2. Visualize your soul star chakra shining with brilliant white light. Visualize this light in the form of a vortex spiraling down throughout your energy field.

3. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to stabilize the transition on Earth and manifest the most positive Ascension timeline for all living beings.

4. Visualize the golden Flower of Life sphere around the Earth, expanding below the surface and also expanding all the way up to the Moon's orbit. Visualize the Flower of Life sphere assisting the planetary liberation process, clearing all darkness from the surface of the planet. In turn, each of these great OverSouls also sent forth Sparks or Soul Fragments of their Essence. When your physical vessel was first created, the Etheric Body sent forth billions of tiny Elemental Sparks throughout the bodily form. The deep, esoteric teachings of the past were often written so that only the most advanced students on the Path could decipher the true meaning of the lessons. It is time that those teachings are revealed, upgraded and simplified so that all serious Souls on the Path of ascension can understand, and then gradually integrate them in order to expand their conscious awareness. Gaining the advanced knowledge and then integrating the wisdom from the universal teachings of the higher realms are vital components in the process of ascension. The ancient teachings state that your physical bodies were originally created from etheric substance. You first came to Earth in your radiant crystalline form, and gradually over many ages you developed your beautiful physical body from the Adam/Eve Kadmon Divine Blueprint for this Sub-universe. The distortions began as you sank into the density of the lower Fourth and the higher sub-levels of the Third Dimensions. In addition to the four recognized elements – fire, water, earth and air – ether is said to be the fifth element, thus comes the term “etheric.” The Etheric Body or Etheric Web, which is much finer in substance than the earthly body, refers to the invisible counterpart of the physical body. It holds the blueprint for your three lower-physical bodies (physical, mental and emotional). It is sometimes called the “memory body,” for it sustains and vitalizes the material form. It is susceptible to your thoughts and emotions, both positive and negative. Disease or debilitation occurs first in the Etheric Body and then gradually infiltrates into the physical vessel. The Etheric Body sustains and vitalizes the components of the physical body, and it controls the digestive and assimilation processes. It also repairs the damage in the physical body caused by the wear and tear of living in the Third- / Fourth-Dimensional density. There was a failsafe program encoded within the Etheric Body so that when you sank so deeply into the density, and you were nearly to the point of self-destruction, your Body Elemental Memory Seed Atoms went into a semi-dormant state – they have remained in that state for thousands of years. Dratzo! Let us begin. Much is being readied for a significant coming event. This ever-changing orb upon which we gaze is a world where the dark pursues its diabolical schemes with little success. We cannot emphasize enough that the demise of the cabal is closer than most of you might believe. The recently formed Alliance, in company with our earth allies, is at the ready to spring a carefully-set trap that will lead to arrests of some of the cabal's upper-echelon personnel. The arrest plan is designed to keep the public informed as a way to limit chaos. As we have mentioned before, their "tried and true" ways of keeping the citizens of Earth in bondage no longer work. Because the dark appears unable to alter their modus operandi, their tricks to obstruct the Divine Plan continue to expose them for the scoundrels they are. Meanwhile, the masses are awakening. Globally, citizens are beginning to rise up, demanding transparency and Truth.

   At present, the dark is being forced to give up vast sums of its earthly wealth. Consequently, all the major governments on your world are either bankrupt or nearly bankrupt. This fact is being hidden to maintain the current ruse and avoid arousing the panic and outrage that would ensue if this fact were made public. The true wealth of your global societies will appear only when a global reset manifests, founded on gold-backed currencies. This reality is nearing a point where it is to be revealed to the public. Yesterday I sat with the Equinox energies and felt this overwhelming need to journey. The purpose of my journey was to obtain information on what was needed to get us through the upcoming time period. I found some great drumming music, gave myself a full hour and let myself go.


I found myself walking to my familiar spot and I saw the woman I am familiar with that told me to simply call her grandmother, sitting around a huge fire. I sat on a rock around the fire and just then a warrior appeared and began dancing. He was dressed in full gear including leg wrappings. His performance was incredible and hypnotizing. He comes up to me and smears black on my face and tells me that I need to be a warrior. I protested and said “I don’t want to fight! I don’t like to fight!” he smiled and said that a true warrior does not need to resort to violence.


He told me that a true warrior is also a leader. That they listen to all sides and often choose not to respond, but simply observe. Warriors also trust their team. He looked at me and said “Do you trust your team?” The team he was referring to are my guides, the ones here in form on earth and the ones in the etheric. He was asking can I trust that I will always be provided for, cared for?  Can I trust my team regardless of what appears to be chaos all around me? He told me that this trust is vital to maintain my energy and vibration.


He also told me that warriors also have to have thick skin. That there will be those that want a reaction for the reaction sake and those that will judge when no reaction is given. That to be a warrior means being strong in your own conviction, your own strength and path.  Can I be my own warrior? Can I consistently do what it takes to honor who I am and my path?


He then had me stand and placed a hand on my solar plexus and said you have to be the eagle. Just then an eagle flew from my 3^rd chakra, high into the air. I saw the eagle soaring, landing on a tree which held a nest so high above. He told me that eagles spend most of their time high above, only swooping down when it is necessary. They raise their young high in the sky because it is safer, in this realm they are protected. I then saw an eagle flying down to pick up food and it was hit by a car. He then explained that when an eagle go towards the ground, it is at its most vulnerable. That the safety is staying above. That I needed to be the eagle.


I then saw another guide walking up and he asked me if I was ready to be shown more. I said yes and followed him out of my familiar area into a clearing in a meadow. Before me was a ship. I looked at him and he asked if I was ready. I said yes and entered the ship and seated at a table was a beautiful blue being. She looked at me with so much love. She said “To move through the upcoming energies, all that people need to do is love.” She explained that while this sounds simple it is not always. I saw a news feed and saw article after article of riots, looting, shootings, and humans harming one another. That we need to look upon each person and simply say “I love you” no buts. Not “I love you, but I don’t like what you did”, just simply “I love you”.   No, not always easy to stay objective, non-judgmental, but it can be done. We can be the eagle and stay above.


She went on to explain that there are souls that have chosen to help with the mass awakening. That often as the catalyst they will participate in events that shock the human, impacting them in such a way that it alters perception, makes people question. She explained that it is both the perpetrator and the victim who are in service and both deserve to be told “I love you”. With emotions so high in my country with police brutality, racism and inequality it is easy to see why I would need to have thick skin. To say I love you to the officer that shot and I love you to the person gunned down is not going to be popular. To some this will look like I don’t care. Yet, I can see how these situations are making it so that emotions and fears that led to this state of affairs cannot longer be denied and for that they both deserve an ‘I love you’.  That each person needs to do their best to see the bigger picture and send love and gratitude. She also explained that a person’s heart cannot be changed by showing them where they are lacking. Instead, showing love without judgement, invites the person through a door way to self.


She asked that I share this message as it was not just for me.

BELOVED HUMANITY!

I AM speaking to you, because I AM one of your guardians who are protecting your awakening process and your light. And who is protecting the manifestation of your soul purpose against all odds.

Powerful events are going to unfold shortly. I ask you to be prepared and to allow yourself to receive good news with joyful expectancy.

Please raise your energies and light frequencies now in order to support what is going to happen with the intent of the Divine Light- Forces.

You are at a crucial turning point in your history -  and it is important to tune now into the frequencies and events that will change your world dramatically.

Although it seems nothing new is happening so far, as if those who occupy your world are taking it more and more over, this is an illusion. Because it seems to be only real when you look at some visible signs and untruthful information.

But what REALLY is being prepared, -  right now behind the scenes, powerfully orchestrated by the light forces, both, with physical and non-physical bodies – will come soon to the forefront as visible and tangible events,  to be experienced certainly by all humanity.

This will change the mind and heart of your still sleeping brothers and sisters, and they will wake up to a new reality they never would have dreamed of.

I ask you, who are awake, and especially those of you who are awake, but lowered your vibration with doubt and despair while suffering unacceptable life circumstances, because of the controlling negative powers, to wake up even more empowered, allowing new hope and the certainty that all your human needs and rightful desires will be met soon.

We need all of you, Beloveds, to support the incoming light and the helping  light forces to succeed and to bring about a shift that is happening in a most benign way, - at least as benign as possible.

At peak times, when you are at a crossroad, a shift can happen when there is powerful new energy and intent, to create it. You want a powerful shift that as soon as possible would lock into the new, desired pattern of a New Reality. 

These new patterns are about the victory of the light and therefore its rising mightiness in your world. It is about joy and new gained strength in every human being and all kingdoms of your Beloved Earth Mother. And yes, it is about Her own Shift into a new consciousness, because also the vibration of so called matter will rise significantly.

You are all One in this process, all of you. Whether “matter” or living beings on Earth, you all are Consciousness, as even a wall is conscious.

Much happiness is waiting for you, Beloveds.

I ask you to align to the powerful light that is now so undoubtedly present around you.  Allow it to fill your body-mind and to raise your consciousness to bring you to a new and higher vibration.

This will enable you to participate in the shifting energies on your planet, as humanity’s consciousness shifts and instigates  the necessary momentum.

Such empowered you are the chosen facilitators of the shift – as you unite in its Conscious Field. And such united, you ARE the field, Beloveds, to bring about anything your heart is dreaming of. To bring about the New World. To Be the grounds on which universal transformation can happen.

Be assured that My Light and Protection, My loving Impact on this great Shift  is supporting you who are involved in this wonderful process. You, who are dedicated to the light, must now stand together, unified, supportive to one another.

United by the Power of Unconditional Love, our Victory is Here - with so  much Splendor, as I and so many, many Divine Beings of Light and Divine Love are participating with you!
