Keep bringing in the Light | FM144

Historical times that we are currently experiencing. The world is definitely in a fundamental change – people are waking up.

The worldwide meditations two weeks ago contributed to this, although they were massively attacked ... before, during and afterwards.

Unfortunately many Lightworker groups (e.g. on Facebook) are still infiltrated, which of course cannot be stopped a 100%, but admins can spot infiltrators and act accordingly, if they find any.


In the run-up to the meditations, videos were produced to present mass meditations as dangerous. Many of them were tried to be placed into Lightworker groups to make people insecure in order to prevent them from participating.


There were also discussions that people are not participating in MMs because they’re supposed to be "against" COVID-19, and everything that is "against" something is not in “Light and Love” and cannot be in the “Highest Purpose” and so forth and so on ... Lightworkers probably know these discussions.

I don't want to go into this in detail, just again this much: it is scientifically proven that mass meditations with positive intentions also have a positive effect on the physical environment:

And as far as this "against something" issue is concerned, much of it is simply quibbling, much of it was taken out of context (in fact, the main goal of most MMs was  the harmonization of the events!) and even when something is done “against” something ... of course this will work too, you can also order from the Universe/Source that a certain situation is avoided... the Universe/Source is not "stupid" (to put it exaggeratedly), it will not send you more of the bad things if you make it very clear that you “don't want bad things to happen” (but again, this would be a completely separate topic).


Many such discussions are pointless, as the other party will not be convinced of the opposite anyway – they literally rob you of your energy (which is also be a sign of an attack/infiltration) and keep you from doing more important things (like sharing links or create videos for MMs).

A clear sign of infiltration is when you have people in your (Facebook) group who do not post anything for months, sometimes years, until there is a MM. Suddenly such people are activated like sleeper cells (often through Archons) and are spamming groups participating in MMs with negative comments or links to such videos as mentioned above, which present MMs as dangerous. After the MM they wouldn’t post anything for months again... clear signs of infiltration, so happened in many Lightworker groups on Facebook or on Instagram two weeks ago, admins should act immediately if they spot such activities.


However, these disruptive actions in advance could not prevent the success and the enormous number of participants in the MMs – although attacks also happened during them, and also afterwards. It is usually the case that at the same time as major meditations take place certain physical and also non-physical groups of Dark Ones will begin to ritualize in order to counteract such meditations.


These attacks are usually very strong in the beginning, but the more people join the meditation, the brighter and stronger the Light becomes and overlays these attacks.


Nevertheless, many Lightworkers (especially Key Lightworkers) can still be attacked, because the Archons go completely berserk during and after such meditations.


That is why it is important to protect yourself energetically and after a MM to consciously separate yourself from it and all other external energies/external connections during an own meditation (and no, this doesn't mean that MMs are dangerous, it's because they are so effective that the Dark Ones will do everything to stop them or at least to take revenge on certain Lightworkers for participation... but if you protect yourself properly, it will not become too much of a problem).

It’s also a good idea to mentally seal all energetic portals that lead to oneself as well as to mentally erase all energetic traces that one has left on the non-physical planes (so that you cannot be traced back by the Archons) and to recharge yourself energetically, for example by going out a lot into nature or connecting with the Prime Source or the Goddess during a meditation, or by chanting or whatever other methods you use to recharge yourself energetically.


Another reason for attacks is the fact that, out of fear of the incoming Light, the top echelons of the Dark Ones crawled under the Earth's surface, where they are constantly ritualizing now.


These rituals create negative entities on the non-physical planes, which are then released into the Grid to attack Lightworkers. They virtually conjure up hell and inject it into the Grid to make it as difficult as possible for the Light Force.


But that still doesn't change the fact that the wind has already turned, and the meditation was definitely a game changer.


The plan of a NWO with forced vaccinations and microchips is disintegrating live in front of our eyes, no matter how much propaganda they might make for it.

The number of people waking up is now so large that the social media accounts of Bill and Melinda Gates have all their hands full with deleting critical comments (which by far exceed positive comments).

Also the plan to use influencers and celebrities on social media to make propaganda for mass vaccinations turns out to be a boomerang, because the commentary columns are just full of critical comments too, and many influencers/celebs already had to withdraw their videos.


That's why the Cabal is now getting its major Illuminati artists (led by Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta aka Lady Gaga) out of the moth box, organizing a big virtual concert this weekend:

The mainstream narrative that COVID-19 was created naturally and has nothing to do with a bioweapon is also becoming more and more unstable (even if much of it is counter-propaganda and mudslinging, but it’s about bringing out the idea that the virus could be artificially created as well as spread intentionally):

As you can see, there is a tremendous crackling inside the Grid as more and more people are waking up now and not putting up with things anymore.


Of course the goal is to bring everything harmoniously across the stage, however, the awareness and resistance has passed a critical point, which may cause natural tension in correlation with the suppression through the Grid.


In the meantime, most of the Dark Ones have literally moved into the basement of the planet, which is good, because In Feng Shui, the basement also represents the past, everything above represents the future, and in that case it would be the ships of Galactic Confederation in the skies (which are closer now than some might imagine).

So keep bringing the Light in, be aware things can still get very chaotic, so stay centred and calm, we are definitely heading in the right direction … and we definitely can make a difference!

As you have perhaps already noticed, you will be subjected to a myriad of different energetic sources now, and they in turn will serve to ignite quite a few conflicting responses within you, both in the physical but also in the emotional sense.

Let us explain. We have touched briefly upon the fact that you are not only carriers of light and information, you have also been dispersing the same for many a lifetime already, and now, as these seeds starts to germinate and come into life, one by one at first, but very soon in a veritable avalanche, these seeds themselves will also start to affect you in so many ways. For even if you have dropped them away from you so to speak on your journeys here on this planet, you still carry the imprint of these signals to the world within your DNA, and this combined with the reciprocal feedback you have been given from your own planet every time you have deposited one of these pods of information, will make many a circuit within you start to talk louder and louder. And so, what you hear will at times be a veritable cacophony of signals, seemingly pushing you in all directions at once, giving you no solid ground to stand on, and taking you out on a dizzying journey that will be apt to make the strongest amongst you feel weakened. But again, these conflicting emotions and physical signals are merely signals of improvements, not just on a personal level, but indeed on a global one.

For what is taking place, is a huge awakening of sorts that will stir up any and all of the old and stagnant pools still covering much of the surface of this planet. Remember, what has been instigating all of this highly negative energy in the first place has been removed, and as such, the old controlling forces are not in place anymore, but the residue from them is still very much in place all around you, just like the puddles left after a heavy rain. But now, what you have been planting has started to stir and push its way through the topsoil, and as it starts to emerge and start to interact with the energies already there, everything will seem to be in turmoil at one time or the other. Again, this is not a sign of unrest in a negative way, rather, it is a sign of the most beneficial stirring up this planet of yours will ever experience. For now, no place will be left untouched by the effect of these newly hatched seedlings that will begin to make their voices heard in all sorts of ways.

We know that for many of you, this unrest will feel more than a little bit unsettling, but again, that is indeed the whole purpose of this part of the whole operation. For this carefully targeted stirring up will enable such a profound clearing of the entire energetic environment on the surface of this planet. Remember, you have been instrumental in putting into place a whole new energetic grid all around this planet, but what we are talking about now, is literally within the very soil, the ground upon which you all walk, the very foundation of your societies. For in this topmost layer of your planet, within this very thin crust is where all of the old energetic deposits have accumulated, the old density that has supplanted the vibrant freshness and vitality that used to constitute the very essence of your existence.

But now, these seeds that you have so diligently been secreting away into this thin upper layer have received the required amount of light they need in order to come into life – in every sense of the word. For they have not been harmed or inhibited in any way by these accrued layers of dross that have been deposited lifetime after lifetime, century after century upon this planet as humanity continued ever deeper into that darkening alley they had chosen to venture, far from it. For these seeds are indeed indestructible, they will thrive in any atmosphere and in any kind of energetic environment, for they have been designed to withstand any and all attempts of destruction or alternation. For they carry that same frequency that you have now attained, and as such, no lower densities could harm them at all. And so they simply stayed here, waiting for the signal to emerge, and now, that signal has been given and so this wondrous process of unfolding has been set into motion. And so, bit by bit that old and dense crust will be penetrated from below by these hardy seedlings, and as they push through these old and rigid layers, they will set off a vibration that will go through every single particle it comes into contact with. This in turn will act as a signal to the neighbouring ones, setting off a chain reaction that in turn will encompass the entirety of the surface of this planet.

Remember, what you look upon as negativity is simply a source of energy, one that can and will be utilized for the most beneficial of purposes, just like the waste excreted from animals will be utilized to fertilize your fields. For even if this planet may look barren and encrusted in such a deep layer of negativity, it is in fact simply an ocean of potential, waiting to be set into good use, and as these small but potent seeds take root and start to sprout, they will tap into this potential and use it for all it is worth, fuelling their own growth by tapping into this vast repository of old energy. For energy is the only single source that exist anywhere in Creation. Energy is what it IS, and so, the task will simply be to restore the vibrational level of this energy in such a way, it will return into being a source of positive change instead of negative limitation.

We know we speak in what some may refer to as oversimplified terms, but at the very core, this is what is happening now. Nothing in Creation is of such a character it cannot be retuned in a way that will be considered as beneficial, and so, this embattled and scarred planet of yours is no exception. Mankind has an idea that it has depleted so many of the natural resources this planet carries, but that is not the way to see this. You have simply mismanaged many of them to a  gross degree, but you cannot deplete energy, nor can you “pollute” it in such a way it is unfit for “consumption”. For energy simply IS, and now, that wondrous potential you live amongst will finally begin to be reset and retuned to a source of light and indeed delight for all, instead of being that debilitating burden of negativity it has been for such a long time.

For there are no limits to what you can do now, and there are no limits to what this change will bring about, and there is no chance that you will run out of raw material either. For you already have everything you need at your disposal so make this huge makeover come about, both in the form of manpower, an also in the form of natural resources in way of energy and information. And so, those seeds you planted such a long time ago, and those seeds you are also busy scattering all over the place as you go about your daily lives now, all of those seeds will find everything they need to come into fruition. For they will thrive in the darkest and dampest of places, and so too will they thrive in the driest and most barren ones, for there are no limits as to what these seeds can take and still start to vibrate at such a rate, it will bring this whole planet back into that dance of life it has so wanted to re-enter for eons. For these seeds are nothing more than carriers of frequencies, frequencies that will help to retune everything and everyone they come into contact with, and as they do their magic, all matter will begin to sing to the same tune. And when it does, nothing will be as before, and we do mean that in a very literal sense. For no matter where you look, both within and without, everything you see or sense in any way is simply energy vibrating at a certain rate, and so, this dance of life that you still know how to do will finally be the one that will be enacted by all that exist on this planet, and not just by a handful, as it has been for so long.

For there have always been individuals like yourselves maintaining that frequency of life, no matter how dense and disconnected the majority of the inhabitants on this planet have been, and so, you will be the first to rejoice, for you will find company again after a long and solitary journey as one by one, thousands upon thousands of other souls will be joining in this joyous circle, dancing with joy, dancing with life, and dancing the very life back into this entire planet once again.

Welcome to the May Gathering around the Pond, Sunday May 4~ by Aisha North on May 3, 2014.

Beloved family of light! This Sunday, at 21:00 Oslo time, it is once again time for another Gathering around the Pond. It is exactly one year since we had our very first group meditation, and I think it is a perfect occasion to celebrate ourselves. For WE are the ones who are making this happen, WE are the ones who by allowing ourselves to soak up all of this light is making it pour out into the rest of this world, and WE are the ones who have made these Gatherings and this Pond grow into such a vibrant, loving source of light. So thank you dear brothers and sisters, you are shining examples for all by the way that you continue to shine your light no matter what challenges you face, and for the way you continue to share so generously of your LOVE! I am really looking forward to connecting with every single one of you during this Gathering, and in the time ahead. I know that you will all continue to shine your light as only you can :-)

Here is what The constant companions have to say about this Gathering:

“As you are perhaps already aware, these communal get-togethers that you stage monthly have been an ever increasing source of enlightenment, and not just for each individual partaking in these communal showers of light, but also for this planet of yours. This will perhaps not be news to any of you, but again, it bears repeating that what you accomplish by connecting collectively to this formidable grid that you have been so instrumental in setting up, is nothing short of magnificent. For through this grid, and indeed through your physical bodies runs such a powerful stream of enlightened particles, particles that will make their mark on anyone and anything they connect with. And so, not only will each one of you continue to benefit directly from what will be downloaded during these next couple of days, you will also keep benefiting indirectly from these heavenly messengers in the time ahead.

For just as ripples spread across the surface of a body of water, so too will these ripples of light continue to spread ever outwards from your little gathering place, and as such, this small spot where you all get together to pool your energies is in a matter of fact far, far larger than what you perhaps think. For as we have told you before, your sphere of influence has grown to such a degree, it is virtually world-encompassing by now, and what started out as small collection of pinpricks of light dotting your planet in a delicate filigree of light has grown into a huge and powerful web of light encompassing you all, and beyond.

For what you do, you do not do just for you, you do it for all, and again for this, we cannot thank you enough. For you have given all that you are to All of creation, and as such, you are indeed the providers of light to millions of souls on this planet, and without you, the light quotient on this planet would be a much feebler affair. For remember what you do here on a regular basis also dovetails with what many other groups such as this one do at other times and in other venues, and together, you form an impenetrable fortress of light that has already started to work its magic on those of your fellow men and women still unawares that work such as the one you are constantly engage in is happening at all on this planet. For the light that you so generously help to transmit reaches out far and wide, and every time you take time to sit down and truly focus this beam like you do on these monthly get-togethers, the effects of it will also increase manyfold.

And remember, you will all also benefit from this grand shower of light that will once again come your way – courtesy of you – and so, we think you will all find a way to be thankful for the gifts you keep giving by allowing yourself to receive these same contributions from above. For you are the ones that will make out the connection points between the incoming energies and your home, this blue planet swirling through space. And so, you are the ones that will make this planet take another huge step towards attaining that perfect, healthy glow that has been missing for such a long time, and alongside this planet, you will be the first ones to steep yourselves in the beautiful, peaceful bliss that this in turn will engender. For you are the pioneers in every way, and as such, you will also be amongst the first to savour the outcome from all of this hard work you have put down, not only for your own sake, but for everyone else’s too. For this is a collective effort in every sense of the word, and as you have once again agreed to take part in another of these collective get-togethers, you will also add your personal flavour to this brew of loving energy, and so, you will in many ways also put your hallmark on this occasion in some way. You are all individuals, deeply connected to all of the rest of the souls gathered here as a part of this human grid of lightworkers, but you are also one singular entity, unlike anyone else, and your frequential signature will interact with these incoming energies in a very unique way. So again, do not forget that your contribution will be unlike anyone else’s, and therefore, your experience during this event will also be unique, even if there will as usual be some overlapping memories shared between a number of you, enough to make you all see that this is truly a group effort. And so, what you will be bringing to this gathering will be unlike anyone else, and therefore, we ask you also to remember to thank yourself for being a part of this, and for adding your weight to the light end of the scale, helping it to tip ever faster in the direction of the light.

For you are indeed here to make this whole world, not just yourself, shine as if new,  and as such, you are already adding a large wattage to these proceeding just by your intent to take part in this. And remember, you will also be the beneficiary from this generous exchange of enlightened particles, so you need not worry that you will run dry. For the light that you help to spread out all over this globe will always pass through you first, and so, your thirst for enlightenment in every sense of the word will never go unquenched.

So take as deep a fill as you can, for the more you drink in, the more you help this grid to blaze ever brighter. So on behalf of All of creation it is once more our blessed duty to welcome you all to this informal but still very much formal occasion, where you will once again become the center of attention for so many light carrying messengers, all eager to find an open heart to be welcomed by. And we are certain they will have a whole host of you to choose between as usual. So as you sit down together this Sunday to greet these messengers from above, know that we will once more be present to watch in awe as you once again step up to the task of attracting the light into your very being, for then to make it all flow out into your beautiful, vibrant world that stands poised on the brink of coming into full flower once more.”

A short update on the energies~ by Aisha North on April 17, 2014.

"As many of you have already ascertained, this season is truly a season for change, and it is happening on multiple layers simultaneously. For as we have already stated in many previous messages, this is not a window dressing in any way, this is a profound and complete change, coming from the very core of your being and emanating further and further out within your sphere of influence. And when we say sphere of influence, we are referring to a much greater area than you perhaps envisage, for we refer to this entire world of yours.

For as your ability to connect has increased manyfold during only this last short period of time, so too has your ability to have a beneficial impact on the world around you increased. And so, you are no longer a solitary island, confined within a small bubble of energetic membrane, there to keep you safely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the outer world. Now, you are a true member of the galactic forces, the ones that have an influence on anything and anyone around you. For now, you vibrate at a frequency that cannot be contained in any way, especially not by any layer of denser energies, no matter how thick they cover the ground. For as you have perhaps already seen, this thick fog of old miasma still lingering in pockets here and there on your globe is wasting no time in trying to impart their foul smelling excretions far and wide. But just as any smell, no matter how penetrating, will always dissipate no matter how overpowering it seems, this loud noise will also soon fade away.

For this rattling of old skeletons, this last minute panicky scrambling of old phantoms is merely a show for the masses, an act put on in vain in order to try to convince you that this dense fog of old and outdated ideas are more substantial than the flimsy little mock-ups they truly are. You see, the old forces are already draining away as they are being compressed further and further into their last corners by the expansion from the incoming light, and by the expansion of all of you.

For you are no longer a local force to be reckoned with, you are all truly a global force to be reckoned with. Not simply by the fact that your mere numbers are increasing, but also by the fact that your energetic fields have become so vast by now, you are casting your light far wider than what you can see. And yes, we do mean that in a very literal way, as your energetic influence is so far reaching now, it is actually global on an individual scale. And what do we mean by that? The fact is, as you have all acted in a way that has enabled this brand new frequential layer to be superimposed over the old, far less powerful one, you have also enabled this field to work in a very different manner. For you individually also carry the same frequency as the whole grid put together, and as such, you are a complete whole even if you are a fraction. And so, what you bring with you, is the entirety of the field, not just “your” piece of it. For as you put this whole new grid together, you did this in a way that also acted as a fragmentation. In other words, the singularity that you used to be is no longer, for this “singularity” that was you as an individual, has been split up in such a way, it has created a sort of “energetic soup” composed of all of the different fragments of each and every one of you. And it you compare this vast field of energy to a pot of soup, you can compare some of the energetic emissions coming in from the outer worlds as a sort of cosmic blender that has stirred this soup up in such a way, all of the old fragmentations has become a brand new composition of ONEness.

We know these words may seem to be rather confusing, but what we are trying to convey, is simply this: as you have all managed to connect to this new grid, you also disconnected from the old existence, where each and every one of you were considered as separate energy fields. And as you entered this whole new gravitational field, you also relinquished the old ideas of “yours” and “mine”, and you become I or 1 to use a numeral you are more familiar with. For the English way of referring to your self, the capital I, is also the old way of referring to the number 1, so what looks like the same, could in fact not be more different. In other words, “I” look the same, but now I have become “1″ as in ONE.

Let us leave it at that, and leave you to ponder the meaning of these somewhat confusing capitals and numerals, and we once again ask you to do so in the comfort of your own space. For there we are most certain you will find the truth of this message to be the new I, the 1, the one and only composed of ALL."
