Dear Friends,
Once more I am forwarding extracts from a Kryon message, that I feel every soul will benefit from. It gives clear guidance as to how you should approach this new cycle to fully benefit from it. You are now virtually free from the attention and interference of the dark Ones, so grasp this opportunity with both hands with full assurance of success.
In view of the uplifting information now coming through Kryon’s messages, it seems apparent that from time to time more revelations will be made to assist our progress, so that we are aware of how much more is likely to be given us along with our new capabilities. Some information such as the following, is so important I feel it is vital that as many souls as possible have the opportunity to at least read what I consider to be the high points of this message. It is obvious that since 2012, we are in a totally new paradigm that is giving us freedom and the “permission” to progress at an unprecedented rate without fear, and with the full backing of those of the Light. I am sure most souls will welcome the opportunity to take their future progress into their own hands, knowing even so that their Guides are still there if help is needed. The New Age has now clearly taken off and it is up to us as individuals to take control of our future, as we determine which direction to go in and choose whatever we need to experience on our way to Ascension.
To make easier reading of the extracts, I have re-worded some small parts so that they flow together without losing the original intention or meaning.
Extracts from Kryon message “To Stop Aging of the Body”
“Sparks” as they are allowed to do so, are the things which prod you to find information, and it comes with intuition. There is a new paradigm not using tools of the old energy, and there is a new frequency that you can tune into, say “I will allow for new things to come in”. You are starting to have revelations, say” I can control my life and I do not need authority to say “Yes” or “No” to anything, or create a reality that is totally yours”. There is a confluence of energy that smooths things out.
Say “I am free, I can control who I am, and stop the aging of my body, we are going to operate differently, and I am in control”. You are ageless and can stop the aging now, talk to your cellular structure. Understand you are the boss, you are in charge.
There is no greater power on the planet than the consciousness of Humanity. You can drop your karma, as you have control over these type of things. Drop it completely, and say “I can control my own reality – and drop my karma”. God did not put here to suffer - there is no reason to recreate an old energy of suffering at all for you to move forward. God is love, God is inside you – suffering is man-made. You ask is it correct that we should suffer a little, No! and Innate will tell you, and Higher Self will tell you that suffering will be replaced by joy. They will tell you that it comes from an old energy. Say “No more suffering for me” and let your intuition tell you this. There is no reason to create an old energy of suffering at all for you to move forward as an old soul. Make a proclamation from this point on “I drop my karma, I am in control, I do not have any more karma that would create bad things occurring in old souls”.
Are you starting to understand who is in control, you and your Higher Self are because you both guide the Sparks, and give it your the permission and the awareness to start changing your reality. There are those that said that only God can do that, and I will agree. Saying “You are God” that is blasphemous, yet today a new energy is going to be the common mantra of old souls say “Inside me is a piece of the Creator that is eternal and that is what I follow – the God inside, and that is pure and everything I have. I control with the intent to listen to that voice and be that thing that I know is in line with the Creative Source, which is in me and talks to me, and that is why I am not going to age much anymore, because I removed the karma, and I am in control”.
The spark of the Revelation of Family - the Spiritual Family is pure and forever, and may not be in your Biological Family. I want you to get up and find it, because it will change your life, it will smooth things over, it will create benevolence in your control of your own life because you have family who knows you and loves you, and follows the Creative Source inside them too, and you could look at that family member and see the God inside them and acknowledge it in you. That is the family and if you are lucky enough to have that in a biological family, you are so fortunate and it is not an accident, they were brought here for that so that they would know that their Mother or their Father, or Sisters and Brothers have something and they would be motivated to go find it in you and there they sit. Old souls do not necessarily come in with old souls. You are starting to take charge of the Light, and are ready to move forward and strike the Light with the Spark, and know it can control everything about you. Say “Dear Akash, Dear Higher Self, Dear Innate, Dear Corporeal Structure listen, there is no fear of enlightenment in me, because now I am in an energy that supports me instead of one that was against me, the fear belongs to the old energy, not this energy. – I am free”.

Thank you for taking the time to read these extracts, and of course the full message will enlarge on some aspects of it. At any given time I always add to my personal list the very best of Kryon’s messages, so you are welcome to request a copy. Kryon is a prolific speaker through Lee Carroll, and whilst on tour it is hard to keep up with the number of great messages coming through him.
Know that since we passed the Marker of 2012 we have effectively put the future into our own hands, having much more say in not just how we progress, but also how quickly it takes place. The Sphere Alliance are already stationed in our Solar System and now permitted to draw even closer and directly oversee our progress. They will ensure that the choices we make are upheld, and will not allow other groups or entities to interfere with or change the outcome of events. We have the golden opportunity to set up the future in a way that we find acceptable, and to fulfil our own desires.
Without a doubt major changes are beginning to take place on Earth, and we will see that they are positive and to be welcomed. The new energies will bring about changes that cannot be prevented, and they will take us into the “Promised Land”.

A message from Jennifer Hoffman: September 23, 2017
It's September 23, the day of the rapture according to the bible but it's also a day of great energy change and from what I am hearing from my clients and readers, it involves a massive energy shift, a break in the 3D timelines, a big download of 5D energy, and release from many eons of suffering. It's a day for freedom if you want to be free, for release if you want to be released, or for rejecting it all if you don't want any part of it. Free choice is free choice.
There is a lot being said about this date, some of it 'clickbait' (any video on YouTube that talks about September 23 is getting a lot of attention), some of it fear based, some of it true. It's a good time to use your discernment and figure out what is true for you.
I call it a day of nothing and everything because what happens is up to each of us individually.
You can use the energy of this day to free yourself from fear, limitation, guilt, shame, and become your own light.
You can use the energy of this day to step away from anything in your life that doesn't serve you, bring you joy, or is not a source of peace and love.
You can use the energy of this day to expand your own light by setting intentions for the life you want to have now.
These are some powerful ways to use this light. Other, less powerful ways are to buy into the fear, see yourself as powerless in a power-mad world, or reject the possibility of change because you feel overwhelmed by the darkness you see around you.
It is a day to examine your life without judgment and remember that you are energetically sovereign -- you control the energy in your life, what goes out and what comes in. You control the vibration and frequency of your energy field and can make it high or low. And you control who is in your life too, just by setting the intention for your energy boundaries and letting the energy go to work.
One of my most popular energy affirmations that I have shared with millions around the world is:
"Everyone in my life loves, honors, and respects me and everything in my life is a source of love, peace, and joy."
Say that energy affirmation every day, as many times as you remember, and especially today. It will help you get very clear on the kind of energy you want to have in your life.
As I say, shine on now, our lights are needed for the people who are waking up right now. We have been working towards this outcome and it is all happening for us now. We'll be fine, it will simply be uncomfortable for a while but the transformation and transition into higher frequencies is a birth process and that is messy by definition. We got this, it's not the time to give up so power up, shine on, and keep those intentions and energies high.

Beloved
masters, for many years now there have been so many new inventions and
scientific breakthroughs, along with an overwhelming amount of
philosophical and spiritual information bombarding the minds of
humanity, that the human brain can hardly absorb the countless theories
and new concepts without going into overload.
You
are in the midst of a monumental process – a complex procedure of
choosing and manifesting your destiny for the New Age, which will
gradually become your more refined, expanded reality of tomorrow. Your
choices − especially the focus, clarity and power of your thoughts and
actions, will determine how quickly
your desires will manifest in the material world of form. It is vitally
important that you learn to discipline your mind, strengthen your
concentration abilities, and stay in control of your emotions and mind
chatter. The gifts and opportunities or Divine dispensations that are
being offered to you require / demand a corresponding strong, personal
discipline, along with a high level of responsibility.
Becoming
sharply aware of your emotions and your thought patterns is a critical
component within the process of cocreation, for it will determine the
quality of the vibrational patterns you will send forth into your personal
Twelve Ray Creator Wheel.**
The
frequencies of the Seed thoughts you plant in your personal Wheel of
Creation will determine the quality of what you will manifest, and they

are a Spark of the Divine Creator, and when you were given the gift of
individualized consciousness, an awareness of your Divine, independent
nature, you were encoded with a permanent Memory Seed Atom which stated:
“Go forth and create worlds without end in my name.” From
that time beyond remembering, you have been experimenting, striving,
learning, succeeding at times and failing many times as well; yet, you
have steadily made progress and are now being given an opportunity to
become a full-fledged participant in the creation of a new Golden Age.
Integrating
and perfecting the virtues, qualities and attributes of your many
Higher Selves is a gradual process. The multitude of Sparks of your God Self contain
a wealth of information, and each individual Facet has many wondrous
experiences and successes to share with you, along with a great infusion
of Divine love, bliss and joy. Each Seed Atom of your Higher Soul Self that you integrate will supply you with more
wondrous gifts of God Consciousness: abilities, talents and wisdom beyond your wildest imagining.
It
is vitally important that you learn to be a conscious, directing agent
of all life forces.
In order to become a proficient cocreator, you must hold an idea in your
mind long enough for it to register clearly within the brain. All events and created manifestation of form are evidence of energy and mind force: the use or misuse of force.
Remember, the breath is the conductor of the vital Life Force energy.
In the years to come, humanity will understand that the breath is
sacred – it is the gift of life – and you will learn to not waste it. As
you inhale each breath, be aware that it is the only breath you are
assured, for it may very well be your last breath. It is vitally
important that you to take
time to ponder on and integrate the important concepts of Creation that
we are relaying to you. You, the Star Seeds, who have attained the
required level of harmonious frequency patterns, are now ready to put
all you have learned into practice. As you do so, those around you who
are still struggling within the confines of the restrictive
lower-Dimensional environment, will be awed at what you are
accomplishing, and gradually they will begin to follow your example. As
you are aware, teaching by
example is the most effective way to get the attention of those around
you. A truism from the past also applies: “By the fruits of your labor, you will be known.”

Become a bystander, an observer, not a participant in all the negative
drama that is constantly going on around you. It is the state of your
emotions that draws you into the maelstrom of negativity. If you are
radiating harmonious, higher frequency patterns, you will be immune to
the discordant energy around you.
** You are in the process of expanding your conscious awareness of what is occurring around you, and so it is vitally important that you maintain a detached state of mind. You are developing a new way of
thinking, which is based on personal mental and emotional control.

First comes Self-awareness, then Soul-consciousness, followed by
Galactic-consciousness and eventually
Sub-universal-consciousness. You are striving to tap into the streams of
Infinite Awareness, as well as the vast Light Pyramids, which contain
the Cosmic Manifest for the complete Divine Blueprint for this
Sub-universal experience - a transition into a HUMAN evolutionary advancement and into the more refined frequencies of the AGE OF AQUARIUS.

You are also developing a heightened, controlled sensitivity to those
you interact with, which includes an empathetic, but somewhat detached
viewpoint. This is an integral part of developing nonjudgment. You will diligently seek, claim, and live your truth to the best
of your ability. It is vitally important that you allow all others the same right.
** Do not allow anything or anyone to disturb your serenity. Develop a high level of forbearance and
sensitivity, and diligently practice being patient and slow to anger.
** While seeking Self-mastery, part of your testing
will be that you will have to experience,
overcome, and possibly even move beyond some of the trying relationships
with the people in your life who are not ready or willing to move
forward on the spiral of conscious Soul-awakening. Each and every Soul
must choose the path they will follow. You are only responsible for your own spiritual evolution.

It is imperative that you do not abdicate your search for personal
Spiritual-awakening and Self-mastery because of a false sense of duty or
loyalty to those who are seeking to continue to draw on your energy, or
because of those who demand an unreasonable amount of your attention
and
time.
My
brave Ones, now, more than ever, you have the tools of manifestation at
your fingertips. You must step out of your comfort zone, and release
all that no longer serves your greatest
good. Each of you knows where this applies in your personal life – it
has been staring you in the face for months and even years -- and will
become even more unbearable until you finally relent and release that
which is holding you back. As you become more proficient as inspired cocreators,
no longer will you focus your energy on creating the small, mundane
desires of the past. You will have established a constant flow of
Adamantine Particles into and
throughout your physical vessel, with the remainder flowing out into the
world of form. You will have programmed in the smallest detail that
which you wish to manifest for your personal comfort and enjoyment. Your
constant mantra will be: “All my needs and desires are
fulfilled even before I realize what they are, which will always be for
my greatest good and the most beneficial good for all.”
You
will have meticulously outlined your path of service to humanity, which
will be in perfect harmony with your Divine mission for this new era.
You will have a constant, clear and beneficial connection with your
resident OverSoul-Higher Self, and you will
graciously and easily follow the Path of Light that ever winds higher

Meetings are free and open to everyone. Donations are greatly appreciated, but not required. We'll meet via conference call every other Wednesday, starting May 3.
When we gather as a group with the intention to support one another in creating more outer Abundance, our individual energies multiply in power.
This packs a wallop for supporting individual manifestations.
If you're looking to create a particular sum of money, a new job, a new home, higher income, a new business or project, or your life purpose, the combined energies of this group could make a big difference for you.
The Collective will be flowing energies to us, while taking us through affirmations/declarations, manifesting techniques such as the Working With Energy process, and advising us as needed.

The
latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals,
Faery Elders, Angels and Archangels known as the Collective:
Greetings, Masters of Manifestation!
You are indeed such, though it may appear at times that you are stymied by one demand or another.
Perhaps a larger than usual bill has arrived, or your job offers few hours, or is gone completely now.
Or perhaps some other situation has built in intensity—mounting debts, or a car that must be repaired—so that you can no longer put off a large expenditure.
The energy of money on the planet is in a place of chaos, disruption and complete renewal at the moment, because all of its systems and structures are being routed out and replaced.
Your subconscious may be reading these shifts with some alarm, and passing on to you feelings of insecurity and doubt.
Yet we wish to tell you that you need not be at odds with what you see around you.
You are not lost in these or any outer circumstances. You have in fact placed yourselves in them, and most deliberately.
Many are amazed at present, at the demands being made upon them, and that is understandable.

You are desiring greatly to be free of
debt, to pay all obligations easily and joyfully, and to do the work
that makes you most joyful, and which you came to do, amongst other
beautiful visions.
None of this need make you feel that there is too great a weight upon you, that you have a too-steep hill to climb, and that you are not sure you have the skills and resources to do so.
You would not be facing such if you were not strong enough to tackle that, and much more.
And so we encourage you to look at this situation, whatever it may be, and see it on an energy level.
If you can right now, view this apparent large boulder in the middle of your path in energetic terms.
See that in meeting the demands of what you face, you are becoming an entirely new individual.
One whose manifesting skills are not so much being born as being remembered and recalled, from deep within your psyche/spirit, and from deep within your soul strengths.
This is why you will hear so much now about soul alignment.
For you are not meant to struggle or feel lost or outdone by any challenge you may face.
You are meant to develop—to reclaim—the skills you learnt long ago for tackling this and similar challenges, which your soul holds within it at all times.
For creating seemingly out of the air—which is not air, but energy-filled substance that awaits your command and expectation—is not a trick or an unheard-of moment.
You have done it many times, by proclaiming joyfully that something was happening for you, in that moment.

Or by working with the Light and energy
of what you wanted to create, choosing the uses and characteristics of
what you wanted to experience, and resonating perfectly with that.*
Or by getting the feeling of having what you desired so fully in your heart, imagination, and body that it almost didn’t matter that it hadn’t shown up yet physically, as you were already experiencing the reality of it so fully and joyfully.
There are numerous forms of manifestation skills and processes. On a deep level, you know many.
It is time now to sit down and say to your beautiful Spirit team of guides, Angels, and higher self, “I am ready to remember exactly how to manifest in conscious ways, and to work on manifesting that which is for my higher good.
“I know I don’t have to carry debt. I know I don’t have to work a job I dislike, or be underpaid, or unemployed.
“I Am ready to remember how to manifest! Show me how to create what is for my higher good.
“If there is something or someone I need to release, show me that. If there is something I need to give to another, show me that. If there is some visualization I should be using, or some old belief I need to transmute—show me! I Am ready to learn.
“My life has placed me where the old solutions and ideas no longer work for me. Bring to my conscious heart-mind the skills and abilities—the Divine Solution—I am seeking.
“I Am ready to accept this now! I Am ready to remember the manifestation skills of other lifetimes, and of my soul abilities.”
You are capable of informing your Spirit team that you do not need to struggle.
Tell them that whatever your current situation is trying to teach you, you happily accept that now.
Sit quietly with them and ask what it is you are meant to learn from this.
Then open your heart to that wisdom, whatever it is, and command forth the learning you came here for—the remembering of your own innate power and understanding.
Release the belief that the challenge is difficult, and accept the way forward.
You can learn in peace and ease. There is no need for the struggle and angst so many associate with inner growth.
Namaste, dear ones! You are on your way—we see this, even on the days when you do not, and we rejoice, knowing that your souls rejoice with us.
Know that we are with you, always.

You are meant to develop—to reclaim—the skills you learnt long ago for tackling this and similar challenges, which your soul holds within it at all times.
For creating seemingly out of the air—which is not air, but energy-filled substance that awaits your command and expectation—is not a trick or an unheard-of moment.
You have done it many times, by proclaiming joyfully that something was happening for you, in that moment.

Or by getting the feeling of having what you desired so fully in your heart, imagination, and body that it almost didn’t matter that it hadn’t shown up yet physically, as you were already experiencing the reality of it so fully and joyfully.
There are numerous forms of manifestation skills and processes. On a deep level, you know many.
It is time now to sit down and say to your beautiful Spirit team of guides, Angels, and higher self, “I am ready to remember exactly how to manifest in conscious ways, and to work on manifesting that which is for my higher good.
“I know I don’t have to carry debt. I know I don’t have to work a job I dislike, or be underpaid, or unemployed.
“I Am ready to remember how to manifest! Show me how to create what is for my higher good.
“If there is something or someone I need to release, show me that. If there is something I need to give to another, show me that. If there is some visualization I should be using, or some old belief I need to transmute—show me! I Am ready to learn.
“My life has placed me where the old solutions and ideas no longer work for me. Bring to my conscious heart-mind the skills and abilities—the Divine Solution—I am seeking.
“I Am ready to accept this now! I Am ready to remember the manifestation skills of other lifetimes, and of my soul abilities.”
You are capable of informing your Spirit team that you do not need to struggle.
Tell them that whatever your current situation is trying to teach you, you happily accept that now.
Sit quietly with them and ask what it is you are meant to learn from this.
Then open your heart to that wisdom, whatever it is, and command forth the learning you came here for—the remembering of your own innate power and understanding.
Release the belief that the challenge is difficult, and accept the way forward.
You can learn in peace and ease. There is no need for the struggle and angst so many associate with inner growth.
Namaste, dear ones! You are on your way—we see this, even on the days when you do not, and we rejoice, knowing that your souls rejoice with us.

Moving through April has been like stepping onto a vibrant, high-powered Cosmic Escalator.
We have been required to release of hectic mental and physical activity with the willingness to let yourself be carried into an expanded awareness of the new life that is awakening on the Earth. Whether you resist and turn to walk back down the stairs or try to move faster by running up, the speed and movement of the escalator will not change, and you will have only created stress in your inner being.
Far better to surrender to the flow of this Escalator of New Life, being very clear about what you want to experience when you get off the escalator when the time is right.
Oh, you may not know what it will look like, but you surely know deeply the experience that you want to feel, because your intentions are very clear. That deep power of Well-Being within, the sense of Calm Certainty that you can bring to every moment, that expanded perspective that leaves you Alert and Aware of your opportunities: all the qualities of consciousness that you desire to fill your life with, these are the frequencies that you need to hold as you ride the Cosmic Escalator that April has been offering.

That inner balance that you drank into your being at the Equinox has given you a powerful tool to navigate the inevitable ups and downs of April’s fiery realms. Intention is everything. What you experience daily in your life--how you act, what you speak and how you feel affects every human being around you. Once you realize the domino effect created by shining your light on others, it becomes very contagious.
1) Seek Your Truth
The truth will set you free but first it will piss you off. No matter how discouraging or how many people oppose your truth, never stop seeking it. Both truth and wisdom are available only to those who have the courage to question what they have been taught.
2) Believe Anything Is Possible
All things are possible regardless of perceived limitations. Don't be bound by limits of others or those you impose on yourself. At the fundamental level of reality, all is dictated by our beliefs and expectations. We are pure energy, and there is infinite potential in that energy.
3) Give Service To Others
Cultivate a habit of serving others -- sharing your money, knowledge, service, wisdom, care, love. Find a person who serves others and you will find a happy person. In giving, you always receive more. Giving has many unexpected benefits from attracting more happiness into your life, to inspiring others, and changing the lives of those you touch. In the end the whole world is made into a better place. It is a universal law. You only get back what you put in.
4) Broadcast Your Light
A difficult proposition for many, especially those who perceive others with fearful interpretations or having done them wrong. Regardless of how you perceive others, see the love and creative source in all, for even those who play a role you disagree with, are still taking a path which will lead them to the same place as you. Shine your light on those who need kindness, love and compassion the most. It invites them into your circle of love and that broadcasts in a manner that is so expansive across the universe, that it is felt in galaxies as far as you can comprehend.|
5) Everything Is Exactly Where It Is Meant To Be
You will never have any experience in your life without being part of that vibrational reality. You're on the same frequency as every single event you interact with. Filter through the chaos in your life and that of the world. All things perceived as positive or negative transmit vital potentials in the functioning of duality and polarity consciousness. They do not need to be fixed. They are exactly where they need to be. People are on the path that will lead them to their highest good, even if you disagree with it. Know that as difficult as it may be for you to accept at times, others are always on their best path, so honor it without judgement.
6) See The Creative Source In Everyone and Everything
Source, God, Allah, Yahweh, Jehovah or whatever else you would like to call it, is all the same and there is only one. It is in everyone and everything. It is in every molecule that makes all that is. It is everywhere spanning across all of time and space instantaneously. See the God in everyone you interact with, regardless of their beliefs, religion, race, age and any other system of separation humans hold dear. If you see the God in them, it creates a commonality that allows you to share love in a very unique way that transcends some of the highest levels of judgement experienced as human beings. Why is it that many of those who we consider enemies have been our greatest teachers? All relationships resolve back to a common denominator -- love. See it for what it is in all that you encounter and you will not only honor what you are, but also what they are.
7) Follow Your Passion
Let yourself be curious. Ignite curiosity for your passion and a world you can't see. Recognize the recurring themes in your life and how it creates a pattern for you to either follow or change. What themes or lessons seem to constantly surface in your life? What are you drawn to again and again? Learn to investigate the difference between disagreements and personal attacks, between feedback and criticism and why they exist. If you are not enjoying it, you're probably not that passionate about it. Make a planned shift to making a livelihood out of what you are most curious and passionate about. The money will follow.
8) Be In Gratitude
Appreciate what you have and value it. Try counting your positives and be grateful for all the good things and people in your life. If you're concerned about wealth and success, know that these can be whatever you like. Abundance comes in many forms. Treat failure as an opportunity to learn a new and better lesson from life, and that's the trick to manufacture optimism and be in an eternal state of gratitude. Once you have a grateful outlook on life, you will also have increased life satisfaction, happiness, optimism, hope, and less of all those emotions perceived as negative.
9) Love Who You Are
No change starts outside of yourself. Change starts first from within. It is impossible to accept the inherent beauty in all living things if we cannot accept our own beauty. It is self-programming. Loving ourselves isn’t a one time event. It’s an endless, ongoing process. It begins with you, enfolding yourself in your own affection and appreciation. Your worth is in your true nature, a core of love and inner goodness. You are a divine being of beautiful light and love and nothing will ever change that.
