I hope you all are doing well, getting through things the best you can, being patient and kind to yourself and others. Its kinda like a test (metaphor)… who can rise above in consciousness beyond the dramas of the world as they appear, see beyond duality and remember our true power within. Even if we struggle at times- it’s OK! You cannot fail! Your Infinite Self is all Divine mercy, love, Faith, forgiveness.


In the beginning, Source & ourselves- agreed to experience polarity to ascend to higher states of consciousness more quickly… experiencing polarity, then rising beyond it is how Egos/Souls get off the wheel of Earth Realm death/rebirth and the dream of good vs evil.. it is an experience that can seem so fixed when you’re in it, but there is always a greater part of you with you, within you & beyond the experience. It doesn’t matter if we/you are awake, how long we/you been on this path- it takes constant daily work and it is a choice.. that’s the beauty of polarity- the ability to choose. We can rise in consciousness- or fall further into the dream. Either way, all are redeemed- all is One. Everything that manifests is our own Creation, but to create conscious or intentional change- we have to develop (self control of destructive functions of the personality) the ability to take responsibility for our own Creation, look deeply at & within ourselves and decide to change our thought patterns, our reactions, our concepts to change our ways(not by suppressing.) We are using our own consciousness/mind/heart/creative force- the Infinite, to manifest aspects or time segments of Creation on the material plane/outer world, that already exist.


I mentioned in Feb. Energy Update there would be “major turning points- earthquakes of change, wisdom, knowledge” (earthquakes means earth=manifestation/physical form, quakes=things shaken up) and seems like many are moving into new time segments, experiences manifest diff. for everyone- it depends on the person/situation and what has been focused on- where attention is alot of the time, and what is within the depths of the Soul/Subconscious.

I want to share some of the activations/shifts/manifestations I’ve experienced over the last several months incase it is helpful for anyone. Some may experience Flower of Life/Merkaba/Oneness activations in the coming months or near future. It took about 2 months to really tune into the Subtle/ether body with the physical body then about another 7 months for integration after my experience and I have been able to see the change in my Rainbow Body and my outer reality in huge ways ever since. Its like opening the bridge/direct link to Source- Superconscious Mind through/by integration of Objective & Subjective Spheres (opens the Flower Of Life ) Integration to Oneness is a process… dual aspects at all levels integrate into one field- individual, collective, planetary, solar, galactic, Cosmic, moving the individual beyond the spheres of consciousness where dual mind operates to Superconscious Mind of the Infinite Self. It is only when we have gotten beyond the dream of good vs evil that we can fully be living in and from the Inner Heart- Subtle Body Gateway to your Infinite Self and All that exists. It is not an easy thing at first- most of the world is divided in beliefs and heavily divided in politics, but when the memory awakens and you become it all- you see it is 2 sides of the same coin. And in time, your mental body is attuned to this state of awareness and can observe from a detached place while not being sway in attention or picking sides of Light/Dark. It just Is.


** If you are going through major life changes- in times of doubt, hold onto your Faith in your Infinite Self- it is worth it! This is an individual journey, we can help one another, but cannot do the inner work for another or remain dependent on another. It’s constant work, no one has it easier then another as far as potential… If one person can get out of difficulty, then another person can too. And at some point we all have to figure it out in our own way- even if its not easy. We are each responsible for own own thinking/feeling/attention. Trying to focus on all that is good- to attune your mental body, is helpful. Outer changes are the result of inner change- it is a new path opening up. Staying focused on your energy, your state of consciousness and what you are putting into your photosphere (aura) is important.. it doesn’t matter if the whole world is focusing on negative or evil (for the purpose of ascension to rise beyond dual aspect within)- your True Nature is Life/Spirit within the inner Heart of Life and the more we stay in this space of knowing- we are in alignment/harmony with Cosmic Law and are uplifting others through the thought currents/ vibrations we are sending out through our mental body.

I will figure out the times across the world that align with of 4pm Eastern Time soon and post! The days I am able to jump on and do a quick livestream at 4pm, I will. Metaphysical Groups, Secret Societies, Saints, Mystics, Monks, Mystery Schools would do this & still do- work on the Spiritual & Mental Planes at the same time, for months to build a Thought-Field. Everyday at 4pm for 10 minutes we contemplate on gratitude, the connection of Spirit working through all and the upliftment of all and visualize a field of beautiful bright electric blue light, bright yellow light and bright indigo light surrounding our field, then extending outward to the surrounding areas- building, yard, street, town, state, country, world, galaxy, cosmos…


Even though I have been doing this everyday & others for awhile- when we came together & decided the thought of Oneness, feeling, time, amount of time- it was/is beautiful. We began this with the intent to build this energy of cosmic consciousness before eclipses/Solstice of June (prior to Cov19) so I guess a little over a couple months. I have noticed a big change in my energy after a just couple weeks of coming together on the mental plane with a few others everyday at the same time… I had a family member (that is NOT interested in this stuff) say to me “I dunno what it is, but I feel this strong sense of appreciation and I feel like the Universe is conspiring for me.” 😁


I also noticed when I go out and about, people respond/act more uplifted. The others involved have been experiencing significant changes in their own ways too💜


I still go within, contemplate & use prayer before bed and upon rising. But I feel that working with others w/ the same intention everyday over the last couple months has kept me from experiencing the mental or emotional sways of the Collective Mind that many have experienced, it has helped to keep my attention on what I know creates the change I want to see in the world.


We get back 100 fold what we give out or desire for another or all others- it is just how energy works. So it is important to have the best intention for all.


Cosmic Consciousness is a plane of Consciousness accessed within, in our memory, available to all to access- a bridge of Self-Awareness must be developed first ( which means just being Self Aware that you are more then a personality.) It is complete forgiveness, bliss, love yet indifferent & neutral- all is just, merciful & working together for one cause. It is a combined total of all planes, kingdoms, all forces of energy & individualities-as One. I’ve been experiencing consistent moments of bliss/gratitude ever since- often brings me to tears. It doesn’t matter how long you have been on your conscious Spiritual Path, it doesn’t matter if you meditate daily or know “Spiritual” terms, or if you do yoga, fast, tantra, etc… It is a memory within & is all about your connection within, with Your Self: DESIRE & Longing for Mystical Union awakens the memory within. This connection can deepen by turning your attention inward & growing your connection with Your Infinite Self. It is a Flash Of Truth- Seeing beyond the many layers of “the dream” but as One not as a polarity.. polarity is a part of expression of form. I wanted to share some of my experience incase it is helpful to another. And ANY age can experience Cosmic Consciousness.I do feel like there may be more in the ages between 28- to somewhere in the 40s that may experience this in the very near future. But it doesn’t matter what age you are, what gender, what you eat, etc..- its a memory & is all about the desire for it.


Although there is much info about Kundalini Awakening, Spiritual Awakening, NDE’s, Out of Body experiences, Lucid dreaming, Plant Medicine Experiences, paranormal stuff… there is only small number of people throughout each generation and every century that have written about personally experiencing Cosmic Consciousness by evolution naturally by desire to build inner-connection or experiencing beyond Self Awareness/Awakening & Enlightenment in an order. It is an order of integration of all levels/ hierarchies that appears to be outside, but is actually happening from within… the appearance of things being outside or external is the subjective Self surfacing to objective awareness, the Light, to have an experience as multiple individualities all at once. Ezekiel’s writings is very close to part of one of my experiences Of Cosmic Consciousness/Realization/Oneness. If you feel guided to share your own experiences in any way… it may be really helpful to another- at any point in time. Truth & the evolutionary work of a Soul is eternal- it remains.

There is only Love.  You all know that, you also know that everything else is illusory, and yet many of you engage unlovingly and judgmentally with others almost every day – frequently you are so unaware of your own ingrained beliefs and behaviors that you do not even realize that you are doing this.  Taking time daily to go within, to your sacred altar, and relax in the divine Presence that is always there with you, the field of infinite and unconditional Love that is your true nature, will help you, if you choose, to become increasingly aware of how your egos are constantly attempting to distract you from perceiving yourselves as others see you.  Being aware of how others see you helps you to become aware of how your egos operate, something to which you probably pay very little attention because you mostly think of your egoic selves as “Me.”  This is not the case, the egoic “Me” is mostly driven by feelings and emotions, and generally reacts rather than thoughtfully responding, and it is not you.

Many humans appear to live at the center of their own personal universe – the ego’s universe – separated from all others by their own egoic and self-centered personalities.  They are so wrapped up in their own issues of self-defense and how best to ensure their personal safety, that they cannot conceive of any meaningful opinions apart from their own.  And yet they are constantly seeking recognition and approval from others.  The need to be right and make others wrong, except, of course, when the others are in agreement with them, is one of the major causes of conflict worldwide, from individual relationships right up to international relationships.

When you intend and choose to live lovingly, to live and engage from your true nature, you will find that your need to judge weakens and then falls away to be replaced by compassion for the pain and suffering that you see in others.  When you live like that you will hardly ever find yourselves in situations of conflict, and those with whom you interact will appreciate and honor your presence instead of competing with you for acceptance and approval.

Your true nature is Love, as you are constantly being reminded by myriad channeled messages, and yet almost as soon as you have finished reading one of those messages, or very shortly afterwards, and recognizing its truth, you forget, and slip once more into unawareness as you hand control of your lives back to your egos, to the auto-pilot.  You slip back into to reacting to life instead of responding to it with focused intent as your day unfolds.

Often it seems to you when you are out in the world, or in your workplace, and even sometimes in your home environment, that you are under the threat of judgment and disapproval, while many of the others with whom you interact in those same environments are also experiencing those kinds of feelings.  The lack of trust in these environments is quite palpable to all present, and each person is feeding it with the energy of their own sense of inadequacy – fear – which feeds on itself.  However, if you can consciously maintain your intent to be only loving you will find that the stress and tension in those environments diminishes when you are present.

Intending to be only loving and then engaging only lovingly will bring into your awareness the realization that your personal world-space – wherever you may be experiencing it – is indeed mostly quite peaceful,and that is because you are Love incarnate, and Love is always gentle and peaceful.

All who are reading this message, and others of a similar nature, chose to be on Earth as humans at this time to assist in the human awakening process by living and engaging from their true nature – Love – and by so doing bringing the energy of Love into their daily interactions with others.  The others will feel the energy, although they may very well not know what it is they are feeling, and will find themselves relaxing in its presence into a realization that they are in a safe space – your world-space – and will consequently communicate much more freely and easily.

Providing a safe space for others that is unthreatening, and in fact welcoming, is why you are on Earth, because when people feel safe they can open to Love, and, of course, the field of divine Love enfolds you in every moment, patiently awaiting your acceptance of It.  To open fully to It is to awaken, but because of your ingrained beliefs and fears, opening to It takes time.  Many believe that if they operate from Love and behave and interact lovingly that they will be taken advantage of by others who are more “street-wise,” and that they will be deceived or cheated.

If an experience like that actually happens to them it will take considerably longer for them to start interacting lovingly again.  And during that time it is quite normal to fall back, temporarily, into the apparent sense of a need for safety by building defenses and choosing not to trust or engage lovingly.

Of course you all have guides and mentors in the spiritual realms watching over you constantly, waiting expectantly for you to call on them for assistance, and extremely willing to respond immediately to your call.  When in doubt call on them.  When you do you will be able, with their assistance, to sense intuitively when someone is not being totally honest with you, and you will then be able to avoid an unsatisfactory interaction.  There is a vast difference between being loving and being gullible, and your intuition is very good at understanding this and recognizing the difference.

So what I am telling you here today is that you are beings of Light, the beloved children of God, and that your true nature is therefore Love.  You are on Earth to remember this and to operate from that state by being loving at all times, and by doing so – and there are countless numbers of you on Earth at present doing this – greatly enhancing and accelerating humanity’s awakening process.

Humanity is to awaken, it has been deeply asleep for far too long, and you have chosen to be here, demonstrating Love in action, to ensure that the awakening occurs smoothly and swiftly.   For this we cannot honor you enough, but we can offer you our constant loving support which, when you choose to ask for it and accept it, is far more powerful than you can imagine.

Be yourselves, be Love, and know that you are assisting humanity enormously in its awakening process.

We have often talked of the tipping point, the moment when sufficient numbers of humanity presently incarnate on Earth would start effectively swinging the attitudinal balance away from conflict and distrustand towards Love so that your awakening could occur.  Previously we have suggested that that moment was very close; well now it is so close that you can reach out and make it happen!  Despite the chaos and confusion worldwide with massive corruption apparent in the seats of worldly power, and with betrayals occurring in many areas leading to an increase in the seeming need to stop trusting one another (particularly on the political front), and the ongoing totally unnecessary wars, all is in fact perfectly on the divine schedule for humanity’s imminent awakening!


What is happening now is the opening up to general view of humanity’s collective buried and denied shadow side for all to see, accept, and integrate.  And for humanity that is shocking!  A very large number of you were either unaware of the vastness of this shadow or blamed it – i.e projected it onto other people, cultures, ethnic groups, and nations – for the suffering in the world.  It was the denial of this aspect, the unwillingness to look at it and LOVE it that has, over the eons, led to so much suffering for so many.


As modern psychology has come to understand, largely as a result of the work done by Carl Gustav Jung, the shadow side has to be acknowledged and accepted in order for it to be integrated into the wholeness of either an individual or humanity at large, which it must be to enable sanity to rule.(See Wikipedia for more on the shadow side :

It is humanity’s largely unacknowledged or denied shadow side, which is often its most creative aspect when fully integrated, that has made it so difficult for humanity to evolve spiritually.  When you are in denial enormous amounts of energy are expended in hiding from yourselves aspects that you fear are evil, destructive, or just unacceptable.  But every aspect of a human has a divine purpose, an intent to assist the soul to evolve or move forwards along the spiritual path that it has chosen to follow in advance of its actual incarnation.  Consequently every aspect of an individual has to be acknowledged and lovingly integrated into the whole before awakening can occur.


However, most of your cultural, social, and religious organizations and the beliefs to which they cling, have, over the eons, engaged very heavily in judgment of personal behaviors in order to establish what they see as an acceptable form to which all of their members must conform so that they, the elite or aristocracy, can control you and use you to implement their own hidden agendas.  They have in fact attempted to crush your divinely given creative talents by setting very narrow standards of behavior to which you had to conform if you were to be accepted by the society into which you were born.


You were born free because you were created free by God, but that has not seemed to be the case as you have struggled to fit into social, religious, or cultural systems that were established within the illusion to make separation seem real.  Being apparently separate, in a strange and threatening environment, it makes sense to attempt to conform to the “norms” of the society in which you find yourselves, especially as children when you are dependent on others for the basic necessities of human life.


As has been explained, God has only one Son, and that Son was, at the moment of His creation given all that God possesses.  That one Son then chose to experience separation from God, the divine Source of Love in which all of creation is lovingly held and embraced without break or interruption for all eternity.  Separation from God is impossible, but the Son’s God-given power enabled Him to build an illusory environment that appeared extremely real to all the individuals, both male and female, into which He split Himself in order to experience that dream of separation.  And separation by its very nature sets one against another in an endless search for what has been apparently lost . . . Love.


The separated state that humans experience, if really acknowledged and looked at, is quite terrifying.  You were created one with God as His only Son – or Her only Daughter if you prefer – to enjoy for all eternity an ecstatic existence in His loving embrace.  There is nowhere else that sentient consciousness could exist because it is an inseparable part of God, forever at one with Him.  But the illusion was constructed, and, for those experiencing existence within it, it seems absolutely real.  And separation from your Source is a terrifying thought because separated from It there is no life.


Your real and unchangeable nature is as One with God, and you have faint memories of that state, of infinite Love embracing you, honoring you, respecting you, utterly accepting you, always, for all eternity.  Consequently by comparison (although there is no meaningful comparison here!) the illusion, the world in which you experience life as humans, is severely lacking in every respect.  It is no wonder, therefore, that you have this underlying sense of terror, because Reality has seemingly been lost and been replaced with a very unsafe environment in which your life lasts for only a very brief period of time and is then followed by permanent extinction.


To be created into and for eternal life and then have that life reduced to a moment or two is an absolutely terrifying concept!  And how could it not be?  You were given everything, then the illusion seemingly took it all from you, leaving you alone, abandoned, and with only death to look forward to.  You had moved, it would appear, from a state of infinite Love and eternal joy to inevitable extinction.


At the precise moment that the apparent separation occurred, your loving Father instantly provided the way out of the illusion . . . salvation.  The illusion is a place of confusion and chaos, a prison in which you regularly experience solitary confinement, a feeling of intense loneliness.  Because it is unreal, just a veil or cloak that seems to separate you from God, memories of Reality seep through it to remind you that there is somewhere of intense wonder and beauty where you truly belong, and those memories are your salvation.


Those memories are now being felt and remembered by increasing numbers of you leading you to seek the way out of the confining prison that is the illusion.  Over the eons many holy ones – and indeed you are all holy ones – have visited you and told you the truth about your situation and shown you the way home, but the familiarity of the illusion, despite the suffering and sense of abandonment it provides, appears to offer you some safety, while to move out of it into a space that is unfamiliar appears to be a very dangerous step to take, and so you cling to the illusion in the vain hope that things will improve.


They will not.  And vast numbers of you are at last realizing this, realizing that constant chaos and confusion is all that the illusion can ever provide. You are discovering that in fact all are one and that the way out, the way to dissolve it and return Home to Reality by awakening, is to practise loving one another without exception in every moment, as so many wise and loving teachers have demonstrated to you throughout the ages.


Many of you are now doing this and your loving intentions and activities have brought the moment of your awakening tantalizingly close.  Keep on renewing those loving intentions whenever you think about them during the day and make it happen.

"Here in the spiritual realms – the numerous levels or areas beyond your illusory 3D environment – we are very busy preparing for your awakening and adding the finishing touches to the great celebration that has been prepared to welcome you Home.  And yes of course celebrations have often been talked about in reference to humanity’s awakening, so your interest now is undoubtedly in the actualization of those celebrations, in fact: WHEN!?  We try to suggest time lines bearing in mind that time is of the illusion, but time is what you experience and the seemingly endless waiting is very stressful, tiring, and disappointing for you.

The awakening will happen soon, and in reality it has already happened, because you never went to sleep for more than the briefest instant, but it still seems to you, caught up in the apparent reality of the illusion, that you have been kept interminably waiting for this wondrous event.  And we work hard to help you keep your spirits up while you wait by encouraging you to focus on its inevitability and its imminence.  Deep within you, and for the most part barely accessible to you, you do know that awakening is imminent and inevitable but, as you struggle with daily life and the hope and intense desire to awaken, that waiting can be exhausting, debilitating, and extremely frustrating.  That is why it is so extremely important to visit your inner and sacred sanctuary daily, and remain there until you feel a sense of relief, a strengthening of your faith, the warmth of our love for you, and even a sense of amusement as you consider that when you have awakened, and the illusion is gone, you will be absolutely overflowing with delight and merriment.

To remain focused on the inevitability of humanity’s awakening is essential, do not be distracted by the depressing bad news events on which the media and indeed the general populace place almost their entire attention.  As you go within, feel the Love, feel the intense inner knowing that the divine plan is unfolding just as divinely intended, and remind yourselves that the Will of God, the Will of the One, your will is always achieved.

We know how difficult it is for you to detach from the unreality of the illusion because your physical bodies are anchored there, and you are apparently anchored and constrained within them, experiencing all the physical sensations on which they depend for feedback so that they can remain strong and healthy . It is indeed confusing and unsettling for you, and even more so when you suffer illness or injury and the further restrictions those conditions impose on you.  For you it is an enormous paradox, an incomprehensible state of affairs, over which it seems that you have almost no control, especially as part of the experience of being embodied is to learn to control the body and have it behave as you desire.  We do understand, and we are deluging you with spiritual assistance in every moment.  To which you no doubt feel like replying: “Well how about some physical assistance that we can feel and enjoy?”

And you of course then answer that question immediately by reminding yourselves that you do feel assisted when you go quietly within and allow the distractions that plague you to fade away for a moment or two.  We are constantly with you, supporting and encouraging you, and we will never leave you on your own, even for an instant, because it is our lovingly assigned duty and a great honor to be with you while you work so diligently to bring humanity back to wakefulness.

You have all adopted the intent to awaken, you did it before you incarnated to experience this lifetime, and although you often forget your spiritual purpose as you go about the daily business of just being human, the intent remains firmly established within you.  It is an intent that will not be overridden.  The fact that you forget you made it, feel that you are not competent for the task you have undertaken, and doubt your ability to actualize it cannot in any way interfere with the divinely guaranteed outcome.  All will awaken!

Think of all those you know and love in this lifetime, remind yourselves how dear they are to you, bask in the feelings of warmth those thoughts of them bring to you.  When you do this the flow of divine Love through you, as a channel or conduit to humanity and to Gaia, strengthens and intensifies.  This was the vision that you embraced prior to incarnating, You, an unobstructed gateway into the illusion, through whom Love flows continuously, like a vast snow melt, as frozen hearts soften, dissolve, mix, and integrate into that wondrous all pervasive Tsunami of Love, the One, of which you are all essential aspects.

You are bringing humanity to wakefulness.  It is apparent everywhere when you open your eyes to see, instead of allowing yourselves be numbed into a state of severe depression and hopelessness by the outpourings of doom and gloom with which the mainstream media attempt to force feed you daily.  Prove it to yourselves by going on-line and just searching out some good news to counteract the depressive effects of the media’s never ending flow of misery that they would have you believe is the overall state of affairs planet-wide.

Yes, there is misery in many places, all of which can be remedied, and to be aware that this is so and to send Love to those who are suffering is a major part of your work on Earth.  BUT the good, the inspiring, and the uplifting happenings far outweigh, by an order of magnitude, what those who pull the strings on the world stage and in the mainstream media wish to direct and focus your attention on in order to keep you in fear.  Fear freezes, it misdirects, and it confuses.  Just look at some of the political discussions and arguments that are reported by the media.  They frequently do not address the real issues, just the symptoms, which are then dealt with at length and with little if any wisdom.

Love is your nature, humanity’s nature, and It will always be your nature.  Its apparent lack in the illusion is only apparent.  You see It flowing freely in areas where natural disasters occur, even if only fleetingly in the immediate aftermath.  Then fear is allowed back in as shortage of the necessities of life encourages people to fight for them.  But truly there are no real shortages, Gaia provides amply and abundantly for all on the planet. Shortages are constructed to enable the “authorities” to regain control.

You have all seen this happen.  And yet there are millions of kind and generous souls spending their lives far from home and loved ones to relieve these unreal shortages and support those in need.  They experience severe frustrations with the inadequacies of the systems, meant to assist them, that prevent them from doing their jobs properly.  The will to good is there, as is the Love to support it and ensure that it is achieved.  You see this happening after floods, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions as neighbor helps neighbor and even the military cooperate.  Then very quickly the “authorities” take control and the freely flowing kindness, compassion, and cooperation cease as agencies argue with one another over who is in charge.

When Love flows no one is in charge, there is no need because all can see what needs to be done and each does what is required and what her competence enables her to do, and a synergistic and cooperative flow ensues in which all are most effectively engaged.  Love is always the answer, whatever the situation, the problem, or the issue that needs to be attended to.  So continue to be loving, to extend love to all with whom you relate or with whom you interact, AND to those who appear to be causing the problems and the suffering that plagues the world, and by doing so awaken humanity.  That is why you incarnated, and I assure you that you are totally capable of achieving what you set out to do.
