how the dots are connected and the bigger picture becomes clear. Yes some things in life are upsetting but what else is happening around them? If we’re angry and upset we only see what is happening to create chaos and drama in our lives. But if we look at the bigger picture, the energetic significance becomes very clear and we let the full story play out, along with the blessings that can arise out of it.


On my last day in France last week, I missed my flight to London (I have done that only one other time in my life), where I was catching my US return flight the next day. As it was the last flight out, I was stuck. I decided to have dinner since I was hungry and the Sheraton was the closest restaurant. When the maitre’d heard about my situation and that I had planned to stay at the airport that night, he rallied his staff to find me a hotel room, comped my dinner, and gave me his personal cell number in case I needed any help in getting to the airport in the morning. I was upset over missing the flight (which was caused by a delay on the train) but I also got some wonderful support from people who were able to turn my upset into a confirmation of how wonderfully kind people can be and how I can be blessed in unexpected ways.


July’s new energy patterns provide the perfect foundation to begin looking at things from the point of ‘energetic significance’. If there is drama, what is it telling you and where have you experienced this before? What energies are trying to shift in your life so your energy container can expand to accept new frequencies? Is something trying to leave your life but you’re resisting that change? What blessings can you allow to enter your life now? Are you willing to receive them? Those are some of the questions you can use to look into the energetic significance of what is going on in your life now.


The July 23 new moon is at 0 Leo and here the Sun is at home, as it rules Leo. It’s joined by Mars in a tight conjunction so expect some joy action to be possible for you. This new moon feels happy and not as heavy as some of the ones we have had lately. New moons are portals to new beginnings and this one opens the portal to the August 21 eclipse at 29 Leo which is significant for everyone born from around 1955 to 1962 because it falls on your natal Pluto in late Leo. That period was also when Eisenhower made his famous speech about the ‘military industrial complex’, which has been the source of global domination, chaos, and suffering for over 50 years. This eclipse will have an impact on them, as it impacts their Pluto too. Maybe it will be an end to the global war machine as people insist on peace, I’ll hold that as an intention.


And we have a Mercury retrograde in August, which begins its shadow period on July 25. The actual retrograde is from August 13 to September 3 and is what puts Mercury in Virgo for the September Virgo focus. Mercury retro can create problems with communication and transport, so be prepared for that by giving yourself extra time to get to where you need to be and double check your communications to see that they were received.


We’re still in the 3D/5D integration that is our ascension process and we’re seeing density being displaced by light. I got confirmation of that when I stepped on the bathroom scale this morning and saw that I weighed 110 pounds, which I know is not correct. After 3 tries and a change of batteries the scale still said 110 pounds but a few hours later my normal weight of 117 pounds displayed. I had to laugh because for a few hours I was ‘less dense’ than I thought I was. This is the lightening of density as higher frequency energies are displacing the very heavy energies we have been living with and under for so long. 3D is the paradigm of domination and control; 5D is the paradigm of self awareness and creativity so if you’re feeling more creative, confident, and ready for new adventures, start setting intentions for the energy you want in your life.




This month we can slow down a little bit and take some time to assess what has happened since January 1.  Remember we began the year with the same degrees as the January 2016 Mercury retrograde and we had to deal with a lot of retro activity through April, so we really have not had an opportunity to work with a lot of new energy as we have been processing so much ‘old’ stuff. July is a big step onto a new path and it’s the path of potential, possibilities, and progress. Don’t wait for the right moment or situation, pick any path and try it out. You’ll know soon enough if it is right for you and if not, you can always change your mind. Open your energy field to new possibilities for your life and use this month’s energy to get some new beginnings started. Have a wonderful  month.

Life is a Banquet to Enjoy Fully

Imagine a banquet spread out before you, with every kind of food you can imagine. Everything is beautifully presented, quantities are unlimited, and you can have anything that you desire and as much of it as you want. Before you get to the table of food, however, you must choose the plate on which you will place the food. The plates available to you are in a variety of sizes, from a very small plate to a large platter.



The plate that you choose determines how much of the food from the banquet that you will be able to put on your plate.

• Even if they are starving, some people will choose the smallest plate, thinking that they do not deserve more than that.
• Others will choose a small plate because they are afraid that people will think they are greedy.
• Others will choose the largest plates, not because they think that they deserve more but because they are afraid that the food will go away before they have the opportunity to eat their fill.
• Some do believe that they deserve to have the most from the banquet and want to know that they have more than others.
• Some will choose no plate at all because they do not think the banquet is for them. Only a few will actually choose the plate that they want simply because it appeals to them.
  
  

The banquet represents the unlimited abundance available to you, spiritually, energetically, and materially and the plates represent what you are able to accept in your life in terms of love, joy,  and abundance. Whatever size plate you believe you would choose, and no matter how much food you would put on your plate, your choice is determined by how much you believe you deserve to have from life’s banquet. If you will look at your own life as a banquet, you can see that perhaps it is time for you to choose a bigger plate. For if you do not have enough of anything in your life, it is not that it is not available to you, you must choose to connect with and to receive more of what you want.






There are no limits to the abundance of the Universe and that is very hard for humanity to accept. Living in societies where only a few seem to enjoy the ‘best’ and the ‘most’ of everything, many of you can feel that there is only so much to go around and there is not enough for everyone to have everything. And indeed, if everyone had an opportunity to have everything, there would be no need or opportunity for comparison.


No matter where you are in your life, choose to look at the banquet of possibilities before you and learn to enjoy the feast that is set before you. Choose the biggest plate that appeals to you and then fill it to overflowing. Even if the plate that you have chosen in the past is small, you can change your choice at any time and choose to enjoy bountiful quantities of the unlimited banquet that the Universe makes available to you, every day.

Greetings, Empowered One!

Today's message touches on something we all understand and know how to discuss, but so few know how to live out:


That to change a situation or to create something new, you must begin by concentrating on what you want to create--to resonate with that reality rather than the one you are already in.


And to work with and "wear" the energy of that new reality.


This applies to everything--our health, relationships, finances, our life path, our Ascension.


Today's Message, from a beautiful higher being who so few of us have really met, shares the heart-based idea that we have to release the old ways of doing things, which was all down to moving things outwardly rather than starting with the inner journey.


At this time, we are remembering our Soul abilities, including fifth dimensional abilities (and higher) from other lives we've lived.


The Collective have a new series of guided meditations that help with this -- the Self-Love and Self-Empowerment series -- and one is on "Reclaiming Past Life Strengths and Abilities" by increasing our connection to our Soul.


I didn't understand at first why that was one of the areas included in the series -- but now I get it!


We're reclaiming our Soul power, in big ways.

The latest guidance from the Galactics, Earth Elementals, Ascended Masters, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:


Greetings, Light Warriors! Warriors of Peace, and Creators of the New Earth!


We are pleased to have this moment to speak with you today.


Our writer has been traveling, and has had occasion to travel to Rennes-le-Chateau, a small castle and chapel in the Languedoc region of France.


There she explored a tower dedicated to the Spirit of Lady Master Mary Magdalene, and requested a message from her Grace.


And so, we cede this moment to that Lady Master, and we welcome her now:


Dear ones, it is with much Joy that I speak with you now.


We are all of us (for I am by extension a part of the Collective) rejoicing in the many steps forward, the many awakening moments, and the powerful proclamations that are your Ascension paths—the paths of each of you.


Every day you are greeting the Earth and Her beauty with an increasing understanding of the sacred path of Ascending which you volunteered to experience once more.

Every day you are growing more and more into the Light which defines your own souls, your own desire to break forth from the restrictions and resistance of the old Earth, and to bring forward the waves of higher Becoming that you came here to receive, and to anchor for all.


You have many of you felt to be alone, felt to have suffered, felt that no one has heard your cries for release from old prisons and old paradigms.


I understand you, and your Angels and guides understand you, more than you can know.


You are, in this process of becoming your higher selves, more and more stepping forward to claim your Creational power, and to reclaim those skills you have mastered in past Earth lives, and in other incarnations in various places in this Universe.


So that the feeling now is not one so much one of needing the help of Divine Beings, but of being one, and of claiming your place amongst us.


And yet you feel still to be in a place of learning, in the process of remembering not only these abilities, but the feelings of being a calm and self-assured higher being who moves through life with much grace and inner assurance that All Is Well.


And if a moment occurs that does not reflect that realisation, you are more and more now happily able to revise and redirect the flow of energies and intention that you are witnessing within you, and therefore, to being experiencing something of a far higher vibration.


You have felt much sadness, and at times, helplessness as you traveled your path through the density not only of those soul-growth challenges you laid before yourself before returning to Earth again, but at the state of the world you came to lift and renew.


And yet Dear Ones, it is not for you to take responsibility for the seeming madness, chaos, or lost souls of those claiming to be the leaders of your Earth.

Release the need to change or redirect them from without, as if that were your only recourse.


Most assuredly, this is the path for some, but not for all. Go within and ask if yours is mainly, as they say, an “action” journey or an inner one, and listen quietly for the answer.


Require that the truth come forth.

 
And believe what your heart sense—your higher self’s own voice—is saying to you. The wisdom of that voice will always feel Lighter, and will resonate with you as having always been true for you, and have always quietly known.


If yours is mainly an inner journey, your work is in the main, one of calling forth and holding for Earth and all beings a higher frequency of thought, feeling, and realisation, which will in and of itself, over Time as you know it, unfold into higher forms of outer events, both for your own life and for all Earth life.


There is no time now to be caught up in the old ways of doing things, Dear Ones!


This great place of learning (not in the sense of schools as you know them, but in the sense of a initiatory journey that reveals to you the nature of your own soul, and your own Light path) is not one taken up lightly, though certainly many forget their original purpose once incarnated here.


My Spirit remains in a powerful and, as your writer has discovered, a most palpable way in certain places on the Earth.


These places correspond to certain points in your geography where energies flow most powerfully, serving as internal planetary modes of energy build and transfer.


These Light codes carry messages not only to those of Inner Earth and within the Intergalactic Confederation, but to the subconscious and higher consciousness of every being upon the Earth.


Those unable to sustain under this Light are now leaving Earth, or if they are deciding to remain, are expending their Life force by inwardly denying these Light codes.


Some are using technology to try to dilute or block the effects of such. They will not achieve this. The Light is far greater than they.


Returning again to your own paths: I know you have suffered at times, and still have moments when you worry you will not have what you need for your food or shelter, or that you do not feel loved or recognized.


Many of you have moments of doubt as to whether you are on the right path.


Dear Ones, that very question, and the desire to release those very struggles, tell you you are a heart-based entity, moving ever further into the Light.


Much good is unfolding for you now!

Open your arms wide now, and with your heart, accept gladly all of the Higher Good that desires to come to you—all of the Love, all of the Abundance, all of the Peace and Fulfillment.

I have never abandoned you, nor will I, nor will those in my Soul family, who as I, are constantly by your side and desire greatly to be called upon for aid and guidance.


We will never deny you, dear ones! No more than we could deny you the unending Love we have for you, with empathy for all you are experiencing now.


With this message, I send a special gift of reassurance and an integration of those frequencies that will lead you more fully into that greater vision you came here to embrace.


You have heard some say, “Now is not a time for playing small!” and we cannot express to you enough how true that is.


Open now to the full expanse of the vision you held on a soul level before incarnating.


Ask that it come forth and show itself to you. It has been waiting to do so.


Open the door wide.


We send our Love, Dear Ones, to permeate your very Being. In many more ways, and to a far greater depth, than my words here can express.

If a Second Renaissance was descending upon humanity, those that stand opposed to humanity would naturally fight back.  This is what we are witnessing in the world right now.


In the midst, messages from higher sources surround us, waiting to be noticed.  An important one was delivered over the weekend on Saturday, May 2 at 5:12 pm ET/9:12 pm UT with the coronal mass ejection of an asymmetrical solar filament.  The CME empowered the energetic of the Sabian symbol for 28 degrees of Libra, "a man in deep gloom, unnoticed, angels come to his aid."


The symbol is the energy of spiritual rescue.  It also informs us that slowly we will see that things are getting better.  We are beginning to see the data that tells us that our thoughts are creating the field around us and that guidance is on-tap at all times.  We understand, at a new level, what co-creating with Spirit means.  This is a fifth-dimensional property of consciousness - a playland for the mind to transform the nature of reality.


Today, the Moon will be moving into opposition with Mars, bringing heightened instincts and emotions (that can turn aggressive) but also a flood of creativity and peace.  So we will aim for the creativity and peace dynamic as we acrobatically maneuver through this Full Moon phase.  A good outlet for this particular energetic is to take care of details, weed out things, and improve the aesthetic of something.  This is because Mars is located at the degree of the Sabian symbol of "a well-kept public park."


We will keep our minds well-kept with the knowledge that things are actually getting better because they are coming into a new alignment - one that supports the value, goodness, and beauty of life.  (Venus makes opposition with the Galactic Center today, so the force is strongly with us on this.)
The Sabian symbol for the degree of the Sun today is "a man with a rakish silk hat, muffled against the cold, braves a storm."  It may be storming out there, but it's the kraken - the tyrannical monster, that is falling into the cold sea.  Wise owls are well-prepared to hold the line as the old system is released from its hold.
