End Times Are Shift Times

∼ This is another article where I seemingly jump from one unrelated topic to another and another. They are all connected however and increasingly revealing our individual Multidimensional, non-linear Selves and expanding consciousness both in and beyond familiar realities.

As more Forerunners are discovering in 2017, wherever one of us still has some separation or fragmented aspects of ourselves, our awareness, beliefs etc., we immediately feel that lack of unity within ourselves. Like other related topics, this isn’t necessarily pleasant and yet it’s a very important aspect of what many have been and are becoming more aware of to a greater degree than ever before, plus resolving that separation within themselves immediately. This is mandatory for Forerunners living the Embodiment Process (EP). And no, not everyone is or will experience the EP in this lifetime and time of Universal Ascension.

When I say lack of unity, I mean anything small and seemingly insignificant all the way up to those larger, more obvious issues and situations. Keep in mind however that with this high frequency Light here in 2017, every minuscule scrap of everything and everyone that’s got much less to very little to zero Light within them or it, stands out like a giant highlighted “sore thumb” to more and more people finally. In the Light all things are revealed in each of us, in all people, all systems, beliefs, religions and so on. Old lower frequency dreams and expectations about life and reality are evaporating moment by moment in this higher Light. Even to those few who’ve known more about the evolutionary AP than most, our own current Embodiment Process continues altering everything, including ourselves, sometimes hour by hour.

Because humanity has existed for so very long within Duality consciousness, it’s to be expected that most would continue to think in that old familiar Duality consciousness way, even with the evolutionary AP and related topics. We’ve all been guilty of thinking, believing and expecting that we would go from one state of being, consciousness, awareness, energy, life and reality to a much higher one instantly. However, if you’ve lived the AP for a couple of decades already (because you’re a Forerunner, Pathpaver, Wayshower, Gridworker, Gatekeeper etc.) you know that this is and always has been a Process we go through step-by-step, layer-by-layer, energy wave-by-energy wave so we and our physical bodies survive it intact. There is no instant Hollywood movie-like special effects type shift from a lower frequency and state of being to a vastly higher one. Without a physical body sure, doing so is much easier, but with one, not so much. Doing so takes linear time to do what we’ve done and continue doing, it’s just that now we’re capable of doing much more, much faster and all of it simultaneously and Forerunners have been increasingly doing so from the non-linear “Now Moment” using Spherical consciousness.

Egos Unaware of Their Lack of Awareness

One of the things that’s profoundly different and vastly more difficult about being a spiritual Teacher now during the global, cosmic, universal evolutionary AP is the existence of PC’s and the Internet. On the one hand it’s a huge blessing because spiritual Ascension Teachers are able to get their spiritual, energetic AP information out across the globe by merely depressing the Publish button from the privacy of our homes. Never has it been so fast and easy for spiritual Teachers anywhere on the planet to get their physical messages, teachings, updates and ongoing Higher Awareness information out to more people worldwide thanks to PC’s and the Internet. We’re not sitting in some Monastery, Temple, Pyramid or ancient Sacred School where important information is carved into stone or clay tablets or painstakingly written on sheets of papyrus. No, we’re sitting in our own homes, alone and unseen for the most part, typing our fingers off as quickly as we’re capable while living the Ascension and Embodiment Processes ourselves every second of every day and night for decades now regardless of how that makes us feel.

The negative side of PCs and the Internet and unaware ego-based humans is the ability to write, say, express anything about anyone or anything online and remain unseen and protected. Through PCs and the Internet people can be extremely destructive, lie, distort, spread distortions and disinformation intentionally and unintentionally, express negativity and disrespect and hatred at anyone over anything, preach, shame, blame, guilt, project, attack, disrespect people, and specifically attack and disrespect spiritual Ascension Teachers and their works—which in many cases has been free and by donation only online—and on and on by simply clicking a button on their computer screen.

Being stoned to death by groups of people now takes the form of online stoning through online written attacks, online verbal bludgeoning, unbelievable disrespect, lack of compassion, empathy, general human kindness to others, and a huge lack of any Higher Awareness. Free-reign in other words to do your intentional worst upon other living human beings online, in front of the world and seemingly get away with it, or so the human ego smugly believes. This behavior and consciousness is the antithesis of 5D HighHeart consciousness and being, not to mention that while they’re stoning you publicly online through their written words, they honestly believe themselves to be spiritually advanced and all-knowing. That and so much more is what spiritual Ascension Teachers have dealt with at our online sites from the moment we started doing this spiritual energy Ascension Process Work for those ready to evolve.

I heard someone talking recently in a video about unity, and based on what he said in it, unity meant getting together with other people. He was unifying with other people to spread the word about what’s happening on Earth. I won’t assume to know what he/they think is happening on Earth because if he/they believe “Unity” means getting together with other people, he/they’re in for a big surprise. It was momentarily frustrating to me to hear these two males (sorry but there’s a patriarchal clue with this like it or not) so preoccupied with their left brains and external reality and unaware of or just ignoring their right brains and HighHearts and how all this has to happen internally. Those who can do, but they do so from their current energetic level or Stair-step. Just stay in your own lane boys and don’t assume to know what Elder Forerunners and Forerunners are doing at higher levels because you do not. Each person has to do the Work themselves internally to gain that knowledge, that Light.

The other day I read a male (extricating oneself from negative patriarchal shackles is not easy and most males have a harder time doing so) stating at his website that if you eat more ‘blue foods’ and ‘cut out alcohol and sugar’ the painful Ascension and Kundalini side effects will go away. Who knew that all I’ve needed to do for the past twenty years was eat more blue foods and all the suffering I went through wouldn’t have happened! Oh, if only that were true, but it isn’t and here’s some reasons why.

Because I’m an Elder Forerunner, Blue Ray and Volunteer, I’m energetically built differently, as most Forerunners/Blue Rays/Starseeds/Lightbeings/Volunteers are. We had to be wired and built a bit differently to do what we Volunteered to put on physical human body spacesuits and drop a lot of Light just to get ourselves into the dense old lower 3D negative patriarchal, Team Dark run physical Earth system. Without as many higher abilities and tools as we could safely cope with in such density and negativity as Earth has been, our AP Missions would fail horribly. Because failure was not an option, we packed on as many higher frequency abilities,tools and equipment—Higher Awareness, Light, LOVE, multidimensional connections, multiple backup plans, constant help from Higher Home Family and Beings etc.—as we could carry in such a negative dense place. We came in prepared to get the job done in other words, and, we came in greater numbers than was needed too. That was done because we all knew before we dropped Light and took on density and entered this physical world that many of us would fall by the wayside once we were immersed in such profound negativity. Zero judgement in this. We all knew before we left Higher Home what the risks where, and to help us with that, we came in built differently and with tools to help us and constant guidance from Home.

Trying to use and project old lower frequency, lower consciousness 3D beliefs and tools on to people who are literally built with higher frequency tools and abilities from birth is pointless, unaware and insulting. We understand why most people think and believe this way and why you project your limited beliefs on to us and others but they don’t and will not work for us for the reasons mentioned above. In addition, they aren’t going to work for you either because we’ve succeeded in our Missions; we’ve opened the global cattle-pen gates so humans can more easily and quickly evolve beyond old negative belief systems.

Because I’ve been an Empath since birth I often don’t even think of certain things like this because it’s normal to me. It’s normal to me to read energies from my 360° gut/belly/core area. It’s normal for me to read certain other energies from higher locations in my physical and energy body/bodies. Read energies means to perceive, feel, see, hear, know, sense, discern other levels and frequencies of energy, of energies in people, groups, places, animals, Earth, Nature, physical and nonphysical beings and objects, structures, belief systems, the Collective and more. People don’t play the piano with their knees, they use their fingers and hands. The same is true with Higher Awareness and higher abilities; we use different physical body areas and organs, different energy centers, hormones/chemicals, areas of the brain, the etheric body, and of course now our HighHearts.

Because Empaths can read energies in people, places, things and more by using their core/gut/belly/stomach area, we have a tendency to blow up like balloons in and around the mid-section, especially so since the start of the Ascension Process and for more reasons than being Empaths. Believe me when I tell you that I’d love to eat some blue foods (blueberries, yum) to magically override the Buddha Belly and certain Empath side effects but it simply does not work like that for us.

Whenever something or someone startles me, my gut/belly area instantly bloats. If I have a fearful and/or angry thought for just a moment, my gut/belly area instantly bloats. This is about energy and how different people at different levels of development, ability and awareness deal with, interact with, respond to, are effected by, perceive, feel, transmute and move energy/energies. We are multidimensional beings and because of this we have and use our multidimensional, multiple body tools and abilities. Like it or not, you’re evolving beyond everything being only about eating “blue foods” or not eating certain other foods or standing on your head facing East for hours every day or whatever. This is evolution and I strongly suggest that you get with the Higher Program and cast-off your limiting belief shackles people. You cannot treat, fix, heal, solve, resolve higher frequency situations, side effects and energies with old 3D lower frequency, lower consciousness beliefs and tools.

I Just Wanna Have A Life Again

Many people have felt like they just want to go have fun or at least some peace somewhere, somehow, because all this AP intensity is through the roof in 2017. I can relate and over the past couple of months I’ve focused more on me than I have in nearly thirty years. I’ve had to. I’ve wanted to do my best to find some level of happiness and comfort where I am/where I AM now in 2017, energetically and physically. I think many Elder Forerunners and Forerunners have felt this way this year and there’s multiple reasons why.

Many times I’ve felt I’ve been in some strange state of mourning the loss of my old familiar 3D life, reality, self etc. I’m the last person I would have believed would ever feel this way but at times I have. Humans are so beat down by eons of negativity that they’ve adapted to and accepted all the horrors, abuse, negativity, limitations and atrocities done against humanity by human and nonhuman Team Dark (TD). Humans excel at adapting, which is a positive attribute unless it’s to continue clinging to those negative atrocities out of sheer habit, lack of awareness and/or Emotional Body addictions. But because the Shift (almost every time I type that word I write shit, which I find funny and telling) is happening now, many more people aware of the AP and the EP have felt a growing desire and need to relax and be happy for a change.

We need to do exactly that, relax and be happy. Nonetheless we also need to keep on keepin’ on because the job isn’t done yet, it won’t ever be “done”, but how we’ve done it is ending, changing, evolving into NEW jobs, NEW Missions, NEW Work, NEW us. Said another way, what used to make you “happy” has changed because you’ve changed. Before you get bummed over this you need to admit to yourself that there’s now so many more NEW, never-been-used crayons in your personal crayon box! You, me, we all can and need to use them to create NEW images for ourselves and our NEW lives as NEW beings.

Humans like to dig in and feel secure, and the AP and EP are extreme opposites to digging in and feeling secure, which is why Forerunners have felt and feel being both human and Divine Other, Higher and Lower, physical and nonphysical, old and NEW while in our physical human Earth bodies. I want to sit, relax and feel secure, AND I want to get this Ascension and Embodiment Process done quickly and as elevated as possible for myself and for everyone and everything else. Give yourself the time to evolve into your NEW everything where this exhausting sense of duality and constantly shifting, jumping, juggling between your old lower and NEW Higher Self and those severely different realities. This change is happening now, in 2017, so release some more as we all discover that this isn’t and doesn’t need to be two separated things, worlds, levels of being, awareness and reality anymore. They are becoming ONE because we are becoming more Unified within ourselves.

Last Week While Driving To The Store…

May 25th I was driving to Wal-Mart when suddenly my right wrist felt like there was a crucifixion nail through it. The physical pain was incredible, but much more importantly was that I instantly knew what it was and began talking loudly and intensely (borderline yelling) while driving at Team Dark that their bullshit negative Piscean Age ‘Crucifixion Implants’ to use another Lisa Renee term, are being permanently removed now. This pain triggered my anger over this old, carefully designed negativity and how much pain and suffering it has caused global humanity throughout the Age of Pisces (and still is today), that when this TD crucifixion pain erupted (again) in my wrist, I instantly blasted it and them back to Source. I knew some people in the cars around me could hear me yelling like an exorcist in my car but I didn’t care. I used that sudden physical crucifixion implant pain to get even larger energetically and help remove some of this ancient negativity.

Over the years I’ve experienced this same sudden piercing blast of severe crucifixion nail pains through my wrists and feet. I’m not and never have been religious because I incarnated with conscious higher awareness of what the two main world religions really were. Many Forerunners/Starseeds/Volunteers etc. incarnated in these Ascension lifetimes with either full or partial conscious higher awareness about what the primary world religions actually were. In addition, I have Pisces ASC, Pisces Rising natally, and I’ve always known I’m extra receptive to and aware of the intentional negative TD Piscean Age created religious negativity and distortions they created to use on and against humanity. This is another specific higher tool I came in with to help me in dismantling this TD negativity on the physical dimension.

A couple of days after this crucifixion pain experience in my car and my instant angry removal of it, I discovered a recent blog article Lisa Renee had written, ‘Earth Element is Transforming’. (Link below.) Beside my Piscean ASC, my Sun is in Capricorn, last of the Earth element zodiacal signs. I’m talking higher tools here and in my case, and any Forerunner with heavy Earth and Water planets and/or angles etc. in their natal charts, 2017 feels very personal, different and extremely important.

Saturn & Physical Reality Structures, Earth Element, Gaia & You

Thanks to my Earth element Capricorn Sun and other connected things, I’ve always felt Earth/Gaia and much of the energies and beings that exist on and under the surface of physical Earth. Most Earth sign people, and opposite sign people—Scorpio, Pisces and Cancer—have this greater developed sense of and connection with Earth/Gaia because that element is highlighted in their physical bodies and consciousness. They also are usually Empaths, plus let us not forget that Cancer rules the stomach, the gut/bloat/belly. Put all the pieces together and things make a lot more natural sense. No blue foods needed. 😉 Because we’ve reached the point we’re at finally which is the Shift, which is the Separation of Worlds & Timelines, what we’ve been familiar with in regards to the Earth element, and Saturn, is changing dramatically in 2017.

As you may remember back in super-potent, ass-kicking, how did we survive another April?! April 2017, there were seven M-class Solar flares all aimed at planet Saturn, Lord of the 3D physical realm and structures in physicality. When I heard this I knew that TD was taking another intervention beating from Divine Source, and what they’ve intentionally used Saturn’s energies for to control physical Earth structures and realities for eons was being ended, cutoff and permanently dismantled. Change Saturn and you change physical reality. Change the Earth element and you change physical reality. Disconnect the old TD human and non-human monsters from stealing and distorting anything anymore and physical reality changes, as do humans and their consciousness and everything else. All this and much more is happening in 2017. Don’t any of us project old lower world expectations on to the NEW higher world, yourself and your NEW life and realities. Use your NEW, never-been-used before crayons please, for the sake of all everywhere. ❤

Vast Areas of Beautiful Rock Candy Space

Last week while I was out and about, I clarivoyantly Saw what looked to me like HUGE, MASSIVE vertical columns of pale pink crystal rock candy up out in higher dimensional space. It was beautiful beyond words as most of these types of sights are. I was a speck next to one of them as “I” slowly floated up further and higher next to it, them. It was like a crystalline Rock Candy field of energies that glistened with Light and radiated tremendous energies that felt very 6D geometric-like to me.

Razor shape crystalline geometric snowflake-like shapes floating through the air/space on our physical Earth world, touching each other lightly, creating glass wind-chime-like sounds more beautiful than you can imagine. Massive pillars of pastel colored crystalline Rock Candy looking structures out in the deep space fields radiating NEW Light Codes far and wide. Ever looked into a kaleidoscope? It’s looking more and more like that now when you venture out into the NEW expanding fields of Light Codes. I don’t know what else to call them but they’re more colorful, complex, geometric and dazzling than playing with a kaleidoscope.

I’m Here, There, Everywhere All At Once

Because so much is changing internally and externally in me, my personal reality and life etc., and because I know there’s so much more to come with all this EP business, I’m needing more time to myself to let it happen in and through me/Me/ME while me/Me/ME continue becoming increasingly unified in this physical Denise form which naturally causes it to be evolved into something NEW and different. Things make more sense to me now than ever before, and simultaneously I’m oftentimes dumbfounded by this Embodiment Process. What a miracle. What a confusion. What a pain. What a reunion for all aspects. What intensity. What soft, gentle perfectness. What a Process. What profound improvements. What LOVE. What Light. What else…?

I am a Forerunner, always have been, but I know I’m on totally NEW ground/space/place/level now in early 2017, and that this is only going to grow from here on out. I am Denise but I AM more and these two aspects are functioning increasingly from the same space and Now Moment and it’s amazing, dreamlike, easy, familiar, perfect in its strangeness and ever-present desire for greater and greater Creativity. There’s also those times, those days and weeks where it’s anything but perfect, easy and amazing and is just painful to the extreme, confusing and deeply frustrating. Lower and Higher merging, it’s all to be expected and much more I suppose. We’re doing it so give yourself the LOVE all aspects of you/You/YOU deserve and be sure to use all of your NEW crayon colors. ❤ ❤ ❤

These are amazing times we live in.

No less so, due to the fact that over the past week or so, several White Knights of the Ashtar Command (and the Collective, in this week's Message) have assured us that NESARA is coming forward, Now*.

Yes, the images in the media are full of interesting moments. As always, you and I have to lift our vision higher than what we see around us.

How else does something transform -- whether it's our health, our finances, or our planet -- except that we envision and fully feel that new reality, even while others are telling us we're fools to believe in it?

We can do it!

A Message to Lightworkers – April 19, 2017

The latest guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:


Greetings, Creators of the New Earth!


We are aware that many of you have been feeling the effects not only of powerful astrological shifts as of late, but of energy shifts that feel to be emanating from the Earth Herself.


You are not merely “imagining” these changes of renewal and reformation (though imaging is a powerfully active way to co-Create).


You are in the midst of a powerful new stream of Divine Light, pouring into the planet and being received and actively engaged with by Earth, in ways you have not previously witnessed.

This has ushered in forms of higher Light that Earth Herself has not acted upon for many eons.


She is now actively repudiating all forms, structures, and intentions acting against her higher good and soul purpose.


It is so that things appear chaotic at times. Yet in many countries, as we have noted before now, the veil over the words, actions, and faces of your politicians and others supposedly in “authority” has grown so thin that their true intentions, loyalties, and oaths of allegiance can no longer be hidden from sight.


Most human beings are sensing this change, and many millions are fully aware of it, to the point of openly expressing their refusal to be a “minion” or passive recipient of that which is decided for them, against their will and higher good, and against the higher good of the planet.


You are, in other words, finding your Voice as a species, and this is no small thing in Earth’s current timeline.


This has enabled the plans for full enactment and announcement of NESARA, including full disclosure of the Galactic presence, to move forward at an unprecedented pace.

Nor are you feeling now, as much of humanity did during the two world wars of the twentieth century, that you are powerless to affect or redirect the intentions of those who make decrees and what they refer to as “laws,” or who push buttons and give orders for one military action or another.


You have seen the intention for war being carried out only so far, then nullified in some way, so that the full course of action cannot take place.


This is due to several things, which in many ways outstretch even the commitment of the higher realms and your Galactic family to ensure that nuclear arsenal is never again used against the Earth.


It is your own human resolve—small though you may still consider yourselves to be at times—that is stopping these increasingly impotent manufacturers of war in their tracks.


We do not say that no damage is being done, for clearly, many are still suffering, and we do not diminutize the importance of their experience or their lifepaths.


But we do see the scale tipping powerfully and decisively in favor of Peace, in favor of an end to the madness that Earth has witnessed for millennia.


So that even though you appear to still have the same groups and individuals “in charge,” we assure you, they are losing what they call “power,” by the day and hour.


You hold that power now, and it is not power as you have been taught since childhood—the whims and preferences of a tiny minority outweighing that of the majority.


It is not a matter of two apparent opposing sides beating one another at politics, so that at least half the population can rest assured that “our side won” this war or that election, while the other side, equally distracted by divisions of thought and allegiance, swears to regain the upper hand at the next possible opportunity.


The time is past for this, and you are aware of such.


And so whatever color or emblem you have been taught to wear, we ask that you take off that hat or armband, and throw it permanently away.


Everyone is of their own unique color, and their own unique outlook, and there is nothing but room in the New Earth for an expression of every form of individuality, which the old system only ever condemned as dangerous to the good of the whole.

We would say, that IS the good of the whole.


Each voice, each soul presence, pouring its higher intentions into the great river that is human progression, and Earth’s Ascension—that can only contribute positively to that forward movement you have dreamt of and planned for so long, in so many Earth lives.


We are greatly heartened by the number of you refusing to fall for the separateness and divisiveness of the old ways, and refusing to take the deceptions and false promises as a safe place for your and your community’s needs.


For they cannot be.


It is you who are creating the new forms of community, of group and individual empowerment, that will lead you all from feelings of having very few choices, to having more choices than you know what to do with.


You are the ones to decide not how to disempower Earth, but where to plant trees, how to manufacture vehicles that run on water or sunlight, how best to educate children so that their imaginations flourish and their individuality is celebrated.


You are the ones to decide the requirements for a new economy based on equality and abundance for all, and on varying forms of community living.


You are the ones to decide to celebrate national cultures, releasing all thought of fear-based border protections.


And you are the ones to say, “All false gods and false leaders—we release you! We have no further need of the lessons you have taught us. We have no need to live in the shadows any longer.


“We learn more now from anchoring upon the Earth the freedoms of the higher realms. And we accept the responsibilities that come with higher dimensional living.


“We are now freeing the planet for a greater expression of Love, for the power of soul presence, over all false forms of “power” as the third dimension viewed it.”


And so, if you are ready, say Yes now.


Yes to NESARA, Yes to full disclosure, Yes to full responsibility—to grabbing the reins, and co-Creating this New Earth that you have mistakenly waited for.


It awaits you, powerful Light Beings. And we see you continuing to stand, and to claim it.

HILARION October 23-30, 2016 Beloved Ones,
The changes to the systems that have been operating upon this planet are taking place. There is no choice for those who have created them but to make changes that will reflect the highest good of all. The energies that are now permeating the planet will not allow for anything else than that. Be at peace – hold your equilibrium and balance – hold your Light as these changes take place. It is a most exciting ride as the ascension of the Earth, your planet, continues on its inevitable journey. You it is whom we the ascended master realms and the angelic realms rely upon. You are the Lights, the beacons, the points of reference upon your planet that we connect to in order to bring through guidance, healing, enlightenment, activations and attunements.
We, who are known as the ascended masters from the higher realms are those who have walked in the footsteps that you are now walking. Of course, we did this all before the advent of the internet. Now, this amazing universal web of information makes that which comes through from us more easily accessible. This is a most wondrous tool! Many of you as you watch the programs on your news media see through the illusions that are being created. There are many who instantly see through these illusions and detach from them and this is a very positive development through the world-wide web.
The information through the internet flows in both that which is true and that which is deceptive. It remains for you, the Lightworkers, to tune inwards into the core of your being where you can check to make sure that which you read or listen to is of the highest vibration and truth. There is much deception that floats through this avenue. We ask you to be aware and to check inwardly to ensure that you do not fall for any deceptions that are rampant upon this world-wide web. Work together in unison when the opportunities arise. Work in groups small and large to bring forth personal healings, to bring forth clearings that require assistance so that they are loosened from the auric field of those who require this activity to take place.
There are varied internal programs that have been running within many individuals which have stubbornly embedded into the DNA. These need help, group help and group focus in order that these individuals be freed from these old energies. Know that even the energies that are imbuing the atmosphere around the Earth at this time are serving that function. If one is able to go within the stillness of their true being, their inner core, one can attune to these cosmic energies to bring balance, to bring healing where it is required.
I, Hilarion, pledge that I will honor all requests for healing and clearing from those who call upon me for this service. It is imperative that our Lightbearers be freed from the old matrix. It is imperative that we are attuned to each other in the days ahead. You from the physical planes of life and we from the higher realms know that we work together. Make this a conscious intention throughout your daily lives that we stay connected as one so that we are all on the same track. Know that you are all being informed internally and beyond your sleep of that which you need to know during these times. This is where true information, the truth, the Divine truth is given to you.
There are many things that cannot be circulated throughout your world-wide web at these times so it is important that you set the intention that you are kept abreast of all the inner plane workings, plans and instructions that are given. Many there are who are on the brink of awakenment. This is a very positive potential that is occurring at this time and we ask you to continue in your task. You know how to do it; you are experts and masters of this. Many of you feel tired and rather put upon with our continual request to hold the Light. You feel you wish to move beyond that point into ascension but we say to you, Dear Ones, that the task that you have chosen is to continue to hold the Light so that there is more stability upon the planet during these very times!
As you know yourselves, there is much that seems chaotic, much that is puzzling, much that is incredible, much that is revelatory in its import and so it is important for you to keep on keeping on. We are relying upon you, the Earth team members. We will do our very best to support you during these times. We will always answer your calls for assistance or clarification. It is important for us to tell you that it is through the planetary Family of Light, the ascended master realms, that any implementations and changes take place. The Star Nation brothers and sisters are aware of this, that they must check with the planetary Family of Light before any action or assistance take place.
There are no otherworldly, offplanet beings who can do anything without first checking with us. It is the ascended master realms who are in charge of the comings and goings that take place upon your planet. There are no extraterrestrial beings who are in charge. They work with us and through us. This is why it is important for each of you to align to the ascended master realms, to the ascended master consciousness. This is very, very important.
Know that you are very much loved, supported and given all that you need in order to continue to maintain and sustain the stability of the Earth.

Beloved Ones,
Many of you are feeling the effects of a shift. You know within yourselves that you have been transformed. You know within yourselves that something momentous has occurred and this is a wonderful occasion to celebrate! As you integrate this shift you will experience moments of great sleepiness and we ask you to follow the dictates of your body and rest, for that is important so that you can assimilate and integrate the energy infusions that have taken place within you. If you awaken and find that your spine is tender, it means that you have received a great download of energies that are activating strands of your DNA and when this occurs, it is also another sign that it is time for you to be good to yourself, to allow rest and recuperation and assimilation.
Go within and seek stillness, for this is very helpful. When this occurs, it is a very good idea to drink more water. Honor yourselves, always treat yourselves the way that you would expect the best friend of your life to treat you. You are very worth this effort and this respect. Many of you are finding the energy and the focus to complete projects that have been on hold and taking a long time to complete. You are finding that this is now taking place in record speed. When this happens you know, Dear Ones, that the timing is right for what you are doing to come forth into the world. Be at peace with all that is occurring around you. Know that no matter what happens in the world around you, you are always loved, supported and protected. You are always surrounded by angels of protection.
There is much turbulent energy that is moving across the face of this planet. These energies are of the collective consciousness, energies of chaos, fear, strife, worry – energies of those who have lost, those who have experienced sudden weather changes that have taken from them all that they have held dear. There are many people in war torn countries who pray constantly for peace to come to their lives and their country. There is an influx of cosmic energy that is stirred into this mix and so, the Lightworkers of the world are asked, as usual, to hold their Light, maintain your calm in the storm. Know that your position upon the planet is preordained so that you are in the area you need to be with your Light in order to bring stability to that area.
Each one of you is like a key – a point that we can look at and activate and connect together in order to create stability upon and within the planet. So you see, Dear Ones, you serve a greater purpose than you ever imagined. You are our goal posts – you are our beacons in the darkness that is making its way into the atmosphere. Know that it is being released, centuries upon centuries of dark and fearful energies are being cleansed at an astounding and accelerated rate and this is good for everyone, ultimately. So know that this is a temporary situation, that it is necessary in order that these energies come up to the surface so that they can be transmuted and transformed into great Light to be used for the highest good of all.
We are so grateful that this is occurring and it is because of you, Dear Ones. As we view your auric fields from the higher perspective, we see that your Lights have become crystalline, that the colors that surround you are clear and pure and bright. Shining radiantly, many of you have taken on many colors, rainbow colors and this really helps in the overall picture for the Earth for then we from the higher realms can come in and direct the Light and the color of the ray that is necessary to bring about accelerated and more peaceful change in certain areas of the world. We are so grateful for your presences upon the planet.
There is much healing taking place within each individual. Many things are coming together, many aspects of your being are now being unified and this is creating greater peace within you. When there is peace within you, healing can take place on all levels of your being. This is what is now occurring for each of you. Asking for our assistance with this helps to bring it into focus. There are many angels and healing teams that are surrounding each of you and helping you in all facets of your life, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and yes, financially. Things are looking up – know this and never lose hope.
We ask you, the Lightworkers, to send the rose pink ray of Divine love into the Earth’s grids, into the central core of the Earth so that the energy of Divine love permeates the surface of the planet, so that it permeates the crystalline diamond core within the Earth and this will allow the torus that surrounds the Earth to distribute this Divine pink ray of love. All is well, love abounds. If that which comes from the Earth through your efforts joins with the cosmic love rays there will be a greater ease for those who are just awakening, there will be more peace within and without. Peace will reside in many pockets of the world and these will grow and expand until there is peace upon this planet! It is occurring, hold this vision!

Beloved Ones,
As the storms move through a certain portion of the planet, wreaking havoc and destruction in their wake, the people are asked to go within to discover what, within themselves attracts this activity. Everything in life upon the planet is a reflection of its inhabitants, of that which is held in the mass consciousness, the collective consciousness. This is what creates the reality for each person and right now, what is playing out is the manifestation in actuality of that which has been held within a great amount of humanity. This is seen within every political system, this is seen within the people who are testing the waters, testing the illusions that were created, that anyone through hard work can aspire to become a leader of their country.
This concept is now being tested and what is seen is, that, yes, it is possible, but the person who runs to be a leader in their country based on those premises meets with the greatest of resistance and this is what we from the higher realms, see. And it must play out, for it is the citizens of those countries who ultimately make that choice that requires their active participation. In the process flawed though it is, throughout the planet all of the old paradigm system that is now crumbling is being tested by those individuals who have been a part of it and want to make changes. There is resistance from those who were in control, those who desire to control and manipulate the populations in their countries to their own ends. As they try to do this, they are finding that what worked before quite easily is now questioned and worked around by people of their country. What they are trying to accomplish does not come as expected and there is a backlash that they must deal with.
It is a time of great discernment for the people of the world, they must be discerning and go within their heart to receive counsel from the higher aspects of their being - that which never fails to inform and guide each one upon their spiritual journey that was chosen before they incarnated. So we say, be observant, be discerning and do not become embroiled in the dramas that are being played out upon the world scene. It is all a process of change and sometimes those changes that are being created must come through friction. Stand fast - believe in yourselves and what you stand for. Everything must be played out as it is at this moment, these moments of transition from one dimension to another. This transition is in its completion stages.
And so you as one individual will look upon what is occurring and think that the world is going mad. We ask you to please look for all the good that is occurring which your news media do not touch upon. Search the internet and you will see that the goodness that is within humanity is coming forth in ways that are uplifting and inspiring for all who become so aware. The inherent goodness within each individual is being tapped. Because of the world events, the individual goodness within each individual is being tapped into and is being employed and utilized in positive and loving ways. One does not have to have a global reach in the outward world in order for this to occur. This can happen by one individual sincerely working upon themselves to clear all dysfunctional and disharmonious energies - all that needs clearing from their being. This requires courage and awareness and this is something you the Lightworkers do not lack, this is something you always have been working upon.
Know that you are coming to the end of this cycle and it is a cause for celebration for so many of you. Be there for the people who are experiencing chaos and destruction. Send them healing energies. Send the blue Light wherever it is needed, wherever there is uprooting of old forms. Send your Light wherever there is war and destruction to cool and calm those areas and reclaim them for the Light of God that never ever fails. This is important. This is part of the task that you have taken on before incarnating here on the planet.
Walk with care and caution. As you go about your daily activities during these very turbulent times, know that this is something that occurs, that it is a natural part of the ending of one great cycle and the beginning of another. You are in the dawn of a new age; keep that ever most within your consciousness. All that held humanity and soul evolution back upon this planet is now being dissolved, is fading away into the dawn of a new Light and a new age.
Hold that vision, believe in yourselves. Believe in your goodness and the goodness of those around you. Be what you desire to see in the world, be always in your highest integrity, in your highest truth. Let the love from your heart radiate to those around you. Walk in the Light ever and always and know that we are by your side. We magnify the energies of the assistance that you send out to those areas of the world that are in need of it. And we ask that you also send the Light of love through your heart to the hearts that are experiencing directly the effects of these energies as they are playing out in these ending times of this cycle. We are as One as we work together.

Beloved Ones,
As you continue on your spiritual journey through the life that your soul has chosen, know that many changes have been taking place within you. Every effort that you have made to cleanse and clear all the vestiges of negative thoughts, feelings, emotions, mental patterns, and patterns from your ancestral DNA, every effort that you have made to be your Light and let it shine brilliantly has not been in vain. You are Light; you have always been Light and always will be Light. You are one who has never forgotten the Light that you are. There are many people in the world who have forgotten and need to be reminded and this is why you and others like you are here at this time.
You are here to shine your Light! Merely by your presence, this helps tremendously in igniting the Light in others. Those that are affected by your presence may not always understand what is occurring. There are many people who do not immediately appreciate being activated because it means that they have to become responsible and conscious of their every word, thought and action and this is something that is not pleasant in its beginnings. Throughout your lifetime you have endeavoured to become as clear and brilliant as possible, developing your Lightbody and this you have done victoriously. Now it remains that your presence here on Earth has its effect by every move that you make, every step that you take leaves an imprint of Light, a footprint of Light, if you will, upon the Earth.
This Light, if accepted by those around you, creates that catalyst to ignite that Divine spark within each soul that is in its circumference, in its radius. This is turn assists those souls to awaken to the greater knowledge of who and what they really are. Those of you who maintain Divine order and balance within, serve a great purpose during these turbulent times when there is so much of the duality paradigm that is struggling mightily to hold on to its power. Inherently, those who seek to continue in the old paradigm know that their time is limited and so there will be increased and frequent efforts to create fear amongst the worlds people. However, the worlds people for the most part, are wise to the ways of these ones and do not allow these ones to divert them from the path that they have chosen, which is to create a world that is filled with peace, harmony, love and joy.
It is time for humanity to experience joy, peace, harmony, and happiness. It is time to enjoy laughter; it is time to seek the higher ground, the higher road for all upon this planet. Those Lightworkers who have given their Light, who have maintained their own Light are now in a space where they can enjoy the fruits of their labour. It is allowed for them to enjoy this experience of being in a human body, a physical body - to smell, to taste, to hear, to use all human senses and become acutely aware of each of them. In this way, it will open up the higher senses which have lain dormant for untold ages. It requires that each person experience all facets of life, it requires that each person take part and become active in each moment of their existence upon this world and in their human body.
It is all that you have experienced that is most valuable that your soul takes with you when you depart from this world. It is the experience that becomes your souls talents, skills and qualities. Everything is valuable, every part of it is valuable, and we say to you that your soul and your soul group, your Divine Monad, your Divine essence is very pleased and proud of you, that you have maintained, sustained and expanded your Light, your wisdom and understanding through the most trying of circumstances and that you continue to do so.
This is a time for you to understand the great import that being in a human body during these changing times it really is and what it has given you as soul. You are all very much admired by many beings who would not or could not, do what you are doing. You are very much admired, very much supported and very much assisted and encouraged every day that you stay here on the planet. For that was the whole purpose of your being here, to add your Light and to be a conduit for the higher energies as they are coming in to the Earth during these times and you are all serving admirably.
Be at peace, let all that is unfolding upon the world stage continue on its course knowing that all is well, that all is as it should be and that you are serving the reason and purpose for which you came. You are loved, you are supported, we are always with you and we never leave your side.

Beloved Ones,
The winds of change are upon the inhabitants of the Earth. The sweeping reforms to the existing structures of the old paradigm, begins in earnest. The crumbling and decay are evidenced everywhere and people are feeling the effects of the failure of the old paradigm systems that were in place. It is a time of intense self examination within each human heart. People are asking the important questions as they go within. They want to know what the purpose of their life is all about, why they are here on Earth and what do they need to know in order to find a secure foundation and foothold. It is a difficult time for these awakening ones and extreme kindness and patience is needed by those who are awake and aware.
We have said many times before, as more increased levels of Light from the cosmos filters into the atmosphere of Earth, the old ways of doing things that were not of the highest integrity will no longer be supported. It is happening now and you need to be aware of this if you are not already, so that you can maintain balance and peace within. It will take determined concentration and effort to resist the pull of the old energies that are prevalent everywhere during these times. As you make the effort when this happens, it helps to dissipate the effects on the collective consciousness of humanity. Allow yourself the nurturing that your four body system (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual) requires when this becomes evident to you.
Your soul chose this end cycle so that it could experience all the myriad sights, sounds, tastes, feelings and sensations of this momentous coming of age of the Earth and her inhabitants. The old and the new still intermingle but that is swiftly changing as the old fades away into the dusty realms of myth and the new paradigm takes firmer hold by this work that you do each day. As you re-create the world by steadfastly holding to the higher vision of what that might entail, it begins to actualize and take root. Feel the anticipation and excitement of these times, there is movement finally happening! Your world becomes that better place that you have always envisioned and you will see this taking place more and more often.
The hidden kingdoms are making their increased presence known and this is being recorded by many people from all walks of life and environments. This is the truth - this is the new and enlightened reality that had been hidden in plain sight that only those with eyes to see and ears to hear were privy to. These ones are now empowered to share their presence with humanity and their increased presence brings the elements of joy, wonder and magic to the new reality. The Earth in her full glory is being restored to her original magnificence and you, Dear Ones, are playing a part in this! Relish this renewed contact with these delightful beings and try to listen and communicate with them.
All that you have dreamed of as you made the extreme effort to come to this planet during these times and all the efforts expended to maintain your Light, higher vision and integrity is waiting to grace you with its full and wondrous manifestation in this reality. Peace will come at last, believe this with all your heart and allow it to unfold in divine timing. You are dearly loved and deeply honoured for the role you are playing.

Beloved Ones,
This is a time to finish and complete projects and look towards new horizons. Always life moves forward creating that which is new and this is helpful for those who have been feeling stuck. Sometimes this feeling happens because one is not meant to be moving forward in order to allow certain unfolding and realizations from within to occur. This is as it should be on the journey called life and the evolution of the spirit. As you focus on your own growth towards your higher potential you must reconnect with the commitment you made to move in new directions and be all that you can be. When one is in the process of transformation, one may be called on to work on areas of self that need further expression and development.
This activity brings about a renewal of the spirit within as the pieces of the puzzle of life come together towards a new beginning which creates a new and vital reconnection with that which is important to you. Added guidance can come from the divine self if one allows oneself the time for periods of quietness, stillness and going within. This practice always brings a sense of the restoration of strength, and direction will be given and seen with clarity. Your body, mind and spirit will come into alignment and this brings about regeneration and the greater manifestation of the new directions that one should go. This in turn leads to the movement forward with a renewed sense of commitment and purpose.
With this new level of truth you have gained, you can allow it to permeate into all aspects of your life. A greater awareness within and the new sense of direction will inspire you to further expand and reach beyond former limitations into the light of limitless possibilities. This is the ongoing process of growth as you leap over the hurdles once perceived as immovable and move into new areas of expansion and expression! Your inner trust becomes greater as you rely once again on your innate intuitive capabilities and this renewed sense of self will help to give you insight and awareness of the people and situations around you in your daily life.
As you moved through this initiation, the light within you brightened. Your conscious choice and recommitment to self was made and the testing period ended. Your soul rejoices and this joy permeates in all aspects of your reality and releases healing within. It is time to enjoy life and laugh often! You have crossed an important threshold and endless opportunities are before you. Explore and expand your options and live life to the fullest. Remember that you control the situations that you encounter by what you choose to empower and embrace.
Know that what you need is always drawn to you and what is drawn to you is that which you need for further growth and learning so that you might share with others and thereby expand your self. These new aspects within that are being expressed bring a new level of frequency with which to work. It is up to you to be responsible for the actions and directions you choose to take, for life will return to you what you put into it. Each moment of your life is a lesson to be discerned and learned on some level. Your life is a constant cycle with highs and lows, for these are needed to come into greater awareness and evolution of your soul growth.

Dear Ones, you are accustomed to your linear time and it serves you well. You are aware of your brain processing information based on your five senses and establishing reality for your choice platform. This is a valuable and natural process. Yet you are at a point in your evolution where you are expanding this process to include more of your natural subtle senses.


You have heard statements such as; time is not linear, all time is now, the past does not exist, and the future is probabilities that have already occurred. In theory, some of these may be partially or even completely correct. However, it has no true value for you until you apply it into your experience. Here, we will begin to give you applicable information to expand your sensory experience with time.


The Law of Resonance maintains your linear and sensory experience. This law will not change, however, you will change with it as your vibrational resonance changes. As with all life, you affect it and it affects you. The Law of Resonance states: that with which you are resonant, you are interacting. For example, when you are resonant with joy, you are joyful. Your spiritual journey is a path of finding your joy, and while others may show you marker points or pathways, you must walk the path and create your own resonance with joy.


In a moment, Life assists you as it pushes and pulls you toward joy. In another moment, it may feel as if Life abandons you, offering you sorrow, pain, or frustration. It is here where your choice platform presents what you have established as your possibilities. All the evidence from the past has been established into what possibilities are available for your future. With which possibility do you resonate?


We have entitled this message Stopping the Past to utilize your linearity and begin to expand it into its non-linear counterpart, the other side of the coin. For when you envision Stopping the Past, you are consciously and powerfully choosing to change your present. But we want you to include the past and claim your present power, for that changes your resonance. It does not force a façade to change, it creates new form (the future). Sometimes it requires the patience of Knowing All is Well, as invisible potentials are creating new form. That Knowing is a powerful resonance to maintain.


How do you Stop the Past? One may say, “It has already occurred, it is done, undoable and the present is reacting to it.” Instead of reacting, choose a new action. First, observe what has caused the present resonance. An action from another? An action from you? Inaction from one? Whatever it was, it is causing you to make a choice in the present—a powerful action that can create new form. A new future.


Here is where you seek appreciation for the past, for it has established the form that you are now. The gift of the present. It has caused your heart/mind complex to observe, experience and desire. The flow of form continuing. Desire, want, need—these are the pull of the future calling you to Life. Your suffering is as available to choice as your appreciation. What will you choose? Will you stop the joy or will you stop the suffering? Both reside on your platform of choice.


As you appreciate the past, you are opening a flow of resolution that creates a new resonance within you. To Stop the Past, starts a new future. As you appreciate, understand, resolve, heal or forgive—all powerful ways of saying a similar action; you are creating a new resonance in your now moment. You are opening a flow that wasn’t available before. You are preparing a new future with the powerful passive force of Love. The invisible realm is responding. Dear One, you are more powerful than you think. Feel your powerful ability to Love the past into a new future.



As we sit to Blast Stopping the Past, we are opening the flow of Love to appreciate all that has come before us. We are understanding the beauty of limitation as it causes us to observe carefully and completely until we understand new choices available. We are respecting the flow of time’s wisdom as it resonates with our highest good; for this universe of Life calls us to thrive. We are authentic in our feelings of the past, as our unique discernment brings detail and clarity to our platform of choice. We are bold, unrelenting in the power of our Love; for it has been so patient with our fears resolving. Where we once forgot to Love and found only hatred, we now see a sprout pushing through the concrete past. It is our Love. Will it flourish? Blast on!

The Animal Kingdom Shift

Did you feel it? Around mid-October there was a shift in the animal kingdom—our powerful teachers. I mean the whole thing. All of them.


I hope you are getting used to the way this works. Shift happens in the subtle realm first. The shifts are invisible, intangible, and unprovable. The outcome is unknown because form is not formed yet. But something is happening.


I want to share this with you so you will have some context for what you may be experiencing. In mid-October the animal kingdom shifted into a higher teaching role.


What it feels like is loss. What it really means is more personal responsibility.


The experience happened very quickly for me. I was walking through my house and I was side-swiped with a lightning strike of grief that all the animals were leaving. It was completely non-sequitur, and all the nature around me and my own cats were (and are) perfectly fine. Then I heard from some others that they were also experiencing something similar—intense grief and empathy for animals, followed by a need to take action that is in accordance with their life path.
The animals ARE NOT leaving Earth. That was just my immediate, unconscious reaction to the knowing that a shift occurred.


The animals have shifted into a higher teaching role with us because we are ready for it.
Some people will understand and create change, some people will resist change. Others will not be involved much at all because the animal kingdom is not their focus in this life.

What Does This Mean For You?

Only you have the answer to that question. If you are feeling intense emotions around the way animals are being treated, let the emotions flow and take some actions toward change. Focus on some of the positive changes that have been happening and add your energy there. It can get overwhelming when you only focus on the negative. Your energy then becomes depleted and isn’t strong enough to be part of the solution. Maintain your balance even though it isn’t easy at times.


Some may want to volunteer at animal shelters, donate money or food, or petition politicians or companies. If you eat meat, put your money where animals are treated well. If you don’t eat meat, represent it with the loving kindness that opens people’s minds rather than shuts them down with shame and righteousness. Honor the diversity of path and pace that is part of Life and take inspired action that feels right for you.


Observe your animal totems more, what are they teaching you? If you find yourself afraid of an animal, look into what it represents and shift your internal feelings. If you’re afraid of spiders, no need to touch them to get over it. Just honor that they are part of the beauty of life and look into what webs you are weaving, what you are trying to bring into your web to feed you, what you can create when you allow the shapes of life to guide you, write (literally or figuratively) more and create/script your web of life.


This is actually a really exciting shift. I want to say again, the animals ARE NOT leaving Earth. They are not punishing the horrible humans. They have shifted the lessons that they are here to teach because we are ready for a new level of personal responsibility. They process much of our fear and insecurity. That is why people abuse or disregard another as less valuable. It’s not an animal issue, it’s a human issue that we are still healing—and getting better at according to this shift! We know there is still work to be done. Follow your heart of what feels right for you.


All animals are magnificent Source energy that come to Earth in different forms than us to reflect Love in its many different facets. They are powerful teachers. Are you seeing their reflection of the beauty of Life?


Remember that Love is always the answer and it is what brings real change. You are ready for more creative responsibility in your life. As you focus on your internal empowered Love while experiencing this world of diversity—you are bringing valuable change that begins in the subtle realms. It is forming a new Loving experience here on Earth.


Love the animals and all that they are here to teach. Become well with the transient nature of the physical experience. Understand that as you embrace transformation in all its forms, you open to a new experience. It doesn’t happen through resistance to what-is, it happens through choices to Love that seem inconsequential at first. You don’t always get the immediate satisfaction from these choices because that teaches you to Love based on your inner choice, not outer approval.


Thanks to the inner work of people all around the world, we have graduated to a new level of personal responsibility. These are powerful times of transformation.
