Ongoing Upgrades - 15-Jul-2017


So much is happening! Our cells, DNA and all that we are is accelerating. This brings up all that is not Love. These can be attachments to the old, to others and anything that you think is true, yet isn't. (Illusions.) Our physical bodies are especially feeling this upgrade. This, of course, is absolutely aligned with all we have released mentally and emotionally, as all our bodies are one unit. When experiencing something in the physical, many may label this as “illness;” yet it is important to shift focus from illness to Wholeness. We are wholing and not healing. We are not fixing what is broken; we are evolving all our bodies to be congruent with our Souls. We are not merely restructuring; we are creating anew. Restructuring indicates that we are re-turning to something. We are not returning; we are creating. We are much like the Butterfly. The Butterfly isn't just a caterpillar with wings. In the chrysalis (Christ Consciousness) stage, the entire caterpillar is broken down and from this mush state, new DNA is created. This new DNA thus manifests the Butterfly. And isn't this what we've been doing?


Pay attention to the details while you also honor the big picture. This requires you to stay present. It is only when your attention is not in the Now Moment that details get lost. While you take care of the details (taking care of what is in life to take care of), life is smoother and allows you to focus on the Truth, which is Love, Joy, Ease, Peace and all the Soul Essences. As we focus on the greater Truth, we create the New World, along with creating our New Selves; for what is the New World? It is an expression of us.


Many may feel as though receiving attunements by others handles everything so they can just sit back and let someone else be responsible. We are sovereign beings. Being sovereign means it is up to each one of us to rise in consciousness in our own way, as guided. It takes doing our own work and agreeing to receive our own attunements from Soul/Source. No-one  can do this for us. You may also feel as though what you've always tried and what used to work, no longer does. I speak of different modalities or tools or practices that use to serve, yet you have transcended many of them (if not all). Let go of what you have known in the past, even if it means you remain empty for a while. Focus on an Essence you want to feel (Joy, Love, Peace, Wholeness, Abundance, etc.). Pay attention to your own Inspiration/Guidance. Take full Responsibility for your choices; be in your Power as a creative being of Light.


We are each evolving into and as a new phase of Ascension (whatever you're ready for). Much in your life will feel so old and so removed from who you are now. Do not try to fit the old you into the New you. It just doesn't work. In fact, it will feel quite uncomfortable. You simply do not belong in the old. You may not be quite in the New either; yet, let it be O.K. to be in the chrysalis stage of birth.


This new phase of Ascension is a new level of mastery as a powerful creator. Ask this question: “Who am I as I evolve and what am I creating?” (Remember that if there is any darkness or old still within, it will emerge.) Know and trust that you always have a choice as to what to let go of and what you choose to create. Review your current life to see if there are some themes still in place.
Remember that there is always a gift of Awareness in even the most painful circumstance (of course, pain is a perception). How do you want to feel? Let go of what, where, who, how and when. In what life event does Joy bubble up from within you?


What is the difference between judging and choosing? Judging separates; choosing is an Awareness that a person or belief does not resonate with you any longer. Sometimes choosing may feel like judging. If this occurs, go within and ask your Highest Self what is true. We can accept others as they are and still choose not to be in their world. The choice is always ours.


Is there a difference between Inspiration and Guidance? No. It comes from your same Highest Self/Source.


We are conceived of Love. I speak not necessarily of our Earth parents or ancestors, but of Source. We are conceived by Source Love. Our Earthly parents and ancestors merely brought us through to experience life. They chose to do this, as we chose them as parents. They helped us evolve by infusing us with the lessons we chose to transform in any given life. We are Divine; this is truly who we are. As we Know this with every breath and heartbeat, we realize that no-one outside of ourselves can love and approve of us more than our true parent: Source/God/Soul.


I have shared before how we have one download of high vibrational energy after the other. This trend continues. Right when we have finished one powerful phase, we are prepped for the next one. While many speak of the upcoming Earth changes; I have no idea; for I stay in the Moment. As we go, so goes the Earth. As we honor and allow our own Ascension, the Earth follows, for Gaia is an expression of us. The Blue Beings of Sirius, generally speaking, are guiding us through this next phase of Ascension...They basically are holding the doors open for us. I love working with them, although they are quite serious. I sometimes call them the Serious Sirians, and then we all laugh. They are much more serious than the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, who are so much fun and light. It doesn't matter who you resonate with; yet do know that your main guide is your Soul; you! If you do choose to work with a group of high dimensional beings, please know they must be invited; for those of the higher dimensions are not allowed to interfere with our Free Will.


As we observe our lives without attachment, we see so much is transforming (death and birth). This includes ideas we have had and concepts we have held dear. Make room for the New; if something indicates it doesn't belong anymore, let it go. Let Love take its place. Love has its own ideas as to what forms will present themselves. We cannot control this, yet we can choose how we want to feel. Let yourself be in a Void of Faith; empty, yet full of potential. When the forms arrive, don't attach to them, for once again, they will shift; just as we continue to shift. As our consciousness evolves so the forms shift. As our High Heart and High Mind become One, we continue to evolve and the shifts continue. This is truly a wild ride and it takes one who is willing to detach and flow to be O.K. with all of this. In the old, we had certain structures to hold onto; it's just the opposite in the New!


Creating the New (yes, we are the ones doing this) takes being aware so that each choice we make is congruent with our Integrity, Guidance and Knowing. It takes being aware when we get pulled back into the old so we can adjust our sails. Allow any emotion to come up, for this purifies you and then after the tears, focus on how you want to feel. State: “I AM Love;” “I AM Peace;” “I AM Trust;” “I AM Whole,” etc. Allow yourself to be guided by where you resonate. It can be as subtle as smelling a flower or as big an an Aha! about something in your life. Keep your eyes and Heart open and you will receive. We create through choosing and a choice is always a step that leads to another step that leads to another step and so forth. As a friend told me once, “It's like Frank Sinatra: do-be-do-be-do. Of course, Being comes first and then the doing. When we are Being, we receive Guidance/Inspiration and then we take a step.


You may wonder if you're not rooted in 3D, how can you be grounded? Think of grounding as being held between Heaven and Earth. As Earth ascends, Heaven is on Earth. Nature grounds us, because Heaven is in Nature. You can be grounded in your Heart as well and you can be grounded to Source/Soul. When you focus on a Soul Essence, you are grounded. You ground that essence within you. Think of grounding as Integration. Yes, we are the conduits of Heaven and Earth. Heaven is not a place; it is consciousness.


Trust that you are supported in all your choices. You are loved beyond any expectations you might have, for you are Love!

Selamat Balik! The message remains positive! Your new reality is slowly manifesting. Those who rule the dark on this globe are truly in a state of extreme worry as the things they helped to create are fading into the dustbins of history. While these denizens of the dark realm slowly see that their time has come, they nevertheless remain defiant. Across this globe, there are actions of quiet desperation happening. These so-called terrorist attacks and telecommunications tie-ups are just part of the degree of desperation that is currently permeating the dark oligarchs. Like many other operations, these are as well to fail. The Light in its numerous parts holds the upper hand and these brave ones are succeeding in readying the means to spread prosperity, reveal a new monetary and financial system as well as create new governance for all. We are as well preparing the steps required to bring disclosure to a decades old official cover-up. This process is to bring you a whole slew of presently well-hidden technologies. Humanity has had the privilege of men like Tesla to encourage the start of this new age!

   This time is one in which the Light forces have returned in strength and in guile. The strategy employed by the Light’s proponents has brought the dark oligarchs to their knees. Their imminent defeat and the agreements that go along with it has caused them to strike out and hope for the deep emotions that can somehow turn their plight around. As the horror of their acts fade so does the chance that their dark and dastardly deeds can ever succeed. Instead, the world is realizing why these dark deeds and Internet manipulations took place and is seeking quick remedies for the dark’s actions. Those who support the Light are now proposing how to quicken their demise. Monies are in place and special military and police units are ready to strike a swift and final blow. Thus, the dark’s panic is quite real. We are close to events that have the potential to achieve what has been our grand goal from the beginning. That is, your return to full consciousness and the rise of your freedom and endless prosperity!

   Currently, what was delayed by the dark is quickly moving forward.


Telecommunications and various courier groups are busy making sure that the funds are delivered and are, in fact quite secure. We are also making sure that a whole host of new technologies are ready when the new governance occurs. It is vital that both the transfers of power and mass arrests happen in an easy manner. At present, many of the upper levels of the oligarchs find themselves under house arrest. Certain precautions have been taken to ensure that this operation remains on schedule. We have used some of our personnel to further secure this situation. The odd maneuver still permitted on your globe requires more detailed watching by us. Initially, those involved in security and intelligence assured us that the odd maneuver was to be held in check. Instead, a large operation was allowed to happen. We need to bolster our abilities in these areas.

   We have a final word for all. We ask for a rise in your focus on peace and freedom. Together, we can ensure that the last steps in what has been a long march to freedom finally reaches its grand goal. At present, there are a number of activities being completed. You are very close to a start of funds going out to you. Maintain your focus! All of us are extremely dedicated to seeing these first stages completed. Our liaison and diplomatic corps can attest to the large amount of progress that has been made in the last few months. We know that this operation is huge in scope and that it is a most complex proposition. Yet, we are indeed going to achieve a full success in all areas. The scheduling of all of this remains secret. Despite this, we can readily say that this progress has moved beyond anything seen before. Its success is imminent. A truly wonderful day for all participants is about to occur! Take these funds and use them to forge a new and much kinder reality!

   Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! We are in joy and in pain and sorrow as well. Recently, the dark staged a mass set of murders. These unnecessary disturbances on this sacred orb are just one of many such acts staged infrequently by the dark to demonstrate its cowardice and pure intolerance of all life on Gaia. We ask that you bless the souls of the departed and use forgiveness in all matters of the heart. Our divine objective is to use our global intent to ask for these vile acts to disappear from this beautiful blue orb. Remember how life is in this realm and use your positive energies to soothe the suffering and wish eternal Love upon all concerned. This realm is very soon to be altered for the better. Do not let this or other incidents take away your focus! Instead, intensify your focus and use it to heal this realm. This is the moment when all of suffering is to be transformed into peace and Love!

   As this moment recedes, let us remember how this world is transforming. We refuse to bow any more to the subtle machinations of the dark oligarchs. A great wave of higher consciousness is descending on this world. This realm is learning how to alter its emotions and to let the ways of the healing heart rule. It is important to think, envision and believe in the vast amounts of Love and Light. If you refuse to act on your lower emotions and use Love to understand, a wonderful state of quiet peace envelops you. It is this new energy that we are cultivating. One of the most beautiful talents of humanity is to rediscover the power of mercy and the instrument that is divine grace. With this in hand, you are ready to learn elements that this new rising consciousness can give you. Hence be ready to use the new insights that come from this. Hosanna! Hosanna!

   In this time as we have continually said, be wise, be forgiving, and be able to spread your healing heart energies. Divine mercy entails looking at the whole of what occurs. Judge not! Only see the whole. When you take this in, send out Love and healing to all. You are in reality a vessel of Love and Light. You deeply understand what is encompassed in each event that makes up your life and these times. Look for final answers to Heaven and to your guides. You are learning now what took us many lifetimes and a special set of instructions from the inner councils of our divine order. Much more is to happen. Let the positive sink in and grow stronger in this great Light. You are all great beings having a special human spiritual experience. This time is a moment to show us your truths!

   Today, we continued our weekly messages. Take this time to pray and meditate on your inner perceptions and the new growing consciousness. Forgive and bless all. Then, take time to pray for the Souls of the departed. Be ready! A new time is upon you. Love and Light are truly victorious! Clearing of the Chimera group continues. The Chimera still has a very small number of key Pleiadians, Sirians, Andromedans and representatives of other Light star races held as hostages deep inside their strongholds at implant stations throughout the Solar System. This hostage mechanism is a very effective tool to hold back the aforementioned star races in their progress towards the liberation of this planet.

Many of those hostages have been liberated during the operations of the Light forces in the last few weeks and the remainder is expected to be liberated very soon.

Here I would like to say that there is a lot of activity of the Light forces on the Moon recently, especially on the Earth facing side. Many lunar stations are being built that will assist in the final Earth liberation operations. The Resistance has built a small but strategically important base in the area near Mersenius crater. I have made this photo of Mersenius crater area a few weeks ago and you can feel the energy:

The Light forces have communicated that we are entering the next phase of the disclosure process and that it is very important for insiders with intel to come forward and release it through alternative media. Although some of those insiders might be afraid of the consequences of coming out, they need to understand that releasing the intel gives them a lot of additional protection by the Light forces as telling the truth increases the Light flow through their energy system.

Release of reliable intel is one of crucial steps in the process of planetary liberation.

Archons are still attempting to suppress the Samarra goddess vortex in Syria/Iraq area by using Islamic State mercenaries to destroy Palymra, a beautiful Roman city in Syria:

Many of those mercenaries are now being infiltrated into Europe hidden inside waves of refugees and are actually reptilians in cloned humanoid bodies who came on Earth during Archon invasion in 1996. The plan of the Archons is to repeat what was happening with Roman empire in the 4^th century with waves of invaders destroying Roman civilization. Their plan will NOT be successful this time.

Energies in the second half of September are expected to be quite intense, although the Light forces are not expecting any drastic changes within that timeframe. Stay alert, but grounded and calm.

Kara Schallock: Ascension Notes: The Magdalen Gateway - 23-Jul-2015 We are in a most powerful shift. As you already know, we have had bigger and bigger shifts, one right after the other, with hardly any time to take a break in-between. The current shift is extremely powerful as it leads right up to the Lion’s Gate on August 8th. (8/8/2015=8/8/8). Eight symbolizes Power and certainly, Power to be all that we are is what we each are guided to be. The Magdalen Gateway, the shift we are currently in, helps us prepare for the Lion’s Gate by empowering the Divine Feminine in each of us. Please know that the Divine Feminine holds both sexes within and the Power is in manifesting our creations, which is a blending of both female (creativity) and male (manifestation). The Magdalen Gateway brings with it the vibration of The Magdalene. Her main essence is Courage…Courage to transcend the small separate ego and step more completely into the fully integrated ego. having Soul and ego be One. In the past it seemed as though separate ego and Soul were in conflict. This Gateway helps the separate ego be what it is intended to be and that is the expressor of Soul in all ways. As we use the Power of this Gateway to merge as One (Soul and ego. and female and male energies), we prepare for the culmination of this Gateway at the Lion’s Gate. Each day brings more Light and more Power onto Earth and into us as we build in momentum. The Full Moon, our 2nd Full Moon of the month, on July 31 (in the U.S.) helps to further empower this Gateway. So you see, not only are we in one Gateway, it immediately is followed by the most powerful Lion’s Gate. And the energy will continue from there, as dates are only a guidepost. We can feel the build-up, can’t we? Emotions are more intense and those lower emotions from separate ego are right in our faces saying, “Whatcha gonna to do about it?!” Well, what are you going to do about it? Will you play the victim to them or take a stand and say, “No more. buh-bye!” If you’re willing to drop your old people-pleasing patterns and step more into your Authentic Self, it helps greatly to move gracefully through this powerful time. It takes being fully honest with yourself and not holding back from others in order to keep your old mask on to keep the peace. Remember that when you stand in the Power of your Authenticity, it helps others do the same…if they choose to. Of course, they may choose not to and will become quite upset if you change the rules of the “game.” For you, you simply cannot abide games, lies or deception any longer. And you see right through those who choose to live their lives in a fake role. Since the New Moon of last week, we have gotten more in touch with our Authentic Selves as well as through choices we’ve made. There may have been some big drama especially in relationships, family and our own version of security. The more intense it has been is equal to how fervently you and/or others are resisting change. If you have flowed with it and have observed, rather than attach to the drama or conflict, you have empowered your Courage to be more Authentic. With this shift, which is also part of the Magdalen Gateway, we have not only felt it emotionally, but physically as well. There may have been a big shift in your sleep patterns as well as in other areas of your physicality. Women especially may have felt it in their reproductive organs. all a part of the upgrade of the Sacral Plexus. This is a huge wave of Divine Feminine energy and the urge to heal any part of denial is present. There may be a return also of some headaches along with Heart energy in the form of palpitations, pressure or other manifestations. This is all a message to love yourself more. every part of you, for that is the message of the true Goddess. Yes, the energy has been building and will continue to build, as if we are riding a huge tidal wave that continues to grow. This all prepares us for September’s eclipses. yet another huge wave of powerful energy. Stay on top of the wave and let it carry you, lest you get swallowed up in it. I shared some time ago that the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light have passed the torch of guardianship to the Sirian Emissaries of Light. These Blue Beings are guiding us through our next Ascension years and eons. Part of the Blue Beings’ gift is the empowerment of the Magdalene and her Twin Flame, The Christ, as One…the Divine Feminine. Yes, they were/are of Sirius and is why this Magdalen Gateway is extra powerful. While the old guard has maligned Her, She and The Christ take Their place now as the Courageous One and this is a most powerful aspect of the Divine Feminine/Source. Please remember that the Divine Feminine is not about gender, for it holds no separation between female and male. This entire evolution into the Divine Feminine is guided by the Blue Beings of Sirius and greatly empowered by the current Magdalen Gateway. The Blue Beings of Sirius have actually been with us for a while now and have helped us rise in Christ Consciousness and will further help us evolve into Universal Consciousness, as our DNA evolves and we access our New blueprints. As you know, our cellular structure is slowly changing, which eventually leads us through different consciousnesses and into Diamond Consciousness eventually. the most brilliant of all. There are some now that hold this frequency, yet few really know this nor express it. We are taking one step at a time, and the first step is to let go of all that limits us. This gradual evolution is important to build a strong foundation. When we are clear and when Soul and ego are merged as One, with no remnants of separation, we will continue to evolve into the higher consciousness levels. For now, it is important to just put one foot in front of the other and follow our Guidance. We will be led. So continue to meditate, release what is for you to release and if there are big changes for you, take them, for each step and each choice leads the way into the Lightness of Being. You needn’t rush things, so stay in the Moment and be ready to leap into the unknown when it is time. your Soul knows what is best for you. As we each follow our Guidance we will be led to wherever we are meant to be. We will have new paths that are aligned with our evolving consciousness. Be aware in each Moment, for it is only through Awareness that we evolve and this Awareness helps you choose. When you say Yes! to the Universe, the Universe says Yes! to you. Be aware of the people in your life and for the messages they bring. Some will be painful messages and you will know that it is time to let go. Align yourself with Joy and you can’t go wrong. Joy is the highest vibration of all and without it there is no evolution. Remember that Joy is not based on anything outside of yourself. it is a Soul Essence within you. Now is the time to face your life honestly and be willing to let it go, if that is your guidance. Hold onto nothing. Be free. be You.
