INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Use your own technique to bring yourself to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation to spread love and light throughout all of planet Earth, unifying all lightworkers in their collective intention to bring abundance, beauty, truth, and love to all people – and an end to division, suffering and war.
3. Visualize a pillar of Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, then going through all points of Light inside our Solar System and then through your body to the center of the Earth.
4. Visualize another pillar of Light rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy. You are now sitting in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.
5. Now visualize this Light as a rainbow vortex, expanding throughout the whole Earth and then throughout the whole Solar System, dissolving the control system and bringing happiness, abundance, and expanded consciousness to all beings on Earth.
6. Visualize healing – and an end to all violence – for the Earth and all her people, as well as for all fauna, flora, mineral, and devic kingdoms that share the Earth with us. Visualize people in all conflict zones on the Earth – North Korea, Venezuela, Syria, Congo, the Ukraine – laying down their weapons and embracing each other as brothers and sisters.
7. Visualize full disclosure and release of all information to all people on the planet – information about the secret space programs, the presence of extra-terrestrials, advanced technologies, and the manipulation of the world’s governments and finances – so that the people of Earth are empowered to take peaceful and decisive action according to their fully informed free will.
8. Visualize all human beings enjoying their full abilities – fully psychic, fully telepathic, capable of astral travel, bilocation, psychokinesis, and more. Visualize full communication with our brothers and sisters from the stars.
9. Visualize all humans working with the Earth Grids, the New Atlantis Grids, the Violet Flame of St. Germaine, and the White Fire of AN to heal and restore our beautiful Planet Earth.

Rare Astrology: All Planets Are Moving Direct From December 25th to January 5th
Beginning December 25th, 2015 with Uranus stationing direct, all major planets in our solar system will be moving direct/forward.
Stephanie Tetra Forest, who is the first known astrologer first to publish articles, teach online courses and present slide show lectures on both the occurrence and potential of APDM.
Stephanie states, “Now, here in this moment, from our geo-centric view, our entire solar system, moving together, in the same direction, like a flowing cosmic river, all traveling towards this one direction. From the position of the Sun or Earth’s perspective, All Planets in Direct Motion represents an organic, holistic, synchronous, harmonious group passage through the endless universe. “
Stephanie goes on to write, “ An APDM cycle is definitely one of hope for the future. It’s uniquely a time where the earth’s perspective becomes like the Sun.
Where the vibration of the solar system can provide an extraordinary kind of cosmic assistance to any endeavor created to benefit, rather than to hinder, human life on earth. Where the whole planet can be energized by cosmic fuel rather than fossil fuels.
With our solar system moving about 600,000 mph, with this kind of speed and power, maybe it takes just one molecule of APDM sunlight to transfer a new kind of sustainable solar system energy to the earth without harm to natural life on earth. Velocity, acceleration and movement are all intrinsically related to All Planets in Direct Motion.”
Uranus will begin this cycle on December 25th, 2015 and will end on January 5th, 2016 when Mercury stations retrograde. With these two planets starting and ending this cycle, Stephanie suggests the potential goes up for new discoveries when Uranus leads the event, which includes science, astronomy/astrology, technology, national social systems, potential for instant massive deep genuine heartfelt global peace and harmony for all beings on Earth. This could also bring a sudden, shocking communication leak that leads to massive, positive changes on our Earth.
Above all, during that time Stephanie suggests to be mindful at every moment of the possibility of an awesome breakthrough towards world harmony and peaceful tolerance amongst all cultures on Earth.
There could even be a moment of acceptable alien communications.
Who will be contacted is part of the unknown mystery.
Manifestations can be quickened during this time. Coming together in groups to do such things is also a great way to use this beautiful and empowering astrological energy. Synchronized global meditations are a great way to participate.

I think it's a good time to share words of wisdom from Sierra Neblina's Facebook page.
Knowing
and understanding what has transpired in France and elsewhere is one
thing; getting sucked into fear and negativity is quite another.
We, as conscious Beings, have a choice, and I believe Sierra is correct.
Adding to the hate and violence--even in thought---only feeds the fire. We need to retain our detached positions of observation and feed the Light, instead, with positive intentions.
We
are close to the resolution of this global problem. We know our Star
Families are here to support us---there's ample proof of that---but they
can only do so much at this point.
As Drake reminded us on his show last Wednesday, they don't like being shot at---so VISUAL disclosure is a ways off.
WE have to take responsibility for our current situation until the cabal is rendered impotent and the game changes.
Let
us do whatever we can to advance toward the end of the suffering and
our final liberation, and resist their attempts to distract us from what
we came here to do.
The
talking heads are very skilled in that regard, as this cartoon reminds
us. Distraction has been so easy, but as the numbers of the Awakened
swell, we are equipped to counteract their efforts.
For
those who think this kind of talk is new-age woo-woo, please consider
that you have been deceived in every possible way as to the nature of
the world you live in, as you may just be discovering now.
The truth about everything
has been hidden to render you powerless to take your destiny into your
own hands. The wonders of who you are have been smothered and strangled
until you've almost given up hope.
You HAVE the power to change what IS; and together, unified, we can bring great change.
The power of mass meditation has long been documented, and we cannot afford to ignore its benefits.
When
I ponder it---I get delightful images of the Na'vi people in the movie
'Avatar', linked and swaying in perfect unison as their voices rose in
their healing meditation.

Welcome to the Solstice Gathering around the Pond, Sunday December 21
Dear family of light! We are approaching a pivotal point of the year, and the CCs have asked us to have a special Solstice Gathering around the Pond this Sunday at 21:00 Oslo time. Here is what the CCs wanted to share about it:
“And so it is that we ask you once again to come together to pool your resources the way that only you can do, and this time it is indeed for a very special occasion. For this time, we ask you all to come together to mark the turning point that is approaching, and no, we are not simply referring to the one that concerns your planet’s movement around the Sun, we are also referring to something far, far vaster than this. For this time, you will all get the chance to be a part of something that is not simply another twice yearly astronomical occurrence, for this time, it is all about adding your weight – or light – to this already tipping scale, in a way that will ensure another quickening of the process.
Let us explain. We know by now that it has not escaped anyone’s attention that these last few weeks have had more than the usual energetical adjustments, and rightly so. For this year has been all about shifting not simply into a new level, but also about making sure that you all get perfectly poised to literally dive fully into the New. And we are not just referring to 01.01.15, for this is something that does not adhere to any specific date as such. For this time, you are all already fully immersed in this huge turnaround that will reach its climax in the very near future, and so, it is not by accident that we call upon you to perform this extra get-together at this unusual time. For these are indeed unusual circumstances, and once again what you are about to take part in, is something that will go above and beyond what any one of you have taken part in before.
Yes, we speak in familiar words and phrases, but again, you are true pioneers in every sense of the word. So as you continue the preparations that this extra special get-together brings with it, know that you will all be literally accompanied all the way to the door, or rather, threshold. For every step you take now, is one that carries a lot of extra weight, and even if your days may seem to be filled with just trivia, or you might even feel as if disconnected from anything that might carry the label energetic activity, know that this is not the case. For this time, the preparations started early, and so, you are all already very much an active participant in this upcoming Gathering, whether you decide to take the time to sit down and connect at the stipulated hour or not. For remember, this is in every way a multi faceted event that carries through a multitude of timelines, and as such, it has already come to pass, and so, what you will do now, will in many ways be like adding that final stamp of approval to it. In other words, fear not that any of you will miss out on anything whether you choose to take an “active part” in this or not, for your higher self has already chosen the role you will embody. And know too that whatever it is, it will once again be a role that carries much significance, no matter how small or how immense the imprints of these events will register as they unfold. For you are all indispensable cogs in this huge and complex construction that has already served to sever this entire planet from the old anchors of fear and despair, and the forward momentum you have allowed the collective to acquire by your former actions will now once again be speeded up exponentially.
For this is all about energetics of course, and just like when the Sun shines through a lens, the focal point will increase the potency of the light immensely, and once again, this will be your role. For you will act as a fulcrum, one that will serve to intensify the impact of the incoming light to such a degree, it will become almost blinding in its intensity. This may sound like a negative trait, but it is not, it is more akin to a soaring pillar of light that will serve to cauterize any lingering traces of the “old density infections” if we may use such words. Not just in you, but also in a sufficient number of resident souls so that you once again ensure that critical mass will be assured.
And so, we ask you all to take some time before this upcoming event to sit with yourself for a while, so you can have a chance to listen in to that inner conversation that is already taking place. For you are all already busy taking on the forerunners of this energetic mass movement, and as such, the outer distractions will as usual also mount accordingly. As they say, for every action there is a reaction, so too this time, as will be amply demonstrated to those having the urge to take a look at the outside world. In other words, the incoming light is already busy at work and buttons are being pushed left, right and center in all those still resisting the chance to step fully into the light. Just remember that any external noise is once again a testament to the activation already taking place, so make sure that you do not get waylaid by any of these attempts at outside intervention. Rather, take extra care to step away from the hubbub, for at this time of year, it is apt to reach fever pitch any way because the approaching holiday season.
For now, your role as an enlightened being will once again be taken to a level that will make you all in some way notice the increased intensity, but at the same time, it will also bring with it a level of joy that far surpasses anything that you may associate even with this time of the year. For this year, Christmas will come early, but it will do so in a way that is more linked to the esoteric impact of it, and not the commercial denotation it has acquired over the years. In other words, this upcoming period will be designated as a period of enlightenment in a way that have not been witnessed before, at least, not on a mass scale. For now, you will all have your share of the more than generous gifts of light that will bestowed upon All, and thanks to you, these gifts will also be distributed in such a way, the effects of them will continue to multiply in a rippling effect that can only be likened to a tsunami of love of the most wondrous kind. So again we say a heartfelt thank you to every single one of you. For you are more than magnificent, and the work you do is something that is truly invaluable, not just to the inhabitants of this planet, but to All of creation. So know that the time for celebration is coming close, and it is doing so at top speed, so there will be many a jubilant choir breaking into joy-filled thanksgivings in the very near future, and your contribution to all of this will literally make thousands of spirits soar even higher.”

Today you will once again enter another phase that will bring with it
even more acceleration of this process, and through what you
accomplished during that last sitting if we may call it that, or your
monthly get-together to be more precise, you already stand perfectly
poised to receive the blessings that will be coming your way by means of
certain celestial events that some of you may already be aware of.

Let us explain. As we told you beforehand, this communal get-together
that you participated in just two days ago was indeed another important
event, one that allowed you to open yourselves up in a very literal way

Welcome to the October Gathering around the Pond, Sunday October 5 | Aisha North
"Dear family of light!
Once again the energies seem to have to amplified considerably over the last couple of days, just in time for our monthly Gathering around the Pond. For tomorrow at 21:00 Oslo time we have the opportunity to come together as a collective for another one of our powerful group meditations, and this is what the CCs have to say about it:
“By now everything has accelerated to such a degree, we gather that many of you will feel hard pressed to keep track of it all, and even more so of the continuation of time. For now, you will all feel the shifts happening on such a vast scale, the time in itself will constitute a great part of these changes. Be that as it may, the time has once again rolled around another circle, and you are once again at a juncture in your lives that you have designated for another one of those get-togethers that serve to serve you all in so many different ways, while at the same time, these occasions serve to underpin this whole process of transformation even more so. And as you face another one of these communal get-togethers that you have been staging for quite a while now, you also face another chance to speed up this process even more, and so too the concept and indeed the actual rolling out of time. For as you sit down to connect, you will once again fire up another set of cylinders if you will in this gargantuan machine of change, a machine that is fuelled by the light, but that is entirely enabled by your willingness to serve as the all important mechanism that is the real hub that this entire operation literally circles around. For without you, everything would indeed come to a standstill in every sense of the word, and now, as you once again have taken it upon to you bring another level of this whole operation into action, we can only add our well deserved praise to this whole congregation of enlightened souls.
For your ability to speed up this process by what you allow to be transported through your physical vehicle has been increased to such a degree, you will once again kick start another important series of events just by your willingness to take some time to put your collective focus on this process. And so, we will once again extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for bringing in so much more fuel to this blazing fire by your very presence on these shores, and by your own decision to literally become one with this process of change. For again, it was up to each and every one of you to choose your involvement this time around, and the choice you made before you even came into being in this current physical embodiment was to give a resounding yes to All of creation when you were asked about your willingness to come in and be the firestarters we asked you to be. For the fire that has been burning in the very center of your being, hidden out of sight for such a long time, has now finally started to blaze brightly, and as you once again come together to pool those hidden resources of yours in a very new way, you will make that inner fire catch hold in so many more all around this planet.
For you set the example for everyone that has that inner urge to find their own way out of the shadows they have been lingering in for so many lifetimes, and now, as the shadows seem to lengthen and the days continue to shorten on vast stretches of your planet, that inner fire of yours will be such a welcome sight. So again we say know that you are so important in this whole process, and the light that you not only help to carry, but also take such care to spread around so generously is starting to take hold in places that up until now have been looked upon as almost impenetrable. But thanks to you, the circle around your fire is ever increasing, and after this upcoming collective session of enlightened co-creation, that light will continue to blaze ever brighter in the very heart of mankind, and in the heart of your planet.
For remember, you are are not taking part in an isolated event, for what you do is so closely linked to the procession of similar events taking place on this planet, and every single one of them serve to strengthen all of the others in an intricately linked line of fires that continuously grow in strength and stature, like blazing beacons signalling from every single mountaintop on this planet. And the signal they are sending out is the same: the time has come to stand up and breathe the fresh air of freedom, the time has come to step away from the old yokes of yesteryear and to walk boldly forward, fuelled by the knowledge that the light you see flickering on the horizon is simply the first signal of what is to come. For these fires, although small and innocuous looking to some, are in fact the opposite. They are just the first ones breaking through the surface from that all-encompassing blazing cauldron of light that has finally been uncovered beneath your very feet.
For you have helped to set free the inner fires, not just within you, but also within your planet, and now, more and more cracks will begin to appear in that old crust that has been trying to keep it all doused down for eons. But now, it will no longer be contained, not within you nor within your own planet, and together you will all begin to blaze in such a way, it will ignite not just the hope but also the passion in so many others and soon they too will be blazing brightly by your side.
So once again we say on behalf of All of creation, thank you for allowing your inner fire to take hold, and thank you for allowing that inner fire to come to the surface. For in doing just that, you are helping to set your entire planet free, and you are helping to relight the fires in every single soul inhabiting this planet with you. And together you will make this happen by the simple act of connecting like you do this Sunday and every single day afterwards. For the fires that will be lit this time around will never go out, they will simply continue to grow ever larger and ever brighter.”
Thank you to each and every one of you for adding your “fuel” to this fire! I am so looking forward to see you all blaze away on Sunday when we once again come together to add even more light and more love to this planet :-)
