**like the "Heart Chakra Race" video from awhile ago- We are going from the solar plexus to the heart communication. Heart/mind/Soul telepathy instead of astral solar plexus telepathy.

If there is anything that you have been repressing, it can come up for alchemical transmutation.

It's important we consciously engage our shadow instead of pushing it down or facing these aspects of our selves unconsciously or from a reactive place.. it is important during shadow work that you are intentionally and consciously protecting your wellbeing, protecting the wellbeing of others, and maintaining communication with your higher self/soul during the process.

Repressing Soul guidance & intuitive instincts can manifest in the body just as thought forms & repressed emotions or memories/traumas can.

I've personally started making it a point to vow to protect my wellbeing, vow to protect the wellbeing of others, and vow to maintain communication with my higherself as I work through aspects of my personality that have integrated within the unconscious. Any "triggers" or thoughts, emotions that come up- I am engaging consciously after seeing how not doing this can create karmic waves.

If there is parts of your reality that are no longer resonating with your energy- this will become more known.

Soul communication through the Higher Heart, Thymus. Many are consciously connecting in higher realms/planes & remembering.

You can see the truth more easily.. no one can hide from it. Nothing can be hidden for long. It's an intuitive knowing about things.. and it seems to be becoming more intense. And I also feel like this is causing more empathy.

I've been feeling a lot of positive shifts & more of a peaceful energy settling in. Also picking up on people wsnting to have a "thing" or like a specific purpose and focus. That seems to be a theme for many.

Many are asking "what am I meant to focus on mostly with my path?" And wanting to know from within, their specific "thing"

When I talk about the Galactic Year, I'm talking about the 13 Moons, not the 12 month calender new year.

The New Galactic Year begins July 26th 2019- the energy of White Magnetic Wizard, tone 1.

This galactic codes based off the Mayan timing system/cycles... the reason I talked about this specific system is because it goes with channeled information that I have received over the years. I started seeing the patterns with astrological transits, my clairvoyany/clairaudient messages or downloads and this specific system. It doesn't mean that this is something that you have to use or follow- I posted over a year ago on the channel, the reason why & the natural timing system of 13 months/moons brings in natural frequency with the body & synchronicity. Especially women and the menstrual cycle.

So much activation has been occurring! This activation is ongoing and propels us to keep shifting, making those changes that bring us to a place of definitely not recognizing ourselves. We have deepened and expanded into our Light Bodies, continuing to merge our Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine into alignment with Wholeness. This raises our consciousness to a higher expression so that our lives shift to match it. Our brains are remapping themselves, which further helps us disengage from the 3D world. This alignment and disengagement continues for a while. Meanwhile, if you find yourself blaming or giving credit to something or someone outside of yourself, please do let that go. Only you create the world in which you live. Source is within and is your Power Source.


Besides making conscious choices that are positive and create your next steps, spend time in your inner sanctuary; whether that is in your Heart, High Heart or Pineal Chakra. My own sanctuary is within my Pineal, where Archangel Michael (an aspect of me. By the way, he mentioned that he does not care for the way humans lump him into one aspect; mostly that of protector; he is much more than that. He is multidimensional and he not only protects, he soothes; he does this with Warrior energy) awaits me. He once told me he is christed. The Christ only means master, mastery of the lower dimensions of 3D duality. I am comforted by him (as me) while so much is going on. Let yourself be guided as to which chakra is your sanctuary. If you are guided to your Heart Chakra, find the 3-Fold Flame within. The colors may be blue, gold and pink. Blue symbolizes your Divine Child , which holds the Oneness of the Divine Feminine (pink) and the Divine Masculine (gold). The Divine Child holds many other Soul Essences, which help you in many ways. The High Heart holds Joy and its color is aquamarine and the Pineal is the distributor of high dimensional energies; its color is a deep purple-blue. Of course, this is simply a guide for you, as you may intuit different colors and different aspects. Let it be what it is without projecting what you desire.


A sanctuary is a beautiful space when you feel challenged, even though every challenge has a gift of Awareness within it. Being in one's sanctuary helps you go deeper into the challenge, helps you be strong and resilient and non-attached to the challenge. You can listen to your guidance (Soul) within your sanctuary. Realize that challenges are actually opportunities, for one thing they do is to help you connect with your Knowing...if you are willing to accept and not just react to the surface event. Without complaining or feeling sorry for yourself, ask “What is my deepest learning here?” For me, it helps to write, for I know that the Truth will reveal itself to me.


We are all evolving rather quickly. If you feel out of control, it's because you are. There is no normal and certainly the old normal has clearly disintegrated. This requires you to be brave, for nothing is the same as it was. There is no predictability and the only way to navigate is to trust and when offered a choice, feel into it. It is not a time to wait for something to happen; we must make a choice based on our heart/Soul's guidance. Be patient, for a choice of the Heart is in no hurry. If things seem slow, let them be slow. This is so different from the old “push push push” and “do do do.”


If you experience tension or another experience around your throat, neck or head, realize that your channel for Light is expanding and your Soul Voice is becoming stronger. This is not the intellect becoming stronger and yet it may also be a dissolution of the old voices in your head. Be flexible and accepting if this is occurring for you. We are expanding to new perspectives, which means our consciousness is expanding. When consciousness expands, life does too. You may choose to live your life differently than you have lived it in the past. Perhaps consider that you have a new role in life, relationships and work. If you don't know what that is, it will evolve and seemingly in a moment, you will have a big “Aha!”


Nothing is outside of you; you create all in your life including your beliefs and perceptions. These shift as you do. When you sense you need something, realize that you have the Power to manifest it. How can you receive Love if you do not love yourself? How can you expect someone to care for you if you do not care for yourself? How can others accept and value you if that energy is not within you? How can you love another if you do not love yourself? When you shift the attention to you, you will be amazed at the miracles and blessings you attract.


We continuously receive high dimensional frequencies that reach deep into our cells. Our sun is helping with this, as dimensional energies are accentuated by him, as he receives them first. Sun Gazing helps us receive downloads more easily, as does Earthing. Earthing connects us to Earth so that we may receive from Gaia. Doing both of these helps us ground Heaven to Earth through us. Let go of old thoughts and patterns, for they are transforming and old obstacles are dissolving. Not only is our sun helping in this, we create it by our Willingness to be a part of all of this Shift/Ascension/Transformation. Our lower chakras are also being upgraded, as is our DNA. When we listen to our body's voice and honor what we are feeling in a physical sense, we relax into the downloads we are receiving. Our physical bodies are absorbing our Lightbodies and as this occurs, there can be some phenomena we experience like food sensitivities, tiredness, back pain, along with others. Practice Earthing, Sun Gazing and meditate. Drink pure water (if you add lemon to your water, you conduct energy; thereby becoming a conduit for the high dimensional energetic downloads). Your body will let you know when it needs to be hydrated.


We continue to awaken. Awakening does not happen all at once; it, like Ascension, is ongoing. As we continue to awaken to Truth, we become lighter, as our Lightbodies merge with our more dense bodies. We awaken to Truth, seeing very clearly what lies the 3D old matrix tried to control us with. As we disengage from the old, we see Beauty everywhere; we feel Beauty everywhere; especially in ourselves. As we flow, rather than follow, we awaken more. We are becoming more and more Love.


Often I have mentioned to stay positive, as being positive in all you feel, think and do keeps your vibration high.  Thoughts like fear, jealousy, dependency, anger and more keep your consciousness and vibration low, while feelings (Soul Essences) such as Love, Sovereignty, Independence, Truth, Trust, Patience, Joy and more keep your consciousness and vibration very high. Soul Essences are aspects of Soul, and since you are Soul, these essences are a part of you.


Using words or being silent: what is the highest path to express? When someone is confronting you, it is best not to jump into the drama; after all, it is their story and not yours. Go within instead and stay in your Center of Love. When using words, let them be loving and kind. You need not defend yourself; just be true to you. It is not about winning; it's about loving. May all your words be ones that project Love; may they uplift you and all others. Words are energy; what energy do you project? Surely you attract what you project.

I feel it’s important to immediately pass this information by Sandra Walter along to as many in the Ascension Communities because things have been and are in such a profound state of change and shift and lift… and there’s much more right around the Divine corner.


For a while I’ve felt many of my readers retreating somewhat, which I completely understand because I’ve done the same myself over these AP years when I’ve needed to and/or been having a difficult time of it. But lately there was a slightly different feeling to this and it didn’t feel good or right and I wondered if some interference was happening. No need to go into detail about that, just a brief mention that some get real happy when any of the Team Light folks become super exhausted, confused, beat down feeling etc. mainly because we’re not Working like we normally do. I bring this up because after I published my October 17th article yesterday, my familiar High Vibe Tribe readers were back again and the vast power I instantly felt from us reconnecting (unifying as a Group of Forerunners) and sharing with each other in Comments here at HighHeartLife, things shifted back instantly and very powerfully. ❤

I don’t think I’ve mentioned this in any article, I may be wrong, but earlier this year while driving and stopped at a red light I physically saw the Sunlight flashing repeatedly and quickly, almost like a solar strobe light. I didn’t see this directly looking at the Sun because I was driving, but I saw it physically and very clearly as I watched the Sunlight around me and the area flash repeatedly. I knew in that moment that we are very close now. Close to what some of you may be wondering? Close to everything flipping up into the NEW fully and completely.


I’ve also mentioned over the years about that amazing AP side effect of feeling a near constant Inner Body Vibration. Over the years this has increased to the level of feeling like I’m shaking intensely internally and almost constantly now. I’ve described this sensation like feeling how a huge passenger airplane revs up its engines right before the pilot releases the brakes and guns it down the runway as fast as possible to get airborne. Last week during these intense Solar winds/magnetic field blasts at a NEW higher level, while half-in and half-out of my physical body I observed this same Inner Body Vibration revved up to a speed that matches the energies coming out of the Sun now. I knew in that moment that these two things, these two Processes have reached that high enough level in the Sun/in most of us Forerunners (High Vibe Tribe) that we’re close to reaching “liftoff” finally. Sandra’s quoted article below hints at this. Don’t get too goofy giddy yet as we’ve got some more Work to do first, but Team Light, we’re super close now.


It’s always extra ugly, difficult and discouraging for a bit before major AP improvements arrive. I know many of you FEEL how dramatically things have improved in just the past 24 hours. Anyway, read and re-read Sandra Walter’s article below so this really gets into your HighHeart human you so you better understand a bit more about what’s been going on recently and why. You and your Creator abilities are needed now to override and overwrite some more old lower crap doing its best to drag this out and hang on as long as possible. Not havin’ it, so let’s do this as the consciously unified Light Tribe powerhouses we are and more quickly vibe up as many more people globally as possible.

Gateway Choice Point: Assisting the Collective Timelines

Blessings Beloved Light Tribe ~
“Our next acceleration and collective timeline choice-point arrives October 21-25. Gatekeepers opened yesterday for the influx (very strong on Mount Shasta last evening), and this morning the SUN began to get active, right on schedule.


As mentioned in last week’s article, these incoming amplifications hit much higher levels during the 21-25 in both October and November. Last week’s Divine Feminine influx provided a strong geomagnetic storms, prompting a strong release of Divine Feminine expression in the external (the Me too revelations and disclosure dynamics increased). Notice how quickly magnetic field stimulation causes polarity releases in the collective. This sets us up for the second half of October’s shifts; let us actively participate in this unfoldment.

We, as the High-Vibe Tribe, hold tremendous vibrational influence in the collective choice because of our activated Hearts and highest intent. Remember the quantum effect of raising our vibration; it pulls many others up. Highest trajectories are being attained by many; the Primary Christed Timeline has us locked into the experience of pure Presence. Our intent to lift as many with us into this new experience – right now – can assist the Secondary timeline tipping points. In brief, we can end the delay tactics by utilizing our pure intent through grounded activity.

Assisting the Collective Timelines
Let us use this New Moon (Thursday, 12:11pmPT) and the Gateway (October 21-25) to assist in OVERIDING and OVERWRITING the programs used to stretch time dynamics to delay the inevitable fall of old systems and the full experience of Ascension for all concerned. This is part of completing our Ascension; learning to use our collective consciousness to create what we desire in the Now.

Right now, this week, this Gateway, take as many steps as possible (please, just one will assist) in moving forward with your creative expression, new service work, anything that you have been procrastinating. One small energetic shift from each of us pushes the envelope to break through any remaining blockages to the highest timelines and outcomes – in the NOW.

Let us end the old waiting game through our collective action. Just one grounded, physical action in this reality to override the procrastination programming will help. Whatever it is for you: a conversation you put off, a new creation you’ve been desiring, an action to move forward, a Unity Meditation you’ve intended to participate in, a change you have delayed, something you always wanted to create … anything shifting the personal reality assists the global shift-point. It doesn’t have to be huge (although that is appreciated), just forward momentum in the Now.


Changes in the SUN
We continue to go deeper into this highly-charged area. I AM sure you have noticed the different quality of SUNlight as Solaris receives this consciousness-shifting energy. Gatekeepers ask if we can collectively call forth the flashing activity we have seen in our visions into the Now. Events are quickening – even with the manipulation – for the Secondary timelines. Our collective nudge will greatly assist this unfoldment of needed events. Certain things must occur to tidy up the lower experiences, and it can be quickened by benevolent action.


With the bifurcation in progress, many of us are beginning to experience the intended consciousness shifts which the Solar flashing activity will create on a global level. Many have seen the SUN flashing this year, both in vision and external reality, and this activity is opening our Hearts to the more palpable, consistent Now Presence. We are receiving the encodements and reality-shifting frequencies already. We are anchoring this, through embodiment, into the HUman heart collective to make it easier for all when the brilliant moment arrives. In this Now, that series of flashes already exists.

We are and have been in a powerful transition in the last month especially. (Of course, we have been transitioning from the old to the New for a very long time...lifetimes.) We have been preparing in the last month for the eclipses and the 8-8-8. Eight is symbolic for Power, so expect a leap up in your personal Power, which means that you take Responsibility for all in your life. There is no acting small or deciding something or someone else is to blame for any perceived shortcomings you might see yourself having (the Truth is that you have no shortcomings). What makes you happy? Nothing makes you anything. Your Joy is within; your Power is within; your Knowing is within. You need nothing outside of yourself to prove who you are. There is no need; therefore, you're not needy. You are a powerful, sovereign being of Love.


During this particular preparation, we have had an Opportunity to dive deep into ourselves, which has led to more uncovering of the Truth; if you took this Opportunity, that is. Leo symbolizes the Power of the Heart and wow; do we get to roar out who we are! We not only got to dive deep into the layers of us, to core issues; we also have been receiving powerful downloads of Light at the same time. The downloads of Light help shine a light onto that which we still need to let go of and to who we truly are.


Our physical bodies are adjusting; and this is nothing new. Do realize that nothing will go back to the way it was. This is not the new norm, for things continue to shift and you do as well. Nothing remains the same. We are continuously evolving; there is no stopping place. As we evolve, our consciousness shifts higher and therefore, life continues to reflect this high place to us and continues to shift. What helps is to let go of any desire to control your life, simplify and meditate. Being in Nature, even if it is just to step outside your home, greatly helps. We are purifying through elimination, becoming an empty chalice so that the chalice we are fills with nothing but Love.


As we become more and more Love, we recognize our Godness/Divinity. We are urged to let go of all identification, which means letting go of labels and words that separate. As Divine, we are One with all and we need not define anything, for definition limits evolution. It places things in a box with immovable walls. Everything flows according to resonance. All the surrendering we have been doing helps prepare us for our Godness. Be aware that unless you make room for the New and unless you trust the process, nothing changes. Trust and stay committed to the path you're on.


Do you wonder how shifting to being crystalline, your DNA being replaced with New DNA and activations to your Pineal Chakra affect you? Have you doubted these things, looking at life and not finding “proof” for your intellect to wrap itself around? These things are real. We are becoming New, as Earth is. They affect each one differently, based on their Soul's Wisdom and the choices they make. Generally speaking, you may feel very tired. You may find yourself bubbling over with anger or depression or sadness when there is no “reason” for it. Others may react to you differently; you may even seem invisible to others. You might feel lost and directionless. All of these things could be going on for a long time or not at all or for a short period of time. They all have to do with your ascensional shifting.


Of course, there are other things you could be feeling like feeling very amped up, even when you're tired. You could feel stress due to the release of old patterns, especially if you try to keep things the same as they always have been. If you feel depressed, often this is the grief that comes up when you release a lot of the old. You might experience panic. This occurs when the separate ego is unsure of the future. Therefore, Trust is essential, as is staying in the Moment so you can consciously choose your next step; one that is aligned with how you want to feel.


Do remind yourself that you are not powerless. Any vulnerability helps you keep your Heart open, so if you protect yourself from “hurt,” stop. No-one can hurt you. And besides, if you do feel hurt by someone, surely there is a message for you within that “hurt” and you most likely carry victim energy. It's an illusion that anyone can do anything to you or make you feel a certain way. Your eating patterns may shift too, so listen to your body. It may ask for things you have decided are not healthy. For instance, if you have rules about eating vegan or vegetarian only, make sure you are not doing it because someone said it's the right thing to do or you do it to feel better than meat-eaters. Make sure you are choosing freely. Your body will guide you. All food is Light and there are no rules in the New. You may have certain pains or vibrations in different parts of your physicality. These may be adjusting energies as well as a release of emotional or physical toxins. Don't judge it as good or bad; it simply is. Some of the pain can be in your spine. This makes sense, as most of your chakras are located along your spine and it is where your Kundalini is located and rises. You could also have skin eruptions, Heart phenomena, digestive issues, headaches...or not. It just depends on where you are in your Ascension/Transformation.


I could go on about how your body is shifting; only you know how you are experiencing the physical, emotional and mental shifts. You need not compare your process with others, for your path is uniquely your own. Suffice it to say that the electromagnetic fields are shifting higher, which affects us and the Earth. And they affect our consciousness, which affects all areas of life. Christ energy is infusing us and the Earth and this increases our vibration even more; it affects all our chakras and aura and some may feel a rising of their Kundalini, as it spirals upward through the chakras.


The high vibrational energies flow into the Pineal Chakra, then travel down the many Ka channels that flow through the aura. Then this Light flows into your cells and DNA, uplifting all of who you are into the higher realms of you. Do you see how everything is interrelated? Not only are we One with all of life; our bodies are One with the higher frequencies and dimensions.


As we receive more and more Light, the lower frequencies are transformed. However, this isn't automatic; we must do our part by taking Responsibility for all our choices. Through Light downloads, our current DNA is replaced by New DNA, so we don't just supplant the New with the old. The New DNA holds the crystalline consciousness. You know what crystalline consciousness is, don't you? Visualize a crystal; it is clear and it is multidimensional and holds its own vibration and consciousness. Do you see how we are becoming this? We are becoming clear channels of Source; with new perceptions, new ways of being and new potentials.


Do know without doubt that the New Earth Grid is anchored as is our New Body Grid. All that is required is for us to hold a high frequency and weave our own consciousness and Soul Essences into both grids. This requires each of us to keep our vibration high and clear without the drag of the old 3D duality. Light downloads not only infuse us, but Gaia as well, through the New grids. It helps to merge with Soul/Highest Self, as things become easier when you do; they flow. Each of us brings with us our original Home Dimension, which we deposit into the New Earth Grid. This is not all done in a second; it takes one step at a time, for when we are slow and do things with intention and purpose, we build a strong foundation to which the New is anchored. This gives us a sense of Balance and Stability.



Continue to be the observer as you evolve and trust that no matter how things look, all is evolving according to Soul Plan.

A Message to Lightworkers – February 23, 2017

The latest guidance from the Galactics, Earth Elementals, Ascended Masters, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:

Greetings, friends and fellow Light Beings! We are pleased to have this opportunity to speak with you again today.


Our writer has been speaking with us about the very great, very perplexing issue of forgiveness and release of judgment.

This issue has probably never been of such importance to Lightworkers, or to humankind, as it has lately become.

The divisive nature of the political environment in many countries at present show several things.

For one, it reveals one of the greatest ploys of the dark hats—to divide and conquer. To set a people against themselves, by engendering the trust and support of one group, and the distrust and resentment of another.


And so you have generally, two camps, regardless of how many political parties a country may possess.

And these two camps are roughly divided between those who believe that obedience to the power structure—what is called conservatism—is paramount at all times, and those who believe that questioning that power structure and constantly holding them to account—what is called liberalism—is the paramount objective.

And we would say, that one wanders into difficult territory, when it is people whom one objects to, rather than ideas, mistaking a person’s beliefs for that person.

For each person is far, far more than their social training, their mental concepts, and even that which they consciously hold in their heart as defining who they are.

This is perhaps, at most, two or three percent of what anyone is.


So that to label someone from their political beliefs—a role they willingly took on before incarnating, for what they would learn from it—is to hold them inside a very small category indeed.

We understand your concerns at present. There are great issues to be faced and dealt with, on your way to Ascending into a New Earth.

And we would, as always, encourage you to envision within your own heart, and encourage others to do the same, that beautiful New Earth in which “winning” is never emphasized over freedom of choice.

Where there are no “losers” or unacceptable people, but only the empowerment of the heart-mind.

Where individuals express their identity and their life path and life purpose freely, without judgment from others.

And we would say, that we understand your consternation, looking out upon a world in which it seems that one-half of the people (it does not matter which half you are looking at) have been deluded, have lost their senses, have forgotten what is important, and are following wrongheaded notions.


It is understandable that in your love and compassion for humankind, for the Earth and all living upon Her, that you would want things to go as you believe would be best for all.


That concern and heartfelt interest is a beautiful and fine impulse, and must never be lost.

And yet, in your preferences and strong statements regarding how things should go, in your labeled views and objections to the status quo, you are unconsciously contributing to the divide.

Now, are we saying that when something happens that you feel should not happen, that you should allow that which you believe is an injustice, and never speak up?

We would say, that you have been given a voice and a heart, and have come here to use them both, and you are using them, that is as it should be.

We only speak to that aspect of your heart-mind that is already planning and beginning to live a fifth dimensional life—is already, in beautiful quiet moments of meditation or connection to the Earth, and moments of heart connection to others, experiencing such.


And we say to that heart-mind, What do you envision here?


What do you wish to build? Have you decided how you will build it?

If you wish for LGBT youth to feel loved and accepted, have you created places in your community where they may come for counseling, for participation in music, art, and theatre, or for group support?


If you wish for women or nonwhites to be fully respected, are you creating support groups for women wishing to have the courage to begin their own organizations? Or to receive counseling, or to engage in positive social action that shores up the freedoms that so many have fought and died for?


If you are concerned for the plight of refugees, have you looked for ways to not only bring them to your shores, but to alleviate the situation in their own countries? Are you envisioning Peace in their countries?

The push “against” does not create what is desired. It in fact creates only more of that which is not desired.

You have heard that when one pushes with ten pounds of pressure against a wall, the wall, in standing and resisting, pushes back with ten pounds of pressure. And so, twenty pounds of pressure is the result, rather than none.

This is a plain way to say that what you wish to build does not come from the ego-mind, from that aspect of you which judges good or bad.

That which you wish to create can only come from the high heart, and the visions you hold in your high hearts. We have seen them, and they are glorious!

We see your vision of fairness, of equality, of love and respect for all.


The beauty of your outcry against injustice—whatever you feel that injustice to be—is the love, concern, and compassion that it is built upon, and that is a tremendous form of the Awakening occurring now across your planet.

We see your belief in the human endeavor toward Ascension, in ways barely dreamt of in literal terms, yet felt by you at every moment.

We see you in your etheric state, as you join us nightly in the higher realms, working to introduce higher vibrational realities into human consciousness.

For you can do much that we cannot, dear ones!

You can do more than we can in your human state, to transform your world, and you are as powerful as we are, if you would realize as much.

And so while the sometimes angry activism you see in a number of countries at present is a beautiful sign of Awakening and higher consciousness, we would say, Do not stop there!


Do not feel that that is the extent of your work, and do not stay in that place of anger for very long, so long that you begin to define yourself by it.

For your visions and your positive statements, beliefs, expectations, and outer steps, are what are building the New Earth.

For that, you do not have to put up a fight.

It is the Peace within your hearts, the assurance and confidence that what you are creating now cannot be taken from you, that is withstanding all outer pressure, and outliving all plans and ploys to create its opposite.

The dark hats have no plan for dealing with an Ascended people, a world of people dedicated to grasping the reality of their innate power to first envision a new world out of a higher Love for all, and then to actively create such.

The lost ones fool themselves into thinking they have a ready response to the forms of empowerment now appearing amongst the human race, but they do not.


That is because the higher energies reaching Earth now, sent not only from your Galactic families and the Angelic realms, but from other planets and stars and configurations in your solar system, and the Great Central Sun Himself, are of a level that these dark ones cannot bear to experience, let alone eradicate.

And so we would say, if you are able to see that judgment and lack of forgiveness toward another is the way of your smaller, third dimensional self, and not your new and far greater self, that that is a great help toward moving beyond the polarity of the old way of doing things.
A great move out of the ruts of the ego-mind, which you are far larger than, even in your supposedly weakest moments.

You are indeed larger than any subject, conundrum, or experience you may be grappling with at present.


So much greater, that we cannot call these “problems,” for in truth, when you are fully realizing your own inner power to create worlds, you have no problems. Only momentary questions, or challenges to be moved through, fully and calmly.

There is no greater law than the Law of Love, which parallels and conjoins with the Law of One, and you are made from such.

And in your realization of your interconnection with All That Is, dear ones—there is your freedom from the very great prison of resentment, judgment, and the futility of belief in separation.

Take a moment and look at an image of someone who appears to be quite different from you, expressing something you could never bring yourself to believe.


Say to them, “I am you, and you are me. We are momentarily playing different roles, you and I. And yet, we are one, and I celebrate this! And I thank you for the Awakening you have spurred on in me, and the beauty of your path.”

We have said many times, that you are never alone.


Set down the shield and the sword—even that which you were born into this world with, many of you—long enough to feel the shifting of powerful winds, auguring the arrival of a new Earth, born first within you, then all around you.

And know that you could not take even one step upon this path without meeting the full compassion, joy, and belief in you that all of us hold at every moment.

We are asking that, as you extend that compassion, even your thanks, to those who appear to be on the other side of the fence, that you extend it to yourself as well.

And so this is your Earth journey—one of learning to love even that which you came here to experience as unlovable.

The great conundrum, yet you hold the key in your own hands, dear ones!


And we are with you, yes—more than you can know.
