Once again, we will review some of our teachings from the past to assist you to understand the complex Journey of the Soul every human Being is in the midst of, whether it be at an entry level of awareness or as an advanced Self-master on the Path. There comes a time when the Soul has reached the furthermost point of Its experience in separation, fragmentation of Self and the co-cocreative process within the lower physical realms. The Soul entity is then ready to begin the process of “reunification and integration” for the current cosmic round of Creation. The Soul-Self is gradually infused with a Divine discontent which slowly filters into the consciousness of the human mind. Hopefully, that is when the human entity begins to turn inward, to tame the ego personality and reconnect with the Soul, the resident OverSoul/Higher-Self, as well as with the multiple Facets of Its greater Self. Humanity is in the midst of a mass awakening. A transformation of mass proportions has begun, which involves a global, galactic and Sub-Universal reunion – the beginning of an ascension into a heightened state of Creator/Spirit-infused consciousness. At a cosmic level, the Supreme Creator is now sending down the radiance of itself via the Great Central Suns, which is being filtered down upon Earth in great bursts of Cosmic White Fire Essence of Life, through the Sacred Heart Core of our Father/Mother God, by way of the Sun of this solar system. Your Higher OverSoul-Self could be described as an etheric White Fire Memory Seed Atom of pulsating Life Force energy, which is composed of many smaller Seed Atoms containing your Divine Blueprint for this Sub-Universe. The portion of your Soul-Self that you have embodied (according to your energetic signature) resides within the Sacred Heart, along with your multi-faceted Diamond Core God Cell. Your Diamond Core God Cell contains the Twelve Rays of God Consciousness for this Sub-Universe: the virtues, qualities, aspects and talents that you are seeking to activate once more so that you may become the proficient cocreator that you were designed to be on the material planes of consciousness. The Soul may be only a small Spark /Facet of Life within the heart area of those who are still ensnared in the illusion of the lower Dimensions. However, as it blooms and blossoms into its full dynamic power, it expands and becomes the “Solar Heart Center,” which encompasses the solar plexus, the heart, and the thymus and throat area. In the past it was called the Three-Fold Flame, and the heart has been called the Seat of the Soul. The Soul communicates to you via both your emotional and your mental bodies: the emotions through the heart center, and with the mind via the pineal gland, thereby igniting the Seed Packets of Light Wisdom stored within the higher vibrational portions of the brain called the “Sacred Mind.” When the connection is complete, the physical vessel begins to reap the rewards by way of better health and vitality, as well as a deeper connection with your Body Elemental. We tell you emphatically that you cannot become a lost Soul or lose your connection with the Creator. You may lose your way, and you may become diminished in Creator Light, but your Soul is immortal and can never be lost or destroyed. You save yourself from pain, suffering and the illusion of being disconnected from the Creator through the integration of your Soul, the multiple Facets of your Higher-Self, and your personal God Ray. The mass consciousness belief structure of the past is slowly being replaced with Lighter, more refined and liberating thought forms of the new Divine Plan. It is important that you understand that there are many levels on the spiral of ascension – it is never-ending – as Creation ebbs, flows and evolves. At a cosmic or Omniversal level, you are Spirit, a Facet or a White Fire Memory Seed Atom of Divine Essence sent forth from the heart core of the Supreme Creator. At that level, you are fully conscious of who you are and of your connection with the Supreme Creator; you are aware of and know your “I AM” identity. At the Universal and Sub-universal levels, you are a Divine cocreator, once more sent forth on a great refracted Ray of Light to manifest worlds without end in the name of our Father/Mother God. You are aware of the overall Divine plan for this Sub-universe and the part you are to play in it; however, you may or may not remember your origins or identity at a cosmic level. As Spirit, which we call your “God Ray,” you are a great Being of Light who also sent forth Facets or sub-rays of yourself, leaving OverSouls or parts of your Essence in different dimensions, galaxies, star systems and worlds throughout this Sub-Universe. In turn, each of these great OverSouls also sent forth Sparks or Soul Fragments of their Essence. The current you, now incarnated in a physical body on planet Earth, is one of those Soul Sparks who agreed to journey forth into the unknown void, to create diverse worlds, to inhabit them, and then to experience what you helped to create so that your unique experiences can be incorporated into the universal consciousness and ultimately into the Cosmic Mind. When your physical vessel was first created, the Etheric Body sent forth billions of tiny Elemental Sparks throughout the bodily form. These Elemental Sparks were programmed to convey the Adamantine Particles of Light (the gift of life) to all the different parts of the body: the organs, the blood stream, muscles, tissue and bone structure (much as the Nature Elementals transmit the Adamantine Particles of Sun Light to all of the Nature Kingdom, and any Facets of Creation which are not ensouled with a Sacred Seed Atom of Creator Consciousness). The master teachers of the past often made reference to the Human Body Elemental and the Etheric Body or Etheric Web. The deep, esoteric teachings of the past were often written so that only the most advanced students on the Path could decipher the true meaning of the lessons. It is time that those teachings are revealed, upgraded and simplified so that all serious Souls on the Path of ascension can understand, and then gradually integrate them in order to expand their conscious awareness. Gaining the advanced knowledge and then integrating the wisdom from the universal teachings of the higher realms are vital components in the process of ascension. The ancient teachings state that your physical bodies were originally created from etheric substance. You first came to Earth in your radiant crystalline form, and gradually over many ages you developed your beautiful physical body from the Adam/Eve Kadmon Divine Blueprint for this Sub-universe. The distortions began as you sank into the density of the lower Fourth and the higher sub-levels of the Third Dimensions. The ego desire body gradually took control of the mental and emotional bodies, thereafter, in each lifetime less and less of your OverSoul consciousness embodied in your Diamond Core God Cell within your Sacred Heart. That process is now being reversed. In addition to the four recognized elements – fire, water, earth and air – ether is said to be the fifth element, thus comes the term “etheric.” The Etheric Body or Etheric Web, which is much finer in substance than the earthly body, refers to the invisible counterpart of the physical body. It holds the blueprint for your three lower-physical bodies (physical, mental and emotional). It is sometimes called the “memory body,” for it sustains and vitalizes the material form. It is susceptible to your thoughts and emotions, both positive and negative. Disease or debilitation occurs first in the Etheric Body and then gradually infiltrates into the physical vessel. The Etheric Body sustains and vitalizes the components of the physical body, and it controls the digestive and assimilation processes. It also repairs the damage in the physical body caused by the wear and tear of living in the Third- / Fourth-Dimensional density. There was a failsafe program encoded within the Etheric Body so that when you sank so deeply into the density, and you were nearly to the point of self-destruction, your Body Elemental Memory Seed Atoms went into a semi-dormant state – they have remained in that state for thousands of years. Just as you are awakening to your true nature and your Divine state of Being, so is your Body Elemental consciousness. It is gradually beginning to respond to your positive affirmations and the higher frequencies of Light you are integrating. It is vitally important that you understand that there are subatomic dark crystals throughout the bodily form of everyone who resonates to the lower frequency thought forms. These crystals are packed with negative waste material created and recreated over many lifetimes, some of which are inherited negative patterns that you brought with you into the physical form to heal. The subconscious mind – your subjective mind – is part of the Etheric Body consciousness, and it records and stores everything you experience, what you see, hear, think and feel emotionally. The subconscious mind takes everything literally, and it does not matter if you have experienced an event or just imagined it vividly, the subconscious mind registers it as fact. That is why it is so important to change negative, debilitating, past memories into positive memories. Your thoughts and intentions resonate to specific frequencies, and by changing the frequency patterns you project through the use of will power and conscious effort, you will gradually create the life, physical health and circumstances you desire. You will become aware of your physical body consciousness as your Body Elemental wakes up, so to speak, and begins to work harmoniously with you to gradually correct all the miscreations you have created in your bodily form due to erroneous thoughts. Over time, you will gradually become more sensitive to your Body Elemental’s signals. Your body cells are all conscious to one degree or another. Some are disharmonious and create chaos and discomfort within, while others resonate in harmony, thereby vibrating at a higher frequency and conveying a sense of balance and well-being. Metabolizing Light is an important, intricate process that is necessary for your well-being. You might say that you have been on a starvation diet of half-spectrum God Light. Your trillions of bodily cells must relearn how to recognize and utilize Light as a vital energy source. The reality of the senses or physical body consciousness: When you are in the flow of Spirit, you will exist very lightly in your body, often with no pain or discomfort. You may experience some diminished bodily sensations, except within the Solar Power Center and especially within the deep Sacred Heart area, where you will gradually begin to feel loving bliss and joy as they blaze forth from our Mother/Father God. More and more frequently you will experience a great sense of well-being, harmony and peace. Brave hearts, we ask you to study what we have revealed to you over the years, and to endeavor to get the universal schematic we have created firmly established within your mind so that you will be able to understand and implement the next phase of the wondrous cosmic events which are unfolding before your eyes. * YOUR GOAL IS TO INTEGRATE THE HIGHER MENTAL BODY, WHICH IS YOUR EN-LIGHTEN-ED HIGHER SELF FOR THIS ROUND OF EVOLUTION. * IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, YOU MUST BRING THE EGO DESIRE BODY INTO ALIGNMENT WITH YOUR SOUL’S DESIRES. * YOU CAN USE FORCE AND RESIST OR YOU CAN TAP INTO THE TRANSFORMING POWER OF LOVE. * STRIVE TO TAP INTO THE WILL-POWER OF SELF-MASTERY, WHICH IS THE COMBINED WISDOM OF YOUR SACRED HEART, SACRED MIND AND YOUR OVERSOUL / HIGHER SELF. * SPIRIT WITHOUT MATTER IS MOTIONLESS. MATTER WITHOUT SPIRIT IS LIFELESS. * YOU ARE PASSING FROM A TIME-ORIENTED, LINEAR WORLD INTO A TIMELESS, FLUID REALITY. My brave ones, we know there can be much pain, discomfort and fear as you move through these accelerated processes which are causing the dramatic changes now taking place throughout your world. Know that together we will overcome all adversity. Our mission is to open the way for any dear Soul who expresses a desire to return to harmony. Know that each of you is making a difference. When you doubt, need inspiration or strength, come into your personal, etheric pyramid of Light in the Fifth-Dimension, and we will give you courage, lift you up and inspire you. When you feel lonely or unloved, move into your Sacred Heart center, and we will be waiting there to fill you with the radiant love of our Mother/Father God. Ronna Vezane: Archangel Michael September 2019 Message: THE JOURNEY OF THE SOUL
Tuesday, January 5, 2016
THE ORACLE REPORT: Tuesday, January 5, 2016
"SNOW SWAN IN PRAYER"
from Wise owl Kristina in Oregon
Third Quarter Moon Phase: revise, realign
Moon in Scorpio
Aspect of the Aeon Sophia (Wisdom): Tara, Goddess Who Guides Through Troubles; Dhumavati, Goddess Who Sorts and Winnows
Aspect of the Aeon Thelete (Will/Desire): Elias, God of the West, God of Transformation
Skill: reconnect with and "ground" your body
True Alignments: patience with challenges, overcoming, seeing truth, understanding a mystery, puzzle, or something that has eluded us, self-care, self-discipline, regeneration, vitality, coordinating, contentment, opening the field of creativity, enthusiastic about something, study, like-minded people drawn together
Catalysts for Change: challenges and frustration with plans/interpersonal relationships/ communications/electronics (something is trying to be rectified or revised), rushing forward while things are still in process, base level gratification, maligning others, unimaginative, sucking off others' energy, narcissism, undisciplined, self-neglect, attempts to control narratives
Sabian Symbol for the Solar-Lunar Month: "in winter, people cutting ice from a frozen pond for use in summer" (preparing, seeing ahead)
Sabian Symbol for the Solar-Lunar Year: "the music of the spheres" (recalibration/re-tuning of consciousness)
Mercury stations retrograde today at the degree of "an unexpected thunderstorm," while the Sun and Pluto come together at the degree of "school grounds filled with boys and girls in gym suits."
The energetics are intense when the Sun and Pluto come together, and the day a planet stations retrograde (or appears to move backward in the sky), is usually fraught with challenges with travel, communications, telecommunications, electronics, and other mechanical devices. The lowest common denominator of demented, archontically-possessed minds crawl out from the underworld. People tend to act ugly and say ugly things because they feel powerless and threatened.
However, the Earth, Gaia Sophia, where we look to wisdom, is located at the degree of "a man studying an ancient mandala in front of him with the help of a very ancient book." What does the book of the Sabian symbols, the revived collection of ancient knowledge, tell us about the puzzle of today?
The wisdom of the Sabian symbols tell us that the divine inner feminine and the divine inner masculine join together and come in from the storm today. Gym class moves from outside on school grounds, to inside the school. We turn away from whatever is storming on the outside and come in to the warmth of the inner space, united within ourselves, and united with others. We watch the madness of the storm from a place of wisdom, together.
Venus agrees, as the planet is discharging the energy of "deep within the depths of the Earth, new elements are being formed." The old ways and paradigms are shifting from the ground up - from the grassroots up. Those who consider themselves lofty and above the rest of us (elite unto themselves) are uprooted by this dynamic and brought into the light of day. Dark deeds and agendas are called out. This is the way nature intends it.
The Sabian symbol of the boys and girls in gym suits reminds us to reconnect and revitalize our physical bodies. This is particularly true now (and has been since April 18, 2015), as our bodies are catching up and adjusting to the changed level of consciousness. A winnowing is occurring, Wisdom Goddess Dhumavati-style, to rectify what is out of alignment. People, places, and things are sorted and separated in order to sift out the archontic energy. We understand that people are "acting out" with the lower octave of the astrology because they are immersed in their own fears and under the control of something outside of themselves.
What now appears as divide and conquer will only result in a more healthy, functioning organism. In a sense, a mass "anti-biotic" (anti-archontic) is flushing out anything that is antithetical to life. Anti-Thelete, anti will and desire of humanity, I might add. So we understand that it is very important to care for our physical bodies under the shift, especially today.
What elements are developing deep within the depths of you today? Is it a whirlwind of insight, creativity, compassion, and love? This would be the Earth Goddess' intention. She offers us her wisdom, from deep within her psyche. As the outer world rages with storms of archons gone wild, we seek the comfort of our deep connection with the Earth. We are united, not separated. Divide and conquer fails. Truth and love prevails.

Unlearning Self-Loathing That’s Passed Down Through Generations By Vironika Tugaleva | Tiny Buddha
Woman Alone at Night
Unlearning Self-Loathing That’s Passed Down Through GenerationsBy Vironika Tugaleva | Tiny Buddha
“Embrace and love your body. It is the most amazing thing you will ever own.” ~Unknown
The first time I made myself throw up to feel skinny, I was five years old. My grandmother still loves to tell this story—she thinks it’s funny.
The story goes like this: I tell my grandmother my stomach feels sick. She rubs my belly. I tell her it still hurts. She asks me if I want to try the “potion.” I say, “Yes.”
The “potion,” as I realized in an unrelated context in my early twenties, was syrup of Ipecac—a strong vomit inducer. I should mention this was back in the Ukraine. My grandmother uses no such potion now and neither does most of the populace—I hope.
So, there I go drinking a whole glass. I vomit. Ten minutes later, I’m in front of the mirror, hiking up my dress to look at my stomach, saying, “Don’t I look pretty? Don’t I look thin?”
My grandmother almost rolls onto the floor laughing. She’s laughing because this little kid pulled the wool over her eyes, because my stomach didn’t really hurt. Because I’d conned her.
How could this woman, who’s from the old country, who had to share a loaf of bread with nine of her siblings, possibly understand the reasoning or the danger of throwing up your food on purpose?
Fast forward ten years, I’ve got a full blown eating disorder. I just wonder what my grandmother would have said if she’d have walked in on me, sitting on my bedroom floor, at age fifteen, surfing a pro-mia website, shoving a salt-covered wooden spoon down my throat to see if it made me gag easier.
Never in a million years would she imagine what I’d been doing and why.
My mother, however, is a different story. And so am I.
I remember, when I was about four, my mom dropping me off on my grandmother’s step warning her not to feed me too much. That would have been the worst thing—if I gained weight. My mother took many precautions to make sure this did not happen.
Of course, my grandmother didn’t listen.
And so, the precautions turned to problems. My mother’s worst fear had become a reality.
I still remember the fury with which she scolded me when she found stashed food in my room, the anger in her eyes as she tried grabbed onto my fat and my senses, trying desperately to make me understand—she was trying to help me.
No one wants a fat girl.
I remember watching her go on and off diets. I remember watching from around the corner as she put on her makeup, her creams, her mask. I remember the way she’d talk about herself as if she were an old house that she was trying to renovate, although the wood had rotten and fallen through the cracks.
I found out later much later that, although my one grandmother wouldn’t know a thing about that kind of thinking, my late grandmother, my mom’s mom, was like my mother and me. She had learned the ways of self-loathing.
It was like something happened to the women on my mom’s side of the family that didn’t happen to my dad’s side, like a program had been downloaded into our heads that said: “No one likes a fat, ugly girl, and you are one.”
In her TED talk about lexicography, Erin McKean mentions something she calls “The Ham Butt Problem.”
The Ham Butt Problem goes something like this: a woman’s cooking a ham for her family and she cuts a huge piece of butt off and throws it out. Her son sees her doing it and asks, “Why do you do that?” She answers, “Well, I don’t know, I guess because my mother always did it this way.”
So, woman calls her mother and asks her, “Mom, why’d you cut the butt off the ham when you made it?” The mother says, “Well, I don’t know, my mother did it this way.” So, both women, full of curiosity now, call grandma and ask her the same question.
Grandma laughs and says, “My pan was too small.”
And so, I learned to put on makeup, fret over my blemishes, buy creams for my face, creams for my thighs, and creams for my arms.
I learned to go on and off diets. I learned to feel ugly all the time, except when I’d put on my mask and protect myself from my horrible, natural appearance. I did what I saw done. I cut the butt off my ham because my mother cut the butt off hers.
By the time I was twenty-three, I had dyed hair, dyed eyebrows, and a whole closet full of shape-altering clothes. I had problems with addiction, co-dependent relationships, anxiety, and self-hatred so serious that it ended me up hearing voices and feeling suicidal.
Cutting the butt off my ham almost killed me.
As I picked up the broken pieces of my life, trying to put them back together, I realized that everything was too broken to glue back together. I had to start over.
And as I looked at those broken pieces lying there, I realized suddenly that all of the pain and self-destruction I had brewed in my life for almost twenty years had the same source. It was that program—that self-loathing thinking that I’d inherited from at least two generations.
As I learned to see myself in a different light, I realized the pure ignorance of that kind of thinking. How ungrateful is it to say that nature doesn’t know how to make beauty? Doesn’t nature make sunsets and rainbows and beaches? Nature made me. How could I say that was ugly? Who was I to judge?
And so, I learned to fall deeply in love with my reflections, not because of my flaws and not despite them, but because this body is a gift, because beauty is the signature of all living thing, because I am a tiny piece of the universe; how can that not be beautiful?
The more I’ve liberated myself from this programming, the more I’ve looked around at the women in my generation and felt a deep yearning to heal their pain.
They, too, are carrying the burdens of this cultural programming on their shoulders, never realizing that they’re only suffering because they were taught to suffer. There is no good reason to hate our bodies, no matter how they look.
There is no reason to spend our lives in this kind of desperate, self-hating pain.
I think that self-acceptance is the modern-day revolution, because self-loathing is modern-day oppression. I honestly believe that each person who realizes his or her own beauty changes the world.
I already know I’ve changed the world. I know because, one day, I’ll have a daughter who will watch me looking at myself in the mirror. And when she spies on me from behind the corner, as I once spied on my mother, she will not learn to be upset at her backside and to nitpick at her blemishes. She’ll learn to smile, look in her eyes, and greet her best friend.
And that, more than anything else, is what really makes a difference.

Canary Islands: Today, a brillant and extremely hot and stingy sun on a blue, very slightly misty sky. Very unusual, because it is November.
After a deep and rather full morning, I lay on my bed in the afternoon, tired, wanting to sleep.
I fall in a kind of lucid dreaming.
A sudden energetic push, tangibly felt in my back in the heart region, catapults me into another dimension. It did literally feel like a “push”, and I was suddenly somewhere else. In an altered state of consciousness. New rooms of consciousness are opening. The body is involved. The body is flooded with currents of light and new information. As the frequency changes, also the quality of consciousness changes. It is like being pushed into the next higher dimension. There I do not notice “things”, just another form of beingness, currents of new energies and substance.
I have still a body, although it is pure energy. But everything is different. The old Matrix is not there. There is full heart-freedom in new and refreshing chambers of beingness, and a new higher and deeper octave of experience and expansion as a physical being.
I also know that is is not a personal experience merely, based on just my individual state of spiritual development. These individual spiritual experiences have been so far of a completely different nature. They have nothing to do with the body in itself, although light and energy might be rushing through it which often expands in exquisite sublimity. So I know the difference. Because this here has to do with substance. It has to do with transformation of matter (the body)and the consciousness of it!
So what I experienced and in which I participated, is given to all humanity at this moment. I just know it. It is the new frequency that is here, causing a global shift in consciousness in which the body is involved. And I just was tuning into this new reality that is happening right now on Beloved Earth Mother Gaia for all.
As I continued in this kind of lucid dreaming (and it is a dream world, the new world) the desire arises to remain there and not to return to the old world of limitations. I felt ready just to leave, but with my body.
Then I fall deeply asleep. After awakening: there is still the old world. But things seem to happen differently. It is all the same like it was before. But my awareness is different. Now the mysterious space between things is full and obvious, rather predominant. It is Stillness. Things are secondary and happen within this space randomly - a phone call, noises, things in the room - they all arise independently within this space that is recognized as real Reality. Nothing complicated, all appears very simple and natural. It is simply so. There is clarity that the things which are arising – and they are seeming just to pop up in this unified space – are not coherent, but the space is. Basically the things have nothing to do with each other. They only have in common that they arise in this silent space, this substance of which they are a modification of.
Now I understand that the “matrix” we have been locked in for hundred-thousands of years, suggests the coherence of all the things. Hence we feel imprisoned, prisoners of things, whereas we are in truth free, as we ARE this space in the first place. It is the infinite Source Field that is our own Consciousness.
The “matrix” is the illusion that we are locked in, in a closed universe made of things. They seem to build together a prison-like fabric. And it is all made of mind and the energetic grid of this mind pattern. It is an artificial world. A complicated world, while this from the grid released experience is free to infinity, as things don’t contain us, don’t imprison us. We just observe them as they arise, and they have nothing to do with us. We are eternally free and expanded in unison with the space of primordial substance in which the things arise.
So I seem to understand now that we will perhaps continue in this matrix world – as long as it still can exist, as the overwhelming majority of mankind is still bound by it through firm belief.
But we, who are aware, are already being released from the bondage to it. The universal new frequencies have already set humanity free. And it is up to each single one to accept in due course - and to tune in to - this new Conscious Awareness.
From this new point of view the old world continues as it will by the choice of the people. We can see what they continue to believe and to do. But they cannot see us, as we ARE, they cannot see what we see.
But we are needed, we are the forerunners of a new consciousness on earth and we are already living in the higher and altered frequencies that carry the new awareness. We are each a cell in the Great One Body of Humanity who started to alter It. As such we are initiating a process of substantial change for all the cells, who are the human individuals in the Great Human Body.
How long this process takes, until the last human cell in this vast Human Body is transformed, I don’t know. But it has begun, and this is the most important Happy News we are waiting for.
It would be great to hear from all of you, my beloved brothers and sisters, worldwide, who have now similar experiences! It would inspire those who started to feel resignation and to doubt that the Great Change would ever happen! And so it would speed up the revolution in consciousness for all humanity! Thank you!
Much love and many blessings!

A short update on the energies ~ by Aisha North on October 2, 2014.
A short update on the energies
~ by Aisha North on October 2, 2014.
You have by now taken a whole lot of pressure off your shoulders dear ones, and even if you might argue that it feels more like the opposite is true, this is indeed the case. For as you have allowed yourselves to further this expansion, you have also served to alleviate the pressure from the old. For even if many of you like to think that it is the incoming energies that are adding to the pressure, it is more correct to say that it is in fact the imbalance between the old and the new that constitutes this pressure, and now, as you have managed to create spaces that allow this flow between them to travel in a much more efficient way, you have also allowed yourself the benefit of equaling out the difference between your current state and the upcoming one to such a degree, it will feel lighter for you to step through the divide.
Let us explain. You see, this old energetic compartment that you have been used to has by now been reduced to a tiny cubicle within a huge structure of similar cells, much like that fabled honeycomb that so frequently emerges as an image for so many of you, and rightly so, for your own personal space has now been much more clearly defined than before. This may sound counterintuitive when so much of this process is all about connecting ever deeper. But that is indeed the case, for previously your own personal energetic space was so cluttered or polluted if you will by denser energies, all originating from somewhere outside of your sphere of influence. But now, you have managed to clear most of that away, and so your own personal space is far less restricting even if it a times may seem to be smaller, but this is also a result of this ongoing process of energetic alteration. For you needed to become disconnected from the old in such a way your own viable space would stand out in contrast to everything around you, both for your sake and for ours. Remember this is indeed a collective process, but as has been shared on many a previous occasion, it is also very much an individual one that caters to your own personal requirements when it comes to the form of energetic rewiring that you need in order to make you better prepared for the tasks ahead. And so, a large part of this entire operation has been about removal of noise as in frequencies that have been jamming up your own channel, the channel that needs to be functioning at optimal ability from this point on. And so, you have been through a rigorous reprogramming that has enabled removal of all of the old junk to give it a familiar name, and the insertion of codes that will enable the rest of your own inherent system to begin to fire up.
Again this is a process that needs to be taken in stages, otherwise you would not even be able to take your own voltage. For you are indeed high fliers dear ones, in every sense of the word, but as an important prerequisite for you to do this job is to be literally grounded within that physical vehicle you currently call home, you also needed protection from your own inherent force field in the interim. But now so much has been cleared and you have also managed to open yourself up sufficiently to begin to finally reopen the full connection to your own atomic core. And yes. we do use that word deliberately, for this is indeed something that is happening on a molecular level, a tremendous release of energies that have been stored within you waiting for this exact moment to arrive. And now, you are ready to go, ready to begin your ascent by firing up that powerhouse that is truly yours, contained within every single fiber of your being literally within your own DNA, in every single cell of your somewhat deceptive looking physical frame. For on the outside, you look like no more than an average human, one who can only take so much wear and tear, but on the inside, the real you is starting to seep through in a very literal way. And so, one by one, tiny little explosions of light will be set off, and they in turn will serve to ignite a whole structure of interconnected reactions within your physical body, all with the same goal in mind: to finally release the totality of your power – in every sense of the word.
For what you walk around in, is nothing short of a highly intelligent construction of the utmost capability, a human body made ready for creating a brand new world by its very presence on these shores, and through that body change will happen on such a scale, you cannot even begin to take it in at this level. For you think of yourselves in a very limited way, and you also think yourselves as limited by that physical vehicle, well, think again. For as we have told you before, this body will be your strongest ally in the times ahead, and the two of you will in perfect unison create something that has never been created anywhere before, and when we say that, we do not restrict it to just your planet, but much, much further afield.
So once again we say take good care of that body, and know that it in turn will help you to manifest everything that you dream of and more. For everything you will ever need is within reach for you now, both in a very literal way and also energetically, and now, all it takes is for you to allow yourself to stretch further and reach wider than ever before, not just in your imagination, but also in your actions. For as you all start to stir within that single cell of energy that constitutes your own personal space, you will make the whole hive hum in unison, and together, the vibrations you will emanate will serve to wake up the slumberers so that they too will be able to reach in and switch on their inner powerhouse as well and join in the chorus.
So stay tuned as they say and know that whatever happens next will be for your benefit, for it will also serve to magnify not just your light but also to decrease the distance between this step on the energetic ladder and the next one to such a degree, you might find yourself taking several of them in one single step."

As has been explained in my recent channeling, the reason that we are

DAILY OM ~ August 22, 2014 The Pursuit of Conscious Wholeness: Earthbound
"Our bodies are living, breathing expressions of our consciousness and should be treated as such."
DAILY OM ~ August 22, 2014
The Pursuit of Conscious Wholeness: Earthbound
by Madisyn Taylor
"Striking the right balance between our physical and spiritual aspects is one of the most challenging aspects of existence. We are dual beings by nature, spiritual entities bound to earth by physical bodies. In our lifetimes, we are charged with the duty of nurturing and tending both with equal devotion and love. Yet while both aspects of the self are deserving of honor and respect, there is a tendency for people who are more spiritually focused to ignore, avoid, or dismiss their bodies. Similarly, many individuals are entirely ensconced in the carnal realm and pay no attention to the needs of the soul. In both cases, an adjustment is in order. We are whole only to the degree that we embrace both sides of our beings.
If the soul is the inward manifestation of our consciousness, the body is the living, breathing expression of that consciousness. The physical self provides the home in which the spiritual self takes root and flourishes. Just as we must tend to the seed of the soul to ensure that it grows strong, so, too, must we care for the protective shell that is the body to make certain it is capable of playing its role in our development. Though there will no doubt be times in our lives when we feel more comfortable focusing on the spiritual self or the physical self, denying the fundamental importance of one or the other can lead to ill health, emotional distress, and a sense of incompleteness. Both facets of the human experience play a vital role in our well-being.
The body and the soul are the yin and yang of our current reality. They are, at this point of human evolution, irreparably bound together, and many spiritual teachers agree that the body is one of the greatest vehicles through which to access the soul. In fact, many believe that our spirit has chosen to be embodied as an essential part of our spiritual development. Consequently, it is the responsibility of each person on the planet to forge a marriage between the two, so that these disparate aspects bring out the best in each other, creating a vibrant, dynamic, and workable whole."

New science is shedding light on what really happens during out-of-body experiences -- with shocking results. ~ by Mario Beauregard | SALON: Near death, explained
Wow! I can't say I am surprised. I recall when
I was a pre-teen, my Mom telling me she hovered above the room while
giving birth to me...and I often pondered my fate if she had not
returned to her body in time...though when mentioning this as an adult,
she had no recall of this..or more likely, blocked it out due to fear.
Anyway, a fascinating story here. -PB

This article was adapted from the new book "Brain Wars", from Harper One.
In 1991, Atlanta-based singer and songwriter Pam Reynolds felt extremely dizzy, lost her ability to speak, and had difficulty moving her body. A CAT scan showed that she had a giant artery aneurysm—a grossly swollen blood vessel in the wall of her basilar artery, close to the brain stem. If it burst, which could happen at any moment, it would kill her. But the standard surgery to drain and repair it might kill her too.
With no other options, Pam turned to a last, desperate measure offered by neurosurgeon Robert Spetzler at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Spetzler was a specialist and pioneer in hypothermic cardiac arrest—a daring surgical procedure nicknamed “Operation Standstill.” Spetzler would bring Pam’s body down to a temperature so low that she was essentially dead. Her brain would not function, but it would be able to survive longer without oxygen at this temperature. The low temperature would also soften the swollen blood vessels, allowing them to be operated on with less risk of bursting. When the procedure was complete, the surgical team would bring her back to a normal temperature before irreversible damage set in.
Essentially, Pam agreed to die in order to save her life—and in the process had what is perhaps the most famous case of independent corroboration of out of body experience (OBE) perceptions on record. This case is especially important because cardiologist Michael Sabom was able to obtain verification from medical personnel regarding crucial details of the surgical intervention that Pam reported. Here’s what happened.
Pam was brought into the operating room at 7:15 a.m., she was given general anesthesia, and she quickly lost conscious awareness. At this point, Spetzler and his team of more than 20 physicians, nurses, and technicians went to work. They lubricated Pam’s eyes to prevent drying, and taped them shut. They attached EEG electrodes to monitor the electrical activity of her cerebral cortex. They inserted small, molded speakers into her ears and secured them with gauze and tape. The speakers would emit repeated 100-decibel clicks—approximately the noise produced by a speeding express train—eliminating outside sounds and measuring the activity of her brainstem.
At 8:40 a.m., the tray of surgical instruments was uncovered, and Robert Spetzler began cutting through Pam’s skull with a special surgical saw that produced a noise similar to a dental drill. At this moment, Pam later said, she felt herself “pop” out of her body and hover above it, watching as doctors worked on her body.
advertisement
Although she no longer had use of her eyes and ears, she described her observations in terms of her senses and perceptions. “I thought the way they had my head shaved was very peculiar,” she said. “I expected them to take all of the hair, but they did not.” She also described the Midas Rex bone saw (“The saw thing that I hated the sound of looked like an electric toothbrush and it had a dent in it … ”) and the dental-drill sound it made with considerable accuracy.
Meanwhile, Spetzler was removing the outermost membrane of Pamela’s brain, cutting it open with scissors. At about the same time, a female cardiac surgeon was attempting to locate the femoral artery in Pam’s right groin. Remarkably, Pam later claimed to remember a female voice saying, “We have a problem. Her arteries are too small.” And then a male voice: “Try the other side.” Medical records confirm this conversation, yet Pam could not have heard them.
The cardiac surgeon was right—Pam’s blood vessels were indeed too small to accept the abundant blood flow requested by the cardiopulmonary bypass machine, so at 10:50 a.m., a tube was inserted into Pam’s left femoral artery and connected to the cardiopulmonary bypass machine. The warm blood circulated from the artery into the cylinders of the bypass machine, where it was cooled down before being returned to her body. Her body temperature began to fall, and at 11:05 a.m. Pam’s heart stopped. Her EEG brain waves flattened into total silence. A few minutes later, her brain stem became totally unresponsive, and her body temperature fell to a sepulchral 60 degrees Fahrenheit. At 11:25 a.m., the team tilted up the head of the operating table, turned off the bypass machine, and drained the blood from her body. Pamela Reynolds was clinically dead.
At this point, Pam’s out-of-body adventure transformed into a near-death experience (NDE): She recalls floating out of the operating room and traveling down a tunnel with a light. She saw deceased relatives and friends, including her long-dead grandmother, waiting at the end of this tunnel. She entered the presence of a brilliant, wonderfully warm and loving light, and sensed that her soul was part of God and that everything in existence was created from the light (the breathing of God). But this extraordinary experience ended abruptly, as Reynolds’s deceased uncle led her back to her body—a feeling she described as “plunging into a pool of ice.”
Meanwhile, in the operating room, the surgery had come to an end. When all the blood had drained from Pam’s brain, the aneurysm simply collapsed and Spetzler clipped it off. Soon, the bypass machine was turned on and warm blood was pumped back into her body. As her body temperature started to increase, her brainsteam began to respond to the clicking speakers in her ears and the EEG recorded electrical activity in the cortex. The bypass machine was turned off at 12:32 p.m. Pam’s life had been restored, and she was taken to the recovery room in stable condition at 2:10 p.m.
Tales of otherworldly experiences have been part of human cultures seemingly forever, but NDEs as such first came to broad public attention in 1975 by way of American psychiatrist and philosopher Raymond Moody’s popular book Life After Life. He presented more than 100 case studies of people who experienced vivid mental experiences close to death or during “clinical death” and were subsequently revived to tell the tale. Their experiences were remarkably similar, and Moody coined the term NDE to refer to this phenomenon. The book was popular and controversial, and scientific investigation of NDEs began soon after its publication with the founding, in 1978, of the International Association for Near Death Studies (IANDS)—the first organization in the world devoted to the scientific study of NDEs and their relationship to mind and consciousness.
NDEs are the vivid, realistic, and often deeply life-changing experiences of men, women, and children who have been physiologically or psychologically close to death. They can be evoked by cardiac arrest and coma caused by brain damage, intoxication, or asphyxia. They can also happen following such events as electrocution, complications from surgery, or severe blood loss during or after a delivery. They can even occur as the result of accidents or illnesses in which individuals genuinely fear they might die. Surveys conducted in the United States and Germany suggest that approximately 4.2 percent of the population has reported an NDE. It has also been estimated that more than 25 million individuals worldwide have had an NDE in the past 50 years.
People from all walks of life and belief systems have this experience. Studies indicate that the experience of an NDE is not influenced by gender, race, socioeconomic status, or level of education. Although NDEs are sometimes presented as religious experiences, this seems to be a matter of individual perception. Furthermore, researchers have found no relationship between religion and the experience of an NDE. That is, it did not matter whether the people recruited in those studies were Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, Buddhist, atheist, or agnostic.
Although the details differ, NDEs are characterized by a number of core features. Perhaps the most vivid is the OBE: the sense of having left one’s body and of watching events going on around one’s body or, occasionally, at some distant physical location. During OBEs, near-death experiencers (NDErs) are often astonished to discover that they have retained consciousness, perception, lucid thinking, memory, emotions, and their sense of personal identity. If anything, these processes are heightened: Thinking is vivid; hearing is sharp; and vision can extend to 360 degrees. NDErs claim that without physical bodies, they are able to penetrate through walls and doors and project themselves wherever they want. They frequently report the ability to read people’s thoughts.
The effects of NDEs on the experience are intense, overwhelming, and real. A number of studies conducted in United States, Western European countries, and Australia have shown that most NDErs are profoundly and positively transformed by the experience. One woman says, “I was completely altered after the accident. I was another person, according to those who lived near me. I was happy, laughing, appreciated little things, joked, smiled a lot, became friends with everyone … so completely different than I was before!”
However different their personalities before the NDE, experiencers tend to share a similar psychological profile after the NDE. Indeed, their beliefs, values, behaviors, and worldviews seem quite comparable afterward. Importantly, these psychological and behavioral changes are not the kind of changes one would expect if this experience were a hallucination. And, as noted NDE researcher Pim van Lommel and his colleagues have demonstrated, these changes become more apparent with the passage of time.
Some skeptics legitimately argue that the main problem with reports of OBE perceptions is that they often rest uniquely on the NDEr’s testimony—there is no independent corroboration. From a scientific perspective, such self-reports remain inconclusive. But during the last few decades, some self-reports of NDErs have been independently corroborated by witnesses, such as that of Pam Reynolds. One of the best known of these corroborated veridical NDE perceptions—perceptions that can be proven to coincide with reality—is the experience of a woman named Maria, whose case was first documented by her critical care social worker, Kimberly Clark.
Maria was a migrant worker who had a severe heart attack while visiting friends in Seattle. She was rushed to Harborview Hospital and placed in the coronary care unit. A few days later, she had a cardiac arrest but was rapidly resuscitated. The following day, Clark visited her. Maria told Clark that during her cardiac arrest she was able to look down from the ceiling and watch the medical team at work on her body. At one point in this experience, said Maria, she found herself outside the hospital and spotted a tennis shoe on the ledge of the north side of the third floor of the building. She was able to provide several details regarding its appearance, including the observations that one of its laces was stuck underneath the heel and that the little toe area was worn. Maria wanted to know for sure whether she had “really” seen that shoe, and she begged Clark to try to locate it.
Quite skeptical, Clark went to the location described by Maria—and found the tennis shoe. From the window of her hospital room, the details that Maria had recounted could not be discerned. But upon retrieval of the shoe, Clark confirmed Maria’s observations. “The only way she could have had such a perspective,” said Clark, “was if she had been floating right outside and at very close range to the tennis shoe. I retrieved the shoe and brought it back to Maria; it was very concrete evidence for me.”
This case is particularly impressive given that during cardiac arrest, the flow of blood to the brain is interrupted. When this happens, the brain’s electrical activity (as measured with EEG) disappears after 10 to 20 seconds. In this state, a patient is deeply comatose. Because the brain structures mediating higher mental functions are severely impaired, such patients are expected to have no clear and lucid mental experiences that will be remembered. Nonetheless, studies conducted in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, and United States have revealed that approximately 15 percent of cardiac arrest survivors do report some recollection from the time when they were clinically dead. These studies indicate that consciousness, perceptions, thoughts, and feelings can be experienced during a period when the brain shows no measurable activity.
NDEs experienced by people who do not have sight in everyday life are quite intriguing. In 1994, researchers Kenneth Ring and Sharon Cooper decided to undertake a search for cases of NDE-based perception in the blind. They reasoned that such cases would represent the ultimate demonstration of veridical perceptions during NDEs. If a blind person was able to report on verifiable events that took place when they were clinically dead, that would mean something real was occurring. They interviewed 31 individuals, of whom 14 were blind from birth. Twenty-one of the participants had had an NDE; the others had had OBEs only. Strikingly, the experiences they reported conform to the classic NDE pattern, whether they were born blind or had lost their sight in later life. The results of the study were published in 1997. Based on all the cases they investigated, Ring and Cooper concluded that what happens during an NDE affords another perspective to perceive reality that does not depend on the senses of the physical body. They proposed to call this other mode of perception mindsight.
Despite corroborated reports, many materialist scientists cling to the notion that OBEs and NDEs are located in the brain. In 2002, neurologist Olaf Blanke and colleagues at the University Hospitals of Geneva and Lausanne in Switzerland described in the prestigious scientific journal Nature the strange occurrence that happened to a 43-year-old female patient with epilepsy. Because her seizures could not be controlled by medication alone, neurosurgery was being considered as the next step. The researchers implanted electrodes in her right temporal lobe to provide information about the localization and extent of the epileptogenic zone—the area of the brain that was causing the seizures—which had to be surgically removed. Other electrodes were implanted to identify and localize, by means of electrical stimulation, the areas of the brain that—if removed—would result in loss of sensory capacities, linguistic ability, or even paralysis. Such a procedure is particularly critical to spare important brain areas that are adjacent to the epileptogenic zone.
When they stimulated the angular gyrus—a region of the brain in the parietal lobe that is thought to integrate sensory information related to vision, touch, and balance to give us a perception of our own bodies—the patient reported seeing herself “lying in bed, from above, but I only see my legs and lower trunk.” She described herself as “floating” near the ceiling. She also reported seeing her legs “becoming shorter.”
The article received global press coverage and created quite a commotion. The editors of Nature went so far as to declare triumphantly that as a result of this one study—which involved only one patient—the part of the brain that can induce OBEs had been located.
“It’s another blow against those who believe that the mind and spirit are somehow separate from the brain,” said psychologist Michael Shermer, director of the Skeptics Society, which seeks to debunk all kinds of paranormal claims. “In reality, all experience is derived from the brain.”
In another article published in 2004, Blanke and co-workers described six patients, of whom three had experienced an atypical and incomplete OBE. Four patients reported an autoscopy—that is, they saw their own double from the vantage point of their own body. In this paper, the researchers describe an OBE as a temporary dysfunction of the junction of the temporal and parietal cortex. But, as Pim van Lommel noted, the abnormal bodily experiences described by Blanke and colleagues entail a false sense of reality. Typical OBEs, in contrast, implicate a verifiable perception (from a position above or outside of the body) of events, such as their own resuscitation or a traffic accident, and the surroundings in which the events took place. Along the same lines, psychiatrist Bruce Greyson of the University of Virginia commented that “We cannot assume from the fact that electrical stimulation of the brain can induce OBE-like illusions that all OBEs are therefore illusions.”
Materialistic scientists have proposed a number of physiological explanations to account for the various features of NDEs. British psychologist Susan Blackmore has propounded the “dying brain” hypothesis: that a lack of oxygen (or anoxia) during the dying process might induce abnormal firing of neurons in brain areas responsible for vision, and that such an abnormal firing would lead to the illusion of seeing a bright light at the end of a dark tunnel.
Would it? Van Lommel and colleagues objected that if anoxia plays a central role in the production of NDEs, most cardiac arrest patients would report an NDE. Studies show that this is clearly not the case. Another problem with this view is that reports of a tunnel are absent from several accounts of NDErs. As pointed out by renowned NDE researcher Sam Parnia, some individuals have reported an NDE when they had not been terminally ill and so would have had normal levels of oxygen in their brains.
Parnia raises another problem: When oxygen levels decrease markedly, patients whose lungs or hearts do not work properly experience an “acute confusional state,” during which they are highly confused and agitated and have little or no memory recall. In stark contrast, during NDEs people experience lucid consciousness, well-structured thought processes, and clear reasoning. They also have an excellent memory of the NDE, which usually stays with them for several decades. In other respects, Parnia argues that if this hypothesis is correct, then the illusion of seeing a light and tunnel would progressively develop as the patient’s blood oxygen level drops. Medical observations, however, indicate that patients with low oxygen levels do not report seeing a light, a tunnel, or any of the common features of an NDE we discussed earlier.
During the 1990s, more research indicated that the anoxia theory of NDEs was on the wrong track. James Whinnery, a chemistry professor with West Texas A&M, was involved with studies simulating the extreme conditions that can occur during aerial combat maneuvers. In these studies, fighter pilots were subjected to extreme gravitational forces in a giant centrifuge. Such rapid acceleration decreases blood flow and, consequently, delivery of oxygen to the brain. In so doing, it induces brief periods of unconsciousness that Whinnery calls “dreamlets.” Whinnery hypothesized that although some of the core features of NDEs are found during dreamlets, the main characteristics of dreamlets are impaired memory for events just prior to the onset of unconsciousness, confusion, and disorientation upon awakening. These symptoms are not typically associated with NDEs. In addition, life transformations are never reported following dreamlets.
So, if the “dying brain” is not responsible for NDEs, could they simply be hallucinations? In my opinion, the answer is no. Let’s look at the example of hallucinations that can result from ingesting ketamine, a veterinary drug that is sometimes used recreationally, and often at great cost to the user.
At small doses, the anesthetic agent ketamine can induce hallucinations and feelings of being out of the body. Ketamine is thought to act primarily by inhibiting N-Methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) receptors, which normally open in response to binding of glutamate, the most abundant excitatory chemical messenger in the human brain. Psychiatrist Karl Jensen has speculated that the blockade of NMDA receptors may induce an NDE. But ketamine experiences are often frightening, producing weird images; and most ketamine users realize that the experiences produced by this drug are illusory. In contrast, NDErs are strongly convinced of the reality of what they experienced. Furthermore, many of the central features of NDEs are not reported with ketamine. That being said, we cannot rule out that the blockade of NMDA receptors may be involved in some NDEs.
Neuroscientist Michael Persinger has claimed that he and his colleagues have produced all the major features of the NDE by using weak transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) of the temporal lobes. Persinger’s work is based on the premise that abnormal activity in the temporal lobe may trigger an NDE. A review of the literature on epilepsy, however, indicates that the classical features of NDEs are not associated with epileptic seizures located in the temporal lobes. Moreover, as Bruce Greyson and his collaborators have correctly emphasized, the experiences reported by participants in Persinger’s TMS studies bear little resemblance with the typical features of NDEs.
The scientific NDE studies performed over the past decades indicate that heightened mental functions can be experienced independently of the body at a time when brain activity is greatly impaired or seemingly absent (such as during cardiac arrest). Some of these studies demonstrate that blind people can have veridical perceptions during OBEs associated with an NDE. Other investigations show that NDEs often result in deep psychological and spiritual changes.
These findings strongly challenge the mainstream neuroscientific view that mind and consciousness result solely from brain activity. As we have seen, such a view fails to account for how NDErs can experience—while their hearts are stopped—vivid and complex thoughts and acquire veridical information about objects or events remote from their bodies.
NDE studies also suggest that after physical death, mind and consciousness may continue in a transcendent level of reality that normally is not accessible to our senses and awareness. Needless to say, this view is utterly incompatible with the belief of many materialists that the material world is the only reality.

New science is shedding light on what really happens during out-of-body experiences -- with shocking results. ~ by Mario Beauregard | SALON: Near death, explained

Dana Mrkich - Evolution Revolution: Delays and Divine Timing
Tuesday, June 17, 2014
Christian and I have been trying to conceive our second little one for nearly 18 months now. We got everything physical checked out, all good, and from there let it go to divine timing - until the timing we 'expected' didn't happen as we expected it to.
I'm sure many of you can relate to the myriad of emotions that you go through when you want something that isn't happening, if not in this particular area then perhaps with love or work or a home situation. Trust turns to frustration, anticipation strolls into despair, you talk yourself back up to trust again and basically repeat that cycle a lot!
Living in that cycle is not fun, so I did what I encourage everyone to do: I asked my energy, and our little soul yet-to-come, to show me what I needed to know. During this time, I've realised things I needed to see more clearly on multiple levels, cleared things I thought were long cleared and released things I didn't even know were there!
The other day I found myself feeling such gratitude that the conception didn't happen when we thought it would, because the not-conceiving triggered the opportunity for so much physical, emotional and energetic healing and clearing. It feels like we have been on a full circle journey. We are back now at the beginning of letting it go to divine timing if it is meant to be, but we are much transformed by the journey of this past year and a half.
So if you are waiting for something, or someone, ask: what do I need to know? Ask that question in your journal, get a healing session with a practitioner you trust, pay attention if a few people mention the same thing to you, (I kept seeing the name of a specific vitamin everywhere and it was one of the things my body needed).
Our energy has a wisdom beyond our conscious awareness. Our energy knows so much about where we are going, what we are ready for, and what more we need to know or experience before we are ready where we are not yet. A wise man on the street in India (true story!) once said to me: "If we got everything we wanted when we thought we needed it, life would have no magic, no mystery, no meaning, no purpose."
Take some time tonight to give thanks for what is. It is all a precious part of your experience, taking you to wherever you are going.
