Building & Crossing Evolutionary Bridges

I’ve tried to write this particular article since late August 2018. I’m still living what I’m attempting to write about, plus the head pains and pressures and more have been, to say the least, pretty extreme since this started. With certain extra big and potent Ascension Process bodily changes and all that goes with each of them, some time is often needed to live it, embody it, deal with it and acclimate to the ongoing changes it causes before one can adequately discuss it. Such has been the case with this particular side effect for me. It has been physically painful, but after nearly twenty years of Ascension Process pains, what’s a little more from having some NEW multidimensional DNA activated?

I’m including book snippets of an old experience I had and wrote about in A Lightworker’s Mission because it’s directly connected to the ‘Crystalline Rainbow Bridge DNA’ connections and activation many of us are Embodying in 2018. This event happened in late 1982 through 1983. I wrote about it in 2009 in A Lightworker’s Mission and that book went on the market January 2010. Thirty-six years later many of us are individually living and Embodying this in 2018. The partial quotes below are from pages 60–65 of A Lightworker’s Mission: The Journey Through Polarity Resolution.

“One of the first things I remember happening at this new upstairs apartment was the beginning of a series of unusual lucid dream meetings with a male who I called my crazy twin brother. He didn’t look like me at all as he had rich brown skin and I’m Caucasian. My very first impression of him was that he was a Mayan. I didn’t know anything about the Mayans or the Mayan calendar at that time in early 1982 however…

“…My etheric Mayan crazy twin brother told me in this first dream that he desperately needed my help. He claimed he needed me to help him build a bridge. He said he would work building it from his side but that he needed me to help build the other end of it here from my side. In other words, he asked me to help him build an energy bridge that would connect his higher dimensional world with the physical third dimension and timeline I was living in.

For some reason his dream request sounded to me like the most normal thing I had heard in a long time. The proposed nonphysical bridge building project made perfect sense to me the second the words fell from his lips in this first dream meeting. I somehow instantly knew exactly what he meant and why this energy bridge was so vitally important at that time in late 1982. I knew and yet I did not know all the complex reasons for it.

I told him I did not know what I could do here in physicality, but that I would happily do whatever I could to help build his interdimensional energy bridge from my side of the Veil. He was ecstatic. He was so happy, so relieved, so excited that I had instantly agreed to help him build this bridge that he started running in circles, jumping, and howling like a crazy person…”

“…Three or four months later came the second lucid dream encounter with my Mayan crazy twin brother. In this second dream he was overflowing with higher energy, joy, excitement and pure enthusiasm. He didn’t seem to need to be doing anything to be this way either. He was running a lot of much higher energy through himself it seemed…

He informed me that the energy bridge building was coming along better and faster than he ever thought it could. He was giddy with excitement and joy over what he and I were doing and how easily we both were building this nonphysical, interdimensional bridge from our respective dimensions. I told him I honestly did not feel I was doing much at all from my physical side of the Veil. He instantly informed me that I was very wrong and each of us was indeed constructing the energy bridge from both of our dimensional sides. He was profoundly happy and grateful I had done all I had here in 3D physicality as that was making the entire bridge building happen so much faster…

“…The next dream arrived a few months later and he did a lot of running around, jumping, twirling and singing like a crazy fool—and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. In this dream meeting he was wearing numerous brightly colored tropical bird feathers in his long black hair. He wore a scant leather loincloth, but it was his red, blue, yellow, purple and teal colored feathers that had him wild with joy it seemed. I remember just watching the show and loving my crazy twin brother more than I even did before. He yelped, jumped, danced, flipped and howled with total abandon and I relished every delightful gesture he made and happy emotion he radiated. He seemed to be celebrating something special for us both. There wasn’t much dialogue between us in this dream meeting, just this Mayan celebration party or whatever it was. He frolicked, I watched, and fell in love with him totally…

“…As I watched him I slowly realized that our interdimensional bridge building project much be very close to being finished. That realization was terribly bittersweet. I was extremely happy we had completed our interdimensional project, but I was also deeply saddened to have my beloved Mayan crazy twin brother leave me on Earth alone again. I sensed that once this bridge building project was finished, we would not see each other in dreamtime meetings like this ever again…

“…This was the last dream meeting I had with him in late 1983, which told me our invisible multidimensional energy bridge had indeed been completed. I was very happy and proud about that, but I did miss him terribly for quite a while. I wondered if some of his actions in those last two dreams were his way of trying to make our upcoming disconnection a bit easier for me emotionally and physically. I believe that was the case at any rate.”

What’s really interesting about these types of multidimensional Ascension Process missions and jobs over my lifetime have been that I thought I knew what all was happening at the times I had these different ascension related experiences. Yes let’s all have a good, honest belly laugh over that one! Just about the time you think you understand some aspect of something about the Ascension and Embodiment Processes, you reach a higher Stair-step and with that perspective are suddenly able to know more than you did previously. Such has been the case with this 36 year-old multidimensional etheric bridge building project with my Mayan crazy twin brother. Although he presented himself to me in these lucid dreams as looking like he was from ancient physical “Mayaland” on Earth, he was actually from Maya, one of the Seven Sisters of the Pleiadian star system.

Around mid-September 2018, after reading something Sandra Walter had written about the ‘Crystalline Rainbow Bridge DNA’ codons and what they looked like to her, it dawned on me to take a look within and See for myself. What I saw at that time looked somewhat like bright jewel tone colored feathers. Ruby red, emerald green, sapphire blue, purple amethyst, brilliant teal and radiant gold. As I internally viewed this I was slightly confused over why these NEW DNA codons slightly resembled bright-colored crystalline-like feathers. Then the memory of the 1982–1983 series of lucid dreams with my Mayan crazy twin brother and he and I Working to build and connect a multidimensional energy bridge popped into my consciousness. In that instant all his seemingly “crazy” actions and weird behaviors made much more sense. His deliberately presenting himself once against a black background wearing nothing but a body colored loincloth to draw attention to his brightly colored feathers he’d placed in his long black hair so I’d see and remember them suddenly made higher sense. This is often how we’re communicated with by our other-dimensional Selves, cosmic Family, other Masters and such. Learn to read and feel between the multidimensional lines because multiple higher messages are usually coded, symbolic of multiple things, and meticulously time coded for we volunteers existing in the physical and Working from this side of things.

In September 2018, I suddenly understood much more about what this 36-year-old multidimensional bridge building project was actually about. It was multidimensionally Worked upon by that fifth dimensional Mayan and myself in the third dimension—and most likely some of you reading this too—so we could cross that bridge decades later during our 2018 physical Ascension and Embodiment Process Now. The brightly colored somewhat feathery looking DNA codons I Saw last month are higher frequency multidimensional energy bridges that more and more Pathpavers/Forerunners/First Everythingers are Embodying in 2018. They are NEW DNA “bridges” that are being connected in some of us, and as we continue Embodying them, we’re automatically crossing those bridges which is increasingly getting us closer to NEW ascended Earth plus greatly accelerating the Separation of Worlds.

In 2018, there are multiple evolutionary events taking place simultaneously that are accelerating the Ascension Process, the Embodiment Process, NEW DNA being activated, the Separation of Worlds, the “end times” of not only the global patriarchy and nonhuman Team Dark aliens/beings/entities etc., but of everything from the past Evolutionary Cycle. You can feel it, global history from the past Cycle disintegrating under your feet, in your cells, heart and consciousness. In early 2009, I perceived that I needed to quickly write another book, one that covered much of my supernatural and multidimensional life, because “I would soon begin loosing my memories of past events.” That sentence and what it indicates is huge and another sign that we are evolving beyond everything from the and our pasts.

Because this particular DNA bridge crossing has caused some very intense head pain and pressures and other side effects, I’m going to list the main ones I’ve had at this NEW more intense level. Again, your mileage may vary so use this list as a guide only. All these side effects are caused by the current NEW DNA connections and activation so we each may experience them slightly differently.

Severe Head Pains & Pressures — I’ve had this as have you off and on throughout these Ascension years, but the last week of August 2018, it began at a higher and much more intense level than anything I’ve previously experienced. The last week of August my head suddenly began hurting, not with a “headache”, but from embodying much higher frequency Light energies and in this case it’s been NEW DNA. Our heads, brains, Pineal, Pituitary, Hypothalamus brain glands, skulls and more have gone through a MUCH higher level of Rewiring due to these latest NEW DNA bridge crossing connections and activation. It often feels like vertical tubes of Light are literally boring holes into my head and skull and pouring more higher frequency Light energies into my head and farther down into my whole upper body. These pains are severe and precise and you can tell exactly where they’re entering in through the top of your head and skull. And they move slightly each time to a different place on your head and brain to energetically Work on another part of your head and brain. This is like Divine cosmic evolutionary Light energy surgeries!

Head, Skull & Facial Bone Pains & Pressures — Periods of highly amplified pain and pressure in facial bones, bridge of nose, eyebrow bone pains, jaw hinge pains, sinus area pressures and sometimes pushing all the way down into some teeth. This is sometimes followed by a pleasant sensation of the surface of your face going numb.

Dry Eyes, Blurry Vision, Eyes Feeling Bruised & Sore — Periods of painful sore eyes from all the higher Light pressures of NEW DNA, dry eyes, and not being able to see clearly.

Severe Detoxing — Repeated severe Hot Flash-like sweating because you’re detoxing epic portions of old residual negative stuff across Earth time and Galactic time and more. The ongoing casting-off of everything from the past Cycle happens simultaneously with our Embodying more NEW DNA at higher levels. There are Ascension related “Hot Flashes” and there are super severe, feels like you’re going into shock, sticky Astral and extradimensional type purging detox sweating. There’s been lots of this while we’ve been crossing rainbow DNA bridges this entire year. It’s intense, massive in scope and exhausting which is why we need to do extra Self-Care while Embodying this NEW DNA and it being connected. Plenty of multidimensional transformative activity is happening in and around each of us because we’re Embodying this NEW “bridge” DNA.

Physically & Clairvoyantly Seeing Flashing, Moving Lights — Since about this time last year I started seeing and Seeing Lights flashing, strobing, pulsing and constantly moving when my eyes are open and when they’re closed. These flashing, moving Lights I’m seeing are coming from me, not externally from the Sun or anywhere else. I and the Sun are One, as are you, and us embodying more NEW higher multidimensional DNA only increases this energetic frequency match with the changes taking place in the Sun too.

You know how a ceiling fan with lights on it makes the light look like it’s chopped or strobing due to the fan blades rotating? Seeing the Light you now contain and radiate sort of looks like that, except it’s not precise and mechanical like a ceiling fan but organic and moving constantly. I see flashing, moving lights many feet above my head and out around me in all directions. It’s amazing to see the Light we’ve Embodied so far radiating out into the physical environment all around each of us. This too will only increase and expand the more Light we Embody so know that you are and will increasingly influence everything and everyone NEW human Lightbeing.

Periods of Intense Vertigo — This is one Ascension Process side effect I don’t have very often thank goodness, but since late August 2018, sudden waves of vertigo have hit and can literally spin your physical body around 180° or more and send you into furniture or the floor if not careful. Many of these NEW DNA side effects have been slowly reducing over the past few months but are still present.

Severe Stomach & Digestive Problems — This is another Ascension side effect most of us have had off and on over all these years but this year it’s been next-level for sure! Can’t eat much of anything. Stomach acid all over the place. Purging diarrhea. Acid reflux and heartburn from hell. All of this and more has been common for much of this year. Like everything else however, this too shall pass.

Daytime Sleeping Is Very Different Now — I can’t remember exactly when this one started for me but it’s increased all of 2018. When I fall asleep during the daytime now, what I experience is so much more intense, lucid, direct and connected??? than when I sleep at night, and I was pretty good at that! I sense that this difference is because sleeping when the Sun is out during the daytime is very different energetically from when we sleep at night with no Sunlight shining directly on us.

When I nap during the daytime now I’m lucid the entire time and in other dimensions doing other things with other people and beings. On the other hand I often fall asleep during the daytime and am lucid and remain in my physical body in my physical house and perceive from that vantage point instead of going off somewhere else. I’m asleep but intentionally stay in my physical body to observe my Light energies and other things. None of this consciously planned by me and it all seems very natural and easy. I AM wherever I AM now, and so are you so pay attention and discern what you’re doing, observing, intending, discovering, creating, working on, and who you’re working with. It’s all fascinating and very different from last year.

The Really Strange Side Effects — These are the most difficult to talk about only because they’re so personal and unique to each of us and how we perceive today. Since 2015 I’ve been increasingly dealing with “reality” turning into something very NEW and different, which we’ve all known goes along with the Ascension and Embodiment Processes, the dimensional Shift, and the Separation of Worlds. But again, knowing something isn’t anything like actually living it minute-by-minute and in the quantum Now Moment.

I see and See things, hear things, feel things, know things and sense things that are almost impossible for me to convey. I think the best and most correct way to describe all of this is just to say that we’ve always been multidimensional Beings but we’ve become increasingly CONSCIOUS of this fact. And as should be expected with becoming increasingly consciously aware of one’s own multidimensional Self, Selves and many, many Others too in multiple locations, it changes you in every way imaginable. And we’ve just gotten started with this! With more NEW DNA being Embodied and activated within more and more of us, these so-called anomalies and phenomena should be expected as our NEW “normal”. Included with all this is new and unusual weather changes and more Earth changes everywhere. The old Earth world and reality, the old Galactic reality, the old Universal reality including each of us is in profound transformational change this year, with more to come. Rest and self-care because what we’re going through within our physical bodies and psyches is almost more than even we can comprehend at the moment.

5 Easy Tricks To Have A Lucid Dream Tonight
That Don’t Involve Meditation | Collective Evolution

I’ve had lucid dreams all my life. It all started when I was around 13 years old — the same time I started researching the concept of conscious dreaming. Nowadays I experience a lucid dream about once every two weeks. Sometimes it happens by chance and other times it’s because I’ve willed my mind to do it.

 The truth about lucid dreaming is that anyone can do it; it’s all just a trick of the mind. If you simply buy into the concept of being able to actively control your dreams, you’re already 90% there. The rest can be achieved through tools and tricks that don’t even involve meditating for three hours before bed. Try some of these tonight to have the lucid dream you’ve always dreamed of (pardon the pun).

1. Plug Your Nose and Breathe In

No, this isn’t some deep, relaxing, breathing technique. It’s called a reality check and it’s probably the easiest and most popular one around — according to the Reddit-sphere, at least. All you need to do is periodically plug your nose with your fingers as you go about your day and breathe in. You will notice that you obviously can’t breathe and therefore will note to yourself, “This isn’t a dream.” By doing this throughout the day, you are implanting the habit into your subconscious mind, making it incredibly likely that you will repeat the habit in your dream tonight. When you do it in your dream, however, it’s going to feel a lot different. You’ll be able to breathe despite your nose being plugged. This freaky experience will tell you right away that you are dreaming and then BAM, you’re lucid.

2. Blue Calcite

This is one powerful crystal. I have personally experienced the incredible effects of this light blue stone after sleeping with it under my pillow one night. I bought it because I knew it was good for relaxation, but little did I know it’s also known for increasing focus and clarity in dreams. It gave me a more steady lens on what I was seeing in the dream realm so that everything was crystal clear. It was truly amazing. I still remember the experience in great detail to this day. After using the stone, be sure to ground yourself. It can leave you feeling a little light-headed.

3. Wake Up at 4AM

Also known as the WILD (Wake-Induced Lucid Dream) technique, this one is pretty much no fail. All you need to do is set your alarm for 4 am. Once you wake up, turn on your lamp and just hang out with yourself until 5 am. It may sound too easy to be true, but this is by far one of the most effective techniques to date. This goes back many centuries ago to when we would sleep twice, using the hour in between sleep sessions for prayer. I think our ancestors were onto something here.

4. Watch Lucid Dream Related Content

This is super easy to do, especially if you find yourself interested in the topic of dreaming in general. Movies such as The Matrix and Inception are about people who are essentially “awake” in a dream world. Just by watching lucid-dream related movies, you are imprinting the idea into your subconscious. Chances are you will see something from the movie you just watched in your dream tonight and it will make you realize, “Hey, this is all a dream!” Whenever I watch my favorite movie, Waking Life, I always end up having a lucid dream that same night.

 5. Lucid Dream Tea

There are certain herbs out there that can really pump your lucid state. There’s one in particular that really works well for me and it’s called “Sweet Gale,” also called wise old grandmother in the Native American tradition. It is believed to aid lucidity in dreams as well as help you to dream with others. It’s calming yet leaves you incredibly grounded and focused. Brew a cup of “Sweet Gale” tea before bed and prepare to get lucid!

Beloved Ones,


Upon the world there is a quiet revolution of consciousness occurring. As each heart opens to the greater energy influx, they begin to recall their divine connections to each other. They begin to go within to sit in silence and solitude and ponder the true state of their being. They take the time necessary to understand that the world they are living on is rapidly changing and they are questioning why that should be. They seek to find the answers to their many questions and turn to the internet where they have the opportunity to try many key words that act as portals to volumes of information which instantly unfolds before them in the vast library of collective knowledge. They are seeking answers to what life is really all about, to the existence of spirit and as they do so they are discovering information that opens up an entire new reality for them. They discern that which rings true within their own heart and soul.


It is an uncomfortable discovery in many ways for they now begin to understand that each person upon the planet is responsible for their own choices and actions in each moment, that their soul is held accountable for all their deeds during their entire lifetime and that the world they thought was real was just an illusion projected by forces outside themselves. From this awareness comes awakening and the desire to know where they stand in the eternal scheme of things. This awareness opens exciting new pathways and they discover new possibilities for their lives. As their hearts open to new possibilities, they see that it only requires their attention, intention and diligence. Their horizon is expanded in many ways and they begin to explore new potentials for their lives, in new thoughts, new actions that they can take to make their life better than before.


They look at the people in their lives through a new perception. They see that it is in their relationships with others that they can learn more about their own character, that what they see in the people around them that they like and admire is a quality they themselves embody. And that which they don’t like in someone’s character is also a part of their own character. They begin to have a more compassionate attitude towards themselves and others and see that every encounter with another helps to broaden their understanding of life and love and helps them to see more of who they are as individuals. They choose to be more loving and accepting of themselves and the people in their sphere of influence and accept the world as it is. They now understand that their personal world is a result of their thoughts and that they can change their thoughts to more loving ones and by doing so create a life and a world that is lovely to experience.


They begin to trust in a higher power that has always been at work in their individual lives, the universal power of love which guides them always and stands the test of time and through this, their life takes on greater meaning and purpose. As they allow themselves to feel and experience the love that bathes them and everyone upon their planet, they realize that nothing can ever harm or have a negative effect on them unless they themselves allow fear to enter. By keeping an open heart and mind, and trusting in the healing power of love to transform their lives, they experience more joy and happiness in all facets of it. By trusting in their hearts truth and their own intuitive perceptions, they draw to them all that is necessary to create that which is their hearts desire and a greater peace and clarity will manifest into their everyday lives.


There is a natural divine order that exists within all creation and everyone’s life is always held in perfect equilibrium. Every experience that a person goes through is a lesson in love and wisdom that serves a deeper purpose than a person can know at the time they experience it. Everyone has the ability to mentally and emotionally rise above all that they encounter in life and transcend it. The present tests in life that each person is experiencing in these times as individuals and as a collective, calls for more and greater compassion, tolerance, patience and gentleness. These qualities are a sign of maturity and strength of character. It is possible to resolve situations in a loving way which creates a positive outcome for all concerned. At the heart of all matter, only love exists.

Beloved Ones,


The way before you has burgeoning potential and possibility. Those of you who have persistently done the work of the initiate on the path of light will now begin to reap the rewards. These rewards come as the blossoming of new gifts of the spirit. These gifts lay waiting within you to be discovered, explored and developed. Many of you are beginning to have lucid dreams in which you take control and then direct as you desire. This is a sign of one who is awake and aware of their true presence, one who is a Master of Self. No longer are you floundering in confusion about whom or what you are. You KNOW that you are a being of light and that you CHOSE to be here on Earth expressly for these times that are now upon you. You will be finding it much easier to implement your plans, goals and projects, those which have been put on hold until now. You will be amazed at the rapidity with which these now manifest into the world.


You are now finding yourselves able to focus and stay the course as you begin and complete the projects that have been on hold. Each of you has at least one gift to share with the world in whatever form it takes. You must believe in yourselves no matter how strange or outlandish the creative ideas that come into your mind seem. Open yourselves to the new ideas that come into your consciousness. Write these ideas down immediately with the date you received them. Make a point of reviewing your journal at least once each week in order to refresh your memory. Sometimes, more information will come into your mind as you read and review your notes. Record this information also. Then begin to watch for the synchronicities as they appear in your everyday life, as your guides and angels come in to assist you to bring the ideas into manifestation. You must ask for this assistance each day and be willing to follow through on the information that comes to you.


The collective field of human consciousness has been upgraded with the higher energy that has been coming into the Earth’s atmosphere. This is causing much turmoil within those who have no idea what is taking place in the cosmos. Their lives feel as though they are being turned inside out and upside down and they are striving to understand why this is so. These people are turning to the internet to search for the answers and they are finding the places of light, love and inspiration that have been created by those of you who are aligned with your divine mission and purpose and who have prepared these online beacons in order to assist the seekers to find their way. Your centers of light will henceforth be seen and sought by an increasing amount of awakening people. Your greater role upon the planet is now unfolding. As an ambassador and emissary of the Creator, your task is to shine your light as an example to the rest of the world. Your inner light must be more visible in your outer manifestation in all areas of life.


These times call for greater responsibility from each of you as you strive to uphold the higher vision of the world you desire to create and sustain. You it is who is creating it! There is no one else, only those such as you who are willing to stand in your light and in your truth and daily BE it! So we ask you to continue to be the path cutters and the trail blazers; now is not the time to rest on your laurels. You have graduated, you have passed the tests of initiation and now your work begins in earnest. We promise that it will be work that is filled with ever expanding joy, peace and happiness than you have ever experienced before. When each person is operating from the higher dimensions, life just seems so much easier, more fulfilling, more expansive and more enriching in all facets of daily living. Do whatever is necessary in order to implement and sustain this higher state of being.


By daily grounding your light and the cosmic light into the center of the Earth, you are assisting everyone to reconnect with their higher version of themselves. As this reconnection becomes more frequent and prominent, a greater degree of awakening will result and the entire collective field of humanity is empowered to carry greater light and knowing within it. As the very waves of the Earth’s atmosphere carry this empowering energy, all the inhabitants upon the Earth become upgraded to a higher frequency through the process of osmosis. What happens to one person truly does happen for all. The more of the world’s people that can live in a state of joy and maintain and sustain this state of being, the more enabled and empowered everyone on the planet becomes. The entire potential in the world’s population is uplifted to a higher level of functioning and the old ways of doing things and perceiving things will no longer work. This is when inspired creativity will flourish within each human heart and humanity will begin to live as originally intended upon this planet.

Canary Islands: Today, a brillant and extremely hot and stingy sun on a blue, very slightly misty sky. Very unusual, because it is November.

After a deep and rather full  morning, I lay on my bed in the afternoon, tired, wanting to sleep.

I fall in a kind of lucid dreaming.

A sudden energetic push, tangibly felt in my back in the heart region, catapults me into another dimension. It did literally feel like a “push”, and I was suddenly somewhere else. In an altered state of consciousness. New rooms of consciousness are opening. The body is involved. The body is flooded with currents of light and new information. As the frequency changes, also the quality of consciousness changes. It is like being pushed into the next higher dimension. There I do not notice “things”, just another form of beingness, currents of new energies and substance.

I have still a body, although it is pure energy. But everything  is different. The old Matrix is not there. There is full heart-freedom in new and refreshing chambers of beingness, and a new higher and deeper octave of experience and expansion as a physical being.

I also know that is is not a personal experience merely, based on just my individual state of spiritual development. These individual spiritual experiences have been so far of a completely different nature. They have nothing to do with the body in itself, although light and energy might be rushing through it which often expands in exquisite sublimity. So I know the difference. Because this here has to do with substance. It has to do with transformation of matter (the body)and the consciousness of it!

So what I experienced and in which I participated, is given to all humanity at this moment. I just know it. It is the new frequency that is here, causing a global shift in consciousness in which the body is involved. And I just was tuning into  this new reality that is happening right now on Beloved Earth Mother Gaia for all.

As I continued in this kind of lucid dreaming (and it is a dream world, the new world)  the desire arises to remain there and not to return to the old world of limitations. I felt ready just to leave, but with my body.

Then I fall deeply asleep. After awakening: there is still the old world. But things seem to happen differently. It is all the same like it was before. But my awareness is different. Now the mysterious space between things is full and obvious, rather predominant. It is Stillness.  Things are secondary and happen within this space randomly -  a phone call, noises, things in the room - they all arise independently within this space that is recognized as real Reality. Nothing complicated, all appears  very simple and natural. It is simply so. There is clarity that the things which are arising – and they are seeming just to pop up in this unified space – are not coherent, but the space is. Basically the things have nothing to do with each other. They only have in common that they arise in this silent space, this substance of which they are a modification of.

Now I understand that the “matrix” we have been locked in for hundred-thousands of years, suggests the coherence of all the things. Hence we feel imprisoned, prisoners of things, whereas we are in truth free, as we ARE this space in the first place. It is the infinite Source Field that is our own Consciousness.

The “matrix” is the illusion that we are locked in,  in a closed universe made of things. They seem to build together a prison-like fabric. And it is all made of mind and the energetic grid of this mind pattern. It is an artificial world. A complicated world, while this from the grid released experience is free to infinity, as things don’t contain us, don’t imprison us. We just observe them as they arise, and they have nothing to do with us. We are eternally free and expanded in unison with the space of primordial substance in which the  things arise.

So I seem to understand now that we will perhaps continue in this matrix world – as long as it still can exist, as the overwhelming majority of mankind is still bound by it through firm belief.

But we, who are aware, are already being released from the bondage to it. The universal new frequencies have already set humanity free. And it is up to each single one to accept in due course - and to tune in to - this new Conscious Awareness.

From this new point of view the old world continues as it will by the choice of the people. We can see what they continue to believe and to do. But they cannot see us, as we ARE, they cannot see what we see.

But we are needed, we are the forerunners of a new consciousness on earth and we are already living in the higher and altered frequencies that carry the new awareness. We are each a cell in the Great One Body of Humanity who  started to alter It.  As such we are initiating a process of substantial change for all the cells, who are the human individuals in the Great Human Body.

How long this process takes, until the last human cell in this vast Human Body is transformed, I don’t know. But it has begun, and this is the most important Happy News we are waiting for.

It would be great to hear from all of you, my beloved brothers and sisters, worldwide, who have now similar experiences! It would  inspire those who started to feel resignation and to doubt  that the Great Change would ever happen!  And so it would speed up the revolution in consciousness for all humanity! Thank you!

The April 15 lunar eclipse, which takes place at 7:45 UTC, coincides with the worldwide Festival of Love meditation. The Festival of Love takes place each year during the full moon and sun in Aries. During this time, energies of divine love and light are at a peak and can be registered by a group and radiated into human consciousness.

The April 29 solar eclipse occurs at 8 degrees and 52 minutes Taurus, strongly affecting those with personal planets and points in proximity to the fixed signs, Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius. The April 29 eclipse sets in motion a new trend that will be with us long term.

A Cardinal Grand Cross Ramps up April's Eclipse Energies

We are free at any moment to accelerate our growth by traveling time and dimensions. When we still our mind and align ourselves with higher dimensions, we are able to perceive portals in consciousness that allow us to visit any location in the universe. Through intention, spiritual connection and vibrational resonance all is possible.

 

A Still Mind is the Access Point to Other Dimensions

 

The first step to accessing other dimensions is stilling your mind. A busy mind churns out endless streams of thoughts that serve as anchors to third-dimensional reality. It is one of the great ironies of human existence that we rush here and there looking for something, trying to achieve something. When we are anchored into third-dimensional reality our spirit is enslaved by our busy mind, making it impossible for us to recognize the very thing we’re looking for. When we slow down and listen to the whispers of our spirit, we find what we’re looking for in the spaces between our busy, linear thoughts. The more we focus on these spaces, the more they expand. Soon they become large enough to provide passage into universal mind.

 

Inside universal mind we are able to travel to any time or place to find the answers to our questions and so much more. Here we are able to download the templates for new ideas, new books, new works of art, and new inventions. Everything is accessible to us within the moment when we remember to slow down, still our minds and travel meridians of silence into universal mind.

 

When we still our minds we open a space to expand into silence. Our higher self flows into this space and our vibration enters resonance with higher dimensions. Inside these higher frequencies, we are able to step free of linear time and travel into other dimensions. As we travel meridians in higher consciousness, we pull more of this energy into our daily life. This transforms our experience, allowing us to see every moment through the lens of love, peace and abundance.

 

You are the Most Enlightened Self in your Present Lifetime

 

You are the most aware, intuitive and enlightened self thus far in your present lifetime. As such, it is your job and your privilege to serve as the higher self for all your selves throughout the course of this lifetime. You are a beacon of healing light capable of assisting and entraining other aspects toward their journey into the new time where peace, joy, love and opportunities to higher service abound. The opportunities before you now are remarkable and profound. The challenges you are approaching may seem overwhelming but these quickly dissolve as you reach into your storehouse of higher knowledge and wisdom.

 

Traveling Time and Dimensions Heals us and Sets us Free

 

There are many reasons one might why choose to travel time and dimensions. Just thinking about traveling to other dimensions within our own consciousness helps unroot us from linear reality. When we become hypnotized by the third-dimensional world, we develop beliefs that tell us physical reality is all there is. This limited perspective tells us we must cultivate a linear movement through space and time in order to live our dreams. These beliefs are enslaving and unnecessary.

 

When we allow ourselves to step off the endless wheel of suffering that linear thinking binds us to, we find ourselves in the void state of no-thingness. Few people remain here for very long. When we exist in the void, we come face to face with ourselves. We see every facet of ourselves and experience the texture of our own mind. Our fears gather around us like lost children. The void is not always a comfortable place but healing and renewal take hold if we remain here long enough.

 

When we’re willing to sit with the silence of the void, we soon find silence is not empty at all. It contains the lifeblood of what we are; that is, the essence of spirit. The void is a portal into universal mind. As such, it allows us access to other timeframes and other dimensions.

 

The Quantum Synergy of Encountering an Alternate Self

 

We might choose to time travel to the past to release a moment where our self of that time experienced a difficult or traumatic event that still reverberates through our present moment. If your past self is awake and aware, it may sense the loving presence of a future self. This recognition can trigger spiritual awakenings. When the self encounters a version of itself from another timeframe, a synergy is created that unleashes a wave of quantum expansion throughout the entire history of our soul. Every cell of our being vibrates throughout what we think of as time. This is the moment when we connect the dots – the moment when all our “selves” in this lifetime and others hold hands in quantum inner unification. This experience is a precursor to ascension and a moment of celebration within the higher realms.

 

It is not necessary for your past self to be aware of your presence for healing to take place. Your present-moment decision to travel to a past timeframe sets up a gridwork of healing light your past self is able to step into.

 

In order to travel time to assist a past self, first set the intention to travel back to a moment in time that needs healing and release. This is a moment you are still holding energy around. Trapped emotional energy is energy that is not available for use in your present creations. More importantly, trapped emotions tether you to past traumas and keep pulling you back into them periodically in order to provide further opportunities for healing and release. You don’t have to wait for these traumatic reruns to cycle back around, however. Instead, you can proactively choose to visit these moments and bring about the healing and release that is needed.

 

Once you set an intention, connect with the thoughts/feelings/images of the past moment you wish to visit in consciousness. Allow the moment to play on the movie screen of your mind. If it helps you connect with the energy of the past situation, try some simple techniques such as journaling about the past situation to; play music that connects you with that time, hold objects from that time or look at photographs. Whatever helps you establish a strong emotional connection with that timeframe works. It is important to connect with the feeling state without allowing yourself to be pulled into it. Once you connect with the feeling state of a past moment, hold it in consciousness and enter a meditative space. Whatever method you normally use to download spiritual energy and information is fine. If you are new to this, enter a meditative space by stilling your thoughts and focusing on the in-breath and the out-breath. You may also chant om (sounds like aum) until you feel yourself enter an altered state. The act of bringing a traumatized past self into a vibrationally high space helps you love your past into its natural state of divine perfection. Remain in a meditative state for as long as you can. Open to the waves of love coming back to you and reverberating throughout your consciousness.

 

Traveling Time to anchor Future ‘Outposts’

 

Just as you are able to reach back and bring healing and release to a past self, you are able to travel to a future moment to set up an “outpost” or footprint to anchor your intentions. This is a technique that can be used for numerous purposes. For example, it can be used to send energy and love to yourself inside a near-future moment where you are undertaking a challenging task such as speaking before a group or believing in yourself as you undertake a new venture into the unknown. This technique can also be used to set down a footprint inside a future moment, programming it to entrain and communicate with your past and present. A future footprint serves as a homing signal in a sense. The homing signal broadcasts the steps that extend backward from the future timeline you wish to experience to your present moment. Such a homing signal can be instrumental in anchoring a future moment where your book is published and on the shelves of bookstores; where you are uniting with a soulmate in physical reality; or where you are experiencing health and wholeness after an illness. The uses for future outposts are only limited by your imagination. They can prove helpful in relocating, launching a business, carrying out your spiritual mission, assisting others to align with their higher vision and well-being and much more. Future outposts can even help with more mundane tasks such as locating lost items or choosing divine timing for a future event.

 

Your Inner Temple as Doorway to Interdimensional Travel

 

You may choose to transform your daily life through regular infusions of higher energy. Each time you immerse your consciousness in the energy of higher realms, you infuse more of these energies into your daily life. One way to do this is to establish an etheric home in the form of an inner temple. See your inner temple in whatever way is most uplifting to you. It can be a cottage in the mountains, a beach house looking out over the ocean or a palace in the desert. Whatever works best for you is perfect. Allow your imagination to fill in the details over time.

 

Set up your inner temple in the highest realm you're able to access within your present moment. Each time you visit your inner temple your energies becomes supercharged. The energies here allow you quick and easy access to a nurturing space any time you need it. You can zip back to your inner temple during your lunch hour, while standing in a grocery check-out line or when stuck in traffic. This is a space where you can receive guidance, visions, lucid dreams, and templates for new creations. It is from this space that you're able to launch journeys to other dimensions. Beings from other dimensions (including our future selves and other beings from Earth’s future time planes) have long traversed interdimensional grids. The true space ship is our higher consciousness. Cultivating this connection allows us many new forms of inner travel that will carry us individually and collectively into a new time of greatly expanded potentials.
